I'm proposing that the city of Spokane Valley issue of proclamation stating that our city is a Second Amendment sanctuary. Today on Church and State, Holly Adams for Congress. Lastly, if you want to get a hold of us, Church and State 1776 at Proton.me, and with that, let's go ahead and bring on our guests. Now I'm bringing on actually a personal friend of mine. This is Holly Adams. She's a lifelong resident of Ohio. She's a Christian, mother of two. and an unapologetic patriot. And we used to work together at TPUSA Faith. Holly, thank you for joining us on Church and State.
Starting point is 00:02:21 Thank you so much, Caleb. It's nice to see you, and it's great to be here. Yeah, it is a pleasure. And I'm so thrilled, I've got to tell you that you are running for Congress. I mean, that's what we need in this country. We need people that aren't part of the elite class that have gone out, worked the field, and I know you have done that, that truly love America, and just want to get in there and serve.
Starting point is 00:02:44 What a novel idea, serve the American public, right? Yes, yes. I'm very comfortable in that role. What I was saying off-screen to you, and I'm getting used to this being on-camera role. I'm normally a grassroots activist. I'm normally on the ground. I'm most comfortable in my, you know, campaigning boots or shoes,
Starting point is 00:03:07 depending on what the weather's like here in Ohio and my campaign shirt. and I either have a fanny pack on or my apron, like I got a waitressing apron that I put my brochures and my pens and my notepad in because I'm pretty efficient out there. And I really appreciate opportunities like this to come on shows like yours. I love what you do. And I know we're going to talk some about me today, but I knew that when I come on, I'm going to learn from just having a conversation with you today. So I appreciate you and everything that you do. Well, thank you very much for that compliment. I want to run off the bat.
Starting point is 00:03:41 I want to hit you with a question that I love to ask. Actually, I'm going to hit you with two questions that I love to ask any politician. And I don't say that as like a bad word, even though most Americans are like, oh, politicians. Holly is not that kind of a politician. Number one, Holly, what is the purpose of government? Well, I am so glad you asked. The purpose of our government here in America is to protect our God-given rights, which are, for those that forget life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
Starting point is 00:04:15 So those things have been infringed on for decades, and it's time to straighten things up and get back to basics and really make sure that all of those rights are being protected and anything that's getting in the way or infringing of them is remote. I got to tell you. I love that answer, Holly. I'm going to give you one of these. Right there. I have asked so many politicians over the years that question.
Starting point is 00:04:46 And the answers you get are just insane. They just kind of stumble all over themselves. And it's not a hard question because it's found right in our Declaration of Independence, which you were just talking about. It's to secure our rights, which aren't given by government. Our rights are given by God, as you just stated. And life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. And pursuit of happiness is really kind of property rights.
Starting point is 00:05:09 It's rolled into that. So great answer right off the bat. You're getting gold stars. People should already be voting for you. So it's fantastic. All right. Number two question. This is one that I also love.
Starting point is 00:05:21 I'm a staunch anti-federalist on this show. I would have been with Patrick Henry and George Mason. And so I want to ask you about the Bill of Rights. And which one of the original 10 is your favorite? Well, that's a good question. also and I guess just seeing that we're here today able to speak freely on topics that are important to American citizens, I always have to go with the First Amendment. I think it is our foundational right and without it. Our country would not be able to exist and get through difficult times and stand up to challenges and replace people or replace policies that are bad for. American. I made a note here. I'm going to put my glasses on because I'm long-winded.
Starting point is 00:06:16 Again, this is new for me. I just need to be more concise on shows like yours. I don't want to waste your listeners' time. But I referenced this earlier. I said, you know, it's always been my favorite amendment. I said maybe because I like to talk, but that's not it. I prefer to listen more. So to be able to speak and have people like you out engaging, and I should, society and standing up and speaking truth, godly truth and truth about what our country's supposed to be about and our government's supposed to be doing. As importantly, what our government is not supposed to be doing is supposed to keep them in line. So what we need right now in our country and one of the reasons I'm running for Congress is we do not have enough bold, courageous, Christian, conservative
Starting point is 00:07:04 leaders in our Congress or our Senate. I mean, the fact that the same SAVE Act has not passed yet is absolutely ridiculous. It's a dereliction of duty for John Thune right now. I would be up all night rallying the votes on the Democratic side too. I would John Fetterman to sign or well, John Fetterman's Congress, sorry. But anyway, 90% of Americans that vote for both parties want it is absolutely ridiculous. So we need more people like me and to go serve in this capacity, God's called me to do it. You know, not a lot of people just decide, wake up someday. Maybe some do.
