Starting point is 00:00:00 Well, hello, everyone. Thought we would peruse the internet this morning. Look at this great coffee mug, by the way. On the coffee tree, just so you know. For those who know, now they know. On the coffee tree, PBN Family, the Black Friday catalog is live. I did not put the link anywhere. Good luck. God.
Starting point is 00:00:42 Here, let me give me one minute, and I'll put it up on the screen. Poorly prepared, the prepper is. One minute. This is my James screwed up music. Okay. What am I doing? This is either the James is perusing the internet or James screwed up. we're in business okay let's do it i'll put the q r code up here boom voila scan that thing go look at
Starting point is 00:01:43 well we'll probably look at it today i am a little tight on time so things have occurred so what's going on man i really don't know that's why i said let's explore the internet last night, I watched a Warhammer match, watched some TV with my wife in bed, spent a lot of time doing it to fix the 3D printer. I, you know, throughout yesterday, I was kind of removed from the news cycle and really the day before to be. I saw Saudi Arabia stuff and Trump. I did record an excellent, if I do say so myself, and you guys will get it today.
Starting point is 00:02:26 members on the podcast on Venezuela. I went on a little bit of a Venezuela tangent because I've been watching it, watching it all take place. I'm trying to figure out what is the full picture here and I had a revelation that made me kind of sad for the American people it really did it was one of those
Starting point is 00:02:48 I've had these revelations in my own life I don't like how this over at X I got to move over a little okay I don't like how these like revelations
Starting point is 00:02:58 I've had these moments in my life where I've had these revelations and these kind of like sad revelations I love the snood, man. The snood is almost like the thneed. That's what it reminds me of, you know? The Phoenix is in chat. Look, again, right here, scan that QR code.
Starting point is 00:03:22 Get your hands, the hair is wild. Get your hands on the ferg, the one and only. Your very own ferg. Huh? What makes the ferg the furg the fur? Well, the thing that really makes the ferg the ferg is that they're handmade by the one and only, right? The one and only Phoenix. So to me, that's what makes the ferg the ferg primarily.
Starting point is 00:03:48 But it, you know, it opens on both ends. One of the things I never used the ferg for until last year, right, was this number. This is a ferg capability. You could slide this thing into your hoodie pocket or you can just, you know, put it down in the lab. when the hands are cold and it'll make a difference and there's also uh you can you can request request wool furgs so you know i've done this before on the show but we'll do the thing again what's the secret word god uh you know you could cover the neck right j ferg i'm not a hundred sure what you're asking with that question seems kind of out of line though um so you know you can do
Starting point is 00:04:38 the neck thing you can do the hat thing you can do the face covering thing if you want to when you're ready to do the hat thing you tire up and uh right and then boom you're good you're back in action right I love it available black friday catalog you know click it you got all kinds of great stuff over there right oh the fuzzy hand purses huh wait so a fuzzy hand purse is a fuzzy hand purse is called a muff okay you learn so Merry Christmas everyone you learn something new all the time how about these sweet backgrounds from uh stream yard i logged into stream yard and they were just like we got all these different thanksgiving uh um backgrounds for you you know what me pretty cool pretty cool um so what's going on in the world what's going on on on the internet i don't know
Starting point is 00:05:41 let's have a peek let's have a peek in and see what in the world we're going to go to the highly compromised drudge report to see what to see what the left wing battle plan is for the day police state now this is so fun to watch let's peruse together let's let's do this together there's no point in me staring off into nothingness you guys might as well watch along with me as we go around the internet let's see right because i'm going to remark a about things and it's fun right so we're over here at the left wing talking piece which is the drudge report right it's been taken over it's been compromised police state border patrol monitoring drivers nationwide detaining for suspicious travel
Starting point is 00:06:38 let's take a look at suspicious travel this is from the highly reputable AP and the AP is always right and they don't care what you think but they're always right I don't know. Some of these websites, you just can't really peruse. It's impossible. So what they've done is they've taken a bunch of pictures of the road and stuck it up here to scare you, I guess, to tell you, like, the border patrol is watching you in Pennsylvania. I get it. I don't want to watch your video, AP.
