Starting point is 00:00:00 Maybe you know what a zombie is. When a person dies and is buried, it seems a certain voodoo priests who will have the power to bring him back to life. Horrible. It's worse than horrible because a zombie has no will of his own. You see them sometimes walking around blindly with dead eyes, following orders, not knowing what they do, not caring. You mean like Democrats? Are you some kind of a ghost? Boo.
Starting point is 00:00:39 PBN family. Who knows what line that's from? What movie that line is from? If you know what line that movie is from off the top of your head, how do they say, you are a real one? Yeah, that's... I don't know what I am. I need you to tell me what happened to us.
Starting point is 00:00:58 I could probably remember the whole movie from there. Terrible. Terrible flick. Wonderful flick. Amazing flick. If you know what it is, let me know. I'll send you a bag of coffee on the house. Disaster coffee. So this is a monumental moment, folks. No, really. I mean, it is. It is a moment. This is a moment in PBN history right now that we have to, like, we've got to just heed the moment. We've got to enjoy it. We've got to seize the day. We've got to carpe diem because i'm coming to you from a ghost phone from the folks in mark 37 there's a link in the description if you want to get a ghost phone
Starting point is 00:01:43 i think i have a google pixel six or something like that that they whatever the hell they did to it put the graphene operating system on it souped it up i got it with all kinds of great apps on it you know and i'll tell you what if you're de-googling from this is one of thing I've never heard them say, but I made the connection. If you're de-googling your life on desktop, it will make the transition to the ghost phone much easier. I got the ghost phone, right? Are you on Brave? Are you browsing with Brave? Are you on Rumble? Are you using Proton mail? So many people have pushed me, oh God, the people in my life, man. All of you out there. Like all of you out there, and you know who you are, who pushed me in one direction or another,
Starting point is 00:02:33 who said, you know, James, you really need to blank, and then followed up, and then followed up again, and said, you know what, I know the kind of flake that the Intrepid Commander is, so I'm going to follow up again. To all of you wonderful people out there who do that for me, like, you really do change my world. But anyway, you know, you get on this thing, there's a proton mail already loaded up on it. I didn't even know Proton Mail had its own drive. there's a proton drive that you can use. Suffice it to say, I am, I have to say that by the end of the week, by the end of the week end, I'm going to swap SIM cards and go in 100% on this ghost phone
Starting point is 00:03:16 as my de facto cell phone. In my head, I wasn't going to do it that way. I was going to have two separate lines. But now that I understand how this thing works, And I've really taken a look at what it is I need to do with very few applications. One of the things that happens with the ghost phone, too, is you automatically start to say, do I really need this album on my phone? Do I really need this album?
Starting point is 00:03:41 Do I really need this app on my phone? You know what I mean? And the answer is no. The answer is no. I don't know why I'm so full of music. Well, I do know why, actually, but it's not something we can talk about on air. So, this is a monumental. moment and it could be the beginning of things for many of you out there and to be honest with you
Starting point is 00:04:02 I hope that it is the beginning of things for many of you out there in all transparency you buy a ghost phone with the link in the description and yes I'm going to make some money that's the reality but even better than that you buy a ghost phone with a link in the description and you take a tremendous step and it is it is a lot like veganism I'm not going to come off the fact I'm not going to come off the gas pedal. A month or two ago, before I interviewed the Mark 30, oh man, I feel so bad. Before we did the Mark 37 interview for Prepper Camp, I was talking about the ghost phone folks and saying how they're like vegans. You know what I mean? How they got to throw it in your face. Like, I'm on a ghost phone and I'm using this and this and this. Big Tech doesn't have a hold on me
Starting point is 00:04:48 anymore and you need to get a ghost phone, right? You need to go vegan. It is like that. It is culty. you know it is and it's because it is powerful and it is it is crazy when you really think about it because we all just we all just and i'm guilty of it too but we're all just let it happen you know we're all just like i'll never forget like the day that i got my google travel report or whatever it was like my google you know we've been tracking you my google we're watching report they give you like a we're watching report from time to time it's terrifying really. And it's, it's one of these things where you see, you know, that they just follow you everywhere you go. Oh, here's your favorite places to go. Here's where you go the most. Here's
Starting point is 00:05:33 where you go occasionally. Here's your favorite place to eat. Here's your favorite place. Here's your children's school. Here's where you pick your kids up and drop your kids off at school every day. Yeah, we know. We know that. We know all your secrets. We know how to find you. Terrify. You know, one amongst many things. And it just started happening. You know, Nobody called you up and was like, listen, bought this new cell phone. One of the features on here is we're going to follow you with GPS satellites and track everywhere you go. And you just got to be okay with it. All right?
Starting point is 00:06:05 You could turn it off. It'd be one thing if they called you up and said you could turn it off. But they call you up and they don't tell you, or they don't call you up, they don't tell you anything. You just get a report one day. Hey, we've been following you. We know everything about where you go. Well, guess what? Like, the moment I swap SIM cards with this phone, all that tracking shit goes out the window.
Starting point is 00:06:30 You know what I mean? Just like that. It's very uncomfortable. It's very scary. It's very unnerving. And for a guy who does business with a lot of online apps, it's one of those things where you're like, oh, I can't do it. Oh, I can't do it that way. Oh, I can't do it.