Starting point is 00:07:53 People that have aspirations for power or wealth and think that, you know, running for Congress is the way to get there. I'm actually, you know, working on depleting my bank account to run for, you know, a real American person with real American budget actually represents what our declaration independence and our Constitution say it should. I like that answer. Obviously, the First Amendment is an incredibly important amendment, and there's actually five rights spelled out in that. But what I love about the Bill of Rights is it's almost like, it's more directed at government than the people, right? It's almost a 10 commandments for the government. Thou shall not. And it just keeps telling the government, thou shall not, thou shall not. And the First Amendment is a great response. My personal favorite is the ninth, but I'm very libertarian, so I'm like, yeah, enumerated rights. I'll just share because I share leaves on that libertarian tree. So I'm, you know, I learn.
Starting point is 00:09:04 I want to hear why the ninth is your favorite. Basically, the Ninth Amendment is a gigantic Trump card, maybe pun intended. I don't know. But it's enumerated rights. And basically the people in the states have multiple rights that aren't spelled out in the bill of rights that we retain. And so anytime the government tries to get a little uppity, and tell us we can't do something, we can just take the Ninth Amendment and slap it down and say, want to bet? Watch me. And so, yeah, that speaks to me because I'm kind of onry, a little bit of a
Starting point is 00:09:35 fighter. Perhaps it's the Marine in me. But I just like that one. I am waiting for somebody, Holly, to come on here, because I ask a lot of people this question and just hit me with a Third Amendment. They're like, Third Amendment's my favorite. I've never heard that before. I don't think that you all. I'm not waiting for that, but it would be funny. I would probably chuckle at that. Yeah, I was trying to think of an example of how that would be. The only thing I thought of was, and it's not in regard to, like, government officials, is like the squatters' rights that we have squatters have in our country now, that you can just go on vacation so we can move into your house and, you know,
Starting point is 00:10:08 you don't need it because you have a second house, I guess. So, you know, the squatter has rights. I've actually argued that our phones are actually the new soldiers. And so I actually think we should dust off the Third Amendment because we're bringing in these phones into our homes that are spying on us, literally spying on everything you're doing. The government's watching that through, you know, all sorts of different alphabet agencies. We don't have to quarter them. And so we could make an argument using the Third Amendment against this.
Starting point is 00:10:38 Yes. And I definitely need to, on my to do list is to get a ghost phone. Yeah, we're going to set you up. I am not quartering them in my home any longer or in my pocket or in my car. I like that because especially in. a position like what you're, you know, applying for, uh, with the people, um, you should, the government should have no access to your phone, who you're communicating with, who you're emailing, uh, people that are on your supporters list. And unfortunately, they do. And so, yeah,
Starting point is 00:11:10 something like a ghost phone is definitely a priority for you. I want to move into, um, your issues, because you got a great website and I actually want to bring it up for the audience here, uh, Chris, if you can do that. Uh, Holly Adams for Congress. You can see it right there, Holly Adams for Congress. And I want the audience to really examine this and get to know you because you're just, you're a really nice person. It was just a joy to work with you at TPA USA Faith. But you also, you are very fundamental in your approach to how government should be operating.
Starting point is 00:11:46 And so I want to go through some of the issues here. And we don't have enough time to go through all of them, but I encourage the audience to do. but one that jumps off right up right at me is protect our children. What exactly does that mean to you? That's near and dear to my heart. I'm a mother and I don't know how anybody on this planet could not want to protect children. God is very specific about that in the Bible. So yeah, from physical abuse and physical harm and also mental.
Starting point is 00:12:15 So for the physical side, we have criminals on the streets that have been allowed to offend, molest, rape, murder, our children, predators that are out there grooming them for all sorts of horrific things, kidnapping them, trafficking them for all sorts of horrendous things, that Americans, you know, we don't see enough of it graphically, but it makes me sick to my stomach. It's hard for me to even fathom these poor children. And I am grateful every time I see a report from or the FBI on predators being caught and children being rescued. And, you know, there's, I know, there's organizations that people like us support
Starting point is 00:13:01 that can help support those victims once they come back and help them normalize and get past that situation. And certainly God has a huge part in that too, but godly people coming alongside of them. So I just want criminals off the streets. I want people that harmed children to do the most amount of people. time possible in prison. And then, you know, the same thing with the drug trafficking, you know, that wasn't really taken seriously for decades. And now I'm so glad that President Trump and, you know, our DEA are taking that seriously because the fentanyl has killed so many American children
Starting point is 00:13:46 and the parents of those children. And who better and who is supposed to protect the children than the parents. And from mental harm, you know, I've been in situations that were, I didn't even know it at the time, right? I didn't even know it at the time. But after the fact realized they were mentally abusive, and that was in my past. And I am stronger because of that. But the things that our children are accessing on the internet are not fit for children of a certain age. I mean, some aren't even fit for adults and they have access to it. So I'm a huge supporter. I know I saw the Melania movie recently, and she was talking to another, I think it was Macron's wife. And they have put some stipulations into their government and made law that children over there, I believe, can't get access to these apps in these smartphones until they prove that they're at least 16 years of age, which I think is a great start.
