These are delegates for toll and roll. So I'm going to be joined by Shauna Gentry, Kirk Pendergrass, and Billy Powers.

And with that introduction, thank you guys for joining us here on Church and State. Let's talk about Toll and Roll and how we push back. Well, Caleb, first of all, thank you very much for having us on. The three of us are very thrilled to be here. We love what you do. We love Church and State conversations. Toll and Roll is one mission and one mission only. It's of by for the people, and it's about putting bureaucracy and government overreach back in the pockets where they belong away from us.

With that said, our mission is for the entire country to have its land records, court records, agency records, audited for counterfeit, forged, and perjured documents. And with that simple, it sounds hard, but it's not. They send their little crawlers in. They program the crawlers to pull out and extrapolate the information needed. And when I say they, one of our first meetings back a year ago, May 3rd, we met with Doge, and we handed them 1136 pages of evidence relating to counterfeit, forged, and perjured documents, as well as the patented software system in where it operates all the way up to the Department of Defense in secrecy. for those counterfeit purged and forged documents to exist behind the scenes,

literally stealing our children, our parents, our land, and our lives, and our freedoms. Our liberties are not only at stake, but most people do not realize how they've been stolen. So what toll and rule does is we reset the foundation so that we have somewhere to build upon again just like 250 years ago. that was where we were supposed to build our liberties from. But instead of building liberties, the get around it's happened, and the corporate structure happened. And what happened was they've re-enslaved us one person at a time, one man, woman, child, one piece of land at a time. And therefore, the people are back again 250 years later to do the same thing.

taxation without representation was the founding problem right from the get-go. We're sitting again where tariffs, taxation, church, everything's being attacked, and it's our pocketbooks that they're in the pockets grabbing everything from. So with that said, it's that simple. Counterfeit forged and perjured documents audited out of land, court, and agency records. And what you're seeing since we met with Doge is I don't know how many have recognized, but in the last year, 10 months especially, audits across this country have revved up.

So we know the investigations are going on. We know that Doge and the DOJ, we have things under seal with them. We have things going on behind the scenes with toll and roll. We don't make public, but we can tell you there's investigations going on. They're extremely serious that even go to murder. So we have a lot of people who have been. part of the toll and role community in the background. We, the faith is here, the three of us, Kirk, Shauna and I,

are three of the delegates that are D.C. delegates that actually represent every man, woman, child in this country. And not only this country, but Caleb, what we are doing, because it operates all the way up to the Department of Defense's internationally around the world, resets our entire country through the international means. and it's not hyperbole. Everyone that's touched this, we're in 60 congressional offices right now,

we pay off the national debt, we bring back the Office of Protect, which is up by and for the people that operates beside, not inside, beside the corporate structure. And I have a meeting in two weeks with one of the groups who, I'm not going to give all their information

because it's too much, but just suffice it to say they have 37 states, right now ready to go Republic basically and we're waiting for that knowledge. So with that, they needed a foundation because once you go and you separate and you truly are part of the Republic, aside from the corporate structure, people say, well, we need grand juries. We need to do, you know, not only grand juries, we need to do possees for sheriffs. We need, well, great.

But if you don't have the foundation, that's going to represent that. No matter how hard you try to do that, it's not going to happen. So Kirk, for instance, 30 years in law, he can tell you that it is a battle in these courts because they do not, they the courts, the judicial warfare that exists now as a corporate structure. It's all about money, bonds, secrecy, secret societies, politicians who are puppeted. And so what toll and roll said is, in 2007, my journey started. Bank of New York Mellon, shout out to you. Shout out to Orange County, California, San Diego, L.A. and Riverside as the owners of the secure software system. Shout out to Kamala Harris, Obama, and Clinton, who started the Digital Act.

Because if not for all of those things combined together, toll and roll would have not been in D.C. because without what I just said, we would have still had honor, transparency, and ethics inside our courtrooms. So that's where toll and roll started. So as the co-founder with John Bloom,

March 7th, Toll and Roll was founded, I found my ranch burned to the ground. I called John crying, and he said, you know what, Billy? It's time to roll. And I said, yeah, the damages are tolling, John,

and all of a sudden we both kind of took a breath in, and it was we're tolling and rolling. The damages are tolling. So we're rolling. And we did shortly after that, 8,000 miles across the country, six more trips after that. And now we have two phases that are joining me today

that have rounded out our delegation. So thank you for letting me introduce toll and roll, and I'm so looking forward to you hearing from Shawna and Kirk as well, but for the country, know that whether you realize it or not, the three faces here represent you. The rest of us behind the scenes represent you. And there's hundreds of whistleblowers, thousands of advocates, and millions of victims standing on our shoulders.

So thank you, Caleb. Yeah, no, I got to tell you, I love that introduction. It's grassroots. it's exactly what's needed. As a as a bibliitarian, as I refer to myself or a Christian libertarian, I really hate when somebody says, the government ought to do nothing. Like, get out of it. It screws everything up.

