Democrats confess they're breaking the law to overturn Pennsylvania's Senate race.
California congressional seat is set to flip to Democrat after thousands of new ballots have been found.
Pennsylvania election official openly defying state law to count invalid ballots.
Election official openly defying state law to count invalid ballots.
Head election judge arrested over questionable ballots in Minnesota.
Minnesota election judge faces felony charges for allowing unregistered people to vote.
Felony charges. Nice.
It was too big to rig, but if it wasn't,
if it was a little closer, those could be the focal points of all the news cycle
right now. And it is super
important to keep an eye on this, make sure
justice is served.
Court rules Fourth Amendment rights
are not violated by Geofence warrant search for
only two hours because the suspect voluntarily exposed their personal data
and finally a claim that android phones, when you restart them,
they delete alternative news, as well as UFC icons, the UFC website icons.
Of course, UFC has been heavily aligned with Trump recently, Dana White.
Friends with Trump and Musk, and of course, Joe Rogan.
I've been a big fan of the UFC for more than two decades now.
It's all pretty crazy.
Future Dan, that's the news blitz.
Yeah, let's get into the whole question about World War III.
Want to?
Let's go for it.
want to let's go for it so what does attack them's missiles mean in the you know equilibrium of of you know russia and the west in terms of nuclear war fighting it's a good question
you know russians have a right to be, you know, concerned that those attack them could strike assets in their, you know, overall structure to, you know, defend itself during a nuclear war.
well it's targeted and whether the Russian National Command that has to maintain its nuclear posture, you know, will the Russians consider these strikes as putting at risk
Russia's ability to counter strike, right?
And this is a frog boiling, right. This is a slow boil. Right.
We're actually talking about deep strike Western made missiles hitting hundreds of miles into Russia.
And it's happening tonight. Western weapons are doing that. And I'm not certain it upsets the whole balance of things. I don't think it's a risk to Russia's fundamental.
Talk about survival mode.
When a nuclear state is at its – the deepest of the deep state is the control of the nuclear weapons, ensuring that your country can continue to exist if it receives a nuclear strike, that you can counter strike.
So, honestly, I don't think Western militaries would give Ukraine the green light to attack
if we thought the Russians were going to consider that a risk to their overall counter-strike capability.
But it is something that if you grew up during the Cold War
and you ever thought that this sort of thing could happen on the periphery
of the Soviet Union without taking us straight to the original idea
of a World War III, I mean, it's hard to get your head around it now.
But this is the balance that we got.
And, I mean, Russia did invade Ukraine.
So I think it's probably a climax to the end of the war,
which needs to happen.
But it's going to be unstable while we get there
so just looking at the good old wikipedia these were first put put in service in 1991
using the gulf war it was the first time they were heavily used they got a range of, let's see here. This is the official range, 190 miles.
So they're not like nuclear weapon ICBMs that go 6,000 miles.
They're tactical, right?
They go 160,000 feet in the air, which is very high,
but they're not totally going into space and coming back in.
They go Mach 3, which is fast, but they're not going Mach 8, Mach 10, hypersonic.
So they're advanced, but they're not like the most, most, most advanced.
I guess the question is how threatened is Russia by them?
Are they just pissed that their stuff's getting blown up,
but they don't think they're gonna be you know
have some sort of crippling first strike by nato because of attack them's i guess is the question
you know let me ask you this what do you think you'd see in russia what do you think you'd hear
from them well what do you think they would show the world with with news reports and video that if they felt as though
these these deep strike conventional missiles were you know ultimately you know threatening
their existence putting putting their ability to you know fight a nuclear war at risk what do you
what do you think you'd see out of them uh a couple of things that they've said recently is something they seem pretty aggravated and
saying look we've given you many red or red lines and you keep crossing them now we're
lowering our threshold where if we are attacked by massive uav or conventional weapons, not even, not even nuclear. We reserve the right. Now that's just,
I don't know, maybe that has no practical effect and has no additional chance to accidentally
trigger a nuclear war where NATO thinks, ah, Russia's bluffing and they won't do it. And
Russia's like, screw this. We got to hit some major base in Poland in response
or we're going to have an internal power struggle because I don't even know.
I hope not, but do you think this is more serious than the Cuban Missile Crisis or no?
I do not, and I think you would see demonstrations of force.
And I think you would see demonstrations of force.
You'd see Russian Air Force bombers in our air defense zones. They put up a demonstration that we're close to that level.
Now, all of that can happen between now and next week, by the way.
can happen between now and next week by the way but those kind of you know day zero precursors that that's not happening tonight as far as i can tell oh great point i think that well first off
glad it's not happening don't want it to but they kind of turn on a dime and i figure
if they are threatened by this which to some degree they have to be in the game theory
of it now how much do they react is the other question and probably their game theory has been
not to react a lot of this time and hopefully will continue that way because that would just
give the justification for NATO to go even further give even bigger and badder weapon systems i think so so yeah um you try to talk us all off
the ledge though that we're not on one second from midnight right now
yeah i i don't think we are but again things can escalate quickly but they haven't they haven't. They haven't during the entire invasion and brutal war in Ukraine.
So I think there's a balance and there's going to be a lot of violence in the next month as both sides try to unleash any kind of damage they can do to get a better seat at the at the final table.
at the final table.
Korean War ended a little bit like that.
And, you know, they were, you know, during Vietnam,
the bombing of North Vietnam and the halts on the bombing of North Vietnam
while the Hanoi peace or the, I think it was in Switzerland,
they did peace talks, right?
So this is like a crescendo, I believe.
Well, don't forget, it's almost winter,
so they can't be doing too much fighting in January and February up there,
although I guess they did start it in February,
a little unseasonably warm at that time.
