Starting point is 00:00:00 fucking podcasting wants to gain, maybe. You're listening to PBN. You'll have back the stability here. How's everybody? We need a day today to James out. That's what I need. I need a day to James out. I mean, severely.
Starting point is 00:00:49 Like, I don't know. Just is what it is. It's weird. There's an air of, sorrow amongst the peoples of the world. And for us, empaths, we feel that. I don't know if everybody feels that. But there's just something that just hit me today.
Starting point is 00:01:11 It could be the somber nature of autumn in and of itself. But there's definitely a bit of sorrow that is hitting people, right? What is up, Firewolf, Forge in the chat? How you doing, my man? But yeah, there is a bit of a sorrowful feel. And I don't mean like when weaving in and out of the population at large. I just mean in the air itself. Sometimes you drive by vehicles, you can look at people's faces and you feel it.
Starting point is 00:01:45 You feel like something there. You look at the gas price and you feel it, you know. You know that everybody has this weird thing. To me, sorrowful times feel like, well, there's always a degree of sorrow in life. right? And that's necessary. But to me, it always feels like there's a depth of wound in the heart area that's bleeding. In other words, you've been wounded there to some degree. And depending on the level of sorrow, it just feels like a deeper, more bloody wound. You know what I mean? And I just, I feel that a lot of people are feeling that wound. And this is not, this is different than the
Starting point is 00:02:30 woe is me, uh, 2026 fever, 2020, 2020 and on fever. Can't afford anything, can't do anything, can't, you know, all that kind of stuff. The job sucks, this sucks, that sucks, everything sucks, life sucks. What's the point? You know, that whole sort of strange mentality to carry, it's a real strange mentality to carry around yourself when we are, I, I'm buried right now in things. You know what I mean? We are literally, buried in possessions. Most of us buried by our possessions, right, in the literal sense and the metaphorical. But it's not like we can't find anything to do, find any, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:03:13 And I don't even think that has anything to do with it. I think the general sorrowful feeling, I don't know if you can hear the 3D printer, something's wrapping up back there for Halloween. Looks really good. Looks really good, but I think it's too small. My son's going to be disappointed in his. his effort. Maybe we'll test it out on the show. Let's see how much time we got. 11 minutes. Cake. Yeah, I sit here right next to the 3D printer and just fill my lungs with
Starting point is 00:03:49 the microplastics. So you can sell my body off to science and figure out what the real deal is if you want to. I don't know. It's the best place for it. So today, what I need from you, Typically, I'm bringing things to you, right? That's kind of my goal. I want to bring things to you that I think are important, be it prepared, disnews, whatever. And then there are days like today where it's Tuesday. It's nearly the end of the month.
Starting point is 00:04:22 There are a bunch of things. I'm waiting on a lot of things. You know that feeling? There's a feeling of like my head is just about to be above water type of thing in a lot of realms. and I don't know, I just need one of these days where we can just have a James session, right? And if you're unfamiliar with this,
Starting point is 00:04:49 or first of all, if you're not interested in this, go to prepperbroadcasting.com and listen to yesterday's podcast about the Baltimore School's Islamic indoctrination. Listen to the talk about France. Listen to the incredible show today from D&D, tactical Tuesday. This tactical Tuesday stuff, man, this, this, I mean, I was real close to outlining the sort of how to defend America book yesterday.
Starting point is 00:05:22 Like, I've been really thinking about that. I've been really thinking about sort of the definitive, what does the definitive manual for sustaining America look like? Like, truly. Like, really, like, if not like read the Constitution and a. enforce the laws. No, it's bigger than that, right? This print is done. It failed at the very end, but I don't even know that it's an issue. Let's see. Is it too small? What do you think? Yeah, it's a bit too small, I think. But anyway, I was thinking about sort of the definitive of how you defend a nation like ours, right? How does that work? What does that look like?
Starting point is 00:06:14 Oh, I don't know. That may work. That may cut it. Bonkai! I don't know. I don't even know if I did that right. This is not mine. This is my kids. Now, it's not that it would be weird if it was mine, but it is just what it is.
Starting point is 00:06:34 That could work, man. He may be happy with that. Can I tell you something about rearing the rearing of children? Like, it's cool, and it's necessary that you keep your kids sort of under your umbrella to some degree. But I'm just speaking from straight up experience at this point. My kids both have reached the age where like, you know, they show me things. And in fact, they've done that for like a lot of their life.
