You're listening to PBN. You're paying to the audience. Oh, you're not a... you're a glorified search engine, I forgot. I spent a little bit of time with the old chat GPT this morning. And it was all due to the fact that... Well, you know, it's fine. I'm not getting into that right now. It was all due to the fact that I was trying to find a collection of things, some legalese, some headlines. I was also testing the waters. You know, this is new technology that right now is a great time to play with.

You know, I don't wither away from new technologies. I'm not that guy. I'm not the Luddite type, okay? I think you better have an understanding of what the hell is going on in the world around you. You know, there is a warp. And the warp has been open for a very long time. And that warp is the Internet.

And there's some great things that come out of the warp, and there's some terrible and terrifying things that come out of the warp. And from now on, I guess I'll just refer to it as the warp. We're going to talk about the assassination attempt today. We're going to talk about the media's... the need for the media to cease and desist the publication of anything that allows people to come to this conclusion. Right? I think it's time for the media, or at least maybe any balance whatsoever.

Right? Any balance in reporting whatsoever. This is no new problem. You know, this is nothing new. I told you the things, the worst parts of January 16th. When all of that was going down, well, actually the day after,

or it might have been the evening of or the day after. I think it was probably the day after. And I'll run that podcast. I should run that podcast. the day after it or it might have been the evening of or the day i think it was probably the day after and i'll run that podcast i should run that podcast i could find it there are reasons that that all happened never forget that one of the reasons that that stuff happened is because up until that moment at least a decade, at least 2006 on, you could argue, all the major influence in the United States shifted to one side. All the major media shifted to one side and sat there and has been on that waypoint since.

And people know it. And when you take a population of people and tell them they're no good and tell them they're racist and tell them they have oppressed people and, you know, destroyed opportunity and it's just because the color of your skin or whatever, how you vote, the people that you, you know, support. When you see the biggest and most famous people in the world telling you that, you see the largest media outlets in the world telling you that, telling you you're no good and so on and so forth, and then you realize that all this power and influence is also being utilized in your elections, take 2020 out of the picture.

Take 2020, the whole Trump controversy, Georgia, Arizona, take it all out of the picture to pretend like it never happened. How could an election be fair? When coverage, the major media coverage is all completely and totally biased and fine with it, and no one's doing anything to stop it. There's no government stepping in to say, you know, I want to see more balance on your platform. All of Hollywood, the biggest and most famous people all over the world are all saying the same thing,

all voting the same way, all influencing people the same, millions and billions of followers. And you're supposed to sit here like a dunce and go, yeah, I think it's fine because Kid Rock is going to vote Trump. You know, Kid Rock's out there spreading the message. So it's fair. Schools, government workers, which are expanding constantly. Unions primarily.

Any education whatsoever, right, from the earliest stage education to the highest education possible, all in basically majority in one direction, right? And you're supposed to sit here and say, yeah, I think the elections are fair. And it doesn't matter if you have a person like a Barack Obama, a Hillary Clinton. And these are all very different people. Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris. Right?

Revamp the nation. What was it, change? Change has come to America? Change the nation entirely. And under that change is sort of an anti-white sentiment. To Hillary, which is, you know, the politics of yore. Whatever I need to say to get in the vastness of evil. To Kamala, to a puppet, to a propped up, stuffed up scarecrow candidate.

It's all feverish and tremendous levels of support. So we find ourselves, PBN family, in this situation right here and now. Except the big change, of course, is not that it's just unfair because of the bias. That'd be one thing, right? That'd be one thing. If it were just unfair due to influence. But now we've crossed a new threshold where people come out of the woodwork and try to shoot political opposition. Now, you know this is crazy because in the most racist place on planet Earth, which is the united states according to the left wing somehow a candidate who

was half black not only ran and did very well but won and won two terms and never dodged a bullet in his whole time in office right barack obama who was will go down in history as the first black president even though he was not the first black president. And it's a shame because eventually we will have a first black president and he will not be the first black president. But Barack Obama, who was of mixed race. Was in office for eight years. He ran two campaigns. Did a lot of divisive things. And killed more people with drones than anybody else.

