Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to PBM. Your path back to stability. Happy Friday, everyone. It's PBN Daily News. James Walton coming to you live from the new Soviet states. The new Soviet states. The new Soviet states. Welcome in. The world has changed much since we last spoke. Well, maybe not.
Starting point is 00:00:50 But it's changed much over the last, what, 10 years? About 2008, I think it really started to get its talons in us. The use of things like propaganda, purge trials, political repression, support for communist movements. These were all telltale signs and stratagem used by the Soviet Union between 1917 and 1991. Propaganda. Do I even need to explain that one? Purge trials. During Stalin's reign, the government conducted a series of show trials against alleged enemies of the state which were essentially political attacks against perceived
Starting point is 00:01:32 threats to stalin's power sound familiar you know anybody going through anything like that maybe a couple couple names come to mind. Political repression. The Soviet regime suppressed political dissent and opposition to the use of secret police censorship and political imprisonment. Hmm. Sounds oddly familiar in 2024. Oddly familiar in the age of the Biden-Stalin nexus. And, of course, the support of communist movements. They provided support to communist parties and movements around the world in an effort to spread communism and counter Western influence. Counter of Western influence.
Starting point is 00:02:19 I've coined a new phrase, PBN family. Feel free to use it wherever you go, however you would like to. It's called distractivism. Okay? I was running yesterday with my dogs and getting away from the computer, getting away from the phone, and going on a run. A lot of times, new ideas are birthed. Try it. It's amazing. And one of the words that popped into my mind was distractivism, because I was thinking about 2020. I was thinking about the current situation with quote-unquote activism in the United States on the campuses. And I'm always on this. One of my core beliefs is this idea that just work on you.
Starting point is 00:03:06 You know what I mean? When in doubt, when angry with the world, when upset about the conditions, where your effort could go, where you're going to have the most effect is on the way you behave day to day, on the energy that you're putting out the what you are in the world right because then you're going to meet someone and then there's going to be two of you that touch the world every day and then you're going to have some kids and those kids are going to go out and spread all across the world right and i'm telling you right now that daily impact is exponential
Starting point is 00:03:42 compared to standing in a park in dirty clothes in a tent or, you know, sleeping in a tent. It's just, you know, it's just better. But it's hard, right? Because in order to, like, constantly improve, you have to look at yourself every day and go, you're not getting any better at this thing, you know, whatever that thing is. You know, you have to admit your defeats. You have to admit your failures. You have to look at yourself and say, oh, God, you still have this problem and that problem, and you've got to work on them. You know, and it's not fun to work on them,
Starting point is 00:04:17 and it's not fun to, you know, admit these things to yourself. these things to yourself. But I do believe that that focus on you and being the best that you can be in this society in innumerable ways, how you interact with people, how you interact with yourself, how you interact with family, the overall health and wellness of your body, and all those kinds of things. Like, that's how you make a society. You don't make a society by standing with a sign and telling other people how to act. Just, you know, think about it that way. A society is not built on people with, I love when the British say the word placards, with placards pointing at other people and telling them how to behave or how they should behave or how you want them to behave.
Starting point is 00:05:10 So I thought of the frumpy-faced, blue-haired, oftentimes overweight activists, quote-unquote. And I said to myself, something tells me these people have a lot to work on, right? At the very least, get in better shape so that you're healthier, you know, so you'll live a better life. And then when the news started talking about it coming up to finals time, and a lot of people like, we're going to try to get around these finals with some serious protests about life and death. And also given the fact that we are watching one of the most sort of spoiled generations, one of the generations that's had more comfort and convenience, more social media and internet than any. And look, it probably is scary, but they are facing the end. The coddling is coming to an end, right?
Starting point is 00:06:05 It's like we did the school thing, we did the high school thing, we did the college thing, and now it's coming to an end. And guess what? I'm going to have to be accountable for myself, and I'd much rather just be an activist. Just be better. Just be better than actually having to pay bills and be accountable for my actions and responsible
Starting point is 00:06:25 and wake up every day and go to a job. So I think we've got terrorists in these groups, and then we've got distractivists in this group also. We've got groups of people who are participating in distractivism in order to distract you and everyone else and themselves from the fact that they have very real issues that they need to work out. They have a life to build. They have, you know, serious time. You know, you're in your early 20s. People tell you all the time, live your life.
