Not too long ago, two friends of mine were talking to a Cuban refugee,
a businessman who had escaped from Castro.
And in the midst of his story, one of my friends turned to the other and said,
we don't know how lucky we are.
And the Cuban stopped and said, how lucky you are.
I had some place to escape to.
And in that sentence, he told us the entire story. If we lose freedom here, there's no place to escape to. And in that sentence, he told us the entire story.
If we lose freedom here,
there's no place to escape to.
This is the last stand on Earth.
This is the last stand on Earth.
The last stand on Earth. Sous-titrage FR Pays de l'Oise © BF-WATCH TV 2021 You are now listening to the Patriot Power Hour.
This live episode features the situational awareness you need
to practice self-reliance and independence.
Introducing your hosts, Ben, the Breaker of Banksters, and Future Dan,
the editor of FutureDanger.com. Patriot Power Hour, August 7th, 2024. Ben, the Breaker of
Banksters here. I'll be riding solo tonight, but don't worry, week future dan will be rejoining me so uh that means i get a rant all
night no i promise i'm gonna try to keep things pithy i'm gonna be talking about a few different
topics and try not to drag on too much of course we'll do the news blitz and i'll definitely talk
some economics but right now i want to talk about Iran and the counterattack or the counter-counter-counterattack
or gosh, how many times are we at this point?
Long story short though, Iran has promised a much bigger retaliatory response
than what happened a few months ago.
I believe it was in mid-April
2024, where they launched
hundreds of rockets, but almost all of them
intercepted very little actual
damage. Well, we're at the
next turn of the wheel, and this
time, it seems like it's going to be
bigger, badder, and potentially
more casualties.
Unfortunately, unfortunately.
U.S. has sent a couple carrier groups into the region.
Also got another carrier group in the Mediterranean.
So three carriers in the Ukraine-slash-Middle East theater right now, ready to rock and roll.
I'm ready to rock and roll.
So we're seeing that Tehran has, well, shut down their airspace today,
pretty much Thursday morning their time, which is just about now.
I mean, the strike will probably happen in the middle of the night.
I would say my guess, dead reckoning, is about 3, 4 a.m. over in the Middle East.
Right now it's 7 or 6 p.m. Eastern here. so maybe it's more like 2 a.m. over there.
So the strikes could literally be going on while we're doing Patriot Power Hour tonight.
I will check in to the live news occasionally just to check in.
But there's reports out there that Russia is flying in all types of equipment,
not only to Iran, but other areas, Lebanon, Syria,
and other pressure pain points. So it doesn't seem like it's going to be what I thought was a very understated
and for-show retaliatory strike in April.
I'm sure Iran knew it was going to fail,
and they just wanted to save face a little bit,
but this time it seems like they mean business.
They actually want to get a kill count,
because they're getting hit on all sides at this point,
economic, political, and otherwise.
So Iran and Russia are being pushed together at this point,
and it seems like the way I look at it,
the longer it takes for Iran to have its revenge strike,
the bigger it's going to be.
So people already thought it was going to happen in the last couple days.
It has not occurred.
I saw a couple headlines just before I went on air that makes it sound like it literally might be happening in the next few hours.
But we'll see.
We'll see.
Keep that in mind.
Oil prices have not spiked.
It's the only thing keeping inflation somewhat tepid.
But let me tell you, we see some massive conflagration in the Middle East,
I think he's going to get a little nuts on the oil front, other little piece of news,
and I don't think either of these are on the dashboard, so I just wanted to hit on them,
and they're a little topical, but I really just want to hit on this World War III stuff
because I think things are about to get down.
Well, things have been getting down on the Eastern Front.
Ukraine is losing a lot of land and a lot of men.
However, reports are out that they had their own kind of battle of the bulge,
surprise counterattack into Russia, into the kursk region now is that
actually russia or is that what russia claims for eastern i think it's actually russia proper but
maybe it's part of eastern ukraine that they occupy point is it's deep behind the front lines
number one number two is targeting natural gas and potentially even going for a nuclear plant.
This is something I read earlier today.
So every article, every analysis I've seen shows that Ukraine is slowly but surely slipping,
losing grip, losing front lines, being pushed back.
Now they're inflicting a lot of casualties on the Russians,
but the Russians just keep grinding forward and grinding forward
and starting to hit that tipping point because Ukraine just cannot supply the manpower.
They're way beyond a trained professional army at this point.
Now they're literally throwing children and senior citizens
and women into combat situations.
And not good.
Not good, but it seems like Ukraine's
taking a page out of the Vermont.
Surprise counterattack.
Pierce through enemy lines.
How is that going to end,
we'll be watching,
but yeah,
I'm not even going to really talk about China and Taiwan right now,
they're actually getting along relatively peacefully,
same with the Koreas,
but stay tuned next week,
I will say this,
I have been watching some Olympics,
but the Olympics,
and if you guys can hear the rain, it is raining.
