Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to PBN. You're going to have back the stability. Tremendous announcement, PBN family. Tremendous. We are now offering, just for this last week of the month, National Preparedness Month, now offering just for this last week of the month national preparedness month we're offering lifetime memberships limited pretty pretty damn limited um to everyone yeah yep i said to myself we got to keep this thing rolling we got to to keep, uh, keep people moving in this right direction. I've got another big plan for you either coming in October or November. I don't
Starting point is 00:01:12 know if I want to pressure you and push you so hard in October, but I don't know where this is it. You know what I mean? We're down to the wire now. The election is just right around the corner. So we're going to try to keep the pressure. In other words, keep you doing the things that you should be doing. And I said to myself, the response from the, you know, from the members themselves was tremendous on the lifetime memberships. And while it is an investment, I said, let's put it out there to everybody. That way, if there have been people who are sort of on the fence or, you know, haven't quite committed yet, or even, I don't know, looking for something like this, looking for a one-time payment rather than roping into a month-to-month.
Starting point is 00:02:04 In the show notes, in the show notes, anyone within the sound of my voice, right? Anyone within the sound of my voice, just check in the show notes below and you'll have the ability to sign up. PBN Lifetime Membership, it's 250 bucks for life. You're done. It's over. You get access to membership content, new membership content, old membership content from now until, right? From now until the end of PBN and God only knows. You know, I have two sons. I have to imagine one of them is probably going to take it. I don't see the need for it disappearing anytime soon, I can tell you that much. So yeah, man. I don't know
Starting point is 00:02:45 I've been I've been feeling the urge to just sort of As much as possible You know, I'm not rich or anything But as much as possible To give I felt the same way last election I don't know why
Starting point is 00:03:03 Around election time It just feels like this is the time. And maybe it's because it separates the wheat from the chaff. I don't know. But it's just what I feel. Why not offer this to everyone? Why not give everyone the possibility? The members had their time, right?
Starting point is 00:03:19 They had their time to get into it, and many of them took advantage of it, and good on you. And why not give it to all? So there you have it. Big announcement right up front. Lifetime membership opportunity for everyone out there. For those members who still want to get involved, if you just signed up, like if you signed up for a year, make sure you message me. I'll give you the discount. I'm not going to make you pay for your annual and then pay for the full price for your lifetime on top of it. Anyhow, this gift, that is not the gift that I'm talking about when I say this gift that we should share with the world.
Starting point is 00:04:05 It's undoubtedly the network. And the beauty of being sort of one piece of a larger network. Let me tell everyone in Element that we're live. The beauty of being a part of a network rather than just, you know, the James Walton show is that I can heap compliments without sounding too narcissistic. You know what I mean? And they're very deserving. I mean, what Dave Jones has done this month is everyone in America should hear it. There's not a single person,
Starting point is 00:04:47 good morning, garden girl, there's not a single person in the United States of America that shouldn't listen to every one of Dave Jones' tips going into what we're going into right now. There were Russian planes, well, Japanese planes fired warning flares at Russian aircraft yesterday. Yeah, I think it was yesterday. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:05:12 Like, now is the time. It's the social. It's the cultural. It's the personal. It's the digital, the sort of counterbalance to the digital. It's the economic. It's the global. It's everything.
Starting point is 00:05:29 And it all centers around your personal preparedness. And what we do here is tremendous. You know, the Prepper tips are amazing. Garden Girl in chat says, Prepper tips have been awesome. I hope it continues past September. I may take it. I may take it. I may take it.
Starting point is 00:05:46 We'll see if Dave Jones wants to keep going. I really do like it. It may be a thing like worth batch posting. I don't know. What would it take, right? To do it the right way, you would gather a bunch of them. You would gather like 15 tips or 30
Starting point is 00:06:03 and then record all of them, after the other and then have them uploaded and ready to go and i don't know that probably wouldn't take that much time at all on dave's doing it sort of off the cuff in in smaller batches and he's killing it but i mean that's just one example you know what i mean that that's that's one example one month of what happens here at pbn and while you are you know accustomed to us not everyone's accustomed to us i mean just this morning alone the 23rd of september you have isolation today's tip is isolation from dave You have The Matter of Facts guys With an epic podcast Titled Revenge of the Night Vision Nerds
Starting point is 00:06:52 Which is about as Them as it gets That's so great You have Last Night's Great Show The Virgis Grand Finale And the Top 5 Prepper Camp Classes And yeah man Yesterday you had that show you had
Starting point is 00:07:10 reliance with stephen menking you had a tip on fallout from dave jones the nbc guy which that's that's the guy you want to learn about fallout from you know it's a two minutes two minute investment of your time and you also had raising values on generational curses, like Sunday itself. You got family. You got preparedness. You got God. You got prepper camp all Sunday.
