Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey guys, I want to thank you for watching the show and I want to encourage you to keep contributing to keep this show and free speech free for everyone whether they want to hear it or not. Click on this video or the link on the screen to make a contribution of any amount. I'll read your name on the show, but more importantly, you'll truly be supporting a great cause without Big Brother taking their cut or limiting the message. Thank you guys so much. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Welcome to the show, folks. How are you? Good to be with you. I want all of you to enjoy your cake. So, enjoy.
Starting point is 00:01:16 Yeah. The Antichrist. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood. How you doing, ladies and gentlemen, huh? Enjoying the world as it's being taken apart piece by piece. It's getting creepy out there. It's getting creepy out there. What is going on? Let's get right to it.
Starting point is 00:01:37 Fuck it, there's a ton of stuff. It's just the radical left. I said to Colin Quinn on the phone, I go, I can just grab any four stories and they're more interesting than the most interesting story was a year ago. It's just moving that fast and that. And I thought the creepiest one so far is this.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Well, I put the segment as, do you have your walking papers? Which is what the Nazis used to say to poor Jewish people walking through streets. New Yorkers will be required to show vaccine passports, proof that they have received the COVID-19 vaccine in order to reenter society. Does that sound familiar to you people? Do you know where this is headed? Even I did the minute I read it. The New York Post reported that the Excelsior Pass, that's what
Starting point is 00:02:32 it's called, would officially launch on April 2nd following an announcement from Governor, I like my pussy, Andrew Cuomo on Friday. Similar to a mobile airline boarding pass, individuals will be able to either print out their pass or store it on their smartphones using the Excelsior Pass Wallet app set of press release about the program. Each pass will have a secure QR code
Starting point is 00:02:59 which participating businesses and venues can scan using a companion app to verify proof of COVID-19 negative tests, results, or proof of vaccination. An individual's data is kept secure. It's kept secure with all the other data they keep secure. Okay. They know what is in your stool sample. Is that how you like it? Be kept secure and confidential at all times. Yeah, all right. The app won't show any health information when scanned. It'll only show a green checkmark.
Starting point is 00:03:40 Oh boy, that's what we need. More checkmarks around people's names like Twitter. How'd that work? A green check mark if the person has been vaccinated or tested negatively or a red X if they haven't. Oh, that's pretty much speaks volumes, doesn't it? Shut up, mind your fucking business and shut up. Do you guys understand how Nazi-like this is?
Starting point is 00:04:01 And most, again, most people don't, just stupid. Oh, that's good. So we know the people that and we go into the venues and they do you understand this is going to be linked like to i've read about this it'll be linked to other you know like your paypal account uh remember these they people who are trump supporters uh remember they were shutting down like Milo Yiannopoulos' credit cards and shit. Do you understand where it's headed? Like in China, we talked about
Starting point is 00:04:30 the social credit scores. Do you understand where this could lead? And it will lead. To me, this is fucking huge. Major venues such as Madison Square Garden and Times Union Center in Albany will begin using the app next week on April 2nd.
Starting point is 00:04:45 Excelsior Pass will expand to smaller arts and entertainment event venues. So, you know, eventually when you go to the Comedy Cellar, you know, I'm sure that'll speed up things too, you know. And Cuomo's officials, I'm sure they're very proud. The app, which launched Friday, already works to prove vaccination status or negative test results and can be used to gain access to wedding receptions. Finally, I get an excuse not to get in. Fuck it.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Hey, I'll be using it. Look, it is a picture of me shitting blood. I can't dance, which now require negative tests from attendees. Do you guys know that you have to have a negative test when you go to a wedding? Did you guys know that? You have to have a negative test when you go to a wedding. What? And other events above the social gathering limit.
Starting point is 00:05:32 Guys, this is such government intrusion. They have no fucking right. And they're already tracking you, but it's getting, you know, this is a way. Just read your history. It's all been done, except that now we have high tech. In a statement, Cuomo said, yummy, yummy. I like her titties. No. In a statement, Cuomo said, yummy, yummy. I like her titties. No.
Starting point is 00:05:48 In a statement, Cuomo said, What he said was in English, New Yorkers have proven they can follow public health guidance to beat back COVID and the innovative Excelsior Pass is another tool in our new toolbox to fight the virus while allowing more sectors of the economy to reopen safely and keeping personal information secure. I only wish I had it so I didn't kill those old people. People lining up for vaccines. We have videos of New Yorkers. They're all excited about it, right? Ah! Ah!
Starting point is 00:06:29 Ah! Ah! Jesus, H. Wake up, white people. That is going to be, you understand, you'll go to the gym and and it won't just be used for covid once it's over you know like the chinese if they find out you were at a protest you know of course they zoom in on your face right they survey everything they find that you were some anti-government protests in china all of a sudden you can't take buses and cabs and shit and don't
Starting point is 00:07:03 fucking think for a second that's not not, it's the same mentality. They want to control you. And they're using this COVID thing. Again, it's not the first time it's been done in history. Naomi, you know who Naomi Wolf is? She's a feminist, a liberal feminist who's finally waking up. And I say to her and the Bill Maher's, oh, you're coming around. Well, we can thank you for your politics
Starting point is 00:07:27 for the last 20 years to get us to this place. Because anybody who is PC, you have fucking blood thinner on your head. Naomi Wolf, again, a lefty, sounds the bell on vaccine passports. We have a video of her, and this is what she said about basically what I just told you.
