And this story gets injected into the news, which in turn gets injected into your life, which then you have to deal with it. It's like rape.

Probably a bad example. But it is mind rape. It is this weird mind rape that happens to you when you're, you know, you got news. you flip open the phone you don't ask the phone to show you a thing the phone shows you what it wants and boom there you go pneumonic plague outbreak in Russia the United States is concerned

okay so now your mind's been raped by the news and you've got to go like all right I got to deal with this I got to figure out how to deal with this when I say the people who live on the path of self-reliance will live a better life a more comfortable life

this is what I mean because this kind of stuff can hit you on the middle of a Monday afternoon and you don't have to completely crumble or go into super, you know, anxiety mode over what is this COVID again? Are we going to do the lockdowns again? What is what is about to happen? Am I prepared for it? Of course I'm not prepared for it. Why would I be prepared for it? Right.
