so let's go ahead and dive in. If you want to change your reality, the fastest way to do it is to change
what you believe about yourself because you will never create a life that is bigger than the person
that you believe yourself to be. Imagine what would happen if you stopped seeing yourself as small,
stopped questioning whether you're capable. And genuinely, 100% started believing with every fiber of
your being that you are far more powerful than you've ever been taught to believe that you are.
You would think differently, you would move differently, you would make completely different decisions,
and those decisions would start creating a completely different reality for you.
You would literally shift the reality that you're living in.
That's what we're going to be talking about today.
I'm going to show you, number one, how powerful you truly are, and then I'm going to teach you
three practical shifts to start actually living like the most powerful version of you so that
your reality changes.
So let's get into it.
There's a quote that I live by, and I love, and it's by a woman.
named Marion Williamson, and she says, our deepest fear is not that we're inadequate. Our deepest
fears that were powerful beyond measure. It's our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrieking so that
other people won't feel insecure around you. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously
give people permission to do the same. And as we are liberated from our own fear, our
presence automatically liberates others. Basically, what she's saying is that our deepest fear is not
that we're not enough. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. Think about that for a
second. Why would anybody be afraid of being powerful? Because if you're powerful, you're responsible.
If you're small, you get an excuse. If you're powerful, you don't get an excuse. If you're powerful,
then you need to be that and to stop hiding behind your not enoughness that you've been hiding behind.
And the thing is, you weren't born thinking that you're small or thinking that you had limiting
beliefs in any sort of way. Watch a two-year-old. They think they can do anything. So where does that go?
Well, at some point in time, you, myself, all of us learned that we are not enough. We
unlearned how powerful we actually are and started believing that we're not enough.
You learned what to think about yourself, the world, what's possible for people like you.
You learned your fears.
Did you know that you're only born with two fears?
Loud noises and falling.
Those are the only two that are built into the human circuitry.
Everything else learned.
Which means your fears you learned.
Your beliefs you learned.
So what did the adults that are around you believe,
about you? What did your parents, your teachers, your friends, the world expect from you?
Don't get too big. Be realistic. Who do you think you are? And you have to understand,
like, you didn't become who you are. You didn't live up to your true potential. You became
who you were told you were. That's what beliefs do. They are self-fulfilling prophecies.
And I want you to understand that you're not just living in reality. You are constantly creating
reality. And I'm not kidding. Like when I say you're constantly constructing the reality around you.
Like you're really creating it. Every thought, every belief, everything goes through your head
and then shapes your external reality. The only question of this is, are you creating on purpose
from a place of personal power from the highest version of you? Or are you creating from programs
that other people taught you? So the most powerful thing that you can settle
into and to understand and really feel in all 40 trillion of the cells in your body is that you are a
million times more powerful than you believe yourself to be. Think about that for a second.
And I really want you to understand this. This isn't some like motivational speaker bullshit that I'm
giving you. I want you to understand how fucking powerful you truly are. And I want you to understand
it so much that you start shifting your reality because your reality will shift quickly when you
change your beliefs about yourself. I'll give you some.
some examples, right? Like, I don't want to just tell you some, hey, you can do it, buddy,
high five, I believe in you. Like, let me give you some actual scientific proof, right?
In 2002, there was a study by a man that was named Bruce Mosley, and he took 180 patients
with arthritis in their knee. These people had, like, real pain, trouble walking, trouble going
upstairs, and he split them into two groups. One group got real surgery, and the other group
was wheeled into surgery. He put them under, and all he did was put a cut on their knee and then
stitched them back up. And the ones that got stitched back up, he did nothing. He didn't touch
their knee besides that cut in stitching him back up. Two years later, the group with the fake
surgery reported the same amount of relief, the same amount of mobility, and less pain as the group
that got the real surgery. Oh, shit. You found that for a second. People healed themselves from a
surgery that never happened. Nothing was repaired. Nothing inside of that knee changed. The only thing that
change was what they believed was done to them. And not believing healed their knees. And so you might be
like, oh, well, that's kind of cool. Like that's pain, but pain is all in your head. No, because this stuff
shows up in your actual chemistry as well. Want another study? There's a researcher named Alia Crum.
She did a study where she gave people a milkshake, the exact same milkshake, to one group and then to
another group. One group, she told them that there was an indulgent shake, 620 calories, really indulgent.
The other group, she told the exact same shake.
She labeled it as sensible.
It's only 140 calories.
So even though it tastes really good, it's very, very guilt-free.
And we will be right back.
And now, back to the show.
