keep future charges alive the minute I read that I went they're probably doing that for some reason that benefits them and Hunter or Biden's and adds years to the investigation. All that, you know, it's a,

As federal prosecutors declined to rule out charging the political scumbag with other crimes in the future. The stunning turn of events came more than 90 minutes into the hearing at the federal courthouse in Delaware, where Hunter had been expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay taxes and enter a diversion program on a felony federal weapons charge. But prosecutors told U.S. District Judge Mary Ellen Noreka, who was appointed by Trump, I think, there was still a possibility Biden's 53-year-old son will be charged with offenses, potentially including failing to register as a foreign

agent for lucrative dealings in countries such as China and Ukraine that allegedly involved his father. I don't understand how the legal system works. Why wasn't that decided? The first time. Yeah, I don't fucking get it. I really, I'm not. Anyways, big surprise, I understand. That's a big one, though.

I mean, that's FARA, you know, as a register dealing with a foreign agent. They got, you know who on that. It's in the article. Trump's Paul Manafort spent about five years in jail for this very thing, if you remember correctly. He got pardoned, luckily, by Trump. Defense attorney Chris Clark, that would be Hunter's, right, attorney, refused to move forward with the deal after it became clear that the federal investigation into the first son was ongoing. That's what I'm saying. How did it still go?

As far as I'm concerned, he said the plea agreement is null and void. Hunter Biden introduced his dad to many foreign associates, in some instances served as a liaison to U.S. officials. Legal experts assess that he likely violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act. That's FARA. One of Hunter's closest business partners, Devon Archer, is expected to testify to Congress next week that the second son often put his then-Vice President father on speakerphone. That's why this shit came out recently. While meeting with overseas partners, Farah can carry stiff penalties in a five-year statute of limitations. Did I say, yeah, good. I thought I said statute. Means that charges likely would have to come soon for Hunter, who left the, you want to bet, board of Ukrainian gas company Burisma in 2019, and whose most lucrative Chinese government-linked partnership

spanned between 2017 and 2018. Violations of law can send perpetrators to prison. Yeah, right. Former President Trump's campaign chairman, Manafort, sentenced in 2018 to 60 months behind bars, related to his work in Ukraine, plus another 30 months for tax and bank fraud, witness tampering. Before the stunning collapse of the plea deals, Hunter Biden had appeared confident of his hearing Wednesday, showing up alongside his sugar brother, attorney Kevin Morris. Morris is the guy they have a picture of. Did we put it up or no? He's on the balcony smoking his giant bong.

It looks like a recent picture. Morris, a Hollywood-based lawyer and Democratic donor. How is that not a conflict? I don't get it. Was spotted last week outside an L.A. home while a recovering drug addict paid a visit. And he's on the balcony smoking a bong. Hunter Biden agreed last month to plead guilty to failing to pay at least $100,000 on more than $1.5 million earned income in 27 to 28.

He also agreed to admit to lying about his crack cocaine use on a federal fire purchase from 2018. He faced a maximum sentence. Listen to 28. They're going to string this fucker out and then go, look, Joe, too much baggage, whatever.

A recent study conducted by the conservative watchdog group Media Research Center found that ABC, CBS, and NBC, those are legacy media, coverage of the southern border focused almost exclusively on the plight of illegal immigrants. Well, of course. Oh, boy, you.

And dedicated less than, listen to this, 2% of that airtime to reporting on the drug trafficking crisis. Fucking, they are cancer. On Monday, MRC Media Research released the results of a study that examined the media's coverage of the border between October 2022 and July

20th, 2023 of this year. The Watchdog group reviewed over 254 minutes of southern border coverage from ABC, CBS, and NBC's evening newscasts. Anybody watch those anymore? Less than 15%. I'll say that again. Less than 15% of the border cover addressed issues related to the influx of illegal immigration under the Biden administration. An additional less than 2% of that airtime reported

on the illegal drug trafficking crisis. Not too fucking biased. Instead, the big broadcast networks were more concerned about covering migrants' hardships and the ending of the Trump administration, Title 42, which kept everything semi-normal, which allowed the United States to expel illegal immigrants back to Mexico, God forbid. The network spent more than half of the 254 minutes covering the Trump-era

policy, slamming the restriction for making life more difficult for migrants waiting to cross the border into the United States. You need to shut the fuck up. I interviewed Brett Bozella. I interviewed him and I filled in for Dennis Miller years ago. I think my first question, I think I said, how did the media get so libs? How come the libs got the media? I can't even remember the answer. I guess I wasn't listening. MRC found that the coverage also heavily focused on political disagreements regarding border policies. The broadcast networks portrayed Republicans as the ruthless border hawks
