Did they get us again, PBM family? Be honest. They got us again, didn't they? Here we are. Going about our daily lives. Looking at the gas pumps. It's all starting to slowly set in. We're back there in the sands of the Middle East once again.

Hey we are again baby and family I don't know I have you know very sparsely Been paying attention to it in all the world is too beautiful right now You know what I mean It's just too beautiful Far too beautiful to be bothered with that Than uh anything else so Not my not worth

The time in my head at the moment What am I gonna do you know what are you gonna do about it You're gonna go over there and we're gonna have a protest? What are we going to do? Not yet. Maybe never. Who knows? We'll see. I don't know. There's much more to gain within your own four walls of your home. I could tell you that much. It's much more to gain. Much more to do to better your life. All signs point to the fact that you got to get strong, you know. You got to get strong in every sense of the word. You've got to get strong in every sense of the word and that's what kind of what we do best here at PBN, isn't it?

If you play along, if you do the things that we do, you know what I mean? If you enjoy the ride, and there's a good chance you're going to get better, stronger, faster, meaner. Maybe not all in that order. But I can tell you right now, I mean, it's a strange game being played out there. There's a lot of people out there playing a game makes no sense whatsoever. And I don't know. I just go in and out. You know what I mean?

I have my moments where I want to know what I mean? going on and then I have my moments where it's like, yeah, the red buds are blooming, you know what I mean? The dog woods are blooming and I'd much rather observe then than observe the epic times. I'd rather worry about the budding trees than the straight of Hormuz. Just is what it is. It's a lovely thing. Life. It's a lovely thing life.

lately. I don't know. Here's the problem with the daily post of prepper deals. Some deals hit really good and they keep making money. So I don't want to change them. I used to think, I just throw new deals up there every day. But I'm watching. I'm watching. And they keep producing so I got to leave it alone wait for it to drop then I'll renew the deals so maybe it's not today's maybe it's this week so I don't know we'll see if it hits the jackpot it hits the jackpot I leave it up there people want what I got what I'm showing off so do that what you will pbn family um if I could give you a piece of advice oh make sure you listen to the show about the everyday prepper recipe the every the yeah the every the every the every the everybody

A pepper recipe, I think I called it. I started laying out the Shtf chef book and it was, it popped into my head. I said, oh, this is the one I got to share with everyone. This is the one that we need to spread across the PBN because it's nothing special and that's what makes it special. It's nothing special. It's insanely customizable. And that's what makes it special. You know what I mean?

I'm not good at patient, especially with stuff I don't completely understand. stand, but it's exciting and new. You know, I want to just drop it. I want to get it going. I want to, you know.

If you can't tell, I just got out of a hammock, and I'm going to pick my son up. I was reading a great book, half reading, half sleeping, half laying there, staring at the flowers on the trees. My wife came out and talked to me. She sensed I had fallen asleep in the hammock, so she came out and talked to me. Came out and talked to me, and then we, you know, I spent the last 10 minutes reading the, what is it? The book Chin Got Me from Prepar Camp, which is one of the most monumental books of all time. Amazing collection of poetry. Huge.

Just enormous, incredible, wonderful. Wow, perfect timing. Perfect timing. The old school bus here. So, this is the time of the year to fall in love, okay? That's what I want to tell you. This is the time of year to fall in love. I hope you understand what I mean when I say that.

Be in love, PBN family. It is the way to be, right? And that doesn't mean with just a person. You know what I mean? It could be with the setting of the sun. I saw the sun rise yesterday. It was so amazing. The rising sun yesterday was insane with the sun and the pink and the hues of pink and orange.

The ambrosiac-like hues in the sky were just unbelievable. And it just reminded me of the fact that like you really, you know, you can't lose when you're in love. you gotta scout you know you gotta like move a lot of stuff out of the way get like cobwebs in the way of your ability to love especially the older you get the cynicism cobwebs get in the way of your ability to love and to fall in love with things right your ability to just find something really awesome and just fall in love with it and give it give it a lot of time and give it a lot of effort and just really enjoy it man and it gets harder and harder as time goes on but man it's worth it you can't really lose you know what i mean there's No, if it's just a tree in your yard and you're like, oh, I'm going to wake up and I'm going to get a cup of coffee, man. And I'm going to wake up early. And before I leave for work, I just want to take like five, ten minutes and just look at that tree. And just look at the flowers on that tree that are temporary. They're not going to be there long.

You know what I mean? Fall in love, PBM family with your travel to work because it's beautiful right now in a lot of places. Virginia is just gorgeous You would have a really hard time driving through the streets of Virginia, particularly Richmond. It would be a really tough cell for me to tell you

that our state had been taken over by a communist tyrant who wants to steal all the guns away from the average Commonwealth citizen. But you could fall into that trap of sort of misery and cynicism, right? Or you can be in love. You can be in love.

with the air, with the temperature, with the chilly nights in the fire pit, with the wine in your, I don't know what people, you know, a good cheese, a good bread, a good coffee, a good, you know, be in love. How do you do it? How do you do it for an extended period of time? Well, it's gratitude, right? So you've got to mention it. You got to think about it. You got to spend some time every day thinking about it. You got to be having enough time in your life to slow down and think about something, first and foremost. I tell you all the time it's a gratitude prayer, it's a wake up. I mean, I'm sorry, it's a lay in bed before you pass out of exhaustion if you're anything like me. Like the idea of Ambien is hilarious.

The idea of, yeah, I just have a chamomile tea before bed. It just tones me right down. I can't even lay in bed. If I lay in bed, I fall asleep. There's no, you know what I mean? I don't know if you're like that. And it's funny to me because I'm not a blue collar worker. I'm not out there like moving concrete.

But I don't know. It's just I give a lot to life every day. I hope you give a lot to life of every day. You know, get out there. Live it. Think about things. Really, you know, ponder hard. Work out.

Get physical. Have fun. Run with your dogs. Run with your kids. Whatever the hell it is. Run with your freaking thoughts. It's a short dance in the sun, PBM family. We'll all be dead soon.

I'm 40 years old. It's it. My race is half run. It's only a matter of time for I could go at any minute. You never know. 43, whatever, 45, it happens. Nobody knows when it's coming. So be in love. Enjoy yourself. You know? You've built the framework. Like you did the work, you built the framework to enjoy yourself. That's what prepping is all about, right? So sit back and enjoy it. Enjoy the fact that you can reach out to me and, and maybe your own little prepper group or PBN at large. And you know that while the rest of the world is sitting there realizing, oh, my God, society is changing and I'm not prepared. You are. You've been taking action.
