Starting point is 00:00:00 Now autumn's fire burns slowly along the woods. And day by day, the dead leaves fall and melt. William Allingham. This little extraction was pulled right out of my book Seasons in the Valley. I wrote this book before I had kids even. Oh my God, this book is old. I wrote this thing years and years and years ago, man. Seasons in the Valley recipes and insight inspired by the historic Brandy Wine Valley. Just a wonderful place to be, man, especially this time of year. Phoenix! And, you know, I wanted to read some of it to you today. I had a whole other
Starting point is 00:00:59 show planned five minutes before the show we're going to talk about the fast and we're going to talk about the prayer and all that kind of stuff and you know the joneses are have been fasting for days the rest of us just got started at sundown until noon today i don't even consider myself fasting it's not even a thought really until after about midday but i don't know you know here we are we're in that crispy time of the year that is short-lived man it's the week of Halloween we got Halloween on a Friday night and I just think it's time to have it you know I don't know to dig into this to dig into this I've got some amazing quotes about the season but this I wrote years ago as a chef the horizon is ablaze as a
Starting point is 00:01:51 spectrum of fiery reds and gold spread quickly over the foliage Yet cool whispers of the new season rushed down our backs, enticing us to hold that someone a little closer. We are humbled as Mother Nature cools our side of the planet at will in the burning beauty of autumn. It's a time for plump game birds and venison, juniper, and clove. The air is laced with spice and the sweet scent of brittle fallen leaves. Farm markets brim with crisp tree fruit. Pears. This is a tough bunch to read to the fasting audience.
Starting point is 00:02:30 Good thing I'm doing it Monday and not Wednesday. Pairs for baking and poaching so many varieties of apple you could go broke tasting them all. I spent a lot of time, man, in farmers' markets. Squash and pumpkin fields out reach their winery inviting you to come pick them, roast them, carve them, puree them, or fry them crisp. I love spaghetti squash, roasted and scooped and tossed with a little. a little honey in time. Oh, that sounds so good. Fall is also my favorite season to eat foie gras.
Starting point is 00:03:00 Spiced and dried fruits are the perfect match for the rich melting lobes of roasted liver. Quail stuffed with diced apples in foie gras. When you cut it open, you reveal the best gift of the season. Try some poached pears in red wine, cinnamon anise clove, and just a pinch of sugar with a nice thick slab of caramelized foie gras. Instead of all the controversy and protest, I think we should just take a break. Look at this.
Starting point is 00:03:27 All these years ago, man, this is before everything. This is before I was podcasting anything. It's amazing what you see in life. You just always see it. Instead of all the controversy and protest, I think we should just take a break, put away the signs and speakerphones and sit down to a nice block de foie gras
Starting point is 00:03:45 and talk it all out. I can say without a doubt it is my favorite season. The transition between summer and fall when berries, corn, melons, tomatoes are slowly going out of season. Meanwhile, your roots and squash are coming in. The weather's like spring and the sheer variety of produce is like no other time a year when you realize why being a chef is such an honor.
Starting point is 00:04:08 Not to mention, you can almost smell the truffles in the distance. Hoof. The truffles in Zayn distance, folks. Still got the black coffee. The black coffee carries me through the 72-hour fast. I'm telling you that right now. What's up, Born to Brab, Firewolf, in the live chat. Thank you for joining me today on this fall-inspired show.
Starting point is 00:04:37 We're going to talk a lot of different things. If you've got something you want to talk about, let me know. Oh, God, the nose is tickly. Still, that's the only problem with the fall season, to be honest with you. So for those unawares, we are in the midst of a 72-hour fast, and you can join us, if you'd like. It's, you know, this is what I was thinking, walking back to the car. If you want to make a room quiet real fast, talk about a 72-hour fast.
Starting point is 00:05:09 And I don't mean talk about it like espouse it. I mean, bring it up. Say maybe we should. Maybe we ought to. Maybe we, maybe you should, right? If you want to quiet up a room real fast, start talking about that. Firewolf Forge, thank you for reminding me, man. Oh my God. Thank you for reminding me. Wow. I would have been so mad if I ended this show without talking about the continuity. Continuity meets tonight last Monday of the month, right? 9 p.m. Eastern standard time. The continuity. Civil War 2.0. Don't miss it. If you're a member, you know what I'm talking about. If you're not a member, go to PBNFamily.com. Scroll down to the very bottom. You'll see the continuity flag. And you can join us. You can sign up. Five bucks a month.
