We truly are relentless here at the Prepper Broadcasting Network, folks.
There's nothing else you can call it.
There's no other way to describe it.
And it really has hit a peak.
Today is a mega day.
Today is one of the biggest days for the Prepar Broadcasting Network since inception.
It really is.
And the reason it is such is because we are going to have our first comms,
test tonight at 8.30 p.m.
Tonight at 8.30 p.m.
And I see many of you are plugged in, logged in.
I see Pocklink radios ready.
I'm super excited, man.
You know, this is one of those things that seemed so far-fetched.
I used to dream about it.
I used to think about it back in the day as people huddled around ham radios,
like something out of a 1990s,
80s movie waiting to hear from somebody, you know, and we all check in via ham.
And who knows, that could be down the line too one day, but what I do know for sure is tonight,
we will be checking in through our PockLink radio group.
If you are a member, check the members page and element, our encrypted chat room.
Okay.
if otherwise there will be a post it'll be a member's only post so if you're not a member you won't be
able to get into it that will be linked in this show down below okay and that will give way to
it's it's a message that will explode in 24 hours okay it's going to be a little link a little QR code
and a little number code and you use those two
to get into the comms group,
either through your Pocklink radio app
or through the radio itself.
Actually, you might have to join the group through the radio.
I think you got to use it through the app.
The other thing, if you're a member and you're listening
and you're saying to yourself,
I don't have a Pock Link Radio, so I'll wait until next month.
I'll put the link to the Pock's down below.
I'll tell you what.
If you are a regular listener and you buy a Pock Link Radio,
we'll bring you into the group,
even if you're not a member.
You want to make some level of commitment
You can be a part of the group
You can commit to a PBN membership
At pbmfamily.com and we'll get you in the group
But if you're not a member and you have a Pocklink radio
Or you want to commit to a Pocklink radio
Use the link in the description
And we'll let you in the group as well
I don't want to wholesale share this thing
I don't want to wholesale share any links to anything valuable to us
Okay
Particularly when it
particularly when it pertains to...
It sounds like a tree was about to fall over.
But particularly when it pertains to
things that the PBN family have to do together.
Okay?
One of the things...
We could probably have a much larger group of people
on a Discord server or somewhere.
But what we have an element
is barrier to entry
and it makes for a dedicated...
and awesome group of people,
and it makes for no morons, right?
So we're going to stick with that model in the comms group.
So if you are a member and you do not have a Pocklink radio,
you can simply download the Pocklink app,
and I'll get you the link to the group, okay?
That link can be used to access the comms group,
And I'm pretty sure you can even, yeah, you can.
We did it.
You can even communicate through the app.
So while you won't be using a radio app to communicate in the emergency comms group,
you'll still be able to check in in the emergency comms group, right?
So you'll be able to check in.
We're going to check in with three simple things.
This check-in thing is not a meeting.
It's not a meet-up.
It's not a hey, how you've been.
We're literally doing a comms round-robin check-in.
that'll start with me.
I will log in, I'll say,
this the intrepid commander
coming from Virginia,
one other line of intel.
You know, behind enemy lines,
probably be what I say.
And that's it.
And then Dave Jones will check in,
and then so on and so forth.
Okay, whoever wants to step up to the plate after him
will go as well.
And this will give us all the ability to check in,
to speak our peace,
to talk about where we're from and then to give a piece of intel, right?
And every month we'll do the same thing.
We'll probably do it around 9 o'clock.
We're doing it tonight at 8.30, but we'll probably do it around 9 o'clock at the head of the continuity meeting.
Okay?
So we'll do all our check-in, boom, right into the continuity.
But today I wanted some time in case we have some issues.
We can help people and that kind of thing.
But suffice to say, man, you got something, okay?
It's a big day for PBN.
All the sudden, we can play a role in your pace plan.
You know what I mean?
And I feel really good about that.
You know, it's, I want to thank Chin.
Chin, of course, the radio wizard got us involved with Pock Link.
Once I got the Pock Link in my hand and I saw it was a push button and I saw how easy it was to set a group up.
I said to myself, if anybody listening to PBN wants to do this, they'll be able to do this.
And that, my friends, was always the key for me.
I'll be 100% straight with you.
I took the ham radio stuff, took the courses, passed some chapters or whatever the situation was.