Starting point is 00:07:38 This is a master class in and of itself. This is like something you would pay for. Generational curses, tips on Fallout, knowing the time. If you didn't hear Reliance, man, did I need Reliance. I needed Reliance yesterday so bad.
Starting point is 00:07:54 That message that Stephen Menking put out about times of plenty and times of a lack was just, yeah. And so, yeah, and then you got the Changing Earth crew to round out the day. Again, I was completely uninvolved, which is one of the best feelings. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:08:17 It's like, yeah. I am here, and I'm here almost daily during the week, sometimes multiple times a day. I am planning on doing a Prepper Camp, surviving Prepper Camp sort of show tonight, Prepper Camp Survival Guide, something along those lines for Preppers Live. See who wants to join me. But yeah, I'm not, it's not just me, you know, and that's the beauty of it. The beauty of it is to sit back and watch a day like Sunday take shape and go, wow, like this, this, people need this. You know what I mean? People have got to have this right now. And we do a fair bit of sharing, you know, we share around on all kinds of social networks and stuff like that. We need you.
Starting point is 00:09:06 You know, we really do need you guys. And you don't have to share the network and say this is the greatest network ever and you have to listen to it or you're going to die and your dogs are going to get eaten by Haitians. You don't have to say that. Just post a podcast up, you know. Out of those four, there's got to be something out of those four that people on your social media or in your family or in your group would be into.
Starting point is 00:09:29 You know, and it goes such a long way, man. You know, it really does. Because we, it's here. This has been such a crazy, this is such a weird-ass year for me. It's just a weird year. As weird as they come. in many ways, you know, in so many ways, like, I've been at the height of overwhelm almost the whole year, and, you know, you say that you want a life that is full of life, right, carpe diem and such. But this year has been a lot. This year has pulled
Starting point is 00:10:08 me in extremes in all directions, really. It's been a beast. And I feel it. Physically, I feel it. Not like aches and pains, but like something more indescribable. Physically, I don't know. something more indescribable. Physically, I don't know. Probably anxiety, things like that. You know what I mean? I can just feel it. I can just feel it.
Starting point is 00:10:34 And I know you feel it. Even if you didn't have a crazy year like me, I know you feel it too. How the hell would you not feel it? So spread the word. Spread the gift. I don't know that I need it. I've fallen out of love with one threat, one solution. I'll take a look. What I don't like is giving you a threat every day. You know? I'm just not into it. In Kentucky, the governor signed
Starting point is 00:11:01 an executive order banning counseling for juveniles seeking assistance rejecting gender identities. Kentucky and Tennessee, folks, I'm telling you right now, it's a place to be. It is a place to be. It may not be the place to be, but it's a place to be. Let's do a little SHTF Chef today. How about that? Tis the season, right? Tis the season for baking, for all kinds of stuff. You know,
Starting point is 00:11:27 if you don't have a digital scale, I'd highly recommend it. I'd highly recommend you invest if you're into baking and stuff, you know, and you should be into baking and stuff. You just should be. Why not? You know what I mean? Why would you not be into it? Why would you not at least just to some degree know how to throw together some flour and a handful of other ingredients and be able to make like, you know, cookies? Now, a digital scale to me was something that I put off for a very long time. It was kind of silly. You know, it really long time it was kind of silly you know it really was it was kind of silly but i put it off put it off and then i got one a couple years ago and it was one of those things you know sometimes you make a purchase in life and you're like i'm such
Starting point is 00:12:17 a dumbass for not having one i mean they're dead digital scales on sale at Amazon right now for like $8, you know. And why it's so important, this has nothing to do with our SHTF chef, but why it's so important is it just makes baking easy. It makes it way easier, you know, whether they're doing ounces, whatever it is. You just set the thing up, tear it. Usually you can use bowls. You can tear the weight of the bowl. You know, it they're doing ounces, whatever it is. You just set the thing up, tear it. Usually you can use bowls. You can tear the weight of the bowl. You know, it's a breeze.
