And I would argue there's a good reason for that because police forces and court systems that can habitually abuse certain rights along those lines with aliens in the United States will be very aggressive police forces and court systems that will

inevitably trample on American citizens' rights. You can't have the judicial system be binary like that, especially at the street level with the police. So there's questions here, but he did enter the United States illegally and he was returned to his home country and under the enemy Aliens Act, that's that's questionable whether there's a problem there. and as

you were kind of alluding to it would breed a papers please or more like give us your papers or else atmosphere, which negatively impacts citizens, that sort of policing. So it is a little bit of a conflicting or I can see why fire will forge is conflicted on that. And so interesting. We'll just start with go ahead. Trump's feeding the fire, right? Trump's not a legal scholar. And he said recently that, somebody asked me if a US citizen

was under certain, held dual citizenship, right? And was accused of association with a terrorist organization like MS-13. Then would he still deport them? And Trump's feeding the fire by saying yes you know, I think he's gonna come back and you know have something different to say about that in the future because You know deporting deporting a US citizen to seek hot. I Mean, that's what the left hopes the mistake that Trump makes he hasn't made that mistake yet

but deporting wrongfully, deporting a U.S. citizen, that that's gonna be a big problem for this administration if they do it. So I want to move on to news blatantly censored, both articles related to COVID-19 and the vaccine DIA report suggests Pentagon under Biden suppressed COVID-19 origins investigation. And also a top CDC vaccine safety officers records are missing anything I do at work. I would never be able to actually delete.

I know my company has such IT procedures and backups that I would not be able to make any of my records go missing. I don't know how the CDC would not be otherwise, so that means in my opinion it had to either be done at the top or with the consent of leadership. So what are your thoughts on concealing the origins of COVID-19 and also vaccine safety records being lost in space somewhere? Maybe there's like mandatory forms that that official at the CDC was supposed to have his records but they were never kept there was no record. So are they okay? They never exist right, that's there has to be you know and and

The government does create a lot of records. So Can it be that? Just a honestly an innocent mistake you want to be skeptical you're jaded right but logically it's a couple other reasons for this. But otherwise, it's a crime. And if this FBI is now loyal to justice and can get to the bottom of this, that would be good to see. But, you know, let me take that back. I still say abandon, you know, abandon any hope in federal law enforcement. That sort of stuff should be done at the state level. I stand by my previous statements.

We should abolish the FBI. But someone could find what happened to these records. If they are to be, or this is you know a true part of the deep state They can do they could do this and they can get they can destroy their documents hide them make them go missing And there's nothing that can be done in either scenario You know with you know there are easy measures that can be taken to Make at least make this

extremely hard in the future. And the second article related to that bombshell, D.O.D. D.I.A. reports suggest Biden Pentagon suppressed COVID-19 origins investigation. So this is something we've been talking So this is something we've been talking about on Patriot Power Hour since like episode 90 or even earlier than that. Pretty much as soon as we got on PBN in January 2020, we were talking about the Wuhan virus, the Wuhan flu, the coronavirus. And then finally, everyone just ended up calling it COVID-19. We're talking about how we didn't believe it was very likely it came from some wet market. We knew it was speculation

at the time of course but you would think that the investigation of it would have a little bit more stringent requirements and better documentation similar to the vaccine efforts. So yeah, we're having really defense intelligence agency is I think like almost underrated or the power and what it does is you know rivals CIA it's the Defense Department's version of that maybe you can go deeper into that. But when they're having reports like that, that's serious business. Right. And that's why I advocate for certain other federal functions to be actually, you know, owned and operated by the Department of Defense, because you have uniform officers that are brought through a system that definitely rewards commanding to the highest levels of integrity

that our government can reach. And the fact that they had to be suppressed, that they had something to say, and the 2020 internal assessment was suppressed. Well, that's political, right? Because civilians do manage and control our military from the president, through the secretary of defense, and through the Secretary of Defense and through the Secretary of the Army, Navy and Air Force. So just because uniform members of the DIA understood damn well what was potentially happening doesn't mean they're allowed to talk about it. They were ordered not to and they followed orders. And in this article, China saying the US planted this on them for all intents and purposes. One of the stories, China is like, nope, it wasn't Wuhan lab leak. It was actually you guys doing it, trying to plan it on us.

