We have to hit the reset button and create a true culture of preparedness, starting at
a very young age and filtering all the way up.
What is up, Preppers live listening audience? It's James Walton here,
coming to you, not so live. Sorry. We're moments away from interviewing the SoCal prepper,
the East Coast to West Coast prepper,
the Tennessee Titan herself,
our very own Lois Lane, who lived through the Tennessee tornadoes,
and we're going to have a conversation with her about a lot of things.
I'm going to try to keep the show relatively short.
To be honest with you, I owe Sarah Hathaway lines for the audio drama,
and she's going to disembowel me if I don't get them to her tonight.
It's no exaggeration. I'm just glad we live far away from each other
So she can't
It would be a chore to come and find me
So I gotta knock that out too
Kettlebells and Christ
We have a serious week of kettlebell exercises
Okay
This is not for the faint of heart this week.
You had your warm-up week.
Get everything going.
Do your stuff.
Now we're into the big leagues.
Okay?
So it's going to be a tough week.
Basically 50 reps.
Yeah.
50 reps total of each exercise.
Let's bring it up.
I'll tell you exactly what it is
Um
Let me put Christ
I think if I put Christ in my search bar
It'll come up
Yeah there we go
So if you're into that
Prep or fit and health business
You got 10 swings
10 presses
10 squats
10 curls 5 sets of each. Okay. That started the
day of today, day six of our Prepper Fit and Health. This is our full body week. Last week
was swings and form. Next week will be both sides. Okay. So we'll be doing dual sided.
So we'll be doing dual-sided.
And then the last week of the month is going to be Turkish get-ups.
Yeah, three on each side, five on each side.
It's fun, man.
It's a great little workout.
And like I said, don't forget the scripture that goes along with it.
Kettle bells and Christ completely free.
This is not a, hey, become a member.
None of that stuff.
So listen, do yourself a favor okay i wrote an entire article uh on about 2 500 words on the china balloon the spy balloon
and the hypersonic missile merciless missile attack plan to prevent the U.S. from both launching its own hypersonics
and preventing the use of their hypersonics.
And I went down a near-space rabbit hole with China today.
I'm going to do a full podcast on that tomorrow for members.
It's just interesting stuff, really, when you get down to
it. There's a war brewing above. Maybe there's a war being fought above. Would we know it?
Would we even know it? You know what I'm saying? I don't know. We'll get our prepping filled with
Lois tonight, so there's no need to
really dip into the bag of tricks we got a pig
trip coming up Dave Jones the NBC
guy Ben the Breaker of Banksters myself
pig trip this Saturday
it is right yeah this Saturday
I'll be coming home with a half a pig
and I'll probably
break that down in video form
and share that with you guys
maybe some for everybody and then some for our members.
These are skills that you should have.
These are things that you should do.
We always talk about alternative everything.
Alternative everything touches almost everything.
But I do insist on you finding meat that comes from sources outside of the supermarket.
Very important.
That can be hunting.
That can be fishing. That can be trapping. know, that can be hunting. That can be fishing.
That can be trapping.
That can be farmer's markets.
That can be local meat producers.
That can be having really cool friends like Dave Jones, the NBC guy,
who calls you up and says, hey, you want a pig?
You know, alternative everything.
All right.
Let's hear from our incredible sponsors,
and then we will get the SoCal Prepper on the air.

Again, that's the Prepper's medical handbook by william w forgy
we are the prepper broadcasting network okay good um i actually drove out today
for myself to see the devastation and it's yeah we had a tornado land um i was first told that it was um a funnel cloud but after
seeing the devastation no it the sucker touched down uh my complex nothing absolutely nothing. We just lost our power for about 36 hours. It came back this morning three times. It started at 2 and then went off at 2.15, came back at 2.30 and was gone at 3 and the internet slowly came back.
But it was my first tornado.
I don't know.
I was excited, I have to say.
I never had been through a tornado and I don't know if you want me to go over the details
of what I went through just because, I mean,
I'm a SoCal girl.
I had never seen anything like this.
I bet you weren't even expecting it in December either.
Well, they said this section of Tennessee is known for tornadoes.
And they said, yeah, this is a one-off.
And so I was aware that Hendersonville does have tornadoes.
And it also has flooding.
But Hendersonville does have tornadoes and it also has flooding.
But the flooding was two years ago and it was down the hill, so to speak, far away from where I am.
But, yeah, it was it was crazy.
All I remember was nothing on my phone. It had just said possible storm.
And normally around here, 4 30 is when it
starts sunset and on saturday i saw my phone oh possible storm okay so i was taking my dog
for the walk and i kept thinking wow it's awful dark outside and then i heard that awful siren
and i but it sounded like it was maybe a mile or two away.
And I thought, oh, down in Old Hickory.
So I see two guys getting out of a car.
And I go, hey, guys, do you hear that?
And they look at me.
And I could see them turning their heads.
And I see their eyes get big.
And I said, is this something I should pay attention to and they
both quickly nod their heads and the guy goes I would they looked each other and they walked real
quickly to their apartment and I just picked up my dog I went okay Bruno let's go and it was maybe a
two minute hike back up to my apartment and at this point it's suddenly like 4 15 i'm barely in there five minutes i kid
you not what was like a trickle of rain suddenly just for about i don't know 15 20 seconds just
this downpour and i'm like okay that's weird and then the sky was just black and then um oh god the whole storm lasted to like 7 7 30 but tell them about the
suction on the door that was wild yeah so what what had happened during that time was i'm standing on
my balcony and my balcony is covered all the balconies here in this apartment complex are
covered and i'm stepping outside and I see a couple other
people and I'm like, okay, it's starting to come down hard. All right. So I go back in and I'm
calling some friends. I go, Hey guys, I think we're in the middle of a tornado. And they're
like, what the hell? When we get in a bathtub, I'm like, no, no, this is cool. So then all of a
sudden the rain, the hard rain stopped. And then this crazy wind and people now are telling me well sounds like
a freight train no for me it sounded like the santa ana winds on steroids so i was like okay
this is a little weird so i back yeah so i backed out and i closed my my slider and i go to the
front door and this is the part that actually got me scared. I was on the phone with friends and they said, you're not scared?
I go, no.
I said, I would rather face a tornado than like an earthquake where you never know.
You can't see it.
You can barely hear an earthquake coming.
And I'm trying to open up my front door and I have a special lock.
It's a police type lock.
And I always have it on.