Starting point is 00:07:04 A lot of their life, my kids have shown me things. Do you know what I mean? Dad, check out this innovation. Well, my son the other day just showed me the flying Tesla car because I turned the video off too early. I got impatient. I saw it hanging upside down. I didn't know that it was flu. And my oldest was like, you see the flying Tesla?
Starting point is 00:07:24 And I said, well, that's not get crazy. It didn't fly. It just, it's more like Spider-Man, less Superman, more Spider-Man. But your kids show you things, man. Yeah, they show you things. And this has been a fun journey. This whole manga-anime journey with my oldest son has been really fun. It really has.
Starting point is 00:07:46 I've had some experiences with him and some experiences just enjoying these shows, man. It's been a really good time. Anybody know what this is? We've got a bunch of you out there watching, right? We've got people on kick and rumble and Instagram and X and Twitch and Facebook. Does anybody know what this thing is? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:08:16 This is the kind of show it's going to be, folks. That's all I can tell you. That is all I can tell you. tell you. So you either tune in and enjoy sort of the wackiness of today. We'll probably talk some preparedness stuff. We probably won't. We may, we may not. We may be as likely to read poetry as we are to talk about anything preparedness related. But I was brought here by this sort of feeling today. I didn't know what kind of show I was going to do today. I kind of gave my all into yesterday's show in terms of outrage, right? You can't, you can only wake up and be hyper outrage
Starting point is 00:08:54 so many times a week. I know, you know, unless you're really born for that. I'll pass on that mission. But all that said, you know, I just kind of spinning wheels on today. I've got a bunch of things happening on the promotion side, but, you know, in terms of like being a voice, being and whatever, whatever the hell it is I am, a writer podcaster, I guess. I don't know, what am I, to be honest. Yeah, I mean, it is true. I'm a writer.
Starting point is 00:09:26 That is the dream and that is the dream that has come true. Thanks to you guys, largely. I mean, largely, right? Before PBN, the odds of me becoming a writer and paid to write articles and, you know, writing my own books, you know, with my name, published by independent publishers and that kind of thing. That kind of a journey.
Starting point is 00:09:46 The journey where a guy like me could say, you know, proudly, I am a writer. That's all you guys, man. You know, that's all you guys. That's all, everybody out here listening regularly, you know, and building this sort of world where you're like, yeah, James is, yeah, I guess he's somewhat reliable when it comes to prepping talk. Enough of you guys believe that. And the rest of the hosts, too, at PBN, right? you tune in for them too. If you're here on the live stream only, you probably don't know it, but, or you may not know it if you're new, www.
Starting point is 00:10:23 www. Can you believe we ever did that? www.w.w.com is home to all of our podcasts and all of our podcast hosts. And we have an amazing selection, you know. We have an amazing selection. I didn't put Medical Monday up yesterday. I should have put Medical Monday up yesterday. I had a dog, that appointment I had to run to.
Starting point is 00:10:47 I got back. I got into some other things. I'm working. Whatever. Didn't get it up. It's fine. It'll be up next week. It may be up before then because it's so good.
Starting point is 00:10:58 It's Cat Ellis, the herbal prepper, and she's talking all about herbal steams. See, that's why I feel like I shouldn't wait. Should I put it up today? If anybody in any chat says they want herbal steams up today, I'll put it up today. Okay. Anybody in any chat, because if you're, suffering from like like I have like a little in this nostril like a little bit not nothing crazy just a little bit in this nostril and uh I just feel like somebody would probably really benefit
Starting point is 00:11:26 from an herbal steam this time of year maybe even like two day so think about it let me know it would be off my typical programming because we do medical Mondays on Mondays and it's Tuesday we do tactical Tuesday today and we have uh let's see if I can remember or what it is counterattack, here it is, counterattack, spoiling and fainting. Okay. Counterattack, spoiling, and fainting. If you look up Tactical Tuesday, guys, here's another little cheat. If you look up Tactical Tuesday at prepperbroadcasting.com,
Starting point is 00:12:02 you will find a collection of historical resistance tactics that were used in World War II and even beyond, even in battling the same. Soviets. Amazing stuff. Dene D. collected just this massive amount of information. He was in love with it. He created show after show after show about
Starting point is 00:12:25 resistance groups, resistance group communication, resistance efforts behind enemy lines, choosing targets. Just amazing stuff. Demolition, the whole nine yards in how these organizations did that. It's pretty crazy. But we own all of it.