Starting point is 00:12:50 I'm going to put this. They got one here for $10. I'm going to put a link to it in our show if you want one, you know. You know what? I don't want to use this one. I'm going to give you the one that I use. It might be a little more expensive. I don't know going to give you the one that I use. It might be a little more expensive. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:13:07 Do they have the one that I use on here? They got all these square ones. I got like the old, the one we used to use in the restaurant. It's not expensive or anything. Here it is. 12. The Pronto. The Ozeri Pronto.
Starting point is 00:13:23 Tear button, unit button, finished. Easy. I'll give you that. That link will be in the show notes. It won't be in there right now, but I'll update the speaker page so that if you go to prepperbroadcasting.com, you'll see the link. What I want to talk about is ravioli. What I want to talk about is pumpkin and butternut squash ravioli, which if you wanted to make them, fine.
Starting point is 00:13:51 You should have a pasta machine. A pasta machine is dirt cheap, man. I mean dirt cheap. Let's see what they're going for. Salnovo pasta maker, 40 bucks. Pasta maker machine, 150 manual pasta machine with roller, 29 bucks. I have the, uh, I like the red pasta makers. I don't know what my brand is. No, no clue, but you're rolling out sheets of pasta. What's pasta? Egg yolks, olive oil, and flour and salt. That's pasta. That's, that's, you know, fettuccine,
Starting point is 00:14:28 it's ravioli, it's lasagna. That's what it is. You could use semolina flour if you really want to make good pasta, but that's basically it. To not know how to make pasta, to not know how to make bread, silly. It really is because it's easy. You know what I mean? So I'm not talking about making ravioli unless you want to because you can buy butternut squash ravioli everywhere. It's really easy to make, but it's, you know, easier to buy if you want to give this a try. Now, the ravioli is one thing, but what I want to talk to you about is the pesto, the fall pesto. You know, in summertime, you guys know the basil pesto, right? You know how delicious it is.
Starting point is 00:15:12 Basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, olive oil in the blender. You probably got tons of basil right now like me. Easy, right? Lasts forever. Put it in like one of those little small two-ouncers, I think they are, or four-ounce mason jars with the lid, put in the back of the fridge,
Starting point is 00:15:32 man, stuff lasts forever. And it's delicious. I just toss mine straight into pasta. I learned from Chef Jean-Francois Le Sens, one of my favorite people in college. from Chef Jean-Francois Le Sens, one of my favorite people in college. He taught me how to make the sage and walnut pesto.
Starting point is 00:15:56 And the sage and walnut pesto is just what it sounds like. Right? It's just what it sounds like. I add a little flat-leaf parsley to his recipe. But it's just the same concept. You have the herb. Typically, it's basil. But it's just, it's the same concept. You have the herb, typically it's basil, but for this recipe it's sage. And I use parsley because it's green, nice green color. It's olive oil, it's Parmesan cheese. You have a nut, just like the pine nut in the basil pesto, except in this one you use a walnut, right? So your sage walnut pesto is those four items, five if you add the parsley. So flat leaf parsley, sage, walnuts, parmesan
Starting point is 00:16:31 cheese, olive oil, garlic. Sorry, forgot about the garlic. Whiz it all together in your blender, right? And you know, I don't know though, do we do, do you use your garlic sparingly because i don't know if we did a bunch of garlic or not i can't actually remember i think last time i did i didn't use garlic you may want to omit the garlic but anyhow your call but the where this really excels this pesto first of all it has those great fall flavors the the sage, it's very like that, you know. You take about a quarter cup of heavy whipping cream in a pan, half cup if you're making it for a bunch of people, and you start to let that simmer and bubble and reduce a little bit.
