Been busy as heck. And really, because I cover so much on my live stream, so much on the episodes, and then,
Starting point is 00:02:01 so much on the OGC live stream on Thursday nights, old glory club live stream on Thursday nights, when it comes to what's been happening currently, I really haven't had much to talk about. So I apologize, but I'm back because I found a book. I didn't find it. It's been recommended to me over the years. And I finally got a chance to sit down with it.
Starting point is 00:02:29 Read the first couple chapters. and I was like, oh, you know, I haven't done anything on Substack. So many people support me on Substack, and I really appreciate it. Thank you very much. So I thought, well, why not start something and see where it goes? I've gotten used to having Dr. Johnson what me doing 200 years together, so he could comments on it and provide background into it. But in my reading of this, it was so well explained,
Starting point is 00:03:00 And it's very short. The book itself is almost 200 pages, but the whole book is almost 200 pages. But basically the long essay that she came up with in split into chapters, Miss Allison Weir, who wrote this book against our Better Judgment, the subtitle is The Hidden History of How the U.S. was used to Create Israel. I don't know. I don't have an EL on Allison Weir, and it really doesn't matter. What matters is what's in the book.
Starting point is 00:03:29 and I thought, yeah, well, why not read this? It's short. It's a subject that a lot of people don't know a lot about. I thought I knew a lot about it, and there's stuff in here that I didn't know. And, yeah, everything I've read so far has been something that, you know, you can use this to show people who don't understand that this is not a holy alliance and that the founding of Israel wasn't something that should be celebrated. It wasn't a land without a people for a people without a land.
Starting point is 00:04:08 So, yeah, this is what I decided to do. And I don't know how long these are going to be, probably not long. But I'll see, when my voice starts getting tired. But, yeah, I thought I'd start going through this book. Do a little bit of introductions today and get through at least the first chapter, maybe the second. So this book, Dean Atchison, he is a U.S. statesman, 1947. Let's take a look.
Starting point is 00:04:34 I'm do this in real time. See what it says. He was an American politician and lawyer. It was the 51st U.S. Secretary of State. He set the foreign policy of Harry S. Truman. So he wasn't a, you know, a journalist. He wasn't a blogger of the time. He didn't have a newsletter of the time.
Starting point is 00:05:01 He was actually Secretary of State. It helped to set foreign policy. So what he has to say in the blurb at the top of the book is, creating Israel on land already inhabited by Palestinians would imperil not only American, but all Western interests in the Near East. He said that in 1947 before State of Israel was what unquote founded.
Starting point is 00:05:27 So just to scroll a little bit here, she wrote this in 2014. I'm sure she started researching it earlier. There are the chapter. She has some acknowledgments. But she says a couple of things she says in the intro was she's asked how she became so intensely interested. And she said, like most Americans,
Starting point is 00:05:49 she felt the region had little to do with her in the fall of 2000. when the second Intifada, the Palestinian uprising, was in the news. She grew curious about it and decided to look into the conflict and quickly noticed it was one-sided coverage. So she used her background in journalism and, you know, the newly available internet to, you know, notice a drastic pattern of Israeli violence against Palestinians at mainstream U.S. news organizations were revealing. And of course, I mean, this is something we shouldn't even have to worry about, right? This isn't something we should have an interest in.
Starting point is 00:06:28 There are things like this are happening all over the world. There are massacres happening every day. There are lands being taken every day. But Israel holds a insane influence over this country, let's just say. Much more so than Qatar or Qatar, however you want to. pronounce it. So she said she just started going through it and she started doing her research. And yeah, she decided that she was going to turn this into, she says, a lot of this is a collection of her articles from the trip. Now, like I said, it's 179 pages. The first 80 to 85 are the book,
Starting point is 00:07:14 but then she has so many end notes and she said she just felt like she had to do the end notes. She wanted to keep the basis of the article slash book small enough so that people would want to read it. So she made the end notes into something completely different that we can go and look through. But I want to concentrate on the basis of the text. So let me start reading and see where this goes. See how you like it. Chapter 1. How the U.S. special relationship with Israel came about.
Starting point is 00:07:46 While many people are led to believe the U.S. support for Israel is driven by the American establishment and U.S. national interests, the facts don't support this theory. The reality is that for decades, U.S. foreign policy and defense experts opposed supporting the creation of Israel. They then similarly opposed the mass of American funding and diplomatic support that sustained the forcibly established state and that provided a blank check for its aggressive expansion. They were simply outmaneuvered and eventually replaced, talking about the the experts, the defense experts and foreign policy experts who spoke out against this. Like many American policies, U.S. Middle East policies are driven by a special interest lobby.
Starting point is 00:08:28 However, the Israel lobby, as it is called today in the U.S., as a footnote there, consists of vastly more than what most people envision in the word lobby. Let me pull that up on a separate screen just so that I can look at some of the follow along on a separate screen and look at some of the footnotes as we do this together and see where she's, I'm assuming Israel lobby is probably going to link to, yeah, says, in Israel is typically called the Jewish lobby, perhaps reflective of the fact that today, virtually all the mainstream Jewish organizations in the U.S., both secular, religious and secular, the ADL, Jewish federations, Jewish Community Relations Council, Conference of Presidents and major Jewish said yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, all of these.
Starting point is 00:09:21 Advocate for Israel. And she has a list. She has a link to a list there. So, yeah. So we can see, we can follow this along and use, see where she's pulling this from. Reading on, as this book will demonstrate, the Israel lobby is considerably more powerful and pervasive than other lobbies. Components of it, both individuals and groups, have worked underground, secretly and even illegally throughout its history, as documented by scholars and participants.
Starting point is 00:09:52 Not those kind of scholars. And even though the movement for Israel has been operating in the U.S. for over 100 years, most Americans are completely unaware of this movement and its attendant ideology, a measure of its unique influence over public knowledge. What is she saying there? saying, how does the public get knowledge of these things? I think this is some kind of trope she's hinting at. The success of this movement to achieve its goals, partly due to the hidden nature of much of its activity, has been staggering.
Starting point is 00:10:27 It has also accommodated almost unimaginable cost. It has led to massive tragedy in the Middle East, a hundred-year war of violence and loss, sacred land soaked in sorrow. In addition, this movement has been profoundly damaging to the United States itself. As we will see in this two-part examination of the pro-Israel movement, it has targeted virtually every significant sector of American society, work to involve Americans in tragic, unnecessary,
Starting point is 00:10:52 and profoundly costly wars, dominated Congress for decades, increasingly determined which candidates could become serious contenders for the U.S. presidency, and promoted bigotry toward an entire population, religion, and culture. I will remind you that there are going to be things that we are, Alison Weir is, as far as I can tell, she's not one of us. So there may be language in here where you roll your eyes at it. We're here for the information. We're not going to agree with everyone.
Starting point is 00:11:26 All right. It has promoted policies that have endangered Americans, exposed Americans to growing danger and then exaggerated this danger while disguising its cause, fueling actions that dismember some of our nation. most fundamental freedoms and cherished principles. Another footnote. This is, see example, Tom Stevens, Civil Liberties after September 11th, The Counterpunch article.
Starting point is 00:11:53 A report, a call to courage, reclaiming our liberty 10 years after 9-11. Yeah, from the ACLU. Like I said, she's going to pull from people that, you know, I don't think she's going to be quoting American Renaissance here. And that's okay. All right. All this for a population that is considerably smaller than New Jersey's. That's how she ends chapter one.
Starting point is 00:12:23 Short but sweet. Chapter 2. The beginnings. The Israel lobby of the U.S. is just the tip of an older and much and far larger iceberg known as political Zionism, an international movement that began in the late 1800s with the goal of creating a Jewish state somewhere in the world. In 1897, this movement led by a European, quote unquote European journalist named Theodore Herzl, coalesced in the first Zionist Congress, tells in Basel, Switzerland, which established a world Zionist organization representing
Starting point is 00:12:58 117 groups the first year, 900 the next. So let me see about, let's see, Herzl here. What is it? What we got here? Herzl is considered the founder of political Zionism, is often referred to as the father of Israel. His seminal book, The Jewish State, is online. Heretz says Herzl devoted all his time to the movement, eventually dying at the age of 44,
Starting point is 00:13:28 leaving his family penniless. All right. Let's keep reading. There's another immediate one here. They said, 900 the next. So the first year of the world Zionist Congress was representing 117 groups and then 900 the next. And there is a there. It says Kathleen Christensen, Perceptions of Palestine, their influence on U.S. Middle Eastern policy, a book from 2000.
Starting point is 00:14:01 John Herbert Davis, the Evasive Peace, A Study of the Zionist Arab Problem. That's a book for New World Press, 1970. It was called the Zionist organization. Its name officially changed to World Zionist Organization in 1960. Most people used the two names interchangeably. Okay, so more there of what we're reading and where she's footnoting. While Zionists considered such places as Argentina, Uganda, and the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, and Texas, they eventually settled on Palestine for the location of their proposed Jewish state. even though Palestine was already inhabited by a population that was 93 to 96% non-Jewish.
Starting point is 00:14:46 So when you hear them say a land without a people, for a people without a land, they're lying. They're lying. So it's just some more. Another footnote number six connects to a book. footnote number seven says, oh, here's a good one. Number seven, the best analysis says the population was 96% Muslim, Muslims and Christians who own 99% of the land.
Starting point is 00:15:30 After the Zionist Congress, Vienna's rabbis sent two of their number to explore Palestine as a possible Jewish state. These rabbis recognized the obstacle that Palestinians presents it to plan. To the plan writing home, the bride is beautiful, but she is married to another man. Still, Zionists ultimately pushed forward. Numerous Zionist diary entries, letters, and other documents show that they decided to push out these non-Jews financially, if possible, violently if necessary. So what are it violently if necessary? That's by NER, a book by NER, Masalha.
Starting point is 00:16:10 Expulsion of the Palestinians, the concept of transfer in Zionist political thought, 1882 to 1948, Washington, D.C. Institute for Palestine studies. Alrighty. So let's keep going. Lay off these footnotes so much. Only maybe an important one. Political Zionism in the U.S. The importance of the United States to this movement was recognized from early on. One of the founders of political Zionism, Max Nordau, wrote a few years after the Basel conference, Zionism's only hope is the Jews of America, which means that really anyone who's using the name Max Nordau or is a fan of Max Nordau should want all Jews to go to Israel. This is the only hope. That's what their namesake said. Ready for huge savings?

At that time and for decades after, the large majority of Jewish Americans were not Zionists.
Starting point is 00:18:23 In fact, many actively opposed Zionism. In the coming years, however, Zionists were to woo them assiduously with every means at hand. The extent to which Nordau's hope was eventually realized is indicated by the statement by a prominent author on Jewish history, Naomi Cohen, who in 2003, rewrote, quoting, but for the financial support and political pressure of American Jews, Israel might not have been born in 1948. So you had a group of people who were wealthy and had political power who were advocating for someplace else. I don't, my great-grandfather had been here, let's see, 38 years in 1948. He was advocating for America.
Starting point is 00:19:20 My grandfather was born here. He had just served in World War II. He wasn't thinking about going anywhere else, and he's buried here. So this might be added, Zionist-Sy. success in influencing American politicians, the media, and much of the general public. Groups advocating the setting up of a Jewish state had first begun popping up in around the United States in the 1880s. Emma Lazarus, the poet whose words would adorn the Statue of Liberty, promoted Zionism throughout this decade. A precursor to the American flag was created in Boston
Starting point is 00:20:03 in 1891. So Emma Lazarus wrote the famous poem on the story. Statue of Liberty, saying that people from all over the world should be allowed into the United States without, you know, without exception. She made it sound like anybody could come here. While she was promoting her own people having her own country, a precursor to the Israeli flag was created in Boston in 1891. In 1887, President Grover, Cleveland appointed a Jewish ambassador to Turkey, seat of the Ottoman Empire, which at that time controlled Palestine because of Palestine's importance to Zionists. Think about that, Jewish ambassador to Turkey. Jewish historian David G. Dillon reports that presidents considered the
Starting point is 00:21:03 Turkish embassy important to the growing number of Zionists within the American Jewish electorate. The growing number of Zionists, within the American Jewish electorate, a group of people who want their own land, but then when it's founded, they don't go. A lot of them, some of them went. A lot of them didn't. Well, why?
Starting point is 00:21:33 Why? Isn't that a good, I always thought that that was a really good question. It might be something of a loaded question, but it's a good question. Every president, both Republican and Democrat, followed this precedent for the next 30 years. During this year, the ambassadorship to Turkey came to be considered a quasi-Jewish domain, writes Stalin. So, for 30 years after 1887, if you wanted to be the ambassador to Turkey, you'd better be a Zionist. And you'd better be Jewish.
Starting point is 00:22:14 By the early 1890s, organizations promoting Zionism existed in New York, Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee, Boston, Philadelphia, and Cleveland. Reports from the Zionist World Council in Basel, which four Americans had attended, gave this movement a major stimulus, galvanizing Zionist activities in American cities that had large Jewish populations. In 1897 and 98, Zionists founded numerous. additional societies throughout the east and the Midwest. In 1898, they converged in a first annual conference of American Zionists held in New York on July 4th. There they formed the Federation of American Zionists. Fas. They did it on July 4th. First annual conference of American Zionists. People who have, who are going to advocate for their own country, and they do it on July 4th.
Starting point is 00:23:16 By the 1910s, a number of Zionists in the U.S. approached 20,000, and included lawyers, professors, and businessmen. Even in its infancy, when it was still relatively weak and represented only a tiny fraction of the American Jewish population, Zionism was becoming a movement to which congressmen, particularly in the eastern cities, began to listen. The movement continued to expand. By 1914, several additional Zionist groups had formed, including Hadassah, the woman, Zionist organization. By 1918, there were 200,000, by 1918, there were 200,000 Zionists in the U.S., and by 1948, that had grown to almost a million. So, 1910, 20,000, roughly. 1918, 200,000, 30 years later, almost a million.
Starting point is 00:24:20 From early on, Zionists actively pushed their agenda in the media. One Zionist organizer proudly proclaimed in 1912, quoting, The zealous and incessant propaganda which is carried on by countless societies. The Yiddish press, from a very early period, expoused the Zionist cause. By 1923, every New York Yiddish newspaper except one was Zionist. Yiddish dailies reached 535,000 families in 1927. This is in the United States, not in Russia, not in... While Zionists were making major inroads and influencing Congress and the media,
Starting point is 00:25:01 State Department officials were less enamored with Zionists, who they felt were trying to use the American government for a project damaging to the United States. These are smart people. These are the people Stormy and I talked about in our robber barons series. Unlike politicians, state department officials were not dependent on votes and campaign donations. They were charged with recommending and implementing policies beneficial to all Americans, not just one tiny sliver working on behalf of a foreign entity. In memo after memo, year after year, U.S. diplomatic and military experts pointed out
Starting point is 00:25:38 that Zionism was countered to both the U.S. interests and principles. Why would that be? Why would they think that? Is that because they were anti-Semites? Is that because they were low IQ? U.S. diplomatic and military experts? They're just not smart people. You know, probably from the South.
Starting point is 00:26:05 80 IQs. Or maybe as Leo Pinsker, you know, one of the fathers of Zionism said, anti-Semitism is just a hereditary. It was passed down to them. I don't think that's it at all, but, you know, if they can be hyperbolic, so don't we. While more examples will be discussed later, Secretary of State Philander Knox was perhaps the first in the pattern of State Department officials rejecting Zionist advances. In 1912, the Zionist Literary Society approached its staff administration for an endorsement. Knox turned them down flat, noting that problems of Zionists involved certain matters primarily related to the interests of countries other than our own.
Starting point is 00:26:47 He's saying, we're America. This has nothing to do with us. So go away. Despite the small set back in 1912, Zionists garnered a far more significant victory in the same year, one that was to have enormous consequences both internationally and in the United States. And that was a pattern of influence that continues through today. I think I'm going to stop right there. That's enough.
Starting point is 00:27:14 Do the little intro, read the first two short chapters, and then come back in a couple days, and do Lewis Brandeis, Zionism, and the Persium. All right. I explained if you want to know, I went over a little bit of what of her background or why she did, why she said she wrote this on the first episode. I wouldn't start with this episode. I'd go to the next episode. So, yep, just going to jump right in picking up where we left off. Chapter 3, Louis Brandeis, Zionism, and the Parisham. In 1912, prominent Jewish-American attorney Louis Brandeis, who was to go on to become a Supreme Court justice, became a Zionist.
Starting point is 00:30:36 Within two years, he became head of the International Zionist Central Office, newly moved to America from Germany. While Brandeis is an unusually well-known Supreme Court justice, most Americans are aware of the significant or unaware of the significant role he played in World War I and his connection to Palestine. Some of this work was done by Felix Frankfurter, who became a Supreme Court Justice two decades later. Perhaps the aspect of Brandeis that is least known to the general public, and often even to academics, is the extent of his zealotry and the degree to which he used covert measures to achieve his aims. Covert? Who would have thought? While today, Brandeis is held an extremely high esteem by almost all Americans. There was significant opposition at the time to his appointment to the Supreme Court,
Starting point is 00:31:31 largely centered on widespread accusations of unethical behavior. A typical example is to view that Brandeis was a man who was, a man who has certain high ideals in his imagination, but who was utterly unscrupulous in method in reaching them. That's a quote from, let's see where that's a quote from. That is from Melvin Urofski's Lewis D. Brandeis A Life, published in 2009. Orozki and Israeli partisan and Brandeis champion, while noting that the campaign against Brandeis centered on ethical questions attributed the motivation to political differences.
Starting point is 00:32:15 All right. While today such criticisms of Brandeis are either ignored or attributed to political differences or anti-Semitism. Let's stop right there and go to 30. Regarding the possible role of anti-Semitism and the opposition to Brandeis, this is in her notes, in her footnote, it seems that his ethnicity may actually have enhanced his chances. Many Jewish leaders, while disliking his Zionism,
Starting point is 00:32:42 felt they must support him. Why would that be? many Jewish leaders, while disliking his Zionism, felt they must, must support him. Why? Because of identity? Similarly, many non-Jews, fearful of being called anti-Semitic, remained silent. Journalist Gus Karger reported at the time that, quoting, many senators who might base their opposition to him on sound and logical grounds if he were a Presbyterian,
Starting point is 00:33:18 are reluctant to take a stand lest their opposition be misconstrued. That is a quote from page 440 of the above-mentioned Lewis D. Brandeis, A Life by Yorovsky. Bruce Allen, Murphy, so too, also they're up, that's your next footnote. pardon me. So while today many such, let me finish the sentence. While today many such criticisms are either ignored or attributed to political differences and or anti-Semitism, there is evidence suggesting that such views may have been more accurate than Brandeis partisans would like. In 1982, historian Bruce Allen Murphy in a book that won a certificate of merit from the American Bar Association reported that Brandeis and Frankfurter had secretly collaborated over many years on numerous covert
Starting point is 00:34:13 political activities. Zionism was one of them. Okay. When you talk about this, at this point, even if you're an academic, even if you have the highest academic credentials, you're a conspiracy theorist. It doesn't matter whether you can prove it or not. saying that two people secretly collaborated over many years on numerous covert political activities is considered a conspiracy theory.
Starting point is 00:34:44 So let's go to the footnote. This is a footnote from Bruce Allen Murphy, the Brandeis-Frankfitter connection, the secret political activities of two Supreme Court justices, Oxford University Press, 1982, page 10. Bruce Murphy is a judicial biographer and scholar of the American Constitutional Law and Politics and is the Fred Morgan Kirby Professor of Civil Rights at Lafayette College. In one of the most unique arrangements in the court's history, Brandeis enlisted Frankfurter,
Starting point is 00:36:39 then a professor at Harvard Law School, as his paid political lobbyist and lieutenant, writes Murphy in his book, The Brandeis-Frankfielder Connection, The Secret Political Activities of two Supreme Court justices. Quoting, working together over a period of 25 years, they placed a network of disciples in positions of influence and labor diligently for the enactment of their desired programs. Starting point is 00:37:36 Brandeis only mentioned the arrangement to one other person, Murphy writes, another Zionist lieutenant, Court of Appeals Judge Julian Mack. One reason Brandeis and Frankfur kept their arrangement secret was that such behavior by a sitting Supreme Court justice is considered highly unethical. As an editorial in the New York Times pointed out following the publication of Murphy's book, quoting, the Brandeis Frankfurter arrangement was wrong. It serves neither history nor ethics to judge it more kindly as some seem disposed to do. The prolonged, meddlesome Brandeis-Frankfitter arrangement violates ethical standards. Close quote.
Starting point is 00:38:20 The Times reiterates a point also made by Murphy. The fact that Brandeis and Frankfur kept their arrangement secret demonstrated that they knew it was unethical, or at least realized that the public would view it as such. Quoting again, they were dodging the public's appropriate memorandum. of fitness." Later when Frankfurter himself became a Supreme Court justice, he used similar methods, quoting, placing his own network of disciples in various agencies and working through this network for the realization of his own goals.