Starting point is 00:05:54 month you're in join us for the continuity it's going to be a great one i'll send a email out to the rest of you members to those who don't catch the show today and firewolf will also put it up in the continuity link the uh element rather that was close firewolf saved the day firewolf saved the day because i'm on a i'm on a totally different road it's been in my head it's on in the book here announce uh no no continuity email to members we do have to announce the winner too yeah i didn't ask for name so i can't actually announce a name and i don't think i'm going to announce an email but there is a winner i feel weird announcing an email um but you'll get an email from me today i already have the draft but i just wanted to bring
Starting point is 00:06:41 it up we do have a winner the the giveaway is over we had uh like 300 entry 300 people who entered the giveaway and like a thousand something or other entries so another like 300 people entered the giveaway and then like they did did the things to create thousands of actual entries so within those thousand you win you will receive an email for me today like i said next time i'll set a first name but a first name won't work either yeah i don't know i'm not a big fan of announcing people's names and addresses on live streams that go all over the internet i'm sure you would appreciate that um so continuity tonight don't miss it if you remember love to have you there they're always a good time and uh yeah the giveaway ends the giveaway ends as we coast our way in
Starting point is 00:07:36 to uh the rest of this fall season so fire wolf you are not the winner my man sorry well you may be but i just don't know that this is one of your email i know you got like 15 different emails and seven different accounts and all that kind of where's henry david thoreau i don't know some of these are really good i got a bunch of great quotes for hot for autumn um but thoreos is amazing where is he george elliott's not bad delicious autumn my very soul is wedded to it if i were a bird i would fly about the earth seeking successive autumn's not a bad move victoria ericsson this is a really good one if a year i don't know who she is if a year was tucked inside of a clock then autumn would be the magic hour people fall in love emily brons the best emily brons is my favorite female poet period
Starting point is 00:08:42 she's really over the last two years she has really solidified her position in my ever important rankings of poems and poets and female poets and male poets right super important that i approve but emily says every leaf which weird because emily dickinson emily brunt right every leaf speaks bliss to me fluttering from the autumn tree that's a good one if you know if you're a member you're going to get um tomorrow you're going to get the podcast from last week i promised you sorry for the delay and then this week not the members only podcast but you're going to get another podcast that really is the the james version of the show that i'm doing right now so in other words i'm doing a show right now that is the pbn version of my soul in autumn
Starting point is 00:09:38 what you will get the members will get the the the real download like the the real download heaven help you heaven how the gushiest and gushiest and all of that right autumn carries more gold in its pocket than all other seasons jim bishop where's henry at henry get your ass out of waldon lake and get no where's he john your's always good the winds will blow their own freshness into you and the storms their energy while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of autumn jk rolling i must have missed them oh i definitely miss them we got a john don that one i want to get to where's my man there he is the man we all want to be henry david living in the cabin in the woods by ourselves never to be seen or heard from again
Starting point is 00:10:38 I would rather sit on a pumpkin and have it all to myself than be crowded on a velvet cushion. I don't know if that resonates outside of the PBN family, but I know a lot of guys, Firewolf being one of them, probably born to Brab. And then you know what, the Phoenix, too, who would really agree with that, you know, inside or outside of autumn. I'd rather sit on a pumpkin and have it all to myself than be crowded on a velvet cushion. that is interesting man that has a lot that says a lot about our time at the moment right what do you want to do you want to carry on with it i don't have the i don't know you know i got to log on to rumble every day to like get the rumble live set up and there's always some guy or some group of guys who are like they have a hat on or they have like a cowboy hat
