Starting point is 00:00:00 Society in every state is a blessing. The government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil. The future has already arrived. day. Matthew 634 and just one minuscule example of what's hiding in the Bible to help you with your life. It's amazing that we can spin around in manic circles and we refuse to open that book. Refuse to get into that book and to look into that book for the real solutions that exist everyone within the sound of my voice i don't care who you are everybody's been in a situation where they've had tomorrow next week next month next years worries on their head
Starting point is 00:01:11 today's trouble's enough man today today's trouble is enough to deal with it it's plenty it's plenty for you to deal with and uh i think a lot of our anxiety and stress comes from the fact that we exist in the past and in the future. And there's no better way to screw up a day than to spend half of it in the past and half of it in the future. Oh, the boss did this to me back then. I can't believe it. I can't believe I let him do that. Oh, and this person or this situation is going to happen in the future. And if I don't do anything about it, it's going to be real bad. It's going to be so bad. going to be terrible. It's going to be the very worst situation. And you can have days where that
Starting point is 00:02:04 gets out of control. And now you've sacrificed an entire 24 hours, 12 hours, whatever it is, eight hours of your life to these thoughts that either don't exist or don't matter. Right. And remember, you get nothing back. Nothing comes back in this life. There's never a moment in life where someone comes around with a cart some guy with a strange you know 18th century french hat on and and walks around with a cart and says would you like a few days back how about a few days back would you like last monday back remember you were really upset and you were angry and you kept thinking and talking about the same shit over and over again in your head how about you take last tuesday back you want last tuesday back when you spent the whole day mad
Starting point is 00:02:57 at the guy that pulled out in front of you when you spent all day worried about the bills and how you were going to pay them you spend all day worried about the whatever the situation is that day gets evaporated right because moment to moment is evaporating the the intro to this show september the 10th the intro to surviving america me popping on here and going hey and and reading you Matthew 634, right? Today's trouble is plenty. That moment gone. That moment's gone. That's how quick a moment is gone. And it'll never come back. Sure, you'll get me next week the 17th and I'll be probably better shaved and probably have a better outfit on and maybe my hair will look real nice and I won't have this same outfit. But you'll never get September 10th intro back. It's just one
Starting point is 00:03:51 example. It's just one example. My son and I, we were out back to school night last night. And those are the moments. Those are the moments. And if you, if you were intentional about it, and if you tell your kids that those are the moments, you tell the people in your life that those are the moments, they'll understand that those are the moments. But all that, I've got books. I've got poems bookmarked over here. I've done countless shows about. about enjoying life, taking the time to enjoy life, saving today's troubles for today and tomorrow's for tomorrow, maybe not in that exact wording, but I've done these shows for years. It has no bearing over whether or not I fall back into the same high anxiety, high stress,
Starting point is 00:04:44 worrying about the yesterday and, you know, being insane about tomorrow. because we're all we're all trapped right into the world of the flesh we're all trapped in the world of the flesh the conversations of the flesh i i heard about those in hellraiser growing up i didn't read the bible growing up and i never knew i never understood the context really it's funny so real quick before we get rolling today's show is brought to you by our friends at Lima Tango Survival. Something told me today to put my Lima Tango Survival hat on. It's right over here.
Starting point is 00:05:29 And I didn't do it, man. I didn't do it. Brought you by Limitango Survival. The best backpacks, bug out bags, pre-made packs in the game. Okay? This is their gray man bag. It's amazing. Look at it.

You can barely even see the logo on the bag. And it's just one of those kind of bags. It's like a navy blue and gray, boring bag. It's the kind of bag that a gray man would carry.

Starting point is 00:07:31 We got much to cover today, guys. Life is short, okay? Life is short, baby. That's the theme today, if you haven't realized. You haven't noticed it. Life is short. Every single day, there's an opportunity for a moment. Let me do something real weird real quick.