Quoting, part of a vast, carefully planned and orchestrated political crusade, undertaken first by Brandeis, through Frankfurter, and then by Frankfurter on his own to accomplish extrajudicial political goals. Frankfitter had joined the Harvard faculty in 1914 at the age of 31, a post gained after a Brandeis initiative donation from financier Jacob Schiff to Harvard that created a position. for Frankfurter. Then Murphy writes, quoting, for the next 25 years, Frankfurter shaped the minds of generations of the nation's most elite law students.
Starting point is 00:40:22 After Brandeis became head of the American Zionist movement, he created an advisory council, an inner circle of his closest advisors, and appointed Felix Frankfurter as one of its members. Let's go back up to Jacob Schiff. I can give you... Okay. 1905. The revolution in Russia begins. The Reds, all just a Jewish organization, is supported by Jacob Schiff. Let's put that aside for a second. In 1905, the reason why you would start a revolution in Russia is because Russia is fighting Japan and the Russo-Japanese.
Starting point is 00:41:12 War, which the United States government and Jacob Schiff, in which they supported Japan against Russia. So while Russia is fighting Japan to, you know, I mean, I even forget what that was over, because it's mostly the whole thing for it for me is just how they used it as an excuse to start the Russian Revolution. Schiff convinces the United States government and through himself finances Japan against Russia, and he's financing the revolutionary movement in Russia to overthrow the Tsar. And then he financed much of the 1917 revolution because the 1905 revolution didn't, obviously didn't work.
Starting point is 00:42:13 We know that. Damaging, it didn't work. So Jacob Schiff had a hard-on for Russia. Why? Because some fake pogroms, because some Sabbiteans, some Sabbatian Jewish people in the 1600s, decided that the Messiah was coming, so they would just start killing people openly by the hundreds. Kind of what we see happening now. And Cossacks had to step in and squash it. And to this day, Jews will tell you they were just sitting around doing nothing, and all of a sudden, Cossack showed up and killed 35,000 or 40,000 of them. Chapter 4, or actually new section, the Parisham.
Starting point is 00:43:17 even more surprising to this author, Miss Weir's speaking of herself, of course, and even less well-known both to the public and to academics, is Brandeis' membership in a secret society that covertly pushed Zionism both in the U.S. and internationally. Let's check the footnotes for that. So the footnote says, it is surprising how extremely buried this information remains. after I posted Sarah Schmidt's article on it, see the footnote below, online in 2010, and mentioned it in my online and print drafts of the book, another book released this year mentions the society but fails to report accurately on its covert nature and significant activities. So I guess that's called, the book is called, just scrolling a little bit forward.
Starting point is 00:44:05 Sarah Schmidt, the Parisham, a secret episode in American Zionist history, American Jewish Historical Quarterly, Number 65, December 1975, pages 121 through 39. So Sarah Schmidt looks also to have written Horace M. Callan, Prophet of American Zionism in 1995. Then it says, Dr. Sarah Schmidt teaches courses related to modern Jewish history at the Rothberg International School of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with an emphasis both in Israeli and American Jewish history. She is also associated with the Jerusalem Center for Public Arts, focused on Israeli security, regional diplomacy, and international law. And there's a link there to a website. And then it says Peter Gross, Israel in the Mind of America,
Starting point is 00:45:04 enough publication 1984. I guess we'll be talking about that. Peter Gross was an editor and specialist in the history of intelligence and an editor for the New York Times and Foreign Affairs, Foreign Affairs, the New Economy newspaper. I believe that's, oh, not newspaper, but magazine, believe it's, I believe that. He held the position at the Belfour Center for Science International Affairs. John F. Kennedy School, government, Harvard University. He is author of a number of books on modern U.S. history. All right. Back to what I was writing. I did want to say. say that because, want to go to that because, I mean, that is a, you're making a claim about a secret society. Well, where did that come from? It came from a professor at the University of
Starting point is 00:45:52 Jerusalem. Israeli professor, Dr. Sarah Schmidt, first reported this information in an article about the society published in 1978 in the American Jewish Historical Quarterly. She also devoted a chapter to the Society in a 1995 book. Author and former New York Times editor Peter Gross, sympathetic to Zionism, also reported on it in both a book and several subsequent articles. According to Gross, a highly regarded author, Brandeis was a leader of quoting an elitist secret society called the Parisham, the Hebrew word for Pharisees and separate, which grew out of Harvard's, which grew out of Harvard's Minora society. Are you starting to understand that this just didn't happen like yesterday?
Starting point is 00:46:38 This didn't happen in the last 10 years. It didn't happen at the founding of Israel. You understand how far back this goes. Schmidt writes, The images that emerge, the image that emerges of the Parrisham is that of a secret underground guerrilla force determined to influence the course of events in a quiet, anonymous way. That's all quote. Gross writes at Brandeis used to Parrisham, quote, as a private intellectual cauderal cadre, a pool of manpower for various assignments. Brandeis recruited ambitious young men, often from
Starting point is 00:47:15 Harvard, to work on the Zionist cause, and further their careers in the process. Gee, do you think that could also work in the opposite direction? If they work for the Zionist cause, you get to further your career. If you don't, quoting, as the Harvard men spread out across the land in their professional pursuits, gross reports. Their interest in Zionism were kept alive by secretive exchanges in the trappings of a fraternal order. Each invited initiate underwent a solemn ceremony, swearing the oath, quote, to guard and to obey and to keep secret the laws and the labor of the fellowship, its existence and its aims, close quote. At the secret initiation ceremony, new members were told, this is quoting from this book, A Zionist. They really like to brag sometimes. Quoting, you are about to take a step which will bind you to a single cause for all your life.
Starting point is 00:48:25 You will for one year be subject to an absolute duty whose call you will be impelled to heed at any time, in any place, and at any cost. And ever after, until our purpose shall be accomplished, you will be fellow of a brotherhood whose bond you will regard is greater than any, other in your life. Deer than that of family, of school, of nation. So what you can assume is the best and brightest legal minds or, I mean, any, I'm sure Brandeis could reach out beyond the law department, whatever. He's getting the best minds in the country, the people who are coming out of the elite, the most elite institution in the country. by reputation, to pledge their loyalty to Zionism above family, above school, and above their nation. How did we get to the point where we're not even a country anymore?
Starting point is 00:49:34 I don't know. While Brandeis was a key leader of the Parisham, an academic named Horace M. Callan was its founder, created it in 1913. What else happened? Weird stuff happening here. Callan was an, well, what happened the following year is probably really important. Even more so important. I think the beginning of the war, the Great War, is more important than the founding of the Federal Reserve. Libertarians just screaming their heads off right now.
Starting point is 00:50:06 Callan was an academic first hired by Woodrow Wilson, who was then president of Princeton's teach English there. When Callan founded the Parisham, he was a philosophy, professor at the University of Wisconsin and Madison. This secret Zionist society was founded at the University of Wisconsin and Madison. You want to stop and think about that for a second? And this is what, 1913. Have any thoughts?
Starting point is 00:50:43 Callan is generally considered the father of cultural pluralism. What's another word for cultural pluralism? could it be multiculturalism. You understand why I wanted to read this book. In her book on Callan, Schmidt includes more information on the society in a chapter entitled, Callan's Secret Army, the Parisham. She reports,

Starting point is 00:53:55 published by the American Jewish Historical Society. And also gross, ingrose, or that's not part of that. So, yeah, another one that this comes from a Jewish society. source. You don't need to really read outside of them. It will tell you. New heading, we must work silently through education and infection. Members of the Parisham were quite clear about the necessity of keeping their activity secret. An early recruiter to the Parisham explained, quoting, an organization which has the aims we have must be anonymous, must work silently, and through education and infection, rather than through four.

Is it because if people found out, if the wasp elites at the time found out, even if the public might have got wind of it, especially since there was a group in the South who, because of the Leo Frank trial, who had pretty much been kind of dormant for a while. Ramped up again. Gross describes how the group worked toward achieving its goals. Quote, the members set about meeting people of influence here and there, casually, on a friendly

For example, Gross writes, as early as November 1915, a leader of the parish from

She writes more on that, this and the following chapter. Brandeis was also a close friend of the president, Woodrow Wilson, and used this access to advocate for the Zionist cause at time serving as a conduit between British Zionists and the president. A lot of people think, oh, Colonel House working in the background did all this. No, no, it's Lewis Brandeis. Sure. Hidden.
Starting point is 00:57:00 But it didn't have to be, you know, the secret of Colonel House. House. It just had to be secret. In 1916, President Wilson named Brandeis to the Supreme Court. All of these coincidences. Coincidences. At that time, as was required by standard ethics, Brandeis gave into pressure to officially resign from all his private clubs and affiliations, including his leadership of Zionism. But behind the scenes, he continued the Zionist work, quietly receiving the other reports in the Supreme Court chambers and issuing orders to his loyal lieutenants. That footnote is, wow, scrolling forward. She has a lot here. It's from Neal Piff, from Neal Piffers and also Gross Mind of America. Brian Dice also played a decisive role in Planning Wilson's
Starting point is 00:57:58 economic program and particularly in formulating the Federal Reserve. Of course he did. All right. But behind the scenes, he continued the Zionist were quietly. Okay. When the Zionist Organization of America, ZOA, was reorganized in 1918, Brandeis was listed as its honorary president. However, he was more than just honorary. As historian Donald Neff writes, quoting, Through his lieutenants, he remained the power behind the throne.
Starting point is 00:58:32 End quote. One of these lieutenants, of course, was Felix Frankfurter. Zionist membership expanded dramatically during World War I, despite the efforts of some Jewish anti-Zionists, one of whom called the movement a foreign, un-American, racist, and separatist phenomenon. I think we'll stop there. The first one was about 25 minutes. We're at about 28 now. Do this in bite-sized chunks, because there's a lot here.

I mean, the first one, first episode we did chapter one and two, that was just chapter three. And I don't want to jump right now into chapter four, which is World War I in the Balfour Declaration, because the hits are going to keep on coming. And like I said, there are some people who are like, I knew this, I knew this, I knew this, I knew this. And we need you. But yeah. A lot of people just don't know about this stuff. And I think it's important, especially now, especially at a time when you are seeing a full court press by international Zionism and not only Zionists to hide what they're doing. It's kind of hard to hide it when you have video, but definitely to lie about it. And you just need to see, this isn't a new ballgame. This is just, this is a game that they play. Starting point is 01:00:27 which is really stupid on their part because nothing, at this time, at the time that Brandeis and Frankfurt are doing this in 1910s, the conception that we would have the internet and instant access, being able to bunk things in real time. Starting point is 01:01:44 and basically how they secretly and open, not openly, but secretly worked behind the scenes, formed secret societies to push a Zionist agenda in America from the Supreme Court bench. All right. Chapter 4. World War I and the Balfour Declaration. Most analysts consider World War I a pointless conflict that resulted from diplomatic entanglements rather than some travesty of justice or aggression. Yet it was catastrophic to a generation of Europeans, killing 14 million people.
Starting point is 01:02:21 The United States joined this unnecessary war a few years into the hostilities, causing many America lives, even though the U.S. was not party to the alliances that had drawn other nations into the fray. This, even though Americans had been strongly opposed to entering the war, and Woodrow Wilson had won the presidency with the slogan, he kept us out of war. Mm-hmm. President Wilson changed course in 1917 and plunged the U.S. into the tragic European conflict. Approximately 200 to 70,000 Americans were killed or injured. That was in, I mean, less than two years.

A number of reasons were publicly given for Wilson's change of heart, including Germany's submarine warfare, Germany's sinking of the British passenger ship, Lusitania, and a diplomatic debacle known as the Zimmerman Telegram episode. All complete propaganda. Germans took out ads in papers telling people, don't go on any American ships. we know they have weapons and munitions aboard them, even if they're a passenger ship like the Lusitania, which sank in about four minutes because it exploded as soon as it got hit by a torpedo because it had munitions on it.
Starting point is 01:05:04 They said, don't do it. And then the Zimmerman telegram, Thomas and I went over that in one of the World War I episodes. So go check out that series. While Americans today are aware of many of these facts, few know that Zionism appears to have been one of those factors. Diverse documentary evidence shows a Zionist push for the U.S. to enter the war on Britain's side as part of a deal to gain British support for their colonization of Palestine. From the very beginning of their movement, Zionists realized that if they were to succeed in their goals of creating a Jewish state on land that was already inhabited by non-Jews, they needed backing from one of the great powers. Remember, I mentioned probably in episode one from the river, not from the river to the sea, but a land without a people for a people without a land.
Starting point is 01:05:54 All you have to do is go read Herzl or read any of the proto-Zionists. They knew there were people there. They talk about them. I believe Herzl calls them their brothers, brothers and sisters. They tried the Ottoman Empire, which controlled Palestine at the time, but were turned down. Although they were told the Jews could settle through. throughout other parts of the Ottoman Empire and become Turkish citizens. They then turned to Britain, which was also initially less enthusiastic.
Starting point is 01:06:24 Famous English Middle East experts such as Gertrude Bell pointed out that Palestine was Arab and that Jerusalem was sacred to all three major monotheistic faiths. Judaism has not been a monotheistic faith in a very long time. Sorry, go listen to my reading of Israel Shahak's Jewish history, Jewish religion. He explains. It's not a monotheistic. If anything, they're closer to pagan worship now than anything else. Polytheistic pagan worship.
Starting point is 01:07:01 Future British foreign minister Lord George Corzon similarly stated that Palestine was already inhabited by half a million Arabs who would not be content. either to be expropriated for Jewish immigrants or to act merely as hewers of wood and drawers of drawers of water for the latter. However, once the British were emboiled in World War I, and particularly during 1916, a disastrous year for the Allies in which there were 60,000 British casualties in one day alone. Zionists were able to play a winning card. I have to take a sip of coffee on that number. Imagine losing a baseball stadium worth of your soldiers, men, the next generation, and one day. While they previously had appealed to religious or idealistic arguments, now Zionist leaders could add a particularly powerful motivator, telling the British government that Zionists in the

Starting point is 01:08:51 they just want this land. In 1917, British foreign minister, Lord Balfour, issued a letter to Zionist leader, Lord Rothschild. You can see it on the, just pull up Balfour declaration on Google.
Starting point is 01:09:11 And you'll actually see the letter. Known as the Balfour declaration, this letter promised that Britain would view with favor the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and use their best endeavors to facilitate the achievement of this object. The letter then qualified this somewhat by stating that it should be clearly understood that nothing shall be done, which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine. Once again, a land without a people
Starting point is 01:09:47 for a people without a land is fucking bullshit, and anyone who says it is a fucking liar and they're to be dismissed out of hand and shunned. At this point, who at the point we're at in this country, who cares if they're brainwashed? Brainwashed people need to be shunned until they come to their fucking senses. But you ended up getting us. into two fucking world wars in order to do this.
Starting point is 01:17:31 The final version of the Declaration was actually written by Leopold Amory, a British official who, it came out later, was a secret and fervent Zionist, probably one of the people in Brandeis and Frankfurt are a secret society. It appears that the idea for such a declaration had originally been promoted by Parrisham founder Horace Callan. Shocking. Author Peter Gross reports. quote, the idea had come to the British from an unlikely source.
Starting point is 01:18:00 In November 1915, long before the United States was involved in the war, the fertile brain of Horace Callan had come up with the idea of an allied statement supporting in whatever veiled way was deemed necessary, Jewish national rights in Palestine. Starting point is 01:19:06 pro-English, French, and Italian sympathies of the Jewish masses. Callan told his friend that this would help break down America's neutrality, which Callan knew was the aim of British diplomacy, desperate to bring the U.S. into the war on its side. Gross writes, Callan's idea lit a spark of interest in Whitehall. Get American, get us this piece of dirt. And we'll get American boys. and men to go die. What does Stormy say in our episode?
Starting point is 01:19:43 Basically, the graduating class of Yale, gone. Gone? The best white men of a generation? Gone? While the Balfour Declaration was a less than ringing endorsement of Zionism, Zionists considered it a major breakthrough because it cracked open a door that they would later force wider and wider open. In fact, many credit this as a key thing.
Starting point is 01:20:14 factor in the creation of Israel. You gave them an inch. You gave them an inch. These Balfour World War I negotiations are referred to in various documents. Samuel Landman, Secretary of the World Zionist Organization described them in detail in a 1936 article in World Jury. When I used that word, just remember, there was a magazine called World Jury in 1936. He explained that a secret gentleman's agreement had been made in 1916 between the British government and Zionist leaders. After an understanding had been arrived at between Sir Mark Sykes and Zionist Wiseman and Sokolow, it was resolved to send a secret message to Justice Brandeis that the British cabinet would help the Jews to gain Palestine in return for active Jewish sympathy and for support in the U.S.
Starting point is 01:21:11 for the allied cause so as to bring about a radical pro-ally tendency in the United States. In 1916, they contacted Zionists in England contacted a Supreme Court justice in the United States secretly saying that the British cabinet would help the Jews to gain Palestine. they would basically give them Palestine or start advocating that it was actually belonged to them. It belonged to the Jews. In return for active Jewish sympathy and for support in the USA for the allied cause so as to bring about a radical pro-ally ally tendency in the United States and eventually get what 177,000 British men killed? Landman wrote that once the British had agreed to help the Zionists, this information was communicated to the press, which he reported rapidly began to favor the U.S. joining the war on the side of Britain. Imagine that. I think she has some good information here about the press in the United States, but that will be later. Landman claimed that Zionists had fulfilled their side of the contract and that it was Jewish help that brought USA into the war on the side of the allies, thus causing the defeat of Germany. I don't even know how to comment on that. He went on to state that this had rankled in Germany ever since and contributed in no small measure to the prominence which anti-Semitism occupies in the Nazi program.
Starting point is 01:23:20 Wait, I'm sorry. I thought, Leo Pinsker, Zionist said anti-Semitism was heredity. I thought you're just, I thought anti-Semitism was just being jealous of how successful Jews are. But Landman went on to state that this had rankled in Germany ever since and contributed in no small measure to the prominence which anti-Semitism occupies in the Nazi program. Wow. Wow. I thought my understanding. understanding of the JQ was some kind of mental defect. I didn't know it possibly had anything to do with the fact that their actions caused destruction, and I recognize that. Gee, I guess, I guess Mr. Landman just let me off the hook. Weird. Weird. British Colonial Secretary Lord Cavendish
Starting point is 01:24:34 also wrote about this agreement and its result in a 1923 memorandum to the British cabinet, stating the object of the Balfour Declaration was to enlist the sympathies on the allied side of influential Jews and Jewish organizations all over the world. And it is arguable that the negotiations with the Zionists did in fact have considerable effect in advancing the date to which the United States government intervened in the war. No shit, really? former British Prime Minister Lloyd George similarly referred to the deal telling a British commission in 1935. Quote, Zionist leaders gave us a definite promise that if the Allies committed themselves to giving facilities for the establishment of a national home for the Jews in Palestine,

