To oppose timid and fight for the rights sucking into the stodas in the United States Constitution.
Other pepper broadcasting network.
Hello, everyone out there in Internet Radio Land, this is Dave Jones, the NBC guy.
Going to my last teacher workday, I promised I'd help this other teacher move this big bookshelf that's anchored to the wall.
And then I turn in my computer and I guess my credentials.
And I'm done, done, done.
It was real nice.
The admin team took me out to dinner last night.
And they all asked, well, what are you going to do now that you're retired?
I said, well, this is about the fourth time I've retired.
So it's not new this time.
And I told them we're going to work out this summer.
We all have goals to lose weight, get in shape.
And I'm going to write the book.
So, PBN family, hold me to it.
Hold me to it.
I'm also going to develop that game,
that history trivia game.
I want to have it to be able to launch for the Christmas season in one November.
So we'll see.
We'll see.
I think I can do it.
Person, place, or thing, okay?
You have three piles of cards.
person, place, or thing.
And then you choose two teams, two teams.
Someone has to kind of run the game, I guess,
and then call on people when they raise their hand.
If they shout the answer out,
then the other team gets the point.
So you got to be called on.
And the card has an image of,
person, place, or thing from history.
And you have to either draw it or act it out.
So it's kind of like
pictionary and charades put together.
We might call it
history.
Anyway, we have a couple different names.
We're batting around. We're going to do a
test group in the school.
And
that's the game basically.
So I'm sure it's going to be available on PBN, you know, the store.
And I'm sure it's going to be in the catalog next year.
So, and I'm developing this game with a percent of the proceeds benefiting the school.
So I'm sure all the parents are.
buy a copy and, you know, Christian school teaching Christian values where boys are boys and girls are
girls and everybody's happy with that. So there you go. Uh, gosh. And what else is going on?
Well, the book, the book, I'm going to write that. I'd like to have that done ready to go by the end of
September. Oh man. So Maria dropped a bombshell on me yesterday. She thinks Clover is not pregnant.
And maybe she's not. I don't know. Because, I don't know. If you act, if you treat the dog like
she's pregnant, will she act like she's pregnant? Because I think that's what's going on.
Um, we shall see.
But Maria pointed out that if she is pregnant,
she's not going to have one of those massive litters that she had before.
So we'll see.
Time will tell.
So far she's been eating.
No problem.
She, uh, but she's been acting strange, very strange, sleeping.
You know, like she is pregnant.
and not coming out of the box, and I don't know.
I don't know.
Golden Retrievers are different than any other dog I ever had.
Of course, I've only ever had muts before, but these dogs, man, picky eaters.
I've never heard of a dog being a picky eater.
My mom had a little toy poodle.
lucky and he would eat anything you you wouldn't want to lay anything down you know he would snatch it away
that little fart and uh but golden retrievers are really picky about food and i mean to the point
where they would just let it uh it's crazy i know i know i didn't
believe it when I heard it because I've never heard of a dog being a picky eater.
But, man, golden retrievers.
What else?
Oh, I came up with an idea for a show.
Okay, PVN family.
And you're going to have to help me out on this one.
Okay.
I will make a show answering your questions.
Okay.
got this idea from yesterday's Daily Audio Cash.
If you haven't heard it, it's on there.
It's about EMP.
So if you're interested in that, if that's one of your big bugaboo's, if that's, you know,
the boogeyman in the closet, listen to that episode, that DAC yesterday,
because I answer a listener's question about.
about EMP.
I go into more detail than I could in the email,
and I hope I answered it all.
But this show is going to be answering your questions.
So whatever question you have, homesteading, NBC,
you know, you name it.
Give me your question.
And if I got to do research on it,
I am happy, happy to do research on it.
Speaking of research, the Intrepid Commander asked for pictures of my kits.
And I'm like, kits.
And he said, yeah, you know, you're blackout kit, you're this kit, you're that kit.
And I don't know if he wants pictures of the contents of the kits or just pictures of the outside.
But I'm going to send him some pictures of some of the kits I got.
You know, a blacked out kit would be,
hey, this is where you go to get the flashlights and the batteries and things like that.
We go without power so much that we just stash flashlights and headlights all over the house.
Because you never know if you're going to be in the basement,
You know, in the back, in the corner, in the dark, when the lights go out or not.
So, yeah, we don't really have, I mean, we have a place, and I have two bins, two of those, what is, battery caddies filled up, ready to go.
They're right next to the headlights.
So, and I have a, this I developed during COVID, like a little doctor's bag.
I have a $10 tool bag that I got at Home Depot.
And I put in there the thermometer, the blood pressure cuff, the oxymeter, the oxymeter,
what else
I have to look at the kit
but that way all of it's right there
in one spot and we know that
because when someone gets sick
the first thing you say is
where's the thermometer
well it's all in that
little bag
so you just go get the bag
and then you can check
everybody's vitals
and I was running a
I was running a log of everybody's vitals
because when COVID hit,
I didn't know if I was going to be the...
I'm the oldest one in the house,
so I didn't know if I was going to be the first casualty or not,
but I wanted a record of everybody's vital signs
to pass on to any medical support that might be.
So I made up a little form.
and I was keeping track, you know, every six hours.
Kind of like they do in a hospital, you know, wake you up in the middle of the night to take your temperature and all that.
That's what I was doing, and all that form is in my bonus.
Bonus features on my stick.
So that form that I was using.
Okay, I'm almost to school.
You know what?
I think I'm going to slide into sheets so I can upload this.
PBN family, so email me your questions, and I will create a show answering all your questions.
NBC guy at protonmail.com.
NBC guy at protonmail.com.
Questions about anything.
You know, what do you feed your rabbits?
Well, we're moving to rabbits today.
Yeah, this is part of having the prepper infrastructure that James talks about.
So we have a pen out front and we had kept chickens in it.
It was originally supposed to be for the pigeons and it got repurposed to another chicken area.
The pigeons are there, but they're in an old rabbit cage thing.
anyway, we're going to move the baby rabbits who aren't babies anymore because they're crammed in kind of and breed the other breed the rabbits again.
So that's what we're going to do.
And then when the cage is not being used, the area, we reseed it and let the grass grow back because chickens,
chickens just tear it up.
Chickens just tear it down to the bare dirt.
If you don't know that,
before you get chickens,
you can put them in anywhere.
They will eat it right down to dirt.
So if you want to clear an area out,
fence it off, put chickens in there,
and they'll do it better than goats.
It might take a little time,
but, you know, goats will get in there.
Anyway, I rambled on enough.
I'm almost to sheets.
PBN family.
Send me your questions.
I look forward to answering them on an actual show.
And maybe I'll get the warden to join me
because she is a bigger prepper than I am.
And I am just the unskilled labor around the house.
So take care.
and prep on