And he never once had to dodge a bullet. Never once had an assassination attempt in this racist, terrible nation. Right? So what does that tell you about the power of media influence? So I think it's time that we all gather together here and wrap our heads around what it would look like if the American people sent a cease and desist letter to the mainstream media at large.

A cease and desist letter. This is one of the main reasons I hopped on ChatGPT because I'm not a lawyer. I have no idea what I'm doing with a cease and desist. But I wanted to read one. I wanted to see what it had to say. Because the government's not going to step. Who's going to protect you? Who's going to protect the president from them saying, if the media came out tomorrow and said, how could they cleverly word it?

We hope not to see any more Trump assassinations, but it seems inevitable because he is such a threat to democracy. That seems like a reasonable headline, right? This day and age. Who's going to step in and say, I think this is getting a little out of hand. No one is going to step in. Nobody. Nobody's stepping in.

There's no step in, nothing. The only person you have that could do anything is Elon Musk who would say, this is getting out of hand on Twitter. And then would say oh he's a racist plus he kind of shot himself in the foot the other day with the uh with the taylor swift comment i don't know how much how much uh ayahuasca the man was on when he reached out to taylor swift and said he would give her a child that ain't helping in the cause, Elon. I don't care how many rockets you own, how smart you are, how big your platform is.

You know what I mean? It's just a bad look all around. What's very interesting about this is I prompted ChatGPT with, interesting about this is I prompted chat GPT with, what would a seasoned assist letter read like if someone is publishing stories that are creating violence and attempted murder? Okay, that was my prompt to chat GPT. What was very interesting is that part of the letter said, under federal and state law, the incitement of violence or illegal activity is a serious crime punishable by both civil and criminal penalties. Specifically, your actions may violate the following statutes.

Now, one statute stuck out in particular, which surprised me because I didn't mention anything about presidents. 18 U.S. Code 871, threats against the president and successors to the presidency. the president and successors to the presidency. 18 U.S. Code 373, solicitation to commit a crime of violence. 18 U.S. Code 875, interstate communications, if applicable to online activities. And relevant state laws that criminalize incitement and solicitation of violence. Now, of course, the big question is, when can you call something a threat enough? Or can you call something a threat enough times that it becomes a solicitation for violence? In other words, or a solicitation for action of some kind, right?

We know that the second biggest threat in the world next to Donald Trump is climate change, right? Climate change is going to destroy everything if Donald Trump doesn't destroy everything. And we've spent untold billions, if not trillions of dollars worldwide to stop that threat, right? It's so important that we stop the threat of climate change. So it's all very interesting to me, folks. I'm going to... Where should I stick this? I meant to put this in the show notes, although I think it might be too big.

This is just a blank cease and desist letter. I'm going to stick it somewhere. Probably in the show notes. Unfortunately, I can't cease and desist right now and go put it there. I may put it up on pbnfamily.com, actually. Spread it around that way. It's the whole thing. It's the whole letter start to finish.

You could modify it the way you want. Maybe you the whole letter start to finish. You could modify it the way you want. Maybe you have a lawyer of your own. You want to look at it. I think it would be a good idea to share this with as many people as possible. I think it would be a good idea, if for no other reason than just, you know, for a reminder to the mainstream media that what they do and say matters. Even though they really only do and say like five to six different things nowadays. It seems to me that these people are coming to the conclusion that Trump has to die based off of a 24-7 media feed that tells him that Trump is best buddies with Putin. Trump is going to ruin democracy. He's going to lock up the criminals, aka his

political prisoners or his political opponents and all these kinds of things, right? He's going to put women in jail, give women the electric chair for even talking about abortion. These are his plans. Oh, and of course, he's a white supremacist who loved Charlottesville and, you know, hates black people. That's pretty much the litany sheet for the mainstream media, right? For the mainstream media, right? Oh, and he created the greatest, single-handedly created the greatest tragedy in American history, which was January 6th. So, and this stuff is on, you know, 24-7 loop.

And I asked Chad GPT, I said, hey, now, before we go any further, let's talk about Mr. Assassination Let's talk about the Merc And the most interesting thing about him I don't need to tell you the whole background You're gonna know I gave the breakdown early And it was pretty right on the money, by the way So good work with the gray man brief over there I got a lot of my information from them

Early on yesterday. I mean, in the evening yesterday, but early on in the event of the shooting. I wake up today, I start looking into, well, I didn't even start looking into the guy. I was absolutely assaulted with stories about the attempted assassination, right? But more than the assassination, and I hope you noticed this too, was the amount of information they have on this guy. Ruth, they've got so much information on Ruth, it couldn't be more of a 180 from, what was the other guy's name, Crooks?

