Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to PBN. Your path back to stability. You're listening to PBN. Take two, PBN family. What is up? Oh, there we go. We got a microphone now. Look at that. How's that work? We're here, just so you guys know, with the Instagram audience there sitting here to my left. I've got a dog with a big butt who's trying to knock the tripod over because I don't know what happens when I start talking on Instagram. The dogs gravitate to it. What's up, IG? You guys got
Starting point is 00:00:52 prepping questions, concerns as we get the ball rolling today. Feel free, throw them in the chat, whatever you want to do. But we're doing a podcast, a lead-up podcast to today's content. Talk a little bit about yesterday. We had a great show with Douglas Hogan last night. I hope you heard it. Came in around eight o'clock. I hope your electric vehicle started up today. Looks like they're having a little bit of trouble with the EVs in the cold, cold weather. What? Am I supposed to, you know, i'll tell you what i get a little bit sick of on these podcasts is parroting the news of the day oh my god you won't believe that oh my god you won't believe because that stuff's getting real old man you know our government decided today that the hootie rebels
Starting point is 00:01:42 the hootie rebels what's up militant hippie? We're doing a podcast and an Instagram live today, and we're doing it because I'm busy, and I need to do both. And I figured, you know what, let's do both together, okay? So the government decided that after getting attacked some hundred times, militarily speaking, by the Houthis and the Hezbollahs and so on, that the Houthi rebels, in fact, should be designated as a terrorist group once again. What are you starting to believe? Militant hippie. You guys know militant hippie from PBN. What do you mean you're starting to believe it?
Starting point is 00:02:31 What are you starting to believe? When will the apocalypse be? You got me confused with another individual. I can't answer that question. That's a question I cannot answer. I'm sitting here, though, looking at our annual preparedness master schedule. Does anyone have the annual preparedness master schedule? Okay. Sorry. Messages on top of it all. Does anybody have our annual preparedness master schedule? This thing is capable of so much for you in terms of preparedness. You know, we have, in our community, it's clear that we have people who are interested in the news and the apocalypse and how bad things can get and so on, and they do some prepping too.
Starting point is 00:03:29 And then there's people in our community who are legitimately concerned with being as prepared as possible for now and the future. And that's the best way to go. The best way to go is to be prepared for the here and now and the future because you're living it. You're living it. You're living through World War III right now. You're living through the degradation of multitudes of nations. You get that, right? It's not just America. You're looking all over the world. Multitudes of nations are in massive degradation. The more I see about China's economy, the more I see about China's population decline. There's no recovering for China from the population decline. I'll tell you what would petrify me if I were China. It's losing a lot of people to a war
Starting point is 00:04:18 in an already stark population decline. If I were in the driver's seat in a nation like China, I'd be very careful with my people because you can't support an economy, which maybe the only nation who is going to be able to support the birth decline might wind up being the U.S. because of the massive amount of illegal aliens flowing into the country. So, look, long story short, you're living through it. You know? You're living through it. And how do you prepare for it all?
Starting point is 00:05:03 The reason I created this schedule, guys, the Annual Preparedness Master Schedule, the reason I created this thing is because I like to fly by the seat of my pants like the next man, as much as the next man. I like to, you know, I have a little book here that is my life. Without that book, I'm lost, truly. I'm just not that kind of guy. I'm not that kind of person who is great at lining up tasks and knocking those tasks out every day just mentally. You know, I get distracted. I get into things. I get new ideas. I get manic about things. And that's just the reality, you know, of who I am. And I hope you've at least taken the time to admit to yourself the reality of who you are, because that's a big piece of the puzzle, right? So this document right here, you can check it out at PBN Family. No, you can't really. You can't really see it until you become a member. But
Starting point is 00:05:59 this document right here is an annual schedule, and it includes things like drills to run at home, like fire drills, shelter-in-place drills, and so on. And it gives you the opportunity within this master schedule to plug in when you want to run the drills. You can define how often you want to run the drills. You could say that our fire drill is going to be an annual drill. you want to run the drill. So you could say that our fire drill is going to be an annual drill. Our time frame will be annual, and the day that we will run it will be March, the third week in March. Every month has four weeks, so on and so forth for the full year. There's notes at the end of the year. First aid, firearms stuff. We had our very own Dane D. from the Gun Metal Armory, our trained in-house gunsmith, the man, the tactician here at PBN, put together some of his recommendations on buying ammunition throughout the year, range time throughout the year, and how to best prepare for those things.
Starting point is 00:07:00 You can erase everything that he's recommended and put your own stuff in. You get it? Fitness. Fitness sections, food production, power and fuel. You know, power and fuel is a huge one. That's a huge section in this master schedule that is incredibly valuable. Because how often do you rotate your gas? Do you store a bunch of gas?