And all of a sudden I'm opening the door
and it was like this insane suction and the door slammed shut and I go oh this isn't good my
friends go what and I said the guy guys the the door it just suctioned closed they're like get
hiding so um I noticed somewhere around that time because everything happens so fast the power goes out i
still have my phone i'm trying to text to see if there's a a shelter there are no shelters in this
part of tennessee and i'm like what the hell then all of a sudden then after the tornado's hitting
we get imminent uh storm alert and they're saying if you're in a second story go to shelter i'm
thinking where do we go fort campbell fort campbell already the roads are going to be crowded i'm like no i'm
going to bunker down i'm bugging in like phil would say i'm bugging in so i just tell my friends well
i'm going to talk to you call me down because you know i might be you might be the last people i'm
talking to so i grabbed the dog i threw his thunder shirt on because he started shaking like crazy
what is a thunder shirt oh it's a little uh jacket that you could put on dogs or cats
and what it does it hits pressure points on the animal to calm them down and you put it on and it
has to be very very snug it's like they're getting an extremely tight swaddle and has like a lot of
Velcro.
And it takes a little bit to get used to on putting on an animal and either
they like it or they don't.
But once the most animals realize what it does and you know,
mommy and daddy are holding him, it calms them down.
And that's what it did to Bruno.
He saw me get the thing and he, he let me put it on him. I made sure I had candles and I'm talking to my friends and I'm like, Oh,
this got a little scary. And again, I did not feel like I needed to go to the bathtub with
the mattress. It was just a lot of wind. I didn't hear anything. I didn't hear, um,
things blowing around and I'm on the floor holding the dog. He's shaking.
And then all of a sudden it just stopped and it got really quiet.
And I'm thinking,
and my friends are like,
what,
what?
And I said,
I think this is the eye of the storm.
I know not to do like all the movies,
the idiots always open the door and that's when they get sucked out.
And I'm like,
okay,
I'm going to stay down.
I said,
I'm going to hang up.
I need to figure out what's going on. Like, okay, if you're okay i said i will so i hang up the phone and all i could do is just uh it was just quiet i don't
know how much time went by uh except for the light off my phone and the candles i had in in the
bathroom the kitchen and in my hall there there was no light. It was just
dark, dark. And then I never heard anything else. So when my butt started getting a little sore,
I got up, I'm picking up the dog and I could tell the storm must have passed because
he just suddenly stopped shaking, stopped whimpering. And I was like, okay, this is a
good thing. So I put him down. He immediately ran out to the balcony. So i was like okay this is a good thing so i put him down he
immediately ran out to the balcony so i was like okay he wants to see so i open up the balcony
and we're looking out and it's just light drizzle and then um a freaky thing started happening uh
there was a lot of lightning and some thunder and it wasn't rolling thunder it just
didn't sound like it was that close but the lightning at some points it looked like it was
above the cloud line and it was beautiful i mean i did not think to take a picture but i was like
no you don't do that because I've heard things about the cell phones
and lightning strikes. So I just was watching and you could see like the lightning above the clouds.
And then on my, where I live in my complex, the apartments are on a tier hill and I'm on the top
part. And it's suddenly like I was telling you, I think it was last night. It looked like an airline jet flipped on its brights and all of our units just lit up our cars, the road, no rain. And it just really quiet. It just.
and then it shut off like after two seconds and i was like wow that was really cool and then no thunder uh and then just no power and it was warm considering how
uh earlier in the week it had been the temperature had been dropping
it was 60 degrees so i was actually schvitzing. I was like, okay,
this is really weird. But during the night,
the temperature dropped and I woke up and I was shaking. I was like,
oh my gosh, it's freezing.
And I couldn't tell what temperature was because there was no power.
So was this last night?
Cause I know you were faring against some cold temperatures last
night i was interested to see how that worked out for you that was bad yeah um and we didn't know
what was going on i had very sketchy internet i uh heard from jordan and she was a woman i was
trying to get older i said i couldn't even get a call out. Texting was hard. People had tried to call. I
said, guys, I've got a job interview on Monday. I can't talk. I need to save my power because I
found only one of my solar, I had a solar charger and it was fully loaded. So I charged up the phone
and I thought I got to get out to James because I know you guys are probably wondering. So that's
when I reached out to you. then I went let me go on
Facebook and Facebook had now has this thing that based on where you're on or at they'll say are you
safe and I just said please you know mark safe and then I did a quick note to everyone to my
friends saying I'm stuck in the middle of a tornado right now I'm fine as soon as everything's okay i will reach out and that's
all i could do and but yeah i reached out to you was barely able to leave a message and then we
spoke uh and yeah jordan was on you early in the signal chat she was she was i guess but you know
what i didn't get the message for like over two hours it wasn't
until i finally had some decent uh internet and i was on the phone with her go join i just got
your text she goes what is it i'm looking at signal i i just got them and she goes well it's
internet based i said yeah i just got them and i said did you guys even see what i posted she goes
oh wait now we are and i'm like are you kidding me and i said no and she goes did you guys even see what I posted she goes oh wait now we are and I'm like
are you kidding me and I said no and she goes are you okay and I said yeah and she was asking all
sorts of questions based on what she remembered like when she was living out here and I said nope
we didn't have that hadn't now that I said but this is what we had she goes that is so weird I
said right and um isn't Jasmine also um I think she was moving out to Kentucky.
Has anyone heard from her? She's still in the West Coast, Washington.
OK. Yeah, because I knew she was going to be I thought by now she was going to be out in Kentucky because I was wondering how she was doing. Here's how it went down though 10.10pm On Saturday night

Heard there's a big ass tornado
Around Nashville
We have any peeps we need to check on
Sarah from the Changing Earth podcast
Says I think Lisa T
May be up there
So they were on it late.
They must have been on it right after it was over.
Oh, God.
Then 5.30 a.m., Jay Fergie says,
anyone heard from Lisa or Toolman Tim?
And then you had texted me pretty early, I guess,
because I responded to her.
She just texted me at 7.37 a.m. Oh, jeez. But then I guess you guys linked to her. She just texted me at 737 a.m.
Oh, geez.
But then I guess you guys linked up too, right?
Later in the day, you and Jordan?
Yes, she called me because I couldn't even get out.
And I went, oh, my God, Jordan.
She goes, are you okay, honey?
I'm like, oh, I'm okay.
Just cold, really, really cold.
And none of us have heard from Tim.
So I don't know how Tim's doing.
I think Tim's in Canada.
That's what I thought because when I actually got to talk to him,
I got to fangirl him.