Starting point is 00:07:47 Okay. Sometimes when I move around a lot, the camera starts. Last week, I stopped with the auto focus, and I just focused it on my head. And then for some reason, we went out, we had a football game, and my son was, what, touchdown, run, fumble recovery. What the hell else happened? It was a huge game. It was awesome. It was just a phenomenal game to watch.
Starting point is 00:08:15 didn't see that coming anyhow it's what I'm saying you got to slow down you got to enjoy your blessings man you know beware of the lingering thoughts and this is not something that you can do one time like it's it's not a mindset that you just hook into and then move on life's too high anxiety
Starting point is 00:08:37 it's just we're living through a moment it's insane and you got to warn people you know what I mean you don't have to come off the cross like be a prepper although everyone is a prepper everyone is a prepper now do you know that have you become aware of the fact that everyone around you is actually a prepper already they're the worst kind of prepper that can exist and it's not even their fault it's the reality literally everyone around you is the worst kind of prepper but they simply do not know it they are living in a world where the headlines, well, let's look real quick.
Starting point is 00:09:16 Let's just read some headlines. Because you sit there and you get on yourself, right? I'm living wrong. Oh, my God, in heaven. What? And this is why everyone's a prepper and they don't know it. World War III just started. I didn't even realize it.
Starting point is 00:09:35 I had no idea World War III just started. Guys, like, Hello. Welcome. The show has changed. The show has just changed. We're in a situation right now that I don't know when this happened. This is an ugly situation right here, folks. Poland shoots down Russian drones. Poland shoots down Russian drones. First time NATO has fired Europe on brink of war major escalation. Putin has crossed the lines. Elensky urges joint air defense. Let's dig down into this. this real quick this is uh this is big news here on surviving america and like i just told you man today's trouble is enough you wake up and you see poland says it shot down russian drones it violated its airspace during an attack on ukraine the kremlin said it did not plan to attack any targets in poland as leaders across the west condemn wednesday's incident as the latest sign of
Starting point is 00:10:38 escalation this is so all kinds of ugliness i mean this is all kinds of ugly this is russia moving into territory it's not supposed to be in probably doesn't care it feels let look i'm going off that sort of gut feeling right now it feels like they don't care whatever whatever uh poland said a number of russian drones entered its airspace during attack on ukraine Wednesday and were shot down with the help of NATO allies, a first since Moscow's full-scale invasion of its neighbor. Leaders across Europe condemned the incident as the latest sign of escalation from the Kremlin, which has rebuffed President Donald Trump's bid to broker peace talks. Russia labeled the accusation groundless and said it did not plan to attack any targets in Poland.
Starting point is 00:11:28 Its defense ministry said it had attacked a military industrial complex of Ukraine in a large-scale attack. Interesting wording. But that there were no targets envisioned for destruction on Polish territory. It said it was ready to hold consolations with the Polish Ministry of Defense on this matter. I mean, it is a wake-up called the NATO, which has worked, I think, is a good move. But suffice it to say, man, like, if we weren't the people that we are today, honestly, if this was 1950, 1960, whatever, like, I don't know. Poland says it shot down Russian drones that violated its airspace during an attack. Today's problems are enough.
Starting point is 00:12:21 Today's problems are enough for today. Right? When you've got that. But this is my point about everyone's a prepper. You didn't sign up for the emails. You didn't sign up for the headlines that you get day in and day out in your life. you know i'd love to get a snapshot of the news how do we get snapshots of the news does anyone know news headline snapshot is there something like that 2010 september september
Starting point is 00:12:52 news headlines in the september 2010 global issues sri lanka youth tamil you three discover life beyond the battle scarred North, the president is going to pay for what he's done. Ecuador police mutiny threatens democracy, rising, cross-border attacks, spurs, backlash. This is worldwide. It's not really what I'm looking for. Anyhow, suffice it to say that, like, every day it's a new gaggle of headlines that are stress and anxiety-inducing in your life, you know? I mean, it really is.
