Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to PBN. You're paying back the stability. Happy Thursday, PBN family. What's going on? What is going on? Too much is going on for me, I can tell you that. I am looking forward to a weekend. A weekend where I'll probably make myself as busy as possible, because that's usually how it goes. But it's been a wild week, drawn out at every angle possible. Thank you for taking care of that.
Starting point is 00:00:59 Look, I mean, it's sort of the problem we all have as Americans, right? Business, I mean, for the most part, business is good, people are great, and there's another part of that saying that I don't remember. I think it has something to do with the weather. I don't know. The weather is phenomenal, But here's what I want you to focus on this weekend. Do 24 hours on the fast. 72 hours is a dog. I mean, if you really want to do that, do that. But do 24 hours with us. You know, Sunday night after dinner, you're done eating. You don't eat again until Monday night at Prepper's Live. Really
Starting point is 00:01:48 easy, really straightforward. No matter what. If you don't want it to be a big pain in the butt, if you don't want it to be, you know, whatever. You know, Dave Jones and I, we come out of the gate crazy. You know, that's us. We come out all fired up.
Starting point is 00:02:04 Let's fast for a week. You know what I'm saying? I got to tone things down. Calm my, I mean, and listen, if you're out there listening, you're saying, screw that. I'm doing 72 hours and do 72 hours. It's up to you. You know, whether you realize it or not, you're in complete control of your own life. whether you realize it or not, you're in complete control of your own life. I know the media and the government would like you to think otherwise, but that's the truth. But, you know, no point in getting all worked up. I would say give it a go 24 hours. Give it a go 24 hours. Keep yourself busy. You know, hopefully have a busy work day on Monday. Monday can be tough.
Starting point is 00:02:44 I mean, work can be tough for fasting. It can be, you know, some of the toughest fasts were work because you get bored, you get people bringing stuff in. I went over the weekend, I made brownies for everybody. You know what I mean? That stuff can get hard. But other than that, that'd be my recommendation for you. Focus on that.
Starting point is 00:03:04 Remember, like, this is the thing. I was talking to my son about this. This is the thing about a fast. From your stomach, think about your stomach, your liver, your gallbladder, your small intestine, your large intestine, your colon. gallbladder, your small intestine, your large intestine, your colon, like all of these things, plus, of course, your energy levels, like the energy expenditure, right? All of this stuff gets to take a day off. And it virtually never happens. Like it fundamentally never happens for the average American. And you feel your guts, like put your hands into your stomach and feel around.
Starting point is 00:03:52 What on earth is going on? There is a disaster coffee chat happening that is insurmountable. And it started the moment I pressed record. I don't know if you hear it, whatever it is, what it is. Let me move the phone over further. It's an insurmountable force. I can't beat it. Anyway, feel your guts, you know, like everything inside of your body, the vast majority of that space is taken
Starting point is 00:04:26 up by what we just talked about, like huge amounts of energy go into digestion. And what you do is you give that system a break. You give that system a break. And now I don't know this to be true. This just makes sense to me. Like if you've got issues, stomach, intestine, colon, constipation, you know, all those things. Well, let me do it this way. If I were suffering from things like that, like one of the first, like ulcer, you know, all that kind of stuff that people deal with, that'd be the first thing I would do. that people deal with. That'd be the first thing I would do. The first thing I would do is say, hey, let's stop everything and give this thing some days to recover. It's, you know, it's like anything else in your body, right? Like anything, anything else in your body. I had a, like a meniscus thing going on in my knee over the weekend.
Starting point is 00:05:31 I did some successive days of long runs and, you know, it just happens. It wasn't anything big. It was painful. And I said to myself, you know, it's not a tear. It's not that bad. What it needs is rest. And one of those nights I didn't get much sleep. I think it was Saturday night or something nights I didn't get much sleep. I think it was Saturday night or something. I didn't get much sleep.
Starting point is 00:05:50 And it was still there. I went to bed. I didn't do anything Saturday. It was still there. I came home Sunday, took a nap to make up for that sleep. And it's better. It's been better since. Rest.
Starting point is 00:06:04 What I didn't do is say, hey, I got some meniscus pain. to make up for that sleep, and it's better. It's been better since. Rest. What I didn't do is say, hey, I got some meniscus pain. Maybe what I'll do is go run 10 miles. Do you know what I'm saying? We do that to our bodies all the time. We do that to our bodies all the time. We suffer through a week of gas and bloating and all kinds of problems with our digestive system. And then the weekend comes and we go like, oh, thank God the weekend's here.