And so I like the grassroots aspect of this. Now, you're talking about, you know, these documents that are in courthouses all across America that have stolen our kids, stolen our property. Can you give some, like, applications of what that would look like? I want to take this conversation to where your average person can look at and say, oh, this was a case that maybe I remember or if this happened to me, I would get really angry. Can you give us some examples of that? I'll give you two. Right now I'm dealing with a woman who had her home stolen. Actually, she last week called me suicidal. So emotions run high in this. What she was suicidal over was that counterfeit documents had been put into the case and perjury had been committed lying about everything to do with her land records. The deed that was filed was done without power of attorney, stripping, her of her deed and Shauna can tell you all about

that. Second, you have children who have CPS show up and their documents that they record and that they write upon will say mother was beating the child or father was inappropriate. The child

said father touched her or him inappropriately when none of that actually happened. And people go oh that can't be true. No. Those documents are just a sample of what goes into the courts and into agency records

and it's all about procedure. So if they get a document that checks the box off for taking that child out of a home, if they can prove without any evidence just the word of an attorney because he is a court officer,

so normally the judges will believe them, no matter what the party who knows it's not true says. And instead of us defending our children, we end up defending our lives because of the lies in these documents. And they can be recorded anywhere. These can be your city council, as you know, Caleb. Someone can go out and put a ticket on a house and say this house is going to be condemned

because its water system isn't working properly. the electricity is about ready to cause the house to burn down and the homeowner could literally be saying, wait, wait, wait a minute, where did this come from? Right? There is nothing wrong with the house or wrong address

or your neighbor down the street who's mad at you because you parked in front of their house so they decide to turn you in for child abuse on an anonymous line and that document of anonymous false accusations now turns your life into a living Tasmanian health. So when I say it's that simple, it is even easier than that. And in order for those documents to have any kind of accountability and responsibility,

what we say is, and if you'll watch across this country, you'll hear domestic violence, domestic terrorism. domestic terrorism is what is a label that allows for the Patriot Act to kick in. Think about this. And when that is done, your home can literally be invaded without a search warrant, without anything. And so we have to be really conscious of the fact that the bureaucrats and the lobbyists across this country know the game. they know that it doesn't matter if they're lying on a document because then if it goes into the court

the court is going to presume that document's real until it's proven faulty and even when you have the evidence that that document is faulty the judge then without a jury will opine without expert opinion by the way he will not only be the judge jury and witness but he will play expert witness when it comes to

child psychology, when it comes to insurance, when it comes to finances. So you have a problem, we have a major problem that any document in creation of fraud, we at toll and roll say

this proposed bill, the People's Remedy and Restoration Act, requires a national emergency to audit these records and any found guilty of counterfeit, forgery, perjury, is a domestic terrorist committing domestic violence,

which is also treason against this country. You will not have people making anonymous phone calls of which false accusations are created when that can truly be trapped right back to them. I don't care if you make an anonymous. They know where that phone call came from. They can track you down. So guess what?

think we're going to have people thinking long and hard before they destroy somebody else's life because this country has gotten to the point where there's no accountability and you can say whatever you want on social media because there's nothing you're not in someone's face you're in their space and what does the constitution say about press pass about our boundaries about our sovereignty so kirk um i'd like you to chime in now you and shana and give a piece of this because I know I'm going to stop and turn it over. All right. Well, thank you for having me on here with you folks today.

Caleb, I have never really seen your stuff before, so I will definitely look into your stuff a little bit more, given what you've got going on here. And, again, appreciate you being, providing this platform for us to be on. Just kind of a brief background. I'm founder of Kirch-Law Corner. I've been studying law, history of law, since 1995. I was also the child in 1985 that was kidnapped by CPS of State of Washington from my mother and family, broke up my whole family.

So I have a little bit of experience with corruption and learned at a very young age that they are corrupt. They lie. They steal, they cheat. In 1995, you know, I was subjected to the corruption myself, so I made a vow to God sitting in the jail cell that I would start studying law so that I wouldn't get screwed like that again. I never thought that it would turn into, you know, founding my own LLC and providing education and news to people. Never thought it would get this far into my life and take over my whole life. So, but here we are, and this is what I've studied and learned, and to kind of bring people back to the beginning of all this, let's look at the Declaration of Independence. Those are declared acts of tyranny. Okay, so one of them being, subjecting us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, unacknowledged by our law and given his assent to their pretended acts of legislation.