Starting point is 00:17:28 Then you add a few tablespoons of your sage and walnut pesto into the cream, right? And what you get is an instant cream sauce. Amazing. Incredible cream sauce. And the best thing to put in this sauce is those walnut, I'm sorry, those butternut squash raviolis, those pumpkin raviolis, whatever you got. It's an amazing dish. It's super easy, man, because the pesto can be made ahead of time. You just need a quart of whipping cream, reduce it down, half cup, whatever. You know, do as much as you want to do. If you want to make a big pan, then make a big pan. And you wind up with this incredible fall-inspired dish
Starting point is 00:18:05 with delicious cream sauce, incredible butternut squash ravioli. If you want to shave some really high-quality Parmesan cheese on top, you could do that. If you want to shave some black truffle on top, if you're a rich guy, you could do that. You know, tis the season to enjoy food, PBN family. It really is.
Starting point is 00:18:27 It really is. It's an amazing time of year. We really should spend some time enjoying food. What else do we got on the docket? I do want to mention the fact, the sheer fact that the coverage of the election has me thinking one thing only lately. First of all, I'm so overwhelmed by the coverage.
Starting point is 00:18:58 I feel like it's a done deal already. I feel like everybody who's voting knows who they're voting. Who's contested? What is all the coverage about? Like, who's contested? Who's sitting there going, hmm, I'm really on the fence about Donald Trump and Kamala Harris. It's such a, it's so glaring, the differences, right? But anyway, I bring up, like, the Drudge Report, or I open up a tab, and it brings up news and stuff on my own computer. And the only thing that rings true in my head, folks, is the following.
Starting point is 00:19:35 And I hope that if you can spread the word to the major media outlets, they should know this, and I hope they're planning for this. Somebody in strategy has to be planning for this. If Donald Trump loses and goes away, which I really do believe he will, then the media is over. Not that I do believe he'll lose. I do believe if he loses, then he's going to go back to being Donald Trump pre-president. If Trump loses, the media is done. It's over. I mean, it's over already, but what I can't even fathom is what they would do, what they would do, gather around the table to pitch ideas and stories and all that kind of stuff. Like, what does the mainstream media do in their first meeting with Kamala Harris as president? What are we going to talk about?
Starting point is 00:20:30 The main headline, their greatest and last, probably, anchor story could be gone forever. They'll never have another headline that does anything the way a Trump headline does. If Donald Trump loses and plays golf for the rest of his time, dodging bullets and ducking flamethrowers and so on, or even if he dies, even if they do kill him, it's over for the media. They don't understand, even if they do kill him, it's over for the media. They don't understand, or maybe they do, I don't know,
Starting point is 00:21:11 what a goldmine this guy is and how they've sold everything on this idea that he's the bad guy and they'll stop him by any means necessary. How they've overpublished on him, how they've overdepended on him, and I don't know how they survive after. Who's going to read about climate change every day? Who's going to read about this actress's reassignment surgery?
Starting point is 00:21:37 People aren't going to read it. People don't read it already. I think they would have to start a world war to stay afloat as a business. Mainstream media would need a world war to stay afloat. Climate change probably wouldn't even do it. They'd need a pandemic. They'd need a world war. They'd need a major collapse.
Starting point is 00:22:00 Because without Donald Trump, they're nothing. because without Donald Trump, they're nothing. Since 2015, 2016, somewhere around there, they have been telling you that Donald Trump is the greatest threat of all time. Meanwhile, they've been just sucking the lifeblood out of every single headline that has TRUMP in it. Think it over, PBN family. They've reached checkmate. They've reached checkmate, and I think for the mainstream media, the best thing that could happen to them is Donald Trump wins, because at least they can kick the can four more years. They could spend four years complaining about the dictator-in-chief, right? The make-believe dictator-in-chief, even though Kamala Harris was dictated
Starting point is 00:22:47 to the Democrats. The Democrat voter base had their candidate dictated to them. They didn't vote for her. Yet they tell you that Donald Trump is the dictator. Hmm. Interesting. They'll punch you in the face and tell someone you punched them. Never forget it. That's the game. Where's my lifers at? Hmm? Where are my lifers at? I want to hear from you guys, okay? I want to hear from you guys. You have an opportunity and we'd love to have you. Oh, you know what I wanted to do today? Real quick on the way out. Oh, we got a nub in the chat. What's up, my man? That nub says they would still talk about Trump even if he was gone. Yeah, I mean, most likely, but it wouldn't
Starting point is 00:23:39 have the same effect. You know, if he's off playing, if he's off playing golf, then, you know if he's off playing if he's off playing golf then you know it's not the same thing he's not the impending threat to democracy he's not the worst thing in the world the most dangerous thing wow i'm sorry i promised myself that i would get on here these two must be new i promised myself i would get on yourcheapland.com, and rather than running an ad, I would talk to you about some land. And as fate would have it, I happened upon the Deming Ranchettes.