Starting point is 00:13:35 Nobody's giving you the tools to deal with it. class in high school teaches you how to manage the headlines in your life right there are a lot of people who can shut it down and get away from it whatever the situation is but because you are tied to this thing you're almost always going to have information let in that you don't even want in right like i didn't i certainly wasn't expecting to see that uh Oh, God. Poland and the U.S. are members of the NATO, which at its core is a mutual defense pact, meaning an attack on one may be considered an attack on all. Tusk said, who is Tusk?
Starting point is 00:14:24 He's a military operative. It's a great name. Belarus claimed that the drones had lost their way, quote-unquote, and that it also had shot some down over its territory. Oh, well, we can't have shit losing its way, Belarus. Belaruski, we can't have armed drones losing their way over European nations. The Polish military operational command called the drones in an act of aggression and initially urged residents to stay home. With three eastern regions at particular risk, it landed, it thanked NATO Air Command and the Dutch Air Force, who said it scrambled F-35, fight.
Starting point is 00:15:07 fighter jets. Pulling the U.S. are members of NATO. Tusk said he had activated Article 4 of NATO's treaty under which alliance members can demand consultations with their allies, and that he was in touch with the NATO Secretary General Mark Root called the incursion reckless behavior irrespective of whether it was deliberate. Yeah, what if one came down? What if one lost its way and came down on a Polish home? We're just waiting on the inevitable, you know what I mean? Really, it feels that way. U.S. warns hidden radios
Starting point is 00:15:44 may be embedded in solar-powered highway infrastructure. We talked about this. This is China. I remember. We talked about this months ago. And this is bringing me to my ultimate point in terms of the anxiety and stress, right?
Starting point is 00:16:00 The four-page security note, a copy, which was reviewed by Reuters, said the undocumented so undocumented cellular radios had been discovered in certain foreign manufactured power inverters in the bms imagine uh what do you think that is i'd love to know more about these radios undocumented cellular radios had been discovered in certain foreign manufactured power inverters and bms now what comes to mind when i read something like that is It's so hard to point mirrored. Look, you think you want to go right there,
Starting point is 00:16:40 but you don't even want to go right there. You want to go right here. You see this? You can you grab one? These things are like ancient now. These are like ancient now. They even feel ancient in my hands, but when the mesh-tastic thing kicked off,
Starting point is 00:16:57 this is what people were buying and selling. The lily go. The lily go. And it's sweet. It's everything you need, right? This is what you need. They're beautiful and functional. And this one might be dead.
Starting point is 00:17:16 But when you have a country like China sneaking radios into solar power devices, right? I don't care who the hell else was it? You know what I mean? Maybe it's not this tech exactly. But the way this tech works is if I have enough of these spread throughout, my neighborhood, then I can contact people via text. No cellular, no need for any kind of Wi-Fi, Internet whatsoever. We can communicate through our cell phones to these little boxes that basically relay. My text message hits this box, then leaves this box and hits your phone,
Starting point is 00:17:57 which is relatively close by, or this box hits another box that's nearby and so on and so forth. right to deliver that message why this is important is because well if you were setting up an operation and communications were going to be important within the united states wouldn't it be cool to pull up with all your buddies with black backpacks who crossed the border you know two years ago now you guys all gather together and you bring out your radio whatever that radio looks like your comms device and you know that there's already a mesh network across the whole of the United States because you sold this cheap solar panels and power inverters that we set up all over the place. And in doing so, we not only paid the Chinese government for those things
Starting point is 00:18:45 with Chinese business, whatever that is, but also we set up their comms network for them. So when they want to conduct sabotage on things like railways, on things like bridges and tunnels, right? We never see it. Maybe air flight travel, things like that. their mesh networks already set up they've got it set up it's waiting for them right think about it folks think about it folks all this stuff right leads us to my main point which is the only thing that gets you out of this kind of thing is action every single problem every single thing that you get into, the only thing that gets you out of it is action. And that's it.
