Welcome in everyone, PBN Daily News, your path back to stability.
Thanks for joining me, it's bright and early today.
That is probably why my voice sounds the way it does.
EDC today guys, I gotta keep it brief, I got a short window To pull this off
And I'm gonna pull it off
And then
Send it your way
So
Start of a new year
Probably a good time
To re-evaluate
What you
Carry
Pardon me
On your person
Each and every day
Let me wash that
Phlegm down
With some coffee
Real quick
Probably time To re-evaluate what you got in backpacks,
in side bags, in pouches, on gun belts, and so on, right? And it also is a good time,
in terms of EDC, to consider what you should be carrying for the year. All right?
I'm telling you, for me, the sling bag is an essential piece.
The sling bag is an essential piece that changed everything for me.
It allowed me to carry the things that I needed to carry without being overburdened by considering what I could carry
in pants and pockets
and all that kind of stuff.
It may be the thing for you, okay?
I would say probably a good idea to be armed in 24.
Probably a good idea to be armed with something less than lethal in 24.
Probably a good idea to be at least first aid capable with some resources and some skills.
All right, so consider that in your EDC.
Look it over.
What's it really looking like?
Be honest with yourself, and what do you want to have?
All right?
Let's get into one thread.
One thread.
All right, brought to you by the Gray Man Brief.
SCOTUS to rule on cases that will weaken or strengthen the federal government powers.
This is on the docket in just four days.
Another three cases.
These are all, none of them are like you know straightforward one case will have implications on seventh amendment determine if congress overreached
by assigning powers to the sec and the fdc that remove the right jury to a jury trial
from defendants the government targets uh pretty big, right? Pretty big. If you don't understand that,
like, if you're targeted by the government, you should definitely have a jury trial.
That is constitutional, right? So they're going to, I'm sure that's going to be,
I'm sure that's going to go in the favor of the people.
There's another case that centers around the separation of powers.
And the final case, the alleged abuse afforded by Chevron doctrine that allows federal agencies self-interpretation of subjective statutory ambiguity.
SCOTUS rulings.
I don't know what any of that means.
SCOTUS rulings on these three cases have direct impacts on government overreach.
So there's two ways that these rulings can go.
One is more authoritarian state, and the other is more freedom for the people, right? What do you do? How do you,
what's your one solution in preparing for an authoritarian state? What is it?
I think the thing that you can do that is most powerful in times like these is to establish,
well, I used to, and I still say that entrepreneurship is a survival imperative.
So I think you have to establish a life and a platform where you're capable of bringing this
kind of stuff up. You don't have to do it in a way that it is on a podcast or in a video,
but work at a place where you can talk about these things. Put your kids in a school where you can go and talk about these things without it being a nuclear bomb.
And then, of course, your greatest stance against an overreaching government is to be a self-sufficient and independent of them.
of them, right? If you're collecting checks from the tyranny, if you need checks from the tyrants to pay your bills, you can't stop that, right? There's no way you can stop that.
You can't stand up against that, okay? So self-reliance and independence,
food production, power production, right? Gathering in numbers, community, not for paramilitary
exercises, but I don't know if you guys remember why that's funny. But gather, gather and make,
have an effect, okay? Let the government remember you're there, and you're there for more than just
the sweat of your brow and the taxes that come out of your check automatically.
All right, guys, no SHTF chef today.
Like I said, I'm on a tight shedge today.
It is Thursday, Toolman Tim.
Tonight, the incredible gun metal armory with Dane D, speaking of how to be independent of government.
I'm going to read to you from my book,
Darker Trails, Stories of Survival,
Apocalypse, and Prose with Charcoal.
Darker Trails.
This is called On the Edge.
We're going to roll through this.
I'm going to go blow my nose, and then we're going to roll through this I'm going to go blow my nose
And then we're going to
We're going to call it
On the edge of my wooden steps
Gripped with gratitude
A thirteen year old pit bull
Paws the grass and leaves
They shine like silver
In the midday autumn sun
That struggles to crest
The valley tree line.
In the moment, all is beauty.
I think of my sons. I think of my wife.
The cool, sweet air smells of falling leaves.
Soon everywhere will smell like cinnamon.
With the holidays at arm's length, you can feel the conspiracy of love that will soon overtake us all.
This moment breaks and gives way to the future.
The struggle, the cold, the hunger that many people will experience.
Sitting on the edge of my wooden steps sometimes feels like I'm spying on heaven.
Then there are times when it feels like a deep gulch waits just beyond the last step.
Feels like a deep gulch.
Waits just beyond the last step.
Beneath my dangling feet off a treacherous ledge.
The hellscape that is the future.
Have a great day, PBN family.
They're just the musings of one man.
It doesn't mean I'm right.
It doesn't mean your future is a hellscape.
It's just a poem that came to me one day sitting on my front step. Have a good day. Get prepared. This is PBN Daily News, your path back to stability.