Starting point is 00:07:15 Look at how horrible these things are. I mean, they're so bad. It's just unbelievable to me. The state of affairs on the internet is wow. Hey, how you doing, brother? Hey, my name is Joel. I'm with the Bear County Sheriff's Office. The only reason I'm stopping is when I was watching over there,
Starting point is 00:07:30 you were drifting over that fog line. I just want to make sure everything's okay. You have your driver's license on you? It's not going to be a ticket. It's going to be a warning. In March, 2022, Alex Schott was pulled out. I'm going to have you step out and sit in my pastor's see while I do your warning, okay? Thanks a lot, man.
Starting point is 00:07:44 The moment he asked me to get out of my vehicle, I knew right away, something was fishy about the entire thing. I've been pulled over a few times in my life for speeding tickets. They were like, dude, we have got to find a white guy for this video. For a warning. Find a white guy. Do you have anything in your vehicle that you're not supposed to have? Okay.
Starting point is 00:08:12 All right. Would you allow me to search your vehicle? Okay. So what I'll do? We have a canine pretty close, so I'm going to have a canine come out. You'll walk around your vehicle. He's coming out. My man, having a bad day with the police.
Starting point is 00:08:34 Let's see how long they locked him up for. Let's see which work he got putting to. Do you ever follow on me running my dog on your vehicle here? It's okay. Okay, is there anything that you... Okay. License plate readers are incredibly powerful surveillance. They are collecting mass amounts of information about who people are.
Starting point is 00:08:54 It's amazing to me how we went from like, oh my God, let's do everything we can to find these J-6ers and throw them in jail, 60 years old or not. Use every surveillance tool possible. let's open up an entire wiretapping scheme on Republicans and now everybody's blown away by the fact that there are people collecting data and monitoring things unreal I don't believe it at this day and age can you imagine a secretive program to identify and detain people whose travel patterns are suspicious.
Starting point is 00:09:42 What do you want these guys to do? Right? I think what they more likely want to do is identify people with suspicious travel patterns. This is the thing that drives me crazy. And this is one of my key points in the Venezuela podcast. Like, a hundred thousand people died
Starting point is 00:10:10 look at look at the drudge report over here is having an absolute aneurism 100,000 people died for years in a row right multiple years where we had almost 100,000 Americans die all the while from the same nations that were sourcing the goodies that came in to kill these 100,000 Americans a year
Starting point is 00:10:33 and if you want to correct me and say, Well, it was actually 90,000. Does it matter? Can I round up? Can I round up when we're, if I can't round up when we're talking about dead Americans, then what are we doing? So the concept here is, it's the same here as it is with the Venezuela issue with the blowing up drug dealers on the high seas, which I want a video game, by the way. I wouldn't mind a little video game in VR where I could pilot one of these, whatever it is, right? So, and the concept is the same in Venezuela.
Starting point is 00:11:15 I watched a guy yesterday talking about Venezuela and the buildup of military might over there. And he was crybabying about the fact that we don't need this. We could just let the Coast Guard do its job, not understanding that the Coast Guard has been doing its job and people have been dying into the tune of hundreds of thousands i wish if if the democrat lunatic left-wing fringe in the country maybe not so much the fringe could wrap one thing around their head about all the ugliness this is not look this is not to it's not to say i'm not watching and i'm not you know paying attention right and you should be to no matter how conservative Maga Trump you are.
Starting point is 00:12:05 But it's important to understand, like, things get ugly when you let shit get out of control for so many years. When you let the border go insane for so many years, and you let so many monsters in the country where in America you have little teenage girls getting raped and killed and chopped up and set on fire in America it got it the only way to fix something like that is things get ugly they have to get ugly and I just wish that they could understand that this this is where we're at it doesn't matter how it makes you feel it doesn't matter if it makes you feel angry it doesn't matter if you want to chase ice out of your town and throw rocks at
Starting point is 00:12:58 them do it throw rocks at the ice people because what that That's going to do. Every bad guy in your neighborhood is going to sit up in their apartment, in their house, in their mansion, and whatever, and just smile and just say, thanks. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate you chasing. They almost got me. They almost drugged me out of here, right, by my hair, and threw me back into the nation I came from. So I really appreciate you guys chasing them out. It's so weird when you get criticism from the left because they, fail at almost everything they do sometimes so epically you can't even believe the failure right and then like dad has to come in and and mop up after it all that's really like really what it feels
Starting point is 00:13:46 like you know what i mean it's really what it's like to watch so yeah it's it's ugly right now it's ugly in different parts of the world because things have been allowed to get so out of hand You can't just flip a switch and say, make all the bad guys disappear. No, you've got to go in neighborhoods and houses and look for people. I mean, everybody was here for the Middle East, right? You know what it's like to find bad guys in an urban sprawl? It's not easy. What else is going on?