Starting point is 00:06:45 Here's the quiet benefit for a guy like me that I didn't see. coming okay here's the here's the here's the real quiet benefit that i didn't see coming the ghost phone is not just about privacy i didn't understand this because i nobody told me this because nobody probably thought of it this way but me the ghost phone's not just about privacy it's about diet it's about cellular diet it's about digital diet because all the sudden you start saying like like the rubber really meets the road with am i going to put x on this phone am i going to put instagram on this phone do i need to put instagram on this do i need instagram on my phone you know what i mean like i can go live through stream yard to
Starting point is 00:07:32 instagram do i need this pop in and go live on instagram through my phone do i have to do that or can i just do all my instagram work on the computer like a normal human should rather than carry around because what it what a cell phone becomes when you're a business owner if you're not careful it just becomes a work that travels with you. Now all of a sudden work travels. Everywhere you go, there's work. Oh, look, I could pop in. You follow me?
Starting point is 00:08:01 You hop on the ghost phone and you have all these big decisions to make. Do I really want to do this? Do I have got to go through this? I can just log in and do it. If it was an emergency, right, you can log into it. Most apps you can log into it through your browser on your phone. So then you start really sort of trimming the fat. and I'm telling you right now like the moment I'm not putting Instagram on this phone
Starting point is 00:08:23 it's it's a rap for me with Instagram on the cell phone because Instagram is a is a hole for me you know what I mean it's just legitimately like it can it can eat 15 20 30 minutes of my life in a snap because there's just so much cool stuff on Instagram it's bananas you know what I mean it is very much here goes a drive-by shooting right behind me I'm kidding. But literally, you know, there's great people on Instagram, you know, all this kind of stuff. And you get into this mentality in your head where you're like, I can't miss anything.
Starting point is 00:09:00 What if somebody messages me? What if somebody reaches out and I miss them? What if a post happens and I don't? What if this? What if that? What if the other thing? You know what I mean? And you start to drive yourself completely insane.
Starting point is 00:09:12 And you forget the fact that you lived without this app on your phone forever. And you did business, I've been doing business, I've been doing PBN forever without this app on my phone. It's weird. It's weird how it takes its grip on you. You get another phone, they automatically put these apps on the phone so it's seamless, right? If I go buy another phone, because I need a new phone. Like this is a blessing right here, this Google Pixel. I go out and buy another phone, guess what happens?
Starting point is 00:09:43 Oh, they automatically put a bunch of stuff on the phone. Oh, okay. now we got these problems those problems his problems right but with the ghost phone man it is yeah that's what it is it is right it's a fresh start it's a clean slate it's something like you don't feel the infection you don't feel the creepy crawlies all over your flesh and you know that you're outside of the grip of big tech and then you start and then you start thinking well how far can we go with this? How far can this go?
Starting point is 00:10:19 How far can we go with this thing? You start thinking, what if all the PBN did it? What if, you know, what if it just kept going on? What if all the sudden? Oh, man. But I will tell you, this is how it works. And, you know, maybe this is the core of this show. When you start thinking about changing your cell phone to a ghost phone,
Starting point is 00:10:43 it's going to feel like a brutal. brutally heavy lift. It's going to feel like a very heavy lift. It's going to feel like I can't do it. And anything that you can do to start transitioning away from Google, to start transitioning away from the G drive, to start transitioning away from that stuff on your cell phone, right? You want to do it on your desktop. Do it on your desktop. See, the fundamental difference I think for the desktop. And who knows, I might wind up there too. But the fundamental difference from the desktop is it stays put most, most times, right? Your desktop, your laptop, stays put. It's not in your pocket 24-7, everywhere you go. You're tracking devices on, Google's watching. It knows your heart rate. It knows your, you know what I mean, everything. It's always on.
Starting point is 00:11:24 It's always listening. It's always this. It's always that. It's a big day. It's a big day because this is not a thought. This is not a, this is the moment in history when the Prepper Broadcasting Network puts a, show out into its incredible archive of shows. And the show itself is recorded on a ghost phone.
Starting point is 00:11:57 The show remains insane to honor Ozzy. And yeah, man, think it over. Think it over. Here's my commitment to you, actually. Not only think it over. See, I had great people. You got to understand. I'm going to start talking like Donald because I really feel like that sometimes. I have the best people. Really? I have the best people because I have people that not only know stuff, chin, getting on me all the time. Hey, look, here's all the resources to get on that ghost phone. Here's all the apps I use to get on the go. Here's this.
Starting point is 00:12:31 Here's that. Right? But they also push me. And sometimes I need that, man. I don't mind getting comfortable. You know, I get real comfortable with things. And before you know it, you know, it's that kind of thing. think about it think about it is it time for you to make the jump i really didn't think it was time for me
Starting point is 00:12:55 to make the jump until i made the jump and now i feel like now i feel foolish for not doing it sooner okay so spread the word share the podcast let everybody know pbn is now officially ghosting and uh while we can't do it with all the hosts yet hopefully we get there one day just know that every so often I had the ability to pick this phone up and record a podcast direct from a phone that is completely and totally untethered from big tech. Talk soon.