Starting point is 00:14:47 But curriculum in our schools has damaged children. I mean, imagine sending your children. I mean, we have, right, into the schools, and we really woke up under COVID when we started to see exactly what was being taught. And people years before and parents that were really engaged were choosing homeschool for decades now, right? And now it's becoming more mainstream. But to tell a little white, four or five-year-old girl or boy that they're inherently born, hate. and racist. We've got to put on the American taxpayers have funded a school program that is mentally harming our children.
Starting point is 00:15:43 And then most recently, in the years with the transgender push, is saying, hey, we're going to actually physically allow your children to mutilate themselves because we're going to let an adult in the school or a counselor or a teacher take them aside, share not. nothing with you, the parents. They can go get hormones on their own. It's ludicrous to think, right? Yeah. We have trusted teachers. We've trusted politicians, and a lot don't deserve to be trusted
Starting point is 00:16:24 because they don't keep the promises that they make. So it just breaks my heart thinking of these innocent children that have so much life and so much opportunity that are born in a country that streams if they just show up and put in the work, right? adult. It starts with protecting children because damaged children sometimes become damaged adults, even if they don't have the resources to come around them and peddle around them and support them to grow into the person God intended them to be. Now, you're absolutely right there. And that's why I picked that for the first issue that I wanted to discuss with you is if we're not protecting
Starting point is 00:17:18 our most precious resource, which is our children, our most innocent, then what good are we as a country? If we allow some of the things that you were bringing up there, you know, the surgeries, literally Frankenstein's experiments on our kids, if we allow that to continue, then we don't deserve to continue as a republic. And so this is an important issue that it's interesting. Even a lot of the Democrats are starting to come back from this one. Like they realize it was a bridge too far. And you're seeing people returning to some degree of normalcy, which experimenting on kids should be the normal. not the normal. And so, yeah, this is an important issue. All right. Limited government, obviously, as somebody that really, really dislikes government, I want to talk about limited government and your
Starting point is 00:18:05 approach to how you would achieve this. Well, it's interesting, and you brought up the Ninth Amendment. I did print this off today, and I'm a big fan of it, the enumerated powers that the Constitution grants our Congress. So, yeah, for me, I'm sorry. I go back and forth between these glasses and things. Again, I'm getting new to all this. But yeah, I mean, our government is supposed to provide certain things. Again, only those things that protect our inalienable rights. So life, liberty, pursuit of happiness.
Starting point is 00:18:44 And those things, what they do need to do, whether it be, you know, law enforcement, military, things like that, they do cost me. they do cost money and that's fine. And if they align with that, we can take our tax dollars that are collected. We are excessively taxed right now. I do want to lower taxes. I would love to abolish income tax, but I'd settle maybe for a flat or fair tax of 10% if that got us lower than where we currently are. So yeah, so if it's not listed as one of the responsibilities of Congress, we should not be paying for it. And you know, all of the government funded NGOs are examples of that. You know, if you start a nonprofit and you for your website and me for my campaign, I invest
Starting point is 00:19:39 my own money and then I have to go find people that say, wow, she's doing good work. I want to support, I want to give my money. That's how charities and nonprofits are supposed to be funded, not just blank checks from the government for anybody that fills out a form and makes it sound like they're doing good. Like, perfect example, the many corrupt, I'm not saying all of them, I will never say all of them, but the many corrupt people in the Somalian community in Minnesota and the many corrupt politicians in Minnesota that have been elected by the corrupt Somalians and it's just this endless cycle. They don't keep track of the money. It's not their money. So many public
Starting point is 00:20:30 officials don't care. It's not their money. It's our money. And I'm sorry, my money that I work for should pay for my children to go to daycare. Right? And it's just, it's ridiculous. So remember growing up the Jerry Lewis telethons? You remember how passionate he was about that? Yeah. The government wasn't sending Jerry a blank check for even $5. All that work from that organization got done because Jerry had the heart for it. Jerry had the passion for it. Jerry wanted to make a difference. And people resonated with that.
