Another Epstein associate, a person who might have had answers about Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking network, has suddenly died right in the middle of an investigation. You've also got new, brutal details and allegations from prosecutors in the David case, and while you're seeing drastically different reactions right now around a man who was killed by Wisconsin police. But with that said, there's a lot of news we've got to jump in. to starting with this. A man who may have helped Jeffrey Epstein traffic and abuse girls and young women,

and therefore may have acknowledged of his crimes, he just mysteriously died before investigators had a chance to question him. And he is now at least the second Epstein associate to die while under investigation or awaiting trial. Or I guess the third, if you count Epstein himself. And his death is now just the latest obstacle to getting justice for survivors.

So we will say with all of this, it's happening in France, where at least there is an investigation. Unlike the US, where the man who withheld information, expose victims, identities, and ultimately ended the Epstein files review, might soon become the next head of the Justice Department. And that's, of course, as he was survivors speaking out against it. But as far as, you know, this man who died,

his body was found on Monday at his home outside of Paris. His name was Danielle Seyad. He was 69 years old, and his name appeared in more than a thousand Epstein-related files declassified by the Justice Department earlier this year. And where they show is that for roughly a decade, he traveled around the world looking for young women and teenage girls that Epstein might want to meet,

sometimes describing them by their ages and nationalities, and then offering to send Epstein photos. So you had in one email from 2014, for example. He said he had found some Swedish and Slovakian girls in their early 20s. Several 16 and 17 year olds that would be, quote, ready for next year, and a 15 year old from brands whose parents were quote, very happy for her to start modeling.

And he was the odd comparing his work to fishing writing. In this business, I feel like a fisherman. Sometimes I catch quick, sometimes no fish. But either way, he got paid. Or based on the files, he received payments from Epstein amounting to tens of thousands of dollars for expenses incurred during travel to find these young women and girls.

And he did all of this while he was aware of Epstein's 2008 conviction as a child sex offender. And you had him telling CNN in a recent interview that Epstein had assured him he had paid for his crimes and that this would never happen with anybody else. I don't know his private life. Well, you did because he was a convicted child sex offender. Again, he paid for it.

He said I paid for it. So that's it. He said he pays, he too, to the government. So for me, he's free. Man, he's clean. How can a government of the United States let this person out from jail? How?

And you also had him saying that there was no reason to believe that two women he had recommended to Epstein who had told CNN that Epstein had abused them had been harmed, saying, I work with him has been strictly professional. I never doubt that, because I never heard anything from anyone introduced him who came back to me, that they had a bad situation with him. And as far as how he explained, why you would even be bringing models to a guy who worked in finance and not in fashion, you had him saying that he believed that Epstein had actually been a casting director for the secret in the modeling agency MC2. There's actually no known evidence to support those claims. Though very notably, I will say MC2, it was founded with the help of a million dollars from Epstein by a guy by the name of Jean-Luc Brunel.

And Siad, he reportedly recruited models for Brunel as well as Epstein, right, which is relevant because a little over a year after Epstein died in a cell, apparently by suicide, French police arrested Brunel on suspicion of, quote, having committed acts of rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment against underage girls and young women, and having organized the transport

and accommodation of young girls or young women on behalf of Epstein. And while he denied any wrongdoing, he spent 14 months awaiting trial and then suddenly showed up dead in his prison cell in February of 2022, just like Epstein. You know also appearing to have taken his own life, though, of course, you have many doubting

the official narrative. Now you have Sian's death, which is notably coming just a few months into new allegations and investigations that would have likely had him being questioned by police in the near future. You see, back in February, Eva Carlson, who's a former model in Sweden,

she accused Siod of rape. She claimed that he had scouted her in her hometown when she was 20 years old and later raped her in France. And you had her saying that she didn't report him at the time because she didn't know his name. But she said she recognized him 36 years later when a journalist showed her a photo of him

from the newly released Epstein files. Plus, you also had her claiming that Siott had introduced her to the former European head of another major modeling agency, who she has also accused of rape, as have several other women, who have also accused him of human trafficking.

Right, and Carlson isn't alone in her allegations against Siott. Back in February, after the final dump of the Epstein files, you had the chief prosecutor in Paris announcing that he was one of several people who could be questioned as part of a pair of broader inquiries

into people connected to Epstein. And in a statement this week, After his death, you had her saying that investigators had identified or been contacted by 24 women who were victims or witnesses of incidents likely committed by Daniel Seahd or others implicated. But she also added that the investigation had not yet yielded any evidence justifying his immediate arrest. And you also had her saying, now with Sead's death, the investigation's over. At least into him, right, the broader investigation of the Epstein network will continue. And there also is going to be an investigation in autopsy to determine how Sead die. And however he died, whether this is part of a cover-up or it is just kind of happenstance.