Starting point is 00:19:38 Let's get into sort of the penultimate example. Should we do, yeah, we're going to do a one-threat-one solution. We're going to do the new graphic for one-threat-one solution. And then I'll read you yet another thing to worry about. And we'll talk about the solution. I don't know if you heard about this. I sure as hell didn't heard about this. But it's really an interesting one.
Starting point is 00:20:13 And it is, comes from the Grayman brief. Okay. It is a censorship brief. You could sign up if you want to get alerts from these guys on a regular basis, but I do warn you. You know what I mean? If you're going to get alerts on a daily basis,
Starting point is 00:20:29 then you're going to have a, a lot of anxiety and a lot of stress. Nervously sips coffee. What I was showing podcast audience just a moment ago was the Lily Goat mesh-tastic T-Echo radio. So the Bluff FTC accuses Gmail of mass censorship campaign to block conservative emails sent to spam or labeled them as dangerous. This is huge. this is huge and there's some people out there listening right now who understand how huge this is and if you're into email marketing if you're into newsletter communication if your business
Starting point is 00:21:14 runs on these things and a lot of conservative businesses do and did this is really raising the the body temperature a little right this is definitely raising the body temperature because I'm telling you right now, man, this is a rough one. Like, this is truly a rough one. Give me one set. This is a rough one because what we're dealing with is a situation where livelihoods are affected. This is a livelihood issue. If I send an email out and there's a link in it that I want you to click,
Starting point is 00:21:51 and that's a link to my book, that's a link to an affiliate product, that I make money off of. That's a link to a deal, like the one at PBN right now, PBN family. We'll talk about that in a minute, you know, a membership deal. All this stuff depends on getting to you. It depends on the email getting to you and you reading it and then making your own informed decision. Do I want to buy that book?
Starting point is 00:22:14 Do I want to do that thing? Do I want to do anything right now? But if Google's taking conservative emails and dumping them or was and dumping them into spam or flagging them as dangerous, or blocking them altogether. Anybody wants a class action lawsuit in the business of email marketing? Just reach out. Go to prepperbroadcasting.com, send a contact form.
Starting point is 00:22:40 I know a few people who'd also be interested, who we have watched, even this year, email marketing looked very different, very strange, right? a federal trade commission f tc investigation found google's email service gmail systematically censored conservative email the ftc accused gmail of partisan filtering alleging its spam system disproportionately blocked republican emails while allowing similar democratic ones the ftc warmed alphabet ceo sundar pichai that such practices could trigger further investigations and enforcement action saying gmail's filters quote keep Americans from receiving speech they expect or donating as they see fit. The FTC cited a report revealing that Gmail flagged fundraising emails linking to Winred Republican platform as dangerous, quote unquote, or spam, prompting a red warning banner while other emails with Act Blue, the Democrat sort of sister, links were delivered
Starting point is 00:23:47 normally. Google denied the claim stating spam filters apply. objective criteria equally to all centers, including users, spam, reports, and messages, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. The dispute reflects ongoing tensions over political bias and tech platforms. I mean, what do you expect the guy to say? So the reason I built one threat, one solution is because there's a list of stuff out there to drive you crazy every day. There's a list of things that will make you insane. In five minutes, we talked about World War III kicking off Russia, Polish planes shooting down Russian drones.
Starting point is 00:24:21 this morning, right? We talked about Chinese communications embedded in solar inverters. These are two monumental stories, man. You know what I mean? That the average person like sitting there going, it's probably like the equivalent of getting hit with a mental left hook. You know what I mean? Like, I didn't even recover from the first thing he said and then he hits me with this other thing, right? And now here we are. Story number three, another massive story, right? Because you got your whole life tied up on a Google Gmail account, and you expect it to be an email account. You expect the person or the organization who's sending you the email to be able to send you the email. But nothing works the way it's supposed to work anymore.
Starting point is 00:25:07 You know what I mean? So you had to get outside of it. You have to find the platforms that do what you want them to do. You have to find the things that do what you want to do. You have to prepare for these kinds of threats. But you can only do one threat at a time. I can only do one thing at a time fundamentally, right? You certainly can only do a handful of things well at one at a time.