Starting point is 00:21:06 And they called in. And you don't see that today. I mean, you do see it for the humane society and some other things. And I love that. The Shriners Hospital. I love that. People, we are a very, the most. giving I think you know country Americans want to get but the problem is by the
Starting point is 00:21:27 time government reaches into our bank accounts and our wallet and then taxes us on every good and service we don't have money left to give to the causes that are really important that need our help that we want to so I really want to give American people their hard-earned dollars I think they should have the right to it. And I think, you know, there's a big people talking about affordability and the cost of living and the cost of buying a home. Well, it would go a long way if you could keep the income that you actually earned. Now, you bring up some fantastic points here, Holly. I've talked about this a lot on my show, but we've gotten lazy as the American public because prior to, you know, this big government
Starting point is 00:22:15 system that's been created, this monster, it was the people and it was the churches that were engaged in charitable givings. And then we decided that the government was just easier. If we didn't, if we just got taxed and we never even saw that money, we could just allow the government to come in and start taking care of the homeless and the elderly and whatnot. And it hasn't worked very well. Shocker, right? Big surprise. Government bureaucracy does not work. And now we're in this position as you just laid out where we don't have enough money to actually care for our fellow Americans. No, we have to rely on. on the government to do that. I think we should cancel all of that. Go back to the individual or the
Starting point is 00:22:56 churches. I think we'd see a vast improvement. All right. Great answers from you right there. There's a – I just send you a link to it that I looked up recently, but I just remembered it from the time I learned it probably about 15 years ago in a constitution class. And the segment was called the four walls. And it basically said, I mean, our government and our society should – is built upon these four walls. And so, like, well, the ceiling was God, right? So, and what one pillar up to God is self. So you're responsible for yourself, and God will help provide for you.
Starting point is 00:23:32 And then your family, you decide to have a family, create a family. So you're responsible for your family unit. The other pillar adjacent to that is community and church, just like you said. So all those things directly related to God. Now, God is over. What is the floor? So I'm not sure why it's called the floor wall, the floor walls, because it's kind of a ceiling, two walls in a floor.
Starting point is 00:23:55 But the floor is the government. The government is only supposed to do what cell and community and church can't do. So if we're being attacked by a foreign nation, we need the government. If we're being attacked by a mob of people that want to harm them, we need the government. We need law enforcement, right? But they have woven their way into each of those pillars, And they have like, as far as what government, you know, people within our government, and I feel the Democrat party and the leftist of what's supposed to be the protection of God over our country. So, yeah, I very much support that.
Starting point is 00:24:52 And the sooner we can get back to it, the better. And Congress hasn't taken care of it. And we need more people like me. I wish there were, I wish there were 300 people like you and me, Caleb, in Congress right now. I mean, there are at least 300 that are not on the same pages of Americans. And sadly, a lot of Americans haven't been taught all this. They unknownly are on the wrong side, right? But they need people like us out there reminding them, like, your life will be better.
Starting point is 00:25:30 Your life will be better. You're absolutely right. And once again, you're bringing up some great points. And it's, you know, that not only did government, because with the advancements of the state, right, the bigger the state becomes, the more it wants to take over every aspect. And so, yeah, it is woven into self and family. It is woven into the community and the church. But the end goal for all big government is to be worshipped. That's what communism, socialism, all the isms, fascism, it doesn't matter what it is.
Starting point is 00:25:58 They all want to be worshipped because we are created to worship something and they believe that they could become godlike. And that is what we saw through the communist nations, you know, the Soviet Union, China. And they want to do that to America. And we need to fight like heck to ensure that that does not happen. All right. There's a lot more on here. We're coming up on that hard break here. But let's talk a little bit about education because this is an important thing.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Obviously, our education system in America is pretty busted up. What are your solutions for that? Great question. I love all the solutions that are currently. available and I just support all of them. What I would like to change and I wouldn't need to look further into what's already been done and maybe how certain states are doing it is, you know, where what I've seen in the neighborhood that I lived in, my kids did go to public school. They did have, you know, they did experience some of the curriculum that's being taught in the
Starting point is 00:27:03 recent years. I actually had met with a voter recent. that's homeschooling her kid, I have the ultimate respect for anybody that chooses to homeschool their children. I did not make that choice. I was a working mom. I was helping to pay the bills for my household. And I couldn't, at the time, I didn't use the, I didn't figure out a clever way to be able to provide for my family and also homeschool, right? So they said, aren't you concerned that your children are now going to college where more doctrinal occurred? And I said, you know, I let them make the decision. I would have loved for them to go to Hillsdale, but they didn't want to go to Hillsdale. And they ended up choosing the University of Cincinnati, which has some good teaching and will get them further along in what they want to do.