Starting point is 00:06:31 It's been a hell of a week. I've had all these digestive issues. Let's go out and eat Saturday night and stuff our faces. You know what I mean? Let's go out Friday night and just eat until we're ready to burst. We do it all the time. And it makes no sense. Any other situation in your life, you'd say to yourself, okay, let's take a break. Let's take a rest day. And I know a lot of you think like, there's no way I can go 24 hours without
Starting point is 00:06:57 eating. I just can't do it. Okay. Well, maybe you fail, but try. I guarantee you, you're going to get a mean fast out of the day. At the very least, you're going to get a mean fast out of the day. You know what I mean? Because even if you get 18 hours, even if you get 15 hours, you're going to get a lot of time. Give it your best effort. Give your body a break. Okay? Give it your best effort Give your body a break
Starting point is 00:07:22 Okay What I really wanted to talk about today Was the fact that everyone needs a podcast I really wanted to discuss the fact That we're living through a time in history Where everyone needs a voice And I believe that 100% Garden Girl live in the chat
Starting point is 00:07:40 Man Garden Girl You have a little shield next to your Name With an exclamation point. Encrypted by a device not verified by its owner. Just so you know. You've got a little, I don't know what you have to do. But whatever. It's fine by me.
Starting point is 00:08:00 I wanted to talk about the fact that everyone needs a podcast. Why? Because I think that things are going to start disappearing. I think that as scary as it is right now, you know, there's some days when it's scary and some days when it's hilarious. But the media is all in. The media is all in. Right? The DOJ, the media, this administration,
Starting point is 00:08:30 the European Union, they've all pushed their chips to the center of the table, guys, on Donald Trump, on the future of this nation. Make no mistake about it. They're not holding things back by any means necessary. You have to understand that about what's going on, right? They have taken all the chips and slid them to the center of the table and said, we cannot let this man be president. We cannot let the things happen in this nation that could happen. And what we're seeing and overcoming, by the way, don't forget, like this censorship business, all this kind of stuff, we've been overcoming this for years. It's not new and it's not necessarily something to be afraid of because all we have to do is keep adapting and keep recording. But I do think that there may come a time where people and voices and things start disappearing.
Starting point is 00:09:35 I can't get too upset because I watch Glenn Beck on YouTube, and I just feel like that's one of those metrics where it can't be that bad yet. Do you know what I'm saying? If I can find Michael Savage and Glenn Beck on YouTube, if I can find Douglas Murray on YouTube, then we haven't fallen that far. But I do think as time goes on, particularly if Kamala gets in, which is highly likely, I don't like what I'm seeing. I know the media is completely like brainwashing people into believing that she's unstoppable and unbeatable and there's nothing. And Donald is fundamentally Joe Biden now. I mean, they've taken Donald Trump and morphed him from felon to a belligerent,
Starting point is 00:10:26 you know, in a couple weeks. It's pretty funny to watch. I also love that the left-wing media is picking on J.D. Vance for dressing up in drag or whatever and wearing eyeliner. I don't know. I just love that. I don't know the context of the pictures. I don't know if you've seen them, but there's pictures of them with a wig on and eyeliner and stuff. And I just think that there is something so wonderful. It's a blissful hypocrisy to see the left wing picking on a dude about wearing eyeliner.
Starting point is 00:11:00 I just can't get enough of it. Do you know what I'm saying? Like it's, it, it's so speaks to them. It's so shows them for what they really are. It's amazing. You know what I'm saying? It's so good to see the ultra tolerant go make fun of people. You know, I mean, you look at Donald Trump, make fun of people. It's a different thing than you, when you see the ultra toleranttolerant who love everyone and love the environment and love, love, love, love, love and welcoming and we believe in friendship and all things glittery and sparkly.
Starting point is 00:11:38 And then they find people they don't like and make fun of them. I don't know. It's just a weird tactic on their side right now that is kind of fun of them. I don't know. It's just, it's a weird tactic on their side right now that is kind of fun to watch. But I do think we could find ourselves in a situation where voices we're used to hearing and people we're used to seeing are gone. And that could be varying degrees.
