Starting point is 00:00:26 They were talking about the membership and five things you can do over the weekend with said PBN membership to really change your level of preparedness. Now, we also have to talk about a bunch of other things, a smattering. We have to talk about what happened yesterday on the Prepper Broadcasting Network primarily because it's absolutely tremendous. What went down on this network yesterday? Every so often, man, you get an avalanche of content like came through yesterday. And it's a reminder of what a force. What a relentless force the Prepper Broadcasting Network is. Now, I'm choosing my words very carefully because I'm wearing a hoodie that says,
Starting point is 00:01:18 what is it? Stay humble and kind? Stay kind and humble. It's one of my favorite pieces of advice. but I'm choosing my words carefully. Remember, PBN is not me, right? PBN is not me. It's when yesterday is what it is. And you got such an unbelievable. What is it? A combination. You know, you got a one, two, one, three, six, five. It was a nuke. It was everything. It was a super. Nova. It all kicked off in the morning with throwback Thursday. Dave Jones touching on one of the most important prepper topics there is. The whole day starts out with Dave Jones on what arguably could be the most important prepper topic of them all, which is bringing a new person into the
Starting point is 00:02:17 prepper group, you know? It really, I mean, it really doesn't get much bigger than that. This is my life story. My life's story is being brought into prepper groups and bringing people into a prepper group. And I'm just telling you, when you get it right, you can't understand the upgrade. When you get it right, see, people think it's like bring someone in and OPSEC and, you know, the things that could go wrong. But think about the things that could go right. You bring someone in who's formidable, who has, you know, skills and background. And, you know, I'm surrounded by these guys. You know, it's, yeah, you listen to them every week.
Starting point is 00:02:58 You don't really see them in action. You know what I mean? You hear the audio version. You hear what comes out of the brain and that kind of stuff. But it's a different thing when you see them in person. And, you know, these are, it's every host. I mean, it's every host here. Every host here is a force, man.
Starting point is 00:03:18 So we start there. And, you know, yesterday the crazy thing was I wasn't even planning on. doing a show, like a public show. I was going to do a member's only podcast like I normally do on Thursdays. But the story about the SPLC funding the Klu Klux Klan was just too much. I just several times this week I felt like I was in a dream. I don't know if you have that happen. It started Sunday, actually, and then several times throughout the, this week, Sometimes it was a nightmare. Sometimes it was so strange that it felt like it had to be a dream.
Starting point is 00:03:58 Sometimes it was so good that it felt like it had to be a dream. You know, it was that kind of a week. It was a roller coaster of emotion. And I don't know, man. I just couldn't leave that one alone. I just had to go, you know. It's as new and interesting a story as it is old and rotten a technique, right? to fund the very thing that you're purporting to stand against so that you look as important and as viable as possible, right?
Starting point is 00:04:28 Oh, don't get rid of us. Look at all these mean and nasty hate groups like Turning Point USA. So, you know, for people looking in from the out, it was easy to know that they were bullshit anyway. But this just kind of affirms it all. I thought we were off to a pretty good start. You know, we had the shadow plan for the Insomniac hour. We had an incredible show with Caleb Collier from Church and State. He was sort of freelancing. I like those solo shows of his.
Starting point is 00:05:05 And then things started to happen, PBN family. I always forget Thursday. Thursday can just turn into an avalanche. It really can, you know. Judson Carroll emails me. He's sending me one of his books. And I'm thrilled. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:05:19 And then he goes, oh, well, might as well put herbal medicine for preppers up today. Boom. You get hit with an herbal medicine for preppers. A really good one, too. One that I haven't listened to yet, I don't even know the two plants he's talking about. Which is kind of interesting for me. It's very rare, exciting. And then we had on standby, we had the audio drama, the Changing Earth audio drama, right?
Starting point is 00:05:45 just rolling through, like getting into some real meaty stuff, some real terrifying. I mean, the realities of it all are coming to a head right now. It's an awesome time to listen to the audio drama. I told somebody about the audio drama today who exists in my parallel life. It's a woman I talked to at a cafe on a pretty regular basis. You know, she's the blessed angel that gives me the coffee. You know what I mean? She gives me the coffee.