Starting point is 00:14:19 I hear Crypto's taking a nosedive. Yesterday I heard that, well, let's look it up because that's kind of funny. The Drudge Report sucks anyway. let's look up McDonald's signed to crypto bros because this is pretty funny stuff if we could find the image oh is it not real it's supposed to be hey crypto bros we're hiring let's see if they got a picture of it maybe it's not real maybe it's a big fake everything's fake on the internet I really like it I thought it was awesome
Starting point is 00:14:58 I thought it was timely I thought it was a great joke and I wish it were real why is it not showing up oh because it's an images search let's see if I can bring it up through Snopes ah damn it let me share it real quick
Starting point is 00:15:15 it's worth it trust me it's worth it trust me I was so hoping it was real. I think my youngest told me about it, actually. No, no, no, I heard it on the radio. I heard it on the radio. Let's get a better view. Let's scroll down on Snopes.
Starting point is 00:15:34 It wasn't real. It was fake. It was made up, but it was still funny. The crypto, look, the bankster breaker is going to give me hell for this, but it just is what it is. It's kind of funny. I don't know. Anybody eat McDonald's? Anybody eat McDonald's and not afraid to admit it?
Starting point is 00:15:53 I eat McDonald's. I really don't care that much. Do you know what I mean? You know, it's amazing to me, like, you run into people who drink, like, every night of their life. They get, like, half blackout drunk, and they'll tell you, like, you know, that McDonald's stuff is poison. Oh, really? Oh, really? You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:16:18 It's one of those things. You know, do it. All things in moderation, folks. It's all I can tell you. It's the best advice. It's the best advice that I've gotten probably in my whole life. And I've gotten a lot of good advice. My mother always constantly, all things in moderation, Jew. All things. And it used to be dumb. And it used to be something like back in the day you would hear and you'd be like, okay, I know. You know what I mean? And now the world's so out of control that you can be like all things in moderation. And people like, huh? What's that? What's that mean? you mean i shouldn't play uh this mobile game for 40 you know percent of my day all things in moderation folks all things in moderation and the only thing i'd add to that is uh and then every once in a while just nothing the value of nothing the value of nothing pbm family all right where else do i go to peru's great news camala harris accuses
Starting point is 00:17:21 Trump of gaslighting. You guys want to see my MSN feed? It gets a little personal, right? I show you the MSN feed. It gets a little personal, but I don't really care about any of that stuff. New tab. Because I think they tailor this, right? Do they tailor this to you?
Starting point is 00:17:40 If they were smart, they would. If they were smart, they would tailor this to your sort of situation. There is some rumbling happening. I'm sure you'll hear about it from Sarah Hathaway. Economy added 119,000 jobs and unemployment ticked up in September. Wait, what? Oh, what? What a confusing headline.
Starting point is 00:18:05 The economy added 119,000 jobs and unemployment ticked up in September. Okay. The news, man. What's in the Epstein files and the deadly conditions for some... What? This is another... Who are writing these headlines? I got to read it.
Starting point is 00:18:30 I'll read it to you. What's in the Epstein files and the deadly conditions for some pregnant prisoners? Morning Rundown. So now what they're trying to do to get your attention is they're like putting numerous, not just one, but like numerous, you know... headlines into one to get you please click please read the article please would you please please midnight suns that game sucked uh laney wilson wins entertainer of the year wonderful the RPG everyone sharing and streaming 10 places in america that will vanish from the map if yellowstone erupts oh god toxic boyfriend called girlfriend 18 times in a span of two minutes
Starting point is 00:19:20 before shooting her or himself i don't feel like reading the rest of the headline japanese government report expresses alarm at new world order it look if this is the new world order we are to worry about the guy on the right doesn't even exist you know what i mean the guy the guy in the middle is the guy on the right's dad and then the guy on the far left is the fall guy you know what i mean and he doesn't even know it the guy on the far left is the fall guy and he doesn't even know it vladimir vladimir is out of the picture immediately if jing ping wants him out of the picture i really believe that oh my god the epstein files when are we going to release the epstein files that have all the pictures of donald trump with little
Starting point is 00:20:15 girls and his name on an email that says i sure i sure did enjoy those little girls that you sent over to my penthouse epstein that was really nice guys it's kind of like what they said on patria power hour last week not the one that just passed but last week like if they had anybody had anywhere something really incriminating right why would they hold on to it why would they be waiting Why would they have gone through two election cycles? Why would they have gone through a whole Joe Biden presidency? Where they were trying to indict the guy, whatever, he was in, he had 515 felonies or something along those lines. Meanwhile, they let, you know, Joe Schmo run around with a knife and stab people, let him back out on the street again for the 500th time.