Starting point is 00:07:44 But she's right on the money. I'm not overstating this. I can't say it forcefully enough. This is literally the end of human liberty in the West. No exaggeration. This plan unfolds as planned. Vaccine passport sounds like a fine thing if you don't understand what those platforms can do. I'm CEO of a tech company.
Starting point is 00:08:06 I understand what this platform does. It's not about the vaccine. It's not about the virus. It's about your data. And once this rolls out, you don't have a choice about being part of the system. What people have to understand is that any other functionality can be loaded onto that platform with no problem at all. And what that means is it can be merged with your PayPal account, with your digital currency. Microsoft is already talking about merging it with payment plans. Your networks can be sucked up. It geolocates
Starting point is 00:08:40 you everywhere you go. Your credit history can be included. All of your medical history can be included. So you go to get on a plane and they're like, well, you bounced two checks this week or whatever. Or you didn't do this. Or Microsoft already
Starting point is 00:08:59 talking to like credit companies and shit. You see, it's kind of creepy. Kind of creepy. of creepy again thank god biden's like this with the chinese so they can get it down pat nick you're overstating no no no no no no wake up and smell the fucking coffee and uh this is i cannot wait for the midterms. I don't understand. You have lefties coming out that said they've had enough between Biden's dog shit immigration, which is a disaster out there. All this shit, they're overplaying their hand. But like I said, and I'll say it again till the next election, unless if they pass all that shit, all those election reforms, you know, that makes stealing legal and you don't have to have an ID and all that. Well, Republicans are never going to win anything again. And you saw the reaction down here in Georgia, right, to try to fix it after the Senate, the Senate runoff. What a debacle that was.
Starting point is 00:09:57 It was as crooked as the November 3rd election. And they're passing all kinds of legislation to clean that up. And I told you yesterday, Major League Baseball, the fucking golf, those white guys in the pants, what do they call them? The PGA, the Masters, they're being called, you know, the lefties are saying boycott this shit because they haven't said anything bad about the new legislation, which actually clears up a lot of the stealing. It's going to be so interesting. It is. But back to COVID, because this was the pretext for all of this poo-poo.
Starting point is 00:10:37 Did you see the CDC director? I don't know. We're still listening to them. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Her name, the director, is Rochelle Walensky. When did she come aboard? Not bad. Went off script at a briefing yesterday and made an emotional plea to Americans to not let up on public health measures amid fears of a fourth wave. That's right. Keep that fear alive. These people are all part of it, whether they know it or not. Maybe she actually believes this,
Starting point is 00:11:10 but Bill Gates is a fucking shapeshifter. What they're saying, and this is her talking, I'm going to reflect on the recurring feeling I have of impending doom, Olenski said, appearing to hold back tears. We do not have the luxury of inaction. Yeah, we do. It's working beautifully in Florida. For the health of our country, we must work together now to prevent a fourth surge. Do you guys see what's happening? Remember we had, what, we had, I don't know, 100 days to flatten the curve. And then we had, don't worry till you get the vaccine. We'll be, then we go back to normal. They keep moving the fucking goalpost.
Starting point is 00:11:50 And they're going to, you're going to have that mask on when you're 96, if you're 22 today. Okay, I exaggerate to make my point. But you see where it's going, don't you? Anyways, what a gloom and doom. It's so funny. Trump was up there, you you know and people said he went overboard with the positive shit he's up there everything's fine a couple people get sick it well you know they're stacking bodies up behind cuomo's house like fucking cordwood um but this
Starting point is 00:12:17 is her not exactly the positive uh you know not a good not exactly like the message trump gave us but the gloom and doom here she is so i'm speaking today not necessarily as your cdc director not only as your cdc director you're not as a wife as a mother oh in that case i'll listen to ask you to just please hold on a little while longer i so badly want to be done i know you all so badly want to be done. I know you all so badly want to be done. We are just almost there, but not quite yet. I watched that CDC director and her gloom and dough. Who did it remind you of? Debbie fucking Donner. Unfortunately, with COVID-19, you can display no symptoms and still be wildly contagious. Hi, I'm Debbie.
Starting point is 00:13:11 That's immediately came to mind. Listen to that lady. Oh yeah, it's all based on follow the science. Follow the money. Follow the money. Fuck the science. The White House coronavirus response team scored big in the NFL draft yesterday.
Starting point is 00:13:27 They got a weepy old Chinese lady out of Wuhan. The White House coronavirus response team is seeking to confront the current dichotomy in the United States in which immense optimism, God forbid, from the speed of the vaccine rollout must be balanced. Here we go with the gloom and doom of the government because they want to be in your lives. It has to be balanced, it says, with the continued restraint in moving forward with normalcy. Will you shut up? Will you? Will you please shut up? Really? That's faggot stuff. You want to call it by its name, that's strictly for fags.