Starting point is 00:12:43 You know what I mean? We have all that information. And as I was saying earlier, I started thinking about the big book of America, about the big book of sustaining America, and thinking to myself, like, what all does that encompass? And one of the reasons I'm thinking about that is because for the last couple years, I've been thinking about guerrilla warfare. And sort of the question of whether or not guerrilla warfare is, this sounds crazy, but I don't know if it is that crazy.
Starting point is 00:13:22 If you're an American citizen who's armed, which most are and should be, right, 90 million gun owners, it's a lot. It's a lot. It's a third. So I guess it's not most. But, you know, those are ones that you know about. But anyhow, if you're an American citizen and you live in the greatest nation to ever exist, And you know that the threats to the nation exist and are internal and surround us and are capable of affecting us. And you know that governments are corrupt from head to toe, barring a little spark here and there of quality. Then I just, you know, I start thinking about guerrilla tactics, guerrilla warfare and so forth and wondering, is this not required learning for an American citizen? Forget about the rest of the world. Forget about norms.
Starting point is 00:14:16 forget about your fear of violence, your fear of weapons, your fear of things that go boom. And really just think about what it is we have here in the United States of America. Think about how quickly oppression can be foisted upon a population. And remember that that's changing exponentially every day with the growth of artificial intelligence and the digitizing of your entire world, right? One of the things that probably should always exist in the United States is some kind of underground economy or some sort of parallel economy, right? Farmers market style, right? What we need to do is all we need to do is to touch two wires, PBN family.
Starting point is 00:15:03 This is what we need to do. We need to figure out this is the holy trinity of food sustainability. We need to figure out how to get farmers, local farmers in your area, to take goldbacks at farmers markets. And then we need to figure out how to get farm suppliers in your area to take goldbacks. and then we can create a cyclone of goldbacks that are used to buy food, grow food, sell food. Buy food, grow food, sell food. Buy food, grow food, sell food. Buy food, grow food, sell food. Right? Take everything else out of the picture and just say that I can buy my fertilizer, I can buy my diesel, I can buy, you know, these kinds of things with the goldbacks that I get. from James when he shows up at my farmer's market booth and wants to buy some pork
Starting point is 00:16:08 or Shataki Mush or whatever, whatever it is, right? Whatever kind of farming you do, honey, the whole thing. But we need these suppliers to take goldbacks, the farmers markets to take goldbacks and the people to use goldbacks. Because then you have a, for those of you don't know, the goldback, well, just look it up. I don't feel like explaining it. Goldback.com. I go watch Jordan's great show with the Phoenix,
Starting point is 00:16:35 survival show from last week, last Wednesday the 15th, where she interviewed one of the reps from Goldback. And you'll see exactly what it is. It's a way to use gold as currency again. And it is a way to fortify. If we're smart about it, we can use this sort of system cycle, whatever, to fortify the most important pieces of the economy that exist. Right.
Starting point is 00:17:02 Like, you're never going to get big utility. to take goldbacks, I don't think. But you can fortify these smaller and important industries. And really, if you can keep food growing and flowing, then you're in business, right? At the end of the day. At the end of the day, you're in business. Give me a second here.
Starting point is 00:17:29 I got a shrink down in my turtle shell a little bit here. Because Johnny Five, Okay, that's better. For those of you listening, I felt like I was like, when I started the show, I said, I feel like my head is just peeking above water. And, yeah. Oh, Firewolf says he wants the herbal steams up today. Then it goes up today.
Starting point is 00:17:59 It goes up today, Firewolf, thanks, bud. Way to add to my big-ass to-do list. I'm just kidding. So that'll go up today. Great. That sounds good. there's pinto beans cooking in the in the kitchen that smell just hit me they must have just started simmering i cleaned out the pantry last night was packed with a lot of stuff that wasn't good a lot of like
Starting point is 00:18:26 shelf stable snacks that were like mostly eaten and stale as can be half-eaten bags i found a bag of pretzels in the pantry way there in the back that was so old that they had started to go like translucent. It was crazy looking. You know what I didn't find, though? Was any signs of pests? So that was phenomenal. You do your deep pantry dig out, man, and clean up,
Starting point is 00:18:53 and you find, like, nothing. Well, pest control is a thing. It's weird having gotten into prepping, right? You get into prepping, having been a fisherman, having spent a lot of time in the woods growing up because of that. A lot of times in the waters, a lot of time learning about some plants, some bugs, some fish.