Starting point is 00:06:15 I give her the money, that kind of thing. But we have a lot of shared interest, so we yap it up a little bit before I go pick my son up. And she was talking about, well, I had my changing her shirt on. She asked about it, and I said, yeah, it's a book series, but it's also an audio drama. And it could wind up being a television series. Most likely will. And she was saying, audio drama, hmm, I'm getting tired of listening to a podcast. What's the audio drama?
Starting point is 00:06:42 Where do I get the audio drama? So I told her all about it. it and uh who knows who knows could be a new changing earth audio drama fan i told her i'm in it you'll hear me in it you listen to it so that hits you get the herbal medicine for preppers then then the unbelievable and unstoppable and unstoppable and relentless patriot power hour goes live Thursday night right i'm at the gym i'm not even thinking about the patriot power hour and boom there they are oh my god and i wake up this morning and i'm just reviewing it all i'm looking at x i'm looking at what posted i'm looking at what we did yesterday what we did and what
Starting point is 00:07:25 we did yesterday was a week what we did yesterday is a week's worth of of content in it in a like less than a 12-hour period literally you know or maybe a little more than a 12-hour period because i'd wake up and get shows rolling early but in a in a day of the day Today's broadcast time, man, we gave you, and everybody who listens here at PBN, just an uncanny amount of content. In fact, it's probably too much, right? It's probably too much. It's like, how do you expect somebody to listen to words? It's six shows in one day.
Starting point is 00:07:59 You're just sitting in front of BBN the whole day and night. But you know what? You can get caught up on it all over the weekend. You know, Saturday, outside of J. Ferg, Saturday can be, really can be catch-up. day for you. Sunday too. We don't do a lot of posting Saturday Sundays. And I think I'm going to keep it that way, you know, except for the one-off sort of stuff. And mostly it's because of the fact that, you know, you get so much during the week. It's like insane what you get in the week. But yeah, I mean, we are the thing. You know what I mean? Like I said, stay humble and kind. But at the
Starting point is 00:08:38 same time, like, you got to be, you got to stay humble and kind and also honest, right? And you got to give credit where credits do. And when you see what's going on at PBN, when you see what these hosts are bringing to bear, like, it's real, man. This is real, you know? They don't find me. Find me a place that's doing what we do, really. I mean it. I'm talking about a multi-million dollar funded run by media company sort of operation that's doing. half of what we did yesterday. Show me somebody who's producing an audio, we're not producing it, that's all Sarah.
Starting point is 00:09:16 But we are. Sarah is we, right? We're producing a professional quality audio drama, right? Incredible news. Incredible reviews. I mean, it's just, it's crazy. Archival shows from days long past that are relevant today to the utmost.
Starting point is 00:09:38 opinion and I mean it's just come on and then you've got on top of all of that you've got the the sort of you know herbal medicine for preppers angle which is a whole other angle I mean it's a whole other thing so if you're listening to my voice and you're thinking you know I've got I found the right place here I'm telling you right now you have found the right place like there is probably no better place for you to spend at least some of your time during the week and the Prepper Broadcasting Network, if you really want to be prepared for the times, if you really want to roll out into these times without crippling anxiety over every single day in the headlines and the hide lines and then, you know, the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:10:26 Because it's terrifying. To the unprepared, it must be absolutely mind-numbingly terrifying to look out onto the world right now. Everything costs too much. Nobody's got enough. Everybody's got problems. The world is under the rest. You know what I mean? The whole thing.
Starting point is 00:10:44 Nations seemingly at each other. I mean, the list goes on and I don't need to do it for you. It's Friday. We got answers. We got answers. You get everybody in your household listening to PBM, everybody in your family. You know what I mean? All your coworkers tell them.
Starting point is 00:11:00 Tell them about PBN. And be honest with them. Tell them. Listen. You guys know what they're talking about. They got a lot of good information. You know? They may say some things you don't agree with.
Starting point is 00:11:10 and that's probably the best thing for people like that. The best thing for people who are on the fence right now because I think that I think here's the dirty secret. And I'm not sure, but I think that a lot of Americans are on the fence right now. I really do. I really do. I think that the manipulation,
Starting point is 00:11:32 I really think if it weren't for Donald Trump, to be honest with you, the hatred for Donald Trump, I should say, not Donald Trump himself. But if it weren't for the sheer hatred of Donald Trump, Trump, there'd be a lot more people getting real fluid in their belief systems, you know, and their actions and who and what they support. But I just think there are a lot of people who are on the fence right now about, what do you call it?