Starting point is 00:14:09 The big picture. Coronavirus cases are rapidly rising in places including Michigan, New York, New Jersey and other northeastern states. Wow, what do they all have in common? All that liberal shithole. Partially as a result of variants of the virus becoming more widespread. Experts say, as they check their stocks in Moderna, an uptick in travel and states loosening restrictions are also factors. The seven day daily average of new cases increased 10.6 percent from the previous week to 59,773, while the seven-day daily average deaths increased 2.6 percent to 968. Out of those 773 people, how many actually know they even have it? I can't take it anymore. I can't. I put that mask on, I get angry. When I go into a CBS or, you know, into a porn theater, it just makes me, although I've been wearing masks in the porn theaters
Starting point is 00:15:14 forever. Even though a remarkable 72% of Americans 65 and older have received at least one dose of the vaccine. Millions of Americans, particularly younger Americans with underlying conditions, remain vulnerable. No, they don't. No, they don't. Not younger Americans. The math doesn't, again, follow the math there. We're essentially pleading with the people, even though we have an urge, particularly with warm weather, to just cut loose. Guess who said that? The fucking St. Anthony Fauci. We've just got to hang in there a bit longer, he said, until my stock peaks. And I think the reason we're seeing this plateauing and the increase that I hope doesn't turn into a surge is because we are really doing things prematurely right now
Starting point is 00:16:12 with regard to opening up. That's not a political statement. Why don't you just mention Florida and Georgia and all the other states that are doing just fine, by the way. There's a restaurant two miles from here. I drove by on a Thursday night. There must have been 400 people out front drinking, eating, not a mass to be found. I bet you they all fucking got sick.
Starting point is 00:16:35 Do you really believe that? Don't follow the science. Follow the goddamn cash-ish. Give me the money, you understand? Give me the fucking money, you hear me? You hear me? I said come here, bust my body. Give me the fucking money. You hear me? You hear me? I should come here and bust my body. Give me the fucking money.
Starting point is 00:16:47 Take it easy, Anthony. What did I read? He's friends with, uh, one of his close friends is a guy that's very, he does business with the fucking communist government of China all the time. It is filthy. That's how the
Starting point is 00:17:03 world is, folks. the time it is filthy that's how the world is folks the big question is when's kamala harris going to officially take over the reins as the president of the imagine having that empty pants suit that fucking man whitey hating everything that's wrong with this country take over but um we needed something to lighten up oh this is a funny little clip that you might have seen on the line liberals who were watching joe biden uh go up the steps to the airplane and uh well they i guess he made it to the top i don't know what happened That'll be in the Joe Biden library. He'll be the first president when they say, well, what was some of your significant accomplishments in the two minutes that you're in office?
Starting point is 00:18:03 He'll be like, well, I made it to the top of the stairs and to the plane without doing a cartwheel. Oh, my aching stem. But do you believe, are you guys nervous like me? I mean, you can't go to the gym. Why? Because you haven't been vaccinated. That's just fucking, aye, aye, aye. I looked online for hours for Holocaust footage of Jewish people showing their papers. I couldn't find any.
Starting point is 00:18:29 Ended up watching again. I went to Latino Housewives, my go-to. Nothing like an illegal taking a roast turkey out of the oven and cleaning your toilet. Let me ask you a question, my friends, my fans. If you had to vote for a president right now and you had to choose from all the governors in the country, which one would you choose? I think we all know the one who's winning the straw polls right now, Ron DeSantis. I hope that's his first name. And why has he got two guys with masks on behind him?
Starting point is 00:18:59 He's the one known for saying, fuck this, we're going forward. The only thing that's going to keep him, well, a couple things keep him from being the next president is them stealing the election again or Trump jumping in. Now, wait a minute, you're stealing my thunder. I love this guy a lot, but I started this shit.
Starting point is 00:19:18 Ron DeSantis, I say DeSantis da best. Florida governor Ron DeSantis on Monday vowed to take executive action to stop the use of what? So-called COVID-19 vaccine passports in the state. I am so happy that I live, you know, an hour and a half from Florida right now. I got to tell you, it's completely, this is him talking, it's completely unacceptable for either the government or the private sector to impose upon you the requirement that you show proof of vaccine to just simply be able to participate in normal society, he said.
Starting point is 00:19:54 And who the fuck would argue with that? A lefty. You are correct, sir. He says, this is what he asked the question, you want the Fox to guard the hen house? I mean, give me a break he said the republican governor added i think this is something that has huge privacy implications it is not necessary to do i could run for president i mean i know this shit you know it my fans know it to say he's just saying shit that's so obvious to people who haven't
Starting point is 00:20:25 been fooled by the jerk offs in the media. Can't fake it no more. DeSantis said the Sunshine State will have vaccinated a total of 3.5 million seniors. And that's just at the Blue Light Special at Johnny's Fish and Catch down in Tampa. 3.5 million seniors or about 75% of them sometime this week. And they're the vulnerable, let's be honest. And even them, they're pretty tough. He says it's important to be able to do it. But at the same time, we are not going to have you provide proof of this just to be able to live your life normally. Amen, brother, man. Preach, my brother. He added, and I'm going to be taking some action in executive function and emergency function here very shortly in Florida.
Starting point is 00:21:18 DeSantis comments come after it was revealed that the Biden administration is working on creating a set of standards for more than a dozen, a dozen passports being created so Americans can prove they've been vaccinated against the virus. Well, I'm not getting it. I read a headline. I should have read this story, but I was watching girls softball. Terrific action. But it said 3,000 and something people have died of the vaccination in Europe. They're keeping that bucket.
Starting point is 00:21:44 Huh? But Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, Joe was asked about it. And for you, do eigen Arbeit, do eigen Fleiss, eigen Entflossheit. He said, you are mine, bitch. New York's the first state in the United States to formally launch such an app. That's a surprise. That's a big surprise, isn't it? New Yorkers are going to love that, too.