It's beautiful out.
It's been so hot and drought-like the last month or more that I'm really happy it's raining.
If you listen to the Daily Audio Cash today, the NBC guy, he talked a little bit about how the tropical storms.
I don't know if it's still a tropical storm or maybe it is but it you know it dumped a ton of water in Florida and on the way
up but anyway that's what's going on in the background um the Olympics are on I've not been
watching it on actual NBC proper only on pirated links yes I'll put that on the record because I'd
rather be a pirate than have NBC get any sort of ad money or analytics i do
look like the olympics even though that freaking yeah obviously the uh opening ceremony is horrible
but that's par for the course super bowl same type of thing satanic anti-christian anti-humanity
so i don't give any money to these organizations
But what can I say, I love sports
Olympics are still cool
They have North Korea in the Olympics
And they have China
And they have Ukraine, but they got no Russia
Now Russia's
Cheating, you know, been caught cheating
So that's part of it I think
But mostly the Ukraine situation
I do miss i miss the
russian rivalry the chinese versus americans just not the same it's building up but anyway china and
as they call it china taipei aka taiwan this is what kind of got me on the olympics jag
they're not at war right now they They're both competing peacefully in the Olympics.
But a lot of things happened historically after Olympics.
I'm not saying Taiwan's going to get invaded next week when the Olympics end.
But it's been...
I haven't done the data analysis.
But there is...
It seems like a little bit more than a coincidence that
within a few months after an Olympics,
major events are more likely to happen.
Maybe it's just that people hold back around the Olympics to kind of be nice and chill out.
And then they're like, all right, Olympics are over.
Now we can go invade Georgia.
I think the Russians did that after Sochi, if I recall.
I don't know. Going all
the way back many years.
So, we got the Olympics ending.
We have
absolute crazy election
season coming out.
And did you realize it's not even been a month since Trump
almost got his head blown off?
People are not talking about that
that much anymore.
Crazy.
COVID.
I would say the top three events that made me a prepper or reinforced my prepperness.
There you go.
Slash all this is bogus as hell.
9-11.
9-11.
At the time, I thought it was weird. But as I got older, I really thought it was weird. We'll just. 9-11. At the time, I thought it was
weird, but as I got older, I really thought
it was weird. We'll just leave it at that.
2008-2009 financial crisis.
That definitely woke
me up against the banksters
big time. Before then,
I was just watching CNBC.
I was like 23 years
old, fresh out of college, got my first job.
Yeah, I'm going to max out my 401k and trade stocks.
Yeah, no.
Yeah, that was when I was naive.
But anyway, going through the recession, seeing all that, 2008, 2009, 2010, and beyond,
definitely that woke me up.
And COVID.
COVID woke me up.
But just as much as all three of those, 9-11, COVID, and great financial recession,
financial crisis 2008, whatever you want to call it.
Trump getting his head almost blown off.
That made things very real.
That makes me think, wow, what we say here on Patriot Power Hour,
what we say on Prepper Broadcast Network,
we're not just up here kind of like, this isn't theater or fiction or even conspiracy theory.
No, we've been talking about Trump potentially getting assassinated for many weeks, months, even years before that on this show and other shows on this network.
But in a way, you're still kind of talking about it in theory and stuff.
But when it actually happens
or it almost happens,
you're like, damn.
What about all the other stuff I've been saying?
Maybe I need to take myself more
seriously.
So, just a reminder,
Trump almost got his head blown off.
Imagine if he did get his head blown off
What would the world and America be like
On this August 7th
2024
If Trump was 6 feet under the ground by now
Would we already be at civil war?
I hope not
Just ask yourself that
I ask myself that
That's kind of how I keep myself
Somewhat even keel on it.
What would have happened if actually Trump had died?
Then what?
That's like that close.
How would that change your prepping plans?
Like think right now,
Trump had his head blown off.
What would be happening now?
What would be happening in the coming weeks,
months,
years?
And have you prepped to that level?
Are you prepped and ready?
I mean, damn.
Like I said, COVID was a big wake-up call to my prepping,
but this, you know, Trump almost got his head blown off.
It's just like a reinforcement or like, oh, yeah, oh, yeah, this is real.
I shouldn't just think this is like fantasy football.
All right, anyway, enough rant. I'm coming back with some news and hard
facts on the other end here on the
Patriot Power Hour.
Since it's just myself tonight, you get a little bit
more stories and ranting
and thoughts. In the second half, I'll talk
a little bit. Second half of the show,
I might as well do it.