I was like, oh, nice to meet you.
And he was telling me about where he's bought his Tennessee property.
And actually I met someone who lives out there that I'm actually going to go
and visit her just to see really how far that is,
to see how viable of a bug out section that could possibly be for me.
When I heard how cheap the land is out there.
It's just way out in the middle of nowhere.
But I will say, since I spoke to you, I took little boy out for another walk.
And it was so cold.
I was trying to keep warm.
And again, I was seeing all these people trying to warm themselves up in their cars.
And then if it wasn't the cars, they were trying to charge their cell phones.
And I just kept thinking, wow, so many.
I thought over here, these people would be a little better prepared.
No, it was like being in California, just people just being unbelievably unprepared. And I was really happy that I had all this water that for some
reason, like I told you that something told me, get the water filled. And I'm glad I've got 46
jugs of three and a half gallons of water. So I'm protected there and i had plenty of food so it was okay but i got to meet neighbors
everyone was cold there were a couple people that were a little older so i went over to their houses
and i said do you need anything they're like no we're fine are you okay i said yeah i said
i've got a couple candles if you need them and because i'm not going to really let on
what's going on i don't't want them coming to my place.
But there are, I had to count, about 100 families for sure in this complex.
I only heard three generators, Commander.
That was it.
Wow. And we were all on the bottom floor, which makes sense because the top floor, I don't know, those so-called portal generators would probably be too heavy to have.
But it was interesting.
And I could tell it was three because it was so quiet.
It was echoing all over the complex.
And I just followed the sound.
And I went, they got one.
This one's got, that one's got one.
And I was like, okay.
I saw quite a few people bugging out.
That's the great fear of generators, you know.
That's what most preppers fear about those loud gas generators is just what you're saying.
Walk right to the sound.
You know, it's a bad situation.
That's why the point zero energy, man, is so sweet.
I wish I could send you mine.
I'm really thinking about saving up to getting that one.
And also, I believe you had called it the My Emergency Radio.
Was that you?
I don't think so.
That might have been.
I leave my radio aspirations to Chin to handle.
Okay, because if it wasn't you or chin somebody has something called my emergency radio
that i was eyeballing because the little wind-up one that i had it would only last for about 20
minutes and i have to stop and re you know re uh play with it but it was like the only source
because it was so quiet well there was nothing and i talked to some of the people and said, hey, have you been out?
And they're like, it's awful.
It's terrible.
And I said, how bad?
What was weird, it was just like we were on our own little island.
Nothing happened to our complex.
And we couldn't even get out.
So, like, we had no internet.
And our phones were sure as hell not working.
And my emergency radio, it would just keep saying, there's still tornadoes, da, da, da.
But they weren't saying where we could go, what we could do.
And I just thought, wow, this is really messed up.
And so during the day, I was, something I learned was when I moved into this apartment,
I'm gone from the 120 square feet to 700 square feet.
I did something where, oh, I'm never going to really need my emergency supplies.
I put it in the back of the closet and had some boxes and totes that I might need them later on.
Big mistake.
So what I ended up doing, I had nothing else to do.
I pulled it all out, got all my emergency stuff.
And I have all my i'm so
i mean all about this i have my emergency stuff numbered and i have a little table that i have
exactly what number one has when number two has so because if someone were to look at my place
like what are all these numbers for i'm the only one that knows is something that helped me when i
did the move out here and it's helping me now of like I go to this bin this has this this one's first date this one's food this one's
fire and this is that and something I had that I had undergone was when I was moving out here
um I end up with the two pods and my little car was so full I could not bring my sterno or my propane.
So I gave it to my good friends, the ones that came with me, the ones that were with me when you had me on air the time before.
They ended up with it.
And when I talked to them yesterday, they said, we feel so bad.
I said, no, your stash has started.
I said, I just have to, you know,
rebuild mine, which is part of, you know, revolving your stuff. And one thing I've definitely wanted to make use of is especially, you know, now I'm doing a job hunt
because the job that was supposed to bring me out here did not work.
I am going to be making sterno and uh i'm surprised how fast some of the
stuff has come and considering how much damage we sustained so i'm just waiting for the other
two components and i'll be making homemade sterno so i at least have something to use to heat up
food and to keep warm um because we're starting to have freezing uh yeah that's what i was worried about
power outage in december that's a big deal you know what uh you know what you could use that's
a really good and affordable prep it's a little i mean it's a little i think i've spent like 50
bucks on mine something like that um they sell laptop chargers. Have you ever seen those?
Not like chargers you plug in the wall, but like laptop power banks.
And the laptop – Oh, if you –
Yeah, they are powerful.
Oh, if you find one, definitely send it to me.
And then didn't I ask you – I think it was last night about –
and you said it sucked.
It was a power bank for like a cell phone that was a wind up.
Oh, I had one of those years ago. You know what? Let's just. Yeah. Hold on. Let me.
Because my Internet is I just came back. I spent the day kind of driving around and it's heartbreaking to see what happened.
Wind up phone charger.
The laptop one makes sense too.
Yeah. So you can get these things for relatively cheap.
The crank flashlight.
I'll tell you one thing that was kind of spooky was when I got back from
walking little guy and only hearing three generators, I did not feel right about putting out my solar panels for my little itty bitty universal power supply because then I would have been able to talk to people more.
I was like, nope, I'm not going to make myself a target.
I'm just going to kind of keep it on the DL.
So I only had my little wind up in the window and i only dealt with a little charger
and so it's something i'm really going to take a look at the pbn uh thing but the interesting thing
commander was i don't think i told you last night it was about the same time 4 4 30 this time it was bright outside it was
beautiful it's barely becoming sunset um starting to turn around to walk back and this car comes up
to me and this lady rolls the window down she says hey are you hungry and i said no i'm okay
and she goes i have hot food and i was kind of walked a little closer to her car.
And all of a sudden, I see a couple other women come out.
And she said, we've been at the police station.
We've been making hot food for people.
We've got pizza.
And this lady was like New York-esque.
I got pizza.
I got pepperoni pizza.
I got hamburgers.
I got cheeseburgers.
I got a hot dog.
Honey, what do you want?
I'm like, oh.
And she suddenly just pours pizza and cheeseburgers. I a hot dog honey what do you want i'm like oh and she suddenly
just ports pizza and cheeseburgers i was like oh my god thank you she goes no we just want to make
sure everybody's okay and the other girl y'all have a fun night take care be safe i'm like
thank you i mean i was i was floored and they drove off they were driving through the complex
and i quickly it was again it was like a two minute walk by the time I got to my side of the building. It was already cold, but I didn't care. I was like, Oh my gosh, I got cheeseburgers. And I didn't have to like heat it up. And there's a family downstairs for me. I knocked on their door and they opened up and said, Hey guys. And they recognized my face and said, there are these ladies bringing in hot food. I got a pizza. There are five of you.
