Starting point is 00:00:00 PBN Family, it's time for the Prepper Tip of the Day. Hello PBNers and our fellow listeners. This is Jay Ferg with Phoenix for Survival and your Prepper Tip of the Day. Do you ever not know what to do with that lint that's building up from your dryer? And instead of just throwing it away, did you know you can actually use it to make an amazing fire starter? Same goes with the shredded paper you have in that shredder. All of that is a reusable source that you can use to easily start a fire and keep it in your bag as a bomb starter or a fire starter as we like to call it.
Starting point is 00:00:37 This is a huge shout out and thank you to Melinda Lee because she actually taught me how to make these several years ago. So I'd like to pass this tip on to you. Now, what do you do? You can use something as simple as old broken crayons for your parents out there, old candles or wax from like the wax burners with the excess that you don't know what to do with
Starting point is 00:00:59 that you pour back into the base. You can melt that down. You can pour it on that paper or on a cotton ball or that dryer lint and make them into a wax-soaked fire starter. And it makes it so much easier. Now the way Melinda Lee taught me was with taking old crayons, shredded paper, and the little ketchup cups or condiment cups that you can get from McDonald's. So think about that and give it a try. Tell me what you think. And for our listeners there is going to be a members only tutorial so I will show you exactly how to make these. Thank you the Prepper Broadcasting Network.
Starting point is 00:01:51 Your path, act as stability.