Starting point is 00:22:10 So if you go to Madison Square Garden, and like I said, they said it's going to go down a smaller, eventually, you know, you'll go to Burger King. You're going to have to flash that thing. Meanwhile, there's a kid blowing his nose on your buns. Make me a sandwich. Make me a fucking sandwich. make me a sandwich make me a fucking sandwich in our make me a sandwich segment tonight uh isn't she pretty with that big dirty mouth hole uh our boy uh boy uh lee priest is it priest a boy from down under the world-class bodybuilder sent me uh sent me this story uh and i understand
Starting point is 00:22:48 you're going well it's australia it doesn't matter do you understand the people for this pc shit that want to be in your lives and control your life that's a global thing uh so the same type of gender horseshit that's going on in this country. You know, we have women's month, women's day, women's hour, women's minute. And I've been saying it forever. I didn't realize when people used to say, what do you hate women? I didn't realize I was so ahead of the curve because they weren't
Starting point is 00:23:16 reading the books I was reading about how crazy the now organization is and how, and I always, they had me convinced. I'm like, do I have a problem with women? No. Just the ones that have fucking five o'clock always, they have me convinced. I'm like, do I have a problem with women? No, just the ones that have fucking five o'clock shadows and they hate me because we got the same haircut. I got bigger tits. Dykes love this haircut.
Starting point is 00:23:36 I see it all the time. I actually stop them and I go, hey, where'd you get that? It's nice. Jason, did I tell you when I was in Minneapolis, this was probably eight years ago, Joe List was opening for me. We were walking down the street, and these two butch lesbians coming at us,
Starting point is 00:23:51 and I just went, how you doing, fellas? Fucking Joe List fell on the goddamn sidewalk, was kicking his feet up for fucking 10 minutes. They just nodded back, and I'm telling you they weren't insulted until one of them turned around and gave me the finger. But listen to this. You think your kids are being indoctrinated here in the United States? And I'm not just talking
Starting point is 00:24:13 colleges anymore. You're talking pre-K, K, in the womb. Parents at a Victorian school, again, this is in Australia, were left furious and outraged after their sons, get this, and these are 13, 14-year-olds, were forced to stand up during assembly and apologize to girls for being male, for being a male. I apologize. What's the matter with you? I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:24:44 What the fuck is the matter with you? I got a dick. I'm sorry, Jimmy. What do you want me to do? I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Jimmy. Can you imagine? Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:25:01 And then the young boys, you don't know what to do then. You know what I mean? If you're an adult, you go, go fuck your sister. I'm not saying that. But these, you know, they're only getting in trouble. The Herald Sun's Suzanne Delbazic told Sky News, parents from Brouwer College. I don't understand. It says in the article 13 to 14, but then it says Brouwer College.
Starting point is 00:25:21 Are they much smarter than us over there? In Worm, where is it? Wormpool. Oh, I have a fucking duplex over there with Kevin Hart. Wormpool contacted her really furious. The parents are furious about what the school had done. The parents of the boys were not notified of the assembly beforehand and were shocked and disappointed. You got to get more angry than disappointed, folks. To learn the school had forced the boys to apologize. Well, get pissed. I despise it with every fiber of my being.
Starting point is 00:25:53 Ms. Delabazic has said the parents were confused as to why their sons should all be labeled the same. That's where the outrage was sparked from, she said. That's, you got to get more angry than I am. I'm sorry. My vagina's angry. Oh, it is. It is. It's pissed off.
Starting point is 00:26:14 And that's who's running things. Can you imagine? That's how to build self-esteem in a young boy, huh? So don't be surprised when these kids get a little older and they start sending dick pics out of fucking revenge. That made no sense. Nick, it's not an Italian school.
Starting point is 00:26:38 There are white niggers. I haven't seen a lot of white niggers in my time. In our RTR segment tonight, of the races relatives of a grandmother killed this one was so outrageous to me i had another one that was so brutal of a black guy in a subway new york beating up what who a small asian guy pounding this kid like it was so brutal I had it in the stories. And not only after he pounds him, he chokes him out and nobody steps in.
Starting point is 00:27:10 It went on for about three minutes. And I said, I can't show this, but I just want you to know what happened. Why? Because you're not going to see it anywhere else. It's actually too brutal for even, you know,
Starting point is 00:27:20 whatever. But how many have I covered? And that's just little old me, my little old show, show. Pounded many have I covered? And that's just little old me, my little old show. Pounded this kid for like three minutes and then stands him up and chokes him out. Everybody just stands there filming it and shit. We are so done.
Starting point is 00:27:36 And this one's going to make you crazy. Relatives of a grandmother killed a white grandmother, I'll say. She was hit by a black woman. Police say it was a white grandmother. I'll say that. She was hit by a black woman who police say was a street racing. So they're livid. The suspect, get this, this is after she kills a woman and she posts Bond.
Starting point is 00:27:54 After the suspect posts a Facebook video with harsh words for who? The victim. The 52-year-old white woman. Carmesia Flanagan. I thought it was an Irish broad. I had to look it up. And then this is what I found.
Starting point is 00:28:09 It's obviously Irish. Carmesia Flanagan, 22, is charged with murder, leaving the scene of an accident with injury and unlawful possession of a controlled substance in the Sunday morning death of 52-year-old Brandy Ballard. That's who she killed. And this black broad goes on Facebook and just badmouths this grandmother. Can you imagine? I cannot. Flanagan was booked into the Jefferson County Jail Monday at 6.12 p.m. and released at 1.39 p.m. on Tuesday after posting $175,000 bond. Following her release from jail, Flanagan posted a seven-minute video laced with expletives during which she said, that old ass lady, that's not what she said, lady.