Do you want the pizza?
And they're like, thank you.
And I'm like, hey, pay it forward.
You know, and I just, I gave it to them.
And then there was a gentleman who is my, actually, you're going to love this.
He's my next door neighbor.
And ever since I moved in, the guy's just cussing me out, talking bad about my dog.
He's just like, oh, my God god i'm living next door to oscar
the grouch and i talked to the property manager like who is this guy and they're like we don't
know but he's always been a dick and they said just you know try to be nice to him who knows
what hurt you know what damage that guy might have been you know had gone through his life so i was
like okay i'm gonna turn the other cheek so i had a spare candle i lit it and i'm knocking on his door knocking on his door he's not answering i'm like oh you're
gonna be that much of a dick so i was like hey it's bruna's mom i'm next door i've got a candle
in case you need it it's for you i'm putting it down on the ground and i'm backing away i went
back to my place because i don't know and i don't know who's
carrying out here and all day yesterday i opened the door the damn candles just there on the ground
i'm thinking did he bug out or something so then last night the power's still out i'm just sitting
there just uh listening to music and i hear bang bang bang, bang on my door. And my heart stops. I'm like, Oh my God.
And right.
So the police lock is on and open up the door and it's this guy and it's dark.
And I go, Oh, Hey. And he goes, and he says,
did you put that candle out by my door? And I'm going, Oh God, Oh God.
I go, yeah. I said, I just want to make sure you said, Hey,
we just all had a tornado.
I want to make sure you're okay. And I just gave you an extra candle that I have.
James, all of a sudden he goes, thank you so much.
Wow.
And my mouth goes, what?
And he broke out in an open mouth smile.
And I said, oh.
And I said, wait, you're not wearing your shorts this guy
will usually wear just like a short sleeve t-shirt and shorts and flip-flops and it's like 40 degrees
and i said it must be cold if you're not wearing your shorts and he looks around he goes want to
see something and he like lowers part of his sweatpants i'm like there's his blue shorts
going okay you're you're legit and he starts laughing and i'm thinking oh my god i think i broke oscar
and i said i stuck my hand out i said hi i'm lisa and he says his name we shake hands and he says
do you need anything sit back guys he says i'm a prepper oh that's great and i i hold my hand out and high five and i said i am too
and he said are you okay little lady and i said yes sir i am he said is there anything you need
i'm bugging out to to stay in my relative's house if there is anything i can bring back for you and
i'm going to myself i broke oscar and i I'm going, no, sir, I am fine.
So something good came out of the tornado anyway, huh?
Right.
So like this morning when the power came back, I went down to the property manager.
The property manager knows I'm a prepper and they want me to lead a class.
And I said, then everyone will know I'm the prepper in the freaking community.
No way.
And they said, well, how did you do?
And I said, oh, the first tornado, kind of interesting.
I said, hey, by the way, I broke Oscar.
And they went, what?
So I told them, they went, you made him smile?
We've never seen him smile in 17 years.
And I'm like, he is cracking jokes.
And they're like, whoa. And I'm like he is cracking jokes and they're like whoa and i'm like right
but uh yeah hey man sometimes a good thing comes from a bad thing you know how it goes
yeah and so today uh my friend that got me out here she's i need your help you know your special
skills can you come out to nash I said, you realize the tornado hit
my town. She goes, how bad could it be? Yeah. So, uh, apparently, um, we had a funnel cloud
that kicked down in Hendersonville. And from what I saw, there is a Kroger supermarket.
And what I heard from one of my neighbors was that, and then I got it confirmed online, the sirens, when they started, the manager of the store shut the doors and forced everybody that was in the store that was left, he threw them all in the freezer until the emergency was over.
Wow. freezer until the emergency was over wow how many people must have you know bitched and moaned about
it but like you know what that guy's a hero and one neighbor that i talked to who lives downstairs
also i said hey where's your wife he goes she's stuck and this is during the storm when it was
happening and it was it was right after when we could tell it was safe and he said the funnel
cloud was right over her work.
Her boss just had everyone just go to a corner.
And I went, oh my God, they bugged out.
When I was talking to the property manager,
he said, oh no, don't do the bathtub thing.
That's not worth it.
Go to the laundry room.
There are no windows.
And you just hunker down between the two machines.
I went, well, now I know.
I was like, okay, thank you for that one.
But yeah, when I drove out,
it took me about 20 minutes to get just to the main street.
And what I've seen on the ground was that one side of the street,
the street, the side I was on, we'll say the South side.
It's like a lot of the trees, old, beautiful trees, so many were, like, not only knocked over, but it was like they were, the taproot was completely torn out of the ground.
Oh.
I was in shock. And then trying to drive away from the main street, take a side street, there were two enormous wooden poles. They were down and I could tell they must have had live wires because the fire department, all these electrical companies were out there forcing everyone to turn around. I was like, oh my gosh. And I'm trying to drive around again i saw more trees that it just looked like somebody had twisted um and snapped them like toothpicks and it's something to see it's one thing to
see this on the news going oh my god these poor people it's another dude be here and knowing i'm safe and then you look across the street and here on my side on the
south side trees are twisted you go to the north side and it's like this thing played dust devil
hopscotch it's weird right right nothing nothing roof gone roof gone and nothing and then it went up the street and it's just a lot of stuff knocked
out uh something i heard on the electrical the national electrical thing they said all the
docks on i live on well everyone here we're right on the cumberland river and they said well it's normally a water
spout is what we pick up but they said this was an actual tornado not a water spout so now i'm
really confused and all the docks and these are like multi-millionaires here all their docks their
boats destroyed on the water so it went through went over the water then probably it went over
the water somehow and skipped on my development and went across the street just twisted trees
and just ripped off roofs and then there's a guy this business that uh they have sasquatch statues
and i i kind of went in one time i said dude i love your sasquatch statue i said
i said they're not real, are they?
And he's like, oh, yeah, we have them here.
I'm like, what?
You're joking, right?
He goes, that's my Sasquatch.
He may have seen something you haven't seen.
Apparently in Hendersonville, freaking Sasquatch is here.
And the guy has a statue and smaller ones for the family.