Starting point is 00:11:30 on and they're irate or they're laughing and mocking some group of people And it's just like It's a road that I do not even want to traverse today You know what I mean? I have no desire I don't even want to know what you're laughing about or mocking It's like no fun at all right None none at all Born to Brab, congratulations my man turning 50 tomorrow
Starting point is 00:11:57 Born in the best season there is something to that My son too is born in the fall and he loves it He loves the cool weather uh congrats happy birthday born to bratt member here at the prepper broadcasting network we appreciate you man we appreciate all you members you guys make the world go round you make the uh yeah you really do make the world go round victoria ericson we read where was our man john don i always like john because he was great and ancient. L.M. Montgomery, Mure, Addison Allen,
Starting point is 00:12:34 Shauna Nyquist. The morning of the first September was crisp and golden as an apple, says J.K. Rowley. Here we go. Here we go. John Don. No spring nor summer beauty has such grace as I have seen in one autuminal face. How do you say that word? Autominal? Autuminal. That's pretty good. Good. No spring nor summer beauty has such grace as I've seen in one autumn, autumn
Starting point is 00:13:01 face. I think I just say autumn face. It's good stuff, man. What else is going on in the world? I got a box of prepper discs behind me, this one. See that box right there? If you're a member, you will see a family gear, right? Beautiful, beautiful. Beautiful, beautiful. Um, we're going to do a review of that for family gear. We're going to give one away. And we may, we may even contract the guys who make the prepper disk to make something special for us as well. Yep. Stack and firewood is, it's a beautiful thing to do.
Starting point is 00:13:48 I still owe you guys something you don't even want on what is a pile of wood. I haven't done a fire yet. last i threatened it last week and i never even uh we did one outside but it is uh 1027 no fire in the fireplace oh it's so good so good you understand this is why autumn hangs me up so much because i see such a lack of gratitude in the world anymore do you know what i mean and the only people who really have gratitude are like the yoga types you know what i mean the meditative yogic types and you don't even know if it's real or not it's like one of those weird gratitudes where you're like some people you run into and you're like oh they're they're in love with this life and then some people you run into and uh you know you can tell it's kind of phony but it is amazing to live in america in 2025 and to see such a lack of gratitude when like there's a dogwood out front of my house and i walk out front of the house and i see it this time of year And the dogwoods are probably one of my favorite trees for, you know, they are like a fever-reducer pain reliever also in the bark.
Starting point is 00:15:05 You should know what a dogwood looks like. It's got a tiny little bark that has squares in it, right? Well, the bark's not tiny, but the squares in the bark are tiny. You should get to know the dogwood. It's easy to find almost all times of the year. But what I like about it this year is it's got like a red virus that runs up the green leaf. I did not ask for that, Johnny 5. I did not ask to be followed.
Starting point is 00:15:32 Hashtag me too. Stop following me with your eyes. It runs up the side of it, of the leaf. It's like this maroon, and I see it in the morning, and I'm sitting there. Sometimes I just stare at it in the morning. Like, amazing. Like the leaf. Can you enjoy a leaf anymore?
Starting point is 00:15:51 People got new cars, new this, new that, they can't even enjoy them, right? It just seems like, I don't know. It's weird, right? Do you see it or is it just me? I mean, I feel like I see it a lot. It feels like a lot of people with a lot of problems. A whole lot of trouble enjoying this amazing life in the United States, right? And I get it, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:16:14 Nothing's perfect, but at the same time, it's like, let's look at what's going on out there. L2 Survive says, the smaller the dog tree, the bigger, the bar. Oh, I see what you're saying. I see what you're getting at. Welcome in, Nub. Appreciate you, my man. Guys, if you're watching, on YouTube, go check out L2 Survive YouTube channel.
