You're listening to P.B.N.
Your path back to stability.
I have the power!
What's up, PBN family?
Monday, back.
Some days I listen to that PBN intro,
and I think how clever other people are for their shorter intros for no intro for and after so much time off coming back listening to that PBN intro
oh man I feel like he-man over here so as can imagine, I've been gone for a while. Full transparency
on that for those of you who don't know. Got sick, got an infection, got sick on top of
that. Not sure what it was, the second half anyway. And then that backed into my vacation.
Okay, so I disappeared for, and was only sparsely around for a while.
But all is well. I'm back.
This is the situation.
The coffee is hot. Life is good.
The weather is 90 plus here in central Virginia.
The way I like it.
And I couldn't be better, man.
I got Darius from the Prepared
Mentality on tonight. You're going to love him if you haven't heard of Prepared Mentality.
Great dude. LEO, veteran. But, you know, even better than that, a good guy to have a conversation
with. You're going to dig him. So that'll be Preppers Live tonight. I got a bunch of stuff, guys. Okay. So bear with me for a quick minute. We got great
interviews incoming. You're going to learn about products, learn about people in the days to come,
weeks to come. Our members are going to get an amazing first look at what—I feel speechless, okay?
My illustrator, Alicia, is a force, and she is—it's hard for me to understand how she's doing what she's doing.
It's one of these situations.
It's one of these situations where to capture what I want, you know what I mean, is one thing.
But to capture what is possible on an intergalactic planet of preparedness is another thing entirely, and she has just been—she's just on that wavelength, man.
So the featured character in this second book for the world of Ready is named Craft, and he's the wilderness survival guy, okay?
And he's the wilderness survival guy, okay?
Without guidance whatsoever, other than basic campsite setup, she created Craft's home.
And Craft's home is, it's just perfect. I mean, it's amazing.
For you members, you're going to get a first look at that today. I'm going to drop that illustration, page 21 of the new book, into the member chat over at Element.
So if you're a member and you're not in Element, you need to get over there.
You're missing out on things as a member.
But I don't want to give it away because it's so stellar.
But just the understanding of a creature and how he would live, where he would live, it's spot on.
The Freedom March over at Strava, if you're interested in joining, this is going to be a huge bust without your guys' help.
It just is what it is.
It's going to be a massive failure.
Not due in part. Well, due in large part because of what happened to me.
But also our limited participation, because I didn't realize Strava was going to charge everyone.
You got to pay money if you want to join this.
This next time, what we'll do is we'll find a better app.
But it took us by a surprise a
little bit i think we've covered like 20 miles which is cool uh because there's only like three
or four people doing it uh but the goal was 500 so if if you feel compelled to hop on a bicycle
and join the the freedom march please email me. Okay?
Or whatever.
Reach out to me in some way.
You can find me through Strava also.
Just search James Welton.
But we can't, just the core that we have over there right now, we can't come back from this.
We would have to do like 100 miles each in, what, 10 days or something.
So that ain't going to happen without your guys' help.
That is what it is.
Strava's a cool app.
It's probably worth the money.
It's only like $10 a month or something.
I don't know what it is.
Maybe it's not worth the money, actually.
But it's a cool app.
What is fourth spec?
I don't even know what that is.
I just wrote that down.
I don't even know what that means.
Oh, that's right.
Fourth of July special.
Fourth spec.
We'll be running the full day Fourth of July July special coming up in a couple weeks next week.
If you've heard it before, then you've heard it.
It's the place for real revolutionary music, revolutionary war.
Drum and fife, singers and songs, the national anthem, all those kind of big
American hits. I'm also going to be presenting you with something written, which is rare for me.
So I'm going to be presenting you with something written that will likely loop throughout that day at various points.
And it's just a concept, okay?
It's a concept about freedom.
It's a concept about 1776 and what it really was,
what the Declaration of Independence was and the Revolutionary War really was in terms of freedom for man.
Because I think we look at it the wrong way.
It's very rare that I sit down and write something.
And then record it.
It's severe.
You know what I mean?
The situations are often dire.
When I'm writing out a monologue and reading it to you.
It's a big deal.
Okay.
monologue and reading it to you. It's a big deal. Okay. I think that's as far as we need to go in terms of those things that need to be announced. I mean, I could go on and on with announcements,
but let's not do that. What I want to talk about before we get into One Threat, One Solution is this gunpowder shortage.
