Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to PBN. Your path back to stability. Happy Monday to you, PBN family. What is going on? We have a great show tonight for you. Ben from the Thrivalous Self-Sufficiency Fair is going to be with us. For those of you in the Pacific Northwest, this event takes place northeastern Washington State. May 26th, 27th, 8 to 5 p.m. We'll talk about it much more in detail on tonight's show.
Starting point is 00:00:57 But just a heads up for Preppers Live tonight. Don't miss it. I want to talk about the stories that were fighting with every, not really, but the stories that were hidden, let's go with that, behind the grandiosity of the Super Bowl. You know, there were some stories that, and one of them might have not caught traction yet, so it may not have been a high job. But there's no doubting the fact that special counsel accusing Joe Biden, well, sort of holding him to the same standard as Donald Trump for a change. The situation with the classified documents and such. The story that came out, the report that came out, the words that were said in the report
Starting point is 00:01:46 are, I mean, they're interesting. The investigation into President Biden's retention of classified documents, including those stored in his garage. Remember what they did to Donald Trump when he had some classified documents? No charges. No charges. Instead, it looks to me like special counsel used this opportunity as a political ploy to further degrade the sitting president. That's what it looks like to me. sources and methods and their collection of evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen. Now, we know that he's got money, large sums of money from China. I'm sorry, his son and companies that he's affiliated with have gotten large sums of money from China.
Starting point is 00:02:47 And there is speculation that maybe he threw his name around in some emails to get some, you know, whatever. The report said that the prosecution of Mr. Biden is also unwarranted based on our consideration of the aggravating and mitigating factors. The counsel said it would be, listen to this now, difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him, by then a former president well into his 80s, of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness. They said that the jury would be, quote, sympathetic. willfulness. They said that the jury'd be, quote, sympathetic. They'd see Biden as a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with poor memory. The counsel further explained observations of Biden's mental decline, saying he, quote, did not remember even within several years when his son Beau died, his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate. Did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended. If it was 2013, when did I stop being vice president?
Starting point is 00:03:53 He was quoted. And forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began in 2009, am I still vice president? Quote. So, you know, it's a huge story. So, you know, it's a huge story. They chose, in short, and to me it's as much a political ploy as it is an honest report. I mean, it is honest. You look at the guy, you know, the American people, special counsel of Republican idiots, we're getting a little tired of everybody doing bad things and nobody getting put in prison. that wind up affecting us personally, even going as far as calling us, the American people, the bad guy. And then, oh, a revelation of information comes.
Starting point is 00:04:53 And you know what? Maybe we made a mistake. And then, you know, we're left holding the ball. All these COVID revelations have people insane. All these revelations about crime actually being crime. Oh, you know what? Maybe we shouldn't let the thieves steal $900 worth of stuff and get off scot-free shit. That's probably a bad idea. The revelations at the border by the sanctuary cities. Oh, you know what? This is a lot to deal with. Heavens me. This is a lot of people to deal with. We might've made a mistake down there
Starting point is 00:05:25 at the border. The people in Texas are like, yeah, where you been? So frankly, I get it. I get it. The special counsel used this report to say we can't convict. And the reason we can't convict is because, you know, he's not going to be president anymore by the time the thing happens. It happens, and they're going to have to convince a jury that an old guy should go to jail. I guess we can't throw old people in jail anymore, no matter what they do. And largely, to me, it seemed sort of like a bit of an honest report, but used as a way to break news and political attack to remind the country. Not that, you know, not that it's breaking news, but to remind the country further. Hey, the guy running the nation in the midst of World War Three and the invasion of the United States from the south.
Starting point is 00:06:17 The guy running the country is doesn't know where he's at, doesn't know who he is, doesn't know who his kids are, what they did. You know what I mean? Doesn't know where he's at. Doesn't know who he is. Doesn't know who his kids are, what they did. You know what I mean? One story. Not my favorite one, but one story.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Okay? The other one hit me after I got done watching the game. I watched the game in detail, largely because Lady Liberty is a Chiefs fan. Okay? I don't usually watch Super Bowls. I watched last year's, of course, because the Eagles were in it. But I open up my news, and my news feed on my phone after the game, as any bitter Philly fan would, watching another team win a Super Bowl another year.
Starting point is 00:07:04 I know, we got one now, but the bitterness runs deep. Philly fan would, watching another team win a Super Bowl another year, right? I know, we got one now, but the bitterness runs deep. And I see an article that is so amazing and so tremendous. It should be the top news story of the day everywhere, all over the earth, in China, in the United States. It's the biggest story there is. It's the biggest story there is. Unilad.com. And it's popping up in several places now.
