Two 14-year-old students and two teachers were shot and killed Wednesday at Appalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, about an hour outside of Atlanta. Nine others were injured and are expected to recover. shooting. The FBI said there was no probable cause to arrest him at the time, but alerted schools to monitor the teen.
