I know you were saying, what happened? Why did he go on radio silence? Well, it's just been a
bunch of events, nothing, nothing tragic, nothing, you know, terrible, just busy, busy, busy.
We went to Virginia Beach, had a great time.
my observations were our military is, wow, is needing some help.
I hope that Donald Trump turns things around because the four years of
wokeness with Joe Biden really hurt our military.
If you remember last year, I vacationed at Fort Dix and Maguire Air Force Base,
and it was a ghost town.
And I have to say
similar observations were at
Norfolk.
The largest
military installation
in the world
home to two
carrier groups.
And it was a ghost town.
So it was pretty empty.
I don't know.
We're traveling in town.
now, school starts for me tomorrow, and it starts for the kids the day after Labor Day,
so I have a teacher work day all week this week, getting ready.
Yeah.
And then we got back from Virginia Beach, and we took another trip, kind of a pilgrimage to a church in Pittsburgh.
And we saw a lot of stuff, did a lot of stuff.
Now we're back.
So I haven't been entirely absent from the prepper scene.
I did a rather long interview with a gentleman from UK, Preppers in Paradise.
So if you Google Preppers in Paradise, you'll get the podcast, video blog, or whatever you call it.
And boy, he had some interesting questions.
I mean, stuff I haven't thought about in decades.

So we're about four weeks away from Prepper Camp.
I'm surprised it hasn't sold out.
It usually sells out four weeks out so the tickets will be closed.
I hope you got your tickets.
We're all going to be there.
I'm looking at Maria right now.
And she's giving me the raised eyebrows.
So we're going to have tinctures and soap and what else?
I don't know. I don't remember. I'm tired.
Traveling takes a lot out of you. I got to tell you.

In the tips, the Intrepid Commander has been putting up, he needs to cut it a little shorter.
I started this last year for national preparedness months, 30 tips and 30 days.
And I think I exceeded that, but I tried to keep it around two minutes.
They were just pop in and pop out, two minutes.
So let's see, I had a good tip this morning, and I forgot what?
what it was. Gosh, it was a really good tip. I will remember it eventually and post it.
Speaking of posting, if you like these tips, email the Intrepid Commander and say,
hey, I'd like National Preparedness Month, 30 tips and 30 days. Maybe we can get all the hosts doing it.
every host contribute a tip or two.
I'd like to hear what Ben the Breaker of Banksters has and Future Dan.
And I know Jay Fergie has a million tips, so I think it's easily doable.
So I just remembered what the tip was.
Hey, if you're traveling and you're going through multiple states,
each state has a welcome center inside their border.
As soon as you cross the state line, you can stop and get a map.
Now, it won't be a great detailed map, but it will be a map with roads on them, accurately portrayed.
And if you don't have an atlas, and they're free.
So this is the tip.
So when we go down to Prepper Camp, I am going to stop at the state line of each state we go through and get me a map.
Because last year, and I did have a road atlas, I just did not have it in the car, which, I know, you only need to map when you're in the car, right?
So there you go.
That was my prepper tip.
