Welcome to today's bonus episode of the Mindset Mentor Podcast.
Today I'm going to be talking specifically about a challenge that I'm running for 30 days in January.
If you don't want to challenge yourself, you don't want to grow yourself,
you don't want to make massive breakthroughs in your mind and in your life,
you can go ahead and skip this episode.
You can go on to another one if you like.
But if you're out there and you really want to learn on how to grow yourself
in a very short period of time, you're going to want to listen up.
As you probably know, you're listening to this podcast because you know that nothing in your life will change unless you change, right?
And if you want 2024 to be the best year of your life, this challenge that I'm going to tell you about that's called the Level Up 30 Challenge is going to help you.
But I promise you this, it is not going to be easy in any sort of way.
It's called a challenge because it will challenge you every single day inside of January.
It's going to challenge you mentally.
It's going to challenge you physically.
It's going to challenge you emotionally.
It's going to force you to confront parts of yourself that you've been holding back
and you've been holding on to that are really holding you back from the biggest breakthroughs in your life.
And I'm not talking about getting a little bit better.
I don't fuck around.
You probably know that.
And if you commit and you want to go on this 30-day journey with me,
I'm going to be doing it as well.
I am going to be putting myself through the exact same challenge.
And so not only am I going to be coaching you every weekday
throughout the entire month live in group coaching sessions, I'm going to be doing the entire challenge with you. This is
my sixth year in a row. We've put over 5,000 people through this challenge. And this challenge
is going to have a little bit different of a flavor. And the reason why is because it's called
the Level Up 30 Challenge. This is the first year that we're going to go in specifically on how to stop procrastinating, how to break your habits,
and we're going to be going a little bit like my book, which is obviously called Level Up.
And here's the thing that I know about humans and I know about humans with their New Year's
resolutions. So many of us get excited for a fresh start. We set our goals. We want to achieve
massive things for the year. And then what happens?
We do okay for a week and then we just slip back into our same old habits. We allow ourselves
to just basically coast through the rest of the year. And at the end of the year, we look back
and we realize we're basically in the exact same place that we started, maybe even further behind.
In all of us, we get all excited and we want to do it, but you're doing it on your
own. You don't have community. You don't have accountability. And before you know it, you're
stuck in the same old habits. Nothing really changes. And I want you to use this challenge,
a Level Up 30 challenge, as an opportunity to create a new version of you in 30 days so that
you can create real and lasting change and build a future that's way
better than anything else that you've imagined for yourself. And the reason why I love this
challenge and also kind of hate this challenge as well, I kind of hate it because it's hard.
Like it's a challenge, but it's designed to break different parts of us that we don't want to be
around anymore. It's my sixth year in a row. I don't think anybody else has done it as many times
as I have. But the reason why I actually do love it is because after putting 5,000 people
through it after doing it for five years this is a six year I have seen what can
happen when a person really stops screwing around and they dedicate
themselves to making it through this challenge in 30 days and I would

And that's only a few of them. We have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of
testimonies. And these are people who saw a challenge. They said, you know what? I'm going
to do it. It was not easy. They pushed themselves. They pushed their minds. They pushed their bodies.
And ultimately they had massive change in their lives. These are real people, they had real breakthroughs, and their stories speak way

what they say and just believe them. Let me tell you though what separates this challenge from
almost anything else that you're going to see out there. One of the main reasons why I think people
fail is because they go into a New Year's resolution and they don't really have any accountability. They have no mentorship, they have no support, and they're
doing it all on their own. Here's the thing. I practice what I preach and I do not mess around.