Starting point is 00:25:30 That's the whole idea behind one threat, one solution, right? The beautiful thing about this is the one threat is being read on the one solution. So I'm getting this through signal on my cell phone. And this cell phone, in fact, is running on the graphene. and I guess I'll have to link it right now I have to link it is being run on the graphene operating system which means it's outside of Google
Starting point is 00:25:58 it's a ghost phone for my friends at bar 37 and it's phenomenal okay it really just is just is what it is you don't have to buy a ghost phone right now when I say action action doesn't always have to be what James just says making my heartbeat what some guy on the internet said is making my heartbeat and i don't want to think
Starting point is 00:26:23 about it anymore you can make the choice like i'm not going to think about it today okay it's going to come back right what you need to do is act and if if the action requires money that you don't have let's just get right down to nitty gritty right if the action requires money that you do not have like in other words oh my god i'm so terrified to drink the water i just read a report about our local water. It's terrible. I don't have $4,000 for a water filtration overhaul system in my house or whatever. There are a lot of really affordable, like screw on to the faucet water systems. I need to buy one just so we can kind of review it together and see what it's all about. But anyway, is the money solution? And then there's the decision solution, right? If you can't fix it
Starting point is 00:27:15 today if you can't buy a ghost phone today or even if you don't want to buy a ghost phone today but you know google's up your ass doing whatever they want to do manipulating your life however they see fit it's however they see fit stories like this are going to come out they're going to continue to come out they're going to you know if you can't fix it today then you can make a decision that's the what that's what i noticed with the host of the prep of broadcasting network i got this phone i started showing it all hey look what i got some of them are already on ghost phones hey look what i got i got it something cool um i think at least three hosts were like yeah we're going ghost phone too they don't have a ghost phone yet but you see how we're going to do that
Starting point is 00:27:59 it's not like oh maybe you know what i mean or i'll think about it another whatever if you can act or or make a decision in that moment that's one of the best ways to put anxiety to rest That's one of the best ways to take all this stuff that's eating away at you and put it to rest. We're going to do ghost phones. We're going to move to those funds. That's what we're going to do. When? I don't know when, but I'll start putting money away.
Starting point is 00:28:27 It's a decision. We have decided we're going to do it. Therefore, at some point in the near future or the far future, we're going to do it. This stuff, I mean, if you're not completely and totally inundated with news day in and day out, this kind of action, this kind of decision making, it will affect how you feel day to day. I mean, it really will. It will affect how you feel day to day because in your life, you'll be able to say, Google's acting crazy, fine, I'm not using Google device anymore. And I might not, I might be on a Google device right now, but not for long, right? Not for long. I mean, that's it. That's sort of the key. You know what I
Starting point is 00:29:12 mean if you want to enjoy your life if you want to take time and enjoy your life you have to make these decisions ellison rivals musk is world's richest hmm i don't know that this is the last we've heard about this poland thing i i'm really interested to see kind of what what the rest of europe has to say we're walking into some interesting territory, you know what I mean? There were Let me show you the image I'll bring the image up
Starting point is 00:29:55 because it wasn't one drone You guys see it pretty well This is one of those terrible sites That has more advertisements on it than the actual news But over there on the left side of Ukraine, you guys can see where the the drones slew into poland and it looks like it looks like six of them it looks like six of them and maybe even more because there were a ton one two three four
Starting point is 00:30:30 at least four that were close to the border right these drones come flying overhead can you imagine it's amazing they picked them up it's kind of impressive actually that they picked them up whatsoever you know it's a wild time guys it's all i could tell you it is a wild time how we it's not the same time it's different now than it's ever been and you just have to understand that when you're feeling weird like this is why you're feeling weird you're feeling weird you're feeling weird because you're living through a time that's never been like this. It's never been anything like this. Even when World War II was unfolding, you were sitting here waiting on
Starting point is 00:31:23 this to show up. You were like, oh, man, I can't wait. See what's going on in Europe today. You didn't wake up. And five seconds into waking up, you got the glowing light on your face, right? The light. And I was, You know, showing the phone to the face. You didn't have the glowing phone in your face immediately as you woke up seeing that, oh, my God, overnight, the largest drone strike in history hit Ukraine in multitudes of place. Oh, my God. And then some, you know, the next day we got Polish fighter jets shooting or surface to air, shoot.