And all I could think the whole time I was doing it, other than, oh my God, this is boring, thank God I'm out of school.
the only thing I could think other than that was
how many people are going to do this?
Are we creating a solution for the PBN family
or am I just working towards this weird thing
that maybe I'm the only one that's going to do
or me in a handful of people
and it's not going to serve us as some kind of a real solution?
You know what I mean?
With the push-button Pock, you join the group,
you push the button, you're in the group, you're talking.
Okay, we've gone over it in the past.
I'll go over it real quick just so you understand the limitations, right?
You get a Pocklink radio.
You are piggybacking 5G cell towers.
Not a cell service, but all 5G cell towers worldwide, right?
So, of course, we haven't been able to test this under serious duress
because we haven't had serious duress with cell towers.
But ideally, the Pocklink will look
for the best possible
network to piggyback.
So in other words, if a major hack happened, right?
And the two top two carriers are knocked out.
Like, let's say you're on T-Mobile or something like that.
T-Mobile and Sprint or something get knocked out, right?
The Pock Link will automatically give you whatever
whatever service is still operable.
That's how it traverses the world.
And it will traverse the entire globe.
Okay?
So T-Mobile gets a massive hack or Sprint gets a massive hack,
something like that.
Now you have another option with the Pocklink radio.
That is a push button.
It is simple.
Again, you get your own.
You put your family on it.
Bang.
Now you're good to go.
Okay.
Medical Monday.
Outrageous.
Oh, I have to talk about the attempted assassination of the president yet again, or whoever else was in there.
You know, you show up into a ballroom with a shotgun.
You're not really...
And this was my man's plan, right?
He comes down the hall, shoots a guy with a shotgun.
If you show up in a ballroom full of people with a shotgun, precision is not your game, right?
Some of these guys, I wonder if they're not suicidal, I really do.
I think this is a suicide thing.
take me out. I'm tired of being a teacher, you know.
I've been driven crazy by whatever.
The vicissitudes of life, perhaps.
I mean, I get used to it. I don't know what to tell you.
Get used to it. Right?
Get used to this kind of stuff happening.
It's so strange because, you know, I was talking to someone about lunatics just a few days ago.
You know, we have decided, or we didn't decide, but somewhere along the way,
the country decided that we were just going to have the lunatics run around the world.
You know what I mean?
Just run around the country.
Live in tents, you know, hide in basements, whatever you, you know, fill the streets full of lunatics.
We can't lock them up in cages, right?
We can't do anything with the real truly crazy people.
I don't know if this guy was a truly crazy person, but, you know, the fact that we have no plan for people who are nuts
until they get arrested for doing something terrible is wild to me, right?
Put them on an antidepressant and, yeah, we'll see what happens.
Roll the dice with your life.
Roll the dice with your life and your situation.
That's what it is.
But get used to it, you know what I mean?
Get used to it. It is what it is.
We could see it forever going forward.
Think about it.
We could see it forever going forward.
See, we hear right-wing extremism, right-wing extremism.
white wing and right wing and
but you
rarely ever see this kind of violence
from that radical right wing extremism
side of things that are the most
dangerous threat to the United States of America
right? The problem is if we get a
newsome in if we get an AOC
and if we get a left wing radical
of the highest order in office
after Trump somehow, right?
And clearly, you know, this whole
situation, this whole vote in Virginia
is all about these elections.
these larger federal elections.
If that turns out to be the case, then PBN family, it may not be as quiet as you think on the right side.
You know what I mean?
We got to be ready for that.
We have to be ready for that, too.
There's always a cost to crazy.
There's always a cost to crazy.
There's no doubt about it.
It doesn't matter if it's your brand of crazy or not.
so I don't know you know unfortunately guys the real the real deal is I was kind of
apathetic to the whole thing I saw it happen I it was nothing like when he was actually shot
the first time I didn't have that kind of a feeling at all this one was very different you know
it was a very different feeling it was it was like yeah yeah this is it this is the way it is
now that's kind of like the the apathetic feeling I had in my head when I saw the
Fine. Now, suffice to say, it was a very different issue, very different scenario, right?
You didn't take a bullet to graze the ear that could have killed him if it was, you know, X amount of centimeters over.
You ever think about that? How close that whole thing was?
But anyway, that wasn't the situation, right? The situation was a little different.
