It's a very important tool for physical fitness in our household. My wife and I use them probably weekly.
And you're going to need one of those.
Then you're going to need the routine.

A lot of core, basic kettlebell moves.
What I really want is people to buy kettlebells and use kettlebells because
they're amazing. They are an amazing tool for physical fitness. And the first time I touched
one, I didn't really quite understand it. And before long, it became really, like I said,
and before long it became really, like I said, the core of my physical fitness.
One of the reasons is you can buy them all sizes and really get strong because they strengthen your body in ways that traditional,
not all, but some traditional exercises don't.
I had something like a mentor.
I had something like a mentor.
A guy named Antoine.
Who taught me how to swing a kettlebell.
He taught me all about the kettlebell first.
And.

Explained to me. That changed the way I looked at physical fitness and strength was he said,
if you want to look good, train the front of your body.
If you want to get strong, train the back of your body.
Right?
So the kettlebell, there's almost nothing. You could do like, you can do kettlebell
bench press style, right? Like dumb, almost like a dumbbell press kind of. You could do that,
but that's not really what the kettlebell is for. The moves that were developed for the kettlebell,
almost none of them have anything to do with your chest
because it predominantly focuses on your back
and your hamstrings and your calves.
You know what I mean?
And the back of the body, your glutes.
You know what I mean? All that.
It really does focus on that.
And you can get strong, really strong, by just doing those things.
I mean, you really can get strong.
And you don't even really have to look really strong.
And I think there's some benefits to that.
You know what I mean?
I think there are some benefits to being explosive and being strong
and not looking like You know somebody on

With the abs and the pecs
And the whole thing