Starting point is 00:32:04 I don't know what shot him out of the sky. He's real, man. You know, and that's one aspect of this life that we're living in. I've said it before, I'll say it again, and I know it doesn't hold as much weight because of who I am, right? Because of who I am, because of what I do for a living and, you know, because this is my business. I don't know how I would survive if I weren't prepping. I have no clue. I have absolutely no idea how I would survive this life.
Starting point is 00:32:38 I no doubt I'd be thinking like I wonder what how bad could an SSRI be right because just is what it is let's let's full screen this thing how do we full screen this this guy kind of kind of that'll work you see sometimes when I clip my shows it tries to clip my face no matter how small my faces and misses out on the important stuff um so look this is this is a part of action folks right this is a part of that this website pbnfamily.com this website is all action that's what it is i was talking to a guy yesterday a writer good writer you know what i mean um with a great background and we we don't do any blog stuff i don't have blog you know what i mean there's almost no writing or blogging on this website this is all video
Starting point is 00:33:36 This is all audio podcast content. This is the stuff. You know what I mean? This is the stuff that these are the ways that I have found. Let me explain it that way. Everything that you see here on this website, most all of our membership talk and stuff comes from my experience, right? It comes from what have I learned to do over the years that have,
Starting point is 00:34:02 that has helped me be more prepared and less anxious. over the nightmares that we see in the headlines every day, right? I'm an airhead, man. I need the annual preparedness master schedule. Like, I've got to have this thing. I can't keep up with everything I'm supposed to be doing. I'm not good at math. Food storage calories per five-gallon bucket is something I created so that I can look at buckets and go,
Starting point is 00:34:30 okay, that's where I'm at. Easy, right? prepper fit and health you guys know the deal right working out is pivotal paramount the whole thing in fact an upcoming prepper fit in health video is going to be a new VR workout app game whatever that i want you that i want to try personally and i want you guys to see you know what my thoughts are on that because you know one of the key elements to having success working out is you got to the things that you want to do. You got to have options, right? Bushcraft skills, not all of them are for preppers, but the ones that count, right? S-H-T-F chef, my background as a chef, we do that
Starting point is 00:35:16 inside of the shows, but I capture all the recipes here for you to refer back to, right, for our members. You join as a member, you get access to, you know, the disaster coffee, dry rub, nuke sub. A lot of these are tethered to, like, news stories of the day i don't know it's just fun so i actually stole it from michael savage to be honest with you shhtf chef shipwreck alfredo that's a great recipe right there oh the commanders tomato sauce essential look i don't want to sit here and explain to you all of the uh the magic right that is our membership website but we're doing it we're doing it right now we're doing it with a promo code discount for everybody, right? promo, promo code prep on gets you $10 off your annual
Starting point is 00:36:09 membership. That's $50 for the year. You go to pbnfamily.com and sign up. You get access to everything you just saw plus more, plus meetings, plus courses, you'd name it. And you do it for a year for 50 bucks. Okay. So if you're hearing what I'm saying, action or decision, today's trouble is enough man you know what i mean today's trouble is enough and the way that you get your head wrapped around today's trouble is through action or decision making they're not all easy decisions either but life gets so much better the moment you make the decision right the moment you you say even if there's a thing on the schedule that's like man i got to get this done today i got to get I got to get this done today.
Starting point is 00:37:00 And if the world throws enough obstacles at you that at a certain point, you start losing your mind. Like, I don't know if I'm going to get this done. I have to get this done. I don't know if I'm going to get it done. So every so often, to save yourself the nightmare, you just have to say, I can't do it. I'm not doing it today. I'm going to put a line through it in the book.