Starting point is 00:06:54 Wait till you, don't settle down early. Don't, you know, they give you the shittest advice ever. It's like when you are in your early 20s, this is where the big ideas are starting to meld together. This idea, like, just play another video game, you'll be fine. No way, man. This is where you're starting to figure out, like, what I like about this life, what I hate about this life, what I'm willing to do and not willing to do. what I'm willing to do and not willing to do.
Starting point is 00:07:25 And as I told you before, you know, if you really want to change the nation for the better, settling down and having kids and dedicating yourself to that and putting those kids out into the world with, you know, a relationship with God and good moral values and ethics and those kinds of things, you're just going to have way more of an effect on the world than anything you do, than probably anything that you do. And they're missing out on that, you know? They're going to wake up and be 30 years old,
Starting point is 00:07:59 spend the next five years of their life dedicated to distractivism. And that's it. Be miserable. Blame it all on me. And you. It's your fault my life fell apart, because you wouldn't tell Israel to stop being a nation. Okay, I don't know. I don't know what to tell you. Let's get into One Threat, One Solution, folks. It's a wild, wild world out there. Hang on.
Starting point is 00:08:41 We got a number of things. I have to read you this because it's so heinous. I'm not a big fan of over-the-top heinous stuff. But this is so heinous I have to read it to you. It's absolutely crazy. I heard nothing about it until I read it on the Gray Man Brief. The FISA summer of recent development, summary of recent developments, a black LGBT activist, 20 years
Starting point is 00:09:12 old, killed a 64 year old man who was walking on the side of the street. The murder, the murderer, I think he meant to say a man identifying as a female wore a black bikini and a wig as he drove over the victim once then reversed and drove over the man again. The murderer then exited the vehicle, straddled the dying victim, kissed him, stabbed him with a knife nine times. And of course, bystanders stood there and videotaped it because that's they recorded it. I'm sorry, they didn't we don't videotape things anymore. They recorded it. it. I'm sorry, we don't videotape things anymore. They recorded it.
Starting point is 00:09:44 And then the murderer attempted to steal a vehicle, turned around, and leapt over the victim, fleeing the scene. He was later arrested. What? It's like a scene out of a movie. It's Gotham City in the streets of the United States. The only problem with this article
Starting point is 00:10:00 or this little thing is there's no... It doesn't say where this happened. The Border Patrol is exchanging fire. Fox News, no. Los Angeles, oh, the L.A. bus. This could have been in L.A., actually. The L.A. bus...
Starting point is 00:10:24 Oh, it's Houston.A., actually. The L.A. bus fatally stabbed. Oh, it's Houston. Houston, Texas. Good God. The L.A. Metro bus drivers have begun to strike amid increased assaults. This is not like, this is not we need more money and the, what are they called? The unions are telling us we need to, no, this is, we're getting hurt at work by the lunatics in the streets of L.A.
Starting point is 00:10:55 Case in point. The 20-year-old LGBT distractivist, by the way. Right? I'm an activist. No, you're a distractivist. by the way. Right? I'm an activist. No, you're a distractivist. You're a lunatic. You're a 100% lunatic. You drove a man over twice in a black bikini and a wig,
Starting point is 00:11:18 stabbed him nine times. Like, what are we doing? This is a person that should be locked up in a padded room, in a straight jacket. That's it. I mean, there's no—that's the best outcome. If I had it my way, it'd be very different. It'd be very different.
Starting point is 00:11:37 You know what I mean? I'd ship her over to Ukraine, or him, over to Ukraine. I'd send them to Zelensky, now that there's 500,000 Russian troops amassed at the border. I'd take these distractivists that are violent and I'd tell them, you know, I know somewhere in your trunk you have a Ukrainian flag because you care so much about everything. So what we're going to do as your punishment is we're going to give you a AR-500, as your punishment, is we're going to give you an AR-500 chest rig with some body armor, and we're going to send you over to meet Voldemort Valensky. You go see Voldemort Valensky, or Zelensky, and talk to him, and he'll get you squared up. Okay?