This is a real thing.
It came across my desk last week, a.k.a. message from Chin.
It came across my desk.
Couldn't have come across my desk.
But, wow, Washington Times.
Calm down.
You can't read on the Internet anymore.
Reading on the Internet is like getting beat up by an angry gang.
You know what I mean?
It's like you show up and you're like, oh, this is a cool headline.
Let me read it.
And then you get kicked in the head by a pop-up.
And then you get punched in the ribs by a subscription necessity.
Like, can I read this story until you subscribe?
And then you get, you know what I mean?
And then you get stomped into oblivion by video ads and things that automatically start playing sound. And before you know it, you're running out of the website,
like clutching your belongings, just happy that you survived it.
Anyway.
Sportsman.
Sportsman now.
Sportsman feel the pinch of global gunpowder shortage
as Chinese restrictions Ukraine war crimp supply the chinese huh alliant powder which
has supplied smokeless powder to private consumers to reload their ammunition has suspended sales and
canceled dot dot dot we have to do more research on that because i uh can't get into the times
without paying.
I don't understand how they think that's going to work out in their favor.
Seems weird.
But look, I mean, these are the thing.
You're going to go to war with the people who make the gunpowder?
Gunpowder's not that hard to make.
I've made it so many times it's worth trying
it's worth making like the
the BS gunpowder first
and then making the real stuff
Remington sale of its ammunition arm
to a foreign buyer is raising eyebrows
yeah there are things happening with this
with ammunition on a whole
but this powder
is what's most unnerving. Okay, they're not giving me the headlines I want to read to you.
The gunpowder shortage is causing quite a stir. Let's see what AI has to say on it.
So let's see what AI has to say on it.
Ah, the elusive gunpowder shortage.
Huh?
This is what the co-pilot says.
The co-pilot opens up over at Microsoft Bing, which is their AI.
It says, ah, the elusive gunpowder shortage, a topic that's been making waves in firearms communities.
Let's dive into it, shall we?
So what's the deal?
Nitrocellulose is the ingredient that's missing here.
The United States, despite being a gun-loving nation, is a net importer of nitrocellulose.
And guess who's got the goods?
China and Russia, two of the world's bigwigs in nitrocellulose production And guess who's got the goods? China and Russia.
Two of the world's bigwigs in nitro cellulose production are playing hard to get.
Who's right?
The AI, my AI has grown a sense of humor.
Listen to this.
This is funny.
They're like the cool kids at the party who won't share their snacks.
China in particular is side-eyeing the U.S. because of its support for
Ukraine. So they're keeping their nitrocellulose stashed to themselves. And what little supply
does trickle in? Well, it's promptly diverted to companies with official defense contracts.
Talk about a VIP guest list. Now, this is what we talked about all that time ago.
Listen to this paragraph. But wait, there's more.
Primers are also doing the disappearing act.
Back in 2020, it was like everyone decided to panic buy primers simultaneously.
Combine that with the labor shortages financially and solving big players like Remington,
and you've got a recipe for scarcity.
It's like trying to find a unicorn riding a rainbow during a solar eclipse.
Possible, but not likely. Possible? possible ai i'll tell you what though
this article was more fun to read than any other article i read on the uh situation
they're they're they're stuck on this unicorn thing though both powder and
primers are now pricier than a unicorn's designer sunglasses. What happened, Bing?
I think Bing's drunk.
I think the Bing AI is drunk.
All right, so keyword, nitrocellulose, PBN family.
Key concept, China and Russia are the exporters.
The United States is a net importer of nitrocellulose.
Don't think it'll stay that way.
Who knows?
These are big lessons we have to learn as a nation.
You can't go to war with people who export the stuff you need to war with.
What does it mean to you?
I know.
Look, I have the answers, PBN family.
Don't you worry.
Okay? Look, I have the answers, PBN family. Don't you worry, okay? First and foremost, you aren't going to start making nitrocellul worry. You're going to worry about this ammo shortage.
You're going to say, oh, what if my local store doesn't have it?
What if this doesn't have it?
What if they don't have it?
What if when I order online, they don't have it?
Can I tell you something?
Visit AmmoSquare.com slash PBN.