And I'm like, oh, my God, we got a family of Bigfoot.
Those statues were gone this morning when I drove out.
However, they were back when I got in.
And I'm hearing on one side of the freeway to get into Hendersonville, they shut down the town. Apparently, the twister just did a lot of damage.
But if you went to the right, it was like just power outage.
It's like, wow.
So what are your takeaways, Lois, from this whole thing?
For you personally.
Like when you're thinking, I'm in Tennessee now.
Tornadoes, there's potential.
If we're getting them in December, there's potential if we're getting them in december you know there's potential i'm definitely going to take something i had heard on a on a dac that
nbc dave had talked about about trying to do tactical navigation because my sense of direction
sucks but i have a i'm going to try finding city maps to fort campbell how like if something like
this no not if when something like this happens i will know the side streets to take but one thing
i'm learning about is this side of the state it's not like in californ California where you could do what's called ramp jumping, where you could get off a freeway on the off ramp and go on the on ramp and you can bypass a lot of traffic.
You can't do that out here.
And like some major streets will turn into other streets.
Like we have one street that is like Johnny Cash cash uh parkway or uh was it conway
twitty then they become state highways and you don't see small streets that they're all like
dead end streets so i was like that's something i need to learn is how to navigate right and because there is no shelter out here we are so high in the water table because
the cumberland river is here and we have limestone there no one has a basement unless the house is
really old and then they are i believe it's called walkouts uh and then if you go to the
southern part of the state it's gran granite, it's even harder.
That was my takeaway. Okay, I need to know a tactical location, but something else I'm
remembering from like when I was on, when you guys called me and I was driving home,
and Phil was saying, you know, he's a bug in, that's me. I made my stand. No matter what,
I would make my stand. I would do it again um you know if if it's my time
to go it's my time to go there's no way and i was glad i wouldn't recommend running from a tornado
that's for no no it was very weird though that suction it reminded me of the couple times that
i'd go hiking as a girl and i'd be in a train tunnel and that suction i don't know if you've
ever done it it's insane suction
that's exactly what this was like but it was kind of quiet it wasn't loud like a train
but uh imagine if you were stuck outside trying to open it to get in yeah
special police lock because it attaches the guy went out of business during the pandemic but this is
wonderful thing where it attaches into the oh what do you call it where the key the hole that the
door lock latches into the jam and then also uh where the screws go
the plate the strike plate you put in four inch long screws and you will need, it doesn't matter even if you have a crappy entryway, it takes about 10,000 pounds of pressure to push the door.
It's like door armor almost.
Yes.
And it was cheap.
And so I'm going to see if I could try getting a couple pieces made extra from someone that I'm finding welding schools.
And I'm actually on my take a couple classes.
Who knows?
But I'm glad I had it on the door because what if in the catwalk the wind wasn't sucking in?
It was sucking out from the other direction.
That door could have blown us out.
So I'm glad.
So that was another thing I learned.
How about like a buddy heater?
You ever seen one of those?
You said you had propane.
You had me thinking last night about it.
I had one thing.
It's propane.
That's going to last me about three hours.
I'm actually thinking definitely of trying to invest in that to buy the propane tank is like
$55 and then it's like $16 to refill I'm like do you know what a little buddy heater is have you
ever seen one of those yes I just don't know where to find them now I'm sure you can get them at
once everything gets back up and running but that'd be nice for wintertime.
You know, wintertime power outages are probably a thing for you, too.
You might get some snow, power goes out, and then you and Bruno are like, oh, no, here we go again.
Yeah.
Something I'm going to do that I did when I used to live in Utah was I did the flower pot heater.
That is kind of effective.
Oh, they've upgraded it now, too.
What did they put on top of it um if you get like a regular flowerpot terracotta if there's a hairline
crack that you can't see that thing can blow up because i had that happen but you can get like um
fireplace grade fire pit type and you just do that then yeah it'll heat up but i was like candle right
yeah you just you uh get two kiln bricks and you put the fire the flower pot over it so there's an
airflow and then you could put like two votive candles and it will heat up really really well uh i just did not feel like doing that in
the apartment i didn't want because it gets hot and i could see it would melt the linoleum
and there's nothing yeah so that was like nope and i was not about to put it out in the
balcony and make myself a target the other thing is definitely uh the homemade sterno it will
leave no trace no smell and i could safely you know have the door partially open and i'd be able
to use it to cook i could put in the fireplace i could just use my little fondue set and cook uh and still rotate my food you got to tell us how to do that oh it's really easy on
youtube but i found a cheat for it because i'm such a little geek i was like oh here's the cheat
so i ordered it and part of it came today so i was like uh yeah once you once you go through it
take take some notes and then come back on and tell us how the sterno making went.
Yeah.
And what I learned from the YouTube videos versus what I did.
And other than that, I'm glad, like everyone has always said, it's better to just be prepared just for anything, just all around.
And, I mean, I was sitting there eating my Costco.
I love the Costco beef jerky. Oh, oh my gosh the german one that they've had i was just chomping all that sharing it with the
dog until i had my my cheeseburgers and then once the power came on this morning it at the second
the third time it was on for good but it was 47 degrees in here wow i was like yeah i'm heating
yeah i said that's it heater's on i don't care if i don't have a job right now screw it it's
freezing in here and uh now it's fine it's only 65 and i'm sweating already geez that's great
that's great that you're back coming to full power yeah the other thing i've always wanted to do
that i'm glad i did was that i it's just habit habit of mine when I lived in Utah that I try not to have a lot of dirty laundry. I'd rather have a bunch of clean clothes. So in case power goes out, you got clean clothes. You can always do laundry later because there's nothing worse than, because it happened where you have just a few clean clothes
and you're like oh i've got to wear my dirty laundry and you don't want to wash your clothes
in freezing cold water that was awful so something i started it doesn't sound like something but
trust me when you're without power and you're like oh thank god i got plenty clean clothes okay yeah and i i'll let the
laundry pile grow and like i'm gonna do tomorrow is to help use up help heat the water and keep
the pipes from freezing i'll do a couple loads of laundry that'll be fine absolutely fine uh
the other thing once i am gainfully employed again i am going to be canning like nobody's business.
I'm definitely starting with the sterno.
And then I'm going to be making a lot more shelf-stable items.
That's my main takeaway. I mean, at this point, I had thought I would be canning.
But like I told you, the job that I was here for did not work out. so I have had to re-damp some stuff.
That's what we need, PBN family.
We need some thoughts and prayers and hopes for Lois because she's on the job hunt yet again, even though I feel good about it.