So, in essence, what are they actually talking about there? They're talking about the Roman civil law, or the ancient civil law of the Roman Empire, or Roman law. The code. So that's all the pandex and the code and all this stuff. That's the foreign jurisdiction. We're supposed to have the laws of nature and common law as our fundamental law, not Roman civil law. This was all brought in and changed starting actually even earlier. around 1818 1845 with New York and California and then through the Reconstruction

Acts of 1871 it was basically fully implemented through Congress is this civil law or code of civil procedure act altering the fundamental law from common law to the Roman civil law which is all you know orchestrated and perpetrated by members of the bar these foreign agents to the crown Now, these are the foreign invaders. They've invaded all aspects of the three branches of government, hijacked our form of government, altering our form of government. Now we have what's called the administrative state under the Administrative Procedures Act, which was all presented by the bar in, what was it, 1946, I think it was, in 1956, somewhere around there, the Administrative Procedures Act, which

transfers to power from the legislative branch to the executive branch where all these members of the bar are sitting behind every single executive agency which goes back to the Declaration of Independence erecting a multitude of new offices sending hither swarms of officers to harass our people and eat out their substance so like CPS or like EPA like FPI all these different executive agencies are non-government governmental organizations and all this bureaucratic crap that's non-elected officials who we can't necessarily hold responsible directly because oh you got to go over here and you got to do this all this stuff that subverts the constitution and due process of law that they can strip us of our rights and turn them into privileges and it's all regulated right like we're in commerce or something

That's the altering fundamentally our form of government, which is also the declared act of tyranny and the Declaration of Independence. So it's like they're using the Declaration of Independence as a checklist of things to do instead of things not to do. And that is a very, very good document to go read to, you know, just read those declared acts of tyranny and then compare those what our founders were saying back then. to what's going on today. And so this is where we're at. We're exposing this stuff. And, you know, with my historical background and research, I'm presenting the facts of history of we've already been here.

Not once, not twice, but at least three or four times, all throughout history, even going clear back to 400 BC. So how far back in history do we want to go as a repeat, right? and biblically, you know, God tells us that my people shall perish for a lack of knowledge. And if anyone reads the rules for radicals by Saul Olinsky, there's eight different points in there, and one of them being to dumb down society is to take over the education. And so we've been so far dumbed down that we have no knowledge of God's law, the laws of nature and what God, you know, as our creator, endowed us with this soft,

sovereign tea, we are the sovereign in our own rights and what we create such as our children. We're sovereign over those whatever we create we are the sovereign including government because we the people create government. The instrument of government is in fact the Constitution itself. So they have stripped us of our powers and our rights and turned them into privileges and they call them civil rights. rights when we're supposed to have natural rights and political rights. Not civil rights, because that's Roman civil law, and those are privileges that are granted by the king, and, you know, can be regulated, it will, get granted and taken away. You know, we no longer have primary, fundamental, absolute rights that are set in stone. But I am seeing, within the court

system now, they're starting to go back to the, what the way it's supposed to be, the standard review is history and tradition and getting away from, well, what's the statute, what's the case law say? Now they're going back to history and tradition, and I believe it's based off of Trump's proclamations reestablishing the rule of law, law day, and those kinds of things, executive orders going after those involved in serious human rights abuse. and corruption worldwide. That would be Executive Order 13818. The recent executive order from April 28th of 2025 bringing the military into the states to eradicate all crime. Section 5, that executive order specifically points and directs to public servants. So things are happening.

This is a military operation. I've covered this stuff since December, you know, when that first executive order came out, December 20th of 2017. I started covering this stuff in September of 2017. I've explained this stuff over and over through my several podcasts back in the day there was three nights a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. My partner, Christopher Hallett. Ask you, Kirk, please. When you talk about Chris, we need to get on Shauna because we only have limited time.

So go into Chris and then transit if you can. to Shana please. Yeah, Christopher Hallett. And we, you know, we worked on doing what at that time we called a petition of remonstrance. But since then I've learned that there's a distinction between a petition and a remonstrance. But the fact is, this was done to Congress in 2017. And then E-Clause was created by the consent of Congress. We were challenging the bars of monopoly, cannot license the practice of law,

and reporting on the corruption in the judicial branch. And so that's how Christopher got eClause started by the consent of Congress as loss prevention for the government of the United States of America. And it was essentially Doge before Doge was ever created. So through this process, the right to petition the legislature, the legislative branch for the redress of grievances, First Amendment and every single state constitution will tell you you have the right to petition the legislature for your redress of grievances. First Amendment and every single state constitution will tell you you have the right to petition the legislature for your redress of grievances. Then this particular secondary petition of remonstrance that was filed is where toll and roll and everything, all of this is coming from. And so that was done in 2019.

Chris was murdered in November of 2020, so things kind of fell apart. And I wasn't contacted about this stuff. So nobody really knew that I was Chris's right-hand man, and I had some of the same knowledge that Chris had. Up until recently, I'm like, hey, I found this stuff. I'm like, this is the stuff that we were working on. And so I've been brought in. I flew out to D.C. the very next morning after I talked to these folks here.

Yeah, getting right in the middle of this and picking up where Chris and I left off. So here we are going after the bad actors in government and instructing our representatives in government, now 60 different offices, and many, you know, many different senators and representatives are on board with this stuff. We're already in there. This isn't, we're not trying to get in the door. We're already in the door. There's already legislation being drafted, seven different bills, connection to Doge, demanding investigations. Those investigations, those investigations, are happening, as Billy pointed out earlier. So

with that, I will turn that over to camera here. Sorry. We'll bring Shauna on here. And, Sean, we will, we're going to have like a heartbreak coming up fairly soon, but don't worry, we will come back to you. But please start, and

I'll have to break in, but that's just the nature of the beast. Go ahead. I'll start off in the morning to America that we are in a constitutional crisis at this very moment. So I don't believe in coincidences. My name's Shawna. I've been a public notary for 23 years for the state of Ohio.