Starting point is 00:19:15 Then you go into cooking and you learn how to cook from scratch almost everything, right? Go to culinary school, the whole nine yards. Then you wind up in warehousing for food safety management and safety. And you wind up in pest control to some degree, right? Like one of my jobs in the warehouse was inspections. And I worked literally directly with the pest control company that was part of the business. It's like we met on a monthly basis. talk about what was going on. I walked the premises with them. They showed me things. I showed them
Starting point is 00:19:46 things. And it's weird how when I first got into prepping, I thought no military background, no, you know, like wilderness rescue background. None of that cool stuff, right? Oh, and a little bit of gardening background for me. But none of that's cool sort of militaristic stuff. And it made me feel like, oh, man, I don't know if I can be here. I don't know if I can do this prepping thing. I don't know if I can do. I can't. And it got even worse when you started thinking about things like, I could do a podcast. I could write some articles. You know what I mean? The imposter syndrome of early prepping days for me was serious. You know, it was serious. Because I didn't have any of those sort of, well, I don't know how to,
Starting point is 00:20:36 what else to call them, but sort of militaristic and survivalist skill sets. Like, one of the ones that I always got down on myself about was like orientary. You know what I mean? It was one of those ones I was always like, God, you got no, you just know nothing about that. And you know what's really weird about that? Is while I didn't, I didn't have the skills with the compass in hand, like there is a, there is a thing that happens to you that uses, probably the most reliable and most simplistic parts of orientering, which is you get accustomed to looking at the sun
Starting point is 00:21:18 and you get accustomed to looking at the paths and you get accustomed to using roads and waters and what I call landmarks as how you orient in the woods. Or even how you orient yourself in life, right? In terms of like being out in a crowd, being out in an event, being out at the mall, being out in a parking lot, and those kinds of things. And you start, like, I didn't understand it at the time, but what I realized is, like,
Starting point is 00:21:47 those really cool military, uh, lanzatic compasses, I don't really know how to use one of those things. And I've been in a lot of wild places, done a lot of prepper related things over the last 20 years of my life. No, not quite. Fifteen. I've never needed it. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:22:15 The beads, a lot of these things that I used to get down on myself about, I just never used them, never needed them. And some of the more simplistic skills are the things I've always called on in those situations. You know, I've been lost in the woods. I've been lost in the woods, backed up into a marsh that I was sinking into, looking for a fishing hole, not doing some survival challenges, just trying to catch a bass. And been lost in the woods and used deer paths and sounds, sun, to find my way back out, right? I don't know. It's just, I don't know if that's something that I got used to because I spent a lot of time in the woods growing up as a kid,
Starting point is 00:22:59 because every weekend I was out fishing with dad, or, you know, if there's an instinct there. But it's just weird that you don't discredit the skills. that you bring to the table, you know, on your own preparedness journey, because I feel like everybody has something. You know what I mean? Everybody's bringing something to the table that translates. And that's valuable. You know what I mean? That is valuable. Do we want to, is this going to work? Let's see real quick. It is picturesque outside. You know what I mean? I mean, it's just absolutely picturesque outside right now. And I'd be remiss.
Starting point is 00:23:45 If I didn't talk about it a little bit, the show is titled Autumn's Fire Burns Me Black, which is a line from something I wrote back in May called The Promise of Autumn for my substack. You want to see it? For those of you watching, we're going to read it, okay? I'm pushing it all. as best I can, but there's no denying the fact that we're going to read this. Because the promise of, I just published another one for those of you who are autumn fiends called The Witches October. And that's also here at my substack. Intrepidcom.com.
Starting point is 00:24:24 It's one of the places I go and write when I want to write about things that have nothing to do with nothing or nothing to do with like, hey, let's make some money off of a preparedness thing. You know what I mean? So, I don't know what it was. It was the month before the anniversary of my mother's death. There's something about that. But back in May, I was definitely feeling this, this right here, for those of you can't see. What you're seeing is, but you can go see this picture if you go to my substack.
Starting point is 00:25:04 So, again, it's an intrepid commander.substack.com, the promise of autumn. look at my posts. This is actually where I go fishing. You're looking down at my fishing hole. It's beautiful in autumn. It's too high now, but look at that thing. Beautiful, right? You're looking at basically where I go fishing largely.
Starting point is 00:25:32 Or one of my favorite spots. Let's go with that. And it's just, you know, it's one of these astounding places in Richmond, Virginia, you go here and you're like, wow, I can't believe this place is real. I cannot believe this place is real, and it's all mine. Because it is. It literally is all mine. I go there.
