Starting point is 00:00:00 To oppose tyranny and fight for the rights our creator bestowed us in the United States Constitution. We are the Prepper Broadcasting Network. Man, hurricanes bring bad weather and then they bring really nice weather. How about that? Debbie dumped on us pretty good, pretty good, but we definitely needed it. I think we got over five or six inches of rain. We had a tornado warning. It buzzed through the phones and the kids went nuts
Starting point is 00:01:08 and I told them relax, relax it was funny and I mean it wouldn't have been fun if the tornado actually touched down but they had swirling detected in the radar and we were supposed to go into the basement and stuff but I took the opportunity to train the kids a little because David was he said let's run out to the car I said buddy the car's the worst place to be he says well tornadoes can't pick up cars. I said, oh yeah, they can pick up cars.
Starting point is 00:01:46 They pick up cars all the time and throw them everywhere. And he's like, well, we'll have airbags. I said, only if the car's running. Dad, quick, turn the car on. And it was kind of funny. And it was kind of funny. I think I worried him a little, though. I told him that the reason they wanted us to go in the basement is because tornadoes can actually pick up your house. And then he was shocked. He didn't think tornadoes were, you know, all that bad. So, a little bit of education there.
Starting point is 00:02:26 Anyway, that's not why I'm doing this daily audio cache. Well, a couple things. Okay, so, my Ammo Square purchase is ready to ship. Yes, I am going to do, I'm very excited. I'm going to do an unboxing video for all the members and maybe put that on Rumble. This is what a service, what a service. It's one of those, just like the Intrepid Commander says,
Starting point is 00:02:57 set it and forget it. You put in the budget that you want and then you set when it ships, and of course I set it to get free shipping, you put the calibers and that's one thing I messed up on at first. I put all the calibers I had and of course I don't need ammunition for all the calibers I have.
Starting point is 00:03:25 So I was able to swap out ammo for other ammo before it shipped. So now I'm getting the stuff that I actually want and need. And I will probably get about three or four shipments a year. And I never have to worry about ammo. How about that? So the point of this daily audio cache is to talk to you about fasting. And first of all, if you can't fast, if you're diabetic or, you know, you have health issues or the doc says don't fast, then don't do it.
Starting point is 00:04:13 Definitely get your doctor's approval because some people, they just can't do it. but if you can if you're in good shape and you want to try this out here's what happened so Ben the breaker of banksters came over to the Jones homestead to purchase some eggs and he gave us some of his fiat money and went away with six dozen eggs anyway
Starting point is 00:04:44 we got to talking at the end there. And he says, yeah, I'm losing some weight and getting in shape. And I said, yeah, you look great. He says, well, I don't want to lose too much weight, you know, because you need a little fat going into the apocalypse. And I said, yeah, you know, the Army recognizes that too. That, you know, 20%. They want you to be around 20%. They want you to have a little bit of fat.
Starting point is 00:05:14 And then we talked about fasting. He said he'd been doing some fasting. And he said he had never done it before, but now he's doing it regularly. And he said he had never done it before, but now he's doing it regularly. And he surprised himself in several different ways. First of all, how easy it was to do. And we got to talking about, he says he has all this energy. And I said, yeah, it's kind of counterintuitive, isn't it? That you fast and you get energy. It doesn't even make sense, right? And he says he got off
Starting point is 00:05:59 sugar and carbs and he's mostly keto now. Anyway, that's why he brought it up on the show. And when I was listening to the show the other night, I said, you know what? We need to tell the viewers, the listeners, about the benefits of this fasting. And I said that to the intrepid commander. He says, okay, how about if we fast and then do the show? And I'm like, yeah. So that's how this all came about. So, and then he said, I got to get the PBN family involved. I said, put it out as a challenge. Let's go. Here you go.
Starting point is 00:06:50 The gauntlet is being thrown down. I'm 67. Soon to be 68. I'm in good shape for my age. I'm not some bodybuilder or Jack LaLanne or anything like that. Yeah, if you don't know who Jack LaLanne is, Google him. But I'm not on any medication. You know, I take pain medication occasionally.
Starting point is 00:07:32 I'm not on it. My blood work came back better than my 27-year-old did. He said, Dad, you got better blood than I do. And I can do this. And the key about doing this challenge is continue to do whatever your daily routine is. How are you going to evaluate this? If you sit, if you say, okay, I'm not going to eat, but I'm not going to do anything. So we want you to continue your daily routines.
Starting point is 00:08:12 Whatever you do for these three days, do and see what happens. and see what happens. Okay? And then the night of the show, we're going to ask anybody that participated to call in and tell the listeners what you experienced. Because a lot of times you'll listen to the host and you'll say, yeah, yeah, that works for you.
Starting point is 00:08:43 They can do it, but not me, not me. So we want to hear from the listeners. And we want to hear what your experience was like. It is also a huge confidence builder in that you get to test yourself before SHTF. get to test yourself before SHTF. So you know, hey, if anything happens, I can go three days, not eat, drink water. Yeah, that's another thing.
Starting point is 00:09:19 We're going to put out what you should do while you're fasting. You should drink tons of water. And there's this, what do they call it, snake juice or something like that. It's water with potassium and all that in it, electrolytes. So you should definitely do that. Squeaky chair. I'm in the office. Yeah, we definitely want to hear from all the listeners and your experience. And I'm telling you, if you take this challenge, it's going to build your confidence for SHTF immensely.
Starting point is 00:09:58 Immensely. It's like winning an MMA tournament. Your confidence will be up there. Okay? And it won't be as scary as, oh, if we run out of food, well, I can do this level of activity for this long a period of time.
Starting point is 00:10:25 But when autophagy kicks in, autophagy is when your cells, when your body starts consuming all the dead cells and all the leftover and the fat, you get this boost of energy and mental clarity. Fogginess from your brain goes away. Like I said, it seems counterintuitive.
Starting point is 00:11:01 People don't believe it when you tell them. They just don't believe it. I stopped them. They just don't believe it. I stopped telling people because they don't believe it. And you probably won't believe it until you actually do it. So, there you go. Tomorrow's our family reunion, and we are heading to the hills of Pennsylvania to meet with all of our extended family. And it will be nice. Two and a half hour trip up and two and a half hour back.
Starting point is 00:11:38 I may do some daily audio cache on the way up and the way back. I might even do some interviews right there because, like I said, a lot of preppers up there. But they don't see themselves as preppers. Okay, PBN family, that's my pitch for fasting. Take care and prep on.