Starting point is 00:24:15 Look, now, I don't know if you're into assets and stuff like that, and putting money into something other than the stock market. I'm going to have to put this link in the show notes. These are pretty good prices. I don't usually find, just so you know, yourcheapland.com, they've been a sponsor.
Starting point is 00:24:33 They're a sponsor for the whole year. They've been amazing. I don't see a lot of prices like this even on here, which is really kind of cool. These are great deals. If I turn out to have a good year end of year, then I might have more New Mexico land. I like it.
Starting point is 00:24:54 Buy these undeveloped lots near Denning, New Mexico, for an investment to build a home or RV camp while you visit the beautiful part of Luna County. Deming population, 14,000, sits 4,000 feet above sea level, lies among irrigated fields and desert grasslands with Florida mountains in the background. It's gorgeous. Let's see. Undeveloped off-grid land. Taxes are about 20 bucks a year. With water and septic, RVs can stay up to 240 days a year. If no
Starting point is 00:25:28 utilities, you can stay up to 30 days a year. No unreasonable restrictions to build. No time restrictions on building. You know, these western lands, you can do whatever you want. It's pretty sweet. You know, fundamentally.
Starting point is 00:25:45 There are utilities in the area, but not to each and every body. Half acre lots may now be buildable. Properties are too small for a conventional septic system may now be buildable. Or properties that are too small. Using advanced treatment systems or other options. So anyway. They got wineries. they got aquatic centers, they got all kinds of cool stuff. I don't know much about this Luna area.
Starting point is 00:26:15 A lot of state parks in the area. I'm sure the hunting is good. But listen, like two acres. A lot of people have like the 10-acre dream, and if you've got the 10-acre dream, that's fine. Two acres, New Mexico, $5,975. $5,975. One acre, and trust me, in New Mexico with no trees,
Starting point is 00:26:46 you could do a lot off-grid, even on one acre. Trust me, I want less than an acre. You talk about solar power. $2,975 for an acre lot. Two half-acre lots combined, essentially. But, you know, yours is an acre. They've got several of those. They've half acre at one thousand four hundred seventy five dollars a half acre property one sold two no one is sold already um i'll put this link too in the
Starting point is 00:27:16 in the show notes deming ranchettes yourcheapland.. You know, I don't know if you, you probably think of New Mexico, no water and so on and so forth. Like there's ways around it. I've looked into it already. Well, I also bought property at the, uh, let me tell you, I'll tell you where I won't tell you exactly where, but I'll tell you where, uh, the Rio Grande estates in Valencia because it's right near the river. You know what I mean? So it made sense. And that was last December. Last December, and I'm happy, man.
Starting point is 00:27:54 It makes sense. It makes sense. Garden Girl says, as things look up for a swim, I'm definitely looking into mycheapland.com. It's yourcheapland.com, not mycheapland.com. Like I said, it's something to put the money into other than into stocks. So you wake up. In other words, you wake up. The stock market has crashed. You own a bunch of land in the
Starting point is 00:28:18 western parts of the United States. You got deeds. You're fine. I mean, other problems are going to come, but you're fine. It looks like we got some new land over here too. Well, visit yourcheapland.com. That's my extended ad. I'll put the link to the Deming Ranchettes into the show notes because that's super cheap. And remember, if you use the promo code PBN, you can own the property today for like $100.
Starting point is 00:28:41 You know what I mean? You break it down into payments. But if you break $1,400 down into payments, you can own a half acre or even an acre of land for like probably under $100 a month. Or you can just buy it outright
Starting point is 00:28:55 if you got $1,500. Alright. I appreciate you guys. Support our sponsors. Prepper Camp is come. Be sure you have a plan. We'll talk about surviving Prepper Camp is come be sure you have a plan we'll talk about surviving Prepper Camp this year tonight on Preppers Live may just be me I don't know
Starting point is 00:29:11 but join in if you're coming even if you're not coming join in there'll be a lot of cool tips because it's going to be an interesting year alright talk to you guys soon thank you for listening to the Prepper Broadcasting Network where we promote self-reliance and independence.