Starting point is 00:28:01 And same thing with Miami University, both good institutions, but I said, I feel comfortable because I've raised them to be strong, resilient Christians that question things, that don't believe everything they're told. They know right from wrong and they know good from that. And Holly, I've got to pause you right there. I apologize, but we're at that hard break point. We're going to come back. We're going to finish this conversation. It's a great one. Ladies and gentlemen, I want all of you to be a walking billboard. Some of us don't have platforms such as church and state. But you know what? We can wear T-shirts and engage in great conversations with Christians and Patriots all
Starting point is 00:28:36 across the country. Stand Up Now Apparel is the best T-shirts out there. These are American Made owned by a Christian and a Patriot. And the material, it's like getting a warm hug from yours truly. One of the better things as well is there's no tags. I hate tags. I know you do as well. I don't know how many times I've cut off a tag and ended with a hole in my shirt.
Starting point is 00:28:56 You never have to worry about that with Stand Up Now Apparel. These are the best shirts out there with the greatest messages. Let me give you a few examples. But there's a t-shirt out there that says armed with Ephesians 6 on it. I get to tell you, when I wear this in town, I get a lot of comments and a lot of eyebrow raises. There's other shirts that include pure blood in Hebrew, obviously in reference to the vaccines. And also, you can get Church and State merch there as well. We've got our flagship shirt.
Starting point is 00:29:22 I was born for a storm with Church and State ride on it. You got to order the shirt. Go to Stand Up Now Apparel for T-shirts and hats. all of this great merch with great Christian and patriotic messages. Remember to use that promo code, Church and State. And we are back. Thank you for staying with us. You're over at Churchandstate.m. We're going to go back to our guest here in just a second.
Starting point is 00:29:41 But I do have to promote one of our great affiliates. And since we were already talking about it, and I want everybody to get one of these, let's talk about Mark37.com. I love this organization. They are great. I want everyone in America to have a ghost phone or a ghost laptop. I'm sick and tired of the government. spying on you. And that's the big one. But I mean, just talking to your average person,
Starting point is 00:30:03 how frustrating is it for you to be talking about needing a new couch or something, being interested in like getting a new couch for the living room? And all of a sudden, your phone starts giving you ads about all these different couch sales. I don't like that personally. Maybe some of you do. I don't like that. I don't like that my phone is constantly listening to us. They've done experiments where husbands and wives have gotten in fake arguments. And all of a sudden, their phone is giving them advertisements for counselors. Like, Knock that stuff off. Get a phone that will not spy on you. Okay, I love this thing. I'm running a VPN off. I'm running fake GPS. I'm using encrypted communication. I'm like four or five levels of
Starting point is 00:30:42 security on this phone. And I feel pretty comfortable with it, all right? And I'm talking to people all the time. I mean, you're talking about like Tucker Carlson when he was interviewing Vladimir Putin, and he was using the signal app, which is a good encrypted app, but he was using an iPhone. And so they had back doors to it. And they were able to look. at every single text that was going through. That's bunk. I don't want to be a part of that. If you don't want to be a part of that, go check out mark37.com. Use the promo code church and state and take back your security, ladies and gentlemen. All right. Also, please hit the donate button for us one more time. Just please hit it, keep us on the air so that we can continue
Starting point is 00:31:17 to have fantastic conversations like the one we're engaged in right now. $10, $20 a month. It helps us immensely. All right. With that, let's go back to our guest, Holly Adams for Congress for Ohio. And Holly, one of the worst parts of my job on this is when I'm looking at that timer and I'm like, oh, I'm going to have to cut them off and I had to cut you off. I apologize. You know how it is, though. So please continue your thoughts on education, though. Well, so I started with homeschool. Another is school choice and vouchers. I completely support that. And, you know, I think the parents should be able to spend their money. Remember, it's their money. So the problem is right now the government taxes people and they're taxed, you know,
Starting point is 00:32:05 a lot thousands, tens of thousands of dollars per year to pay for the schools depending on where your health is. And then that's where your kids go. And you have no say as a parent right now, we need to return the school back to local control is what I believe. But you have no control over what they're teaching in those schools. And they're taking your money to indoctrinate and endanger your children. So it's ridiculous. So that should not be done. A family should have a certain amount of money.