Starting point is 00:11:59 You know, what do you call it? Self-reliance and independence, baby. That's what you call it. A lot of people out there looking for the red beacon, a lot of people out there ready to ready to take back their life fundamentally. Take back their life from the headlines. Take back their life from social media. Take back their life from whatever nightmarish personal situations they're dealing with.
Starting point is 00:12:23 You know what I mean? Health situations, the whole nine yards, right? People out there are ready. And I want to talk to you today about the PBM membership and how over a weekend you can use it to radically change your level of preparedness. You know, what we've created over five, over six years now, over at PBNFamily.com is a paid membership website that is so full of information. It's, you know, it's kind of hard to deal with. I mean, it's, it is actually kind of hard to navigate, or at least hard, it's not hard to navigate because it's laid out pretty well on a one page. But it's kind of hard to figure out where should I go, what should I do first, second, second, third, fourth. So for the members out there listening, you know, people are amazing, first of all. And for those of you who are thinking about becoming members, I just want to talk about this.
Starting point is 00:13:21 Because I want to sort of, in the way we've been dusting off the gems of the archive of the podcast and giving them to you for free, I want to dust off some of the gems of the membership website and let them shine as well. You know what I mean? First and foremost, you see it as soon as you show up, right? As soon as you show up, you see it. It's the mesh-tastic course. It's still at the top of the page. It's still, to me, is one of the most popular sort of topics when it comes to emergency comms.
Starting point is 00:13:53 Like, even if you don't wind up using it, I feel like everybody wants to know about it. Everybody wants to know about it, know what it is, know how it works. How can I send the text off-of-grid to my family members, right? That's at the heart of what mesh means to the average person who wants to use it. That's what it means. It's devices that allow you to send a text to your family if you set up a network effectively offline. No cell signal, nothing, right? This is very cool.
Starting point is 00:14:26 Okay, this is very cool. And nobody does it better than Chin. Nobody explains it better than Chin. His presentation is up there for members right now. everyone who's a member can go to that mesh-tastic course and take it this weekend. It's one hour of your life. And you'll walk away and you'll be able to say, mesh is for me or mesh ain't for me. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:14:48 Mesh-tastic is for me or mesh-tastic is not for me. That's as easy as it is. But you should know what it is. Because it's a technology that's growing. It's not a technology that's puttering out. You know what I mean? And it can be a legitimate. Kind of. It could be used for more than that. Also, by the way, can be used for much more than that.
Starting point is 00:15:12 The cool thing about, well, I don't want to go into it. I don't want to go into it because it's take too long. But you get an emergency comm solution right off the bat this weekend at pbnfamily.com. That's what I'm getting at. Then I tell you to go to prep or fit and health after that. I mean, unless you're already rocking on fitness and health, I'd tell you to go scan prep or fit in health. Actually, the most recent post up in preper fit and health is it's one of those monsters on nutrition. It really is. It's called dirt cheap nutrition and health. And it is a huge one.
Starting point is 00:15:47 You know, it's basically a lot about my sort of routine on foods that, and foods and vitamins that are really cheap that you should be eating all the time. That's really what it is. You know, foods and vitamins that are pretty damn cheap that you should be eating regularly. Or at least that I eat regularly and look, I'm healthy. You know what I mean? I don't know how to explain it. You know, over in the element chat, I know a lot of you aren't in there. And if you're interested, just message me.
Starting point is 00:16:20 I've been posting my workouts over there. We have a bunch of workouts if you want to go see. You know, if you want to do a workout that's really fun, that'll really change sort of the way you look at working out. You can do something along with me called the deck of beach. pain. Look up the deck of pain in Preper Fit and Health. It's a very fun alternative to sort of boring
Starting point is 00:16:40 you know three sets of five and you know all that's in Preper Fit and Health we've been at it for years we've got a kettlebell introductions over there. We've got all kinds of stuff man you know so in a weekend you can get your plan going and look
Starting point is 00:16:56 I don't know when it's going to happen but we are going to start working out together you know we are going to start working out together I've even thought about workouts at the beginning of every show. There's a whole other maniac in me, the workout maniac, who is mostly offline. He shows up on Fridays, he shows up in element and he shows up in routines, right, on monthly routines. And you get a peak of him, but for the most part, you don't really see workout me very often, you know?