Starting point is 00:16:40 Great gear reviews, awesome stuff. Really awesome starlink stuff, if you're into that. Definitely check them out for that. Yeah, Firewolf Forge in Chat says 45 and everything hurts. this is when I see comments like yours Firewolf it's those moments where I'm glad that I didn't play sports or join the military
Starting point is 00:17:06 at a young age. Nothing wrong with it but I just I'm going to be 40 in February and nothing hurts I have no pain you know what I mean? I don't know when that'll all start I have no idea I tweak things from time to time working out
Starting point is 00:17:23 and stuff like that but there's no like lingering wake up and like tin like oil can uh wizard of oz type stuff going on in my life and of course it'll come but at the same time it's like i don't know you know god bless you right without without people who uh born to braps says skateboarding and action sports destroyed yeah i i know all kinds of people with those stories now i might be going deaf from playing in a band all through high school instead of doing those things so we could talk about that you know what I mean Firewolf says broken back need yoga and a living massage person yeah I agree I agree
Starting point is 00:18:11 it would do you good yoga is magic it really is I'll tell you one thing that's magic that you don't need to get into yoga for is buy one of those pool up bars that goes in the doorway you know those you don't even have to do pull-ups on it i mean you should but you don't have to you could just hang from it you don't even have to hang from it you could just kind of hang ish from it like arms up and lean back straight arm straight arm out and lean back straight arm and just need you know bend your knees as much as you can that does wonders for me guys you know what i mean when i got shoulder tight shoulders or something like that or the back is tight whatever the situation is like just the
Starting point is 00:18:51 hanging and the stretching of yourself out, man, that's good stuff. I do that as a warm up, too, before I start doing pull-ups. It's good. You got to stretch yourself out. You look at old people, you can tell. Like, everybody knows. Stretching is one of those weird things that everybody knows you got to do it, but nobody wants to do it.
Starting point is 00:19:09 You know what I mean? But you look at old people, they're like, it's very clear what's happening. They're like, they're crunching. They crunch into a little ball. And then they get stuck there. I remember getting in, we got in a, we got in a, what is it, a hay ride with my father-in-law. And I realized, like, there's no more sitting down comfortably for him on the ground.
Starting point is 00:19:34 And he was older. I mean, it wasn't like a surprise. But then I do know people who are young. Like, you can't even sit Indian style. Can you sit Indian style anymore? Have you tried lately? It's a good one, right? It's a good metric.
Starting point is 00:19:48 Get down, sit Indian style comfortably. And if you can't, the best thing about that stretch, because Lotus Position is amazing. Like, it can fix all kinds of stuff just sitting Indian style. It's called Lotus Position. It's called Criss Cross Apple Sauce. If you're made of powder sugar, it's called Criss Cross Applesome. Oh, you can't say Indian Style. Are you crazy?
Starting point is 00:20:15 It was so nice we went to a football game at the Powhatan Chiefs, and it was so cool to go down to see the powhatan chiefs play and you walk on their field and they got a badass indian guy with the headdress you know what i mean unapologetic it was awesome it was awesome to see their field and like you know we are the powhatan chiefs it was good oh man it was you know it made me like want to see the redskins back as much i hate them anyway but yeah that was great they got annihilated the chiefs did the city boys came and annihilated the palatians 10 chiefs my son's team my son right out of the gates was forcing fumbles and it was it was all downhill from the get go really to be honest but anyhow sit indian style you'll be amazed at what it
Starting point is 00:21:03 can do for your low back for your legs hamstrings hips soaz muscle like a lot of stuff a lot of stuff just sit indian style watch tv sitting inside play video games listen to podcasts whatever you do if you're in bad shape the cool thing about being in bad shape is little things go a hell of a long way they really do right oh that's great man the nub is sitting that way right now um come on we got to put that one up we got to put that quote up that's a good one i'm sitting that way right now i'm very flexible for someone who's 6364 depending on the bank what bank i'm leaving l2 survive man i think it might be time for a podcast buddy. I think it might be time for a comedy show or a podcast. Your wit has exponentially
Starting point is 00:21:55 increased over the years. I'm just saying through my experience, you know what I mean? Hanging with the nub. So yeah, little things go a long way. You know, another little thing like exactly what we're talking about with the fast, you know? Let's do this real quick before we talk about the fast we have to do this before we get really fasty because uh it would just be tortured to you and me just be tortured to you and me but i do want to show you this because we have a great new friend you've seen her on the network i want to show you her website the canning diva okay you go to the can to canning diva.com um she's got a ton of stuff here man and and and he's Here's the reason I bring it to you.
Starting point is 00:22:48 We spent the weekend with her at Prepper Camp. I've interviewed her twice. She's going to be a recurring guest on PBN. She's the real deal. She's got a bunch of recipes. Look at the recipes. Desserts and meals and meats and jams and jellies and soups. It's this time of year, right?