I don't know if you feel good about it, but I feel good about it.
I actually have a good vibe.
You're going to laugh. When I went to my friend's house today, I had met this guy last weekend, and this kid is from Minnesota.
And he's a millionaire, and all he does is chop wood.
He's gone through a divorce.
He's now in Nashville.
He was actually here in Hendersonville.
He's going to be giving me a ton of
firewood for free oh nice I'm gonna be doing his bookkeeping oh very good I'm a guy is very laid
back that he's like he was gonna throw a bunch of money and I don't feel right about I said look
how about every couple weeks you give me we'll do a hostage swap you pay me and give me your
receipts and I get your stuff and make sure it looks pretty
for when you get your taxes done.
And so that's all I did this last week was while I was job hunting.
I could not find an accounting firm that would be willing to handle him and my other friend.
So I'm doing bookkeeping for them as a bookkeeper.
I said, I'm not a bookkeeperkeeper but i can help the accountant get everything
ready for the taxes and they're more than happy i'm gonna get free bread for my friend and because
of some of the stuff i'm helping her with she might help pay for my january rent so i was like
alternative income alternative everything lois you're doing it heck yeah and i was wanting to
sew but i was like no i don't have power I'm not going to
do that to myself and it's just there is so much work to be had out here and the nice thing is
it is possible not on 780 an hour but definitely like 20 bucks an hour you can afford the apartment
like I'm in and it's way easier to do so that's where it's like I've had the good feeling
of I'm gonna be okay it's just I'm like a little weird because it's like getting close to Christmas
and I was like oh yeah that time of year it doesn't work it doesn't help I should say that
I had an interview today and when I called in it was supposed to be a video one. And I kept trying to text her.
I said, I'm just getting internet.
It's not working.
And when I finally got a hold of her, I said, oh, this is not going to be a good interview.
She goes, honey, your town got hit by a tornado.
We'll just make this a phone interview.
I was like, okay.
That was very understanding of her.
Yeah.
She is in southern part of the state.
She said, we didn't get hit.
How bad is it?
And I said, I'm afraid to go out.
And she said, no, I'm going to put the word out.
She said, we had to put a kibosh because of the stupid tornado.
And she said, are you good through the month?
And I said, frankly, I don't know.
This is before this afternoon's fun stuff.
And she said, well, would you take temp work? I said, I will take temp work.
Anything to make rent. That's fine. So that was kind of cool that I mean, I've been putting out so many irons in the fire.
And you're a hustler. That's all.
You can't go broke if you're willing to work, you know.
Yeah. And the funny thing is i have a very
good feeling i'm uh i'm supposed to have a secondary which would be a face-to-face interview
with dollar general and guess what side of the freeway they're on they're on the oops side
they're built i looked at their what is this side um that's the side that got effed up oh of course yeah they're like we got no roof sorry
you'll have to wait on that job with the crazy thing i'm driving in this evening after being
in nashville and it was like nashville didn't get hit i mean you gotta be kidding me and i could
tell exactly the this you could see where the dang thing had been because trees knocked over lines, fire.
And you just watch the military from Fort Campbell.
They always fly in groups of three.
Well, I've learned that just because being near El Toro.
And so we were barely seeing three helicopters, but they're always going in a certain direction.
Like, OK, that's where the tornado was.
It's just like this.
It looks like a lightning strike if you look at um the weather channel and you look up the tennessee
path of the tornado it looks like a thunder strike it's kind of creepy that is kind of creepy
yeah as of four o'clock yesterday afternoon it had their nes the nashville electrical service god bless them those guys were awesome
they had reported linemen are amazing man all over the country 321,049 homes without power
as of five o'clock this morning 5,000 i mean those guys are beasts. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And I
mean, I'm not going to, you know, complain that. So what if the power went up and down? We have
power. And they're always the people that I think about when I hear the radical feminists say,
we don't need men. I always think of the power line dudes out there in the rain and
you know in the neighborhoods that are totally destroyed putting the power back on i'm like yeah
okay it is definitely different it's definitely one thing like i said to see it on the news and
you're going all those poor people it's another one you're driving through it you're going
oh my god and then to hear that clarksville is only like 20 miles from me and that a family.
It's horrible.
They had the worst devastation.
And I don't want to look at the news.
I will start crying.
I mean, I was just freaking driving down my street and going, oh, my God, the trees and just seeing how twisted the trees were and
there's a cemetery that is on top of a hill right by the bigfoot uh statues and a couple of the
headstones were knocked over and i'm like whoa those are granite that's a lot to knock over a
100 year old tombstone holy mackerel i never really thought
about that cemeteries yeah and it's just something and i'm just i just it's really cool you can tell
it's like a family plot or something it's like on top of a limestone hill and there's a house like
nearby so all i could think it has to be like a family grave site and you can see them
they're beautiful they're old and cc2 knocked over i was like oh wow um the lights were working i will
say the traffic lights were working uh but for me i i was proud of myself that i i gave myself Pluto's going, I had stuff. I was okay. But to see, I'm in a big complex, Commander, and only hear three generators?
That was bad.
I'm thinking, my God, what happens if the electric grid goes down?
For good?
Not for good.
Oh, for an extended period.
Maybe a bad winter storm.
Or in the summer when people are needing like ac yeah a bunch of us but uh it made me think that i'm like i should get a
generator but i'm like no i don't want to be a target so it's made me really think that okay
i've got my sewing skills and we're allowed to put up curtains on our balconies.
So once I'm gainfully employed, I've got curtains that were used to hang in my room in California.
I am definitely going to put them up on the balcony.
Then I'll be better.
So I can hide, like, if I want patio furniture.
Yeah, I will stick some water underneath it.
You won't be able to tell.
And it'll make more room.
Oh, I can't wait to hear about what you do with 700 square feet after you get settled.
Settled and everything evens out for you.
Actually, you know what?
Actually, I can actually report.
My bedroom here is my sewing room.
And the living room, I have the fireplace that is being repaired
and i'm now going to have plenty of firewood more than i will need and i'm happy to say that that's
going to be my main source of heat yeah and just stuff man it's great to have a fire it's i found
out it's cheaper to go to uh what is it tractor supply and get the creosote burner i'm gonna
have a bucket of that and um i have a carbon monoxide uh alarm that plugs in right next to
the fireplace and that was my main source of that hey power's on because that sucker is like 120
decibels it woke me and the dog up uh and yeah i'm just you know stuff that made me get waylaid
it's okay I'm alive there are so many people they've lost a lot more I'm happy that I have
the stash that I do oh yeah it's all spread out I mean I mean, I'm not allowed to have the shed on the balcony or on the catwalk.