I might do a whole different show
just on this topic, but I do want to talk
about fat adaption. Yes. I might do a whole different show just on this topic but I do want to talk about
fat adaption
yes
how to adapt your body to burn fat
not just to lose weight
it is useful for that
but to survive
scarce times
or even starvation conditions
let's just say if you're used to
eating a ton of sugar
and a ton of carbs all day every day
it's gonna be way harder for you to deal with limited or no calories when stuff hits the fan
than someone who's used to fasting for 24 36 48 hours who's used to not having any sugar or a little sugar in their diet most of the time.
And they can easily convert over to burning fat, their body fat, for fuel.
So we'll talk a little bit about that.
But, of course, we're coming up with a News Blitz here in a couple minutes.
Before that, though, we're going to hit a couple sponsors of PBN.
Give them a listen.
Give them a look.
Maybe even buy something from them.
And we'll be right back with the News Blitz Patriot Power Hour.

We got a lot of new listeners here at Prepper Broadcasting Network.
So, we're new to the Patriot Power Hour.
In the second segment, each week, we go to futuredanger.com.
Again, futuredanger, one word, futuredanger.com again future danger one word futuredanger.com and we review the dashboard
the heat map and we're going to do that right now without further ado i'm going to go through
all these headlines without ranting wish me luck and then we're going to come back and analyze some
of these articles here Here we go.
Governors in three states declare emergencies as Hurricane Debbie pounds Florida.
Debbie claims at least five lives.
As I said earlier, the remnants of Debbie are hitting me right now.
That's why it's raining now.
Cell phone radiation has been found to cause cheek cells to die wow and remember these cell phones only more and more powerful
they're not with the same cell phones they were 20 years ago right
weekly volcanic activity report if you want to check out the ring of fire and otherwise worldwide,
have a report here for you.
Often have an earthquake report as well.
It's not up today though.
So relatively quiet on the natural disaster front.
Economically on Monday, again, today's Wednesday, August 7th.
But on August 5th, one of the worst sessions for the stock market of this century.
It was the worst since 2022.
And the only ones that have really been worse were COVID and back in 2008.
Multi-percentage drop in all the markets.
But the big story was Japan.
More than 10% drop in their markets in one day. in all the markets. But the big story was Japan.
More than 10% drop in their markets in one day.
This follows a 50% inflation in Japan in just the last 18 months.
So their market's collapsing
and their inflation's going up in Japan
and that's starting to bleed over here.
Dow Jones plunged over 1,000 points,
although it has recovered in the last couple days.
The fear gauge rose to 62, the VIX.
Anything above 20 is quite high.
62 is once every few years,
only a few times a decade maybe level,
and it hit it here in America.
This isn't even in Japan.
So this is an SHTF actually occurring indicator.
Now, it was temporary and it abated for now,
but we'll keep an eye on that spike, how quickly it can happen,
just in a day or two.
Meanwhile, Wall Street Journal reports and asks the question, are banks sweeping dud property loans under the rug, especially commercial real estate?
We'll certainly talk about that later.
Another article, the easy money reckoning arrives.
This all has that theme in it, really.
Easy money ain't so easy anymore, perhaps.
Geopolitics, Russia holds third phase of tactical nuclear drills
on the same day that Ukraine receives its first F-16s.
Yes, F-16s.
We do have an article here talking about Trump shooter.
New video emerges of the shooter running across the roof
with a view of Trump speaking.
So new video and new images and new audio will continue to come out,
although a lot has already come out, certainly,
and we've covered a lot of it in the last, I guess, nearly a month, a few weeks.
last, I guess, nearly a month, a few weeks.
Maricopa County sued after refusing to remove illegals from voter rolls.
So the county refused to remove illegals that were confirmed to be illegals from the voter rolls.
And they're being sued.
Might have to watch that.
Might have to watch that litigation as it goes through the courts.
That's something I might need to make it to the Supreme Court
and hopefully be ruled the proper way.
President funneled billions to international advertiser group,
which pretty much stated goal is to censor political opponents.
That's the last article of the day.
So why don't we just go ahead and jump right into that article
and we'll kind of go in reverse order and review a few of the headlines I talked about.
and we'll kind of go in reverse order and review a few of the headlines I talked about.
Feds gave billions to international advertiser groups
censoring conservatives.
A new report reveals that the Biden-Harris government
has funneled billions of dollars to an international group
that has demanded the censorship of conservative voices
on social media.
group that has demanded the censorship of conservative voices on social media.
This is the global Alliance for responsible media.
It was,
uh,
I'm trying to find some of the meat.
Cause okay. This mostly has to do with COVID-19.
Any trying to get people cancelled
over COVID-19 stances
trying to cancel Joe Rogan from Spotify
is what this
GARM has done
and billions of dollars
is going to
this GARM as well
as others
that are used to repress
anti government policies regarding COVID-19, anti-vax, other
global censorship groups.
