How are you doing on this Saturday? You can tell by the level of my enthusiasm that I am in ketosis. I have energy. My brain is working a million miles an hour. How is your fast going? Second day should be better, should be better. And by the third day you'll say to yourself, well I don't know why I thought this was such a big deal.

I don't know why I don't know why I thought this was such a big deal Yeah, so that that's one thing you have to know though That Marie and I honor are on a calorie restricted diet. Normally We pretty much one meal a day now when I'm going to school During I have a sandwich or a wrap just to get me through the day. But we keep it around 1,500, 2,000, maybe some days 2,500 calories. So that's what we do on a normal, you know, day to day basis. So when we go into a fast, it's not that big a deal. It's the body just adjusts differently.

And you will see a reset. You will see a reset in your metabolism. Your heart rate will go down. Your breathing will be better. You'll see a change coming out of this fast and we should probably talk a little bit about coming out of the fast don't go and get a pizza okay eat something like

a burger something with meat in it, something with protein. Now think about this, think about this. Your body has been living off its fat stores and its cells for three days. So the first thing you put in your gut is the first thing it's going to burn up when it gets a chance. So you want to put something protein in there and not a lot. Know that your stomach has shrunken. It has gotten smaller.

So just a little bit and just maybe one meal Maybe two small meals to break the fast and then go see what your routine is You know on Tuesday so and remember pound that water pound it and electrolytes and Lick the salt I'm drooling right now thinking about salt, so I'm gonna get up there and get me some. Hey, and prepper tip, ready prepper tip?

If you have a freezer and you're worried about power failures or being away from home and the power goes off, something like that, take some, we use distilled water jugs. You know people describe them as milk jugs but there's never been any milk in our jugs. Make your own joke up there PBN family. But we have milkless jugs and we fill them with water and we put them at the bottom of the freezer or at the side.

Okay. You know that little shelf that nothing stays on and nobody uses. You could put three nice milk jugs in there. Freeze the water. Okay. That will keep your freezer cold longer.

And it doesn't matter about that water. Not only that that could be part of your water store. Why store water on the shelf if you have freezer space that you're not using or you could fit a couple jugs two three jugs in there whatever you could fit in there that's like storing up coldness for your freezer. So there you go that's my prepper tip for the day. You know we have so many freezers here I I can't even tell you and we don't have very much water on the shelf because we have water water everywhere. That's just the way it is here at the Jones, Jones stead at the Jones stead as future Dan has said.

So, um, gosh, remember a year ago, a year ago was that debate that everybody said Trump was going to lose. And the whole nation found out how scrambled Joe Biden's brains are. So the Democrats pulled off a violence-less coup in that process and replaced him with Kamala Harris without a single vote. him with Kamala Harris without a single vote. But since the Wuhan virus was not present, they couldn't fake enough votes to get Kamala even close to the top.

And that's a whole nother thing. Bill Barr, Bill Barr should be in disgrace. Trump's Attorney General said that there's no indication of widespread fraud. The guy, I don't know. I don't know. I hate to think that the government is so corrupt that they can get to anybody. But that guy was supposed to be just fantastic, squeaky clean. Didn't he hold another cabinet secretary job at one time?

Uh, secretary of something. I don't know. Uh, but attorney general and nothing to investigate how Biden won. How Biden won. How Biden won. With just enough, in just the right swing states, in just the right counties. Give me a break. That investigation needs to be done. And then when Kamala lost, the Democrats did everything they could in their

power to filter money to all of their cronies and siphon money out of the federal government and put it into these non-GMOs or whatever, whatever. I'm ranting now, I'm ranting. You can tell my energy level is up. So billions of dollars and if it wasn't for Doge and Trump they would have never found this. Now the next logical step is investigation okay Justification and Incarceration so there needs to be an investigation there needs to be a trial and somebody needs to go to jail You got to make an example. If woke is really broke, okay, and it ain't never come back according to the Supreme Court on Friday, okay, you can't

you can't fix this. If woke is really broke, people need to know that if you do this, you're going to jail. Struck, Paged, all of those people need to be, call me, they need to be investigated, prosecuted, and incarcerated. Yeah, now that's my view.