There was a shooter in the area. People were afraid. He was handled.
So on and so forth.
You know, if we're living in a time where the world is devolving,
and listen, I'm trying to do everything I can to keep it from happening.
Really? Really?
I truly am.
You know, one of my big things lately, I don't want the men falling apart.
You know, that was the motivation behind the book poems for men.
Let me try to do my best with my skill set to find a common place for men
or a little outlet, a little understanding of what life is like.
you know, some of what we're doing with Red Beacon Media is the same concept, right?
Help people see the value of the individual, see the value in themselves as individuals.
These things are serious undertakings, but, you know, I look at the other side as you either do it or you don't do it.
And then when the world slips into chaos, that's just what it is, you know?
That's just what it is.
You've got to live with it.
So, you know, in the meantime, get some seeds in the ground, right?
The turnips are coming up.
They look great.
The peas are peeing.
The herbs are urban.
Not urban, but urban.
What else?
What's not doing well?
The kale's coming up slow.
I don't know if it's too hot.
I'm almost thinking like it might be a little too hot for the kale last week.
We started some kale from seed.
It's pretty.
Let's go take a look at it
Let's go have a look see
But yeah
It was surprising
Cale in some ceramic pots
A few of them
Something die
Oh something ate this one
Oh a squirrel
Squirrel got in this pot and ate the kale
Eat the tops of the kale
Off or dug up for something else and killed the kale
Thanks squirrel
Man I got to start eating more squirrel
Okay, we got a, yeah.
Yeah, it seems to be struggling.
Seems to be struggling, but we'll get to it.
But that's the battle of growing anything, right?
The battle of growing is the battle of growing.
It's always the same deal.
So it's never sort of a crystal clear operation that things go really well every time.
And we battle a lot of shade here as well.
For long, be forging, right?
And maybe mid-to-the-end-of-may could be out-forging.
and this is the year to do some foraging.
This is the year to grab some medicine and bring it home,
throw it in some alcohol, make a little tincture up, see how it works.
This is the year to identify where those June food supplies start popping up, right?
A lot of food pops up in June.
I remember now.
I remember this in a very big way because I starved all through May.
During ration of ruin, I was starving.
And I was thinking to myself, when are these damn blackberries?
coming. Remember? I just, yeah. I was eating mulberries with my youngest. He took me out to the
mulberry tree out of, uh, out of sheer empathy. It was really like a touching moment. It really was
looking bad at it. It was very touching. I'd be making them, because I was still cooking,
starving and cooking, right? I'd be making them dinner and they'd finish up dinner. And I wasn't
really affected by it very much, but he would say, come on, dad, let's go down and you.
eat some mulberries and he'd want to go down there and eat mulberries with me not because he was
really super in love with mulberries because you knew dad wasn't eating i don't know you know you see
those things in your kids are priceless you see those things in your kids and you remember why we
fight to the death for humanity right why we sacrifice everything for humanity why humility is such
an amazing human trait because at the end of the day all this prepping
Right? What is it? We're trying to preserve the human race.
But we're trying to preserve a version of the human race that's valuable.
Right? One that we can look back on and say, I'm sure glad we went through all this.
Right? We made a difference on the planet.
Well, all right, folks. You have enough to worry about. The lineup on PBN is absolutely tremendous today. It's insane.
Okay? Seriously, it's insane.
We have treating fractures, face masks,
tourniquet talk with the survival medicine hours up now, ready to go.
The Matter of Facts podcast is up already.
Now you got me.
Coming in the afternoon, you're going to have the church and state monolith that it is.
And it's going to be a great one.
It's going to be a little bit of a nerve-wracking one.
You're going to be really hoping and praying and wishing for that emergency comms group
after you listen to his show because he's touching on a lot of,
problems of the day, you know, shortages and all that kind of stuff.
And then of course it's Monday night, so the shadow, only the shadow knows.
For you members out there, I'll see you at the continuity at 9.
We have quite an undertaking.
And like I said, get that PockLink app, even if you don't have a Pock Radio.
Because with the Pock Link app, you can still use the post that's linked in this video.
and join the ParkLink group through the phone app.
You don't need a radio.
Through the phone app.
And at least you could join us for the check-in tonight.
8.30 p.m.
I'll talk to you soon, PBM family.
Thanks for everything, truly.