I recently met Billy. I had heard about Toll and Rule prior to Billy reaching out to me, and I was so blessed when she reached out to me because I do not believe in coincidences at all. And so I'm just going to, I'm going to back up a minute, and I'm going to kind of go in between both Billy and I guess I'm in the same boat you are. Kirk, thank you. I'm going to kind of go in between and I'm going to say I have always loved the history

of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. I have studied in college. I took some law classes. But when it comes down to it, The Constitution states that every, me, as a notary, I have to have my oath and bond filed with the Secretary of State. Otherwise, I am acting without authority. And I know that we've all heard that, like, go for the bond thing. But I need to let everyone know what is going on in the judiciary is the Secretary of State is no longer holding bonds. In fact, what they are doing is allowing the judges to go in in a county poll.

And it is stripping us up. Donna, I got to cut you off here. We had that hard break, but ladies and gentlemen, for the NRB TV network, we are going to come back. We're going to finish this. I hate that, but it is just, it comes with the territory. So, Shauna, please continue what you were saying. Getting out is that the Secretary of State has stated that they made an amendment, won't say what the amendment is, but the judges now can hold their own bond. And if the clerk wants to give it to you, they will. If they don't, oh well, they are now putting in self-paid polls, which is stripping us of our right to investigate to actually go and file a complaint. And being a public notary, I'm going to tell you that the bond and oath are constitutional. without them, we don't have authority. So what Toll and Roll is actually doing when Billy and Kirk are both talking about the foundation,

they are laying the foundation out. For us to be able to get where we need to go as Americans to get back to the people's power, we have to have that foundation. And Toll and Roll has laid that completely out. And I am blessed beyond anything I could even say with Toll and Roel because I am so shocked at the amount of detail that these guys have put and how Doge is actually, when you watch and you see what's going on and certain things that are being implemented,

you know it is coming from what Tollen Role has done. Excellent. Well, I got to tell you, everything that you're discussing here, you're painting a pretty bleak picture for these United States. Like, I've already known, and I've already had a lot of issues with what's currently going on, regardless of administrations. I will throw many under the bus. You know, George Bush was not much different than Barack Obama. We'll just throw that out there right there. But you're talking about the government has weaponized. They've created lawfare and they are coming for individual citizens

and they're creating stories about people. People are having their kids taken from them. They're getting their property taken from them. And you guys have developed a system that you're fighting back and you're being successful. And it's not even a fight. What's the easiest part of this is we're coming forward saying, look, we know what you did. You know we know what you did. And now you know, we know, we know, you know. So we're going to go forward and we're going to put a line in the sand that says this is where we fix it. Get on with your bad selves on your corporate side. Remember, we are the creditors for giving the debtors and paying off the national debt.

as well as taking care of the victims, taking care of the retirement funds, which are completely stripped right now because of securitization, and anything left over, a check is cut to each and every American-born man, woman, child. Even the baby, while that wedding gets wet and is put on that line, any child born at that time is part of that. And I can tell you, Caleb,

We have had this looked at. When Doge saw the evidence hand delivered last April, almost a year ago now, Matt walked in with our big binders, which you can see in the pictures on our website, and the gentleman that was our first contact saw the affidavit of remedy. And it laid these things out. One, remedy for the people, the victims. Number two, the replenishment of the retirement funds. Number three, pay off the national debt.

number four, a check to each and every American born man, woman, child. And that is not just a check for a tariff $2,000 that we keep hearing about. This is hundreds of trillions of dollars in fines, fees, and lifetimes in prison that are ready and laying on the table right now. Caleb, if I told you to go in your kitchen and you had a million dollars on the table, how fast would you be off screen? I can disappear right now. Yeah, right? So when we gave this to Doge, we said, what are you waiting for? You guys are making all these, I talked to one of their administrators when we were first starting out, and I said, you know, we're watching television.

You guys are up there bragging about a million dollars here, 1.2 there. Guess what? We're laughing at you. On the table are hundreds of trillions of dollars. Quit the theater. Just come on and get it done. and when we walked into their offices and we sat around them, now not just once, multiple times,

the first question is, what you're waiting for? What you're waiting for? You can do these audits across the country. Nick Shirley can go in and find Somalians who have done this or done that. They couldn't have done it without counterfeit forage to purge of documents. They couldn't have done it if our government hadn't opened the door or their state governments to allow that, procedure to happen. So there are hundreds of trillions of dollars in fines and fees.

Those lifetimes in prison, somebody's got to go, but like a gentleman Louis Herms, who's running for governor in California, he said, you know what I like about your guys is Bill, Billy? It draws a line in the sand and says, we can, we can, you know, negotiate here. You don't want to go to prison now? Guess what? That line is done. You do it again after that document's wedding signature. We're not only going to send you to jail, but counterfeiting and pirating are hanging offenses. They're treason. They're in the Constitution, by the way.