Starting point is 00:25:54 There's nobody there. You know what I mean? If the weather changes and the water goes down a little bit, drops a little bit, I'll go here again. And I'll take my wife or I'll take a dog or whatever it is. And we'll be the only ones there. this big expanse of water that's filled with smallmouth bass it's such a blast man it's absolutely unbelievable but to me it it lent itself to this uh this sort of perfect little tail that i want to weave for you and we got to test the music here i wanted to get you some
Starting point is 00:26:28 because this is what it is you know what i mean it's it's a it's a very strange little The solar flex, dark ambiance. Yeah, I think this is good. I'll tweak it if need be. The Promise of Autumn, photo by Salomon Garuli. Hope I got your name right, ma'am. Three years long, I've been afflicted by a spell. Cast upon me by the bloody harvest moon.
Starting point is 00:27:13 It is a longing that whispers on the east. evening breeze of macab from each corner of the room to festoon. I simply cannot escape the falling leaves and the promise of autumn. The pastel blooms of Easter, the thrashing bass on my hook in summer, the glowing bulbs and festive hearts of Christmas, but autumn's fire burns me black, an ache in my candlelit guts. Brew my head replaced with a jack. round which the moon drenched witch struts. My inkwell heart begs for cool, wet mornings. Now my sons love them the same.
Starting point is 00:28:03 Air laced with the stench of dying leaves, evidence that ghosts in the dark of night came. Is my curse to ever search the past? A shadowy forest of charcoal trees. The melody of this curse is too complex. there are cords left unstruck by memories. The low-hanging clouds, white airships, shuttled my mother's suffering soul.
Starting point is 00:28:40 Against that strange blue sky, freed of life's in human toll. Now I only see her eyes through the veil from this world to the next one. A rare hue in the sky when autumn's fire around the branches run. This very moment will come, a promise in this year as in so many before. It will sneak up on me through a pane of glass or steal my breath through the frame of an open door.
Starting point is 00:29:18 The seasons are free and they're glorious. In the quiet blue of a morning fair stands a chest of fire with an unburned note. The parchment reads open, if you dare. We writers love candles and coffee and melancholy. a mind of pumpkin vines drag me back there and that is the promise of autumn Peeb and family I hope you enjoyed that
Starting point is 00:29:54 there's a lot in that thing man there is a lot in that thing that is uh life I'll tell you I'll tell you it is something it is something this life and the weight that it lays upon you What'd you think? That wasn't bad.
Starting point is 00:30:16 Uh? Get your cappuccinos. Do a little prose reading 10.20 a.m. Eastern. So you can get that over at intrepid commander.substack.com. And like I said, read the witch's autumn. Not the witch is autumn, but the witch is autumn. I even drew something for the witch's autumn, which is rare.
Starting point is 00:30:42 I'm no artist. You know what I mean? But what happened is I wrote this. Basically, it's just a blending of sort of, no, the witch is October. I'm sorry, not the witch is October. And I wrote this poem about October being a witch largely. You know what I mean? And it's hard to explain like that.
Starting point is 00:31:06 You got to read it. But that's the idea. The idea that is that the lead up to fall, people, go insane, right? They get absolutely crazy. They're like the Burr months, the songs, the Halloween, you know what I mean? The feeling,
Starting point is 00:31:23 the sort of wet, the wet road covered in slick and smashed fallen leaves, the mist, the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness, as Keats says, right? People fall in love with that, man. It's like a spell.
Starting point is 00:31:43 And that's what hooked me on that whole the creation of that poem. It was like, oh, it is like a spell. And what is like a spell? What create, oh, which? Okay. Now we can start building this sort of idea of the which is October. And the problem I came across was, I want, you know, for my substack, particularly
Starting point is 00:32:03 for my poems, I like cool pictures. You know, if I want to write something, I want a cool picture. Every one of my substacks has a really cool image. but I didn't want an AI witch. I wanted a witch blended with the month, right? With the month of October, what's that look like? What does that encompass? You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:32:24 But I didn't want it done in AI. You know, there's some things you just can't, you can't cross that line for me. Me, personally, I don't care what you do. You know what I mean? I don't think that you're you creating your logo with AI is, you know, going to end the world. You know what I'm saying? It's like, oh, I wrote my business plan with AI, so now I've sacrificed the future of generations. I don't think it's that simple.