The only conclusion you can take from this is I think it would be you'd be pushing a little too far to say all. But a big part of the reason why American white men went and died fighting European white men, their brothers in the trenches in Europe, was because Jewish Zionists wanted a homeland. and they were willing to sacrifice our relatives to do it. Brandeis University professor and author Frank Emanuel
Starting point is 01:27:22 reported that Lloyd George had testified in 1937, quote, that stimulating the war effort of American Jews was one of the major motives during a harrowing period in the European war, actuated members of the cabinet in finally casting their votes for the declaration. American Career Foreign Service Officer, M. Wilson, who had served as Minister Consul General in Jerusalem, also described this arrangement in his book, Decision on Palestine. He wrote that the Balfour Declaration, quote, was given to the Jews largely for the purpose of enlisting Jewish support in the war and of forestalling a similar
Starting point is 01:28:01 promise by the central powers, central powers being the Allied powers enemy, enemies in World War I. The official biographer of Lloyd George of Lloyd George author Malcolm Thompson stated that the determining factor in the decision's issue that Balfour Declaration was the, quote, scheme for engaging by some such concession the support of American Zionists for the allied cause in the First World War, end quote. Similarly, Zionist historian Naomi Cohen calls the Balfour Declaration a, quote, wartime measure and writes, its immediate object was to cap. Jewish sympathy, especially in the United States, for the allies, and to sure up England's strategic interests in the Near East. End quote. The declaration was pushed, she writes, quote, by leading Zionists in England and by Brandeis, who intervened with President Wilson. End quote. A Supreme Court justice, somebody who, because of our civic religion, is lifted up to priest status in this country, had secret societies, secret meetings, and had a hidden agenda that was Zionist, and it was to get a homeland by whatever means necessary.
Starting point is 01:29:28 And he had the ear of President Wilson and could intervene with him. Obviously, 177,000. And which leads to World War II, 70 million. Finally, David Ben-Gurion, the first prime minister of England, wrote in 1939. To a certain extent, America had played a decisive role in the First World War, an American Jewry had a considerable part, knowingly or not, in the achievement of the Balford Declaration. This is something we talked about when I was reading Israel-Shahawks, Jewish history,
Starting point is 01:30:13 Jewish religion, how the rabbis are these polytheistic sex magic lunatics who, even if the people who are sitting in their congregation, I don't know what they call it an example, don't know, don't know. What they're doing is they're, they, the rabbis believe they're harnessing the prayers that are going up of these Jews, even if they don't understand that they're praying to this polytheistic sex magic male-female deity with the devil involved and all this stuff. And the same thing right here. American jury had a considerable part knowingly or not in the achievement of the Balfour Declaration. Even if they didn't want it.
Starting point is 01:31:05 Even if they didn't care about, even if they wanted to be an American, they didn't want a, quote, unquote, homeland. The influence of Brandeis and other Zionists in the U.S. has enabled Zionists to form an alliance with Britain, one of the world's great powers, a remarkable achievement for a non-state group and a measure of Zionists by then immense power. As historian Kolsky states, the Zionist movement was now an important force in international politics. something that Henry Ford understood and started writing about in his newspaper. And then he has to book the International Jew, which is a lot of those articles and, you know, writing was just gathered together. People saw this back then. They started talking about it.
Starting point is 01:32:05 And that's when they needed to be destroyed. American Zionists may also have played a role in preventing an early peace with the Ottoman Empire. In May 1917, American Secretary of State Robert Lansing received a report that the Ottomans were extremely weary of the war and that it might be possible to induce them to break with Germany and make a separate peace with Britain. Such a peace would have helped in Britain's effort to win the war. Victory was still far from insured. but it would have prevented Britain from acquiring Palestine and enabling a Jewish state. So potential war peace had to be headed off in order that they get this shitty piece of land.
Starting point is 01:33:09 The State Department considered a separate Ottoman peace a long shot, but decided to send an emissary to pursue the possibility. Felix Frankfurter became part of the delegation and ultimately persuaded the delegation's leader former ambassador Henry J. Morgan Thau to abandon the effort. This is what you call sabotage. This is what you call treason. This is treason. And if you know that, if you recognize it named Morgan Thau, yeah, maybe we'll see if we get to that at all.
Starting point is 01:33:53 It's treason. It's treason. This is the literal definition. U.S. State Department officials considered that Zionists had worked to scuttle this potentially peacemaking mission and were unhappy about it. Zionists often construed such displeasure at their actions as evidence of American diplomat's anti-Semitism. I hope you're getting it. If you haven't gotten it by now, I hope you're getting there. Paris Peace Conference 1919, Zionist defeat calls for self-determination. After the war, the victors met in a peace conference and agreed to a set of peace accords that
Starting point is 01:37:52 addressed among many issues the fate of the Ottoman Empire's Middle East territories. The Allies stripped the defeated empire of its Middle Eastern holdings and divided them between Britain and France, which were to hold them under a mandate system until the populations were ready for self-government. Britain got the mandate over Palestine, which, if you listen to the last episode, you know why. And the reason why ready for self-government is in quotes here is because they're never going to, that wasn't going to happen. Zionists, including Brandeis, Felix Frankfurter, World Zionist organization officials, and an American delegation went to the peace conference to lobby for a Jewish home in Palestine and to push for Balfour wording to be incorporated into the peace accords. The official U.S.
Starting point is 01:38:45 delegation to the peace conference also contained a number of highly placed Zionists. If you go back to the Parisham, which is the secret society of Zionists, that, you know, Brandeis and, I'm trying to remember, was it, Callan. Yeah, I mean, these are highly influential people, especially Brandeis being a sitting Supreme Court justice, who have a secret society of people who have basically taken a pledge to Zionism, that they, above their family, above their country, that Zionists, they would get this homeland.
Starting point is 01:39:18 So, distinguished American Christians posted in the Middle East, who consistently supported Arab self-determination, went to Paris to oppose Zionists. Numerous prominent Christian leaders in the U.S., including two of the most celebrated pastors of the day, Harry Emerson Fostick, and Henry Sloan Coffin, also opposed Zionism. However, as a pro-Israel author notes, they were simply outgunned by Zionists. The most influential American in the Middle East at the time, Dr. Howard Bliss, president of Beirut's Syrian Protestant College, later to become the American University of Beirut,
Starting point is 01:39:58 traveled to Paris to urge forming a commission to determine what the people the Middle East wanted for themselves, a suggestion that was embraced by the U.S. diplomatic staff in Paris. I mean, imagine that. Self-determination is kind of what this country was founded upon. And then, yeah, in step this other group of people who self-determination for them, not for anyone else. and Tickolam Olin for everyone else. Princeton professor Philip Brown in Cairo for the YMCA supplied requested reports to the U.S. State Department on what Zionism's impact would be on Palestine.
Starting point is 01:40:46 He stated that it would be disastrous for both Arabs and Jews and went to Paris to lobby against it. William Westerman, director of the State Department's Western Asian Division, which covered the region similarly opposed the Zionist position. He wrote that it impinges upon the rights and desires of most of the Arab population of Palestine. Once again, keep bringing it up. Land without a people for a people without a land. But there were people there. Obviously, this is a topic of conversation.
Starting point is 01:41:19 How anybody believes that is just, it really goes to show you that, one, people are just out and out liars. and two, people just don't know history. Because people are out and outliers. Western men and other U.S. diplomats felt that the Arab position was much more in line with Wilson's principles of self-determination and circulated Arab material. President Wilson decided to send the Commission of Palestine to investigate the situation in person. After spending two months in the area interviewing all sections of the population, the Commission, known as the King Cray Commission, recommended against the Zionist position of unlimited. immigration of Jews to make Palestine a distinctly Jewish state. So that is exactly they're saying it.
Starting point is 01:42:06 What is the point of going there to make it a distinctly Jewish state? This is quoted from a book by Sammy Hedawi, Bitter Harvest, Palestine between 1914 and 1979, a book written in 1979. I think Bitter Harvest was also the book written about Ian Smith. Rhodesia, if I'm not mistaken. The commissioner stated that the creation of a Jewish state in Palestine could be accomplished only with the gravest trespass upon the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, pointing out that to subject the Palestinians
Starting point is 01:42:43 to steady financial and social pressure to surrender the land would be a gross violation of the principle of self-determination and of the people's rights. But when it comes, who cares? they want what they want. They went on to point out that the well-being and development of the people in the region formed a sacred trust that the people should become completely free and that the national governments should derive their authority from the initiative and free choice of the native populations.
Starting point is 01:43:20 The report stated that meetings with Jewish representatives made it clear that the Zionists look forward to a practically complete dispossession of the present non-Jewish inhabitants of Palestine, concluded that armed force would be required. required to accomplish this and urged the peace conference to dismiss the Zionist proposals. The commission recommended that the project for making Palestine distinctly a Jewish Commonwealth should be given up. They knew what was going to happen. You don't go there. You don't make plans to go there with guns and to force, I mean, unless there are people there in the first place. I mean, I'm going to make this argument over and over again because I'm land without a people for a
Starting point is 01:44:02 people without a land, you don't know how much it offends me, that like that kind of just so easily debunked propaganda is, you know, and it's like, oh, well, the Ottoman Empire controlled it. Then Britain, so what? So I don't care. Zionist through Brandeis dominated the situation, however, and the report was suppressed until after the peace accords were enacted. As a pro-Israel historian noted, quote, with the burial of the King Crane report,
Starting point is 01:44:34 a major obstacle in the Zionist path disappeared. The U.S. delegation was forced to follow Zionist directives. Let's see who we have here. That is from Arrowski's book cited in Mulhall, America. Yeah. All right. I already mentioned that book. Ultimately, the mandate over Palestine given to Britain supported the Zionist project
Starting point is 01:45:00 and included the Balfour language. According to the mandate, Britain would be responsible for putting into a affect the Balfour Declaration in favor of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, it being clearly understood that nothing should be done, which might prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine. So basically an invading army is getting ready to go in. And people expect that possibly the people who are already there, they're just going to lie down and take it.
Starting point is 01:45:38 They're not Americans. Chapter 6. Forging an in-gathering of all Jews. The idea behind Zionism must create a state where Jews worldwide could escape anti-Semitism. Where is that from? That is from Theodore Herzl, the Jewish state, Dover Publications. Yeah, so the father, basically the father of political Zionism. That's who they're quoting there. It's to escape anti-Semitism. Of course, the question. always, doesn't always come up because you're not allowed to ask it, but I will. What's the main cause of anti-Semitism? If you followed my work, then you know that I've quoted over and over again.
Starting point is 01:46:26 Jewish philosophers who say, Pinsker says that anti-Semitism is hereditary. Most commonly you'll hear people are jealous of their success. Yeah, things like that. But you're not allowed, you know, when you ask, those questions when you ask that question what's the main cause of what's been the main cause of amnesemitism for the last 1,200 years in europe how do countries who didn't even exist parallel have the same issue with the same people a thousand years apart you know it's an injury you know Pinsker is saying it's if you're completely dishonest or you're completely brainwashed
Starting point is 01:47:19 Pinsker could actually believe that, that it was hereditary. Combined with this was the belief that all Jews would and should come to the Jewish state in a massive in-gathering of exiles. However, when it turned out that not enough Jews were coming of their own volition, a variety of methods were used to increase the immigration. People didn't want to go. I mean, a lot of these people have been living in. countries like Germany for a couple centuries. You had people who had escaped the Stettles of Russia and gotten education and gone. I mean, of course, I mean, these are liberals and we've seen in the 200 years the other series exactly what they believe.
Starting point is 01:48:11 But, of course, they might not want to go to some place where they don't even feel like they have a tie to. So let me go back to the first sentence because I completely missed this, and I know some of you are probably screaming at me. The idea behind Zionism was to create a state where Jews worldwide could escape anti-Semitism. What about the people who say that God gave them that land forever? If the father of political Zionism, Theodore Herschel, says that Zionism was to create a state where Jews worldwide could escape anti-Semitism, What does the Bible have to do with that?
Starting point is 01:49:01 Zionist leader David Ben-Gurian once told the gathering of Jewish-Americans, quote, Zionism consists of bringing all Jews to Israel. We appeal to the parents to help us bring their children here. Even if they decline to help, we will bring the youth to Israel. But I hope that this will not be necessary. Basically, he's Ben-Gurian. I think the airport is named after him there, the main airport. most positive, said, we're going to force people.
Starting point is 01:49:32 We're going to force Jews to do it. There are various documented cases in which fanatical Zionists exploited, exaggerated, invented, and even perpetrated anti-Semitic incidents both to procure support and to drive Jews to immigrate to the Zionist designated homeland. A few examples are discussed below. I just re-released my reading. of, I can't remember what his name is, but crying wolf, hate crime hoaxes in America. There's a big, I think the biggest section was about this certain group.
Starting point is 01:50:15 Brandeis, new heading, Brandeis and Frankfurter versus U.S. diplomat. One such case involved the young diplomat named Hugh Gibson, who in 1919 was nominated to be U.S. ambassador to Poland. After he arrived in Poland, Gibson, who was highly regarded and considered particularly, brilliant, began to report that there were far fewer anti-Semitic incidents and Americans were led to believe. He wrote his mother, these yarns are exclusively a foreign manufacturer for anti-Polish purposes. So what's he saying here? They're spinning a yarn. These things are made up. There may be one or two here, but it's the exception that proves the rule that it's not happening here. And it's exclusively a foreign manufacturer. All right?
Starting point is 01:51:07 His dispatches came to the attention of Brandeis and his protege and future Supreme Court justice, Felix Frankfurter, who demanded a meeting with Gibson. Gibson later wrote of their accusations. This is a quote, I'm going to quote a whole section for you, for those of you who were just listening. Gibson speaking, I had Brandeis and Frankfur claimed, done more mischief to the Jewish race than anyone who had lived in the last century. I mean, that's a long list if you listen to Zionists and Jews. Nicholas II, Alexander III. Really? Wow.
Starting point is 01:51:49 They said that my reports on the Jewish question had gone around the world and had undone their work. They finally said that I had stated that the stories of excesses against the Jews were exaggerated, to which I replied that they certainly were, and I should think any Jew would be glad to know it. I'm not going to get into, this is an argument that any, just let me read that again, to which I replied that they certainly were, and I should think any Jew would be glad to know that basically what he's saying is, I would think you'd be really happy to know that I'm reporting that it's a false report that Jews are being persecuted in Poland. I've made this argument before about certain things.