If you've ever heard of NewsGuard before, they've been associated with them.
So let's look at the actual money here or how this actually works
so that
there's all these subgroups and agencies
under GARM
but in all here's a few
of their contracts
the Department of Health and Human
Services and the Department of
Defense has
1.5 billion in contracts
with IPG.
Another organization under this umbrella, Omnicom,
holds roughly $5 billion in contracts with the U.S. Army, Air Force,
and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Then there's also other groups with Homeland Security,
U.S. Navy, and hey,
maybe some, a lot, or even most
of the work they do is legitimate.
I don't know.
But I looked at some of the things that they,
I know is not legitimate.
It is bogus, especially the COVID.
Repression of COVID is where i focus on mostly
there's others as well um but covid 19 is where they're very active so
yeah just one example of how government money used against you
maricopa county sued after refusing to remove the illegals. Let's jump into that super quick.
America First Legal filed this lawsuit.
This is against Arizona Recorder, Stephen Richer.
So an office within the county.
But I think, I'm not sure about the exact uh jurisdiction but might even be suing this person
personally sometimes you can sue government officials personally a lot of times you can't
obviously we learned in the supreme court presidents have immunity but not all offices do
but the afl sued richer for allegedly violating state law by not performing the monthly list
maintenance required to verify the citizens citizenship status of registered voters
who have not provided proof of citizenship so if you provide proof of citizenship
you're not under this scrutiny but you're supposed to be maintaining
how do you how do you get on the list without providing the citizenship that's a question in
of itself but allegedly state law says they at least have to maintain and call the list apparently
here and there but uh in direct violation of state law they decided not to even do that in maricopa county they're like we let all this bogus
information and people into the system we're not even going to try to clean it up how about that
well they're being sued this is in the superior superior court of the state of arizona again
we'll try to follow this and this is one that I'd like to see, well, first off, won.
Second, brought up maybe to federal circuit court, district court, or even Supreme Court
so it would have bigger impact.
But careful what you wish for, I guess.
Let's see.
Next one. Next one.
Next article.
Ah.
I didn't really mention this too much in my first segment.
But yeah.
I was talking about Ukraine running out of pretty much manpower,
cannon fodder, whatever you want to call it.
They do continue to receive a lot of support from the West,
whether it's the recon and surveillance,
which, hey, I'm fine with that.
But F-16s?
F-16s are capable
of carrying
nuclear weapons?
Well, that's why Russia
holds the third phase of tactical nuclear drills
on the same day that Ukraine receives
the first F-16s.
This was authorized a while ago,
waited for it to actually occur, but
now, today, Wednesday, they're actually receiving their first batch.
No, excuse me, this is last Wednesday.
They were talking, this is an interviewer who was talking in the past tense.
So a week ago today, they started receiving the jets.
Now they're probably in place and even
operating and in fact i on social media had an eyewitness talk about how he saw f-16s
flying around in the kind of the safe part of ukraine right i don't know if you've seen f-16s
or military aircraft but you can see them from far away and they make a very distinct sound you know that's not a prop plane or a passenger jet so f-16s which presumably
are being piloted by ukrainian pilots hard to know but they are officially in country and now it's been a whole week that they've been there
so i'm sure they're fully ready to rock and maybe even flying sorties for all we know
but yeah they are able to carry nuclear weapons that escalates things
at least a couple more notches in the
couple more notches in the nuclear war game theory. So yeah, that's why Russia is doing tactical nuclear drills and has been doing massive amounts of drills way more than at
least since the original Cold War 1.0.
I don't even know if you should call this Cold War 2.0.
It's damn near real war at this point.
But in addition, Wall Street Journal states that they are also receiving a lot of missiles, bomb sites, air-to-air missiles, and short-range air-to-air missiles,
mostly U.S.-made, going to Ukraine.
And yes, Putin himself has stated that NATO F-16s are capable of carrying tactical nuclear weapons, and it would have no choice but to assume any F-16
approaching its borders
or even military bases
whatever
even ships at sea perhaps
must be assumed that it's
armed with nukes
scary stuff
continues to march on
new video emerges of shooter
running
on the roof
yeah
I don't even know what to say about the assassination
attempt anymore seems like there was
a second shooter
but honestly
we do need to investigate and hold people accountable,
but on the other hand, whether it was one shooter or three shooter,
whether it was a two-person conspiracy or a 50-person conspiracy,
they almost killed Trump, and it's very possible they're going to try again.
They may have even tried again, and we just don't know, and it was stopped. Keep're going to try again. They may have even tried again and we just don't know and it was stopped.
Keep that in mind too.
You know, where there's smoke, there's fire.