Starting point is 00:23:06 She got online courses. She's got her own shop where she sells tools and so on. Her books are amazing. Let's get the book. She got a new book coming out. She got a new book coming out. She might be promoting in the Black Friday catalog. Beginners Canning Guy.
Starting point is 00:23:22 Look at that 1425. I may buy that today. I didn't realize a book was that cheap. Canning Full Circle. This is her new book here from Seed to Table. This is a phenomenal book for folks like you. Okay. Midwest medicinal plants is not her book, but probably pretty good still.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Canning Diva. The Canning Diva. Diane Devereaux. She got a beautiful. website, sign up for the newsletter, you know, the whole thing. Get ready. You could go to the book store and shop there and pre-order her book. She also has a blog. Look, pickling salt versus table salt, seven tips making the best salsa for canning. It's an awesome site, man. We may link to it over at pbnfamily.com, to be honest with you. This is her main book, though. You need at least
Starting point is 00:24:10 one. You know what I'm saying? You got to have at least one book that is dedicated um to canning recipes you have to have one if you don't have a book dedicated to canning recipes then the day that you realize that you're going to start pressure canning and maybe unfortunately you haven't done it before you have to do it that day is going to be a real suck day for you because you're going to realize oh i need a recipe to do this and now i can't do it because i can do it right but the problem is it's going to be uh it's going to be a real struggle and i'm always going to be worried whether or not i'm going to kill my family because i don't know how long to do things for right i don't know what pressure to do and how long to do it for so get yourself a book you can depend on
Starting point is 00:24:59 in the canning world and uh like i said diane's she's the real deal and when i say the real deal i mean there's a there's a combination of the real deal right you have the same skills and the competency for what it is you're doing talking about but then you're also a real person right so you're more than a monetized personality right and you have two three nights two nights three nights at prepper camp with a person and you very quickly understand who they really are it's not that hard get booze in their hand get them boozed up a little bit you start you know what I mean that that those are the qualifications that we look for in our favorite people here at pbN right if you're going to talk about a thing a spouse about a thing you should be competent at it
Starting point is 00:25:47 right if you're going to if you're going to monetize that thing there should be more to you than just the monetization of the thing right and then if you're cool on top of that welcome to the party and diane she she hits all those high notes that's the deal so visit canningdiva.com check her out and like I said go to the shop if nothing else pre-order the new book because she's going to you're going to love that book it is exactly what it is it's from seed to table it's like speaking to my chef heart from all those years past from seed to table this is good but i want to show off the background a little nope not that one this one okay i an entirely different show let me show you i'll show you what i was actually going to do today you guys can get a peek at it i mean
Starting point is 00:26:38 thumbnail the whole no i never put the thumbnail in here I had a whole different thumbnail plan, 72-hour fasting and the whole thing. Wednesday, we're going to do a special on Surviving America. I don't do this a lot. I should do it more, but I don't do it a lot. We're going to talk about, you guys think about it, too, and bring your picks because it'll be a really fun comment. I'll probably do like an hour plus. I may do an hour plus show for this one, because this is going to be a big one.
Starting point is 00:27:04 So bring your favorite picks for Halloween movies, okay? not necessarily horror movies okay horror movies you know they are what they are nothing wrong with them they should be in the list but what I'm interested in is Halloween
Starting point is 00:27:19 movies you know what I mean this time of year movies they don't even have to be necessarily Halloween one example would be New York in autumn
Starting point is 00:27:31 Halloween time of year movie right oh big pot of potato soup J. Ferg, I forgot you guys were fasting, man. That is so cool. That is awesome. I really appreciate that.
Starting point is 00:27:47 That was like, that's sweet. You know, that took me by surprise. Potato soup does sound awesome. I don't know if I could pull a potato soup off right now without tasting it. But that does sound great. Potato soup. I like it a little chunky with the bacon pieces in it. I want the cheddar cheese in there.