Okay?
Visit AmmoSquare.com slash PBN.
Sign up today.
You get to decide the budget.
You can sign up for $10 a month if you want.
Okay?
Dan doesn't care over at Ammo Squared.
He's the man.
We're going to get him on the show, come hell or high water, to talk about this whole situation.
But he's got a warehouse full of ammo.
I seen it.
He's got a warehouse full of ammo. I seen it. He's got a warehouse full of ammunition.
Okay?
This is business.
So you better believe that you sign up for AmmoSquared.com, he's going to get you ammunition.
He is going to source the ammunition.
He is going to put that ammunition, well, maybe not he personally, but the staff at AmmoSquared,
are going to put that ammunition into your coffers. Do you understand? Why are you worrying
about this stuff? Why? Build your ammo stockpile. Use a service that supports the Prepper Broadcasting
Network. Use a service that's reliable. use the service that I use, because look,
I'm going to tell you exactly how it went. This is exactly how it went. In order of operations,
okay, I basically read about this story around the 20th or something like that, 19, I don't know,
somewhere around there. I heard about it. Chin sent me a link on it. I read deeper into it.
And then on the 23rd of the month yesterday, was it yesterday?
Yeah.
I think it was 22nd or 23rd, I get an email from AmmoSquared.
They said, you've got new ammo.
Boom.
Payment goes through.
They stockpile your ammo, fill your inventory.
Okay. through, they stockpile your ammo, fill your inventory. Okay, so amid all this chaos, I still have the solution, right? Now, I'm not saying that Ammo Squared is immune to all of this stuff,
but what I'm saying is you could sign up at ammosquared.com slash pbn right now
and get ammo, and get ammo next month, and get ammo the month after. You know what I mean?
From an inventory that's already ready to fill orders.
I mean, yeah, it's up to you, obviously, at the end of the day,
but this is one of those things that you can manage the budget on.
You can literally build the budget.
You can put yourself in a position where you're getting the amount of money
put towards the amount of ammo and the calibers. You can spread yourself in a position where you're getting the amount of money put towards
the amount of ammo and the calibers. You can spread your budget out between, my budget spread
out between five different calibers. I don't know. All I want to do for you guys with our sponsors,
well, it's a twofold operation. Number one, put some money away for PBN. Put some money into my pocket. Number two, make sure that you have a solution so that when problems come, you don't have to sit up at night and go, whatever will I do?
will I do? Now, some of those solutions are more expensive than others. I get that. I think the majority of our sponsors are very affordable. Maybe all of them right now are very affordable.
Yeah, pretty much all of them are affordable. Yeah. I don't even know who our most expensive
sponsor would be. I guess yourcheapland.com would be our most expensive sponsor would be. I guess yourcheapland.com would be our most expensive sponsor,
but good luck getting land at those prices anywhere else.
You know what I mean?
But all that said, ammosquared.com slash pbn.
You're going to keep reading about this gunpowder shortage.
You're going to be worried about this gunpowder shortage.
Or solve the problem.
Let Ammo Squared handle your ammo purchases.
You save up to $200 worth of ammo in their inventory
and ship it to yourself for free.
Follow me.
That is not our one threat, one solution,
but it is a threat and I have a solution.
Understand?
You want to take care of problems.
We have the answers. If you don't want to take care of problems, I don't know, you're going to worry yourself to death. And this is an easy one to take care of, you know, ammosquare.com slash pbn.
Let's get into it. One threat, one solution.
I think I can get away with talking about a few things today.
Because, yeah, I think it's worth talking about a few things.
I'm going to drive you crazy because it is called One Threat, One Solution, but I haven't done one in like two weeks.
I want to talk to you first and foremost about the justice system.
In New York, Pro-Palestine. This is brought to you by Gray Man Briefing.
Okay. Gray Man Briefing. Okay.
Gray Man Briefing, very affordable service.
Give them a whirl.
Give them a try.
In New York, pro-Palestinian criminals involved in the Columbia encampments.
What did the Columbia encampments do?
They didn't do much of anything.
They just broke in, seized, occupied, and vandalized the Hamilton Hall building,
a privately owned building.
They've largely had their charges dismissed somehow.
The Manhattan DA dropped charges against 31 of the 46 rioters arrested on April 30th.