Starting point is 00:17:29 And he comes out every single day, nearly every day. I do take more rest. I take about two rest days, depending on the fierceness of the workouts in the summer. Because summer I go really crazy. And you feel it. You know what I mean? You feel it. Like I should have took off yesterday because I did a really, really, I don't know what I did.
Starting point is 00:17:49 But whatever it was, it was domination on the boxing front. And it just, I could feel it yesterday. So like an idiot, I worked out two times yesterday instead of resting. I knew I was going to run in the morning because, It was going up to like 80 some degrees. I was like, you got to run. It's that warm you have to run. It's too good.
Starting point is 00:18:09 But I didn't run a mile and a half run, nothing big. And then my wife texted me and said, You want to go to the gym tonight? Okay. Chest him back in the gym. And I don't even feel that yet, so I know that's going to be rough for the next couple days. So that means Saturday I'll probably do nothing, you know?
Starting point is 00:18:26 Today it's going to be real hot. It's 76 out already. There's no way I'm not going for a run today. I'll probably be a three mile today. I don't know. It just is what it is. You know what I mean? You don't have to go crazy like me. You shouldn't go crazy like me right away, especially if you're not, you know, already at a base level of fitness. You'll really hurt yourself. Suffice it to say, you know, prepper fitness and health is a big part of my life. Been that way for about 20 years, you know what I mean? Another thing that I don't recommend enough that you could do this weekend is the Cubicle Escape Plan podcast on the membership site. The Cubicle Escape Plan podcast is all about, you know, becoming an entrepreneur. That's what it is.
Starting point is 00:19:08 Literal business, the first 10 episodes are literal business ideas. Things you can start in a weekend and a week in a couple weeks for very little money. Just really good ideas on how to start a business. You know, and different topics beyond that too. So if you want a side hustle for a little money, you know, that kind of stuff for preps, I got you covered. There's another great one that's worth checking out. It's another one of our courses that are free to members.
Starting point is 00:19:40 It's the Home Defense course, 21st Century Home Security, it's called. And it's with Dave Jones and myself. And it's, you know, picking the brains of Dave Jones, giving you my secrets about home defense and all that kind of stuff. For about an hour also, another hour-long course with slides and, you know, images and examples and great stories from Dave's time in the military on things like lighting properly and, you know, just all kinds of great stuff, man. You know, increasing home defense significantly sounds like, oh my God. But really, there's a lot of things that you could do in a weekend that, you know, oh, we're way better off.
Starting point is 00:20:24 You know, we're way better off. Things you could pick up at lows, you know, and fortify your doors and windows pretty easily, man. But it's a matter of knowing what to do and how to do it and devoting the time to it, right? But you could definitely come away from this weekend feeling like, oh, we're way more secure at home now than we were. So, I mean, that's five items right there. You know, you also, of course, immediately can get access to the Prep Preparedness Master Schedule. If you are a taskmaster, then you'll really like the Preparedness Master Schedule. it goes, you know, a full, essentially a full year's worth of prepping, you know.
Starting point is 00:21:07 You fill it out the way you want to fill it out. You mark the X's off week to week to assure the things that you want to get done this year are getting done. And this was developed in my day job before I left to become who I am today. It was a compliance tool that was developed at my day job. I mean, I don't know how else to explain it. You know, we had tremendous compliance in the food safety world. in the safety world, right?
Starting point is 00:21:33 Forklifts and warehousing and food storage and all that kind of stuff. You know, there's a lot to keep track of. And I basically took that model and turned it into a preparedness document. And it works. It worked. Worked back then. You know, I pass all my audits. I do great.
Starting point is 00:21:51 Everybody pat me on the back, you know, give me a raise, that kind of stuff. And, you know, it works in preparedness as well. You want to do training. You want to do, you know, gun range time and pistol training or whatever you want to do. You want to do home repair and maintenance and this kind of stuff. And you want it to be somewhere so it doesn't happen by chance. That's the preparedness master schedule, you know. So, I mean, like I said, what I wanted to do was to sort of dust off some fossils for you.