Starting point is 00:11:58 That could be straight-up censorship, and I wouldn't put it past what's happening in our country right now, maybe not from the administration, but from the many different radical groups. Yeah, for people to be killed. Sure. That's too hard to believe. They almost got Trump just a few weeks ago.
Starting point is 00:12:18 Almost got him. It was pretty close. It was about as close as it can get. Right? It's about as close as it can get. They had to build a statue for that kid too, by the way Don't forget it Like, if that bullet hit There would have been groups in this country
Starting point is 00:12:32 That would want to memorize I mean, would want to create a memorial for him He would have been a savior In a lot of the eyes of the Illegitimate left wing in the country Particularly those who write articles and headlines. He would have been a hero. But unfortunately for the lunatics, he survived.
Starting point is 00:12:56 But what of Elon? What of many top figures? What of Douglas Murray? What of these guys who have the loudest voices that are basically impossible to manipulate? You know, what becomes of these people in the years to come? If we allow this to grow, this cancer of radical leftism, progressivism, Marxism, right? Postmodernism. Progressivism. Marxism. Right? Post-modernism. So I say to you, it's time to start recording your voice.
Starting point is 00:13:34 It's time to start recording your thoughts. And it's because the voices can be captured. And this is nothing new, by the way. Like, this is nothing new. This is AM radio. How long, how long have you listened, or did you know your parents listening to, or remember your parents listening to AM radio, where people would call in and sound off? They would call in and say, I can't believe what the hell's going on with the mayor. I can't believe it. And this is happening downtown, and it just,
Starting point is 00:14:02 it's got to be fixed. You know, you'd hear that stuff all the time, daily, daily on talk radio. Of course, they kill talk radio too. And so, you know, what you're doing fundamentally with a podcast is journaling in the modern age. Now, you can journal too, but journaling in the modern age is what I do every day. My family and friends and people like you will be able to go back a decade now and say, what was James thinking about this? What was he talking about when this happened? What did he say when Donald Trump got shot?
Starting point is 00:14:38 What did he say when Barack Obama became president? What did he say when Donald Trump became president? Joe Biden became, you know, all that kind of stuff. If this thing goes off the rails, well, it's a preventative measure for it going off the rails because now you have the voices of people. It's a great thing for your family. I mean, really, it is. It's a gift to your family to have a podcast. And you can monetize it. For those of you out there who are members, don't forget about the Cubicle Escape Plan podcast.
Starting point is 00:15:15 I have 20-plus episodes up on all kinds of different entrepreneurial endeavors, but podcasting is one of them. But fundamentally, we need that collective voice because the media is just going to lie now. Like it's far past decency and integrity. It's long past that. They're dying. They're almost dead. dealing with the death throes of an industry that has gone completely into bed with the government. And the people are just over it. And the people on all sides are over mainstream media. You know, there's a little bit of confirmation bias there for the radical left, but CNN is not nearly radical enough. They're not nearly radical enough. You know, if you're a legitimate 1990s Democrat Or even early 2000s Democrat
Starting point is 00:16:11 You have no home You know? Really? I mean, you've been abandoned by both sides It's really interesting when you think about it You've watched the radicalization of your party. And, well, you know, maybe you deserve it too because if I were in your shoes and I was watching, you know, I don't know, what's the most radical? You know, if I was watching the same sort of anti-Semitism happen on the right, then I would be speaking about it too.
Starting point is 00:16:47 If we were openly on the right, like if the roles were reversed and Donald Trump was getting up and saying, you know, we need to stop Israel at all costs and the Jews are the biggest problem in the world and we need to free Palestine no matter what, it would be a big deal, you know? We'd say things about it. We wouldn't just be quiet and make a sign to get with the group. So fundamentally, folks, it's just my belief set after all these years of podcasting that you yourself should have a podcast. And even if you don't have a podcast that you share with the world, just, you know, kick it out there. Hit record on the microphone on your computer and record your thoughts.
Starting point is 00:17:34 It's also really therapeutic and helps you deal with what has become the nation and the apparatuses of the nation, right? It's hard to live in a world where everything is like a double mirror. It's like a trick mirror. You know what I mean? And there are a certain amount of people. Well, we could talk about the agreements. We'll end the show with the agreements, right? You know what I mean? And there are a certain amount of people. Well, we could talk about the agreements.