Starting point is 00:32:37 I understand that somebody might make less than $60,000 a year and have six kids. And you can do that in America. So through a tax collection, they could collect the taxes from other people and say, hey, any American parent, here is, $8,000 per child or $10,000 per child, whatever is a reasonable cost per child to get the education that they need. They don't have to have all these fancy screens and the newest gadgets and the spying devices on our children, right? Paper, pencil, those projectors, right? Where the teachers that we grew up with, or at least I grew up, I'm older than you, we determined before the call. you know, they put on, it's like, what do they need? They need a safe, warm place with teachers
Starting point is 00:33:31 that care about them, with teachers that are knowledgeable in the subject matter being taught, right? So each and then the parents choose. And then the taxpayer dollars, get those kids transported to school and back, right? Or a nonprofit can help raise money to say, hey, you, both of you are working, you can't get your child to school and back. There's not a bus. So this nonprofit's going to take care of it. So people will come along and help that, but we need to have parents being able to control what their children are being taught. And I do love, and I know that you brought up TPSA earlier, and that's where we met.
Starting point is 00:34:11 And Charlie Kirk did start a great educational organization, too, about the same time he started the faith organization. And I love those people and what they're doing, because the fact is there aren't enough private education places that people like us that value God and value our Constitution and value other people. We're, you know, I'm a Christian. You're a Christian. We love other people. I truly, I don't care if you vote a certain way or you disagree with me politically. I love you. And I want the best for you, right? And we need more of that in our government. But they have a great program. And so what his idea was is that we have several. How many churches do we have across America?
Starting point is 00:35:01 How many? Is it 15,000? There's a lot more than that, Caleb. Do you know? Oh, churches? Way more than that. Yeah, for sure. Okay. Six, right? A lot of these churches are only being used on Sunday mornings or Saturday nights or one night during the week. how about opening up these churches for children and education again and using that space and having affordable curriculum that the parents know exactly what's being taught from K to 12 Hillsdale has great programs there's other programs out there too and having these again going back you know sometimes progress is good and better and sometimes what we've progressed to right now in our American education system is not better.
Starting point is 00:35:52 It's worse. So using these spaces that are already there and helping these children to grow and be nurtured, you know, in that church environment like they used to. So, I mean, I'm not here to, I mean, I like to support anything that I believe in. And I think that that is a great resource. And I forget the website.
Starting point is 00:36:15 I think you would just search turning point, Academy or Turning Point Education. But it's a wonderful organization. I'd love to see more churches start to do that. Because they can, I know some churches that I called on when I worked for Charlie's organization, they were opening their spaces and letting homeschool cooperatives use them. So that's fine too. Yeah, these are good options.
Starting point is 00:36:42 And yeah, it is, it's Turning Point Academy. You know, I mean, personally, for me, like, I want to drop a bomb on the Department of Education. Not really, not literally. But I just want to end that federal program. I want to privatize the entire thing. I think it works so much better. And I love the idea of churches opening up their doors.
Starting point is 00:37:01 It's a big building. They're in every community across America. And it's just a great way to get education back in the hands of the parents where they can have control over what their kids are learning. And it allows the free market to enter in as well. If a school is teaching ludicrous things, then guess what? that school is probably going to be shuttered because the vast majority of Americans don't believe that America is this racist, colonial, just, you know, garbage community.
Starting point is 00:37:27 Nah, we don't believe that. We believe that America is good. And so we can continue to teach our kids that way. It's a great idea. Holly, I have an interesting story on that note. Go ahead. And this is what I like. You know, I like to be able to converse and talk to people with different mindsets.
Starting point is 00:37:44 I believe if we could actually have honest, real, conversations and debate in our country, a lot of people that consider themselves far left. And nothing like us conservatives would say, oh, that makes so much sense. So I used to be in a mom group when our kids were in preschool, and we would try to get together once a month just to kind of breathe, support each other, talk about the kids, what's going on, and just, you know, be ourselves. And they're one of the women in the group that is one of my best friends to this day, like 18 years later, considers herself, you know, a very far left liberal individual for certain reasons that she would describe that she feels herself that way. So I said, let's just get together, you know, some night and just have a conversation.