There's several Indicators like that there's several that are binary if it's happening. It's happening. It's it's grade one. Let's take actually a look at the markets today. Go straight to the bankster source of information itself. CNBC Dow is just about 40K. the big day. Go straight to the Bankster source of information self CNBC Dow is just about 40 K as I said about 35 K or less is when it starts to get a bit serious. Anything below 30 K would be real serious but

bounce back since this time. Let's last week a bit looking at gold all timetime high it bounced back today to that all-time high even after retracing a bit yesterday so three thousand two hundred and sixty one dollars just in the last 18 months or two years maybe gold has essentially doubled we've talked a lot about gold and silver on Patriot Power Hour over the last 301 episodes. Big proponents of it. Silver 32.35. Bitcoin holding just below 84k. Pretty flat over the last week. Whereas gold has been gaining oil. Quite low. $61. I think some of that's from the policies of Trump drill drill drill and I think part of it is

global slow down more likely that was without tariffs and as we've said, tariffs are complicated but at a minimum, there will be some disruption to trade and there will be a damper to economic activity no matter what you say if they actually go into place and oil goes down from that just As one of the ingredients there's so many things going into oil What are you seeing economically otherwise besides that feature Dan and what's your thoughts on gold continuing every week? It's like up a percent or two just keeps hitting all-time highs

Yeah, I'd like to hear a coherent explanation on what's driving those all-time highs Plenty of people have a lot of lot to say about it just a you know really persuasive Logical reason why I could appreciate that Let's take a look Let's go to five years I'm not sure if that's a reason why I could appreciate that. Let's take a look. Let's go to five years. Heck, let's go to the all all the chart going back to the year 2000 when gold

was about 270, 280 dollars. So, in a quarter of a century gold has 10x'd not too bad. Has inflation 10x'd? No. However, inflation has been pretty nasty since 2000, especially from 2020 to 2025. And look at that spike in gold. It really started to go crazy It really started to go crazy summer of 2023. And that's where it went from 1800 to 3200 just in that last 18, 20 months. Now, why? Part of it is there has been some crazy inflation in the last few years.

And I think gold's finally catching up to that. All that stimulus and all of the money creation in 2020 really took a few years to work through the system. A lot of other assets went up 30, 40, 50 plus percent in the last couple of years. It took a while for gold to but it's almost like once gold gets started, it won't stop. There's a lot of inertia to get started, but now it's finally gaining and gaining. And anytime it has a little drop on a daily or weekly basis, more people are piling in. So that's part of it, I think, on the goal. There's a little bit of concern, just the fear factor of whether it's the tariffs, whether it's Ukraine war, whether it's will Israel strike Iran, whether we'll, you know, that geopolitical aspect is some of it too. But I feel like a lot of the gold is just catching up to the real inflation in the last

few years. I'm thinking that Trump put on those tariffs watch what was happening in the you know derivatives markets So called basis trade we won't necessarily get into what exactly basis trade is because it's highly highly technical financial stuff that I Guess doesn't really even matter. Well, it's just another form of derivatives that can You know be be a catalyst to blow apart the financial system and to have banks simultaneously collapsing Right a true financial crisis has grade one future danger indicator banks Simultaneously collapsing in other words the Fed the lender of last resort

and the US Treasury you have to step in with quantitative easing and bailouts galore to keep everything from flying apart. And it seemed to me that Trump, his Treasury Secretary, who was a hedge fund manager, right? That's it. You know, he's from that world It's almost if you're really cynical and I'm not sure I believe what I'm about to say But I have this question in the back of my mind Was part of what they were doing doing Basically a de facto stress test like to announce something that would be so revolutionary and rebalancing trade and rebalancing manufacturing worldwide. What What What would that immediately break on Wall Street? And it seemed like that basis

trade was going wild just last week. Right now it seems to be, week. Right now it seems to be, you know, kind of tamped down, not so much a problem. So in that context, you know, you know, fly to fly to safety, right? Physical gold. It's always been money, right? And it's not a pet rock. So fire will forge, right? The gold didn't change, the money did. You're absolutely right on that. Yep, that's how I look at it too. The US dollars lost a few percent compared to international currencies.

And in a way, Trump wants the US dollar to lose a little bit of its strength because it's really over over bought and the dollar index and the US dollar is gained almost too much ground where the dollar is so powerful. No one could afford to buy US goods, meaning foreigners could not buy US goods even without tariffs. You add the tariffs on top. Of course, there could be more. Trump wants to remove tariffs. He just wants to give you know, reciprocal tariffs.

So hey, you all remove your tariffs. We'll do the same. Seems like that'll work with some countries or maybe not others quadrupling down against China. But part of the movement of gold is also us dollars down a little bit in the last couple of months, which in a way Trump wants to do. And also interest rates, Trump wants interest rates to go down. And if interest rates go down or are expected to go down, whether by the

fed or by maybe a financial crisis one way or another if the market's thinking that interest rates going down gold will go up so all these things it's like all these are factors what's the biggest factor tough to say sometimes that's what they do in the market is try to bet on what factors are the most impactful win. Super hard to time the market. Good luck, folks. I just buy my gold and silver and buy my Bitcoin and buy my preps and just hold on tight. You know, I don't try to game the system. Really, if it goes down, I'll buy some.