So it's in the apartment.
So whatever didn't fit in the living room closet is in the shed.
And now I've learned the stuff like the first aid.
I have like compostable plasticware, forks, knives, and spoons, and paper plates.
plasticware, forks, knives, and spoons, and paper plates. And so, because if you don't have water,
I'm not going to use water to like wash my dishes. No, I'd rather have paper plates,
throw it in the trash, you know, not burn it because the plastic will be toxic, but at least have paper plates and throw them in the trash.
And just, I have plenty of water that I'm fine uh i'm good to go it's just
yeah i definitely a smaller type like my ups that i have comes with three solar panels and i'm like
uh-oh what am i gonna do i could try putting him in my window i'll be okay no one will know what it is but at least i
would because i can see that i might get some good afternoon sun but not like terrible like i was in
orange county yeah it's it's not california sun up i mean over there in tennessee
definitely different.
The car already has its own bug out bag.
It's good.
It's just it's weird that there is no emergency shelter out here.
Nashville has one.
Yeah, I guess it's probably a population or a funding thing.
You know, these things, though, I've seen seen several hosts go through these events.
And usually, I wouldn't be surprised if you have a high gear,
especially if you get back to work, have a high gear prepping year.
This is like a trend.
People get hit with these things.
And then it clicks on some switches.
And then it's like they're already prepared. and they take it to a whole new level i bet you midway through 24 you're gonna be like
i got this this this this this and this and this is set up this way and so and i'll tell you right
now i'm giving a shout out to my friend liza and jeff because she's the one that taught me about
canning and she listened to my first episodes and that's when they came down from where they lived.
Because she said, no, you're saying 1,200 square feet.
And I said, no, honey.
You two come down here, it's 120.
And they walk through the door.
And I'll never forget their faces of, where do you keep your water?
There, there, there, there.
Where do you keep anything?
There, there, there.
And she's like, holy crap. You did it. And I'm like, there. Where's your food prep? Where do you keep anything? There, there, there. And she's like, holy crap.
You did it.
And I'm like, yeah.
She goes, you did it.
And so she's learning how to do that kind of prep.
I'm learning how to can from her.
So to Liza and Jeff, yeah, I am doubling down that I'm going to be canning.
And I don't care if my apartment ends up looking like an
armory you know what after seeing this um if there is another event like that and i end up having a
bug out hey somebody might end up finding lots of jars of food hey it helps somebody but yeah that's
true that's a good way to get it's a good uh yeah generous way to look at it for sure oh the other thing too
i will say there is a house not far outside the complex that they teach um guns and weapons i'm
gonna see what they charge i'm gonna go and take lessons oh you should you definitely should yeah
get trained up yes um because like especially since having bilateral carpal tunnel
release i have the strength of a kitten um i can kick like nobody's business but it would be nice
to learn how to shoot again now that i have a weakness in my hands that is my main thing
and oh that was so sad the indoor firing range. They're closed down now, too.
Oh, they got whacked, too?
They were on the north side of the street.
They are three doors down from the Bigfoot statue and the Mexican restaurant.
I was like, oh, man, the one good Mexican restaurant's closed?
I was like, oh, man.
For now, they'll bounce back.
Yeah, but aside from that, it's okay.
We were mildly hit.
It could have been worse.
Oh, it can always be worse.
No doubt about that.
It can always be worse.
It really made me thankful and making sure that my little dog always has his identification on him when there's the emergency.
That's a big lesson that you can apply all across the board, too.
Not just to Bruno, but for the listeners out there, especially with little kids.
Yes.
When I heard before I moved that this was a flood zone, I made an effort.
before I moved that this was a flood zone. I made an effort. A former neighbor got us a life preserver for the little guy. It looks like a butterfly and it's stinking cute, but you know
what? That means I can put him out in the water. And if God forbid it comes to a flood, I will
cable tie him to his leash and have that around me.
So at least I know he is going to be within arm's reach and I can grab him and
I will get myself a life jacket later on too. Um,
because if I saw a tornado, God, what are we going to have next?
It's a freaking flood.
You're in prep or East coast bootcamp. If you get a flood,
that's all there is to it.
Yeah. Um, aside from that uh i think i'm as prepared as i could be and i'm proud of myself because i'm not like i saw so
many people like having to run to the store and i could hear him going oh my god we couldn't find
this we couldn't fit that i'm thinking oh yeah grief. Oh, yeah, you know how that goes. Post-in-aster, that's it.
Everything's gone.
It's too late, you know?
You've screwed up at that point.
Yeah, it was 2020, and all I could do is just sit on the balcony and just shake my head and just, like, go,
and I'm lighting my candles from inside, not outside.
Well, hopefully they'll learn from it.
That's the best we can hope for, you know,
is that they'll go, well, let's let that happen again.
Well, one thing I'm seeing is like next year is going to mark the 30th anniversary of the 94 earthquake.
And I was there five miles from the epicenter when the people forget after a year to go back to their old habits.
Oh, we had the big one. We don't have to worry. And it just happens again and again and again.
And for me, it was the opposite.
It made me go, oh, crap.
Get ready, you know.
So I think that really shaped me into who I've become.
So, I mean, I'm really proud of myself that I followed my gut of saying no don't do this
don't do that let's get extra water and I'm so glad I did that because I remember seeing all
these people looking at me with two shopping carts full of water bricks and in the American
made things yeah and they're looking at me and they're and I would hear only two of them go you
know we really should do that and they look at me and I'm just feeling I would hear only two of them go, you know, we really should do that.
And they'd look at me and I'm just feeling, I would smile.
How you doing?
You know, and then having a couple of neighbors help me carry it.
They would all say the same thing.
You know, I should be doing that too.
Yeah, man.
I'm telling you, it's catching on.
People are getting, they are starting to understand nobody's coming to help.
It's all on you.
Don't believe that Biden's going to come save you. He's going to swoop down on a dragon and save the day it ain't happening you know it's up to you yeah and like we have always
been talking about on in the network is 2025 is being pushed to next year so next year is going
to be a fun ride and that's where i'm trying to double down fast definitely it's a good move
it's going to be a wild year no doubt about it
but aside from that
I'm okay
little boy is okay he didn't have any more seizures
the doggy downer worked wonders
the thunder shirt amazing
the Bruno prep
yeah yeah
he has a bug out bag too in the fridge good he has a bag too i in the fridge i always like i had said
he's got cornmeal in the fridge you're a cornmeal in his bag i have cornmeal in the car and all i
have to do is go to the closet and all i had to do oh that was the other thing too is like
i think i had said when you my second interview was that i have had on the refrigerator a two
minute warning five minute warning 10 minute warning what could i grab i've had to revamp that My second interview was that I had on the refrigerator a two-minute warning, five-minute warning, ten-minute warning.
