So we're spending all day outside and sweating and I am to the point where I'm changing I have to wear long sleeve shirts I'm changing my shirt you know halfway through the day because I've sweat one up completely so with losing that much minerals and I'm pounding the liquid IV. Liquid IV is great, but it's not all-encompassing. Okay? Last night I woke up with a terrible cramp, a leg spasm in my hamstring. And it just would not stop. I jumped out of bed. I mean, I didn't want to lay there and rub it and go, ooh, ooh, ooh. I don't know what Maria would think I was doing.

But I got out of bed and went to the kitchen and I said, you know what? Magnesium and potassium, it could cause cramps. So I got me some Himalayan pink salt magnesium and potassium if you it could cause cramps so I Got me some Himalayan pink salt pink Himalayan salt and Licked it and Wouldn't you know that stopped the cramp almost instantly so There's magnesium potassium

Calcium So there's magnesium, potassium, calcium, of course sodium, all of that in pink Himalayan salt and sometimes you just need it. When we're fasting, Maria will make up this stuff called snake juice and it's just heavy and all that I mean it's full of minerals and it works it works great but we didn't have any of that so I'm just giving you the prepper tip have you some pink Himalayan salt because it puts puts back the nutrients like nobody's business okay so what's going on lots going on oh my gosh lots so the Justice Department no was it Justice no No, it was Intelligence. The Intel lady released some documents that proved what we already knew.

Okay? And I'm telling you, this was terrible. A conspiracy, a conspiracy, a criminal conspiracy. Not treason, as future Dan pointed out in the back channel, treason is for a time of war and we are not at war so it can't be tre. And I don't count the war on terror. That was George Bush's dream, a war on terror. You can't have a war on an ideology or a tactic. It just doesn't work. So you can have a war on a nation, you know, you can topple Iraq, which we did, but you can't have a war on a tactic. Terror is a tactic. Anyway, a lot of people made a lot to do about what was released. Some

people said we already knew this. It's old news. Of course the mainstream media is gonna say it's some kind of conspiracy theory. me the the conspiracy happened there's no theory about it now who's gonna who's gonna testify I say we offer Susan Rice immunity from prosecution and get everything out in the open and let the American people decide. That's my viewpoint. But I think the bigger thing is you have to put everything all together because it's a criminal conspiracy thing altogether, because it's a criminal conspiracy that also got Joe Biden elected. Okay.

It was a conspiracy amongst nations even. And it was a conspiracy against Trump. So the total totalitarian, the whole big picture is that they wanted to control the United States. And I've been saying this for a long, long time. The left, the international left, the United States is the only thing that's keeping the world free, insane, and out of total dictatorship. I mean the UK passed the law that 16 year olds can vote. That is insane. I remember a time when you had to be 21 to vote. Okay and then they changed that in my lifetime so now 18 year olds can vote.

So now 18 year olds can vote. So 16 is just, well, you heard the intrepid commander. He was in the heavy metal and whiffing and all that kind of stuff. When he was that old. So do you really want that demographic voting? And the United States is the single, you know, we keep peace around the world. The reason the world has prospered since World War II is because we kept peace all over the planet. And if there was going to be a war you were going to fight with the United States so now you can argue all day long should we

be the world police should we not be the world police that's just what happened so the left has been trying to number one destroy the United States or number two control it. And with the election of Barack Hussein Obama, the left had control of the United States. And if you don't believe me, look at all the crap he did. Uh, boy, I'm telling you my, my prepperdom went into overdrive during Obama. It was, and then Joe Biden was the continuation. Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton was supposed to be Obama's third term.

Everybody thought she was going to win hands down. And they did not put that much opposition against Trump. What they didn't anticipate was this groundswell. They should have anticipated it because look at what happened with the Tea Party Patriots. Okay that was a grassroots movement that stopped Obama after his first two years in Congress. It swung the other way. So not to get into the history of all this, but you see where I'm coming from. The international left wants, if they can't destroy the United States, which they tried very hard for the four years that Biden was in office by flooding millions and

millions of illegal immigrants. No, not immigrants. Immigration is legal. Migration is flooding a country. So migrants, the mass movement of people in the United States, and I mean millions, it exceeded the population of 29 of the 50 states. So when you think about it, a whole another state population came into this country in four years. So that was their attempt at destroying the United States. And they found that they can no longer control it because they didn't have a worldwide pandemic to cause, you know, massive voter fraud. So this, this whole conspiracy has got to be looked at from a total standpoint of what they did and their motive behind it because they conspired to thwart an

elected president and you know it's it's a fact we We know this happened. Susan Rice did the famous by the book memo to that effect. That's why I say there's a reason why she did that. And then the memo got out. OK, so she knew what what they were doing

was wrong. Now, was it illegal? I'm not sure what they were doing was wrong. Now was it illegal? I'm not sure what laws were broken. You know, if you don't like someone, you can do all kinds of stuff to screw them up. And that's what they did. They used the framework of the Constitution to screw them up. And with the news media's help

too by the way. I mean January 6th was nothing compared to what happened all across the United States in literally hundreds of cities. The damage and destruction and death, okay? Ashley Babbitt was the only one that died on January 6th caused by a police officer's shooting, okay? A couple people died of heart attacks, you know know you get that many people the percent of people that are going to pass away you know from drug overdoses yeah that happens in a huge huge crowd concerts things like that Ashley Babbitt was the only one that died yeah police officers were injured the January 6th was a total setup.