Starting point is 00:32:54 But all that said, I searched through the internet for a little bit. I have no problem taking great artwork and crediting people for it on the substack, you know, just like I did with that picture there. But there was nothing. There was nothing good. you know and I could see it in my head I could see like this sort of charcoal my first idea was like this charcoal witch's face
Starting point is 00:33:16 that was sort of beautiful on one side and seductive and then you know mutating into a pumpkin on the other side sort of a two-face-esque image but I don't know that that you know it didn't work so I wound up creating uh It was just sort of a witchish figure
Starting point is 00:33:40 With a hat flying through the air Who's basically being eaten alive by the vines and the leaves And the pumpkins and the gourds of the month And that became the artwork for the witch is October folks You know what I mean? It's up to you guys. We can read that too. We can look at that one I'm just having a James day, man. That's all there is to it.
Starting point is 00:34:07 You know what I mean? A day to get off of sort of the rigors of staying locked in on something. Preparedness at large, chaos at large, whatever it is. You know? I have to do these things, man. I realized like not only do I have to do shows like this for me, I have to do shows like this for you. Do you know what I'm saying? I don't know if you get it.
Starting point is 00:34:33 It's not like you're sitting there going like, oh, I just love these. Some people hate these. I don't really care. But this is the way I look at it. I'm seated in this crazy situation, right? There's no arguing that. I'm seated in this crazy career that gives me the privilege to do this. And not everybody's there.
Starting point is 00:35:00 Actually, very few people are there, right? and listen this is not uh it it's whatever this is where i'm at right i'm seated in this situation where i can wake up on a tuesday and go like let's do something weird let's get weird right so we got to do that because there's a bunch of people out there on the way to work sitting at work listening at work thank you and uh you know i know that there's people out there want to do what i do or dream of doing what I do or probably think I could do what he does but better. Wouldn't take too much. So when I have these shows, I often think about that.
Starting point is 00:35:46 I often think about like, yeah, yeah, do what you want because you can do what you want. And because maybe in doing what you want and showing people that this is an option, that they start thinking in their head like, well, maybe I could do what I want. maybe I can make it work off of my passions and my dreams and my, you know, desire to do a thing or my experience with a thing or whatever it is. If you never taste it, then you can't ever really know it exists, right? It's hard. It's if all you get is here's the layout for a news show. Here's the layout for a political show. Here's what a funny, you know, podcast is like with one host and one witty guest. and this is the monotonous sort of entertainment world that we exist in, then you know, you could build something that mimics that and that can be that.
Starting point is 00:36:38 Or maybe you have a dream that is bigger than that, that is different than that. That is something, you know, more. Every so often I've got to get into the more. You know what I mean? There's an old deaf tones line that I don't even know if I understand still to this day, but it used to captivate us from a song called Birthmark and Chino Moreno said I want to be much than more while I watch you
Starting point is 00:37:07 I never understood it I never understood it we used to think he said the first in form while I watch you but you know sometimes you do want to be much than more let me verify that this is an old teenage thing Right? That is birthmark, isn't it?
Starting point is 00:37:32 Wow, look at all these lyrics. Is this song this long? No, there's no way. Birth mark, wrong birthmark. Deaf tones. You know what I'm thinking? I'm thinking the wrong... Sorry, I'm going through it in my head.
Starting point is 00:37:59 No, it's... What's that song? It's the last one. It's the last song on the album, Adrenaline. Well, whatever. It is what it is. We don't have to go on and on about it. But it's definitely, it was definitely one of those things, man. It kind of resonates and then it kind of doesn't. But at the end of the day, you find yourself in that situation where you're like, I don't know. We've got to make sure everybody knows what's possible out there. Oh, hello, memory lover. Are you in the deaf tone? Who the hell is not listening to the deaf tones? Bobby Beans, the Black Pepper Stepper. Kiki.
Starting point is 00:38:54 What's up? How's everybody doing over there in the Instagram world? Give us a follow. Something along those lines. Do I want to look at the news? Do I want to go into that absolute nightmare affair of the news? Do I want to scroll around X? Sometimes X can be even better than the news.
Starting point is 00:39:12 but then sometimes X can drop you into a pit of despair like you can't even believe, you know what I mean? School safety and security. All right, minute man preparedness. I like it. The common supplement linked to pancreatic cancer survival over at the epic times. If the current U.S. government is deemed illegitimate,
Starting point is 00:39:36 then governors become the leading authorities under the current constitution. Who's this, Daniel Raff? Daniel Raff. structural transformation and deliberative democracy. The Democracy files part two, when and how to declare the federal government illegitimate. Yes. That would be it. That would be it. I mean, there would be really no more of a cherry on top for me as despotic and tyrannical as it would be.