Now, the Constitution doesn't say hanging. The Constitution basically says at the discretion, right? Well, I don't know about you guys, but I'm thinking hanging, we're starting to hang pedophiles. Why don't we hang the treasonous, you know whaters, who are violating our religious rights, our liberties, and stealing everything we own? Toll and rule's mission is to return things. Go ahead, Kirk. The other one is Death by Firing Squad under Court Marshall. Yeah, I was actually just looking at that.

Was anybody raising their hand? I'm a Marine Corvette, I'm aware of that one. Oh, there we go. Yeah, also a Marine Corvette, so I can appreciate that. You guys must be really popular with the bureaucrats in D.C. I imagine as they see you guys walking in the door, there's a lot of this going on, like don't make eye contact. Well, actually, you'd be surprised. We go in because we're old.

I mean, we're all older. I mean, we may not look as old as we feel half the time, but we go in and Tom can't even hardly walk. So it's like, can we just sit down for a second? The next thing you know, would you like a soda? Would you like some water? and we start talking to them as grandparents and parents would talk because they're young, the staffers at the front desk, we say pull up our website, see who we are. Then we open and engage in conversation.

Most of them are law students. Those are very interesting conversations. I had one young lady I said, you know, I'm going to tell you what. I'm going to be your grandma right now. Honey, you're getting a law education, but let's talk about where that's going to take you in a few years because total enroll's goal is to shut down the bar. There's no license to practice law. You may believe there is, but there isn't.

So what we want you to do is learn real law. We want you to learn how to protect the property. And, you know, let's start talking to the governors and the Northwest Ordinance of 1787, which gives the governors the duty to protect our property, which includes our children, our parents, our land, our homes. And you know what? I have yet to meet anyone who was running for governor that actually knew the job title.

And I don't know about you, Caleb, but if you're going to go look for a job, shouldn't you know what it is when you're signing up to do it? You would think so. I mean, this is, I've got to tell you, this is one of my favorite questions. I've interviewed a lot of politicians over the years, and one of my favorite questions to ask them right up the bat is, what is the purpose of government? And you get so many weird responses. And it's like, it's simple, guys, it's right in the declaration.

it's to secure our rights. I mean, I'll give you the answer for any future politicians I may be interviewing. Just hit me with that. Secure our rights. Boom. A plus, you're going to get support. But it's amazing how many people don't know this stuff. Especially the ones running for the office to do the job.

Steve Hilton, you know, all of them. We interviewed Matt and I back in November on Kim Yaters, you know, and Dr. Franks moderated the debates. And the first question we said is, would you be willing today to accept the role and accept the duty of working with toll and roll to audit the land records of this state and the court records and hold accountable anyone who's committing counterfeiting, forgery and perjury? And the first question we asked them, though, was, are you willing to do the job of the governor? And do you know what that job is? and you know none of them opened up with yeah my job is to protect the people and the land and the property of the state no they opened up with my job is to make sure there's no waste uh my job is to and i was like and it was

embarrassing actually because i never expected them to not know the job they were aligned for and literally when when steve hilton stood up to walk away he he pivoted back and he said you know nobody's ever asked me that question. And I said, well, sir, it was obvious because you couldn't answer it because you said, I don't know, I don't know enough about that topic. Because what are they told when they're running for office? They're people behind say, only answer A, B, C, this is how you answer it. Well, when you ask them a question they haven't been practicing, they have to say, I don't know, I'll have to get back to you on that. And the question is, why would you have to question the very simplicity.

I think a lot of it. You're absolutely right. And Kirk, I'll go to you in a second here. But I'm a big ninth and tenth amendment advocate. I love competition between the states. And so as I'm kind of rolling through this in my head, the first state that'll actually do what you guys are talking about will become the most competitive state in the entire union.

People will be moving there in droves. Now, I'm not holding my breath. I'm in Washington State. Bill, you're in California. We're kind of out. We're already out. We're not doing this. Well, you know.

This is what we've been asked to do. I was contacted to write state-specific bills or referendums, is what they're called, a state-specific referendum per 50 states that will go on top of the people's remedy and restoration. That's federal. So right now, our team is in the middle of finalizing for Georgia, Massachusetts, or California, Minneapolis, I did say Florida.

So we've got about 10 of them right now. Idaho states that we have been heavy in for the last since 2019. And these are going to be state-specific bills that actually are implemented as a referendum to do exactly what the federal bill would do. And you know why that's important? It's because we said to all of these governors,

across this country and all the AGs and all these representatives if the states do not do this they give up the stake to the claim of the criminal and civil penalties they will stay with the federal

civil and criminal collections so the states are silly not to work with us because if you have hundreds of trillions of dollars on the table and you're a state that keeps wanting to tax and tax and tax there should be no tax And this, literally, this bill allows for enough collection for generational wealth, for the health, wealth, and well-being of each state.

So we say, all of y'all out there in every state, work with toll and roll. Let's get each state their referendum, and let's get it. You don't need Senate and Congressional approval to do this. The people can do this. We simply bring it. And we say in the state, the people want the California, the Florida, People's Remedy and Restoration Act, in where we will audit the records. We will give the victims remedy.

