Hello, beautiful people. Welcome to our humble abode, the Thunderdome, on this Feel the Beat Monday, March 27, 2023. The program starts now.
Much mana!
Much mana to all of you as well. We hope you had a fantastic weekend. We apologize for missing on Friday.
We had to celebrate the paisan who's getting married in a few weeks frankie nicholas maraudo
we had a great time out in arizona shout out to everybody that we ran into had a blast with
we won uh golfing at the phoenician on friday it was fantastic 16 wide at the phoenician obviously
the people that work there are the greatest humans of all time we appreciate your hospitality
and the lunch that we had at the tavern when J.J. Watt showed up was also delightful.
So good.
I would say.
Yeah, you got your food.
We had a chef at the house afterwards.
Yeah, I didn't have food.
Yeah, man.
I forgot about that completely.
I'm not diving into it right now.
I'm not diving into it.
It was a positive weekend.
The place was great.
Every place we ate, I didn't get served my food until like 10 minutes after everybody else had their food.
So awesome.
It was an interesting little series. It was every place we went to I didn't get served my food until like 10 minutes after everybody else had their food. So awesome. It was an interesting
little series of, it was every place
we went to. It was fantastic.
Everybody was like, oh, we love to eat. Yeah, you're allowed to
fucking eat. Okay, we boozed up for 72
straight hours pretty much. Had a blast
in Phoenix. Got a chance to go see the Suns play.
Devin Booker's a guy. Awesome.
An absolute guy. We got a chance
to go to Chef Bo McMillan's
restaurant. Anytime you get a chance to go to Chef Bo's,
you go to Chef Bo's. Hey, Chef Bo,
you're a fucking dog, dude.
You're a fucking dog.
Here's Tone Diggs taking a picture with Chef Bo
at Chef Bo's place, obviously.
And Tone's seen him on Guy's Grocery Games.
Triple G. Yeah, he's an absolute
dog. So he wanted
to give him a hug. He was incredible. The food
was scrumptious. He wanted to give him a hug. He was incredible. The food was
scrumptious. He had the best
looking tomahawk I've ever seen
in my entire life. This tomahawk
was served on this massive plate
cut up in front of us after
pizza was already served.
This tomahawk
showed up looking like a damn
10 out of 10.
Waltz and all through. Four of them lined up down the table damn 10 out of 10. Waltzing all through the day.
We had four of them lined up down the table.
Melting your mouth.
Oh, my God.
Chef Bo, shout out.
Love you, Chef.
Love you, Chef Bo.
And the Airbnb that we rented, we do appreciate the hospitality.
You know, with the fly-by-night nature of everything that happens around here,
we didn't get an opportunity to get the perfect house for the occasion.
We did get a good one, though.
A lot of people sleeping on couches and floors and everything
like that. The pool also, I don't think,
was ready for 14 dudes to be jumping in and out
of it. It was an infinity pool.
The water's supposed to come back. I don't think a lot
of it did. By the time we left, we had to do
the old hose. Shout out to Frank Morata
and Joe Hadley. They had to do a hose
into the pool to try to refill it
before the other people showed up to get back into their house.
Nonetheless, successful weekend.
Nick, we hope you felt the love, pal.
In spades, man. A little bit overwhelmed.
Thank you so much, Pat. You absolutely crushed it
as the best man. You did everything
above and beyond and took care of everybody.
Thank you so much. I know. Thank you.
That's what we're supposed to do.
It was a little bit of pressure, though. I will say planning one of these at the age of 35 when everybody there has a
significant other or um a partner is vastly different than preparing one of these whenever
you're like 24 with money or 25 with money you know it's a different game have to kind of look
out for everybody at all times absolutely you know it was a lot of group thinking a lot of group
everything like that but we were able to kind of remain secluded while also having a great fucking time.
What a group.
The group was phenomenal.
Top tier.
Like, the group was super positive, ready to have a good time.
A couple dudes flew in, obviously, weren't able to fit on the plane because it was kind of late add-ons or whatever the case.
That group right there came and went to the desert to celebrate old Frankie boy.
Two people I had never met before in there. They were fantastic
as well. The bride's father and bride's
brother. Dogs. Awesome.
Absolute dogs. It was an
incredible weekend. Big thank you to Phoenix, Arizona
for being a fucking
fantastic city. We appreciate
the hell out of you. Thank you, Phoenix.
AQ Shipley, too. He showed up in...
AQ Shipley was a massive part of the whole
thing. You know, we had boots on the ground in the city, so that was a lot easier to kind of
send her in the trenches guy into the trenches. So we're able to get some reservations. We, uh,
you know, did a little bit of this, a little bit of that, but shout to everybody. We are very,
very thankful, Nick. I hope you had fun. Now let's move on. The talk's the tables here at
Boston corner at Ty Schmidt, one half of the hammer behind Cowboys.
Chef Bo's best friend.
Yeah, that's right. You saw that photo.
Big smiles on the faces out of both of them.
If you get a chance to go to Chef Bo's, you go to Chef Bo's.
Behind the glass at Evan Foxy and at Viva Luzito.
Both were absolute dogs this weekend.
We had a blast.
Let's dive into it.
Boys, massive news.
Huge, dude.
This Monday, March 27th, coming out of Lamar Jackson's Twitter account.
This morning, Lamar Jackson wrote, you see, a letter to his fans on Twitter.
I want to first thank you all for the love and support you consistently show towards me.
All of you are amazing, and I appreciate you all so much.
I want you all to know not to believe everything you read about me.
Let me personally answer your question.
Okay.
In regards to my future plans,
as of March 2nd,
I requested a trade from the Ravens organization
for which the Ravens has not been interested
in meeting my value.
Any and everyone that has met me
or been around me know I love the game of football
and my dream is to help a team
win a Super Bowl.
You all are great,
but I had to make a business decision
that was best for my family and I.
No matter how far I go or where my career takes me,
I'll continue to be close to my fans of Baltimore Flock Nation
and the entire state of Maryland.
You'll see me again.
And then his last one was,
let's stay connected, subscribe to my fan page.
FansTrives8.com.
Nice.
Now, we were going to get a video last week from Lamar Jackson Entertainment I-775.
That was kind of teased.
This week, we get a tweet.
We didn't get a video explaining the whole situation, which we were and are still eagerly awaiting.
But that tweet's a big deal.
25 days ago huge deal we did
not hear about this nope we had no idea that this was the case i wonder if any other nfl teams knew
that this was potentially happening because once
