We are about ready to go into some serious butcher,
and we've got about 30 rabbits we're going to put in a freezer.
And I just wanted to make a recommendation to you.
The Pendleton Light Hunter by Cold Steel is Maria and my
preferred
processing
knife. Now they're around
20 bucks. They're very sharp.
They hold a good edge
and the stainless steel
superb. Anything I ever
got from cold steel was fantastic.
I've never got a bad cold steel
anything.
So we have
three of these that we keep in our butcher set
and they work the best.
so that's my recommendation and here's your bonus tip for the day maybe i should save this because
it's a pretty good one get you a little bag now i had one of these uh tool bags okay small
bag and put in that bag your thermometer okay your spigmo phenomena that's the blood pressure cuff
your oxymeter and stethoscope.
Okay?
So that way you have like a little doctor bag
with all your stuff in in one place.
You don't have to run around looking for these things
when you want to take someone's blood pressure or temperature,
you know, the vital signs.
So have that in a little bag
That's the sound of freedom there.

This Penelton by Cold Steel is a very nice, very nice little knife for skinning, for processing, super sharp and durable.
I mean, it's got a, I don't know, some kind of composite handle.
It's, and it's full tang.
So this would be the, either the small or the medium knife.

because it is perfect for skinning