In my line of business, insurance claims, for every actual serious claim,
especially let's talk about work comp where people get hurt at work,
for every person that actually breaks their bone or hits their head really bad
or falls off a ladder and really gets hurt, whatever,
$100,000-plus claim, let's say, severe.
For every one of those, there's a dozen small ones that someone got bumped,
but not that bad, but it could have been way worse.
And then there's dozens more near misses that never even got bumped, but not that bad, but it could have been way worse. And then there's dozens more near misses that never even got reported.
They didn't even tell their supervisor that they didn't want to get in trouble
because they almost ran the forklift through their buddy's face, right?
Shit like that.
Okay?
So, how many times?
We already had them almost kill Trump.
How many times before then did they stop?
They might have even stopped assassinating Trumps before Butler, for all we know.
But how many times since then have they frustrated or totally stopped an assassination attempt
or at least had enough intel to know that they needed to change the route?
I mean, they might have had big car bombs on a route that Trump was going to be on
before, during, or after Butler, right?
And they knew it and they were able to change it.
Hopefully,
he'll be able to keep his clamshell
game going on
and
Trump won't be blown up.
I don't want any of the Democrats
to be blown up either. I don't want the DNC
blown up. Nothing like that.
At this point, if they took a shot
at Trump, and it definitely
wasn't just one guy named crooks let me tell you that but if they took a shot at trump there's no
way that they want to try again in fact it almost in my opinion they have to like it's all right
like if you open fire on someone and don't kill them you can't just like put your gun away i'm
like oh man i'm sorry i shouldn't have done that like i don't think you can do that i don't kill them, you can't just put your gun away and be like, oh man, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that.
I don't think you can do that.
Would that work in the wild, wild west, everyone?
Let me know your comments.
Alright, let's keep
on going. Hey!
Hey Sheriff, I didn't mean to just shoot
your hat off
on Main Street in our duel.
I'll put my gun away, don't
shoot me, don't arrest me.
We'll call cool.
All right.
No, no, no.
They're going to blow your head off.
You're already dead by the time you miss.
So anyway, if you miss your first shot, they're going to take a second.
That's my point.
They might have already taken more than one, more than two, more than three for all we know.
than three for all we know. Economically, almost did a special report on Monday with that,
you know, I'm not going to call it a market crash, but it was a, it was a, what do they call it?
A free fall for a few percentage points of the market. But let me tell you,
they're still within maybe 10-15% of an all-time high.
Still higher than what the markets were
this time last year.
Even in Japan where they had like 10% loss
in one day and it was panic.
They had to shut down the market
and do all this stuff
and people were thinking it was going to be disaster.
The market is still higher than it was this time last year
because these bubbles have blown up so big
that they've been growing 20%, 30% per year since COVID.
But even since 2008, 2009, they've been at an unsustainable pace.
So it's not panic time yet.
What I told the back channels on PBN is if it drops another 20% from here, then we're going to start getting serious.
But I expect Federal Reserve, lower interest rates, bail everything out.
That's kind of what has screwed Japan up, though.
They have so much debt in Japan.
And they had 0% interest rates before America even did.
And they never tried raising rates, even though we have in the last year or so.
They never did, but because we were raising interest rates and they weren't,
it was actually really hurting them.
So they tried to raise their interest rates just a weren't it was actually really hurting them so they tried to
raise their interest rates just a tiny one quarter of one percent 0.25 japan tried to do that like
when was a few weeks ago wasn't that long ago and guess what happened their entire system
is on the verge of collapse and probably still is their banking system's probably wrecked
is on the verge of collapse, and probably still is.
Their banking system is probably wrecked.
Who knows what will happen in the next few weeks there.
But their central bank came out in government as well, came out and said, hey, we're actually,
we're not going to raise rates anymore.
We're sorry.
We're sorry.
We're sorry.
Instead of 0%, we went to 0.25%, which is nothing.
It just shows that it's impossible for them to get back to normal.
They're a heroin addict that can't live without the smack.
And just one day without it had them convulsing, literally, on Monday.
And what can I say?
Japan is a puppet state of the West.
They were conquered in World War II,
and their economy is intricately tied to ours,
their financial system.
And we'll get too dorky into the yen carry trade,
but for many years, you could go borrow in yen
and then go invest
all over the world and just make tons of returns. Just imagine if you could borrow
tons of money at pretty much 0%, and then you could just go invest it either in something risky
or even just in a stable 3%. It's called arbitrage, right?
If you can borrow at 0% and then invest that and guarantee 3%, 4%, 5%, 10%,
then why wouldn't you do an infinite amount of borrowing and then invest it?
That's what they were doing.
But now that's totally backfired on them.
So they're effed.
They are screwed. Their demographics are effed. They are screwed.
Their demographics are so screwed.
They're all getting older.
No one's having kids.
Yeah, Japan is pretty screwed.