Starting point is 01:54:05 Zionist would block his confirmation by the Senate. I mean, it's only recently, right, that we've had corruption in this country, huh? Not that a hundred years ago, somebody went to Poland, spoke the truth about what he discovered, and then when he came back, somebody, a very powerful person, hinted that if you don't trash these reports, you're not going to get the job. I thought they were all of them. about who was the most successful and who was the most qualified. Gibson was outraged and sent a 21-page letter to the State Department. In it, he shared his suspicions that this was part of a
Starting point is 01:54:57 conscientious and cold-blooded plan to make the condition of the Jews in Poland so bad that they must turn to Zionism for relief. Mr. Gibson, hero speaking the truth. Starting point is 01:55:38 Perhaps the most extreme case of Zionist exploitation of anti-Semitism to further their cause, came during the rise of Adolf Hitler. Zionist leaders had a mixed response to Hitler and the rise of the Nazis. Israeli historian Tom Sagev writes, everyone wondered how the persecution of the Jews in Germany would affect life in Palestine. They wondered how the persecution of the Jews would affect life in Palestine. Not that they would try to get them out of there and protect them. It almost seems like this is the kind of attitude where you're like, well, if it happens to them, it's good for our cause.
Starting point is 01:56:22 If something happens to them, it's good for our cause. Maybe. While papers predicted loss and ruin beyond repair and described a dance of death in Berlin, they expected that the hour of trouble and anguish would open unprecedented historical opportunities, specifically increased immigration to Palestine. Ben-Gurion hoped the Nazis' victory would become a fertile force for Zionism. Let's check that quote by that he's attributing to, or that sentiment that he's attributing to Ben-Gurion is from Tom Sigev, the 7th million, the Israelis and the Holocaust
Starting point is 01:57:08 in 1993, page 19. historians have documented the Zionist sabotage efforts to find safe havens for Jewish refugees from Nazi Germany in order to convince the world that Jews could only be safe in a Jewish state. That is, here's, I'll read the footnote on this. This was well known in the State Department. For example, State Department Near East expert Harry N. Howard states, quoting, there was discussion of liberalizing American immigration laws in this period. oppose that liberalization on the ground that this would not be a solution as far as they were concerned. They wanted a political, not necessarily a humanitarian solution. That is, they wanted a state.
Starting point is 01:58:06 More. Let's see. Here's another one. The Zionist movement knows that Palestine is and will be for some time a remittance society. They know that they can raise vast sums for Palestine by saying to donors, there is no other place this poor Jew can go. That's from Lillianthal, what price is real, page 27. So basically, they want, they want the world to believe that even if they aren't being persecuted, they're being persecuted. Do you think that affects the opinions that most people have today on how they were treated, even in Germany. Let's see. Okay.
Starting point is 01:58:59 When FDR made efforts in 1938 and 1943 and the British in 1947 to provide havens for refugees from the Nazis, Zionists opposed these projects because they did not include Palestine. So leave them there. Leave them there because we wanted to get so bad. We don't care. I don't really care about these people. They want the only choice to be Palestine. Don't take them to America.
Starting point is 01:59:40 Don't take them to, you know, don't take them safe, someplace safe. Leave them there. Morris Ernst, FDR's International Envoy for Refugees, wrote in his memoir that when he worked to help find refuge for those fleeing Hitler, quote, active Jewish leaders decried, sneer, and then attacked me as if I were a traitor. At one dinner party, I was openly accused of furthering this plan of freer immigration into the U.S. in order to undermine political Zionism. Zionist friends of mine opposed it.
Starting point is 02:00:20 So there's a real threat, quote unquote, on the lives of a Jewish population. Someone wants to do something about it and get them out, bring them into the USA, and even his friends attack him. Ernst wrote that he found the same fanatical reaction among all the Jewish groups he approached, whose leaders he found were little concerned about human blood if it is not their own. FDR finally gave up telling Ernst, we can't put it over because the dominant vocal Jewish leadership of America, won't stand for it. We can't put it over because the dominant vocal Jewish League, they won't stand for them
Starting point is 02:01:18 being rescued and brought anywhere, allegedly probably other than Palestine. But as we'll find out later, even somebody who worked to free and get Jews taken out of some of the a couple of the camps. We'll see how the Zionist treated him and what they did to him for his good works. Journalist Erskine B. Childers, son of the former Irish Prime Minister, wrote in The Spectator in
Starting point is 02:01:52 1960, quote, one of the most massively important features of the entire Palestine struggle was that Zionism deliberately arranged that the plight of the wretched survivors of Hitlerism should be a moral argument which the West had to accept. So even though there was a plan, there were many plans to get them out of the way, get them out of Germany or get them out of the Eastern Front, wherever this was, wherever they could get them out, which they didn't want, unless it was to Palestine, which really wasn't in the cards at that time, so it would have had to have been to a third country. After the war, they were the West and the leader, we were to blame for them. We were to blame because, you know, anyone who perished during the war, it was on our hands,
Starting point is 02:02:59 even though our people tried to get them out. He explained that this, that, quote, this was done by seeing to it that Western countries did not open their doors widely and immediately to the inmate of the displaced persons camps, the DP camps. Childers, author of several books on conflict resolution and peacekeeping, who later became Secretary General of the World Federation of the United Nations Associations, commented, quoting, it is incredible that so grave and grim a campaign has received so little attention in accounts of the Palestine struggle. It was a campaign that literally shaped all subsequent history.
Starting point is 02:03:42 It was done by sabotaging specific Western schemes to admit Jewish DPs. There were even a certain amount of collusion between Zionist and Nazi leaders. Okay, this is where I don't know what she's going to say because I haven't read ahead to this part, but I have read her opinions on this. There are people who want to make it like Zionists and Nazis were working to. together, like side by side on this. Most of that happened even actually before Hitler came to power. Like I said, Carl Rattle's substack, he has new, I mean, it's footnoted everywhere.
Starting point is 02:04:26 And it's mostly, I think pretty much every footnote he has is from shitlips who've written books. So this is all with a grain of salt. There was even a certain amount of collusion between Zionists and Nazi leaders. When disturbing facts emerged in the 1950s about this, these caused considerable scandal in Israel and led to the fall of the Israeli government of the time. A number of books are dedicated to this subject and is discussed in numerous others. In some cases, there were accusations that Zionist collaboration with Nazis that saved people with connections at the expense of those with none.
Starting point is 02:05:02 That's always going to happen no matter what. So, I mean, that's just history. I mean, I'm sorry. The topic inspired novels by well-known Israeli writers Amos E. Elon and Neil Gordon was a subject of a 1987 British play and was portrayed in a 1994 Israeli docudrama. Some Zionist leaders worked out what became known as the transfer agreement, a 1933 pack with the Nazis in which Jews who wish to go to Palestine could transfer their capital
Starting point is 02:05:31 to Palestine. As part of the agreement, the Zionists agreed to reject a boycott that had been implemented against Germany. Much of that is true, except the transfer agreement started earlier than 19. And it pretty much dissolved, I think, by 1934 and 1935. And not much became of it. Not many moved there. So I have the book over there.
Starting point is 02:05:57 I can't remember the name of it. I think it was Zionism and anti-Semitism in Nazi Germany. Israeli author Tom Segev explains that the agreement was based on the complementary interests of the German government and the Zionist movement. The Nazis wanted the Jews out of Germany. The Zionists wanted them to come to Palestine. For a time, the Nazis work with these Zionist leaders to promote Jewish emigrates in Palestine. A series in a Berlin paper published by Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels was entitled
Starting point is 02:06:30 A Nazi Visits Palestine and depicted glowing photographs of Jewish immigrants in Palestine. Goebbels created a medal with a swastick on one side. Yeah, that's actually, if you ever see that metal that is a, has a star of David on one side and a swastick on the other. And people are like, oh, look, look at, look how closely they were working together. They even have no, no, Gerbils had those made as a like promotion for, for his newspaper. You know, yeah. I mean, it was, it was basically like, if you ever been to a baseball game and they get you there on bat day because they give away bats to everyone or cap.
Starting point is 02:07:15 day or something like that. Yeah, it was just a way of getting people to buy the paper, basically. Nazi official Adolf Eichmann later famous for his public trial in Israel, learned some Hebrew and Yiddish, actually he spoke it very fluently, and briefly visited Palestine in 1937. He met with Zionist leaders on a number of occasions, including meeting with Ben Gurian, chief assistant, and future mayor of Jerusalem, Teddy Kolok. I say he spoke it fluently. I'd have to check on that again, but I know that they definitely quieted him
Starting point is 02:07:55 and kept him in a cage during his trial because they didn't want him to, they only wanted the crowd to hear him speak when they wanted him to hear him speak. They were scared he was going to start speaking in Hebrew, and that might cause people to change their mind or be like, wait a minute, what's going on? here. He met with Zionist leaders on a number of occasions, including meeting with
Starting point is 02:08:20 Ben-Gurian chief assistant in future marriage, Muslim Tiddy Koloch. Eichmann's autobiography was never published and reportedly remained sealed somewhere in Israeli archives. I would love to get my hands on that thing. As already referred to earlier, Zionist leader Samuel Landman in 1936, used a particularly ironic strategy to push for Britain's help in opening up Palestine to the growing number of Jewish refugees from Germany. According to Landman, Zionist actions were responsible for the U.S. entry into World War I on the side of Britain. Covered that last episode.
Starting point is 02:08:55 U.S. involvement then enabled the allies to defeat Germany. The knowledge of this Zionist connection, Landman said, was a cause of the growing anti-Semitism in Germany. Remember I said that last time. Everybody's like, oh, the Germans just woke up one day and hated Jews. no, this is a, this is somebody who was there, who saw all of this, who saw how the U.S. was, got into World War I, American, American white boys died for basically so that Zionists could get the Balfour declaration.
Starting point is 02:09:36 They could, they could have a mandate towards going back there. and people in Germany knew this. And that is, was, he said, was a cause of the growing anti-Semitism in Germany. That would be a huge one. Because I think most experts agree that if the United States didn't get in the war, didn't join in the war, Germany would have won. But then they suffered everything that they suffered. If you, again, another book that I've read on my show,
Starting point is 02:10:10 Lockade, a diary of a middle, class Austrian woman by Anna Eisenmanger explains what they did to the people how they tried to kill them and starve them to death and yeah therefore landsman argued
Starting point is 02:10:27 there was a greater need than ever for the Jewish state in Palestine that the British had allegedly promised in return for Jewish help in winning the war what's the uh let me go to that let me see 132 132 That is from Landman, Great Britain, the Jews, and Palestine. Landman's booklet, this is, I'm reading the footnotes here,
Starting point is 02:10:51 Landman's booklet also contained a veiled threat that without such a state, these increasingly desperate Jewish masses, might attempt to pull down the pillars of civilization by becoming communists. They already did that in Russia. I mean, they're responsible for the 1905 Revolution and 1917. Interestingly, Theodore Herzlund's 1896 book, who also written of a Jewish connection to communism. Quoting, when we sink, we become a revolutionary proletariat, the subordinate officers of all revolutionary parties. Historian Norman F. Cantor in his book, The Jewish Experience, 1996, page 364, reports that the Jews played a disproportionately important role in Soviet and world communism.
Starting point is 02:11:42 According to Dr. Cantor, quoting, The Bolshevik Revolution and some of its aftermath represented from one perspective Jewish revenge. I'm saying that on 200 years together the whole time. It's like a sip of water. All righty, moving on. This one's a little longer than previous ones, but let's finish this up. Zionist's fate hate attacks on Iraqi Jews. That's a mouthful.
Starting point is 02:12:26 While Zionists wish for a massive in-gathering of the Jews in one state, most Iraqi Jews wanted nothing to do with it, according to Iraq's then-chief rabbi, who stated, quote, Iraqi Jews will be forever against Zionism. Huh. They really hate Iraq, don't they? I wonder why. Jews and Arabs have enjoyed the, this is quoting, Jews and Arabs have enjoyed the same rights and privileges for a thousand years, and do not regard.
Starting point is 02:12:54 themselves as a distinctive separate part of the nation, the rabbi declared. That's Lillianthal, what price Israel? Again, page 151. Lillianthal goes on to report, despite these warnings, Zionist agents effectively produced trouble in Iraq. Rabbi Sassoon himself was badly beaten by co-religionists. I'm going to read that again. Jews and Arabs have enjoyed the same rights and privileges for a thousand years.
Starting point is 02:13:31 and do not regard themselves as a distinctively separate part of this nation. The rabbi declared talking about Iraq. Zionists worked to change that by covertly attacking Iraqi Jews so as to induce them to flee to Israel. Zionists planted bombs in Iraqi synagogues and in the U.S. Information Service Library in Iraq, quote, in attempts to portray the Iraqis as an anti-American and to terrorize the Jews, according to author and former CIA operative Wilbur Crane, Evelyn. 134. Wilbur Evelyn, Ropes of Sand, America's Failure in the Middle East, 1980, page 48.
Starting point is 02:14:23 Quoting, soon leaflets began to appear urging Jews to flee to Israel, writes Eveland, and most of the world believed reports that Arab terrorism had motivated the flight of the Iraqi Jews from the Zionists, whom the Zionists had rescued, really just in order to increase Israel's Jewish population. Zionists, Jews went to Iraq, planted bombs in Israeli synagogues, in Iraqi synagogues. It's their own people, right? and in a U.S. library. That's Americans, right? Similarly, name Galadi, a Jewish-Iraqi author who later lived in Israel and the U.S. describes the program from the inside.
Starting point is 02:15:17 Quote, I write about what the first prime minister of Israel called cruel Zionism. I write about it because I was part of it. Galati states that the Jews from Islam, quoting, Ghali states that, quote, Jews from Islamic lands did not emigrate willingly to Israel. In order, end quote, in order, quote, to force them to leave, Galati writes, Jews killed Jews. He goes on to say that in an effort, quote, to buy time to confiscate ever more Arab lands, Jews on. numerous occasions rejected genuine peace initiatives from their Arab neighbors. He states, genuine peace initiatives. But I mean, these are just murderous Muslims, right? I mean,
Starting point is 02:16:17 they were, I mean, how could they live side by side with Muslims for, with, how could Jews live side by side with Muslims for a thousand years in Iraq? And then when they say, oh, we want you to come to Israel, they're like, no, go away. Screw you. This is our home. It's been our home for a thousand years. And then they plant bombs and kill them and plant bombs in American library. And I get criticized for, yeah, yeah. All right, that's it. Next chapter will be chapter seven, the modern Israel lobby is born.
Starting point is 02:17:02 Hope you're getting a lot out of this. I'm sure a lot of you people who know a lot of you people who know a lot of of things are learning a lot too. So know a lot about this, you know, the history of this. We're learning a lot too. So yeah, wouldn't be talking about this if we still weren't dealing with it. And if it weren't probably the most dangerous thing that we're dealing with at this point. All right.

Welcome back to part five of my reading of against. our better judgment, the hidden history of how the U.S. was used to create Israel by Allison Weir. I'm going to jump right into Chapter 7. Let's get going. I think we can knock out two chapters today, unless I start getting rantey, which I might. Chapter 7, the modern Israel lobby is born. In the 1920s and 1930s, American Zionists retreated somewhat from overtly pushing for a Jewish
Starting point is 02:18:10 state in Palestine. Instead, many focused on creating Jewish institutions in Palestine, reports historian Naomi Cohen, who calls this approach Palestinianism. Funny that they're calling it Palestine since they, you know, nowadays, they've, the revisionists will tell you there's no such thing as Palestine. Palestine, there's no such thing. Why are you using that word? There's no such thing. But they even had a term called Palestinianism. Cohen attributes this switch to American anti-Semitism in the 1920s and the Great Depression in the 1930s, but Americans' revulsion against militant nationalisms, particularly strong
Starting point is 02:18:56 after World War I, must certainly have been an important factor. Cohen writes that this retreat from overt Zionism permitted the spread of a quiet Zionism in synagogues and Jewish schools, all quoting. Meanwhile, by not publicly declaring the end goal of a Jewish state, Zionists could avoid the appearance of disloyalty or dual allegiance. So they're being subversive. They're not publicly declaring the end goal of a Jewish state, but that's their goal.
Starting point is 02:19:33 Why are they not doing it publicly? To avoid the appearance of being disloyal or dual, appearance of disloyalty or dual allegiance. which they have. Their loyalty is to creating their own state, and I've abandoned the term dual allegiance because there's only one. This better fit the temper of the times following a war allegedly fought for democracy. A number of both Jewish and non-Jewish writers opposed the non-democratic agenda of creating a Jewish state on land whose population was overwhelmingly non-Jewish. amazing that they just
Starting point is 02:20:15 they so admitted back then that there were people there now they say there weren't as a Jewish writer pointed out in a Zionist journal quoting forcing foreign rule upon the majority of the population so that a minority may achieve political economic and cultural privileges does not accord with the conscience of people bred in America and Western Europe to the principles of free self-government
Starting point is 02:20:41 So even a Zionist journal and a Jewish writer realizes that going there and displacing people and basically going there to rule them, which is what they knew they were going to do, says it right here, forcing foreign rule upon a majority population, was against American and Western values. Yet, Americans will bend over backwards and maybe, and sometimes literally bend over for these people. On the other hand, creating Jewish institutions in Palestine, such as the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, seemed to non-Zionists like altruism rather than the vanguard of a colonial movement. You see where this is going, right? As Cohn explains, to outsiders, non-Jewish Americans, it was basically a philanthropy.
Starting point is 02:21:46 And Americans admired philanthropy and a philanthropist. So it was a trick. They made it look like, oh, we're opening up a university and, you know, we'll allow these people to come in and we'll educate them. And, you know, she doesn't go into exactly here where they're going to be deeply discounted, would they go for free or, you know, mostly that they were going to be completely excluded. To a certain extent, as Cohn explains, to outsiders, non-Jewish Americans, it was basically a philanthropy, and Americans admired philanthropy and philanthropists. Zionist leaders felt that the U.S. was critically important to their goal. Ben Gurian, who had visited the United States almost
Starting point is 02:22:37 every year after his election to the Zionist executive, wrote in 1939 that he was convinced that the main arena for Zionist efforts outside Palestine should be America, stating that they had, quote, no more effective tool at our disposal than the American Jewish community and Zionist movement. Zionist Moshe Moshechertok, a future Israeli foreign minister, stated during World War II, quote, America will have a decisive influence at the end of the war, and the question of our strength in America is a very real and important one.
Starting point is 02:23:14 Strength in America. A question of our strength in America. Shirtzach went on to state, quote, There are millions of active and well-organized Jews in America and their position in life enables them to be most dynamic and influential. They live in the nerve centers of the country and hold important positions in politics, trade, journalism, the theater, and the radio. They could influence public opinion, but their
Starting point is 02:23:46 strength is not felt, since it is not harnessed and directed at the right target. Politics, trade, journalism, the theater, and the radio. But if I say that, a Zionist leader decried what he considered a problem with American Jews at this time. Quote, the American Jew thinks of himself first and foremost as an American citizen. This is a fact, whether we like it or not. He concluded, quote, loyalty to America is now the supreme watchword. They didn't like that. There were people here who are loyal to America.
Starting point is 02:24:31 Jews who were loyal to America. Zionists were determined to harness this untapped power, and soon the Zionist movement began to come into its own. The immediate precursor to today's pro-Israel lobby in 1939 under the leadership of Rabbi Aba Hillel Silver, originally from Lithuania. He created the American Zionist emergency council. which by 1943 had acquired a budget of half a million dollars at a time when a nickel bought a loaf of bread.
Starting point is 02:25:06 In addition to this money, Zionists had become influential in creating a fundraising umbrella organization, the United Jewish Appeal in 1939, giving them access to the organization's gargantuan financial resources, $14 million in 1941, $150 million by 1948. This was four times more than the Americans contributed to the Red Cross and was the equivalent of approximately $1.5 billion today. With its extraordinary funding, ASEC embarked on a campaign to target every sector of American society ordering that local committees be set up in every Jewish community in the nation. In the words of AZAC organizer Cy Kennan, it launched a political and public
Starting point is 02:25:57 relations offensive to capture the support of congressmen, clergy, editors, professors, business, and labor. But it's a conspiracy theory, right? I mean, to say they did that as a conspiracy theory, you can't prove it, right? I mean, they admit it. But Azac constructed activists to quote, make direct contact with your local congressman or senator, or to go after union members, wives and parents of servicemen and Jewish war veterans. Azac provided activists with form letters to use and schedule and schedules of anti-Zionist lecture tours to oppose and disrupt. So not only were they doing positive work,
Starting point is 02:26:49 they were doing negative work, positive in that they were promoting their own message, and negative in that they went to disrupt people who were speaking out against them. A measure of its power came in 1945 when Silver disliked a British move that would be harmful to Zionists. Azac booked Madison Square Garden, ordered advertisements, and mailed 250,000 announcements the first day. By the second day, they had organized demonstrations in 30 cities, a letter-writing campaign, and convinced 27 U.S. senators to give speeches. This is in 1945.
Starting point is 02:27:28 they were able to organize in two days demonstrations in 30 cities letter writing campaigns and convince U.S. senators to give speeches. When you consider today how easy travel is, you just pick up a phone, you know, wire people, how hard is it to understand how you can have 50 cities, across the country having anti- anti-immigration or anti-immigrant anti-remigration protests
Starting point is 02:28:21 let's put it that way when back then in two days they could organize in 30 cities and get 27 U.S. senators to give speeches. 1945 grassroots Zionist action groups were organized with more than 400 local committees under 76 state and regional branches. ASEC funded books, articles, and academic studies. Millions of pamphlets were distributed.
Starting point is 02:28:56 There were massive petition and letter writing campaigns. ASEC targeted college presidents and deans, managing to get more than 150 to sign one petition. 150 college presidents and deans to sign one. Rabbi Elmer Berger, Executive Director of the American Council for Judaism, which opposed Zionism in the 1940s and 50s, writes in his memoirs that there was a, quote, ubiquitous propaganda campaign reaching just about every point of political leverage in the country, end quote. The Zionist Organization of America bragged the immensity of our operations and their diversity in its 48th annual report, stating, we reach into every department of American life. Berger and other anti-Zionist Jewish Americans tried to organize against,
Starting point is 02:29:57 quoting, the deception and cynicism with which the Zionist machine operated, but failed to obtain anywhere near their level of funding. Among other things, would-be dissenters were afraid of, quote, the savagery of personal attacks anti-Zionists endured. back then if you're an anti-Zionist which it seems like from what I'm reading here
Starting point is 02:30:25 they were Jews that were anti-Zionist you underwent savage personal sex which doesn't seem like it'll be very hard if you can get 27 senators to give speeches in your for your cause
Starting point is 02:30:45 seems like you could possibly get anything done to these people. Burger writes that when he and a colleague opposed Zionist resolution in Congress, Emmanuel Seller, a New York Democrat who was to serve in Congress from almost 50 years, told them they ought to take you bitches out and shoot you. I think it's bitches. It's removed here. So, Emmanuel Seller, you ever heard of the Hart Seller Act? which basically opened the floodgates for immigration in this country. Mm-hmm. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:31:34 When it was unclear that President Harry Truman would support Zionism, Seller and a committee of Zionist, told him that they had persuaded Dewey to support the Zionist policy and demanded that Truman also take this stand. Seller reportedly pounded on Truman's table and said that if Truman did not do so, will run you out of town. Seller reportedly pounded on Truman's table. That's the president of the United States. Instead of he didn't do so, he'd run him out of town.
Starting point is 02:32:15 Jacob Javitt, another well-known senator, this time Republicans, told the Zionist Women's Group will fight to death and make a Jewish state in Palestine if it's the last thing we do. Richard Stevens, author of American Zionism and U.S. foreign policy, 1942 and 1947, reports that Zionists infiltrated the boards of several Jewish schools that they felt didn't sufficiently promote the Zionist cause. When this didn't work, Stevens writes, they would start their own pro-Zionist schools. Stevens writes that in 1943 to 44, the ZOA distributed over a million leaflets and pamphlets to public libraries, chaplains, community centers, educators, ministers, writers, and others who might further the Zionist