The actual impact might be exactly the same. Over the former model who spoke to police in June saying, an important link in the chain has just vanished into thin air without there even having been a chance to recover the information Danielle Siad might have possessed, given that he was never questioned. And you had Carlson calling Siad's death very frustrating because he was very close to being arrested and added, we worked so hard for this, trying to have justice. Right on that note, you had Lisa Brinkworth, a former journalist who co-founded a collective with Carlson

to support victims of model industry abuse adding. It feels like victims are being denied justice. And adding the failure of the Paris public prosecutor's office to act in the knowledge that Siyadh was a close associate of Epstein and facing multiple rape and trafficking allegations is beyond comprehension. You know, that may be true, but in the U.S., there's no sweeping law enforcement investigation into Epstein associates that we know of right now. You do have this ongoing House investigation, which today had a closed-door interview with a former head of Barclay's bank over his ties to Epstein, but really so far,

nothing's yielded anything. And now you've got the Senate considering Todd Blanche to be the attorney general. And again, that's despite Epstein survivors voicing their opposition. And he only agreed to meet with them last week after Republican Senator Tom Tillis demanded it as a condition for his vote. And in fact, this week you had survivors writing a letter to him and his colleague John Cornyn, urging them to still vote against Blanche's confirmation and claiming that the meeting had been an hour of deflection, interruption, and gas-liding, and adding. Todd Blanche showed no remorse for the horrific release of materials that exposed survivors' identities and images. He also gave no indication that he believed there were investigative leads worth pursuing

or that he intended to seek accountability beyond Jeffrey Epstein and Galane Maxwell. So now, with all this pushback and yet another Epstein associate death, we're going to have to wait to see what happens. And so in the meantime, I've just got to ask, what are your thoughts and reactions to everything that we're seeing here? But then all of that, it brings us to the next thing we have to talk about, which is another horrific case where you have allegations of abuse and murder. Because we need to talk about the new details and updates around the singer David. Right, because you have prosecutors saying that he allegedly killed a teenager to protect his career and record deal and bought almost a dozen air fresheners to cover up the crime and mask the

dead body smell in his car. And that's just some of what you've got officials claiming in preliminary hearings in Los Angeles this week to prove their case against him should go to trial. And I will warn you, though, the details are disturbing and they're heartbreaking. All while, you had Celeste Rivas Hernandez's family sitting in the front row of the courtroom, hearing it all. Just as a quick refresher, David, he's a singer whose music was starting to really rise at the time all this went down. His song, Here With Me, was viral on TikTok. He did the anthem for Fortnite. He's also known for a song called Romantic Homicide.

But now, most importantly, in September of 2025, you had the decomposed and dismembered body of a 14-year-old Celeste being found in his Tesla, which was at a tow yard after being abandoned in Los Angeles. And he had Celeste actually being reported missing multiple times prior to her body being found. And at the time, you had tons of online theories that David was responsible as reports alleged that he had a relationship and matching tattoos with Celeste. But it then also wasn't until April of this year that he got arrested and charged. Right, again, one of the biggest takeaways from the hearings this week is why David allegedly did this. When he allegedly killed her to try to save his career. He apparently made around $10 million between 2023 and 2025 from his music, but then he had Celeste allegedly threatening to expose their relationship, which would have tanked his career because she was

14 when she died and he was 20. And allegedly this started when she was 13. You also had their text referencing not just sex, but pregnancy, abortion, the emergency contraceptive plan B, and even included sexual images of Celeste as well. And while you had David previously telling authorities that were investigating Celeste as a missing person that he thought that she was 18, an LAPD detective claimed that he had purchased airline tickets to travel with her and in order to do that, you usually need someone's age. See, a prosecutor saying that the two, they got into this argument when she said that she would reveal that they were together and then David stabbed her. And you had a news nation reporter who was in the room adding, it seems the prosecutor

Executions trying to make the point that he had a lot to lose and that he killed Celeste Rivas Hernandez out of fear that if it came out that he was with us under it, she came forward and and he got in trouble that his career would be over. It was also a lot of focus on potential blood evidence that was found in David's car and home. You had chemical tests apparently revealing possible blood in the back trunk and third row seats of the vehicle with one criminalist saying that two DNA tests from the car came back as matches for Celeste. And then you had another criminalist who visited David's home saying that she saw red stains and conducted tests. revealing possible blood on several items in his garage like mats, garbage bags, tarps, and a blue inflatable pool. Now, the pool is actually a very important detail. Or because prosecutors say that after David allegedly stabbed Celeste, he ordered an inflatable pool and chainsaws to cut up her body.