They're going to take us down with them.
I've been saying on this show for many years,
there's three economic powerhouses of the West,
and if any of them collapse,
the other two will collapse as well.
You've got Europe.
Mostly Germany, but you can throw UK and France.
They have okay economies as well.
Greece and Spain and Italy and all that.
They're just never good.
They're so lost that their economies hardly count anymore.
They're pretty much socialist hellscapes economically
but
Germany still produces some things
France a little bit, UK a little bit
I didn't even get into the UK
stuff going on
won't even get into that right now
I need to though
but anyway
if the EU financial system
collapses that would take America down and by proxy Japan.
Or, of course, if America's financial system collapses, of course, that'll take Europe and Japan down with them.
But if Japan collapses, that will bring America and Western Europe down as well.
All three of those.
Remember, you got America.
I guess you could throw UK with America and Canada, sort of.
Depends how you want to look at it.
But you have the victors of World War II,
the non-Soviet Union victors at least.
Right?
The Allies without the Soviets.
That's where I live, America.
Right?
So that's my faction, quote unquote.
Then you have the conquered vast state in the Far East, Japan.
And then you have the conquered mainland of Europe, Germany. So those three financial economic powerhouses have all been running on empty for quite a while.
A lot of financialization and scams.
And they're running out of steam.
And actually, I thought Europe would be the first one to collapse because of Ukraine.
I thought that would just end up bringing everything down.
Especially with the energy crisis because uh europe bought so much from russia but even though
that has been spiraling it looks like japan might actually be the first one to go down the drain and
bring everybody yeah race to the bottom that doesn't mean the bricks are much better even
though everyone's talking about well really almost it's almost everyone else in the world versus those three
powerhouses i just talked about so you got russia you got india you have china venezuela's actually
wants to join bricks they've been so destroyed financially that at this point they just want
to start from scratch and they got a lot of resources so command and control state
venezuela could be a big addition to bricks or that faction but they're trust me china is getting
the crap beat out of them economically their demographics are going to be like japan's in
about 10 or 20 years really bad so everybody is is is pretty pretty screwed when they well what does that sound like to you does
that sound like you know 1935 maybe even 1938 1939 yeah economic depression this time though
they've been covering up the depression pretty good. But Future Danger sent something in the back channel.
JP Morgan says 35% chance of a recession next quarter.
Well, I think we've been in a recession, if not a depression, since COVID.
It's just that they finagle the numbers.
Here's the number one way they finagle the numbers.
Numbers.
Here's the number one way they finagle the numbers. And actually you can still use government figures and show that what they talk about, at least their narrative, is fraudulent.
Real GDP.
What does that mean?
Simple example.
We know inflation is high.
example. We know inflation is high.
Let's say
for a one year period
in mid 2022
to mid 2023
inflation was 10%
for that year.
Government numbers show
about that. Maybe a little less.
But even the government numbers shows
7, 8, 10%
for about a year during
right and we know it was higher than that let's just say ten percent well what did gdp grow by
that year if it was anything less than ten percent then that means there was negative growth.
So if your inflation is up 10%, you have to grow at least 10% to equal zero real growth, right?
That's the example.
Well, their official numbers have GDP growing way less than 10% during that year. And essentially, you can say from the financial crisis in 2008 almost,
but I would say definitely, definitely, definitely from COVID on,
inflation has been higher than GDP growth.
So whether that means inflation was 5% and GDP was 3%,
that's still negative 2%.
Real growth.
But there were times when inflation was 10% and GDP was like 1.8.
That's a negative 8.2%.
That's an 8.2% reduction.
That's an 8.2% reduction? That's depression?
So, JP Morgan, Banksters, they can...
I was going to say something really rude.
I'm trying to be explicit on this one.
But yeah, we've minimum been at a negative real GDP growth
a couple percent every year.
Minimum.
Because inflation's been very high
and the GDP definitely has not matched it but for part you know for some of the time last few years
we're talking going backwards 10 15 in the last few years of real GDP so production versus prices
right so anyway laughable that we're almost in a recession or 35% chance.
No way.
We already are in recession, and the question is, is depression on the way or even here?
Well, these two articles, the easy money reckoning arrives and our bank sweeping
dud property loans under the rug yeah well we're only in like the third inning of uncovering
all the uh skeletons in the closet on these bank balance sheets with commercial real estate which also
has gone south big time since covid so yeah everything is pretty much lining up to be world
war ii and uh 2008 financial crisis at the same time and they almost shot trump's head off aren't
you glad you're a prepper i'm sorry to be a doomsayer today but i swear i still think we can get through this
and rebuild and have a great you know another 50 to 80 year run as as a great uh america maybe even
humanity at large can find some more freedom and greatness have a nice golden age and then you know
another century from now we're gonna have to go through all this crap again it's just the human condition but but yeah you know things are looking pretty rough we need to well
do your best to get the word out about this stuff and prevent it that would be the best option but
just as good or nearly as good as prepping your ass off okay So that's what I'm doing here.