Starting point is 00:21:07 No, it's okay. We're going to rehabilitate him this time. He'll be fine. They wanted that man in jail so bad. They wanted to destroy that man's, probably more than I've ever seen anything happen in my whole life. I mean, can anyone think of an individual that was more targeted than Donald Trump was during the last election? I've never seen anything like it. I've never seen anything remotely close to it.
Starting point is 00:21:35 The only one it was remotely close to it, but it was one targeting, but it was just so extreme. it was uh it was like eighth amendment violation right it was cruel and unusual punishment was um alex jones they were like you know you said something that we don't like we're going to sue you and then they were like we're going to take your whole business and you owe us a billion dollars you know what i mean it was so it was one of the craziest things ever it was like has anybody ever been taken for this much of a ride before no not even close not even close not even close so suffice it to say i'm a little bored of the epstein files okay a little bit put it out whatever it is you know what i mean this thing's cool check this out earth's biggest selection
Starting point is 00:22:22 cd radios fast free delivery with prime this is actually kind of exactly what i'm looking for for my kids this year except i want a tape player too candis owens provides proof kirk predicted his murder Candice Owens has gone crazy. I don't know. This is the world. Kanye West, Jason Kelsey,
Starting point is 00:22:43 Mark Wahlberg, with a swimsuit on. This is interesting. The Minota, HDR Night Vision camcorder. How much for that thing? Jiu-Jutsu Kaysen Season 3 is planning Gojo's greatest scene of all time.
Starting point is 00:23:01 Now that's a headline that gets my attention. I don't know truly truly it's the most exciting thing I've seen since we started to be quite honest with you I know you guys probably don't know what that is you probably don't care and I don't even you know for the for most of you watching I wouldn't even recommend you watch it um if you're if you're a young man you should watch it definitely if you're a young man you should definitely know who saturu gojo is because he is the metaphorical character that a lot of young men fall into you know what i mean in one way or another no you don't know what i mean and i'm not going to go into it because it'll take the rest of the show to explain white house promises to make a scene after epstein defeat i don't
Starting point is 00:23:56 know the news is boring utterly right let's take a look at the wonderful and beautiful black friday preppers catalog you know what i'm going to go away there's no need for me to be here let's just look at it in it's all its glory let's just look at it in all its glory lima tango right up front 27% discount on the annual membership if you've been in it I didn't even add the continuity in this list of benefits I didn't know
Starting point is 00:24:36 the new mesh-tastic course you took the new mesh-tastic course right look you may like think the canning diva did you see the canning diva by the way you guys watched that right you guys saw the incredible canning diva show that we did you got to watch it you know what i mean it was it was a phenomenal show she's such a fun lady
Starting point is 00:25:01 to talk to about food she really loves it and uh and she's got a ton of great information like stuff that i don't need i she's a fun guest we're going to make her probably a monthly appearance here on pbn because she's a good time and uh yeah and also on top of all that she's giving away some amazing stuff got great giveaways if you don't don't have no grid survival projects you're out of your mind the ready plan app's cool it's definitely cool votes preparedness folks we're working with votes we're going to do i think we're going to try to do a giveaway with votes for the longest time man i here's the truth i i don't like to say it because it limits our capability to make money at pbn 100% transparency okay
Starting point is 00:25:51 I try to stay kind of even keel on food storage, because look, this is what I don't want to happen. I don't want to say, food storage, pre-packaged food storage kind of sucks, right? And then all of a sudden, you know, Ready Wise emails me and goes, hey, we got a bunch of money for you. Do you want to promote ReadyWise? But look, we, this year with Ration of Ruin, we really did a lot. lot with food storage like we really did the food storage thing probably better than most people do it actually why am i selling this short ration or ruin was the true test of food storage that's what it was it was the true test of what food storage is and can be and should be in all the
Starting point is 00:26:42 nine yards yeah i got to scratch my back um and that's what it was you know that's really what it was it was better than i'm only going to eat food storage for 30 days like i've seen a bunch of those videos crop up and stuff it was better and exercise than that because it gave you the choice to eat or not and what what what really wound up happening was there were times when you were like i'd rather just not eat i had those times I had times when I was so hungry and I was eating like I mentioned this on the show the other day. I was eating things like chicken flavored rice and I was just like, you know, I'll take a couple tablespoons and I'm done. Now this is a guy who hasn't eaten in 24, 48 hours, something like
Starting point is 00:27:36 that, right? I'm good. I don't want to eat it. I'll eat what's next on the menu. This one I don't want. And to me, that is a wholesale failure of food storage, right? That's a wholesale failure of food storage because you're burning 20 minutes of simmer time and some kind of fuel to bring this stuff to life. You bring it to life. You taste it and you go, and look, I'm not very picky in eater. You know what I mean? But if you're in a household full of, like, if I were to set chicken flavored rice on the table for my food.
