Also, for those of you that have in the back of your mind thought, maybe I should reach out to this guy and find out what this whole coaching thing is about. The way I like to explain it is I have three levels of coaching. The first one is the podcast,
Starting point is 00:01:42 which I understand is much more advanced than most of the stuff you're going to find out there. But that is my most basic level. This right here is my most basic level of coaching, which is free. It's for everybody and to get out to the masses of millions of people. Level two, I do have a group coaching that's designed to take you to the next level of your personal growth and your life. And the level three is for the people who are really, really trying to make change in their life. And that is the one-on-one coaching. So if you're interested in any of those, send me an email, rob at mwfmotivation.com.
Starting point is 00:02:14 We can have a quick conversation around it. But don't take my word for it. Listen to somebody who's part of the group coaching here. Hi, my name is Karen. And what I love most about Rob's group coaching is I now have something that I've been searching for for years, a community of like-minded people who are really committed to growing themselves in order to fulfill their life goals and dreams. And what I've gained from the group coaching is support, accountability,
Starting point is 00:02:42 new friends, and a mentor in a community that bring into my life lessons, thoughts, challenges, and resources that I can use to grow myself into the person that I need to be in order to fulfill my goals and dreams for myself, my family, and my community. Welcome back. What we're going to be talking about today is that you don't have to have all of the answers in your life. Most people are stressed out because they feel like they're not where they want to be and they're not really sure where they want to be yet, but they don't have all the answers and they're stressed out because they're not sure where they should be, where they want to go, the correct route to get there, how exactly to get there, and what they need to do right now. All of those things. And so for all of you that are out there, take a deep breath, breathe in with me,
Starting point is 00:03:31 and breathe out. Chill out for a second. Don't stress yourself out. Most people have the feeling of they constantly have to be stressed for no reason. And I'm going to tell you this, you don't need all of the answers right now. What you need are the questions. So you don't need all of the answers right now. You need the questions. See, most people feel like they always need the answers and that's what stresses them out is they don't know the answers at this point. They don't know where they should be. They don't know what their passion is. They don't know what they want to do with the rest of their life or how they're going to make money outside of the job that they hate. But the truth is you don't need all of the answers right now. All you need is the
Starting point is 00:04:16 right questions. And let me explain to you, if you ask yourself the right questions, the answers will eventually come. Eventually the pieces will start to come together. And this is the reason why. Our brains are designed to solve problems. Our brains are designed to answer a question. So let me give you an example right now. If I ask you right now, what color shirt are you wearing? You already answered that, didn't you? If I ask you what color shirt are you wearing,
Starting point is 00:04:49 whether out loud or in your head, you said gray or blue or white. And the reason why is because your brain is designed to fix a problem as soon as they arise in order to stay alive. Because thousands, you know, 50,000, 100,000 years ago, whatever it was, if a problem popped up, the first thing we needed to do as cavemen or whatever we were back then was fix the problem. Because usually fixing the problem meant life or death. And so our brain still has that part of it. Your brain is designed to fix problems. still has that part of it. Your brain is designed to fix problems. Your brain is designed to answer the question. And an unanswered question is a problem. If you ask yourself, what do I want in my life? What am I passionate about? Why am I alive? What do I want to do with the next 10 years
Starting point is 00:05:42 of my life? What can I do to make my life better, to make my family better? What can I want to do with the next 10 years of my life? What can I do to make my life better, to make my family better? What can I do to become financially independent? You might not get the answer right away, but as you go through the rest of your day or through the rest of your week or through the rest of your month, your subconscious will search for the answer. And eventually in a week or a month or a year of asking yourself this question, whatever the question might be, the answer will eventually come. Your subconscious will lock into the question and figure it out even when you're not thinking about it. Because subconsciously, that part of our brain has to solve the problem in order to stay alive. That question going unanswered is the problem. And your subconscious works like this.
Starting point is 00:06:33 Whenever, and I like to use this example because it's a perfect example. When you buy a new car, you never notice that car before you buy it. But once you go out for the test drive and you buy it, you notice that car is everywhere. And the only reason why is because your conscious and subconscious mind have locked into that car, understanding that is now part of your life. And you start to go, holy crap, this car is everywhere. That is exactly how an unanswered question is. When you ask a question that is not answered, your subconscious will constantly search for the answer in order to answer it. And the purpose of this is to become extremely self-aware. If there's one skill that I could give the entire world, it would be self-awareness. To constantly be self-aware,
Starting point is 00:07:20 to constantly be self-analyzing and fixing things right away, or at least acknowledging a problem so that they could fix it later on down the road. And one of the things that I teach my group coaching and the main part of my group coaching, the thing that I want people to understand, because I have lessons in my group coaching, I have Facebook lives in my group coaching, all these things, but it's completely go at your own pace. group coaching. I have Facebook lives in my group coaching, all these things, but it's completely go at your own pace. So the one thing I want to do is have video lessons that ask questions that make them think and start analyzing themselves. Because if somebody can have the skill of self
Starting point is 00:07:56 awareness, then they can carry that skill with them the rest of their life forever. If they start with group coaching with me right now, in 20 years, if they start analyzing themselves and become extremely self-aware right now, in 20 years, they're still going to be self-aware. And the way that you fix problems in your life, the way that you get to where you want to go is to become extremely self-aware and start asking yourself the correct questions. And that's what you have to realize about having the answers. You don't have to have the answers now. What you have to do is have very good questions. The quality of your questions that you ask yourself will dictate the quality of the answers that you get from yourself,
Starting point is 00:08:43 and that is why asking yourself these questions are so important and allows you to self-analyze. And so when you get done with this, whatever you're doing right now, when you get to the office, if you're driving, or if you're sitting at your house getting ready, or ladies, if you're doing your hair, whatever it is, get a pen and paper and ask yourself, what are the most important questions that I need to ask myself right now in order to make this year the best year of my life? What do I need to do to make this the best year of my life? What is my passion? How am I going to be making money in five years or 10 years? How can I become financially free? What do I need to do right now to start making the right steps?
Starting point is 00:09:22 And you start figuring these things out. You start asking yourself these questions first off, and then you start to figure these things out. And so the thing that I want to give you, the assignment that I want to give you today is can you get a pen and paper and start asking yourself the important questions that you need to start answering and be okay with not having the answer right away. You might get the answer right away just so you know, but you might not. And if you don't, that's completely okay. Just keep asking yourself those questions and your subconscious will start to work on the answers and soon enough, the pieces will start to line up.
Starting point is 00:09:57 I always give the example of headlights in the middle of the night. You know where you are right now. You know where you want to go, or you at least kind of have an idea of where you want to go. You don't need to see the entire route. You just need to see the next 15 feet in front of you. And that's how your life is. That's how success is. No person has ever gone in and had the perfect plan. What they've done is they've planned out the next month and they've executed on the month. They've executed on the quarter, whatever it might be. And that's how it should be for you. So the thing that I want you to do when you get done listening to this podcast, when you get to the office or you get done blow drying your hair, whatever it is that you're doing
Starting point is 00:10:31 right now is to get a pen and paper and ask yourself the most important questions that you feel you need to ask yourself. What do I want for my life? What do I want to do? What legacy do I want to leave when I leave this planet? All of those questions are extremely important. So ask yourself those questions and eventually the answers will start to come to you. So with that, I'm going to leave you the same way I leave you every single episode. But before I do, please, please, please, if you got something from this episode, please share it with someone that you love. Because the only way that we're growing is from you guys sharing it with someone that you love.