Starting point is 00:07:41 But this was published on the 9th of February, 2024. I've heard hardly, I've heard nothing about it. Over 2 billion, this is billion with a B, 2 billion tons of rare earth mineral found in the U.S. could make country the new world leader. I don't know if you know how big a deal that is. I don't know if you know how big a deal that is, but they were probing, the amazing geologists, I guess, geological engineers, whatever they are, were probing around in Wyoming, and they found a little vein of rare earth minerals, essentially, right? And they're like, oh, it's okay, it's a little bit, that's good.
Starting point is 00:08:27 And then all of a sudden they keep digging, well let me read it to you these results are illustrative of the enormous potential of the project when the resource increased by 64 during a developmental drilling campaign which increased measured indicated resources by 128 typically you'll see the resource decrease as infill drilling takes place. Instead, we're seeing the opposite with only 25% of the project being drilled to this point. So there could actually be more than that. If the resource is such, it could mean America taking over China, whose supplies stand at 44 million metric tons per the article. You get it? Like this whole concept of rare earth minerals only available in Africa,
Starting point is 00:09:16 only available in China, only available through China. You know what I mean? This whole concept. This whole concept. Currently a whopping 95% of the Earth's minerals originate from China, with the states alone importing 74%. Can you imagine? 74%. This is a very big deal, guys, because we're already looking at what's happening with Taiwan. We're already looking at what's happening with importing goods from China. China's in, I'm telling you right now, everybody loves to make, and I'm one of the rare voices in this, everybody loves to make China out to be what it is everybody wants them to be or thinks that they are going to be. And this is probably one of the biggest blows that could ever
Starting point is 00:10:16 be dealt to the Chinese right here and now. Their idea behind Taiwan and the dominance of the chips and the micro, you know what I mean? Semiconductor, the whole nine yards. This puts the source of rare earth minerals right in the U.S.'s back, I mean, in the U.S., you know, in the heart of the United States, and gives us, you know, tremendous capabilities. I mean, just tremendous capabilities. tremendous capabilities. I mean, just tremendous capabilities. It's astounding. America's astounding.
Starting point is 00:10:51 And it's like I always tell you, and you have to keep this in mind all the time, when you look at geopolitical views, you look at what's happening domestically, you look at what's happening in the world. The world is always, the world is almost always changed by the things that we never see coming. In other words, you can follow trends and say, oh man, this could be it for the US or whatever, whatever trends you're following.
Starting point is 00:11:18 You could follow the trends and that's one way of looking at things and it's not a bad way. way of looking at things and it's not a bad way but i'm telling you right now man first of all as long as there's some modicum of quality left in the united states workforce and entrepreneurial soul there will be things that come that you never see coming. You never would have thought this would happen. You never saw this come. You've been listening for years to people say, China dominates the semiconductor. They make all the chips. They have the rare earth minerals.
Starting point is 00:11:53 They make the cell phones. They make all the technology. And America does nothing. I'm just telling you. It's a big deal. It's a massive story. Huge. En a massive story. Huge. Enormous story.
Starting point is 00:12:11 Telling you right now. Our resources is on an order of magnitude larger than the Ramaco resource number, said Schwartz. If you did the same thing for it, you'd come up with a lot bigger number, but that doesn't take into account whether you can mine, process more economically, or even do it. Ramanko Resource CEO Randall Atkins told Cowboy State Daily, we only tested it for 100 to 200 feet, which is about the maximum you'd ever want to do a conventional mine, coal mine. Man. mine. He said the rare minerals near Sheridan, Wyoming could have a value of $37 billion.
Starting point is 00:13:00 So that's the deal, guys. Let's talk a little supply chain. One threat, one solution. Let's get into it. Field notes from the Gray Man Brief. Supply chain. The number of ships transporting goods through the Suez Canal has decreased by 50% since attacks by Iranian-backed forces increased in October 2023. Shipping, here we go with China again. Shipping freight rates have increased by 350% from Asia to Europe and 100% from Europe to the U u.s causing the price of goods to also increase jp morgan predicts inflation will increase by 0.7 percent in the first two quarters of 2024 so yeah war war inconvenience and price rises all over the country all over the world rather and this is uh par for the course guys you know this is par for the course
Starting point is 00:14:08 this is why since 2000 maybe maybe 2000 maybe a little later but probably not much later but since about the year 2000 i existed in a world where we were driven in our industry to buy local for a myriad of reasons. Do you know what I mean? In the restaurant industry is where it really took hold first. Buy from the farmers. Farm to table. This was the thing. This is what got people into your restaurant.