Starting point is 00:28:14 you have no idea right they're used to good food um but why i went to vodes and why i reached out well actually votes reached out to us a lot of people reach out to us but the reason i went back to votes and said hey let's do this let's explore this relationship right is i want to This is the kind of food that I actually eat when I go out to camp. You know what I mean? The meals that are heated by boiling water, it's just a big deal. It's a different thing. It's better.
Starting point is 00:28:54 The texture is better. The flavor's better. The food's usually better. The way the meals turn out and mix together is usually better. Everything's not necessarily diced into bits and reconstituted in simmering water. Jay Ferg is doing good work with her family. She said, my family wouldn't bat an eye. And she says they're happy I feed them anything.
Starting point is 00:29:22 Well, that's good. That's gratitude, man. That's gratitude for life. You know what I mean? That's a good thing. Nothing wrong with that. So look, if you want to get the catalog, look up there in the corner, scan that with your QR code, or, you know, go,
Starting point is 00:29:40 go to the show notes i'll update the show notes after the show you can get a link right there you can get at at x or facebook or you know everywhere and check it out check it out but vodes was a big deal they got some great off they got another thing they sell is the freeze dried meat which i think is the best um thing you can spend your money on in terms of food storage freeze dried meat is it was another big takeaway from the ration of ruin world right is just this nightmare of protein not having enough protein the insta farm is massive the insta farm has been just blowing up it is by far the most viewed and the most clicked thing in the whole catalog people are really going after that i hope they're buying products and making these folks money um we got u s law shield that's a new addition u.s law shield is in here now Rockwell, if you got water storage issues. These guys on the left, these little cubes, I forget what they're called, the nomad or something like that.
Starting point is 00:30:45 I should know that. I'm sorry. I think it's called the nomad. The Exodus. It's on the damn ad. The Exodus is phenomenal. It really is. It comes with a built-in spout. You see how stackable they are. They got like 35 and 55 gallon. They're legitimate water storage containers
Starting point is 00:31:08 They will make the difference You know what I mean You put water in those things And they'll make the difference for you And they don't let sunlight in at all Woohoo The disaster coffee page The disaster coffee page folks
Starting point is 00:31:27 Look if you're listening Follow along in the catalog We're not going to go over every page But look at all that good stuff The EMPT, that Jasmine green tea. Oh, my God. The Phoenix! Look at the Phoenix wears, man.
Starting point is 00:31:42 Look at the reversible bags. Look at the incredible ferg for sale. It's a steel at 35 bucks, by the way. Absolute steel. I got fergs that are like five, six years old, I think now. Steel. Steel. Truly.
Starting point is 00:32:01 And, of course, the emergency binders, they are unbelievable the emergency binder everybody needs one it's that simple everybody needs one and the moment you get it the moment you fill it out you realize oh now i have this thing i can share with my family and they can know what the hell's going on in my crazy head right and if you want something for your children to do or to learn a new skill for your children to do and learn i think the drop spindle kit is like it's the best value you know what i mean it's the best value it's 20 bucks stick it in the stocking drop spindle kit you know what i mean give your kids something to do one of the one of the things that humanity is suffering right now we are suffering
Starting point is 00:32:44 there's no doubt about it one of the things we're suffering right now is what do we do when we get off of all this technology you know i don't suffer it i'm i'm i'm the man who is never bored you know what i mean there's not enough there's not enough life or time for me in two lifetimes to be honest. So I, you know, but I came up differently, and I didn't fall as hard or as heavily into the digital diet. But there's a lot of people in the world who are setting their cell phone down and going, now what the hell do I do?