Alfred Lillianthal, who had worked in the State Department, served in the U.S. Army in the Middle East from 1943 to 1945, and became a member of the Anti-Zionist American Council for Judaism, reports that Zionist monthly sales of books totaled between 3 to 4,000 throughout 1984 to 1945. Richard Stevens reports that Zionists subsidized books by non-Jewish authors that supported the Zionist agenda. They would then promote these books jointly with commercial publishers. Several of them became bestsellers.
Starting point is 02:33:41 So if you wonder why Hillary Clinton gets to write a book and Barack Obama gets to write a book and Mitt Romney gets to write a book, which you know no one is reading and buying. This is why. It's subsidized. New heading. Zionist manufacturer Christian support. Azeck founder Silver and other Zionists played a significant role in creating Christian support for Zionism, a project Brandeis encouraged.
Starting point is 02:34:18 Secret Zionist funds, eventually reaching $150,000 in 1946, were used to revive an elitist Protestant group, the American Palestine Committee. This group had originally been founded in 1932 by Emmanuel Newman, a member of the executive of the Zionist organization. The objective was to organize a group of prominent, mainly non-Jewish Americans in moral and political support of Zionism. Frankfitter was one of the main speakers at its launch. Silver's headquarters issued a directive saying, quote, In every community, an American Christian Palestine Committee must be immediately organized.
Starting point is 02:35:06 Author Peter Gross reports that the Christian Committee's operations were hardly autonomous. This is all quoting. Zionist headquarters thought nothing of placing newspaper advertisements on the clergyman's behalf without bothering to consult them in advance until one of the committee leaders meekly asked at least for prior notice before public statements were made in their name. Imagine you just wake up one day and you're promoting something in the newspaper. You have no idea why. You have no idea how.
Starting point is 02:35:42 ASEC formed another group among clergymen, the Christian Council on Palestine. An internal AZAC memo stated that the aim of both groups was to, quote, crystallized the sympathy of Christian America for our cause. By the end of World War II, the Christian Council on Palestine had grown to 3,000 members and the American Palestine Committee boasted a membership of 6,500 public figures, including senators, congressmen, cabinet members, governors, state officers, mayors, jurists, clergymen, educators, writers, publishers, and civic and industrial leaders. bought and sold.
Starting point is 02:36:19 bought and sold in the 1940s. And you wonder why things are the way they are today. Historian Richard Stevens explains that Christian support was largely gained by exploiting their wish to help people in need. Stevens writes that Zionists would proclaim the tragic plight of refugees fleeing from persecution and finding no home, thus linking the refugee problem with Palestine as allegedly the only solution. manipulation. Stevens writes that the reason for the strategy was clear. Quote, while many Americans might not support the creation of a Jewish state, traditional American humanitarianism could be exploited in favor of the Zionist cause

Few if any of these Christian supporters had any idea that the creation of the Jewish state would entail a massive expulsion of hundreds of thousands of non-Jews, who made up the large majority of Palestine's population, creating a new and much longer-lasting refugee problem. Nor did they learn that during and after Israel's founding 1947 to 1949 war, Zionist forces attacked a number of Christian sites. Donald Neff, former Time Magazine Jerusalem Bureau Chief and author of five books on Israel-Palestine, reports in detail on Zionist attacks on Christian sites.
Starting point is 02:37:51 in May 1948, the month of Israel's birth. Neff tells us that a group of Christian leaders complained that month that Zionists had killed and wounded hundreds of people, including children, refugees, and clergy at Christian churches and humanitarian institutions. For example, the group changed a charge that, quote, many children were killed or wounded by Jewish shells on the convent of Orthodox Cops. Copics, eight refugees were killed and about 120 wounded at the Orthodox Armenian convent, and that father Pierre Somi, secretary to the bishop, had been killed and two wounded at the Orthodox Syrian Church of St. Mark.
Starting point is 02:38:42 The group's statements that Arab forces had abided by their promise to respect Christian institutions, but that the Jews had forcefully occupied Christian structures and been indiscriminate in shelling churches, reports Neff. He quotes a Catholic priest. Jewish soldiers broke down the doors of my church and robbed my precious and sacred objects. Then they threw the statues of Christ down into a nearby garden. The priest added that Jewish leaders had reassured that religious buildings would be respected, but their deeds do not correspond to their words. Do they ever?
Starting point is 02:39:18 After Zionist soldiers invaded and looted a convent in Tiberius, the U.S. consulents set a bitter dispatch back to the U.S. consulate. back to State Department complaining of the Jewish attitude in Jerusalem toward Christian institutions. An American Christian biblical scholar concurred, reporting that a friend in Jerusalem had been told, quote, when we control, you take your dead Christ and go home. I like those close references. Chapter 8. Zionist colonization efforts in Palestine. As early Zionists in the U.S. and elsewhere pushed for the creation of a Jewish state, Zionists in Palestine simultaneously tried to clear the land of Muslim and Christian inhabitants and replace them with Jewish immigrants. This was a tall order as Muslims and Christians accounted for more than 95% of the population of Palestine. Zionist planned to try first to buy up the land until the previous inhabitants had emigrated.
Starting point is 02:40:46 Failing this, they would use violence to force them out. This dual strategy was discussed in various written documents cited by numerous Palestinian and Israeli historians. As the colonial project grew, the indigenous, indigenous Palestinians reacted with occasional bouts of violence. Zionists had anticipated this since people usually resist being expelled from their land. You don't say. When the buyout effort was able to obtain only a few percent of the land, Zionists created a number of terrorist groups to fight against both the Palestinians and the British. Terrorist and future Israeli Prime Minister Monacham Began later bragged that Zionists had brought terrorism both to the Middle East and to the

Russell Warren Howe, fighting the soldiers of occupation from World War II to the Intifada in seeing the light personal encounters with the Middle East and Islam, Ed Richard H. Curtis, and Janick McMahon. Warren and his film crew were filming an interview with Monacham Began in 1974. The red light had come on under the lens. Without preamble, I turned my shoulder to the camera, stared straight into Began's eyes and asked, how does it feel in the light of all that is going on

By the eve of the creation of Israel, the Zionist Immigration and Buyout Project had increased the Jewish population of Palestine to 30%, and land ownership from 1% to approximately 6% to 7%. This was in 1947 when the British at last announced that they would end their control of Palestine. Britain turned the territory's fate over to the United Nations. Since a founding principle of the UN was self-determination of peoples, one would have expected to the UN to support fair democratic elections in which inhabitants could create their own independent country. Instead, Zionists pushed for a General Assembly resolution to give them a disproportion of 55% of Palestine. While they rarely announced this publicly, their plan, stated in journal entries and letters, was to later take the rest of.

The U.S. State Department opposed the partition plan strenuously considering Zionism contrary to both fundamental American principles and U.S. interests. The director, named Loy Henderson, warned that the creation of such a state would go against locals' wishes, imperil U.S. interests, and violate democratic principles. Henderson emphasized that the U.S. would lose moral standing in the world if it supported Zionism. Quote, at the present time, the United States has a moral prestige in the near and Middle East,
Starting point is 02:44:27 unequaled by that of any other great power. We would lose that prestige and would be likely for many years to be considered as a betrayer of the high principles, which we ourselves have enunciated during the periods of the Second World War. end quote. When Zionist pushed a partition plan in the UN, Henderson recommended strongly against supporting their proposal, saying that such a partition would have to be implemented by force and was not based on any principle. He warned that partition, quote, would guarantee that the Palestine problem would be permanent and still more complicated in the future. You didn't really have to be a profit to know that that's what would happen. Henderson elaborated further on how plans
Starting point is 02:45:13 to partition Palestine would violate American and UN principles. Quote, proposals for partition are indefinite contravention to various principles laid down in the UN charter, as well as to principles on which American concepts of government are based. These proposals, for instance, ignore such principles as self-determination and majority rule. They recognize the principle of a theocratic racial state and even go so far in several instances as to discriminate on grounds of religion and race. Zionists attacked Henderson virulently, calling him anti-Semitic,
Starting point is 02:45:49 demanding his resignation, and threatening his family. What's changed? Did someone answer that question for me? What's changed? They pressured the State Department to transfer him elsewhere. One analyst describes this as the historic game of musical chairs
Starting point is 02:46:08 in which officials who recommended Middle Eastern policies consistent with the nation's interests were moved on. So if an American official, when it came to the Middle East, spoke, gave his opinion, and his opinion was what benefits America best, he was moved on, this terminology they use. In 1948, Truman sent Henderson to the slopes of the Himalayas as ambassador to Nepal, then officially under India. In recent years, at times, virtually every State Department country desk has been directed by a Zionist. Repeat that again.

Revealed during conversation with State Department Associate. But Henderson was far from alone in making his recommendations. He wrote that his views were not only those of the entire Near East Division, but were sharing. by nearly every member of the Foreign Service or of the State Department who has worked to any appreciable extent on Near Eastern problems. He wasn't exaggerating. Official after official and agency after agency opposed Zionism. In 1947, the CIA reported that Zionist leadership was pursuing
Starting point is 02:47:36 objectives that would endanger both Jews and the strategic interests of the Western powers in the near and Middle East. Ambassador Henry F. Grady, who has has been called America's top diplomatic soldier for a critical period of the Cold War headed a 1946 commission aimed at coming up with a solution for Palestine. Grady later wrote about the Zionist lobby and its damaging effect on U.S. national interests. Quote, I've had a good deal of experience with lobbies, but this group started where those of my experiences had ended, wrote Grady. Quote, I have headed a number of government missions, but in no other have I ever experienced so much disloyalty.
Starting point is 02:48:19 In the United States, since there is no political force to counterbalance Zionism, its campaigns are apt to be decisive. End quote. Grady concluded that without Zionist pressure, the U.S. would not have had the ill will with the Arab states, which are of such strategic importance in our Cold War with the Soviets. So if the U.S. hadn't supported the Zionist, cause. Everything was fine with the Arab states.
Starting point is 02:48:51 Now, people are listening to that right now, and they're thinking, no, no, no, Muslims are like out of their minds. I mean, again, when you ask what causes anti-Semitism, there's a reason. When you ask what causes Muslims to act the way they have in the last, you know, 80 years, there's a reason. Grady concluded that without Zionist pressure, the U.S. would not have had the deal well with the Arab states, which are such strategic importance in our Cold War with the Soviets. Former Undersecretary of State Dean Atchison also opposed Zionism. Atchison's biographer writes that Atchison worried that the West would pay a high price for Israel. Another author, John Mulhall, records Atchison's warning of the danger for U.S. interests.
Starting point is 02:49:46 Quote, to transform Palestine into a Jewish state capable of receiving a million or more immigrants, would vastly exacerbate the political problem and in peril not only American, but all Western interests in the Middle and the Near East. The Joint Chiefs of Staff reported in late 1947, quote, A decision to partition Palestine, if the decision were supported by the United States, would prejudice United States strategic interests in the near and Middle East, to the point that United States influence in the area would be curtailed to that which could, be maintained, to that which could be maintained by military force. The Joint Chiefs issued at least 16 papers on the Palestine issue following World War II.
Starting point is 02:50:32 They were particularly concerned that the Zionist goal was to involve the U.S. One 1948 paper predicted that, quote, the Zionist strategy will seek to involve the United States in a continuously widening and deepening series of operations intended to secure maximum Jewish objectives. The CIA stated that Zionist leadership was pursuing objectives that would endanger both Jews and the strategic interests of the Western powers in the near and Middle East. The head of the State Department's Division of Near Eastern Affairs, Gordon P. Merriam, warned against a partition plan on moral grounds.
Starting point is 02:51:16 Quote, U.S. support for partition of Palestine as a solution to that problem can be justified only on the basis of Arab and Jewish consent. Otherwise, we should violate the principle, otherwise we should violate the principle of self-determination, which has been written into the Atlantic Charter, the Declaration of the United Nations and the United Nations Charter, a principle that is deeply embedded in our foreign policy. Even a United Nations determination in favor of partition would be in the absence of such consent, a stultification and violation of the UN's own charter. Merriam added that without consent, bloodshed and chaos would follow a tragically accurate prediction.
Starting point is 02:52:04 An internal state department memorandum accurately predicted how Israel would be born through armed aggression masked as defense. Wow. Quoting, the Jews will be the actual aggressors against the Arabs. However, the Jews will claim that they are merely defending their boundaries of a state which were traced. by the UN. In the event of such Arab outside aid, the Jews will come running to the Security Council with the claim that their state is the object of armed aggression and will use every means to obscure the fact that it is their own armed aggression against Arabs inside which is the cause of Arab counterattack. They go in as aggressors? Or what is it? They cry out in pain as they strike you?
Starting point is 02:52:56 Yeah. They went in as, went in. as the aggressors, just like in Russia, they were the revolutionaries. And when the Russians fought back, they cried foul, they cried pogrom. Same thing over and over and over again. And American Vice-Consul William J. Porter foresaw one last outcome of the partition plan that no Arab state would actually ever come to be in Palestine. That's it. Up to Chapter 9. But just from the last episode, here's something I thought I would, was a big takeaway for me. was here, I'll actually share this one, what I'm looking at, just go over.
Starting point is 02:55:03 Talking about Emmanuel Seller, a New York Democrat, who ended up serving 50 years. This guy, Berger, Rabbi Elmer Berger, who was anti-Zionist. The manual seller told them that they ought to take your, blank out and shoot you. And then when it was unclear that President Harry Truman would support Zionism, Seller and a committee of Zionists told him that they had persuaded Dewey to support the Zionist policy and demanded that Truman take this stand. Seller reportedly pounded on Truman's table and said that if Truman didn't do this,
Starting point is 02:55:47 we'll run you out of town. So, yeah, who's in charge? who is in charge? All right. Let me just make sure one thing here. Boom. All righty. Cool.
Starting point is 02:56:07 All right. Let's get into this. Let's keep going. Chapter 9. Truman accedes to the pro-Israel lobby. President Harry Truman, however, ignored this advice and chose instead to support the Zionist partition plan. Truman political advisor Clark Clifford believed that the Jewish vote and contributions were essential to winning the upcoming presidential election,
Starting point is 02:56:29 and that supporting the partition plan would garner that support. Truman's opponent in Dewey took similar stands for similar reasons. Truman's because they were being threatened. I mean, they had the ability to be like, screw you, if I lose the election, I lose the election. They had a chance to stand on principle, but they're politicians. Truman was a 33rd Mason.
Starting point is 02:56:58 Truman's Secretary of State George Marshall, the renowned World War II general and author of the Marshall Plan, was furious to see electoral considerations taking precedence over policies based on the national interest. He condemned what he called a transparent dodge to win a few votes, which would make the great dignity of the Office of President seriously diminished. Well, I mean, at this point it's gone, right? World War II destroys all of this. Marshall wrote that the council offered by Clifford was based on domestic policy considerations, while the problem which confronted us was international. I said bluntly that if the president were to follow Mr. Clifford's advice and if in the elections I were to vote, I would vote against the president. Let me go back a little bit.
Starting point is 02:57:51 So I mentioned Emmanuel Seller. Emmanuel Seller basically threatening everyone around him, including the president of the United States, Israel needs this partition plan. They need, we don't care who lives there now. We're going to take it over. And you're going to do this, and you're going to be behind it. What does Emmanuel Seller do less than 20 years later? He pens the bill that opens the borders of the United States.
Starting point is 02:58:31 The Hart Seller Act. Hart really didn't have anything to do with it. I can't remember his first name right now. He was just the goy to help him push it through. To be there, to be like, yes, this is what needs to be done. That's why his name is first. So he got his partition plan. He got his country for his people.
Starting point is 02:58:58 And then he destroyed ours. Continuing. Secretary of Defense, James Forrestall, also tried unsuccessfully to oppose the Zionists. He was outraged at Truman's Middle East policy was based on what he called squalid political purposes, asserting that United States policy should be based on United States national interests and not on domestic political considerations.
Starting point is 02:59:28 Forrestall represented the General Pentagon view when he said that, quote, no group in this country should be permitted to influence our policy to the point where it could endanger our national security. Great man. Go back and listen to my episode with Philos on James Forrestall. And what they did to him. They killed him. He jumped out a window.
Starting point is 02:59:58 Allegedly. He, allegedly, jumped out a window all by himself. He went crazy all by himself. He was in an asylum who came to visit him. He was in a hospital. who came to visit him while he was in there. Go check out the episode. A report by the National Security Council
Starting point is 03:00:21 warned that the Palestine turmoil was acutely endangering the security of the United States. A CIA report stressed the strategic importance of the Middle East and its oil resources. Similarly, George F. Kenan, the State Department's Director of Policy Planning, issued a top secret document on January 19, 1947 that outlined the enormous damage done to the U.S. by the Partition Plan,
Starting point is 03:00:53 report by the policy planning staff on position of the United States with respect to Palestine. It's footnoted here. Kenon caution that, quote, important U.S. oil concessions and airbase rights could be lost through U.S. support for partition and warned that the USSR stood to gain by the partition plan. Kermit Roosevelt, Theodore Roosevelt's grandson, and a legendary intelligence agent, was another who was deeply disturbed by events, noting, quote, the process by which Zionist Jews have been able to promote American support for the partition of Palestine demonstrates the vital need of a foreign policy based on national rather than partisan interests. Only when the national interests of the United States in their highest terms take precedence over all other considerations can a logical far-seeing foreign policy be evolved. No American political leader has the right to compromise American interests to gain partisan votes.
Starting point is 03:01:55 Kermit Roosevelt went on, quote, The present course of world crisis will increasingly force upon Americans the realization that their national interests and those of the proposed Jewish state in Palestine are going to conflict. It is to be hoped that American Zionists and non-Zionists alike will come to grips with the realities of the problem. Truman wrote in his memoirs, quote, I do not think I ever had as much pressure and propaganda aimed at the White House as I had in this instance. There were now a million dues paying Zionists in the U.S. That's what we call a A block, a fifth column, basically. Do you think it's gotten any better? Do you think it's grown? Then, as now, in addition to unending pressure, there was financial compensation. Truman reportedly received receiving a suitcase full of money from Zionist while on his campaign trail around the country.