And finally,
I mean, pretty much done with the news blitz.
A couple more articles were,
I mean, I ended the blitz earlier,
but now the analysis is almost over.
I did want to see this one here.
Cell phone radiation causes cheek cells to die.
This is actually 3G cell phone radiation.
This is the stuff from like, I don't know, 2008.
This ain't that 5G that's totally way more powerful and way more data put through.
This is old school 3G.
Oh, geez.
I remember when 4G came around.
Now it's 5G.
But peer-reviewed study shows cell damage and death to a user's cheek tissue.
And this cell death could, especially if it occurs many times over many years, lead to mutations, IE, cancer.
So this is in Vienna, Austria.
There's one thing that the Europeans,
I'm not going to say they do great
because they had a massive police state for vaccines.
But on the other hand some of them especially in places like austria or switzerland where they're smart and i'm gonna take this crap they actually have
some legitimate uh research into this into health in general especially um something like this, toxicity of products and food, very high standards in
Europe, perhaps a little too high, but okay, if there's something I can kind of understand and
get together with, with the left, with the progressive left. All right. Pollution. I don't want a bunch
of lead in my food. I don't want a lot of, uh, radiation in my smartphones. Sorry. My voice
isn't used to doing a whole show anymore. Ooh, finish strong. I'm almost done.
Excuse me.
Anyway, clear evidence of induction of acute toxicity and disturbance of the cell cycle.
Cytokinesis, which means just the overall operation of the cell and reproduction.
So metabolizing energy to have your cells survive and reproduce, etc.
Well, guess what?
It disturbs.
Radiation disturbs and is toxic to that cycle.
The basic cycle of the cells in your body.
So, yeah.
This comes out. And people knew this already.
Actually, in California, they have to put a lot of warnings about cell phones and how toxic they are.
So, again, not much I can agree with with California policy, but it's hard for me to say,
don't put a warning about cell phone radiation.
I'll give them that.
Good job, Europe and California.
Give me one thing.
Why won't you do the same with vaccines?
Why do you have to force that down our throat or literally into our veins?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Anyway, guys, got a few minutes left.
I think I am going to do a full episode on this at some point.
But I did.
Here's a little preview.
I already previewed it.
I want to follow through a little bit.
But here's a question for you.
How are you going to keep your energy levels up and deal with supply chain issues when stuff hits the fan with your food in particular so we talk about that in prepping here on pbn right storable food is one option
better or complimentary option is raise your own food barter with neighbors right
you can have a vegetable garden they can have eggs someone else can i don't know be like nbc
guy and have a flock of hundreds of animals and slaughter them right so point is that's great
that's all really good food but uh if we really are prepping ourselves for really bad times,
there's going to be days where you're not eating anything.
There might be like a week where you're not eating anything
or maybe only getting one meal a day,
maybe only 1,000 calories a day,
and you're not going to be sitting on your ass watching Netflix
because you don't have any electricity.
You're going to be busting your ass doing manual work just to clear the latrine,
just to get water, just to do anything.
You'll be expending like twice as many calories as you are today probably
unless you work out, exercise a ton.
But if you're relatively sedentary now,
just living like they did in the 1850s, right,
will take a lot more calories.
That's why they didn't have too many fat people back then.
No DoorDash, right?
No DoorDash.
No high fructose corn syrup.
High calories. The point is, number one,
got to get your body in shape. You don't want to be super overweight. I think important is go to
the dentist, get your cleanings. You never know when the last time you're going to be able to go
to the dentist, get something pulled or a crown put on if you really need to. You might not be
able to go to the dentist for years or ever again you might so preventative maintenance on your teeth is big i think
but i'm kind of like going metabolism how do you keep your metabolism going
how can you when everyone else is i don't know almost going through withdrawal from western food
diet you're not gonna be when everyone is desperate for food
you might not be
now everyone's got a limit
but my point is
you should start training your body a little bit now
to only eat maybe once a day
or maybe
fast
a couple days
or what I've done
and I think it's really been helpful
the last few months
I started in April.
I'm mostly keto, which means almost no carbohydrates, almost none.
I'll get some carbohydrates occasionally from strawberries, blueberries, a little bit from
some dairy here and there, like kefir, and maybe a little milk, not much milk.
And it hasn't been too bad because you can eat a lot of eggs and bacon and meat.
Keto's not bad, but anyway, I'm not fully keto forever.
But long story short, I think keto is great for a prepper to try out and at least shock the system a bit and improve your system and get in a better metabolic shape where
you can use your body fat more efficiently to power yourself when stuff hits the fan.
