all of the information that you need there before the prices go up in just a couple days in 2019. So that's what I got for you today. Let's go ahead and dive
in. Okay. So long story short, let's dive in. I want to talk about the two most important words
in the entire English language. And the reason why is because I've started to notice patterns
that people have by saying I am. And those are the, if I've started to notice patterns that people have
by saying, I am. And those are the, if you want to know, those are the two most important words.
I'm going to talk about the two most important words in English language or any language,
and that is, I am. Why are they the two most powerful words? It's been a while, guys.
Why are they the two most powerful words? Because those words are
either building you up or breaking you down. Those words that you say, I am blank. That blank
better be a really freaking empowering word or empowering sentence, or you're breaking yourself
down every single time that you say it. When you confirm out loud, or if you're talking to yourself, your subconscious,
there's a difference between your subconscious and your conscious.
Your conscious mind can only hold one thought at a time.
It's me speaking to you, me making me, I'm thinking and then speaking right away.
That's all that my conscious mind can hold on to.
Thinking and then speaking right away.
And that's all that my conscious mind can hold on to.
My subconscious mind, though, has all of everything that's stored.
My entire life that's ever happened is back there.
And the thing about your subconscious mind, it does not know what is true and what is false.
So if you're saying, I am stupid, I am... Let's just use that example.
I am stupid.
Well, then your subconscious mind is going to
store that over and over and over again. I'm actually very hesitant just to say it for you
guys on this podcast because I don't want my own personal subconscious to store that I'm stupid.
I don't want that because I'm not stupid. And so you have to realize what you say out loud,
I'm not a good reader. I'm stupid. I don't know. I'm not really good at that.
I'm not blank. I am blank. Whatever it is, it has to be empowering. I can't go in-depth in the
subconscious because that's a whole other topic on its own. I go much more in-depth in it in my
group coaching. But you have to realize your subconscious does not know what is true or false. Therefore,
whatever you say, your subconscious will think is true and it will store it as such.
The problem is that most people don't understand this and they're saying things out loud or even in their head like, I am stupid. I am ugly. I am slow. I am fat. I am unathletic.
I am not enough.
I am not smart enough.
I am not qualified.
I am emotional.
All of these things.
You know, I hate saying it out loud just to say it on the podcast. I have to, but because I don't want my own personal subconscious to listen to these and
so on is true.
Now, that being said, it also doesn't know what is true is if you start using empowering
stuff. I am amazing. I am
smart. I love myself. Whatever it is that you say, I am blank. I am really great at doing this.
Right? It might sound very woo-woo-y of, oh, I'm just going to build myself up and talk out loud
and say I love myself and say I'm amazing and say all of these things. Well, if your self-confidence is low at this point, or you
don't think that you're good at something, you might as well give it a shot and try to start
saying empowering things. And here's the deal. A lot of my coaching clients, I noticed this with
them is after a month, two months with me, whatever it might be, they start to catch themselves saying
stuff out loud. And they're like, blah, blah, blah. Oh, actually, crap. No, no, no. I wasn't supposed
to say that. And they'll catch themselves saying these things they're not supposed to say.
Like, I am not good at that. I am not blank. Whatever it is. I am not enough. I'm not smart
enough. Whatever it is. I'm not qualified. I'm not fast enough. Whatever it is. All of those
things. They'll say it out loud and they'll go, oh, sorry, I made a mistake. And they'll realize,
they'll catch themselves. Realize this. You can't control your first thought, but you can always
control your second thought. Therefore, if you catch yourself saying something that is not
empowering out loud, you immediately, and you might hear me snapping, immediately at that very
second, switch it and say something empowering in its place. If you say one empowering thing,
replace that with 10, one unempowering thing, one thing that breaks you down. If you say one empowering thing, replace that with 10,
one unempowering thing, one thing that breaks you down. If you say one of those things,
immediately switch it with 10 empowering things and say it out loud because your subconscious is going to store it as true. And if I say one negative thing, well, I'm going to want it and
it's going to store that. I'm going to want it to store 10 positive things in place of that.
You have to use this as repetition. You're either breaking
yourself down or you're building yourself up with every single thing that you say.
And you might think that that's weird. Words don't exist. Words exist in a physical form.
If you look at somebody's brain, you can actually see the chemical activity changing based on what they say to themselves or what they think about. So if you are saying, I am blank, and that blank is not
empowering, you need to immediately change it and start saying something empowering.
And you have to do this with repetition. You have to use incantations. Even if you don't believe it
at first, you will start to. And if you don't know what an incantation. Even if you don't believe it at first, you will start to. And if
you don't know what an incantation is, if you're new, you can go back and listen to some of my
episodes where I talk about incantations, but it's basically like an affirmation where you say
something to yourself, but you use your physiology, use your power, use your body, use your breath.
You do everything that you can to physically put it out there in the open and your brain will start to store whatever you say as true quicker. In group coaching, I teach what I feel is the most important thing.
God honest truth in my mind, the most important thing people will ever learn in their entire
lives. And that's something called your paradigm. And I go extremely in depth in your paradigm.
It is the most important thing you will ever learn. I'm willing to die for that statement. It is the most important thing
that you will ever learn. Your paradigm is what is holding you back or pushing you forward. Your
paradigm is your story, is your worldview, is what you're saying to yourself over and over and over
again. And I can't do an episode on it because it wouldn't do it justice because it needs a long lesson. I have actually three long lessons on paradigm and how it works
in your life and my group coaching because it is that important. I can't do it in a 10-minute
episode. But what I'll tell you is this. Your paradigm is your entire worldview. Everything.
worldview. Everything. Therefore, you must learn to use empowering words, whatever it is, for this phrase of I am all the time because it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. Whatever you say and
whatever you think about most, you will become. Let me say that again, whatever you say and whatever you think about most, you will become.
It is a self-fulfilling prophecy. No professional athlete has ever gotten there by not believing in
themselves. No actors have ever gotten there by not believing in themselves. No millionaires have
ever gotten there. No billionaires have ever gotten there by not believing in themselves or just happy people in general. You don't have to be rich
and successful and all those things. Happy people are happy because of what they think about and
what they say and what they focus on. So to wrap it all up, if you were to write down on a piece
of paper, I am blank. Take this with you for the rest of your life. That next word or next sentence
better be empowering or you're just breaking yourself down with every single word that you
say after that because your subconscious is storing whatever you say as true and you will
be creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. Whether it's a good one or whether it's a bad one
is up to you, your choices, your decisions,
your thoughts, and your words.