We will replenish our state's retirement funds. We will pay off all of our state's debt. And anything left in our state will go to our Californians, our Nevadians, our Idahoans. They will go to the people. or you don't do it and we finish in federal level with the state or with the Senate and the congressional members

and guess who starts collecting the funds Doge the DOJ these are collected even though they're still going to go to the people the state no longer gets a claim to the funds it's a big deal if you think about it that way

no that is very interesting I mean you're talking about no tax You got this libertarian salivating. I'm going to have to like wipe my chin over here. It's getting wild in here. There shouldn't be taxes. There shouldn't be. You're right. Absolutely. Kirk, you would want to interject and I cut you off. But please tell me what you wanted to say. Well, now's a couple things. But back to kind of what Billy was talking about the governor stuff. At least the governor would have it if a governor has the integrity to admit they don't know and they go say they were going to go look at it. That's integrity in my mind. They at least admit they don't know something. But those that are like, oh, well, you don't know what you're talking about and try to, you know, pawn it off. No, no. So in my mind, that's a sign of integrity, at least admitting they don't know something, and they will go look.

We just need to follow up with that. But the key is Article 4, Section 4, and this is what people need to comprehend about are Republican form of government, and who has what powers. See, the thing is, is it protect us from, well, first, to guarantee a Republican form of government. Two, to protect us from foreign invasion. Three, to protect us from domestic violence. Real domestic violence is about internal insurrection in attempt to overthrow the Constitution and war against the people. Not this domestic relations and the violence against women and children act of 1995. That's all fraud. Congress has no authority to redefine what domestic violence is pursued to Article 4,

Section 4. But here's the key part. It says on application of the legislature or the executive, if the legislature cannot be convened for domestic violence. Now, we have Texas v. White that specifically states that the president, only acting as Commander-in-Chief has the power to set up provisional government pending the outcome of the war. Luther v. Borden is the one that specifically says about domestic violence pursuant Article 4, Section 4, is about internal insurrection. That's the public servants who are altering the fundamental law or a form of government, and then sending hither them swarms of officers to harass our people and eat out our citizens.

substance. Now the key part of this is it is Luther versus Borden, it is a political argument, not a judicial one. This does not go to the judicial branch. The judicial branch does not have subject matter jurisdiction when we're talking about internal insurrection, which is exactly what we're going through right now, which I previously explained about Trump's executive order setting the military. That's the executive that article. 4, Section 4 refers to, Second Amendment, a well-regulated militia being necessary for the security of a free state. That's what that ties to, and the power properly belongs to the executive as the commander-in-chief. To defend this nation, as you and I, Caleb and I both have

taken this oath, to protect us and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Yeah, we got a lot of them. Article 4, Section 4, and the power of the commander-in-chief. Now, remember, the people, or I should say the militia, is composed

of the body of the people themselves. Virginia Declaration of Rights, June 12, 1776, which is actually one of the four founding documents of this nation called America. Then you have Articles Confederation, which

specifically states that the people, the body of the people is the militia. The militia is a body of the people. And the Second Amendment, it will regulated militia being necessary. The regulated militia is the military, both state and federal. Then the second part of the Second Amendment, which goes back to the original intent, and who has what power, is the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, because the people are supposed to be well armed to defend. us from what? Tyranny. From them hijacking our rights and our powers, and we retain the right

and the power to alter, reform, or abolish anything at any time we deem it necessary. It's not only a right. You read the Declaration of Independence. It is a duty of every American to take up arms and defend this nation from foreign or domestic terrorists. We want to use terrorists over there, but they're enemies. Yeah, absolutely. Sean, I saw you raising your hand. I assume you want to interject as well here. And then once you respond, I'm going to bring up the website right after you say what you have to say.

I want to follow right with what Kurt was just saying. In 1992, the U.S. v. Williams, Scalia stated the fourth branch of the government is we, the people. And so we, when we see that we are being stripped of our constitutional rights and the courts have become a weapon that is aimed directly at the people, our children, our inheritance, our land, it is our duty. As a public notary, the only oath I took was to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. I had no other one. So these administrative states have now buckled down into county bar associations and they are digging deeper in deeper and deeper into the entrenchments of the Constitution, and they are completely, I mean,

like due process does not exist in a court of equity, which is a family court and a probate court, does not exist. Yeah, no, very, very well said. So I want to bring up your website here for everyone. I want the audience to go to toll and roll.com. It's a great website. So many different resources. You can, obviously, there's a lot of education here as well, but you have a new declaration

of Independence for 2025. But please, whoever wants to take this, walk us through the website and tell the audience why they should get very familiar with it. Okay, well, first of all, the website, you'll see, and when you say the new declaration of independence, we're now saying 2026, because we're in 2026. People get the wrong idea what that means. We're not saying new declaration of independence. What we're saying is new in the fact that we're honoring.