Gore Vidal wrote, quote, sometime in the late 1950s that world-class gossip and occasional historian John F. Kennedy told me how in 1948, Harry S. Truman had been pretty much abandoned by everyone when he came to run for president. Then an American Zionist brought him $2 million in cash

Quote, I had already got the commitments for the $100,000 from people around the country, all of whom understood that without Truman, Israel would have had very difficult days and times trying to even come into existence. As a train went into towns where there were Jewish communities, I arranged that a Jewish delegation would ask to see the precedent and be received on the train, and that in as many cases as possible, they would bring him donations above these original commitments. So the trip, triumphant, so the trip was a triumphant trip from his point of view as a politician. He often said, quote, if not for my friend Abe, I couldn't have made the trip,

One person key in such Zionist financial connections to Truman was Abraham Feinberg, a wealthy businessman who was later to play a similar role with President Johnson. Huh. While many Americans have been aware of Truman's come from behind win over Dewey, Few people know about the critical role of Feinberg and the Zionist lobby in financing Truman's victory.
Starting point is 03:06:39 After Feinberg finance Truman's famous whistlestop campaign tour, Truman credited him with his presidential win. This is in parentheses. When the CIA later discovered that Feinberg also helped to finance illegal gun running to Zionist groups, the Truman administration looked the other way. Huh. Shocking. An individual inside the U.S. government who worked to influence policy was David K. Niles, executive assistant first to FDR and then to Truman. Niles, according to author Alfred Lillianthal, was a member of a select group of confidential
Starting point is 03:07:21 advisors with an often quoted passion for anonymity. Niles, though occasionally publicizes Mr. Truman's mystery man, remain totally unknown to the public. Behind the scenes, Nile was regularly briefed by the head of the Washington Office of the Zionist Organization of America. When it was discovered, the top secret information was being passed onto the Israeli government. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Omar Bradley, told Truman he had to choose between Bradley and Niles. Not long after, Niles resigned and went on a visit to Israel. Another who helped influence Truman was his old Kansas City friend and business partner Eddie Jacobson, active in B'nai Brith and a passionate believer in Jewish nationalism,
Starting point is 03:08:16 who was able to procure Zionist access to the president at key times. Truman called Jacobson's input of decisive importance. Passionate believer in Jewish nationalism. You think he was that passionate about American, about American national? or America? Still another was Sam Rosenman, a political advisor to Truman, who screen state department memos sent to Truman. A longtime diplomat reports that one of the department's memos was returned, unopened with a notation, quote, President Truman already knows your views and doesn't need this. Evan M. Wilson, a career diplomat who had been U.S. Consul General in Jerusalem, later wrote that Truman
Starting point is 03:09:03 had been largely motivated by domestic political considerations. At least one of Truman's key policy speeches was drafted primarily by the Washington representative of the Jewish agency. Under Secretary of State James E. Webb and a dispatch to Secretary of State Dean Atchison noted the obvious. Quote, past records suggest Israel has had more influence with the U.S. than has U.S. with Israel. I would say at this point the U.S. has failed to exist and hasn't existed since then. Chapter 10, pro-Israel pressure on general assembly members. When it was clear that despite U.S. support, the partition recommendation did not have the two-third support of the U.N. General Assembly required to pass, Zionists pushed through a delay in the vote.
Starting point is 03:10:06 they then used this period to pressure numerous nations into voting the recommendation. A number of people later described this campaign. Robert Nathan, a Zionist who had worked for the U.S. government and who was particularly active in the Jewish agency, wrote afterward, quote, we used any tools at hand, such as telling certain delegations that the Zionists would use their influence to block economic aid to any country that did not vote for partition. Before the vote on the plan, the Philippine delegate had given a passionate speech against partition, defending the inviolable primordial rights of a people to determine their political future and preserve the territorial integrity of their native land. The Deliott went on to say that he could not believe that the General Assembly would sanction a move that would place the world back on the road to the dangerous, principles of racial exclusiveness and to the archaic documents of theocratic governments. Twenty-four hours later, after intense Zionist pressure, the Philippine delegate voted in favor of partition. On November 29,
Starting point is 03:16:15 1947, UN General Assembly Resolution 181, the resolution creating partition passed. While this resolution is frequently cited, it was of limited, if any, legal impact. General Assembly resolutions, unlike Security Council revolutions, are not binding on member states. For this reason, the resolution requested that the Security Council take the necessary measures as provided for in the plan for its implementation, which the Security Council never did. Legally, the General Assembly resolution was a recommendation and did not create any states. What it did do, however, was increased the fighting in Palestine. Within months, the Zionists had forced out over 413,000 people. So basically, there were 413,000 people who live there for centuries, for a millennia.

Starting point is 03:20:22 The UN eventually managed to create a temporary and very partial ceasefire, which during Israel obtained even more, which during which Israel obtained even more armaments. A Swedish UN mediator, Count Fulke Bernadot, who had previously rescued thousands of Jews from the Nazis. He basically had negotiated to get Jews out of concentration camps. He was dispatched to negotiate an end to the violence. Israeli assassins killed him, and Israel continued. what it was to call its war of independence. How can invading army call it a war of independence?

At the end of this war, through ruthless implementation of plans to push out as many non-Jews as possible, Israel came into existence on 78% of Palestine. Here we go. Chapter 11, massacres in the conquest of Palestine. The passing of the partition resolution in November 1947 triggered the violence the State Department and Pentagon analysts had predicted and for which Zionists had been
Starting point is 03:22:30 preparing. So the State Department of Pentagon knew this was going to happen, and Zionists were preparing for the violence. There were at least 33. Jeez, that number. Just, I love how that number triggers Spurge so much. There were at least 33 massacres of Palestinian villages, half of them before a single Arab army joined the conflict. So, The narrative, you will hear Zionists and Jews say, is that as soon as they showed up, Arabs from all over the place just poured over the borders for no reason because Jews were there. They wanted to kill Jews. According to this, there were at least 33 massacres of Palestinian villages, half of them,
Starting point is 03:23:27 before a single Arab army shut up to the conflict. So what is the, uh, ah, okay, so the, the, looking for, oh, she just lists out all of the villages, um, and the dates that these massacres took place. Um, and it's from Kamsaya, Palestinian refugees, right to return and repartition. Zionist forces were better equipped and had more men under arms and they were opponents. If you remember for my 200 years together series, Dr. Johnson reiterates over and over and over again that the Jews in Russia, especially in Ukraine, the revolutionaries, were far better equipped than their Russian counterparts. Why? Because they were getting arms from overseas. They were
Starting point is 03:24:28 getting arms from other places. They were better financed. The police forces there, you're not really used to violence when you have a monoculture, but introduce a foreign element, especially a foreign element as such, and here's what happens. Zionist forces were better equipped and had more men under arms and their opponents, and by the end of Israel's quote unquote war of independence, over 750,000, Palestinian men, women, and children were ruthlessly expelled. Zionists succeeded in their first half of their goal.

So that 750,000 Palestinian men, women, and children were ruthlessly expelled from their homes, and their homes were taken over by Jews. They call that in Palestine and in the Arab world the Nakhba. It's the catastrophe. When you mention it to a Zionist or a Jew nowadays, especially one who is militant, Zionist, they will say that's a made-up term. You mean like pogrom? Only one group in the world is allowed to have a term for what's allegedly happened to them.
Starting point is 03:25:55 As Israeli historian Tom Saga writes, quote, Israel was born of terror, war, and revolution. and its creation required a measure of fanaticism and cruelty. The massacres were carried out by Zionist forces, including Zionist militias, that had engaged in terrorist attacks in the area for years preceding departition resolution. Okay, so what is the, I mean, anyone who knows anything knows this. But hold on that. Something on my glasses bother me. violence between

Historian Jay Bauer Bell reports that members who went to Palestine foresaw Zion redeemed, foresaw, quote, Zion redeemed through a blood sacrifice. I wonder what that means. In the 1930s, the Irriguan perpetrated a number of attacks on Palestinian civilians from Bell's terror out of Zion page 20 to 21. Papa writes that the 1936 Arab revolt gave the Haganah a chance to practice military tactics,
Starting point is 03:27:52 quote, mostly in the form of retaliatory operations against such targets, as roadside snipers for thieves taking goods from a kabbal. The main objective, however, seems to have been to intimidate Palestinian communities who happen to live in proximity to Jewish settlements. All right. Let's see. Okay. The massacres were carried out by Zionist forces, including Zionist militias that engaged in terrorist attacks in the area for years preceding the partition resolution. Descriptions of the massacres by both Palestinian and Israelis are nightmarish.
Starting point is 03:28:32 and Israeli eyewitness reported that at the village of Al-Dawayima, the children they killed by breaking their heads with stones. There was not a house without dead. One soldier boasted that he had raped the woman and then shot her. One Palestinian woman testified that a man shot her a nine-month-old pregnant sister and then cut her stomach open with a butcher knife. Okay, well, I mean, I've heard exaggerations and ridiculous claims from both sides now. What I know is people are being killed and just people who have lived there, whose families have lived there for a thousand years are being removed.
Starting point is 03:29:27 And a lot of people are being killed. and I know that women, that Palestinian women were raped by Jewish men because I saw a documentary with a bunch of the men who participated in this, and one of them was bragging about it. So unless he's lying, which, I mean, there's a really good chance he's lying. But, you know, one of the better documented massacres occurred in a small, neutral Palestinian village called Daira Yassan in April 1948, before any Arab armies had joined the war. So I know there, again, they will tell you, Arabs just poured in from, and you know, I used last time the, or not last time, maybe a couple episodes ago, the example of if Alabama was
Starting point is 03:30:13 invaded by a foreign force, I assume knowing that problems, there would be problems from coming from elsewhere, that even if the, even though you would expect the government, the federal government to do something about it, but if we have some lunatic leftists in charge, they may not care about Alabama. But forces from Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, even northern Florida, the panhandle may send forces to help because they know that they may be next. Yeah, this wasn't, we've already had Monacham Began brag that Jews brought not only terrorism to the Middle East, but they brought it to the world. What you will hear Zionists argue is that these Arab armies that were going to come and join in the war against these invading Jews and Zionists are terrorists. They're reacting
Starting point is 03:31:15 to terrorism. It's just like in Russia. When revolutionaries took up arms and tried to overthrow the government, whenever anybody fought back, they were called pogromists or murderers or people trying to commit genocide. Same thing here. A Swiss red cross-representative was one of the first to arrive on the scene, where he found 254 dead, including 145 women, 35 of them pregnant. Witnesses reported that the attackers lined up families, men, women, grandparents, and children, even infants, and shot them. Okay. I don't know about the whole infants and children thing. I believe the men, women, and grandparents. So I'm willing to steal, man, and give the benefit of the doubt.
Starting point is 03:32:11 Of course, Zionists aren't. An eyewitness and future colonel in the Israeli military later wrote of the militia members, they didn't know how to fight, but as murderers, they were pretty good. So just bragging. Let's see, that's from Daniel McGowan, a Jewish eyewitness, an interview with Mayor Paios. in remembering Daira Yassan, The Future of Israel and Palestine by Daniel McGowan and Mark Ellis. Book 1998, page 40. Israeli military historian Colonel Meyer Paial, who was then a member of the Haganah terrorist organization.
Starting point is 03:32:49 You can actually, if you go on the Jewish Virtual Library, they will call it a terrorist organization. Was that Dair Yassan acting as a communications officer and witnessed parts of the massacre? I'm sure. whenever you want to say that you didn't, whenever someone wants to say they weren't taking part. They always say communications officer or medic or something like that. But anyway, the Red Cross representative who found the bodies at Dair Yassin arrived in time to see some of the killing in action. He wrote in his diary that Zionist militia members were still entering houses with guns and knives when he arrived.
Starting point is 03:33:27 He saw one young Jewish woman carrying a blood-covered dagger and saw another, stab an old couple in their doorway. The representative wrote that the scene reminded him of SS troops he had seen in Athens. No idea what that means. Richard Catling, British Assistant and Inspector General for the Criminal Investigation Division, reported on sexual atrocities committed by Zionist forces. Quote, many young girls were raped and later slaughtered, he reported. All the women were also molested.
Starting point is 03:33:59 this I do believe because I've heard Zionists at the time Jews at the time interviews with them later in years and they talked about this and one of them went as far as to say is you know someone asked well what does your wife think of this she's like I never told my wife that I did these things do you think it would even matter really you think you think I matter to his wife I don't think so the diarrhea Yossin attack was perpetrated by two Zionist militias and coordinated with the main Zionist forces whose elite unit participated in part of the operation. The head of the two militias, Manakum Began, and Yitzhak Shemir, later became prime ministers of Israel. But it's the Arabs that are terrorists.
Starting point is 03:34:50 It's amazing to me that you can't call Israel a terrorist state. I mean, I understand it's over the top. it's hyperbolic and too many goofy fucking leftists pieces of shit say that. But I mean, literally, you had Monachem Begin and Yitzhak Shemir. Manak Makhem Dugin, who says, we invented terrorism, brought it into the world and brought it to the Middle East. And Yitzhak Shemir, I mean, two who were literal terrorists and killed innocence and basically ethnically cleansed the land, that they became prime ministers and you're not, and but you're not allowed to call it a terrorist state.
Starting point is 03:35:32 No matter how lefty bullshit it sounds. Began, head of the Irgun Militia, sent the following message to his troops about their victory at Diaryasin. Quoting, this is all going to be one quote. Except my congratulations on the splendid act of conquest. Convey my regards to all the commanders and soldiers. We shake your hands. We are all proud of the excellent leadership and the fighting spirit in this great attack. We stand to attention in memory of the slain.
Starting point is 03:36:02 We lovingly shake the hands of the wounded. Tell the soldiers, you have made history in Israel with your attack and your conquest. Continue thus until victory. As in Dair Yassin, so everywhere, we will attack and smite the enemy. God, God, thou hast chosen us for conquest. Approximately six months later, Began, who had publicly taken credit for us, other terrorist attacks, including blowing up the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, killing 91 people, came on a tour of America.
Starting point is 03:36:38 Isn't that great? The tour of sponsors included famous playwright Ben Hecht, a fervent Zionist who applauded Urugu violence, and eventually included 11 senators, 12 governors, 70 congressmen, 17 justices, and numerous other public officials. Yeah. Yeah. If you want to understand why, like, no one in our government will decry or condemn Israeli violence, you know, where Israel just launches bombs at Tehran, a capital city, a city of, with civilians. but as soon as Iran launches missiles back and they land in Tel Aviv where Israel uses human shields to hide unit 8200 and a bunch of their basically a bunch of their their intelligence and military outfits are not like out on the outskirts of town
Starting point is 03:37:51 where they can be no they're in the they're in the middle of town but you will hear Jews scream all day about human shields. So we watched a launch on Tehran, saw apartment buildings hit, oh, we took out a leader, probably in his family, the family lived beneath it, found who lived above it,
Starting point is 03:38:15 half the people in the building, perfectly fun. No one in our government will condemn it. Half the people in this country won't condemn it. But as soon as, Duran launches back, that needs to be condemned. I mean, this is the same thing. They cry out in anger as they strike you. They cry out in pain as they strike you. Oh, my God, look what I'm doing to you. You made me do this. Look at all the pain. So back in 1948, 11 senators, 12 governors, 70 congressmen, 17 justices, and numerous other public officials came out to celebrate Monacham Began. And I guarantee you. They knew everything that they did over there. The King David Hotel bombing, Dyeria Sin, all of it.
Starting point is 03:39:09 All of it. The State Department, yeah, that makes, that's about right. The State Department, fully aware of his violent activities in Palestine, tried to reject Began's visa, but was overruled by Truman. I mean, probably a manual seller was in there beating on the resolute desk, right? saying, we'll run you out of town. Began later proudly admitted his terrorism in an interview for American television. When the interviewer asked him, how does it feel in light of all that's going on to be the father of terrorism in the Middle East?
Starting point is 03:39:53 Began proclaimed, in the Middle East, in all the world. She just repeated this, but we went over this earlier. All right. Chapter 12. U.S. front groups for Zionist militarism. See how long this is, so I don't know how long we're going to go here. This might be a little bit long, but fine. A number of groups
Starting point is 03:40:20 operated in the U.S. to support Zionist paramilitary groups in Palestine. These often employed clandestine methods and deceptive names. I mean, I don't think, I think we've already seen that. The general American public had little idea about the true nature of these groups and what they were supporting. A. Irgun delegation. Hillel Kuk as Peter Bergson. A covert Irgun delegation,
Starting point is 03:40:48 Irgun is a terrorist group. They openly admit that it was a terrorist group. A covert Irgun delegation operated in the U.S. from the late 1930s through 1948 under a half dozen front organizations, including Emergency Committee to Save European Jury, and American Friends of a Jewish Power Palestine. The main leader was Hillel Kuk, the senior Irgun official working outside Palestine.
Starting point is 03:41:13 Upon coming to the U.S., he assumed the alias Peter Bergson, and the group is often called the Bergson Boys. The book's been written about the Berksin Boys. The other leader was Yitzhak Ben Ami, father of Jeremy Ben Ami, founder of today's lobbying organization, J Street. They're still here, people. They didn't go. anywhere. Also closely involved was Erie Jabotinsky, son of right-wing Zionist leader Vladimir Zev Jabotinsky. Also associated with the group was Meyer Kahana, who 20 years later founded the violent Jewish Defense League. Though historians have documented that their purpose in coming to the U.S. was to raise money for Ergun activities in Palestine, this was unknown to the multitude of high-level
Starting point is 03:42:03 supporters the group even eventually required. These supporters included, Eleanor Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Dorothy Parker, Herbert Hoover, Will Rogers Jr., Labor Leader William Green, U.S. Solicitor General Fowler Harper, and U.S. Interior Secretary Harold Ickes. The FBI, however, suspected this illegal fundraising. It investigated the front group several times, but largely bundled the investigations and failed to produce evidence. As author Rafael Medoff divulges, quote, in fact, according to Bergson, lobbyist, Baruch Rabinowitz, funds raised by the Bergenitites in the United States were indeed secretly transferred to the Irgun. The methods of transfer were simply so well concealed that the FBI could
Starting point is 03:42:52 not uncover them. Well, when you own half the politicians, right? Oh, now they own all of them. Their biographer, Israeli professor Judith Baumel, writes that the Irgoon delegation quickly set about integrating themselves into the social and political culture of their temporary home. They quickly grasped the public mood, molded to a large extent by propaganda and public relations, was a dominant force in the American system of direct representation, and they soon became masters of media manipulation. I love that it says the political culture of their temporary home, which so many of them don't want to leave. Just know. Consider the amounts that don't consider this to be their home, but they won't leave, but they won't leave us alone. They won't.
Starting point is 03:44:05 They continue to influence everything we do politically at the highest levels. Thus besides their secret funneling of money for terrorist activities in Palestine against Palestinians, the British and members of the Jewish community, the Argunne delegation engaged in numerous public activities pushing for the Jewish state in Palestine. They lobbied Congress and the White House, organized a march on Washington, D.C., of 500 rabbis, and placed full-page ads and newspapers around the U.S. They also produced a pageant called We Will Never Die,
Starting point is 03:44:42 celebrating the Jewish contribution to Western civilization, written by Ben Heck, directed by Moss Hart, featuring music by Kurt Weil, and starring Edward G. Robinson. The cast also included Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Leonard Bernstein, 100 Yeshiva students from Brooklyn, and 50 Orthodox rabbis. 40,000 attended the extravagance's New York performances. It then went on to play in most of America's largest cities. The group produced several other plays and rallies, one of which started young Marlon Brando and brought in $1 million. We never had a chance. But at least now we know, right? People didn't even know at that point. There were some.
Starting point is 03:45:36 Look what happened to them. Think of the original America First, the real America First. Bamal reports to an American Jewish leader who had immigrated to Palestine, wrote to Eleanor Roosevelt, asking her to withdraw support from the Brando production because its profits were being used to fund terrorist activity. Eleanor ignored this advice, apparently unaware that it was well-founded. During World War II, the various organizations created by the Ergun delegation frequently pushed for rescuing European, Jews from the Nazis, but one of their major demands was for the creation of a Jewish army of stateless and Palestinian Jews. The idea was that the Allies should create a Jewish army to
Starting point is 03:46:21 fight alongside them against the Nazis. However, certain right-wing Zionists had sought this army even before the Nazi Holocaust began, and some analysts argue it was a plan with a mixed agenda. Historian William Rubinstein writes, quote, it is rather difficult to believe that Bergson's implausible proposal did not have far more to do with creating the nucleus of a Jewish-Palestinian force to be used against the British and the Arabs than with saving Europe's Jews from the Nazis. So basically what he's saying is you're saying this wasn't supposed to do anything to help fight the Nazis. This was to help fight. This was to fight. This was to fight against Palestinians and British and the Arabs.
Starting point is 03:47:11 One supporter, best-selling author Pierre Van Posan, resigned when he learned that various delegations spawned committees to save Jews were all being run by the same small group, and they were all tied to horrific terrorist actions in Palestine. I'm just reading this, talking about how Jews went to Palestine and just became, went there and brought terrorism there. Yet you say this to Zionists and they attack you, and they say, no, that didn't happen. Or they make excuses.
Starting point is 03:47:47 It wasn't terrorism. It was revolutionary. It was our war for independence, the people invading a land and saying that this is our war for independence. He declared that he did not believe that they had the means or intention to truly save Jews from the Nazis,
Starting point is 03:48:06 writing, quote, to speak bluntly, that committee to save the Jewish people of Europe, Europe is a hoax. In my judgment, a very cruel hoax perpetrated on the American public, Jewish and non-Jewish alike. Some at the time and since have considered the delegation's efforts heroic, but critics point out that it did not manage to rescue any Jews during the Nazi Holocaust, though it may have helped contribute to the pressure on President Roosevelt to later create a war refugee board. I mean, it didn't.
Starting point is 03:48:37 It didn't help to consider this, but critics pointed out it didn't during, though it helped. So, I mean, what was the purpose of it? If these, if their fellow Jews in Europe were in danger, if we had, if they're Americans in danger in another country, we'd probably do anything we could to get them out or help them. At least a sane, when we had a sane government.
Starting point is 03:49:21 But they don't want that. They honestly believe that it's all right to sacrifice people as long as it helps us achieve our goals. The group had numerous opponents among Jewish leaders, both Zionists and anti-Zionists. Someone like the general public were aware of their secret. connections to Monachem Begin's Urgun, whose violent tactics many found abhorrent, particularly when they targeted the British at a time that England was fighting to defeat Hitler, the most effective way many felt to rescue Jews. It's amazing that while the world, while the world was at war, while the whole world basically came together to fight
Starting point is 03:50:09 fascism and took the side of communism. And I know that causes so much cognitive dissinence in people. I love bringing that up to people when they talk about how we had to defeat the Nazis. And I say, yeah, by fighting on the side of communism, and then, you know, they get half of Europe, too. Ugh. Biographer Baumel writes that the more mainstream Zionist establishment was disturbed by the clandestine nature of the committee's formation and the absence of any hint as its intention.
Starting point is 03:50:52 This division among Zionists was largely hidden from view, however, as a delegation aimed for the American man on the street, using tantalizing slogans, illustrated advertisements, and seductive curiosity wedding gimmicks. Mammel notes that Irgun's delegation's primary triumph was to understand the power of Madison Avenue. Yeah. Author Raphael Medoff describes the importance of that understanding. quote, the violent behavior of the Jewish forces in Palestine would have surely undermined American public sympathy for the Zionist cause, if not for the efforts of the Jewish underground's American friends. This public relations crusade was critical in building American support.