Starting point is 00:28:58 Bitch, I think she said. That old ass bitch swerving my lane. Well, just, you need a translator. This girl is so straight and so ignorant, you, just, you need a translator. This girl is so straight and so ignorant, you need subtitles, you need a translator for her. But think about how soulless this is. This is creepy. This whole show is creepy today. I'm ready to go home. Check out this piece of work.
Starting point is 00:29:19 And let it swerve in my lane, bitch. I ain't hitting no hoe, and guess what? A bitch ain't gonna make me say I hit no hoe. Ho? A bitch ain't gonna make me say I hit no hoe. A bitch ain't gonna make me say I hit no hoe. She's talking about a woman she just killed. No, they're ignorant. That's ignorant.
Starting point is 00:29:39 Go ahead. Phone to send my cash out real quick. Where your phone at? Y'all don't even know the fact that y'all always want to report my other page. Y'all want to report my other page, huh? Oh my God. Y'all already know report my other page huh oh my god y'all know it's big pull back on this hoe why ain't that shit back up because i'm finna talk my shit again because bitch i went done i'm gone i went done and the bitches that i've been friends with
Starting point is 00:30:16 y'all can't even sign a signature bond for me fam y'all hoes could never fuck with me. And I say segregation now, segregation tomorrow, and segregation forever. What you just said... Me? ...is one of the most insanely idiotic things I've ever heard. Oh, alright. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it
Starting point is 00:30:46 may god have mercy on your soul just going to hell have you ever seen look what we've created we are rotting from the inside out i uh well i touched the wrong i i didn't show you the clip um i never i didn't get to it but it's been on the news long enough the two black girls girls that tasered the Uber driver and took off while he was hanging on the side of the car and he died. Family immigrant. Great guy working, you know, to support his family. That was two young black girls. It's been brutal. The news has been so brutal lately that I didn't even get to that one.
Starting point is 00:31:24 I didn't even get to that one. Anyways, the family of the grandmother who was killed in the racing accident, I think her niece or her granddaughter said, I was so mad I cried, said Tabitha Moore, Ballard's niece. After viewing the videos, it's very frustrating. It's humiliating. She says there's no remorse. There's no heart involved. I want it stopped.
Starting point is 00:31:47 Get rid of the internet. Talk about re-education. You know, they talk about re-education camps for Trump supporters. Boy, I can think another segment of the population that literally needs re-education. And it starts with black illegitimacy rates. That, I swear to God, if we took care of that and that's not something you take care of overnight obviously take decades but that's the root of it that and the media and the white liberals cheering on the destruction of our society
Starting point is 00:32:18 you know when you talk it out it's pretty clear so I didn't show you the two girls that kill the Uber driver I didn't show you the black guy choking out and beating the stuffing out of this poor Chinese guy on the subway and I still got more for you black teen and this one's just black teen brutally murders eighth grade girl outside her home. Lucia Whalen Bremer was described by friends and family as brave, hardworking, kind to everyone. According to police, she was shot while walking in a Virginia suburb near her home on Friday by a black teen who's having his identity hidden because he's a juvenile.
Starting point is 00:33:05 But we know the story, don't we? If that's a fact, tell me, am I lying? A boy has been arrested in connection with a shooting that killed an eighth grade girl in Virginia. After a day long manhunt, loved ones identified the victim as uh it's either lucia alicia whalen bremer a student at the uh quarkacus in middle school in richmond she was shot multiple times on friday afternoon for being white let's call it that kill for walking while white let's let's start our own little narrative after the gate and forest west subdivision is where she was walking that sounds not good.
Starting point is 00:33:47 And died at an area hospital soon after that. Police said the suspected shooter fled the scene immediately after opening fire and was arrested on Saturday afternoon about a half a block away. His name has not been released due to his age, but he is said to be facing charges including second degree homicide, possession of a firearm by juvenile and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, according to the Henrico Citizen paper. How about murder? Shouldn't that be in there somewhere? I don't know. Maybe minor. Witnesses reported seeing two girls
Starting point is 00:34:25 walking along a path, followed by the suspect, then hearing at least five shots, the Henrico citizen reported. The suspect ran from the scene while one of the girls fell after being struck. She later died at a local hospital. Again, reverse the races, folks. Reverse the races. You think you'd hear about this? Do you think you'd hear about if it was two white teenage girls killing an Uber driver, you think you'd hear about it? Are you kidding me? This country would be on fire. But CNN, New York Times, they stay away from this shit.
Starting point is 00:34:59 They're the ones who are causing the Civil War. The overwhelming majority of media response reports on this shooting neglected to give a description of the suspect. Well, of course not. The most craven people on the planet. But the Henrico Citizen reported that police described the suspect as a young black male with bushy hair shaved on the sides, about 5'8", with a slight build, about 125 pounds. His identity is being withheld because of his age, the police said. There's a great chance we will never know the shooter's identity. This is the guy writing the article. And he'll be released in a few years, if even due to being a juvenile. And you know why the guy says this?
Starting point is 00:35:45 And I reported on this story on this show a year or two ago. In the neighboring Maryland, two African-American teenage brothers viciously beat 55-year-old John Marvin Weed to death, white guy, at a country fair and spit on his body because he declined to give them a dollar. Remember that? You probably don't, do you? We did it on this show.