it. That's where the new comes in. The People's Remedy and Restoration Act you can go to the website you'll see it says donations. Believe me, we are grassroots, so what's funny, and you probably know, Caleb, when you're grassroots,

no one gives money. And the people who want to help you are all the people who are victims who've had everything stolen. And then you have we have a bio page with our documents. The document page, you can click on that for me that would be great let's click first on the documents page it says

documents and bios all right well we'll get that pulled up there it is there we go documents files and convoy delegates bios what you're going to find here is you're going to find you're going to find the bios you're going to see where that says scan to see exhibits that's the original binder documents that went to doge in april of 2025 that binder also went to the support Court. It also went to multiple offices. Doge, the judiciary got it. We had a meeting with the Senate judiciary. Grassley's office was originally very, very active with us. And then we had Captor's office, Congresswoman Captor, who was extremely big in going against Merse 13 years ago. They were very interested in what we had. So what you see there's the petition

of Remonstrance 1 and 2, and then you have the amicus brief, and the spreadsheet. Those were the original filings of Chris Hallett's help with Valerie Nafe, Lori Cole, rest in peace, her and Chris Hallett. Those documents originally got filed

into California first and into Powers v. Bank in New York, Millen. Then you're going to see we have other documents that have to do with the Northwest Ordinance. The 1787, that Northwest Ordinance also has a white paper that explains how in that time it was written. Judges, Judiciary was not to be involved in land records.

It was commissions. It was commissioners. And that was the duty of the governor to make sure that he had land offices and commissioners who oversaw the land records, not judges. Judges were not to participate. But what happened is since that was created, magistrate, more than, into a judge. So they took word trickery from commissioners when it was first founded, and then they started calling a magistrates, and then of course you could trick people in court saying,

oh, we have a magistrate and judge now involved in your land records. They were never supposed to be involved. Your land commission was supposed to oversee and your local law enforcement. Your district attorney should be your first stop when a crime is committed against you. you. It's not a courtroom. That's not criminal. The criminal court, the criminal is your DA, your sheriffs, your police. They refuse to investigate and call it civil. That is because of all the funds that are being made through the county and the state and the federal government, who is the actual party of interest with the bar, the bar's third party contracted, we have the evidence of all of this, with the government, in order to hide that the,

they are representing Fannie Mae Freddie Mac in these foreclosures. The document is in our binders. It clearly states that that is, they're contracted. These law firms are contracted to hide the fact that they're actually stealing these homes for a government agency, not the banks, not servicers. They're taking your children the same way. So you can just take child, parent, house, land, and put, them in the same category because although we've been tricked into believing they're all separate,

they're still all property. It's just we've been tricked. So you go down, you scan further, you saw our bios are in there, the bios are on all of our delegates. I want you to stop when you get to Rod Class's picture. Rod Class is 40, there he is. Rod Class is 45 years in law. Rod Class has 18 sealed cases against the government. He's won cases. They will not let. He's let them be released, but of course he's still onward. He's got about eight cases open now. He's on our team. He is the only man that we know

of in these United States that has the congressional seal for bounty hunting and private attorney general. So we have some of the best legal minds on our team. Christopher Pinkerton, Kirk, Shauna, Rod.

These are people who have legal backgrounds. Irene Rickenbacher. She is Rickenbach. She is a law student. She graduated law. So you can see when you go down, there's Kirk, that on that page alone, you have to read the documents because they give you the foundation of how this all came to be. And how we went from a petition of remonstrance are grievances to the notices of dereliction of duty, basically, for not, for violations of emoluments,

which is they get a paycheck to do this. If you're getting a paycheck to do a job and you're in violation of your duty, you're in violation of your monuments. You're also in violation of your charters. A charter is nothing more than a contract or a foundation of how you run your business, correct?

The Constitution is a charter. Well, if you violate the charter, you violate your state charters. Also, the bar members are in violation of their charters because they stand in order to get their indemnity under insurance, their insurance carriers say they have to swear that they have a license to practice law. Well, there is no license to practice law. Therefore, not only are they in violation and in perjury,

but they are in violation of every case they've ever sat on in around in a court of law. We also know that when these bar card carriers walk into the court, they are not representing you, they are not representing the people, they are not representing anything other than that court. that's it so if you go to the other pages this is this is the page that starts at all then you'll see we have the the bill is on you can go up there and there should be a page

that says a bill the people's Remedy and Restoration Act is under that and seven additional bills underneath that the reason it has seven additional bills is because we had a senior staff attorney who actually within five minutes of having our documents in front of him looked at us and said, you've covered everything.

He said, but the problem is you're meeting with staffers who don't have a clue what you're talking about. And I said, you know, that's an interesting topic. And I'm going to leave it with this on that one. We should not be as whistleblowers victims, professionals, experts in fields, being put in an office with children who are 20 years old, not even knowing their job, learning how to operate computers in the office, and that is not only a dereliction of that congressman, that's senator's duty to the people to hear us. Those are gatekeepers. We do not deal with gatekeepers. Our 60 offices have direct senior staffers involved. Congressman Higgins

himself promised us to do everything he could to help us get this bill recognized. He didn't say sponsored, but he didn't say he wouldn't sponsor it. And when we spoke to Sessions office this last week, they said, well, I thought Higgins was sponsoring this. Congressman out of New Jersey, Congressman Drew, I believe, is his last name.