Starting point is 00:18:09 We'll end the show with the agreements, right? In the fall, no matter what happens, you as a person and all the people around you are going to make agreements. And they're important agreements for you to understand. If you vote for Donald Trump, you're going to make an agreement that hard things are going to happen. You're going to have to live through hard times. You're going to watch things that make you very uncomfortable. When a man gets up behind a microphone and says he's going to make the largest deportation happen in history, that doesn't happen. That's not fun.
Starting point is 00:18:43 It's not fun for us to watch. It's not fun for the people who are here illegally. There's nothing fun. It's not fun for the protests and the riots that will come as it happens. The men and women who have to do it physically, boots on the ground way, but it's going to hurt a lot worse later down the line, I promise you. Whichever vote you cast, whichever vote the people around you cast, and you should share this sort of agreement concept with them, you are signing something. You are making an agreement about the future and about the present. You're making an agreement by voting for Donald Trump that you want to see this nation restored to some form of order. And even the media right now is trying to tell you that restoring law and order in the nation is somehow racist. It's a racist concept, right? We can't let you steal everything from every store.
Starting point is 00:19:56 Oh, well, that sounds racist to me. Pretty much. All roads lead to racist. Maybe what's more important, though, than the agreements you make if you've overdone it. Oh, and you're voting for a guy who's been convicted of things. You know, whether you believe it or not, it's part of the deal. It's part of the agreement. You'll look back and say, you know, that was part of it.
Starting point is 00:20:20 Now, I fundamentally believe that the Department of Justice was weaponized against this man. It's hard for anyone to explain to me how that's not the case, particularly based on the president's son and the president himself at the moment and the things that they've done and never been called to, you know, a judge over them. And the many other people in our government who have willy-nilly, you know, you know, you know the deal. There's one corrupt man in the whole government when it comes to legal action. When it comes to legal action, there is but one man who is corrupt and the rest of the people are just doing their jobs. If you believe that, you know, then you can believe that Donald Trump is a felon.
Starting point is 00:21:09 But it could be part of your agreement. Of all the dark things you have to agree to if you vote for Kamala Harris, and this is what I think you should share with people, what you're also agreeing to is the behavior of the media. What you're agreeing to is the non-democratic coup that took place that foisted a candidate upon you. And that the media followed that up with a tidal wave of news stories that were meant to assure that you would vote for her. You're agreeing to a giant government media apparatus shoving information down your throat that you know is false.
Starting point is 00:21:58 And you're agreeing to that being the way. to that being the way. And to be honest with you, all issues aside from a very personal standpoint, all issues aside, even though I don't even know what issues Kamala's going to work on that I would agree with or that would better the nation fundamentally, all issues aside though, do you want to be that person?
Starting point is 00:22:27 Do you want to make that agreement when you pull the lever in the fall? Do you want to say, I'm okay with the way things went down with Joe Biden? I'm okay with the candidate process that happened. I'm okay with the media and the government tag-teaming an effort to destroy the other candidate in a bias that's so, so 100% it's staggering. If you're okay
Starting point is 00:23:01 with a government media apparatus dominating the headlines, right, dominating the narrative, and telling you, brainwashing you to do their bidding, and then also simultaneously crushing any opposition using all manners of the government, then pull that lever for Kamala. If you're comfortable with that kind of a monster, because that's what you're agreeing to. It's not just first lady president. You know what I mean? It's not just she'll do a great job too. It's not just my side wins, their side loses.
Starting point is 00:23:41 It's not just Donald Trump bad. my side wins, their side loses. It's not just Donald Trump bad. You're agreeing to a giant media government collusion machine that is ruthless and biased and will weaponize the DOJ to attack its opposition. And if you don't understand that that has no place in the United States again, that can be dismantled now and it won't be pretty or we kick that can down the road and it will be dismantled later and it'll be a horror show
Starting point is 00:24:24 mark my words, folks. It will be a horror show. Happy Thursday and all. All right, folks, I'm out of here. Think about your agreements. Share those agreements with your hard-headed cousins and uncles and aunts and see, you know, is this really what you're voting for? Are you really voting for this? Is it worth voting against the mean orange man to build the beast that is the government media DOJ complex? Hmm? Think it over. I'll talk to you guys soon. Hey, support our sponsors. Visit