I'm going to be in the trenches with you doing this challenge every single day, putting myself
through it for the sixth year in a row. And I'm going to be going live and coaching you and guiding
you every single day through the weekdays of January and making sure that every person who shows up is crushing every
single day for the month of January. And that's how we're going to jumpstart our 2024 to make it
the best year of your life. And the reason why I say we're is because it's going to be me, it's
going to be you, and it's going to be a group of people who are all doing the exact same challenge for the
exact same amount of time that are seeing each other almost every single day that are going
through the same six pillars that I'm going to tell you about in just a minute. And so it's so
much more accountability and it's all of us doing it together as a team. And as we do that, you don't
want to fail the team and you're more likely to show up and actually crush the challenge. And it's
just so much more fun to do it together. Another thing that's going to be super helpful for all of this,
like I said, is I'm going to be going live. But at the end, when I have extra time, I'll be going
live for about 15, 20 minutes every single day. And then I'll have Q&A sessions for if you have
any questions for me directly, you guys can ask me directly on the actual call itself. And there's a
lot more than just me speaking at you and you
listening, but it's also a dialogue of how I can help everybody in the group grow and get better.
And really more than anything else, what we're going to be doing throughout these challenges
and throughout this 30 days is we're going to be hitting six pillars, six pillars every single day.
The first one is we're going to meditate every single day.
No floating on clouds meditation.
It's about grounding your mind.
It's about owning your mind.
It's about giving yourself that daily mental workout to center yourself, to build focus,
and to kick that stress out of your life.
So that's the first thing.
Second thing is you're going to be picking a diet that is best for you and your body, and you're going to stick to that diet every single day for the 30 days of the challenge, no exceptions. Third thing we're going to be doing is we're going to be exercising
every single day for at least 30 minutes. That's up to you, whatever it is that you want,
but you got to break a sweat. You got to go for 30 minutes. It could be a workout. It could be
a run. It could be yoga. It could be going for swims, whatever it is, because really what it
comes down to is pushing your body to its limit. And the reason
why that's important is because there's a huge mind-body connection. And when your body's getting
better and your body is growing, you are getting better and your mind's getting better. That's the
third thing. The fourth thing we're going to be doing is we're going to be reading at least 10
pages of a book every single day. Whatever it is that you want, you figure it out because really
knowledge is power. Your brain is hungry for knowledge.
And reading will help you challenge your perspectives,
feed your brain, and strengthen your mindset throughout this challenge.
The fifth thing we're gonna be doing
is no drinking any alcohol for 30 days.
I don't think that alcohol is the enemy,
but just wait until you see what your life looks like
when you're completely without it.
We're not putting any poison in our bodies for 30 days.
We're cleaning it all out. And bodies for 30 days. We're cleaning
it all out. And then number six, which is the most powerful, it's probably my most favorite,
and it's probably one that I also hate the most, is we're going to do one thing that scares the
hell out of us every single day. And I'm going to give you a few examples of what that could
look like inside of the challenge, but it could be for some of you, or you're going to do all 30
days of cold plunges. It could be something different, but really what it comes down to is getting yourself out of your comfort zone
every single day so that you don't look like the same person at the end of the 30 days,
because you've been challenging yourself for 30 days straight. The way I like to look at it is
like a rubber band. You know, if you take a rubber band, you pull it, it'll stretch, it'll stretch,
it'll stretch. But if you stretch it long enough, eventually it'll break. That's what we're trying to do with your mindset. That's what
we're trying to do with your comfort zone is so you pull, pull, pull, pull, pull, and until it
snaps at some point. So if you've made it this far, there's probably a part of you that's like,
damn, this sounds kind of scary, but hell yeah, I feel like I need this. I feel like I need to do
it. If you have that feeling, that's your gut trying to tell you that this feels right
and that you need to do it.
But your mind is almost always gonna try
to talk you out of everything.
And so please pay very, very close attention
to what I'm about to say.
Your brain is a coward.
Your brain is designed to convince you
to stay inside of your comfort zone.
Anything unfamiliar, anything unfamiliar
that's outside of any comfort zone at all
is always seen as a
threat to the brain. And here's the thing. You cannot solve a problem with the same mindset
that created it. You cannot change your life with the same mindset that created that life.
And just so you know, this challenge is not for people who want to take it easy or people who
want to half-ass their way through it. If that's you, please don't even think about joining it.