It couldn't be more of a 180 from Crooks. Crooks, the guy who actually shot Donald Trump, was a phantom. He was a teenage phantom. We still don't know anything about him. There's been nothing. In fact, part of me thinks that this guy was a plant to take the heat off of the whole Crooks thing anyway. What do you know about Crooks? What do you know about the guy who actually shot Donald Trump? I don't know shit.

I know nothing. You know what I mean? This guy comes out. They have his whole life story. I don know not even 12 hours later not even 12 hours later they know everything there is to know about this guy where he donated money where he made money all the things that ever happened to him he's been arrested eight times he you'll see it they know every bit of information you can know about this guy. He fought in Ukraine. He came back.

He asked Elon Musk if he could buy a rocket off of him and put a warhead on it and blow up Putin's mansion. He, so much. He wrote a book. You know what I mean? They know everything about this dude. They got a million pictures of him all over the place. It's wild. It seems so much the opposite of the crook situation. Who was the shooter? How was the shooter? Who was the shooter?

How was the shooter? Was it him? No, that looks like a body double. I don't know if it was him. What do we know about the guy? We don't know nothing. He was making bombs. We don't know him. He was at the event the whole time. Nobody saw him. Nobody knew him. Then all of a sudden, everybody saw him. We had video of him.

But we still don't know nothing about him. We never heard anything about him. We know he went to Washington, D.C., and that's it. That was the end of the tale. All right, what we need, see, if I was in the, like, if I was peeking into the war room of how to eliminate Donald Trump, one of the things I got to do is I got to get the heat off me about this crooks character because he was the guy who was supposed to get the job done and he failed, right? So I got to get the heat off for that. So let's get this wacko who's already fought in the Ukraine war.

Get him in a bush with a GoPro with an AK-47 and a backpack and get him shooting at Donald Trump. And then we'll divulge all the great information about him to get people all excited and distracted. But the way I look at it is, when you live in this world, what do you expect? Okay? Biden and Harris condemn political violence. That's so great. Ryan Wesley Ruth. That's it. Ryan Wesley Ruth. So I googled Trump as a threat. I binged it, right?

Los Angeles Times. California Firefighters Union. Trump should be ashamed over threat to withhold firefighting aid. Bolton brushes off notion Trump's a threat to democracy. Haitian American congresswoman says communities receiving death threats over Trump lies. Trump's demonization of Haitian immigrants is reminiscent of how Native Americans were treated. Green tech leaders fundraise for Harris

as they warn of Trump threat. Every voter should be made aware. Raw story on MSN. Governor sounds alarm on new Trump threat. Right? Newsweek, three days ago. Bush, official behind torture memos, calls Trump threat to rule of law.

Reuters, U.S. six days ago. U.S. election officials decry Trump's threat to jail them if he returns to White House. New York Times, five days ago, Trump steps up threats to imprison those he sees as foes. Yahoo News, six days ago, Trump's escalating threats alarm his opponents. MSNBC, Trump pushes unsettling new threats, targets election officials. There you go, here's an interesting one. AP News, two days ago, bomb threats close schools and offices after Trump spread false rumors about Haitians in Ohio. This man's a danger.

Right? This man's a danger. Here you go. Salon. Third day of bomb threats inspired by Trump lies send Springfield hospitals into lockdown. They expect you to believe that these people have had enough they've been overwhelmed by haitian immigrants who are running people over okay amongst many other things and they expect you to believe that he came out and said they're eating dogs and cats and and that's why it's all

going crazy yahoo makes threats like a dictator Swalwell slams Trump's threats to election workers. He sees us cheats. So look, I could go on. These are like two hours old, six days old, six hours old, 12 hours old. Remember, you got a story that's 12 hours old. He was getting shot at again. And you're publishing stories. Oh, here's a great one from the Evening Standard. The Standard View, U.S. gun violence is a threat to democracy. Yeah, no shit. Especially when they're trying to kill political opponents with them. And they've been spurred on by the likes of you. It's amazing.