Starting point is 00:33:19 You know what I mean? Now what? I don't know. A really good thing to do is to play around with a drop spindle and learn how to make freaking fibers into usable material i don't know sweet yeah it's well i don't want to go page for page but it's hard not to go page for page every prepper there is needs more info on the hydronamus you see that thing you need to get to excuse me you need to get to know that thing you need to click that more info button and you need to tell them the pbn sent you okay click that button right there and tell
Starting point is 00:33:58 PBN sent you fill out a quote thing Ask questions Understand what this thing is capable of Because it's a monster I mean it really is a monster Like if you're thinking about relocation If you're thinking about the tiny home dream
Starting point is 00:34:15 Or whatever the situation is What you're looking at right here Literally what you're looking at If you run a tiny home You're looking at your utilities Like this is your utilities this machine is a utilities machine and i do think that utilities machines are going to be happening they're going to be a thing i think that maybe your kids or their kids are going to own their
Starting point is 00:34:40 utilities i do believe that get them freedom pickles also ulysses press great selection of books oh the solomon drive killer deal dave jones uh amazing uh informative classes and yeah oh my god me chin buy a spool ten of my man i know you want a spool ten i look at that thing there's only 50 available sale starts the 28th little heads up on that one our incredible sponsor faraday containers look at these beautiful shipping containers you see these shipping containers on the left these things are absolutely eMP proof park your tractor in it park your your uh e-bike in the thing whatever it is like this is what you want folks sorry i'm playing around they're they're awesome and then you got the the workboxes as well
Starting point is 00:35:40 jfurg got the world already too oh man thank you jfurg i appreciate that that means a lot that those books have a great message man great message and uh yeah we're We've got all kind of good stuff. The Preppers Med Handbook, Our Man L2.5. Look, folks, it is what it is. It is the Preppers Black Friday catalog, and we're going to be talking about it for, you know, a month. We gather together here to celebrate this thing called prepping.
Starting point is 00:36:19 Electric Rurred Prepping. I'm out of coffee. That means the show's over. That's all I really want to do. Get on talk about the news. what i hadn't seen we didn't peruse the news very well we'll do one more we'll do one more and then we'll hit the road let's see what michael schneider's talking about what's on the top whatever it is i don't care whatever he's got on the top i'll share it it's going to be a nightmare
Starting point is 00:36:41 to share because he's got so many ads um but we'll share it we'll talk about it okay scroll down we just witnessed something that hasn't happened since the last housing crash. Sometimes it's just cool to see where his head's at. During the days of the Great Recession, rapidly falling home prices caused all sorts of havoc for our major financial institutions. Unfortunately, home prices are starting to plummet once again. In many areas of the country, and just like during the last housing crash, we're also
Starting point is 00:37:16 seeing a surge in foreclosure filings. Oh, man, that's not good. According to Zillow, 53% of all homes, the United States have lost value within the past year. I've seen that I noticed that some houses were like down 10,000 more than half of the homes in U.S. lost their value of the past year. Research from Zillow revealed that approximately 53% of all U.S. homes have lost value up to 14% from a year ago. That's a lot. Imagine that. You let Blackwater, BlackRock, rather, buy all the houses with cash and no one can get their hands on them.
Starting point is 00:37:53 and then all of a sudden the value of the homes goes away. Many of the biggest drops are in once red-hot pandemic boom towns. Oh, in Denver, 91%. Wow. 91% of homes have fallen from their peak value. It's 89% in Austin, 88% in Sacramento. 80% of homes in Florida? Wow, that's surprising.
Starting point is 00:38:20 I tried to hold that off. It didn't work. Bless me. 80% of homes in Jacksonville or Atlanta Tamper now worth less than they were a year ago. Dallas and San Antonio also seen declines in more than 85%. Well, the Floridians have no fear. The New Yorkers are coming. You're going to run from Mamdani, the Sultan Mamdani, and they'll be down there ready to do their thing.
Starting point is 00:38:43 Most homes have lost value from their peak falling 9.7% on average. But as we're stunned to see Illinois emerge as one of the worst hit states last month, man, Illinois cannot catch a break, right? In October, one in every 2,570 Illinois homes had a foreclosure filing, a total of 2,118 properties. Yeah, this goes back to that thing, you know what I mean? It goes back to that same old thing that I hate, just scared Americans, Americans in predicaments, Americans having to make tough decisions, and just I hate it.