From there, he's accused of stuffing her body parts into a bag and putting it into his Tesla, which he eventually parked on a street in the Hollywood Hills, where it was eventually towed and discovered in September. Also, the criminalists to examine the car so that there was insect activity in the Tesla, including a pile of maggots. And even though there were at least 11 air fresheners inside, she said, the odor resembled a decomposing body based on a professional experience. And while all of that, it probably paints this horrific image in your head, very likely does not compare it to what was shown in the courtroom. I mean, you've had so many of these headlines about these hearings just focusing on how gruesome

and graphic the images shown were. And you had a reporter saying that Celeste's family members were actually told to look away at some point. And you had a lawyer for the family addict. They're horrified. There was an image of Celeste's torso and her head in the trunk of the car. And the prosecutor had to ask what it was, because you could not tell it was ahead. It was absolutely, it was deplorable. Also a Vanity Fair reporter who is inside called the photo's stomach turning and wrote,

it's hard to imagine how any parent could be anywhere close to okay after hearing and seeing the evidence presents it. But to me just every single detail, it sends a chill down your spine. Now today, you have the hearing entering its third day, so we're going to have to wait to see what comes out from this. But also a huge thing I'll say is the prosecutors. You have them saying they're not actually sharing all the evidence they have right now. They're apparently saving some for the probable trial. Well, right now, you've David pleading not guilty. One, he had faced life in prison or the death penalty. But two, the DA hasn't decided which he's going to pursue. So we wait to see what else there is

to learn what else comes out from this. I would, especially if you were someone that's been on this story for a while, I'd love to hear your thoughts and reactions to the latest. Especially because this was a story that it felt like a lot of the internet was ahead of everyone else on. Though obviously now more details are getting filled in. But then, diving right back into the news, did these cops just execute a man at point-blank range in broad daylight right in the middle of an intersection? Because at least for the hundreds of people marching through the streets of Madison, Wisconsin, that answer is yes, and they are furious. Right, and so here's what we know. Early yesterday afternoon, the Madison Police Department got a call about a man allegedly checking the doors of parked cars. And you've had activists since identifying him as Corey Ruiz, a 30-something black man, though police have yet to confirm his identity. But you have these officers saying that they tried to approach him, but he fled on a bicycle, going through

backyards. And then about 35 minutes later, they found him at a busy intersection. And then after he either fell off or was taken off the bike by officers, a struggle ensue. Or you've got three officers seen trying to wrestle him to the ground, but he's pushing himself back up, and then a fourth officer runs over yelling taser, taser, taser, before he then hear it discharge. At which point, he falls completely to the ground lying on his side with one officer appearing to stomp on him. And that's actually all I can show you,

because barely a second later, you have three shots fired. With a man then being rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, but he was later pronounced dead. Now, if you see all that, it looks open and shot. They appear to have executed this man. Then later on, you're the police chief adding a detail to the story. During the struggle, the man were told, pulled out a knife or produced a knife, a fixed blade knife,

and an officer was injured by this while attempting to arrest him. You also had a matting that the taser wasn't effective, though it's unclear from his account whether the man pulled a knife after they tased him or if he pulled at first and then they tased him, and since they didn't work, they shot him. Right, the chief mentions the taser part after talking about the knife, so that would suggest the latter, but it's unclear whether he's laying out a timeline of events or just stating facts.

And also a note in the video, it appears that you can hear one cop yell he's got a knife before another deploys the taser. And you have the chief saying that the officer that was injured by the knife is the one that shot this man. But also a huge thing with this is that you've seen like the police's account of what happened that was immediately met with skepticism.

Right, some have doubted the claim that he had a knife, though video did capture the officers throwing a knife to the ground after the shooting. And your police releasing a photo of what appears to be a large kitchen knife lying in the street. You've also had others questioning the claim that the taser didn't work,

pointing out that the man clearly collapsed to the ground after they tased him. And then you also have even more saying, hey, regardless. The cops should have controlled and de-escalated the situation without having to go to lethal force. Now, as many have pointed out, and this is a huge thing here, one thing that would very likely clarify these disputes would be a body cam.