And when she measured their ghrelin, and just so you know,
grelin is the hormone that tells you that you're hungry,
drop three times more than the other group.
What?
Their body responded like it had eaten more food.
food off of just what she told them. It was the exact same shake. It was a completely different
belief and it literally changed the hormones and the biology inside of these people. Do you understand
what that means? Your beliefs are not just like floating around in your head. They're in your
hormones. They're in your pain. They're in your body right now. So think about that for a second.
What label have you been wearing your entire life? Because if believing a shake with 620 calories can
change your hormones, what does believing you're not smart enough or not good enough has,
what is it done to your internal hormones in your biology? What has, oh, I'm not the type of person
that does that done for your body, right? You've been running this exact same mechanism your
entire life. It's just you had it pointed in the wrong direction. So what if we point this
into the actual right direction? What's crazy about is this. So that's called the placebo effect.
another study that was done, accidental study kind of, it works in reverse as well. So there's
the placebo effect. There's also something that's called the nocebo effect, which instead of making
yourself healthy, you can actually make yourself sick by what you think. Right. And so to give you
an idea, there was a case from 2007. And I think about us all the time because I think it's super
important for us to understand. There was a guy that was in a clinical trial for an antidepressant.
He goes through a really bad breakup. And in a dark moment, he decides to swallow the entire bottle
of pills that they give him, 29 pills inside of that bottle. He instantly, like, regrets it,
sees it as a mistake, sends himself to the emergency room. By the time he gets there, like, he's in
real, real trouble, starting to overdose. His blood pressure has crashed. His heart rate is racing.
He's sweating. He's pale. He's shaking. He can barely stay awake. And the doctors are looking at
him. They're like, this guy is overdosing. So they actually start to treat him for an overdose based
off what was happening inside of his body. And then they're like, but we don't know what's inside of his
body because this is a trial drug. So they have him do urine work. They have him do blood work.
They find nothing in his system. Why? Because he was actually part of the placebo group.
Those pills are made of sugar, nothing else. And what's crazy is once he finds out that he was part
of the placebo group within 15 minutes, his blood pressure went back to normal. His heart rate went
back to normal. He was fine. He made himself sick with his thoughts. And then he immediately fixed it
with his thoughts. Holy crap, right? His body was shutting down over belief and then his body
unshut down over a different belief. Do you understand how crazy that is? And now I want you to think
about this for a second because most people hear that and go, wow, that's a crazy story. No,
that's you. That's what you've been doing to yourself your entire life. You've been telling
yourself you're not capable and you're behind and you're not good enough and you're another type
of person that does that. And your body's been believing you and giving you those hormones and
you've been reacting in different ways based off what you say. So your energy, your confidence,
the way you walk into a room, everything, all of that has been organizing itself around a belief
that was never true in the first place. You've been running no CBO in your entire life. And nobody ever
came to tell you, hey, that's just a sugar pill. So let me be the guy that tells you, it was never real.
What you believe about yourself is not true. You were never small. You're never not enough.
You just believe that you were in your entire body and life organized around it. So the most dangerous
thing that you can do, and I mean dangerous in a good way, is to wake up your own inner power
and understand how powerful you truly are. If you want to shift your reality quickly, this is the
fastest way to do it. Okay. So let me give you a step by step process. Number one, catch the program.
You need to catch your not enoughness. You cannot change anything that you're not aware of.
Right. So most people think that they're limiting beliefs are just who they are. Oh, I'm just not a
confident person, I'm not good with money, people like me don't do stuff like that, I'm shy,
I'm just not a hard worker, I'm lazy, right? That's your I'm not enoughness. You have to understand,
those are not facts, those are beliefs, and beliefs are not true. You think that they're true,
you feel that they're true, but they're not true. A belief is just the thought that you have
thought so many times that you believe it to be true. And that's exactly what's keeping you small.
And so I want you to start catching it in the moment. Every time you hear that voice that speaks
the I'm not enoughness. Oh, who am I to do that? I'm not good enough. I can't do this.
Whatever your I'm not enoughness says, I want you to stop it and ask one question, is this true?
And I mean, not like it's happened so many times so I believe it or I was told this as a child,
but like what I mean, is it true? Is it written into the fabric of the universe that you are lazy?
Is it written into the fabric of the universe that you are not good enough? If I were to look at
your birth certificate, it would say 19.
182 born in New York, New York will never be loved. Is that what it says? It doesn't say that.
Then it must not be true. It's a belief about yourself. It's just something that you learned from an
adult when you were little and you believed that adults knew everything. And so you took it on.
And you've been letting that run your entire life. Like how insane is that to think about?