Starting point is 00:40:12 There would be no greater cherry on top for me, the guy who coined the phrase, the mother of mayhem, for Abigail Spanberger. We actually haven't done a mother of mayhem in a while. Let's check it out. Let's look at the old card. Is it still up? Did I delete it? I think I deleted him out of here.
Starting point is 00:40:30 Because I needed to make a new one anyway. But when Abigail got in, we started doing this show, The Mother of Mayhem, to talk about her executive orders. And how dangerous they were, particularly executive order number 10, when she decided to not let ICE operate in here in the state of Virginia. which resulted in the death of four Virginians in case you weren't keeping count, I was. They were stabbed and murdered and poisoned by fentanyl, and Abigail was, you know, smiling at the camera, the mother of mayhem. But now we have an opportunity for, yeah, for her to become sort of the leading authority under the current Constitution.
Starting point is 00:41:15 Let's listen to this nonsense. This is three minutes long. You want to listen to something? Paul Zeltz recorded on Fathom Audio, August 13, 2026. Let me bring this up. See, sometimes you find these gems over at X that just don't exist anywhere else, and you got to enjoy them, right? The common sense practical prepper over there on X, one of our close friends here at the Prepper Broadcasting Network says we are do another episode about the governor.
Starting point is 00:41:42 We are, man. There's no doubt about that. We are definitely due a mother of mayhem. I'm going to take you up on that. We'll make that happen. We will make that happen. But let's take a listen here because I want to see what the hell is going on here with this. Occam's Razor over at X is really good, too, if you live in Virginia.
Starting point is 00:41:58 The root seller! What's up, Root Cellar over on Instagram? Why'd I get so excited about that? Well, because everybody wants a root seller, right? All right? Let's see. There's also the past, and John, I think we'll talk a little bit more about this, is that we end up in a very acute legitimacy crisis sometime in the next. two months or the next few years where literally our federal government becomes illegitimate.
Starting point is 00:42:28 That would be weird. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Let's talk about the federal government being illegitimate real. I have to remark on this. I'm sorry to interrupt. Let's talk about an illegitimate government and how we all should be very aware and unnerved by it. Like, for instance, imagine the president, right, becomes completely and totally inept mentally, right? Like, dementia-ridden or just completely inept from a consciousness and clarity standpoint. You know, imagine a president that maybe can't find which direction to walk off the stage. Maybe a president that when he stands amongst his friends and they're all clapping, he's standing there staring into some abyss. Right?
Starting point is 00:43:13 Imagine a president in a situation where you feel like, you know what, this government may be illegitimate because this guy doesn't hardly know his name. that'd be something. That'd be something. But let's hear her plan for an illegitimate government. This is around the world is that we can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment. I wanted to just say that the United Democracy Alliance, which is a huge coalition of the blocking movement, the people that are doing all the lawsuits and the civil resistance and the non-cooperation, they are all organizing and conversion. under the banner of what's called the United Democracy Alliance. Treason.
Starting point is 00:43:57 They have developed a set of red lines that are now being refined in terms of indicators and metrics. And they're working on creating a situation room so that as we go into the midterm election, they're going to be able to provide real-time updates, real-time information to the movement of movements. The movement of movement. We can respond, you know, to whatever might unfold, either in 26 or when we go into the 28 elections as well, which people think will be even worse than whatever we're going to have to deal with now. So these, these folks are organizing. It's being led under the organization called the National Security Leaders of America. It's 1600, retired, cross-partisan, military, intelligence, diplomats.
Starting point is 00:44:47 What? that are all, you know, working on protecting our democracy. These are pro-democracy leaders that are leading all this work. Pro-democracy leaders who are leading. And I know you're connected. Danielle and I are connected. And others are connected for that work. So what I think RAD is offering uniquely is this space around the constitutional legitimacy moment.
Starting point is 00:45:12 And like, what are the ways that we can respond? The memo that Danielle or I will put up in the chat, is a memo of an options memo that we created for governors. Because if the federal government seemed to be illegitimate by whatever crossing of whatever regulations. Who does the demon? And everyone agrees to that. Who's everyone? The governors become the leading governing authority under the current Republic framework.
Starting point is 00:45:38 Oh, wouldn't they love that? This memo was designed to them. Do you think you'll be a part of the people who get to agree or disagree? What is the governing body of people that decides the government's illegitimate? And where the fuck were they at when Joe Biden couldn't chew his food up? Where were they at when the auto pen was running the country? These people are so... I don't even want to listen to the rest.