Starting point is 00:38:34 And so we did. And I said, you know, would you agree that our, our, the American education, system is failing at least, and I didn't say all of them, I said at least 50% of the children in our country. And she said, absolutely. I said, how would you change it? This far left liberal mother, protective mother that sent her children to Kuma on on Wednesdays to learn more than the school system was teaching her, said, I would privatize it. Education system and people, well, we can't do it their way because it's them. And we're going to do it. And we're We can't do it our way, but she was this way. She considers herself.
Starting point is 00:39:33 And it's like if we came together, and that's just two parents came together and demanded better, we'd have better. We would. You're absolutely right. And I've devoted a considerable amount of time on this program talking about that intentional divide. And the reality is, is the vast majority of Americans, we can talk with each other. We can sit down at a coffee table and explore alternative ideas.
Starting point is 00:39:58 We really need to move away from this tribalism of you and, you and like on our side, Democrats is just this evil monster. Some of them are. Some of the leadership and some of the more hardcore activists. Yes, I would agree with that. But your average American citizen that votes Democrat, they're not the enemy. And we need to be able to have conversations with them. Holly, I wanted to transition here. I mean, there's a lot more issues that we could discuss, but we'll run out of time before we can get to that. I will encourage the audience to go to Holly Adamsfor Congress.com and check out all the different issues. But Holly, I wanted to turn this towards our time here at TPP USA Faith, that when we work together. And obviously for the vast
Starting point is 00:40:39 majority of the country, the death of Charlie Kirk was a very significant event. It literally broke my heart to watch that. But can you talk a little bit about your time there, some of your takeaways and how it helped you grow and really get you to this position where you're now running for Congress? Yes. It was amazing. And his death is tragic and it still, it still breaks my heart to this day. And it breaks my heart to see how horribly some people have treated Erica Kirk during the situation. And that's a whole other topic, a whole other discussion. But she is graciously forgiven the person that murdered her, her, Charlie, her husband, the father of her children. And I just, she, she,
Starting point is 00:41:33 She is accepted that God took them at this time for a reason. But she's the one that has to get up every morning without the love of her life, without her partner, and without a father for her children. And that breaks my heart. So I just have to say that. How anybody could treat her the way some people have is just not right. But yeah, I, so interesting story is I'm a career salesperson.
Starting point is 00:42:01 I was in sales for almost 30 years, very successful in corporate sales. And God started nudging me back in 2008 to get more aware and more educated and more involved because, I mean, he woke up a lot of people when Barack Obama came on the scene. But I had young children in a full-time career, and I couldn't have gotten as engaged as possible. But I did as much as I could. I'd help get out the vote. I'd run political action centers. I've done as much as I could.
Starting point is 00:42:30 And then in 2022, I was working for a software company, and they ended up laying me off. And it's the first time that had happened to me. And I was, you know, my default would have been going to the search engines and typing in sale or cybersecurity sale is what I was doing at the time. And God gave me like a big elbow and was like, no, I've built you for something else. I've shaped you for something else. Your passions, you know what your passions are, and you know I have a purpose for you, and you've always been wanting to do.
Starting point is 00:43:09 Like, what is my purpose? What, you know, it's not selling software. That was paying bills, and I needed to provide for my family. So I typed into the search engines, um, politics and faith. And this job came up for Charlie Kirk's organization to be a faith repress. covering Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. And I thought, well, I didn't know he hired people my age.
Starting point is 00:43:34 I was 50 years old. Fifty years old. God had shaped me all up to that time. God, I feel he called me to do that. And I was 50 years old. I took a 80% pay cut from corporate sales to go do something I was passionate about and I believed in. And I grew more in those two years. I called on pastors, non-profit groups, met people like us across those three states for two years. And they changed my life. I'm closer to God than I've ever been. I love people. You know, I used to not pray for people that I considered were on the opposite fence of me.
Starting point is 00:44:21 I spent my time praying for people on my side of the fence. But I do. And, you know, like you said about it's not, there's good people that vote for the wrong party. There's good people that haven't left the Democrat Party. And so, you know, I have friends. I have family. They're part of that group. And what comes to me is Jesus saying, Father, forgive them.
Starting point is 00:44:43 They know not what they do. They have been taught and led and they watch channels that perpetuate their hate and their divisiveness. And they're good people. I mean, these are people I love dearly, right? So I love them. I have a relationship with them. We sometimes don't, you know, just avoid talking religion and politics. But I pray for them.