If it goes up, I'll buy a little more. Actually, NBC guy was talking about dollar cost averaging a bit in one of his most recent DAC. So that's my look at it. I still think if you have no gold or silver, you buying a little bit right now is better than having nothing not saying it won't go down. At some point, you can buy a little bit more cheaper. But I mean, geez, do you really care the price you had gold and silver if there really is an EMP or there really is something that's a financial crisis and gold goes up five or ten X because you know everything's collapsing you won't care you won't care at that point I don't think so to answer fire wolf forge his question How come the gold pound is less than a normal pound?

Which he is pointing to as robbery I did a little croc research try to answer that question because he because I didn't know the answer to that maybe you are You're you're you're a little bit more of a gold bug from earlier stage than me. Right now, this is a little bit of a lessening of tension, a little bit step away from crisis compared to where we were the past two weeks, I would say. A big metric. I mean, you'll hear it on the financial news and most people know about the 10 year treasury, but I feel like it's a little underrated in terms of the,

the panic or the concern and how stressed you said, this is kind of a de-stressing period or Trump was stressing the system and now backing off and then stressing the system and backing off negotiating. Maybe he was. Potentially. So what I would say is this 10-year Treasury is a good measure of how screwed we are. If this interest rate goes above 5% we are in so much trouble, it's ridiculous. What are reasons this could go up? Number one, China could dump even more of its US debt

in a very quick manner, hurting themselves, but hurting us quite a lot. They're already disposing of tons of our debt. Number two, other countries could join in. Number three, there is a major crisis in equities or some other black swan event like if a 911 happened right now, you could expect these interest rates to go up through the roof. Now the Fed in theory would come in slash rates and hopefully bring it down below the 5% again,

Trump wants this back where it used to be in 2022. And honestly, all the way back to the financial crisis, 2008, he wants the 10 year under 2% 4.3, where it is now is pretty darn high. Because remember, everyone has tons of debt, corporate, real estate, the government, not everyone, but darn near everyone has a lot of debt and they got to roll over that debt So high interest rates is a drag and too high is kind of that red line Where it could really start to spin things out of control, so let's see the one month. It's spiking It's been a little rough

Yeah, this ain't the best chart to look at. Honestly, it's kind of an odd chart. I mean, like the actual layout of this graph here. But yes, just a small, small little movement is billions and billions of dollars at play here. So again, the US dollar, the actual value of the U.S. dollar versus other currencies like the yen and the euro and others. That's really important to watch. Trump wants that to go down, which sounds weird. Like why would you want the dollar to go down? Well, he wants more investment in America, more exports from America. Plus that would help temper this interest rate

a little bit. So you're looking for that. He obviously wants stocks to not do horrible, but he's come out and essentially said like, it might be a little bit of a rough patch, goodbye and opportunity, be in it for the long haul. But I think he expects equities to do as bad as they've done in the last few weeks or worse even

in the short to medium term. Gold though silver bye bye bye Bitcoin in my opinion bye bye bye real estate and land is a question you know if interest rates go up and up you expect the price of you know your that your dream homestead right you expect that to go down in price if interest rates go up but it depends where the extreme homestead, right? the the the the the

the the Just stuff going on with Russia Yeah, keep an eye on it. Keep an eye on it. None of those are alarming but Yeah, a little bit alarming that China is actually saying that out loud, right? You know the war of words to China United States has escalated to You know a serious, you know multi-decade high right right now so for them to come out here and say this What's the audience right? You know? Them speaking internationally, but they're also talking to their own population by Calling this out so that communist party propaganda machine inside of China can

Really amp up anti-American sentiment. That's what they're doing right now with this. They named University of California as well as Virginia Tech. So they named a couple universities and there's a lot of Chinese studying in the University of California system for sure. I'm sure Virginia Tech has a few Chinese nationals there, but holy cow University of California Massive amounts as I've talked about a bit when I went especially grad school at Purdue Huge amount of Chinese and Taiwanese. I got along better with the Taiwanese for sure

some of the Chinese were cool a lot of them were Taiwanese for sure. Some of the Chinese were cool. A lot of them were, yeah, a little robotic to say the least. Hopefully they weren't spies or nefarious, but we know at least a certain percentage of those students are sent here on purpose for for that reason. So actual universities being named here as and you know working with the NSA, cybersecurity attacks, that's I don't know if I've seen that before No, no, it's nothing that would be publicly reported here they're just putting it out there and whipping up fervor against it and

For that matter is any of this true. I don't know Chinese saying it sure definitely was, uh, I think about it, I guess. Always worried about the Middle East, but also at the same time, always a quagmire, as long as nukes don't actually go off. I think it's the ceiling of how bad things can get in the Middle East, hopefully, is set. But if Israel decides to unload a huge attack on Iran and try to use bunker busters or, God forbid, some nukes on some underground Iranian positions, that'll change things real fast. So we've got to keep an eye on that. And another carrier group in the Middle East, whether that's for Iran or other reasons, something to watch.

Definitely the Houthis definitely blocking the trade in the Red Sea. Um, it's a real problem. It's unlike anything I've seen in my lifetime for a group like the Houthis to threaten all shipping in a major waterway like that.