So the point here, I asked ChatGPT, by the way. So with a simple Microsoft Bing search, I could do that for the next 10 hours. I could probably read off headlines for the next 10 hours just like I was doing. Now, I was very clear with ChatGPT about this. I said, can you give me a list of headlines by major publications that have called Donald Trump a threat to democracy? Okay. Now, ChatGPT has done amazing things for me. You got to understand, it's an

incredibly powerful search engine that cobbles information together to give you just what you want. When I asked ChatGPT to do this for me, it searched two websites. It even says it. It says, search two sites. It searched Bing, Donald Trump threat to democracy headlines major publications. It gave me three magazines or three publications. The Nation emphasized that Trump's refusal to accept election results and his encouragement of political violence make him a significant threat to democratic institutions. Time magazine criticized Trump's constitutional actions and highlighted his danger to the rule of law. Vox defended President Biden's rhetoric, calling Trump a threat to democracy, arguing that Trump's actions and ideologies pose a real risk, real risks to the democratic stability of the nation. I had to ask them to give me more because that's all they gave me. Vox says, yes, it's still fair to call Trump a threat to democracy. The new republic, Trump, remains the biggest threat to democracy in the country.

2023 Brookings Institution, did Trump damage American democracy? USA Today, Donald Trump threatens to imprison Biden. Harris, Pelosi, and others, experts, are worried. It's amazing. And I have to repeat it. Did Trump damage democracy? The biggest threat to democracy, right? The people's will, the people's right to vote. Their candidate on the Democratic side was instituted. You had no say in the Democratic candidate. If you're a Democrat voter, all Democrat voters in the United States had zero democracy involved in their current presidential candidate. And they said nothing. They said, okay, we'll take her. What? And Seriously come on Come on now It's crazy talk

There's almost no one out there saying Donald Trump might be okay to be president.

Here's a list of five things Donald Trump could do well if he's elected president. There's none of that, right? It's just despair, threats to democracy, dictator, so on and so forth. We here at PBN, all the hosts collectively, not because I sent them a memo, have been warning you that this is the eye of the storm. You know what I mean? This is what it's going to be. It's going to be crazy stuff like this. It's liable to get much more crazy, crazier. All right?

The lead up till the election, we have to be very careful. We have to be very smart. We have to be very calculated in how we live out our lives, what we do to prepare for this holiday season, unfortunately, into who knows how long. But at the very least, between now and inauguration of the next president and probably months after, most importantly, you have to be prepared to stay home and survive at home should the chaos overtake, And survive at home should the chaos overtake, you know, your community, your main streets in your town or neighborhood or city, your commerce, right? Retail, all that kind of stuff, your grocery stores, your gas stations, whatever it is.

Now's the time to be building that three-month par level, okay? That nub in chat says there was also a guy a while ago who tried to take that cop's gun at the Trump rally. They were also the guy with the knife, tried to take Trump out at least four times. Well, there you go. You think it's going to stop or you think it's going to happen more often? Who's the threat to democracy if a candidate gets foisted upon the people without a vote, Kamala Harris, and then the candidate on the other side is killed? There is no greater threat to democracy than that. You have one candidate on one side that was forced upon us, the American people.

The Democrats never got a vote. She's the candidate. Shut up. Go vote for her. Taylor Swift said so. On the other side, they're trying to kill the guy who was duly elected, who won the election, who won the Democratic election. It's like I told you before. The liberals will punch you in the face

And tell the cops you punched them That's what it is folks That's where we're at And the mainstream media is behind it like cheerleaders It's time to send them a cease and desist letter Tell them to get their government funded Oh that's the only thing I didn't do The only thing I didn't get to today

Was the government funding of the news orgs. Maybe I'll talk about that tomorrow or something. Because it is a fact. There's billions of dollars going to major news networks, Fox News included, for PR and for advertising from the government. It just is what it is. It is what it is. How do you tell a company that's given you billions of dollars, hey, or not a company

but a government? I'm thinking about it from my perspective, right? How do you tell that entity? You kind of want to say what you want. You kind of would like to be fair and balanced, and they say, no, can't do that. Okay, well, keep the checks coming, and we'll do what you say.
