Welcome to the Mindset and Motivation Podcast, one of the top motivational podcasts in the
world.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we come out with a short, to the point, no BS episode
to help make massive changes in your mind and transform you from who you are now to
who you want to be.
My name is Rob Dial, and the podcast starts now.
Welcome to today's episode. If you have not yet done so, hit that subscribe button so that you
never miss another episode. I've got two very quick announcements. And that's number one. If you want to ask me a question and possibly be featured on my social media and this podcast as
well, you can send me a video question, 30 seconds or less to my inbox, and you can send it to rd
at robdial.com. So rd at robdial.com. Make sure you're holding your phone normally like you would
normally hold it and ask me a very direct question. A good question, not a question like,
what are the three keys of success? But hey, here's what I'm dealing with. This is how my life
is. What would you recommend would be a great way of doing it? The more direct and the more clear
and the better your question is, the better that my answer could be. So this is your chance to be featured on my Facebook
with 1.7 million followers,
my Instagram with 125,000 followers,
and this podcast, which is one of the top 100 in the world.
So all you have to do, take a quick video,
30 seconds or less.
You could do, if you have 35 seconds, it's okay,
but try to keep it around 30 seconds or less.
Very direct question, very clear, very concise, but also very deep.
The quality of your question will dictate the quality of my answer.
So that's the first thing.
The second thing, as you guys know, the Habit Mastery Challenge is now open.
We start on...
Oh, good Lord.
I almost choked amongst spit there.
on, oh, good Lord, I almost choked a little bit there. The Habit Mastery Challenge,
the 30-Day Habit Mastery Challenge is open. We have already had over 125 people join. The first 200 people get a massive discount, 25% discount. So if you're ready to change your life, you have
to start with your habits. 45% of what you do is habitual. We're trying to change those to the
habits that they should be to create the life that you want. habitual. We're trying to change those to the habits that
they should be to create the life that you want. So if you're ready to go on a 30 day sprint
and get daily coaching from me every single day inside of this group, which will be hundreds of
other people supporting you in there as well, then go ahead and go to habits30.com. Do not put
www for some reason. You just have to put habits with an S, 30.com. Go there, check it out,
see if it's right for you, and I would love to see you in this 30-day sprint to create the life
that you want to. All right, let's go ahead and dive into today's episode. What would your life
look like if you finally decided to go all in? And what I mean by that is, is you stopped playing
at level four or level five or whatever it
is. Let me ask you a question real quick. And I want you to be honest with yourself. You know,
let's say that there's scale of one to 10. And I want you to think of the scale of one to 10,
one being absolutely terrible. You're the worst life that anybody have ever existed on the entire
earth. Level 10 is like, you're literally the perfect person that's ever existed. You put 100% into everything that you've ever done every single day, every single moment. On a scale of 1
to 10, what would you rate yourself as far as how you've been living your life in the past three
months or six months? What would you rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10? Be honest. Is it a 5,
a 6, or 7? That's the stuff that I usually hear the most often.
Let's say that it's a seven. If it's a seven, then let's put it into a test. If it's a seven
out of 10, that means that you're giving yourself a 70% on your life. That's a C. You just graded
yourself a C in your life. If you say that you're a six out of 10 that you've been living the past three months, the past six months, a 60% is a D. It's the lowest D that you can get. And if you got anything less
than 60%, you just rated yourself an F on the test of life. And that's you rating it, nobody else.
So my question to you is what would your life look like if you finally decided to go all in?
If you finally decided to take action?
If you finally decided that you were going to stop making excuses for why you're not where you want to be?
If you finally decided that you were going to stop blaming everything external
and start putting all of the blame on yourself?
The blame on yourself as to you're not
where you want to be and it's your fault. Your life is not the way that you want it. It's your
fault. You haven't created the success or the money or the happiness or the love or the freedom
that you wanted and it is all your fault. And nobody can be blamed. You can't blame your parents.