Starting point is 00:22:27 because these things are over there. Some of them have existed there a long time. Some of you out there are members who have never even thought to, what do I do on this big website? Because it can be overwhelming, man. There's six different recurring shows, right, or series. There's a bunch of great courses. There's a great foraging course.
Starting point is 00:22:52 And, you know, there's just all this other content, too, videos and podcast that I've done on a one-off, right? You go into the member's content section and you just get hit with pages, 20-some pages of goodies. So check it out PBNFamily.com and become a member this weekend. Yeah, that's it. Straightforward. Become a member. Maybe take on the Intrepid Commander's weekend plan of mesh-tastic comms, preper fit and health, cubicle escape plan podcast, and the home defense course and get a real primer, you know what I mean, on things. I didn't even mention Bushcraft for survival. Bushcraft survival is really, I'm sorry, Bushcraft for Preppers, is really a great little
Starting point is 00:23:36 number that was designed to sort of cut through a lot of the Bushcraft stuff and give you instruction, but also philosophy on, you know, what are you really going to use? Right. It's cool and it's fun, and I don't begrudge anybody for going to. going gung-ho on bushcrafting, right? You love it, do it. You're only going to get better at prepping things by doing a lot of bushcrafting, you know, out in the woods. But for people who want an understanding of survival skills in the preparedness realm,
Starting point is 00:24:12 and it comes to wilderness survival, I just wanted to add my two cents so that you could say, like, okay, this kind of makes sense, right? Like, I could use this skill. I probably don't need to focus on this skill very much, right? Because then it makes the whole more digestible. Right now you can say, all right, there are things that I can do. It can be, particularly the survival skills at large can be like a really intimidating thing, man. Right?
Starting point is 00:24:39 You start prepping or maybe you've been prepping. You're like, I've got to expand my skills. I got to do more than buy stuff. I got to learn stuff. It can be real intimidating. You know what I mean? When you're like, oh, my God, I got ham radio licenses to get. I got to figure out how to use these firearms.
Starting point is 00:24:54 I got to like create plans for myself and my family. Oh, by the way, if you're worried about emergency planning, then you have to reach out to the Phoenix, okay? You have to get the Phoenix's planner. Her emergency planner is top notch. I mean, it's the best, really. I mean, it's fundamentally incredible. So get the Phoenix's emergency planner if you're in that phase of prepping, right,
Starting point is 00:25:23 where you're making plans and, you know, emergency contact lists, emergency meetup points, pace plans, that kind of stuff. Great. Yeah. Again, like I said, it can just be overwhelming. So when you start thinking about wilderness survival skills, like, do I have to know what every tree is? Do I have to know how to make every kind of shelter out of snow and sticks? What do I really need to know?
Starting point is 00:25:50 And I do my best in that series to sort of highlight the skills that I think. think are most important for preppers and why you know what i mean so a ton of information over there guys pbn family dot com most importantly folks understand the times in which we are living you don't have to act you could listen to pbn and just get off on uh you know us telling you the things that are going on and how crazy it is completely up to you right but i will tell you if you want to get prepared and you want to live a good life in the in the in the 2020s and beyond you know it's time to dig in it's time to get to work it's time to do some work it's time to get prepared you know you can do that with or without the pbn membership i'm not saying we're your only option right there's a big
Starting point is 00:26:43 wide free world out there on youtube it's your call um but yeah we are an option we are an option and uh you'll hear from us on a regular basis and you know probably one of the best things about being a member is you get you get to say hey uh could we get a video on this and that goes a long way all right folks try to get caught up on pbn it's tremendous what we did yesterday with tremendous what we did all week really fundamentally what we do every single week here at pbn tell your friends tell your family guys i mean it you know they're going to thank you tell them the guy who runs the show. He's a little bit right-leaning. He's kind of crazy. He might get off topic. He'll probably
Starting point is 00:27:31 say some things you don't agree with. But he and the rest of his cohort are going to make you way more prepared for the life that you're living right now, man. That's the difference. It's the life we are all living right now. We are no longer in a position to say we are prepping for what might come, right? We are living it. We're living it. Talk to you soon, folks.