Starting point is 00:36:08 I remember it. One killer was placed, get this, they beat a white guy to death at a state fair. One killer was placed in behavior modification program. That's what they put you in if you, you know, comment on a girl's tits at work. And the other got off with probation after a judge ruled they must be tried as juveniles who's an animal your mother's an
Starting point is 00:36:32 animal you son of a bitch oh okay and this is what happens they don't release identities like right this kid will that story will go away right this is how you know it's somebody's agenda to have us trying to kill each other and start a race war it has to be so they won't release the identity because he's a juvenile right and they'll slip him into some half-assed program right and he might do a couple years might not who knows and then he's back on the streets again to continue. But I don't want to hear about an unfair justice system anymore because it works both ways. Speaking of that, let me have a sip before I get to this next one. This next story, to me, is just the consummate liberal mindset. And as Chris Cuomo said,
Starting point is 00:37:30 black is white, up is down. What's that clip we show him all the time? Up is down. These shitholes. There was a guy named Richard Rivera. Is that Richard right there? He's a happy day. guy named Richard Rivera. Is that Richard right there? He's a happy day. That's Richard Rivera.
Starting point is 00:37:49 I don't like your jerk off name. I don't like your jerk off face. I don't like your jerk off behavior. And I don't like you jerk off. Yeah, but he found a nice fat white woman like they always do. Oh no. Anyways, what did Richard Rivera do? He's very happy now and he's free.
Starting point is 00:38:06 He fatally shot an NYPD cop execution style decades ago in a Queens bar. And now get this. Here comes drum roll. And now Richard Rivera is helping reform police in upstate New York as part of a state mandated plan launched by Governor. I love pussy. Andrew Cuomo. The cop killer who murdered an off duty officer and dad of
Starting point is 00:38:29 four Robert Walsh in 1981 gets he sits on a panel for Ithaca and Tompkins County as part of its reimagining public safety collaborative. Can you make this up? Can you make it up? What's the world coming to?
Starting point is 00:38:51 He's going to tell you how the police should be run now. A guy who killed a cop. Can you make this shit up? A father of four. But he did some good things in jail. Now he works at homeless shelters you know so he good
Starting point is 00:39:07 he good the advisory group was formed after cuomo ordered municipalities to submit place reform plans to the state by april 1st following george floyd's death and this is what rivera has to say i know people are going to be critical, killer turn homeless advocate. He's 56 now, told the Post on Monday when asked about the possible reaction to him sitting on the committee. He says, I don't know if Walsh's family will find this acceptable. He said, I can't control that. You should have stopped it. I don't know if they'll find it acceptable. I can't control that. What I can't control is the way I've been living my life. It's almost like rubbing it in his face, the way you've been living your life,
Starting point is 00:39:51 the way the guy you killed couldn't live his life. The way I've been living my life is important now. I'm a good guy. I'm helping hungry people. Shut your fucking mouth. I can't. Shut the fuck up, you cunt. He says, I'm holding the memory of Officer Walsh to the highest standard of policing in terms of, it makes no sense.
Starting point is 00:40:16 This is in terms of a protector to the community. Somebody who cares for the community. Why interview the guy? Who gives a fuck what you think you can execute a cop and not get life without parole huh
Starting point is 00:40:35 look at him he's happier than I am not saying much but he got a wife bitch he all good but one of the slain officers sons said Rivera doesn't have to wonder But he got a wife, bitch. He all good. But one of the slain officer's sons said Rivera doesn't have to wonder any longer what the family thinks. It's disgusted by the ex-con's position on the advisory panel. The son said, we're completely shocked that the man who murdered my father is being trusted to create police reforms, Robert Walsh Jr., 47, told the Post.
Starting point is 00:41:07 My father dedicated his life to serving and protecting New Yorkers. He should be the one serving on a panel to help reimagine policing, but he'll never get that chance. Rivera was 16 years old when he and four other gun-toting teens, Don Mass, strolled into the BVD bar and grill in Maspeth, which is in Queens, just after midnight, January 12, 1981, looking to rob. What unfolded next was nothing short of a cold-blooded execution, a police official said in a front-page Post article at the time.
Starting point is 00:41:42 As the hero off-duty officer identified himself as a cop and reached for his gun to try to stop the robbery, Rivera shot him in the shoulder. Rivera then walked over to the officer as he lay helplessly wounded on the floor, pressed his gun to the cop's head, and blasted him again. Hey, who better to ask how to reform the police, huh? Again, hey, who better to ask how to reform the police, huh? How about reforming where he came from and how he grew up? Let's start there.
Starting point is 00:42:17 The teenage killer spent 39 years behind bars, again, not enough, for the cold-blooded killing before being released in 2019. What do you think of that, folks? You're a wormy cocksucker, you know that? I live my life, he says, in a way that honors and respects Officer Walsh's memory. He keeps saying, I live my life. It's like, fucking, those are just bad words. The ex-con told the boss, that is, he says, advocating for people who can't advocate for themselves. But Pat Lynch, president of the Police Benevolent Association, PBA, said it doesn't matter what kind of feel-good work Rivera does now. He is the last person who should be doling out advice on police reform.
Starting point is 00:42:54 Amen to that, brother. Where else? Where else but the United States? Here's the thing, folks. We have the greatest justice system in the world. At one time, back in the day, you know, you'd hang people without due process and all that shit, right? And it was crazy.
Starting point is 00:43:14 But see, we fixed that. Now the pendulum has swung way the other way, way too far. What are you saying, Nick? We're back hangings? Exactly. You do it on HBO pay-per-view or right after a UFC big fight. The eyes are already there.