Starting point is 00:12:21 You're a Ukrainian citizen now. Have fun. Do some distractivizing over there. So yeah, you know, the LA Metro, the folks are saying, we've staged an unofficial strike to protest poor safety conditions on public transit as the staff faces violent assaults from unruly passengers. This is the thing. This is what 2020 has wrought. This is what the attack on the police has wrought. That's all it's done. That's all it's done. All we have done is unleashed lunatics all over the streets for people to deal with. That's it. Now the people just have to deal. And when the poor Marine in New York City dealt with one of these lunatics, now he's going to jail.
Starting point is 00:13:06 That's the beauty of it, right? The insanity of the whole situation is they unleash these lunatics on the street, right? And you have to deal with them. Now listen, Protect With Bear is not our sponsor, comma, yet. But I will say, the man in the subway, remember, this is self-defense insurance, right? It's not just about using your gun. It's about lethal force altogether or even injury. Even if you don't kill someone, if you just injure someone, they're going to take you to court.
Starting point is 00:13:44 You know what I mean? It doesn't matter how crazy they are. It doesn't, right? Unfortunately, if that Marine would have had the ability to get up out of that scene and place an emergency phone call to an attorney that's already waiting for you. You know, you sign up with these guys. It's like $150 for the whole year. It's not expensive. And know, you sign up with these guys, it's like 150 bucks for the whole year. It's not expensive. And yeah, man, you got the phone, you have the ability to make that phone call, then you have a defense lawyer, and then you have somebody who's on your side who can who can say,
Starting point is 00:14:15 look, man, this lunatic was running around yelling at women, putting his hands on people, and this guy had no option. We have let these cities fall apart to the point where the lunatics are everywhere and nobody's around to help right so then citizens have to on top of everything else we have to do we have to also figure out how to manage the lunatics now and then if we if we mismanage the lunatics and they die or get hurt or whatever uh then it's off to jail with you you're a racist you're a criminal you're a violent extremist so protect yourself man you protect yourself, it's not, it ain't pretty out there in some places, the good news is in most places it's not bad, but if you find yourself locked eyes across the
Starting point is 00:15:14 aisle with one of these maniacs, then it's, you know, you better have some protection, not a promotional ad, just literally a one threat, one solution, you know, is what it is. Let's get into SHTF Chef. Now that is a delicious cut of long pork. How about some pork? What do we want to talk about with some pork? Let's talk about some pork. It is a good time to dry rub the pig.
Starting point is 00:15:59 You know that? You guys make dry rubs at all? I'm a big fan. I'm a big fan. I'm a big fan of the dry rub, particularly for the grill or the smoker. Probably one of my favorites is the old disaster coffee dry rub. There's a lot of them out there. I mean, you know, coffee's strong. It's a powerful, powerful ingredient to add to things. We used to do a coffee rub tuna steak on the grill at a restaurant I worked at. It was awesome, man. It was really good. It was really good.
Starting point is 00:16:43 I'll give you a good standard fare or a good ratio. You know, the best thing in cooking when you're not cooking down to the ounce, like baking, but when you're mixing ingredients or you're cooking savory foods, a lot of times you live by ratios, right? Two to one, cook rice. It's an important ratio. Two parts water to one port rice, most cases. If you're going to step out into the wild and make yourself a coffee, a dry coffee rub,
Starting point is 00:17:21 which is great to put on things like ribs, you know, pork chops, pork loins on the grill, steak. I mean, it's not bad. Coffee rub's not great on poultry. Really good on big, on tuna like I talked about. So here's a good ratio. You're going to make this dry rub. You're going to make this dry rub. You're going to put a bunch of different spices in it that you like, but what you want to have is the same. It's a one-to-one ratio coffee to brown sugar, okay? One-to-one ratio,
Starting point is 00:18:03 and they're going to be the largest parts of your rub, you know? So if you want to make a full cup of a dry rub because you're going to rub down a giant pork loin or whatever, do a half cup of finely ground coffee and a half cup of brown sugar. And that's your base for your dry rub. And then from there, whatever else you like. You can add crazy chili powder, smoked paprikas. You can add garlic powder, onion powder, you know, whatever you like.
Starting point is 00:18:32 You can add in there. Cumin is a good one. Not too much cumin though because it's strong and you'll combat the coffee. But basically, you know, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, but basically, you know, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, some kind of chili pepper, and maybe some kind of paprika, and whip that all up together, man, you have yourself a really awesome dry rub. Great on ribs. I mean, it's like an essential for ribs, you know, the dry rub. What do I want to get into?