Because this is what happens. If you're used to eating a ton of sugar or even just a ton of starch,
eating a ton of sugar or even just a ton of starch, right?
If you follow the normal 50% of your calories from carbs,
30% from protein, 20% from fat or something like that,
you're essentially addicted to carbs at that point. And if you don't eat any carbohydrates for 12, 16, 24 hours,
you're going to have very low energy going through withdrawals and feeling
crappy. Now you'll get over that after a few days, your body will be like, shit, this is emergency
stuff. Hit the fan. I better start using my fat now, but it won't be as efficient.
It'll take a while. And it also can lose some muscle, more muscle mass that way. Cause your
body will panic a little and start using more muscle a little bit more than it would normally.
So physically, being used to only eating, at least get away from the donuts, the sugars, the breads.
You don't have to eat pure carnivore or paleo.
I eat a lot of vegetables, but it has a lot of fiber, so it doesn't count as a carb.
I found this to be really helpful.
I've lost some weight.
My workouts, after an initial dip because I didn't have carbs, my body rebounded.
It knows how to really use the fat from what I eat.
The fat I eat, 67% of my calories come from fat.
A lot of olive oil, olives, eggs, bacon, hamburger.
That doesn't give you clogged arteries.
It's the sugars that give you the cholesterol to stick to you.
But anyway, I'm not going to go down that whole diatribe.
That's why I'll do a 30-minute thing.
But I did this for a few reasons.
Number one, just to get myself healthier.
But at the same time, especially once I got a little deeper into it i said you know what this
is actually a good way to to prep you know can you go 48 hours without eating and then go on a
four mile hike without passing out or feeling like you're gonna puke or just super slow or
feel like total crap when i first started this no no, no, I couldn't. But this past weekend, I did a four mile hike, 24 hours into a fast.
And then I didn't eat for another 24 hours and I went for another four mile hike.
And I actually felt better the second day.
Now the third day, I was by hour 60 of the fast plus busting my ass and exercising a couple days before.
Yeah, I was hurting a little
bit right so you know don't go too hard but i'm telling you it's super realistic in an shtf
situation that you won't eat anything or very little for 24 48 72 hours and you need to walk
20 30 40 50 miles especially bug out type situation right you want to have 20, 30, 40, 50 miles, especially bug out type situation, right?
You want to have some snacks.
And if stuff hits the fan, trust me, I'll be eating sugar.
I'll be drinking straight up high fructose corn syrup at that point
because you need the calories, right?
But what I'm saying is now, get your body used to running without carbs
or minimal carbs is big.
And mentally, it's huge too.
I don't have energy problems i actually feel a lot cleaner i feel a lot better i don't need as much sleep i feel great a lot less gi issues like
everything's great going to this keto and occasionally fasting and you know maybe only
eating once a day or maybe within a six-hour window and not eating the rest of that day.
Physically, it's not that hard.
It's mentally that's tough.
So this is a mental exercise, too.
And you know what's going to be freaking hard when stuff hits the fan and you haven't eaten for 48 hours?
You're just going to be thinking about a Snickers bar or a triple cheeseburger at Wendy's, right?
cheeseburger at Wendy's, right? So yeah, it's good to build a little bit of that resiliency through fasting, through eating better. You get less ups and downs though, and spikes and crashes
if you don't eat the sugars and the carbs though, is kind of why. I suggest you consider
not even going low carb, but like going straight up keto for a month
it takes a lot of dedication you can't drink any beer i'll tell you that that's the worst thing for
me but it's fine after a while you're like wow i don't even want to drink any more beer like
i don't have a beer gun anymore i want to get a six pack next but that's my final problem
i don't want to lose too much weight because I need some of this fat to use as an emergency fuel reserve.
Think of yourself as a caveman living in caveman times.
That's prep and that's SHTF.
Having a little bit of a belly isn't a bad thing if your body can utilize that and you can get work done and survive.
So I don't want to get, you know, down to 5% body fat.
Not that I ever would be able to get down to a six pack.
My point is though, uh, you know, you can get in good shape, but leave a little bit
of extra padding on there might be your extra fuel reserve.
But if you can train your body to actually use that fat, it's great.
So anyway, that's my little
rant on that i'm gonna get out of here i'll do a full like maybe in a couple months maybe a month
or two a full review of my keto journey and all that type of crap keto for preppers anyway i hope
you guys enjoyed the show i know it was a little bit do me, but hey, you got to confront your problems in life
before you can solve them or try to get through them.
So anyway, that's it for the show.
Patriot Power Hour, going to be signing off.
We'll be back next week, August 14th.
Unless, of course, we need to do a special report.
And at this point, I keep this microphone ready at all times
all right everybody catch you next week prep on