But the goal is January 20th or January 21st and not after inauguration,
Trump can at least stop further escalations and then maybe even deescalate
and stop the war sooner than later.
But I,
I could agree.
There's going to be a,
it's going to get hotter before it gets colder in more ways than one.
Let's just say that.
What else on the heat map dashboard do you want to get into, Ben?
The elections are stolen.
We did an entire special, really almost two full episodes,
or damn near three episodes, reviewing the 2020 election,
but also a little bit of the technicalities of how these
elections work, what could occur if there's disputed elections, contingent, et cetera,
et cetera, et cetera. It was too big to rig. There are, where there's smoke, there's fire.
There seems to be a lot of, well, I won't use the word that you hate. There's a lot of BS going on.
But it seems like people might be getting held accountable.
One of these Minnesota judges facing felony charges.
What's your read on the, let's say, I don't want to use sanctity, but maybe that is the right word.
The sanctity or the integrity of the 2024 election.
How do you grade it, and what have you seen coming out?
Yeah, there's just a few minor headlines.
They're openly cheating one in California.
But I think the cat's out of the bag.
There will be another corner to turn on this,
but the same things that worked in 2020
clearly didn't work in 2024.
No.
People were looking out for it.
And I think just such a large percentage of the population
turned out for Trump, simply put.
How about this one kiss excuse me kissinger final warning prepare now for superhuman people to control earth i just want to say super quickly the it's got to be the best villain of star trek right con you know star trek wrath of
wrath of con star trek 2 he was from the eugenics war in 1996 earth in the star trek universe they
were genetically engineered no cyber implants just genetic i think what kissinger's talking about might be genetic
and cyber uh augmentation but they took over the world world war three occurred in the star trek
you know billions died but then the great utopia and federation communist utopia took over the
universe whatever but uh yeah it's not just fiction like Star Trek.
Of course, the Uber mention.
We don't have to go too deep into that.
What's your take on Kissinger talking about superhuman people controlling the Earth?
Well, just as a reminder, Henry Kissinger died.
So this is published after his death. This is, you know,
maybe not his last warning, but, uh, they, you know,
there might be other papers that get published later,
but it's definitely posthumous. And all I can say is Alex Jones was right.
He had videos of other elites talking about doing this a couple decades ago and just
just kind of puts a bow tie on the whole reputation of henry kitchender being the uh
bohemian grove bilderberger new world order super villain sure to say the least alex jones is right in this regard looking at this uh this was a a book
the last book from kissinger called genesis it was published yesterday uh co-author google ceo
eric schmidt he was a ce CEO at Google for quite a long time,
as well as a longtime Microsoft senior executive.
So they worked with Kissinger,
and then after his death,
to publish this copy of Genesis,
talking about artificial intelligence
and co-evolution, artificial humans.
That's one of the sections. Co-evolution artificial humans that's one of the sections co-evolution artificial humans so
the human fusion with machines mostly they hear it does seem like they're talking about brain
computer interfaces and tech ai but i know for a fact genetic modifications a huge part of this feature Dan yeah I think a constitutional
amendment banning any life form like that from voting from having free speech, from possessing the right to bear arms, from its search and its due process.
No entity created in this manner, if it's even possible, could ever be allowed to have constitutional rights.
of constitutional rights.
I think banning that scenario well ahead of time would diminish the Kissinger-like urge to replace us with it.
It's almost like literally a constitutional amendment
somehow defining what biological life is or something like that.
Or an anti-billow rights for cybernetic organisms.
Good way to put it.
I believe it's the three laws of robotics.
I won't get too deep into my asthma off,
but pretty much robots can never hurt their human overlords is one of the
major laws so it's like i kind of like how you put it the anti-billa rights oh i feel so bad
we're discriminating against robots and ai now no no i could do not let that brain rot liberal
think apply to the freaking computers gosh dang it i swear again going back to
star trek i don't know if it's just utopia and they just wanted everyone to be happy and peaceful
or is literally like a cia plan at this point i think it's cia storylines back in the 80s and 90s
but data the android they had all types of arguments and shows and plots surrounding is he human does he deserve
to have the same rights and essentially they give them the same rights uh so again interesting
questions for science fiction but you're almost wondering like are they trying to precondition us
generations ahead of time that oh well once they were they become semi-sentient or sentient, the synths.
Now, in the modern Star Trek, the very recent Star Trek,
those synths all get hacked and kill millions of people and blow up all these things on Mars and stuff.
So it's also like, yeah, this is a bad idea too.
So interesting.
So there you go.
There you go.
Kissinger.
Kissinger.
Still speaking from beyond the grave.
What else you got?
That's total predictive programming for sure.
And it's not just robots and AI, right?
Genetically modified superhumans cannot enjoy the same rights as naturally born humans.
Or it's disaster.
born humans or it's it's disaster so there'd be no incentive to create such people who would be you know without rights i think banning those rights is high time we do it
i think our news environment's relatively safe just so many things that can escalate fast so
that's why we do patriot power hour i think that was a good show, Ben.
I think so as well.
Here, I'll put you on the spot.
We didn't discuss this beforehand.
Do you want to stay live next Wednesday?
Or, well, we're not live currently.
We hope to be live again in the next couple weeks.
But we prerecord and then we post immediately.
But do you want to have our show next wednesday the night
before thanksgiving or would you prefer to move it to tuesday up to you i'm up for either one
yeah let's make a let's call an audible at the line of scrimmage on that one could be tuesday
could be wednesday but it will be next week or sooner if uh the poly crises heat up in ways that warrant a special Patriot Power Hour.
But for episode 286 on November 20th, 2024, we are wrapped. Thank you for listening.
We'll talk to you next week.