Starting point is 00:43:34 We're supposed to feel good that he's doing good now. I got no... Come on, Nick. Rehabilitation, man. Imagine being that cop's family. I can. Fucking making nuts. We haven't talked about Cuomo getting laid in about three minutes or making the attempt to get laid throughout his career. I don't know where I stand on this anymore because the hashtag MeToo movement really knocked shit.
Starting point is 00:44:04 Like I just said with the pendulum, it went way too far. And I'm not saying Cuomo isn't a bit of a creep, but what guy isn't over 50? Remember Patrice had a great bit about him getting older. He goes, turn me into a young horny guy. Turn me into like just a creep now. He goes, I sit on a bench across from a footlocker
Starting point is 00:44:24 in a mall watching girls try on sneakers hey who else hasn't done that anyways a ninth woman a ninth woman i'm sorry i don't get mad at me i'm sort of leaning with the governor on this one italians are always kissing and cupping people's faces it's very I remember my grandmother's whiskers cutting me open on many a holiday. A ninth woman has stepped forward to accuse New York Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual misconduct. The accuser, 55-year-old Cheryl Ville, said Cuomo grabbed her face and kissed her cheeks in front of her home in 2017. Good looking broad. She must have been good looking back then.
Starting point is 00:45:06 I know the difference. Oh, 2017. I said like that was 1817. Holy shit. That was only four years ago. She says, and I believe it. Women know the difference. I know the difference between an innocent gesture and a sexual one is what she say.
Starting point is 00:45:21 But keep in mind the old. You're raping me. No, I'm not. This is rape. This is rape. This is rape! Bill said during a virtual press conference, I never felt as uncomfortable as I did the day Governor Cuomo came to my house.
Starting point is 00:45:36 His actions were very overly sexual, highly inappropriate, and disrespectful to me and my family. Don't you have... Did you show the picture of him inside the house? She looks pretty starstruck there. Again, I don't know which way to go on this one. Is he that big or is she a fucking midget? Again, good looking woman.
Starting point is 00:46:02 He's the governor, he's horny. Again, good looking woman. He's the governor. He's horny. Anyways, Phil said Cuomo told her she was beautiful and acted in a highly flirtatious and inappropriate manner. Did he? I don't know. That boy is a P-I-G pig. That does look like he's kissing his wife
Starting point is 00:46:25 to go to work. Don't forget to bring home the cannolis. Shut it. Ville was married at the time of the alleged incident. Her attorney, Gloria Allred.
Starting point is 00:46:37 Oh, she's back. Gloria's still back. Cuomo visited Ville's. I'd love to know what happened to Gloria Allred with guys when she was younger that she so fucking hates. I hope she's going to go.
Starting point is 00:46:50 Allred said Cuomo's visit Ville's home in Greece, New York. Oh, it was Greece, New York. To survey, he was there to survey flood damage. Apparently, there's a bunch of water gushing out of her mouth. And he tried to stop it like a fire hydrant kicked open by an urban kid. For years, she wanted to report what Governor Cuomo did to her. But some members of her family said, what are you fucking nuts? They're going to rape us with taxes.
Starting point is 00:47:16 No. Some of her family discouraged her from filing a complaint because they wanted to protect her and feared that if she made what happened to her public that the governor might use his power to retaliate against her and her family which i believe that you know maybe you should keep it quiet no you go out and you speak your mind ever tell anybody outside the family what you're thinking again but i got the after our press conference today we this is gloria talking we plan to contact the new york attorney general's office in order to inform them that sherry is willing to cooperate in the
Starting point is 00:47:56 investigation that is currently being conducted into numerous allegations of sexual harassment by the governor she continued all red also show what appeared to be an image of Cuomo smooching Bill, captured that day in 2017, which he has in a frame in his bedroom. Kill that guy, little buddy. He did both cheeks. You do that when you, that way that you go, oh, he's just doing the European thing. Come on. They do it up in Canada.
Starting point is 00:48:27 Cuomo's attorney, Rita Glavin, pushed back. I'm glad she didn't. There's a man with a wig. No, she, I, she, I. Pushed back on the allegation that the governor behaved inappropriately during the, during the visit. I guess she's all, she's fine with this. I don't know. Well, I don't want to break up the meeting or nothing, but she's something of a cunt, ain't she, Doc?
Starting point is 00:48:49 What do you mean? How do you mean that? She likes a rigged game, you know what I mean? Well, she's a lawyer. She's speaking up for her client. Anyways, Cuomo's lawyer said that he didn't behave badly during the period, arguing that he often greets people by sticking his tongue down their throat a good seven, eight inches and pulling up what they had for lunch. Often greets people with hugs and kisses and a couple of fingers as a gesture of comfort.
Starting point is 00:49:19 She shared a link to photos that showed the governor interacting with other local residents on the day of the alleged incident. He had one girl's brow off as she was running out of the house crying. No, I'm just kidding. During times of crisis, the governor has frequently sought to comfort New Yorkers with hugs and kisses, Clavin said in a statement. As I have said before, the governor has greeted both men and women with hugs, a kiss on the cheek, a slip of the finger up the dirty skirt, a bite on the cheek, a slip of the finger up the dirty skirt, a bite on the forehead, and a slap on the ass. Good night, everybody.