Starting point is 00:28:07 there at the end oh god that does sound good and the chive on top this happens when you stop eating you just like everything turns up but i can't say i'm not even stopped eating yet this is like normal oh i didn't know the camera was pushed up against the table has it been rocking like that the whole show my apologies so what else i have no show notes whatsoever none none show notes I'm completely winging it We got to our Boom Announced the giveaway
Starting point is 00:28:44 Continuity coming tonight Prepper discs in the back In the back It's good man L2 survive My favorite Halloween movie is die hard No it's not a Christmas movie
Starting point is 00:29:00 Yeah but bring that stuff man Bring your Think your thoughts Halloween movies We're going to do that all through Surviving America unless there's a nuclear war or something along those lines Wednesday.
Starting point is 00:29:14 L2 Survive makes a phenomenal point, a phenomenal point. He says it's not like you stay on topic anyway, which really has been kind of like my hallmark over the years. Probably one of the reasons that it's a double-edged sword. I'll tell you that much,
Starting point is 00:29:29 right? It's a double-edged sword. Because my unwillingness to sit on one topic and burn it to death because of my unwillingness to stay focused on the political or one thing or the other I've probably really detracted from the capability of the prepper broadcasting network at large
Starting point is 00:29:52 right like there's no denying that right I could have morphed into a more unilateral like personality right a more unipersonality which would suck for me oh my god it would suck you know what i mean it would be the worst if you can look at my desk right now it's the funniest it's hilarious i mean i should show you it because it's it's hilarious there's l nub the desk looks like my email inbox you know what i mean
Starting point is 00:30:27 you know what i'm saying i gave you the nub a heart attack because you saw i had 5,000 unopped emails i think you about died um but anyway the the sheer amount of mixed interests that's sitting on my desk right now within arms reach is absolutely hilarious bananas absolutely banana but that's a wonderful life the double-edged sword though right is that i wind up with these unbelievable people and that made my eyes water a little bit actually sorry Sorry, there's a gnat. I wind up with these unbelievable people, like the nub, like Jay Ferg, like Born de Brap and so many others who listen to the show because it's a thing. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:31:14 Because it's a thing. And I don't know. Like, if we had 150K subscribers who expected me to get on here every day and go, let's review what Donald Trump did yesterday. Let's review what ICE did yesterday, right? let's review what would be democrats have done wrong again i wouldn't have anything on my desk i'd just have a revolver and i'd be looking at it like huh not today come on just get just get through one more broadcast you know what i mean i mean that's the truth like i'm not built for it and uh the the rewards of people like well the phoenix for one right like that's if you guys knew
Starting point is 00:32:00 the level of support and that comes from the phoenix in the back end and not just in the front end like that's all worth it right there you know so yeah l2 survives right i definitely don't stay on top and like i said it's a double-edged door it's a risk and reward type thing anyhow the OCD my OCD has went into shock that's funny that's pretty good
Starting point is 00:32:33 no I'm telling you you know for a long time we talked about a PBN holiday comedy show and we thought we would do that we may wind up doing that one day Dave Jones is too busy we gotta wait till Dave's done with school
Starting point is 00:32:45 then we'll revisit the Christmas epic the Christmas what special the PBN Christmas stand-ups special with the variety of hosts and routines and maybe even some of the podcast listeners. We definitely need to, Phoenix. You're right. We all love Christmas. It's such a wonderful time of
Starting point is 00:33:09 year. Don't even get me started. Let me gush through fall and then we'll get into the next season. But yeah, we should do that because everybody's funny. Everybody's a hoot. It could be great. Skits and whatnot. I'd like to get like a Hathaway skit live from the Hathaway Hoth. home, you know what I mean? Maybe like Sarah got Fletcher in like a triangle choke for not doing the laundry or something long. I don't know. Anyhow, I don't think I'm going to beleaguered the point anymore, folks.