What could I grab?
I've had to revamp that because everything is more spread out.
Oh, that's right.
Right by the door now.
You've got space now.
Space is your enemy almost.
Yes.
So I made sure I have a food triangle in the kitchen.
But if I have to, his ute bag is in the closet. I don't have one for me because it triangle in the kitchen, but if I have to, his, his good bag is in the closet.
I don't have one for me because it's in the car.
And so I'm just like, grab, go grab my Bible, grab the dog,
grab his bag and we're out gone.
It's just, there's nowhere to go.
I think that might be the best way to end it right there.
Grab the Bible, grab my dog, grab the bag. We're gone.
battery radio and i i would upgrade the radio just because i don't want batteries the wind up is fine but yeah it is what it is it was what it was and you did great i think and now look now you know
the things that you can do to to even be better prepared next go around and you know that that's the best we can do right i will say for people
um if you're gonna do candles do not buy the honeycomb beeswax those things only burn for
like 20 minutes and they they're very inefficient burning i had a whole fleet of those things. I had like about 50 of them. They were gone within three hours.
Wow.
And they didn't burn efficiently.
Yeah, I was very disappointed.
They burned them in what, the 1600s?
I mean, they probably aren't that great.
Well, it's one thing if it's solid beeswax, that will burn a lot longer.
So I have tapers that they take like three hours to burn down but these little
um beeswax where they make it like honeycomb and then they roll it like a cigar and then
no they're not worth it um burn up fast huh they just look good yeah those i'm just putting in the
yeah not happy um but yeah i i can imagine people are buying candles right now but i'll just
replenish my stash oh the other thing i did learn to help out people was something i'd seen on
pinterest was when you get to the bottom of the candle and you've got all that wax and then it
the wick burns out you can melt the wax and then you pour it over like a pine cone and that'll help
the pine cone when you're lighting it as kindling in a fire oh yeah yeah we make bigfoot fur here
with extra wax tape the dryer lint dryer lint mix it up with the dryer yes thank you unbelievable
i'm going to do that too now yep i'm going to start saying my dryer lint but
yeah that's there's not much to change it's just
east coast thinking now um that's it no more earthquakes hopefully
oh please you made my eye twitch i hit the seismic nerve oh god please but no to the pbm family thank
you for your concern and your prayers um little bit and i are fine um one of the things i want to do
is once i'm employed i am going to be buying my prepper camp tickets and i'm going to beg
space from somebody i'll buy a camper cot because i don't even own a tent i have a
pup tent in my car but i definitely want to meet you guys and say oh we'll find you home don't
worry about that.
I bring Bruno.
Everyone will know Bruno.
You can't miss this damn Pomeranian.
You will be hit.
Trust me.
But, yeah, I'm definitely planning on Prepper Camp.
Just to meet everybody, to have a face with the voices I've been meeting and talking to.
We're almost all there.
I mean, we get a host about every year, too, that comes that's new.
So maybe we'll get somebody else.
Maybe we'll get Carl B. or Ben the Breaker of the Banksters or future Dan to come.
Well, I was half joking by if I made a boatload of sterno.
Yeah, actually, the sterno is actually quite safe to travel with, I have found out.
Yeah, I imagine.
I mean, I used to cater.
We would take it everywhere.
Yeah, but I don't know if I'm going to drive with a tiny car with just chock full of napalm.
Napalm car?
No.
I used to travel with that stuff a lot,
but we also had metal containers that we put it in.
So it was different,
you know,
professional grade stuff.
All right,
Lois,
we got to get out of here. Cause I got to get this show up for everybody to hear.
All right.
So you're right.
Good night,
PBN family.
Thank you for your prayers,
prayer, prayers out to Clarksville. Thank you for your prayers.
Prayers out to Clarksville.
They were hit so hard.
If you can make any donations,
I think it's the National Electric Service.
They have links.
Because the money will go directly to them.
I've put a link in the show description if you want to help. If possible, yeah.
They're needing blankets.
You said National Electric Service?
NES, yeah.
They could use, people can use blankets, candles,
anything to keep warm because it is cold.
Tonight we're going to be 27 degrees.
You said NES, right?
Yes, and I believe it's national electric service or something like that
all right well i'll find it don't worry okay and if you can send me a link to those other places
i'm definitely going to look them up again but yeah i'm glad places uh your link about the the zero point energy oh yeah yeah yeah what model did you get
because i got the titan it's enormous they don't they don't do anything too small if you want
something smaller they might not be the way to go but they they'll do something so big it'll power
your whole it'll power 700 square feet everything you own well you know what maybe this could be
another thing
on another show because like it sounds like phil and i are kindred spirits that we are
not quite homesteaders we're city prepping but we can't go too big because of space concerns and
like sure that might be something we need to look at is trying to do a generator that won't cause so much noise.
It's an awesome unit, I can tell you that much.
I've been using it for six months now, and it's a powerhouse.
I mean, for one person in a 700-square-foot place, and I'm betting you don't use a lot of electricity,
you could probably get a week out of it if you were smart with it at full charge.
No solar, no inputs, just straight up burning the battery.
But all right, let's do it.
I'll get you guys a link to how to help the people in Tennessee if you feel so inclined.
It is the end of the year, all you business owners out there.
So be generous and cut them taxes.
I think that's about it, PBN family.
Yeah, if anybody got tax work work you know how to reach me
let me know and i'll get you in contact honestly get the book straight get the taxes ready
uh all right we'll talk to you guys later prep yes prep on bye thank you for listening to the
prepper broadcasting network where we promote self-reliance and independence tune in tomorrow You too. Prep on. Bye. Thank you for listening to the Prepper Broadcasting Network,
where we promote self-reliance and independence.

On the brink of blackouts again, as power demand reached an all-time record high overnight,
slivers of the Golden State plunged into darkness.
ComStars expects to continue with Stage 6, running blackouts for the rest of the week.
A scheduled outage on Thursday, but the one that happened Sunday, it wasn't scheduled,
it was unexpected, and it lasted longer than a day.