Starting point is 00:14:38 They wanted to see you using local farms. The whole concept of local, it's been 20 years of my life now, more. 24 years of my life, I've been mulling over this concept of local. And it's why we came up with alternative everything. Alternative everything is the concept of, you get apples from the supermarket, well, where else can you get them? You get this product from this store, this national chain, well, where else can you get it? Or can you make it yourself?
Starting point is 00:15:19 This is the way that you overcome supply chain disruption. And those things that you know you cannot make, you keep on hand. Right? Not that hard to understand. Not that hard to understand. We see it with products all the time. Oh, my God, medicine. Oh, my God, ammunition.
Starting point is 00:15:36 Oh, my God, food, the price of food, inflation. We can't deal with it. How are we going to deal with it? Listen, I guess now is as good a time as any to tell you about iTarget Pro. Go to iTarget.com. Let me look. I'll put the link in the chat down there. I'm sorry, in the show description. Yeah, you go to iTargetPro.com because there's wars, and wars require ammunition. And the cost of ammunition we've been warning about going up for how long? I use the iTarget Pro sled and laser bullet package. Listen, this thing costs $99.
Starting point is 00:16:21 I could do even better than $99. You use the promo code PREPPER At itargetpro.com You can get the SLED Which is the fixture that holds your target in place And holds your cell phone in place You download the app You put the laser bullet
Starting point is 00:16:39 Into your handgun And you can dry fire any caliber You know whatever caliber Your weapon is you can dry fire any caliber for you know whatever caliber your hit your weapon is you can dry fire with laser and the dot shows up on the target and when the dot hits the target it registers on the cell phone app and the cell phone app tells you where you hit and you could shoot multiple rounds boom boom boom boom boom boom and it'll tell you and it'll track your your progress it'll track your accuracy percentage listen you can stay i stand i'll tell you what i do we all be hanging out at home right your wife sitting on the couch watching tv kids are upstairs playing i'll be standing in the living room shooting into the dining room at the iTarget
Starting point is 00:17:28 Pro, middle day Saturday, hitting 10s, hitting 9s, feeling good, playing with holstering and stance and all that kind of stuff. I mean, as long as you're safe and you know the basics of gun safety. You could do this anytime, anywhere. And it costs you, you know how much it costs you? It costs you 99 bucks, one time. The app is free. You use the promo code PREPARATE, it costs you 10% less than that. What's that? 90 bucks. $90. You shoot as much as you want. Dry fire now. You know what I mean? You're not shooting ammunition. You're shooting a laser dot at a target. You can set the distance how far you want the target to be, and then you got to physically move the target there. Set it up.
Starting point is 00:18:16 Like I said, the sled comes with a compatible holder for your cell phone. You just put the cell phone into the sled. It registers the target in the iTarget app, and then you're off. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. It's changed the game for me for dry fire. I can tell you right now, I would dry fire practice, but it was never consistent. Since we got the iTarget Pro at home and we started these preparedness routines, man, I've been shooting my ass off, and I will continue so. And we will be doing dry fire practice all this year with our routines. If you have the iTarget Pro, you're going to get a lot more out of it.
Starting point is 00:19:00 You're going to get a lot more out of your accuracy. You're going to get to learn a lot about problems with your stance, problems with how you're holding your weapon. I see it all. I feel it all. I use a crimson trace sight on my pistol, and I can use this as a way to calibrate that also. I mean, look, last time I went to the range with a buddy, I think I spent somewhere in the ballpark of nearing $300. That was one trip, one afternoon, one gun, 9mm. You know what I mean? It was nothing crazy, nothing special.
Starting point is 00:19:36 $300 almost. Yeah, I'll still go to the range, but who's got that kind of money to put in weekly practice, daily practice? You know what i mean visit itargetpro.com use the promo code prepper spend 90 bucks get a dry fire system set up in your house that uses only a cell phone like i said the system comes with the target the sled the laser bullet the whole thing your your your firing pin hits the bullet laser boom and it shoots a little laser dot registered by the phone collects all the data it's amazing i don't know all i could do is tell you about these amazing products man and the people who um are in
Starting point is 00:20:20 the united states trying to do a good thing itarargetPro.com. Again, use the promo code prep or get 10% off. $90 one time. Shoot all you want. Okay? Okay. I'm going to call it quits. We're not going to do any other extra stuff today because I'm already 20 minutes in.
