Today though, because the sun is out
The world is looking good
And I'm moments away myself from a good run of prep or fit and health
I wanted to talk to you guys about fitness.
And the imperative.
That is fitness.
You know this.
Over the years this has become much more.
It's become much more accepted in the prepping world.
And that's great.
It really.
I mean it's wonderful.
When I first got into this thing people
used to really get down on me about oh they used to really get down on me about my preparedness
focus I'm sorry my fitness focus in prepping sorry I got a little excited because I see the first red
strawberry of the season starting to get red anyway Right on
You know denying
Taking all these steps to fortify your life
And yourself and your finances
And your family
And denying the necessity for
You know real
Physical well being That's crazy the necessity for real physical well-being.
That's crazy.
That's absolutely crazy.
And you could tell yourself any number of stories that you'd like
or any number of things that you'd like to say.
You have to be in shape.
And you say that, you hear people say that, and yeah, that's all fine and dandy.
But when the rubber meets the road, I'm tired at the end of the day.
When the rubber meets the road, I work a hard job.
When the rubber meets the road, insert, you know, whatever kind of excuse you'd like to.
That was the motivation for us coming up with Prepper Fit and Health.
You know, Prepper Fit and Health, it's a membership feature. I think I got a couple

We've done, you know, all kinds of stuff over there.
We have done a lot of focus on kettlebell because I think kettlebell is the ultimate tool for someone who isn't interested in going to the gym.
You know, if you don't want to do the gym thing, then kettlebell is where it's at.
There are a variety of sizes of kettlebells, and I walk you through in video form all the basic kettlebell moves, a variety of kettlebell routines.
Actually, last week I published a kettlebell chest routine, specifically working the chest with three kettlebell exercises.
But we do calisthenics.
We do yoga.
We do regular dumbbell stuff over there,
all manners of talks about fitness and nutrition. That all exists under the Prepper Fit and Health
tab right there on the main page of pbnfamily.com. What I can tell you is you have to find what works for you.
One of the golden rules of prep or fit and health is to just work out every day.
Work, work, work, work, work.
Too much coffee this morning.
Work out every day.
Simple. Work out every day.
That's it.
Make it part of your life.
And it doesn't have to be I'm going to throw kettlebells around every day of my life.
It doesn't have to be that.
It can be yesterday I tore a tree down in my backyard or half of a tree essentially, just one big branch.
And I was doing some kettlebells while I did that and I'm feeling it.
So today's a run day.
If I was feeling even worse, today might just be a stretch day and that's my workout you know I'll sit down and I'll
put some podcasts on get caught up here at PBN and stretch that's it roll out a yoga mat and
stretch my body I'll stretch my muscles how many people who don't like to lift weights and don't
like to work out how many of you just stretch?
Low impact, no impact stretching will seriously limit the amount of injuries you have.
There is no debating.
It's tremendous.
There is no debating this.
So you have to understand that there are things that we can do,
things that we need to be doing on the regular.
Now, the keys to success with Prepper Fit and Health are always going to be motivation.
Always going to be motivation.
That's always going to be your biggest struggle,
is when I'm tired, when I'm beat, when I'm done, when I don't want to do any more,
how do I do more?
What can I do to drive myself to do more? And I can't tell you
how to motivate yourself. You can listen to talks, you can listen to podcasts.
One of my favorite things to do is listen to audio dramas when I run. We have a three season,
incredibly well done audio drama. changing earth uh audio drama is what's one of the best
audio dramas there is out period i don't care what anybody says it literally is one of the best
and trust me i've listened to a lot of them you know to me graphic audio does the best audio
dramas there are and i think uh that the changing earth series is now running on the same level.
If not, you know, there's some parts of the Changing Earth series
that are actually better because of the use of music.
So, you know, you got to find your motivation.
You got to find what gets you going.
You know, I like to use the aid of collapse.
You know, I like to use the aid of collapse. I like to use the aid of people like the protesters in the campuses right now or Antifa or, you know, the butcher in Haiti. Villains, real life villains who, if given the opportunity, would do terrible things to yourself and your family, right? To you and your family.
And, you know, those guys give me a lot of motivation.
They give me a lot of motivation to push hard.
And, you know, at least once in a while, you need to work out and push hard.
Push yourself hard.
It's critical. It's crucial.
So you need motivation. You need recovery.
You need consistency.
Consistency is probably next to doing the work and finding the motivation.
Consistency is probably just as important because you have to find your little niche where you are working out consistently and you're doing it in a way that is going to
serve you for the rest of your life. Forget about diets. Forget about fitness routines for 30 days.
Your physical fitness is a journey of a lifetime that pays you back dividends.
That's the truth, PBN Family.
That's the way you need to look at this thing.

outside. Actually, I think I did a Prepper Fit and Health post about some of the stuff that I do
that's free, like on YouTube and stuff. So there's a lot out there, you know, and I'm much more
concerned with you getting in shape and getting healthy before anything crazy happens in this world or crazier. I'm much more concerned with
that than I am getting 60 bucks off you, you know, or five bucks a month off you.
But the reality and the truth is, you know, I don't get excited when I see a guy doing a crazy
workout. Like there was a time in my life when I used to be like, man, that looks tough.
I want to give that a try.
Or that's a cool, that's what the MMA fighters are doing in training camp.
I want to do that.
I don't get excited about that stuff anymore.
And the reason I don't get excited about that stuff anymore is because
I have come to realize after 20 years that consistency is
everything. You know, so if you're doing a workout and you know that, you know, I'm going to do this
for six to eight months and that's all I can do, that's not really that great unless you sub it out
for something else. You know, what you're looking for is to get yourself a weekly workout routine that you can do and you can manage with a variety of workouts, a variety of equipment, a variety of skills that you can manage for the rest of your life.
There is no denying the fact that the moment people retire and sit down on the couch and start watching movies, they start to die.

And there are some of you out there right now who work jobs where you sit in a cubicle all day and you go home and watch movies and listen to this podcast, probably, amongst others.
What do you think is happening to your body?
Fitness doesn't have to be hard.
You don't have to be sore all the time.
You can start slow.
Do you know what I'm time. You can start slow.
Do you know what I'm saying?
You can start slow.
I can tell you right now, putting together this month's routine, we're going to focus on calisthenics.
We're going to focus on kettlebells.
Two things that you can do by just having one kettlebell.
Kettlebell, lower body, and then the next day is calisthenics.
I'll let you know when that's out. It'll be linked, all the stuff, you know. Guns, off-grid communications, prepper groups, all this
kind of stuff, man, it all pales in comparison to your health and well-being. And your health and well-being will rapidly increase.
If you get into a consistent form of fitness.
Alright.