Starting point is 00:37:21 I can't do it. I don't have the tools needed. I don't have whatever the situation is. Because if you leave it on the back burner to simmer out of control, then it just becomes another layer of anxiety and stress. And really, guys, this stuff wears you the hell out, okay? This stuff wears you out. It wears me out. If it wears me out, it wears you out.
Starting point is 00:37:48 It takes a lot to wear me out. So over time, it wears you out. And you'll have these days where you go to sleep. I had one this morning, right? these days where you go to sleep and you go to sleep tired and nothing on your mind, right? And you wake up and there's like a light rain falling outside and it's sodden and gray. And you wake up and you feel like you've rested for the first time in a month, right? It was one of the driving factors behind today's show. It really was. It was one of the driving decisions on. I had two or three
Starting point is 00:38:26 different shows in my head now i know i should have did the world war three begins now show see if i did the world war three begins now show and then i took a picture of myself going and made that the thumbnail then i'd be a YouTuber and i'd be a lot richer but since i don't play that game that is what it is right but i even see glen beck doing the like the big face in the portrait now on his thumbnails i don't like this this is what i hate i hate the idea i was an a popular kid, right, that sat in at the table with all the kids with the painted fingernails and black clothes and dyed hair and all that. Like, when everyone starts doing the same thing, my brain immediately goes the other direction. You know what I mean? It just, it's been trained
Starting point is 00:39:14 that way. It's always been that way. I was poor. You know what I mean? So you find like popular clothes, popular shoes. You got to find another way to exist. You go the opposite way. like my parents ain't going to get me these expensive shoes they don't even have the money for it so you go the other you start to live this life this contrarian lifestyle right so when someone comes to me with this formula this equation and they're like look if you do say this do this do this take this picture post this this way you're going to have success and then you look around and everybody's doing the same thing it's like right instant nausea not doing it Just is what it is. So the whole idea behind today's show, though, was just that, was waking up, feeling rested and going, because when I feel these things, I automatically think of you. I automatically think of my fellow Americans, the listeners, and so forth, right? I think people are going through this stuff, too.
Starting point is 00:40:16 So let's talk about it. And then I heard a quote. I heard Matthew 634 this morning on a show that I was listening to on the ride to school with the kids. And I thought to myself, that's it, right? That is it because that's plenty, right? So don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today's trouble is enough for today. And that really is it, you know?
Starting point is 00:40:41 I could go on and on just about the things that I've messed up today worrying about tomorrow. You know, it's or the beautiful things that I've missed out on today because I was worrying about tomorrow. If you really do treat today like a checklist that is today, and you scratch everything off that checklist, and you can go to bed happy, or at least not necessarily always happy, but at least you're content with the efforts of the day, and sleep, and get good sleep, and really wake up and feel what it feels to be revitalized, I want more of that. You know what I mean? Give me more of that. It reminds me of going to like lift weights when you've taken five, six days off, right? Literally, right? I'll take like five, six days off of working out and feel, and here's the funny part.
Starting point is 00:41:41 I'll feel real bad about it. I'll be like, dude, get to work. Like, what the, what are you doing? Do you want to be weak? Like, what do you want here? Get to work, right? And then you go back in the gym and you pick stuff up that you're used to picking up and you're used to a level of strain. And that strain isn't there and it just comes right up and you go, oh, this is what my body actually feels like.
Starting point is 00:42:08 This is what my potential actually is when I'm rested, right? I'm just on this constant grinding, but we don't even feel the rest. Same thing with your brain. It's the exact same thing. Born to brap in chat says crazy how similar we think James are. the grain always. Yeah. It's an auto, it's an auto, it's like an auto move. It's like built into the move. It's like, it's like a searing sun. You're like, oh, God, what is this? Why is everybody doing the same thing? You know what I mean? For the love of money. I'm out of here,
