Just so you know, I was in the emergency room Wednesday night, Thursday morning, from 2 o'clock in the morning until 8 o'clock in the morning, I thought I was dying. Turned out to be a kidney stone. And I will tell you this, it may not work for you, but I've had kidney stones twice. Okay? The first time wasn't so bad. Three to four on a pain level.

This was eight to nine on a pain level. I literally just wanted to die. They shot me up with Dilaudid, which I don't like. If you get, this is what I've done on both of the, both times, and I never had to have surgery. I never, it never came out and, like, tore me up. As soon as you know you have a kidney stone, get a two liter of Coca-Cola, regular Coca-Cola. if you're a diabetic, you might not want to do this, and drink it all in one sitting. I drink enough water, believe me.

My doctor told me to drink less water, but thanks, Max. Drink two liter of Coke all in one sitting. I'm talking about do it within an hour. And you'll, um, it, the first time I had an 8mm stone and the Coke, I got two of the six packs of the bottles, the eight-ounce bottles, drank them all in one sitting. It disintegrated completely an eight-millimeter stone. It never came out. CT showed it was gone.

And this time, I drank it, and it came out yesterday, and I barely felt it. I was just like, oh, that's weird. Yeah. So, well, Coca-Cola is very acidic, and what it does is it gathers into your kidneys, and it basically takes all of the sharp edges down. off of the stone. The chiropractor told me to do this. Of course, I didn't believe him. I thought he was retarded. But yeah, it worked both times. So if you get kidney stones, go get Coca-Cola or keep Coca-Cola in the house. You don't have to drink it. Keep it for emergencies if you are

predisposed to having kidney stones. It's friggin, it's friggin' amazing. They didn't know what it was at first. So, yeah, getting a catheter put in when you're awake, even with the dilaudid, that's not a fun time. Anyone who's ever had a catheter put in was everybody saying, yeah. Lemonade is my go-to gallon or two a day for a few days. Okay, that's good. I mean, I like Coca-Cola, though. I don't drink Coca-Cola because obviously it's just plain sugar, and I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible. but get me a kidney stone, I am going to be guzzling Coca-Cola. And I mean, literally, the pain was gone that night, Thursday night. That's why I wasn't on the OGC live stream this week.

But yeah, that was my week. My week was, like, literally came, had that thought I was dying. Basically, I thought that my, I thought my urinary tract was clogged and shut down and that I couldn't pee and everything. And then CT, they're like, yep, kidney stone.

The first time I had a kidney stone, it was just pain from my belly button to the center of my back on one side. And it wasn't that bad. But this time, I thought, I mean, I literally wanted to die. Yeah. I don't know if the Coca-Cola method works as a prophylactic. But, I mean, if the lemon juice. works just as well, like one-to-one lemon juice, then I would do that instead because you're sacrificing the sugar.