Starting point is 00:33:40 The only thing that sucks right now is my body is telling me, oh, this show's over. It's time to go eat breakfast. But it's not time to go eat breakfast. It's time to go drink water. That's what time it is. so oh you know what let's talk about this real quick any three eye atlas concern seems like a nothing burger what do you guys think
Starting point is 00:34:08 what do you guys think i think the universe is a huge place and all the things i hear about three one atlas seem like we think it's special because it's moving different than other things have ever moved in our uh in our solar system before right it's the size it's the speed it's the you know all that kind of stuff um but then i think about the larger universe like i think about how much stuff is exploding right how like supernovas and explosions and all this comets giant asteroids smashing into giant planets and shooting debris out like yeah something could definitely get here that's not from here i don't feel like that's a spectacular thought you know what i
Starting point is 00:34:57 mean like it's not from our solar system's crazy i don't know is that crazy what's crazy is the the universe is crazy and uh i don't know you know what i mean it just doesn't seem like a big deal the motivation of aliens to slowly fly into the earth for something what would the motivation be if you saw people like us from afar would you go like this would be like you waking like let's say they are a superior race of aliens and you know massive advancements in technology so on and so forth like would you go to earth think about it Think about what they see if they're tapped in, right? Would you go to Earth?
Starting point is 00:35:59 Would you go to the warring-ass human beings planet? No way, dude. You wouldn't go there. That'd be like you're going to go to like south side Chicago or something for vacation. Like let's get a, let's get ourselves an Airbnb in downtown Baltimore, east side of town. Let's get ourselves a nice Airbnb down there and go hang out, right? I don't know, man. It seems like a death wish, if you ask me.
Starting point is 00:36:31 Like, if you were an alien, you were thinking, what are the three possibilities when we land on Earth? Two of them are death. Death by military. They might be all three. Death by military. Death by the dude who happens upon you in your spacecraft and is armed, right? You better not land in the U.S.
Starting point is 00:36:49 you'd be better off landing and you land in California, maybe it'd be all right. But you land in California, they might hold you down and give you psychedelic drugs, right? I don't know. At the core of what we are, folks, and I tell my kids this, I've always told my kids this all the time. I don't know if it's the right thing to tell them or not. What is rotting? There must be something around here. I keep finding that.
Starting point is 00:37:14 It's a dead body buried in the... What I always told my kids and what I always think about. when it comes to robots and aliens is we are the master killers i do believe it i mean i believe it to the core i believe it to the core i believe it that in the universe humanity is the ultimate killer like it's it's one of the things we are the best at i find it hard to believe that other races and species of stuff, right? Evolved or whatever, grew up out of the ground, however it worked on their planet. They dug into the ground, right, and they found this ore, and they were like, oh, what should we do with this, or?
Starting point is 00:38:04 Oh, we could do all kinds of stuff with it. Why don't we make little stabby things and kill each other? Okay, let's do that. You know what I mean? Like, that's us, man. we kill like we kill everything for better for worse it's why it's why the commandments are set up the way they are right the commandments are set up so early on you go like well i guess i can't go around killing it's not that we all have this built-in desire or anything but it's definitely
Starting point is 00:38:35 like you look at the history of humanity things get in the way and they get killed they get killed off, saber-tooth tiger, mammoth, you know what I mean? Those things get stabbed off into oblivion. And I just feel like I don't think other things in the universe are built for that. You know what I mean? I just always think like if an alien could come down here and hey, what's up? You'd be like jabbing them with. I don't know. That's all. That's my take on it. Stay far. Keep a wide berth from planet Earth. You know, I mean. Keep a wide berth around planet Earth. You don't want to get stuck in that gravitational pool because they're down there blowing each other up with drones, blowing each other up with
Starting point is 00:39:21 missiles in the cities. They're shooting each other up with switched glocks in 60 round magazines, right? Like, it's a tough part of town, galaxy speaking, you know what I mean? Universal, universe speaking. Even solar system speaking, right? America, I mean, Earth is a tough place to exist. So, I don't know. I wouldn't want to meet the humans if I wasn't one. On that note, enjoy the rest of your day, you murdering bastard you. I'll talk to you guys soon.
Starting point is 00:39:57 No, but honestly, find the will, find the faith, get through this 72-hour fast, pray for the lost, truly, pray for the lost. This is our better nature. I explain to you sort of our old testament nature. You have to understand that the fasting and prayer is, you know, it really is a push into our better nature. I don't want to get into it. I don't want to burn another 10 minutes,
Starting point is 00:40:24 but you understand the mission, right? All right. Talk to you soon, folks. For those of you who are members, I'll see you tonight for the continuity. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:42:10 Thank you. You know,