Starting point is 00:49:52 A kiss on the cheek, forehead, or hand for the past 40 years, which I believe, I gotta be honest. But you know, look, divorce gets horny. Ville, I'm not condoning any of this, folks. Believe me, you. I'm a feminist. Ville said she later received a signed letter from Cuomo saying, yummy, yummy. Nice ass. No, a signed letter from Cuomo, as well as photos of their meeting at her home and a 20-minute tape he made on her taking a pee-pee. In response, Glavin said more than 30 people received nearly identical follow-up letters from Cuomo.
Starting point is 00:50:28 She added that it's common for the governor's office to follow up after an event with photos or other communication. And the victim said, yeah, but 11 calls at 3 in the morning? I mean, what the fuck? So the press asked
Starting point is 00:50:43 Cuomo about his relationship with this woman, and this is what he had to say. I fucked up. Naughty, naughty. We need some news. We need some positive news, Nick. We have to, you know, we got to win one. The left is pushing us all over the place.
Starting point is 00:51:04 Well, this happened a few days ago. Professor wins a big one. And a majority victory for free speech and religious freedom. The Sixth Circuit Court. What are you laughing at, Jay? What? It says major victory, but majority victory made. Sounds like it went to the judges.
Starting point is 00:51:22 Did I say majority victory? Eyes are getting weak. Majority victory. In a split decision. Judge Flores has it 29-27. Wish I knew the guy's name. Anyways, in a major victory. I get UFC on my mind.
Starting point is 00:51:43 In a majority victory. The judge had to stop this contest at one minute and 32 seconds. And a major victory for free speech and for religious freedom. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled unanimously in favor of Shawnee State University professor
Starting point is 00:52:00 who was being punished by the school for refusing to use a student's preferred pronouns. Amen for this guy. Let's get him on the show. Shawnee State University officials penalized philosophy professor Nicholas Merriweather, guilty just by his name, because he declined a male student's demand to be referred to as a woman with feminine titles and pronouns, man to be referred to as a woman with feminine titles and pronouns, Miss, she, et cetera. And apparently the professor responded to the guy like this.
Starting point is 00:52:34 Fucking quiz! I guess he has every right to say that. No, he didn't do that. Although the philosophy professor offered to use any name the student requested, the university rejected that compromise. You see how they are? You see how they are? You see how they are? They're twisting your arm. Think like us.
Starting point is 00:52:48 Accept what we believe or fucking die. So the university rejected that compromise, choosing instead to force the professor to speak and act contrary to his own Christian convictions and philosophical beliefs. And that's when he said, you know what? I'm going to the fucking courts, man. Counselor. Yep.
Starting point is 00:53:11 Counselor. Alliance Defending Freedom, the world's largest and most successful religious freedom law firm, represented Professor Merriweather in this case. And they said, if professors, plural, lacked free speech, protections when teaching, a university would wield alarming power to compel ideological conformity, the three-judge panel wrote. A university president could require a pacifist to declare that war is just, a civil rights icon to condemn the freedom riders, a believer to deny the existence of God, or a Soviet emigre to address his students as comrades,
Starting point is 00:53:50 or a Mets fan to believe that they're good. All these things. Jason didn't even laugh at that one. He was very pissed. A Soviet to address his friends as comrade, yeah. Comrade, here is something that might be of interest to you. A transcript of the conversation
Starting point is 00:54:10 between your helicopter pilot and his commander. We intercept Dragonfly Wolf 10. Colorful names. Here we are. How over the top was that guy? That was in a Rambo movie. Colorful names. Here we are. How over the top was that guy? That was in a Rambo movie.
Starting point is 00:54:28 Colorful names. Comrade. Anyways, the guy went on to say, that cannot be the guy that was defending him. If there's any fixed star in our constitutional constellation, it is that no official, high or petty,
Starting point is 00:54:43 can prescribe such orthodoxy. This case sets an important standard for free speech and academic freedom in Ohio. Shawnee State, a university funded by Ohio taxpayers, not only violated the First Amendment, but violated the fundamental ideals of academic freedom. And we've heard this a million times. Universities should be a place of robust debate, yet Shawnee, they haven't been for 25 years. Do something about it. Yet Shawnee State decided to punish a state employee
Starting point is 00:55:16 and professor for refusing to lie to a student, said Aaron Baer, president of the Center for Christian Virtue and an ally of Alliance Defending Freedom. Professor Merriweather and Alliance Defending Freedom have done a tremendous service to our country. They have demonstrated the impact we can have when we are not bullied into silence by the government or the woke mob. Christians across our country should take heart and be encouraged to stand up for what we know is true and not be pressured into silence. I am like God and God like me. I am as large as God. He is as small as I.
Starting point is 00:55:56 He cannot above me nor I beneath him be. Salacious 17th century. So the professor won one. How about all the other shit? People getting kicked off YouTube. Dennis Prager, religious guy with a billion followers, just teaching good values, being shut down or whatever. Just pick one.
Starting point is 00:56:23 There's a man kicking Trump off Twitter. So this guy won a small one. Can you imagine a student coming up and going, a guy coming up and going, I want to be referred to as she. I would say, she just got detention. See you at three o'clock. Even though they don't do that in college.
Starting point is 00:56:42 She's got nice teeth. You got to throw it back in their face. She has a flat ass. Just bust his balls. She has a mustache. She's a thick-ankled dog face. There you go. I said she 19 times.
Starting point is 00:56:55 Well, we won one. Anyways, that is it, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for being here on a Tuesday right here. Don't forget, thecomicsgym. Don't forget the comics.