Starting point is 00:45:10 I want them to kind of see, you know, where God plays a role in our country and where people like me are trying to play a role in our country. Sure. Yeah. No, I appreciate you. your vulnerability and talking about working for Charlie for TPUSA Faith. It was a great time. And I'm so glad I was able to meet you through that and now following your career as you're running for Congress.
Starting point is 00:45:35 So I'm going to bring up Holly Adamsfor Congress.com once again. And I want everybody to donate here. I know I talk about donating on my own show, but Holly Adams is a worthy candidate for Congress. And we need more of people that want to represent. the citizenship, people who have a servant heart. And so for the audience and anyone from around the country, please consider donating to Holly Adams. And Holly, I want to give you the last words. I took care of the donate part for you so you don't have to hit on that.
Starting point is 00:46:08 I know you don't like that. But please, any last words for the audience here? No, I appreciate that. I would just say, you know, I hope I've been able to share or you've been able to learn what you wanted to learn from me from the show today. what Caleb hopes that you can learn when he has people like me on the show. A lot of you might not live in Ohio's District 1. It covers the southwest part of Ohio. Cincinnati is the major city that's part of that,
Starting point is 00:46:38 and then two counties north of that. So all I would say is if you could go to my website, if you can donate money, please do. It is a huge help. I'm trying to win the primary race and then the general with the least amount of money possible, because I believe people should be elected, not based on the size of their war chest, but the good and their heart and the quality of work that they're going to do. So if you could do that, re. And then if you know any other people that would want to support a candidate like me, just text them a link to my page and say, hey, you might want to, you know, I think you want to support this person.
Starting point is 00:47:16 And then certainly if you know anybody that lives in the Cincinnati area, southern, southwest Ohio, please let them know. Hey, I heard this girl talk. She's like us. She's one of us. She's trying to get to Congress to represent people. I'll be representing Ohioans and, you know, all Americans when I do that. So, you know, there are elections lost by one vote and 66 votes.
Starting point is 00:47:42 And each of you probably know at least 66 people that could. vote for me. So just sharing would be great. And I appreciate your time today. Caleb, I thank you for having me. I will work on being more concise before you have me on next day. No, you've been absolutely great. And I'll just say this from the microphone right here. Holly Adams has the full endorsement of church and state. So this is, this is if I lived in Ohio, this is who I would be voting for. This is not just voting. This is who I would donate my time and my money too. And that's another big key element there, Holly. People need to volunteer. They need to get out there. They need to walk the streets with you. Doorbelling is one of the most essential things that you can do in politics.
Starting point is 00:48:28 So please, some grassroots activists, you live in Ohio. You're listening to this. Contact Holly and volunteer your time. Holly, it's been an absolute pleasure having you on, as I knew it would be. I've got to go ahead and close us out. If you hold on one more minute post-production to say our goodbyes, I'd appreciate it. But again, Thank you for your time and thank you for your service. Thank you. Absolutely. Well, there you go, ladies and gentlemen.
Starting point is 00:48:50 Holly Adams for Congress. We need good people. We really desperately need good people to represent we the people. And Holly is one of those people. As I said, I completely endorse her for Congress. So please, if you live in Ohio, get out there. Get one of the good people in. All right.

Are you aware that the Holy Word of God tells us to eat beef? Romans 14 says one person's faith allows them to eat anything, but another whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. Look, it may sound kind of foreign the idea of meat being an investment, but as you go to the grocery store, you can see that everything is increased.
Starting point is 00:51:12 This is including beef. So buy something that's got a 10 to 15 year shelf life and make sure that your family is okay and that when there's a crisis that you're not in the breadline waiting on the government asking, please, sir, may I have some more? Have you read the ingredients and the meats that are now in the grocery stores these days? There's all sorts of synthetic products in it. We've got MRNA, they've got vaccine technology in it. Not for me.
Starting point is 00:51:37 I don't want to eat that garbage. I know that I can trust the people at griddown, chowdown. because it is one ingredient and that one ingredient is beef. The process is so simple. All you do is go down to your basement or your bunker if you're so lucky. Grab the vacuum sealed package. Go upstairs to your kitchen. Open it up.
Starting point is 00:51:58 Add a little bit of water. Wait a little bit and boom. It's rehydrated and you can make anything you want. Tacos, lasagna, hamburgers, whatever you'd like with the beef, your family is going to be happy and you're going to be well fed. I need you all to go to griddownchowdown.com. and put in an order for this storable beef. They got lots of different options for you.