Again, broke into the building, seized it, occupied it, vandalized it.
13 others were offered plea deals, but they refused.
Now, this is interesting, okay?
Now, don't forget that this DA is the same office that prosecuted Donald Trump.
Hmm?
You know, the one that gave him 5,000 felony charges for moving money.
No one has ever been charged in such a way in the history of the DA's office.
Do you think that was political in nature?
No, of course not.
Justice is blind, silly.
So this DA's office, being the traitors that they are, let's just call it like it is, being
the traitors that they are to the United States of America, chose to only pursue two of the 46 suspects, claiming it was difficult to
prove their involvement since they all wore masks and disabled cameras. Oh, okay. So note to self,
if you want to commit crimes in the United States, do it in Manhattan and do it with a mask on and
disabled cameras and you'll get away with it. The extremists also use the tactic of refusing plea
deals. This is
interesting. In an effort to overburden the office and court system, which would be unable to conduct
trials on all arrested unless some pled out to lesser charges for lower sentences. Now,
if they were smart and they actually wanted to put people in jail,
they could use a RICO statute on these people, and then they wouldn't need to have 46 different trials for 46 different people.
Right?
You first have to say Antifa is—or Hamas or this pro-Palestinian movement itself is organized crime.
And is it that much of a stretch?
organized crime. And is it that much of a stretch? You know, a protest never involves, whether it's January 6th or it's April 30th, 2024, it never involves breaking in,
seizing, occupying, and vandalizing private property. Okay. Pretty easy, right?
Our buddies over at YouTube, this is totally, totally different. Okay. Our buddies over at YouTube, this is totally, totally different. Okay. Um, our buddies over
at YouTube, this is censorship bias and privacy news, but it's worth talking about,
have decided that, uh, videos supporting the second amendment. Now this is why YouTube is,
is dead to me. Okay? Videos supporting the Second Amendment
need to have expanded restrictions.
Videos showing the use of homemade firearms,
automatic firearms,
and certain firearm accessories
will be age-restricted
and available only to 18 years of age or older.
Can you imagine the things
that we don't restrict to the children?
And the fact that we restrict gun stuff to kids is so goofy.
It's the goofiest thing.
It's so brutal for boys, too.
It's such a brutal thing to do to little boys because they love all fully automatic weapons.
Come on.
Right?
Buy me the plastic machine gun.
Buy me the Nerf gun. Buy me the
Nerf gun. Buy me the...
But just the sheer fact that YouTube
has made an update to its firearms
policy by expanding restrictions
to videos supporting the Second Amendment
is insanity.
It's
number two, guys.
It's number two.
Like, the reason there's a YouTube,
the reason there's a United States of America,
is because our founding fathers sat down and they said,
number one, the people need to be able to say what they want.
YouTube doesn't support that very well either.
Number two, they said,
and they need guns to protect their ability to say what they want
and to stifle tyranny at the technological and governmental level.
Just saying.
And YouTube said, no, no, no.
Canada's busy too online.
Canada's online harms bill, which is about the sissiest name for a bill i
think i've ever heard c63 sounds like some kind of explosive was tabled in the house uh of commons
and awaits a second reading the country's prime minister earlier this month attempted to push
legislators to progress the bill saying it is necessary to protect people from misinformation. Lawmakers say the bill
has draconian penalties and broad criminal prohibitions on speech, and the bill risks
stifling public discourse and criminalizing political activism. Others have referred to
the bill as Orwellian and say it promotes revenge, false accusations while targeting thought crime.
Among the bill's speech that is labeled as crime are bullying, sexualization of children or victims of sexual violence, incitement of violence or terrorism, and hate speech.
The content will be criminalized online, is feared by the opponents to be redefined to target those who oppose far-left narratives.
That would never happen.
They would never take the money out of the bank accounts of truckers in Canada.
Stop addictive feeds, exploitation for kids.
Costco is, it's a bunch of news.
I don't want to go into it, you know.
It's the technological tyranny, fundamentally.
The technological tyranny is real, folks.
It is what it is.
It is a threat.
It's very much a threat.
It's a threat to you and a threat to your children.
You can watch it in action.
You can watch it in action.
The thing about the technological tyranny is you can watch it inside your home.
You can watch it in your hand. You can watch it in action. The thing about the technological tyranny is you can watch it inside your home. You can watch it in your hand.