I may be saying it wrong. We had a nice long walk to his office, Tom and I with him, and we talked about FEMA. We talked about violations in the court. We walked into his office. He said, you know, I'm really sorry, I can't meet with you personally right now. But he told

the girl at the desk, he said, take this binder, make sure it gets to the right people and they follow up. Get these people a meeting. Okay? This is what we're being met with. These congressmen, these senators, they know what we have is real.

But you, I, they also know that they answer to lobbyists and the answers to bureaucracies that will strip them. So Senator Grassley, the interesting thing about his office is very quickly his top donors are Wells Fargo, Blue Cross Blue

Shield, yeah you're starting to see, we're going into the very people and the entities of which these counterfeit forged and perjured documents affect for liability, responsibility and accountability. So they do not. Who doesn't want this to pass? Your lobbyists,

your bureaucrats, your child molesters, your international politicians and offices, because they know damn well that God brought toll and roll, the most haphazard group of people you could imagine, who are just seriously grandparents, victims ourselves, whistleblowers, by the way,

we are registered whistleblowers, recognized with Doge and the judiciary as whistleblowers, knowing that where this ends up is the Department of Defense because they have to intercede, but we also know that we the people, each of us in each state of these United States can get this passed without the bureaucrats, without the legislators, because we can merely bring it to petition and get it on the ballot and vote it in. If you're someone out there and you're watching this and you don't believe me when I say there's hundreds of trillions of dollars to collect, do you know one of the gentlemen I talked to, I said, so let's say there's, 100 trillion left over, maybe even a trillion.

We have, what, 350 million people in this country? You math majors out there? Start doing a little bit, because I can tell you there's going to be about 100 trillion left over. How much would that be per man, woman, and child? Do you think you need SNAP? Snap, we don't need any of that. Snap, we don't need Medicare.

Snap, we don't need these insurance companies. Snap, we don't need any of this bureaucracy because the people... are back in control. That's what toll and roll is about. That is it. That is our foundation. And for all of these gurus and everybody out there that wants to do this on your own, we are you. You are us. You're part of what we do. And the numbers of people contacting me now, who we've dealt with over the last 18 years of my life having everything my family owns stolen through these counterfeit forged and verdured documents, SWAT teams, judges acting out, they all say, oh my gosh, Billy, you brought us with you.

And I'm like, you betcha, our IRS guy. He said, you took what I gave you. I said, of course we did because guess what? I don't know this stuff. I learned this stuff because of my experience. But I also learned this stuff because of the hundreds of people behind us. We as individuals, even our delegates, we're the first ones to tell you, why the heck would you come to us to help you with a court case?

we lost everything we own. Why the heck would you ask us for advice on a court case other than to tell you, do everything you can, get everything documented, and support the People's Remedy and Restoration Act. Call your congressman, call your senators, make noise. Shauna is taking over our social media and our promotions. Shawna, you want to talk a little bit about that

Yeah, so we're going to start a couple of things. one of the things that I am looking forward to the most is having all the delegates in their states that they're at actually do a meet and greet with the public, go through some of the the cases that we've been working on and what tool and roll is and talk about the people's remedy and get the representatives and local you know, I hate that we're a politician, you know, but bring some of our politicians in so that they can actually start to learn because right now Now, one of the greatest things I can tell you is that we should never have an elected official cannot pass a civil test.

Right. Amen. They can't have constitutional test. They got no right being. I'm 100% with you. We need, well, I mean, it's almost like idiocry has come true. Like, our politicians are just as dumb as the vast majority of the people are. So what would we expect is that we're going to?

to get represented by a bunch of imbeciles who do not know the Constitution. Right. Yeah, because they're the only ones that will run for office. Go ahead, John. We're going to do with the whole and all is we're going to have some, like I said, we're going to start doing, I would love to see all of us delegates be in our home states and just have a meet and greet, bring in our representatives, and just really start teaching again the fundamentals of the Constitution and the right of the people.

Just know every 50 states in these United States has had our petition of remod. has had our affidavit of remedy, has had our governors served, has had every document we have is in every 50 state, House and Senate, and in three administrative terms. We had Trump now the second time, Biden in between. They've all been served all of these documents. So what this does is it says, we are in your lane. We have your lane covered. Come to toll and roll. Let's get your lane.

under our purview, and let's get these postcards out. And on July 4th, when we turn 250 years old as a country, let's turn 250 years old honoring our Constitution and the Declaration of Independence by representing and passing and supporting the People's Remedy and Restoration Act for of by the people. That's what this is about. I got to say, I love that. What a great birth. present to America. 250 years, we are at a crossroads. We can either become that dying man, which unfortunately, if we are allowed to continue as we have been, moving from a republic to

democracy to some totalitarian despotic system that we have now. The chaos. Yeah. Or we could have a renewal, a rebirth to take it into the Christian context, to put away that old man and to become a new creature in Christ. We could do all. that if we choose the right methods.