While everyone's off fighting and dying in Europe, these people are invading a land and bringing terrorism to the Middle East and killing and raping and starting a propaganda, I mean, starting a widespread propaganda campaign that includes numerous politicians in this country to support them and what they do, while men are dying, while 70 million are dying in Europe. After World War II, the delegation became involved in the sometime secretive, sometimes very public movement of European Jews to Palestine. One purpose, Ben Ami, explained, was to build up the Ergun terror forces.
Starting point is 03:52:37 Quote, We must build a network in Europe capable of moving thousands of Ergun soldiers to Palestine. This intention, however, was not announced to the general public. Bergson Kuk's uncle was Rabbi Avraham Yitzhakuk, often known as Rabbi Kukk the elder. Rabbi Kuk was originally from Eastern Europe. Shocking. Had worked toward the Balfour Declaration in Britain. Shocking.
Starting point is 03:53:05 And eventually became the chief rabbi of Palestine, because of course he did. Perhaps his most significant accomplishment was to devise an ideology that merged a Kabbalistic version of religious Judaism with political Zionism, founding an extremist religious Zionism that continues in existence today. Again, go back and read. go back and listen to my reading or go find a copy of the book Jewish history, Jewish religion by Israel Shahhawk, a Jew who lived in Israel, and he will explain to you how Judaism today has nothing to do with the Bible. That's called the kosher sandwich. B. Rabbi Corf and the Political Action Committee for Palestine. Another terrorist front group and PR machine was formed by an Orthodox rabbi named Baruch Korf, who achieved tremendous mainstream success and became well known in the U.S. His underground activities, on the other hand, were considerably less known. Corf had earlier been executive director of one of the Berkson group's entities before starting his own splinter group, the political Action Committee for Palestine. Corf used many of the same tactics as Cooke, while also building close
Starting point is 03:56:04 relationships with various active and former congressmen. Corf combined these strong political connections and PR machinations to extraordinary, if duplicitous effect. One example, which historian Raphael Medov calls a particularly well-corrograph stunt involved a former Republican congressman Joseph Clark Baldwin of New York. At Corf's request, Baldwin, who had friendly relations with President Truman staged a highly publicized visit to England and Palestine in 1946. Khorf then composed Baldwin's official report of the visit, which called on England and the United States to recognize Palestine
Starting point is 03:56:41 as an independent democracy of which homeless European Jews shall be considered citizens. Then immediately after writing Baldwin's report, Korf put out a press release, criticizing one aspect of the report in order to make it appear that Baldwin, was not a puppet of the political action committee for Palestine, but rather had visited London and Jerusalem with an open mind and returned with his own conclusions. Baldwin here is just a, I mean, a useful idiot,
Starting point is 03:57:12 and apparently didn't speak out against it. Really makes you wonder when you hear all this Epstein stuff, how long this has been going on. Corf was also involved in a terrorist plot that was foiled in the last minute by a young American World War II aviator studying in France. British intelligence had discovered in 1946 a Jewish terrorist, including Corf, were planning to assassinate the British foreign minister. For some reason, details about this were heavily censored from the British public for many years,
Starting point is 03:57:51 but in 2003, the British security files were finally released. In 1947, Corf and his group hatched a plan to drop bombs. on the British foreign office along with 10,000 threatening leaflets. Quoting, we will carry the war to the very heart of the British Empire, the leaflets were to read, we will strike with all the bitterness and fury of our servitude and bondage. Let's check the, um, 283. This is from French arresting Irgoon sternest AIDS after exposure of alleged plot to bomb London. This is from the Jewish Telegraph.
Starting point is 03:58:35 agency. This is I'm reporting on themselves. Telling you what they did. They do this all the time. Here's the thing. You're supposed to celebrate it. If you criticize it, then you're an anti-Semite. The group tried to recruit a young American aviator in Paris to fly a plane from which the bombs would be dropped, promising him lucrative jobs after the mission was completed. They had probably put a bullet in his head. The aviator, Reginald Gilbert, had flown 136 combat missions over Europe during World War II, shooting down three German planes and damaging seven. Gilbert pretended to agree with the plot, but instead informed the American embassy and then worked with Scotland Yard and the Paris police to have the would-be assassins arrested. French police who said they feared for the flyer's life if the Stern gang ever caught up with him, then flew him to London until he could return to the U.S. Almost no one remembers this plot today, but it was headline news at the time in newspapers across the United States.
Starting point is 03:59:47 While some news accounts revealed the full plot, reports quickly stopped mentioning the bombs and recounted only the plan to drop the threatening leaflets. Someone was leaning on spokespeople or reporters to make sure only part of the story got out. Who could that have been? It could be powerful Jews. It could be the politicians they own. I mean, who owned the press. But they couldn't keep Gilbert quiet. In a first-hand account of the plot published by the New York Herald Tribune,
Starting point is 04:00:19 Gilbert confirmed that the group had planned much more than a leaflet drop. The first idea had been to drop bombs on British Parliament. But the target was subsequently changed to the foreign ministry because Corf held a grudge against the office for refusing him a visa to Palestine. It's funny that they didn't, was not. no plan to drop anything on the city of London. Trademarked city of London. One square mile where all the banks and everything is. Huh. Why wouldn't they do that? In his article, Gilbert recounted a conversation he had with Corf while playing along with the plot, which he continues
Starting point is 04:00:59 to do with the direction of Paris police. He says he told Corf fog might prevent them from locating their exact target to which Corf replied that they could just drop the bombs anywhere on London. when Gilbert protested that innocent people might be killed, Khorf replied, they are British, so they are our enemy. Just no. Replace British there with anyone who's not a Jew. I'll be charitable, Zionist. After being arrested by Paris police in charge with illegal possession of explosives and war weapons, Khorf came up with various stories. At one point, he claimed that Gilbert had been the guilty party. Next, he and, he and, he and, and Hillel Kook, using his alias Peter Bergson, claimed that the plot was a British frame-up and that Gilbert was a British agent. In other versions, Khorf claimed that the British Nazi party fabricated the story, a claim picked up by the British weekly news review.
Starting point is 04:02:03 According to the London Times, Koff later said that millions of dollars had been subscribed by private American sources to fund the purchase of the aircraft. So American sources, let's quote unquote American sources there, we're going to fund this. Powerful allies proclaimed that Corf was innocent and brought pressure on the State Department to help him. These allies included Corf's contacts in Congress and his father, Rabbi Jacob Corf, who was leader of the Boston Jewish rabbinette and wielded considerable influence. When he died, the Massachusetts governor and Boston mayor attended his funeral, which was accompanied by a 5,000 person march. By November 22nd, all charges were dropped. In 1948, Baruch Corf had the temerity to publish a large advertisement in the New York Post calling a State Department policy against enforcing the partition of Palestine, pure and simple

Later, Corf became a close friend and fervent supporter of President Richard. Nixon, who called him my rabbi. Khorf is reported to have influenced Nixon's strong support for Israel in efforts to allow Soviet Jews to emigrate. It appears that Nixon was unaware of Khorf's terror connection passed. According to a book on Nixon by investigative reporters Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein,
Starting point is 04:03:44 CIA operatives, who also appear to have been ignorant of Khorf's background. Bullshit. Khorf introduced him to Nixon as just a small town rabbi. Corf introduced himself to Nixon as just a small town rabbi. Corf served as chaplain for the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health for 21 years. He later acted as a consultant to Brown University in conjunction with the school's acquisition of his extensive archives. According to London Independent, Corf had many supporters in high places, including Prime Ministers, Yitzhakrabin, and Golda Mayer. C. The Sonoborne Institute.
Starting point is 04:04:24 A third collective of front groups was the secret American arm of the main Zionist paramilitary in Palestine, the Haganah. Known as the Saniborne Institute, it was founded by an American, Rudolph G. Sanaborn, in conjunction, David Ben-Gurian, who led Zionist forces in Palestine. Sonaborn, Zion of a wealthy German Jewish family from Baltimore had met Ben-Gurian in 1919. Sonoborn had traveled to the Versailles Peace Conference as a secretary of a Zionist delegation at the behest of Supreme Court Justice Brandeis, a family friend, and afterward went on a tour of Palestine. But conspiracies don't exist, bro. You're paranoid.
Starting point is 04:05:14 In 1945, Sonoborn and Ben Gurian hosted a meeting of 17 well-connected guests at Sonoburn's Manhattan Pan Penthouse. Ben Gurian informed the group that their purpose was to form an underground organization to raise money and support for purposes which could not be publicized or even fully disclosed. The guests came from Los Angeles, Toronto, Miami, Birmingham, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Newark, New Haven, and New York. One was a rabbi, five were lawyers, and the others were highly successful businessmen. The organization was eventually to have representatives in at least 35 to 40 industry. groups and in one month alone, there were meetings in Memphis, Ohio, New Jersey, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Baton Rouge, Dallas, Washington, D.C., and 40 more were scheduled.
Starting point is 04:06:03 They also organized Zionist youth groups whose young members sometimes helped load guns onto boats headed for Palestine for use in taking over the land for a Jewish state. Nazi youth. U.S. activities tried to stop these illegal and damaging activities, U.S. authorities tried to stop these illegal and damaging activities. In 1948, the director of central intelligence filed the top secret report with the Secretary of Defense about the Zionist arms trafficking. He warned, U.S. national security is unfavorably affected by these developments, and it could be seriously jeopardized but
Starting point is 04:06:40 continued illicit traffic in the, quote unquote, implements of war. But, like the other Zionist front groups discussed above, the Sonobor Institute had friends in high places. author Grant Smith reports that under Truman, quote, Haganah operative groups active in arms trafficking within the U.S., like the terrorist charges, would only be lightly investigated and seldom prosecuted. So they could openly traffic in arms within the United States and then send them overseas. The amount of American money mobilized for Zionism during this period is impossible to know, but indication suggests that it was astronomical.
Starting point is 04:07:23 The Jewish agency for Israel raised the equivalent in today's dollars of $3.5 billion between 1939 and May 1948 alone. And it has been described above, this was just one of the numerous Zionist organizations raising money from Americans. Stop right there. This was a longer one. Chapter 13, infiltrating displaced persons camps in Europe to funnel people to Palestine. A similar underground campaign was operated in Europe. Zionist cadres infiltrated displaced persons camps that have been set up to house refugees displaced by during World War II.
Starting point is 04:08:59 These infiltrators tried secretly to funnel people to Palestine. When it turned out that most didn't want to go to Palestine, they worked to convince them, sometimes by force. The fact was that Zionists needed more people to go to Palestine. As Ben-Gurion stated in 1944, the essence of Zionism is one of a populating endeavor to populate Israel with multitudes of Jews. Gee, isn't that what they do with weaponized immigration now? Like, highest, Hebrew immigrant aid society.
Starting point is 04:09:41 You just, you know, if you want people to take over, you're going to need multitudes. If you want people to crowd out who's already there, to punish who's already there, You crowd as many people as possible. Israeli professor Yosef Gryzinski explains that Zionists were looking for Shomer Ennoshitov, good human materials, a phrase Zionist organizers frequently used. Convincing Jews to uproot themselves and move to Palestine proved to be a formidable task. When life is good, people tend to stay where they are. candidates for Palestine immigration therefore had to be Jews whose life was not good.
Starting point is 04:10:29 Post-Holocast DPs displaced persons became a human reserve of great immigration potential, hence a prime target for the Zionists. A senior Mossad commander anticipated that even these might not wish to come to Palestine and would need to be actively recruited, quoting, We must not think that thousands upon thousands will come knocking at the country's gates once they open. Zionist movement must understand that it must be first on the market. When only a minority of Jewish refugees wish to go to Palestine, a report by Zionist operative Rabbi Klausner concluded,

Author Alfred Lillianthal reports that Zionists working in the refugee camps employed numerous means to compel residents to agree to go to Palestine, including confiscation of food rations, dismissal from work, expulsion from the camps, taking away legal protections and visa rights, and in one case, quote, even the public flogging of a recalcitrant recruit for the Israel army. End quote. The Jewish Brigade of the British Army, a unit long sought by Zionists and finally created it the final months of the war was one of the first on the scene. Its soldiers and officers turned into
Starting point is 04:11:58 clandestine emissaries of the Zionist movement. Gratzinski reports, quote, one role brigade soldiers took upon themselves was to gather Jewish children hidden away in monasteries or with non-Jewish families. He writes, quote, Jewish orphans were to be found in many places, having survived thanks to the goodness of Christian families and institutions that hid them throughout the war. end quote. Now the brigade soldiers directed by the Jewish agency's diaspora center were retrieving them and taking them to special orphanages, quote, where they were to be cared for, receive Zionist education, and be trained for immigration to Palestine. Gratzinsky reports that the process was not always easy. Quote, many families who rescued Jewish children were not treating them as if they were their own. were now, okay, let me repeat that. My apologies.