Starting point is 00:46:09 I don't even want to hear the rest. Hey, look, it's our man. Caleb Collier, ladies and gentlemen, church and state. Hey, keep him in your prayers. he's a little under the weather. Hey, look, they said it. My boy's over at Mark 37. They read my mind.
Starting point is 00:46:25 Look at X. I didn't plan that. I did not plan that. That showed up on its own. I'm just happy we haven't seen anyone die yet. Oh, bingo, there it is. You can't scroll across my ex for too long without seeing someone dead. I don't know what it is.
Starting point is 00:46:43 I guess I watched too many videos of people getting killed. Just is what it is. You know, you watch those self-defense videos and stuff like that. You just see people get stabbed and jacked all the time. And it shades the way you look at the world, I'll tell you that much. Shades the things you tell your kids, you know. They get on me all the time. Not everything's a threat, Dad.
Starting point is 00:47:03 Not everybody with a backpack on standing in a corner is doing something. No, that is true. 99% of the time you're right. I'm fishing for the 1%, okay? I'm fishing for that small percentage that they, pull a rifle out of the bag and before they get it out i can act okay that's what i'm worried about is what it is folks what else do we want to do on today's show how we talked a little politics talked a little prepping talked a little lunatic trans uh not trans um treason a little lunatic
Starting point is 00:47:37 treason what are the noises i'm hearing there's a lot of things going bump in the house they're here they've come ready for the black bag what'd you guys do if someone put a black black bag over my face right now. Zip pulled me out of here. The dogs attacked them. They shot all the dogs dead. And that was it. I was gone forever.
Starting point is 00:47:59 You never heard from me again. The hosts got on and they were like, hey, if anybody knows anything about what happened to James and his family, you let me know. And you just never heard from me again. What would you do? What would happen? V for Vendetta style.
Starting point is 00:48:15 Zip and gone, right? And out of here. And nobody's ever heard from him again. He used to do a show like every day. He couldn't shut his mouth. He just had to be in front of the microphone in the camera. He couldn't stop himself. He wrote poems and he cried while he read him on the air.
Starting point is 00:48:33 And then one day, because he talked about the Baltimore homework, the Muslim indoctrination on the Baltimore homework, they came and got his ass and took him out. And he disappeared forever to the American. What is it the, what do they call that group over there? Who's the group that's going to decide whether or not, not the mother of mayhem can be the queen of Virginia. They decided that he was a legitimate enough threat to be jailed in the bottom of a data center in Arlington somewhere.
Starting point is 00:49:03 And that was the end of James, you know? Rumor has it that he still scrawls poetry into the brick walls of the gulag before he falls asleep at night, crying. I think that's as good a place as any to end the show, folks. Okay, I'll leave you with that little nightmare. Have a great day. Thank God it's not so serious. yet. And keep prepping, man. 2027 is going to be a year. You've got to just keep going.
Starting point is 00:49:29 Keep ushering yourself closer and closer to self-sufficiency, self-reliance as you want to be slash can be, right? At least be storing food, at least be growing some food. If you can get some chickens, man, now you're growing protein in the backyard, right? If you can catch rainwater, then you're going to be able to, oh, I meant to tell you guys about the last house. That's going to be a whole episode in and of itself. I watched the last house last night, and they did some things really good in that movie. I wasn't expecting it.
Starting point is 00:50:00 I was looking for some sci-fi fun, but there turned out to be some prepping tidbits in there that were pretty good. You may want to do it. But what also you put in here is your home internet, your home off-grid internet, right? What's your home-off-grid internet? Your home-off-grid internet is your prep or disc, right? When the Wi-Fi goes out, when the power goes out,
Starting point is 00:50:21 your family connects to the prepper disc. What makes the prepper disc so unique is that you can hop on it, your wife can hop on it, your son can hop on it, your daughter can hop on it all through their phone or device just by connecting to the Wi-Fi, right? It comes packed with all kinds of goodies. It's got 60,000 classic books. It's got FEMA. It's got maps.
Starting point is 00:50:48 It's got medical. It's got prepping resources like you wouldn't even believe. It's got entertainment. If I had a prepper disk back in 2020, I would put my kid's entire curriculum on the prepper disk here. And he would have used this as an online resource to do his work. So you can watch you and your wife can watch a movie in a grid down type situation or an emergency on your iPad pulls from your prep for your prep for disk. While your kid does his homework on his iPad from the prepper disc. While your daughter's reading the Gutenberg library of 65,000 classic books, whatever one she wants.
Starting point is 00:51:26 You know what I mean? That's the whole idea.