You can't blame the president. You can't blame society. You can't blame your spouse. You can't
blame your children. You can't blame anybody else. You can only blame yourself. Now, for most people, when they hear that, it sounds kind of depressing
of they're putting all of the blame on themselves. But actually, that's the most empowering thing
that you can do is to place all of the blame on yourself. Because if you can place all of the
blame on yourself, then what you realize is that from now on, you're in complete control of your
life. No one else can control your life but you.
And that's the exciting thing about it.
So what would your life look like if, you know, until the end of the year,
the next three months, the next four months, whatever it is,
that you just decided to go all out.
You woke up every single morning with intention, with a plan, with an action,
step list, to-do list of exactly
what you're going to do every single day. What would your life look like come January 1st?
Would it be completely different? Have you ever done that? Ask yourself that question. Have you
ever put a hundred percent into your life or have you just kind of been on autopilot for a while?
What would your life look like if you put 100% into everything?
You stopped paying attention to your fears.
You stopped caring about if people are going to reject you
or judge you or not accept you.
And you just decided to do it anyways.
That dream that you've had in the back of your head
for the past five years, the past 10 years,
you finally decided to take action on it.
You finally decided to fix your bad habits
and to create the habits that you want to. You finally decided to wake up on it. You finally decided to fix your bad habits and to create the habits that you want to.
You finally decided to wake up
and start that morning routine.
You finally decided to stop drinking alcohol.
You finally decided to start eating healthy.
You finally decided to start going to the gym
five times a week.
What would your life look like if you finally decided X?
So a question that I have for you,
as you're listening to this,
everybody's thinking something different. What is it that I have for you, as you're listening to this, everybody's thinking something
different. What is it that you need to finally decide? Because people think, man, I've just,
I've been this person for so long. I don't know how I'm going to be somebody else.
I've been this person for so long. I don't know how I can just wake up and be someone else.
You have to realize when you wake up every single day, you're deciding to be the person that you
were yesterday. You can wake up tomorrow and decide to be somebody completely different.
You can wake up tomorrow and decide to be the perfect version of yourself that exists
in the future.
What would your life look like if you went to level 10 and you went all in everything
that you did?
What would it look like if you stopped doubting yourself?
If you stopped listening to the naysayers?
If you started hanging out with people that supported you instead of hanging out with
people that talked down to you or that doubted your success or told you that you couldn't do it
or made you think small or have bad habits on their own or people that tell you that you're
never going to amount to anything? What would your life look like if you finally decided to
change your network? Because your network determines your net worth. If you look at the five people
around you, they say that you're the average of the five people around you. If you hang out with
five millionaires, there's a pretty good chance you're going to become the sixth. If you hang out
with five alcoholics, there's a pretty good chance you're going to become the sixth. If you hang out
with five people who are overweight, you're probably already overweight. So if you look at
the people around you and they are not the future that you want, then you need to find new people around you. You need to start hanging out with people that have the same goals as you, that want to do the same thing, that want to have healthier lives, that want to make more money, that want to be successful, that want to give more to charity, that want to be more just in general in their own lives.
just in general in their own lives.
So the question I have for you is,
what would your life look like if you finally decided to get rid of all of your old habits
that are holding you back?
What would your life look like
if you finally decided to create the habits
that you know that you need to?
Because subconsciously and probably consciously,
you know what you need to do to change your life.
But why are you not doing it?
So the question I have for you, and I want you to think about with this video and this episode and this podcast, is this. What is the one
thing that you need to change? What is the hardest thing for you to give up? Is it crappy food? Is it
alcohol? Is it being lazy? Is it procrastination? Is it sleeping in? Is it talking down to yourself?
What is the number one thing that you need to give up
in order to create the life that you want?
Well, that's what I got for you for this episode.
If you liked this episode,
please share it with someone that you know and love.
And I'm gonna leave you the same way
that I leave you every single time.
Make it your mission to make somebody else's day better.
I appreciate you and I hope that you have an amazing day.
