The Biden Justice Department announced this weekend it has closed the investigation into the homicide death of Trump supporter Ashley Babbitt that took place inside the Capitol during the January 6th riot while Congress was meeting in joint sessions to certify the November presidential election in favor of Joe Biden. Babbitt, who was unarmed, was shot and killed by a black guy without apparent warning by a plainclothes black Capitol Police cop. She's white.