Starting point is 00:19:04 Some Khalil, some Khalil Gibran for I want to get into? Some Khalil? Some Khalil Gibran for the... I haven't read from Khalil in a while. Maybe we'll do that. Yeah, make a dry rub. The other cool thing about the dry rub is, you know, you can make five cups of it. You can make an entire mason jar of this stuff and just have it for the summer. It's all dry. Everything will be fine. You put the mason jar lid on. and just have it for the summer it's all dry everything will be fine you put the mason jar lid on it'd be fine you know let me find something to read from
Starting point is 00:19:31 khalil jabran all right and then we'll wrap this show up with words looks like there's some turbulence up ahead to continue found us we are the Prepper Broadcasting Network. Your path, act as stability. The Beauty of Death. Dedicated to M.E.H. Don't know who that is. Again, this is Khalil Gibran.
Starting point is 00:20:03 A tear and a Smile We read from it pretty often here It's an amazing book Of prose Let me sleep for my soul is drunk of love Man Let me slumber for my spirit is replete With the days and nights
Starting point is 00:20:22 Kindle the lights and put fire To the sensors about my couch. Scatter around my body petals of the rose narcissus. And on my hair put pounded musk. Pour out upon my feet goodly smelling perfumes. And behold and read what is writ by death's hand upon my brow. Leave me deep in the arms of slumber, for mine eyelids are tired and heavy with this wakefulness.
Starting point is 00:20:54 Strike upon the lyre and the lute, and let the echo of their silvered strings fall and sway upon mine ears. Blow upon the pipe and flute, and weave from their limpid notes a veil about my heart. The heart that hastens to its end. Sing to me songs of Ruha and their enchanting cadence. Spread wide a carpet from my spirit. Then look, and in my eyes will you behold the light of hope. Should we keep going? I've never read this before, actually.
Starting point is 00:21:27 This is pretty good. Dry then your tears, my friends. Raise aloft your heads. As flowers lift up their crowns at dawn's breaking, and behold death's bride standing as a pillar of light. Between my bed and the void, still your breath a while and hearken with me to the fluttering of her wings.
Starting point is 00:21:47 Okay. He's a master. He is a master. There is no doubt about it. Element. Do I want to read this to you guys or not? What is it, Friday? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:22:03 I've got some words from a member that were just so, I got another email today from one of you guys. I don't want to put anybody on blast, but you just, amazing words. Amazing words coming from the PBN family.
Starting point is 00:22:17 I mean, I'm ever grateful for you guys. Seriously. Something astounding in this audience. It really is. It's an amazing group. Wild. Wild that I sit here at the helm of this thing. A lot of times. Feels crazy. You know who I'm talking about. Made my morning, really. Started the morning off just perfect. And, you know, the conversation was kind of a little bit geared towards this idea of, you know, how. It's a lot.
Starting point is 00:22:57 It's a lot, everything that you do. You must be kind of exhausted from it all. and, you know, I don't, to be honest with you, the shows and the promos and the writing of books and the members' content and all that kind of stuff, it's, it feels like it's something that I have to do. You know what I mean? It doesn't feel, it's not like stuff, I mean, I am driven to do it by whatever it is
Starting point is 00:23:28 that drives people, but at the same time, because of all these people, all of you that are out there listening and all of you members that pay for great information and to support this network, I mean, it just feels like it's, the day-to-day life, the way that I live my day-to-day life and the fitness and the diligence and the writing and the podcast and all the stuff that I do, man. It feels like it's, you know, you must do it.
Starting point is 00:24:01 Like you must do this thing. You must be this thing. do it. Like you must do this thing. You must be this thing. It's not only what you want to do, but it's also what's being charged of you, right? So what's being asked of you. And then you receive emails and, and, and, and kind words from people. And you realize that there are people out there, and I don't even know how many, because when you do a podcast or anything so few people reach out um compared to the amount of people who listen all the time and don't ever reach out so you we start to wrap your head around the numbers and you're like there's people out there who are you know they're they're at least in to some degree using what we do here at PBN as a source of motivation, as a driving force in their life.
Starting point is 00:24:51 And, man, thanks for the fire. You know what I mean? If you're interested in being part of that group, go to pbnfamily.com. It's a great weekend to become a member. I'm telling you right now great weekend to join the PBN family on the membership side pbnfamily.com