So the second you name it, you create separation from it. And once you create separation,
you now get to choose what your next step is.
Right? So you've got to catch the program, and then you've got to go on to step two.
Step two, you need to brainwash yourself on purpose.
Don't let the world brainwash you.
Your parents, people around you, the internet, social media, you brainwash yourself
from this moment forward.
Here's the thing.
We were all brainwashed unconsciously, not on purpose, to believe that we're small or not good enough.
And it wasn't by like one big moment.
It's just repetition.
Thousands of little messages over the years.
You learned what adults thought of themselves and you took it on or you heard what people said to you and you took it on. So if repetition is what got us here, then repetition is what's going to get you out. And this isn't like some feel good kind of thing. What you believe about yourself literally changes your body. Right. I'll give you another study from the same lady, Aaliyah Krum again. She did a study with 84 housekeepers. These women were on their feet all day long, cleaning rooms, pushing cards, lifting, bending everything.
They were constantly exercising, basically.
And most of them didn't realize they were getting exercise.
And so Aaliyah Krum took half of them and told them, hey, you work every day.
And actually, when we look at it, this actually means that you're hitting the recommendations
that the United States says for an active lifestyle and exercise.
So like, just by working, you're doing all the exercise you need.
That's it.
She didn't change your diet.
She didn't change your work.
Nothing.
She just told them a belief.
Four weeks later, the group that was told,
that they were getting all of the exercise they needed, they lost weight. Their blood pressure went down.
Their body fat went down. The other group that wasn't told anything, nothing changed.
What? How crazy is that? The only thing that changed was what they believed about what they were
already doing. So think about this. If believing your job as exercise can lower your blood pressure,
what do you think believing your insignificant has done to your life?
after all that I've said today, you can't think that your thoughts don't affect your body.
There's facts that show you it does.
So what you need to do is brainwash yourself on purpose.
Here's how you do it.
I want you to write down one sentence about who you are, like the highest version of yourself
when you're not run by fear.
What is possible for you?
At your absolute greatest, it could be something like I was built for this.
I don't need permission.
I create my reality.
and nothing can stop me.
Love it.
Do that and have it brainwashed into yourself
the same sentence over and over again.
If you're more of a spiritual person,
think about this way.
It could be something like,
I was made by a creator
in the image of the creator,
so I create.
Read it in the morning.
Create a morning ritual around it.
Get it into your subconscious.
Read it at night before you go to bed as well.
Program your subconscious, right?
Read it every time you start doubting yourself.
your brain is going to fight it at first.
No, no, no, that's not me.
That's not me.
Of course it is going to do that.
Because it's been running the same old program for 30 years.
Read it anyways.
Fight through the, oh, I don't think this is working.
You didn't believe the old stuff the first time you heard it either.
You believed it because you heard it so many times that it became normal.
So make this sentence that you're brainwashing yourself with your new normal.
That's where you have to do it.
You have to push yourself to actually start to brainwash yourself.
And the number three is I want you to act like.
like a creator. I love reading through ancient texts. In the Bible, it says that man was created in the
image of God. Now, I want to be really clear. I'm not saying in any sort of way that humans are God.
So that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is this. God is a creator. And if we're created
in the image of God, then we're creators too, correct? That means we're creating our reality.
Remember what I said earlier? You're constantly creating all of the time, every single one of us,
every thought that we have. Right? Do you understand that? Do you under, it's so, you are so fucking
powerful and you don't realize it. You've just been told your entire life that you're not.
But if you're a creator, don't wait for permission. Don't wait for proof. Do it. Before anything
gets created, it doesn't exist yet. There's no evidence. So creators act first and the evidence
shows up later. Most people do the exact opposite. They wait for proof that they're powerful and then
they want to act powerful after that. The proof will never come because they never actually act.
And so I want you to do this. Every time you're about to make a decision, big or small, ask yourself,
am I making a decision from fear or my own personal power? Fear keeps you small. Power makes you dangerous in this world.
And every time you choose your own personal power from the highest version of you, you're handing your brain proof that that program is true.
And you step more and more into that identity. That sentence you wrote down a few minutes ago stops being words and it starts being evidence.
and that's why it really truly matters.
And so here's what I want you to take from this.
I want you to write down this question.
Who would I be if I actually truly understand how powerful I was?
Who would I be if I actually truly understood how powerful I am?
And then what you do is you ask yourself,
if I was that powerful person, what would I do today?
And then you just go do it.
You were never small.
You are so much more powerful that you could possibly understand.
You've got to realize it.
and when you do and start acting from it,
you will shift the reality around you.
So that's what I got for you for today's episode.