You can watch it in your spouse's hand.
You can watch it in your child's hand.
You know?
And I'm not going to sell you a product or teach you a thing on this one threat, one solution today.
I'm going to tell you.
It comes down to you.
Now, you have to decide how you want to manage the technological tyranny
because you're not going to remove it altogether.
Maybe you will.
Maybe you'll become an extremist in that regard.
I'm not interested in that personally,
the removal of technology from my life.
Because I think it's important that you build willpower,
and it's important that you teach yourpower, and it's important that you
teach your children and your spouse, and if they need it, how to manage this stuff, man.
Do you know what I mean? Because there's incredible value in it, and it's also sweet.
But it is insane. It is brutal. what what parents have to understand in particular but
but all people in at large is uh you have to fight this is a fight you're in a battle whether
you admit it or not doesn't matter but you're in a battle for your freedom. And that battle is
between you and Instagram. It's between you and Twitter. It's between you and TikTok.
It just is. It doesn't matter what you think about it, what you can dream up about it. You
know what I mean? None of that matters. You are locked in a battle with technology. And you have to use whatever techniques you can
to pry yourself from it.
You have to limit yourself.
You have to make sure that you understand.
And one of the best ways to do this is to quantify it.
Quantify your time and investment.
Look at your screen time.
Figure out, what am I doing with my life?
Did I do 50 hours on TikTok this week?
And if I did 50 hours on TikTok this week,
that means 50 hours of my life didn't go to other things.
Now maybe you're rich and happy and everyone's happy and healthy and that's fine.
But if you've got
problems or if you've got a family, something tells me you could carve off 10 of them hours
and give it over to something better to start. But you're locked in this battle.
And I think it's important to be locked in this battle because these technologies are only going
to get more alluring. If you think they're going to be like, how about our next iteration of social media we make less addictive?
It's not going to happen.
It's not going to happen.
So you have to understand how to pull away from these things.
It's like anything else.
It's like any other distraction that exists.
You can get lost in it. You can get lost in it.
You will get lost in it unless you start to manage it.
You know what I mean?
So it's important.
These things are important.
Like I said, the best techniques you can use are, number one, create lists.
You need to create lists every day or else you'll find yourself in a rabbit hole
nine hours later of YouTube conspiracy videos and be like, oh, well, I understand how the Anunnaki
came to conquer the earth and transform us into what we are today.
But frankly, other than that, I didn't get anything done today. Right? You need lists of to-do items.
That's personal.
That's professional and so on.
That way you can measure yourself.
That way every day you can say to yourself, look at the things I didn't get done.
You have to manage the time.
You have to look at your screen time and say, what am I really doing?
Let's stop telling myself lies. What am I really doing? Let's add it all up. Let's add up the video
games, the virtual reality, the texts, the YouTube time, the TikTok time, the Twitter time. Let's add
it all up and say, out of a hundred and some odd hours per week that I have to live, cut out the
sleep, add in the social media and technological distraction,
what percentage of my life is actually being lived, blood and bone.
And that gives you a taste of what's actually happening.
PBN Family, I'm going to call it here.
We'll get back to our segments, our SHTF Chef segments and our Word segments tomorrow.
I've gone 30 minutes.
And, again, we've got to manage our time.
We have to be disciplined, right?
It's good to be back.
Don't miss Preppers Live tonight, 9 p.m. Eastern, with Darius from Prepared Mentality.
It's going to be a great conversation.
And what else? What else? I don't know. Support our wonderful sponsors, man. Darius from Prepared Mentality. It's going to be a great conversation.
And what else?
What else?
I don't know.
Support our wonderful sponsors, man.
Keep the Prepper Broadcasting Network alive and thriving.
Our hosts are incredible.
What we offer is really absolutely necessary at a time like this.
Because the world is looking for a path back to stability.
And there's only going to be more and more people looking for that path as the days go on.
Talk soon, folks.
PBN family, come in.
I need your help.
I need backup.
The Collapse Survivor app has killed me off two times now.
The current simulation I'm trapped in is almost too believable.
You will also get real-life threat alerts from Fortitude Ranch and have the option to manage your entire prepper inventory.
Go to the App Store, download the Collapse Survivor app, and be prepared to test your might.