To retrieve these children, brigade men occasionally resorted to force, end quote. Future Israeli major general Yossi Pelid and his sisters were among them. They had been raised by a Christian family almost from infancy. Brigade soldiers, quote, came in one day, armed and thought, threatened the adoptive parents, saying that these are Jewish children and they must give us away. Otherwise, they would suffer. They had no choice but hand us over, and we were put in a Jewish orphanage in Belgium.
Starting point is 04:13:37 The children tried to refuse to leave the house, and one of his sisters later said that her brother's screams still echo in her head. One of the best-known orphanages, Selvino House, was run by brigade soldiers who implemented strict rules, including requiring that only Hebrew be spoken. Children were not permitted to leave the orphanage to search for relatives out of concern that they might then stay in Europe rather than go to Palestine. But all these people care about his family, right? Gratzinsky goes on to report the thousands of children passed through such institutions. quote, their period of residence there being just another part of the journey to the promised land, end quote. In July 1945, Zionists organized the first Congress of Jewish survivors in Germany, which issued a proclamation calling for the immediate establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine.
Starting point is 04:14:41 While the proclamation claimed to represent the survivors, in reality, most of the 10 signatories were Zionist envoys from Palestine. future Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion believe that Palestine should be the only destination for Jewish survivors. Gratzinsky and other Israeli authors provide little known context for the Odyssey of the 4,500 survivors from German camps, who set sail in July 1947 as illegal immigrants on a ship later named Exodus. Brut Kimmerling, an Israeli professor and author of nine books on the family, founding tenets of Zionism writes, quote, The real story of the ship was far less glorious than the one told in Leon Uris's 1958 bestseller and Otto Preminger's 1960 film.
Starting point is 04:15:32 Israeli author Edith Zerdl calls it an orchestrated media event. Kimmerling, citing Zerdl's research, writes that Ben-Gurion, quote, felt that the plight of the Jewish refugees in Europe needed to be dramatized in order to attract more sympathy for the Jewish strong. struggle over Palestine. While many people have heard that British authorities refused to allow their illegal immigration into Palestine and force the boat to be returned to Germany, few know that the French government had agreed to host the refugees. Ben-Gurion rejected the solution and the survivors were forced unnecessarily to remain on board for seven months.
Starting point is 04:16:14 Kimmerling commented, quote, Ben-Gurian strategy in the Exodus affair paid off. The fate of the refugee ship attracted considerable and sympathetic attention around the world and served the Zionist cause well. Few observers at the time knew that many of the refugees from the Exodus had applied for immigration visas to the United States and were hardly anxious to settle in Israel. Kimberling points out, quote, by dramatizing the fate of the survivors in whom he had little interests except as future residents of the state he was building,
Starting point is 04:16:49 Ben Gurian helped to make Israel the world's chief power broker over Jewish affairs. Under his leadership, Israel established a claim to represent all of world Jewry, and on this basis, successfully claimed reparations from the Federal Republic of Germany. Let me look at the footnote on that, because I swear they're still paying those reparations today. That's from Baruch Kimmerling's Israel's Culture of Martyrdom, the nation January 10, 2005. It's an article. This is a note here. This was not the only such case that has been somewhat misrepresented in Zionist propaganda.
Starting point is 04:17:38 200 Jewish refugees aboard another such ship, the Patria, died when Jewish forces placed a bomb under the hole to disable the ship. ship. Maybe we'll get into the Potria affair. I don't know if that's going to come up right now. Let me see. Basically, let me look up the Potria affair so I have, I can tell you exactly what happened. The Patria case, Potria disaster. So the Potria disaster was the sinking on 25th of November in 1940 by the Jewish paramilitary organization Haganah of a French-built ocean liner, the 11,885 ton, SS Patria in the port of Haifa. Patria was about to depart with about 1,800 Jewish refugees whom the British authorities were deporting to Mauritius, mortatius.
Starting point is 04:18:43 I can never, I can't pronounce that. Zionist organization opposed the deportation, and the underground paramilitary Higna group planted a bomb intended to disable the ship to prevent it from leaving Haifa. The Ghana claims to have miscalculated the effects of the explosion. The bomb blew the steel frame of one full side of the ship, and the ship sank in less than 16 minutes, trapping hundreds in the hold, killing 267 and injuring 172. The British allowed the survivors to remain in Palestine on humanitarian grounds. Who was responsible and the true reason why Patria sank remained controversial into 1957 when Munya Martyr, the person who planted the bomb, published a book about his experience. Yeah.
Starting point is 04:19:33 That's them. New heading. Zionist implement forced conscription. Grzynski reports that Zionist leaders determined that they needed to implement forced conscription if they were going to attain sufficient numbers for the war they were planning against Palestinians. So they were planning a war against Palestinians, a war of independence. Yeah. How?
Starting point is 04:20:04 What? Since American and European Jews would never have gone along with this, they targeted the weakest population for this compulsory draft. Residents of the displaced persons camps. After a voluntary recruitment drive netted less than 0.3% of the DP population, a compulsory draft was implemented. this bizarre project in which a non-nation state imposed compulsory military service on people who had never even lived in the land for which they were required to fight was enforced through a number of mechanisms including publishing blacklists of draft evaders firing them from jobs, evicting them from dwellings, withdrawing their food rations, and beating them. These tactics were also at times used on their relatives. So you don't serve? We're going to beat your mom.
Starting point is 04:21:03 This is a war for independence. In one camp, quote, a father of a Gaius, draft evader, Wecker, was beaten up, as was the father of one who did not register. In another case, an old father, Richard Isaac, was beaten because his son, Moisha Richter, did not register for the Gaius. men and women who weren't able to evade this draft were sometimes assigned to combat units with minimal training and given little time to get their bearings. They were paid less than volunteers from English-speaking Western countries and had fewer privileges. Many could not even understand their Hebrew orders.
Starting point is 04:21:43 Some died in battle, others died unknown, as Gritzinsky reports, having had neither a home nor a family to come back to. There are just pawns in the Zionist game. Israeli author Tom Segev reports that most of the immigrants from Germany were refugees who came against their will. They were not Zionists. In Israel, they were objects of condescension and contempt. Let's go to that. That's from Segev's book. Okay.
Starting point is 04:22:17 But in American Pravda by Ron Unz, he talks about that. He talks about how Jews who came from the camps who were consistent. considered Holocaust survivors were treated like second-class citizens in Israel, even after Israel was formed. They were just looked down upon. The American public, however, was led to believe that European Jews desperately wished to go to Palestine and the well-organized, well-funded, and frequently ruthless operation behind the emigration was hidden from view. Funding for the emigrant recruitment operation included 25 million from the non-governmental organization and NGO, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee.
Starting point is 04:23:05 A British general who had been Eisenhower's deputy and was credited with the buildup for the Normandy invasion, Sir Frederick Morgan, noticed what was going on. He publicly pointed out that many of the refugees headed for Palestine were well-dressed and well-fed, their pockets bulging with money and concluded that something must be encouraging their emigration. The World Jewish Congress stated officially and duplicitously, General Morgan's allegation of a secret Jewish force inside Europe aiming at a mass exodus to Palestine is fantastically untrue. Morgan was forced to apologize, even though, as a pro-Israel author writes,
Starting point is 04:23:43 Morgan's analysis of the situation was quite correct. New heading, the Seif Group, blocking a counter-Balfour Declaration. Another secret group working on behalf of Zionism was formed in 1942 by Israel M. Seif, a British clothing magnet who was temporarily living in the U.S. Of course he was. The Seif Group was, as historian Peter Gross puts it, a sophisticated version of Brandeis's Parisham, the secret organization.
Starting point is 04:24:13 While its existence was never openly acknowledged, it grew into the secret backchannel to officials in Washington during the last years of FDR's presidency and the crucial first years of Truman's. Its members included such men as Ben Cohn, a member of the White House staff, Robert Nathan in intelligence, David Ginsberg, a New Deal bureaucrat, David Lilienthal, chairman of the Tennessee Valley Authority, and David Niles, a high White House official under both Roosevelt and Truman.
Starting point is 04:24:42 Gross reports, the little nucleus possessed the entree and the clout to carry the message of Jewish Palestine into the highest policymaking circles. Through casual suggestion, indirection, chance remarks among well-placed colleagues, leagues in the corridors of power and the salons of social Washington. On July 27, 1943, a U.S. State Department officials and English diplomats concerned that Zionist activities were causing serious harm to the war effort almost issued a reverse Balfour Declaration calling for these activities to cease. The Seif Group, Felix Frankfurter, who was Supreme Court Justice, Henry Morgenthau, who I think was Treasury Secretary at the time, David Niles.
Starting point is 04:25:29 Bernard Baruch and others took emergency action and blocked the declaration. Chapter 14. Palestinian refugees. By 1949, Israel's War of Independence and Ethnic Cleansing had created hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refugees. The U.S. representative in Israel sent an urgent report to Truman. Quote, Arab refugee tragedy is rapidly reaching catastrophic proportions and should be treated as a disaster of approximately 400,000 refugees approaching winter with cold, heavy rains, will, it is estimated, kill more than 100,000 old men, women, and children who are shelterless
Starting point is 04:26:13 and have little or no food. These are the victims of the Nakhba that modern Zionists and Jews will say it didn't happen. It's made up. Those people weren't there. They didn't exist. Or they invaded from other countries. Old men, women, and children. Yeah. The number of refugees continued to grow, reaching at least three quarters of a million,
Starting point is 04:26:38 and desperate starving Palestinians inundated neighboring Arab countries. U.S. diplomats in Cairo and Amman described a disastrous situation in which the almost non-existent resources of these countries were stretched nearly to the breaking point. The State Department reported that during the last nine months in 1948, Arab states had donated 11 million to refugee aid, stating this sum, in light of the very slender budgets of most of these governments is relatively enormous. During this time, the report noted the total direct relief offered
Starting point is 04:27:11 by the Israeli government to date consists of 500 cases of oranges. At least they weren't going to get scurvy, right? At least 500 of them wouldn't. Or however, 500, how many times how many? Let's call it, I don't know, 50 times 500. Maybe 50,000. Eh, some of them.
Starting point is 04:27:35 I guess scurvy at least. Meanwhile, Israel had acquired formerly Palestinian-owned properties worth at least $480 million in $1947, the equivalent of $5.2 billion in today's dollars. Journalists and academic, under Strenberg, reports, In the process of Judaizing Palestine, numerous convents, hospices, seminaries, and churches were either destroyed or cleared of their Christian owners and custodians. In one of the most spectacular attacks on a Christian target, on May 17, 1948, the Armenian Orthodox Patriarchate was shelled with about 100 mortar rounds, launched by Zionist forces from the already
Starting point is 04:28:23 occupied monastery of the Benedictine Fathers on Mount Zion. on. The bombardment also damaged St. Jacob's Convent, the Archangel's Convent, and their appended churches, their two elementary and seminary schools, as well as their libraries, killing eight people and winning 120. Does this sound familiar? They're still doing this today? Truman, who's caving into Zionist pressures had helped create the disaster, now tried to convince Israel to allow the refugees to return to their homes. His main representative working on this was Mark Etheridge, former publisher of the Louisville Courier Journal. Etheridge was discussed at Israel's refusal, reporting to the State Department.
Starting point is 04:29:15 What I can see is an abortion of justice and humanity to which I do not want to be midwife. The State Department finally threatened to withhold $49 million of unallocated funds from an export-import bank loan to Israel if it did not allow at least 200,000 refugees to return. The U.S. coordinator on Palestine refugee matters, George C. McGee delivered the message to the Israeli ambassador and later described his response. The ambassador looked me straight in the eye and said, in essence, that I wouldn't get by with this move, that he would stop it. Within an hour of my return to my office, I received a message from the White House that the president wished to disassociate himself with any withholding of the X. I.M. bank loan. Edwin Wright, a State Department Middle East specialist from 1945 to 1966, was the subject of an oral history interview many years later for the Truman Library. About this interview, he said, the material I gave, the interviewer, Professor McKinsey, was of a very controversial nature, one of most taboo in U.S. circles.
Starting point is 04:30:30 And as much as I do, I accuse the Zionists of using political pressures and even deceit in order to get the U.S. involved in a policy. of supporting a Zionist theocratic, ethnically exclusive, and ambitious Jewish state. I and my associates in the State Department felt this was contrary to U.S. interests, and we were overruled by President Truman. Why would they be overruled? All right, let's see where we are here. I'm going to scroll up because I think we're almost done with the whole basis of the book, with the whole main part of the book.
Starting point is 04:31:11 maybe the main part of the book is all the extra stuff. Yeah, we only have two chapters left. So this is, maybe I'll just finish this. Who they all knows. All right. Chapter 15, Zionist influence in the media. As historian Richard Stevens notes, Zionists early on learn to exploit the essential nature of the American political system,
Starting point is 04:31:37 that policies can be made and unmade through force of public opinion and pressure. Procuring influence in the media, both paid and unpaid, has been a key component of their success. Let's remember what the Jews and the revolutionaries did in Russia. They own newspapers. Jews own newspapers in Germany. So the quote-unquote program of 1905, I think it was the Kishinev or I think it was the Odessa one. The first day. Before anything really even kicked off.
Starting point is 04:32:10 In Germany, a Jewish newspaper, which, saying that tens of thousands of Jews had already been killed. They said in one quote unquote pogrom, oh, they were putting nails into my head through my nose. So Zionist influence in the media. From early on, the Zionist narrative largely dominated news coverage from the region. A study of four leading newspapers' 1917 coverage showed that the editorial opinion almost universally favored the Zionist position.
Starting point is 04:32:52 author Kathleen Christensen notes that editorials and news stories alike applauded Jewish enterprise. Harold did a Jewish return to Palestine as glorious news. Other studies showed the same situation for the 1920s. Christensen writes, The relatively heavy press coverage is an indicator of the extensive Zionist influence even in this early period. One scholar has estimated that as of the mid-1920s, approximately half of all New York Times articles were placed by press agents, suggesting that U.S. Zionist organizations may have placed many of these articles on
Starting point is 04:33:27 Zionism's Palestine endeavors. At one point when the State Department was trying to convince Israel to allow Palestinian refugees to return, Secretary of State George Marshall wrote, quote, The leaders of Israel would make a grave miscalculation if they thought callous treatment of this tragic issue could pass unnoted by world opinion. Marshall underestimated the ability of Zionists to minimize the information on Palestinian refugees reaching Americans. A State Department study in March 1949 found the American public was unaware of the Palestinian refugee problem since it has not been hammered away at by the press or radio. Since October 7th, I mean, basically where do you see the pictures?
Starting point is 04:34:14 I mean, you've seen articles in mainstream papers, but where do you see the worst pictures? You see them on social media? Where they're trying to control. where international jury is saying we need to buy TikTok. So we can stop this. We can't control it. Even though the Telegram Channel 77 Virgins, which was posting up the worst videos you could possibly think of,
Starting point is 04:34:45 found out it was run by the IDF because I don't know why. They wanted to brag about what they were doing. It's hard to understand, isn't it? As author Alfred Lillianthal explained in 1953, the capture of the American press by Jewish nationalism was, in fact, incredibly complete. Magazines as well as newspapers and news stories, as well as editorial columns gave primarily the Zionist views of events before, during, and after partition. When the Saturday Evening Post published an article by Milton Mayer that criticized Jewish nationalism and carried two other articles giving opposing views, Zionists organized what was probably the worst attack on the post in its long history. Zionists inundated the magazine with vitriolic mail, canceled their subscriptions, and withdrew their advertising. The Post learned its lesson, later refusing to publish an article that would have again exposed it to such an onslaught,
Starting point is 04:35:48 even though the editor acknowledged that the rejected peace was a good and eloquent article. This was typical in a campaign in which Zionists exploited sympathy for victimized Jews, and when this did not sufficiently skew reporting about Palestine, use financial pressures. Williamthal writes, if voluntary compliance was not understanding enough, there was always the matter of Jewish advertising and circulation. The threat of economic recriminations from Jewish advertisers combined with the fact that the fatal label of anti-Semite would be pinned on any editor stepping out of line, assuredly fullest, assured fullest press cooperation. Author Christensen reports that from the moment partition was voted by the UN, the press played a critical
Starting point is 04:36:37 role in building a framework for thinking that that would endure for decades. She writes it shortly before May 15, 1948, the scheduled beginning of the Jewish state. A total of 24 U.S. British and Australian reporters converged on Palestine. Virtually all reporting was from the Jewish perspective reports Christensen. The journals, the nation, and the new republic both showed what one scholar calls an overt emotional partiality toward the Jews. No item published in either journal was sympathetic to the Arabs, and no correspondent was stationed in Arab areas of Palestine, although some reporters lived with and sometimes fought alongside
Starting point is 04:37:18 Jewish settlers. Bookstores were inundated with books espousing the Zionist's point of view to enthusiastic press reviews. Conversely, the few books published that dared to provide a different perspective were given scathing reviews when they were reviewed at all. When Professor Miller Burroughs at the Yale School of Divinity, a distinguished scholar and archaeologists, wrote Palestine as our business. The American Zionist Council distributed a publication labeling his book an anti-Semitic opus. In fact, Professor Burroughs' life history showed the opposite. He had been one of the organizers and vice president of the National Committee to Combat Antisemitism and long been active in the Interfaith Movement in New Haven.
Starting point is 04:38:06 Doesn't matter. Doesn't matter. In his book, Burroughs wrote, A terrible wrong has been done to the native people of Palestine. The blame for what has happened must be distributed among all concerned, including ourselves. Our own interests, both as Americans and as Christians, are endangered. The interests of the Jewish people also have suffered, and we can still do something about it. Burroughs emphasized, this is a question of the most immediate and vital concern to many hundreds of thousands of living people.
Starting point is 04:38:37 It is an issue on which one concerned with right and wrong must take a position and try to do something. Or I can hear people screaming, I don't care about these people at all. They're both brown and who cares, although they own our government, right? So, yeah, I'm above this, but I'll complain and just call everybody on social media, Jew who disagrees with me. People really aren't that smart at all. and you won't take a side, which is just cowardice. I mean, I could see if it was just too,
Starting point is 04:39:20 if it was the, the frigging, something that was happening in Africa with two tribes. We don't have nothing. These people own us. These people own our government. They own our banks. They own Hollywood. They own entertainment.
Starting point is 04:39:35 They own education. No, no, I'll just ignore it. I'll keep complaining about it. But I'm not going to take a side. they're both brown. Burroughs wrote that imposing a Jewish state on Palestine violated the principle of self-determination and noted that the right of the majority of the people of a country to choose their own government would hardly be questioned in any other instance. Well, I think they did a really good job of returning that on us, didn't they? Burroughs criticized what he termed pro-Zionist writing
Starting point is 04:40:13 and pointed out that a quite different view of the situation would emerge if the word resistance were used when describing Palestinian and Arab fighting in 1948. He wrote that the plan for Palestine advocated by the Arabs was a democracy with freedom of religion and complete separation of religion in the state, as in this country. Burroughs also discussed religious aspects stating, One thing is certain, nothing that is essentially unjust or contrary to the Spirit of Christ can be the will of God. Let him who speaks a fulfillment of prophecy remember Jeremiah 2213.
Starting point is 04:40:46 woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness. I think he's making a comment there to the dispensationalists. In his conclusion, Burroughs stated, all the Arab refugees who want to return to their homes must be allowed and help to do so, and must be restored to their own villages, houses, and farms, or places of business with adequate compensation from the government of Israel for destruction and damage. He also stated, homes must be found in this country or elsewhere for Jews,
Starting point is 04:41:16 desiring to become citizens of other countries in Israel, and their religious, civil, social, and economic rights must be guaranteed. In their onslaught against them, Zionists accused boroughs of careless writing, disjointed reporting, and extremely biased observation. This is exactly what they say now. Exactly. Starting point is 04:41:44 And someone's like, oh, so you just believe everything. you read on YouTube. It's like, no, actually, it's my reporting. I read the book. I looked at the research. I looked at the footnotes. And then I read it. They don't even care.
Starting point is 04:42:01 They operate off of a script. You're never going to convince them of anything. All you can do is humiliate them. Show them how small they are. And tell them no more. No fucking more. Another author who described the misery of Palestinian refugees as well as Jewish suffering in Israel, Willie Snow Etheridge, was similarly attacked by pro-Israel reviewers.
Starting point is 04:42:35 When she was invited to address the Maryland Teachers Association and chose to speak on her book, Journey to Jerusalem, she was told she must speak on a different subject. The Secretary of the Association explained that so much pressure had been brought on him that he would lose his job if she didn't change to another subject. Still another was the eminent dean of Barnard College, Virginia Gildersleve, a highly distinguished personage with impeccable credentials as a humanitarian. When she wrote that Palestinian refugees should be allowed to return to their homes, a campaign was launched against her, labeling her a Christian anti-Semite. Guildersleeve, who had been instrumental in drafting the preamble of the UN
Starting point is 04:43:14 charter and had taken a leading role in creating the UN Human Rights Commission, later devoted herself to working for human rights in the Middle East. She testified before congressional committees and lobbied President Truman to no avail. In her memoir, she attributed such failures to the Zionist control of the media of communication. All right. Let's finish this up. I'm going to finish a book now. Chapter 16.
Starting point is 04:43:46 Dorothy Thompson, played by Catherine Hepburn and Lauren Bacall. America's most famous female journalists at the time also attempted valiantly but unsuccessfully to tell Americans about Palestinian refugees. According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, Dorothy Thompson was one of the most famous journalists of the 20th century. Thompson's column was in newspapers all over the country and her radio program listened to by tens of millions of Americans. She had been married to one of America's most famous novelists, graced the cover of Time magazine, been profiled by America's top magazines, and was so well known that woman of the year, a Hollywood, so well known that woman of the year, a Hollywood movie feature featuring Catherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy and a Broadway play starring Lauren Bacall,
Starting point is 04:44:40 were based on her. She had been the first journalist to be expelled by Adolf Hitler and had raised the alarm against Nazis long ahead of most other journalists. She had originally supported Zionism, but then after the war, had visited the region in person. She had been there. She began to speak about Palestinian refugees, narrated a documentary about their plight, and condemned Jewish terrorism. She sounds like a horrible anti-Semite, doesn't she? Thompson was viciously attacked in an orchestrated campaign of what she termed career assassination and character assassination. She wrote, it has been boundless going into my personal life. She wrote of this organized attack.
Starting point is 04:45:25 When letter after letter is couched in almost identical phraseology, I do not think that the authors have been gifted with telepathy. She was dropped by the New York Post, whose editor Ted Thackeray and his wife, Dorothy Schiff, were said by other post editors to be very close to the Ergun and Monacham Began. Began, the Ergunist, the Stern Gang, and other Zionist organizations, terrorist organizations, had, according to one commenter, inordinate access to the Post's editorial board. Dorothy Schiff, granddaughter of financier Jacob Schiff, an owner of the Post, later divorced Thackeray and married Rudolph Sonoborn. Do you remember the Sonoborn? Do you remember that name?
Starting point is 04:46:21 Thompson's mail was filled with ferocious accusations as she was anti-Semitic for publicizing Zionist cruelties. One such correspondent told her that her filthy indictments to, that her filthy indictments to pogroms would not be tolerated by New York Jews. Before long, her column and radio programs, her speaking engagements and her fame were all gone. Today she has largely been erased from history. In the coming decades, other than, Americans were similarly written out of history, forced out of office, their lives and careers destroyed, history was distorted, rewritten, erased, bigotry promoted, supremacy disguised, facts replaced by fraud. Very few people know this history. The excellent books that documented
Starting point is 04:47:07 are largely out of print. There are facts and very existence virtually unknown to the vast majority of Americans, even those who focus on the Middle East. Instead, false theories have been promulgated, mendacious analysis is promoted. Choke. chosen authors celebrated others assigned to oblivion. George Orwell once wrote, Who controls the past controls the future? Who controls the present controls the past. Perhaps by rediscovering the past will gain control of the present
Starting point is 04:47:36 and save the future. What does that last sentence mean? She's basically saying that if we don't stop this, we have no future. What do we witness saying now? Israel bombs Iran. Why? Iran might have a nuclear weapon. They might be, and we can't allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon. Israel has nuclear weapons.
Starting point is 04:48:10 They've never signed a nonproliferation treaty, but apparently that's fine. It's perfectly fine with people most Americans are like, hey, who cares? You know, I mean, it's Israel. They can do no wrong. So they bombed Tehran, kill people. And Iran's like, okay, well, retaliation. They're crying pogrom. They're crying war crimes.
Starting point is 04:48:40 My comments at one of them was, I'm looking at pictures of Gaza. Let me know when Tel Aviv looks like Gaza. Does anyone really think that Israel won't use a nuke after what they've done? I know this can be blackpilling as hell. but so many people have gone through history without knowing exactly who the enemy is. If you read this book with me, if you're reading 200 years together with me,

If you're listening to this, how about you just agree that you know who the problem is? it's hard for me to believe anybody could listen to this and not be like, yeah, I know who the problem is.