But for whatever reason, Madison Police do not have body cams. And in fact, it's a big issue that residents have debated for years. Even at the police chief pushing for body cams be included in the city's budget next year. But also, while we don't have body cam footage to wait for, you did have them saying that there is other undisclosed footage. I ask the community recognize that there is other video that they have not seen, that's not circulating online, that will be reviewed as a part of the community. is a part of this investigation. So to the extent that they can as we all navigate this trauma together, we try to remain calm and remember that not all perspectives are online right now. But almost immediately after the shooting, you had hundreds of outraged residents

appearing at the scene, chanting and protesting. Arrest that call. Arrest that call. Then at them marching downtown where they interrupted a summer concert happening on the square. Young black man has been murdered! On East Department happened. And you with the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra canceling its show, saying it stands in solidarity with Madison's Black community. And as all this has gone down, you've had politicians responding as well.

Or you had Mayor Satcha Rhodes-Conway saying the tragedy saddens and angers her, while Governor Tony Ivers called for transparency and accountability. I don't think anyone went as far as Francesca Hong did. But she's a Democrat running to replace Ivers in November, who called it an execution, though, you had people saying she might have seemed pressure to do it by the audience. Say it. There's murder. There's murder. And as murder.

And this is my statement? It's murder. It's murder. This state sanctioned violence was an execution. And as far as the other Democrats who were running against her in the primary, like David Crowley and Joel Brennan, they said they were waiting for a full accounting of what happened before reaching a judgment like that. They still have them expressing shock. And actually, on the note of an accounting, right, what comes next? Reportly a full accounting should be coming from the state DOJ's division of criminal investigation, which is required by law to be independent from the police department.

But then, after they finished the investigation, which honestly could take weeks or months. A local district attorney will review the findings and see if it makes sense to try to put charges on the cops. But I will say, it is very rare for that to happen. Actually, the last time there was a comparable uproar over a police shooting in Madison, Tony Robinson in 2015, no charges were filed. In the meantime, you've got the four officers that are involved being put on administrative leave. Generally, it just seems like you have people there going, okay, what do we do now? And that's another place you're saying sort of a split.

People saying, do we just grieve and wait for all the facts to come out? Do we get furious now? Do we demand justice now? But then from that, we have your final block today, which is of course more news you need to know that I'm gonna try and cram in here Starting with the Secret Service agent who allegedly leaked information about JD Vance that has reports saying his team is fed up with his travel schedule You've got this MS Now article that came out last week saying he takes these last minute trips Sending his use of government resources is inappropriate and unprecedented Like one time where he apparently wanted to pull up to his son's golf lessons in a marine helicopter But you have reports saying that he decided to let those specific plans go

But still you had the article framing his road habits as a burden on a security detail of course all of all of this, they reportedly pissed off the White House, the Secret Service, and the FBI. While the administration, they've been gunning for anything that they deem as unauthorized disclosures to the press. So for now, the agents reportedly on leave while officials conduct an internal review. Though if it is true, it wouldn't be the first time that an agent's gotten caught up in a scandal like this in just even the last few months. Also, in the news, unfortunately, we're looking at a round two, specifically of the parasite outbreak that gives you explosive diarrhea, where you've got at least 72 new cyclospora cases as a recording.

And the FDA, they're reportedly already starting the traceback process to figure out where this one's coming from. But of course, that's as we're also still in the middle of lettuce gate from the first outbreak. And there you've got chop chop chippole Panera and I guess other lettuce forward companies taking a big hit. It has in fact gotten so bad that Taco Bell's launched a new $1, letus free deal to help them gain back some traction. And funny enough, that the Taco Bell part to all of this has actually brought people on the left and right together to some degree. Many have felt that Taco Bell has been unfairly targeted. And among those people, you even have Ben Shapiro. To be fair to Taco Bell, it's not Taco Bell's fault that one of their

providers had apparently poop-ridden lettuce. There's a full team there without the lettuce that can go win a championship. Taco Bell can succeed without the lettuce. Right, and then one of the things with this new outbreak is because we do not know where it started from. We also don't know what foods we should be avoiding. And so in the meantime, I just want to wish you and your bowels some luck. And then for your final bit of news today, we need to talk about Trump and his war on DEI bike lanes.

Because if you didn't see, two weeks ago, you had transportation secretary, Sean Duffy, tweeting, remember when Biden and Boot Edge Edge used your money for DEI bike lanes, that's over, with him then telling us that he's redirected that money to fix roads, bridges, and shipping ports.