Starting point is 00:07:24 And do you rotate your gas? Do you store a bunch of gas? And do you rotate your gas, right? A very effective, a very, very important and effective modality here. Maybe one of the most important tasks to a short-term disaster and your success therein is USB power quality control. In other words, like power bank QC. How many power banks do you have? Where the hell are they? How much are you going to depend on them? And are they charged? I'm sure that tons of people all the time lose the power goes out. They find themselves in a situation where they're scrambling to find a power bank to plug the phone up because it wasn't charged. They realize that there's like one bar on the, in the power bank and then that's dead, right?
Starting point is 00:08:18 So you could do a US something like a USB power or a, or a power bank QC on a monthly basis. And just one day out of the month, you go and make sure everything, your power banks and your batteries and your flashlights should all live in the same spot. Like that's called, in my family, in my household, that's called a blackout kit, right? That's what a blackout kit is for us. There's headlamps, there's flashlights, so on and so forth. And sorry, I just totally shut the window on you guys. That's what a blackout kit is.
Starting point is 00:08:52 A blackout kit is simple. Lights are out. Go get the kit. Lights come back on. You know what I mean? We got flashlights. We got headlamps. We got power banks.
Starting point is 00:09:03 We got batteries to run all kinds of stuff. We got flashlights, we got headlamps, we got power banks, we got batteries to run all kinds of stuff. But a major failure, you know, is, well, what happens when all those power banks are dead because nobody charged them? You know, another big one is generator inspection and maintenance. So you spent the money, right? You got yourself a generator, a gas, big powerful gas, 5,500 watt gas generator. And you never maintenance it. You never take care of it. You never inspect it.
Starting point is 00:09:30 I know several hosts on PBN who have suffered the same woe of power goes out, go try to start the generator. Fuel filters, crap, no oil, whatever. You name the situation, whatever it is, it don't start. Now you got to go buy a new one. Now you got to fix that one. It's pouring down rain. It powers out. All this stuff comes down to maintenance and having this master schedule to be able to get all of it on paper it's so rare that a person's walking around with everything that they have to do on a day-to-day basis and going well i can't wait to quality control all my bags this weekend make sure that they have in them the things that i need right it really is an excellent document. Again, you could go to pbnfamily.com and sign up for membership today. All of you members out there, you wonderful
Starting point is 00:10:35 members who support this network and give us, you know, just so much capability here. You guys should download this thing, man. Everyone should have the annual Preparedness Master schedule, even if you don't. See, the reason i'm harping on is because we're 17 days in there is so much to gain even if you start now even if you start 17 days in militant hippie says power goes out get closer to the wood stove light a candle and read a book it It's not bad. It's not a bad plan. That's a tough one with kids, though, I'll tell you that much. That's a tough game plan with the modern child, and maybe even the modern wife for some people, right? But yeah, sure. You can live it as austere as you like, and I, you know, I submit the more austere you live it, the easier the transition and all this is going to be. But if you're looking to sustain a level of normalcy
Starting point is 00:11:31 for your family and all that, well, you know, you better have your ducks in a row. What you don't want to be, because people love to do this to those of us who are prepared. One of the things people love to do to those of us who are prepared. What's up, Alpha Danger, RG Lewis, welcome in. They love it when things go wrong and they can say, I thought you were supposed to be like prepared. I thought you were like the prepper. I don't know why people love to do that, but man, if you're a prepper and you are around people who are not preppers and things go wrong and then like, oh, I forgot to pack my knife. Oh, they're like wolves. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:12:11 They start to drool like Pennywise. They're ready to be like, I thought you were a prepper. You're not prepared. Here, use my knife, loser. I don't know what that is, but that's the thing. of hand. Here, use my knife, loser. I don't know what that is, but that's the thing. Nobody's perfect, but you can avoid a lot of that by knowing where you're at on the maintenance and the care and all that kind of stuff of all your preps. And the cool thing about the master schedule is you just set it up, right?
Starting point is 00:12:47 You just set the thing up and you're good to go. The Militant Hippie asks, what about the challenge that you are 17 days into? So we're not doing challenges, hippie. We're just doing routines. Like we're not doing 75 hard. We're just doing routines. I think routine, the routine makes the man. Let's go with that. Well, the way that I put it is, you are what you do every day, okay? That's the fundamental makeup of you. No matter who you want to be, what you want to be, how you want to be, you are what you
Starting point is 00:13:18 do every day. And, you know, it's critical. It's critical for you to understand that. It's critical to understand that just by tweaking your daily routine, you can become what you want to be. Do you know what I mean? right on into 2024 with a routine we're calling setting the tone, right? Set the tone. It's a day A and a day B routine setup. So day A, we do X number of things. Day B, we do X number of things, and then we transition back and forth, you know? And I think that's going to be probably the design of these routines going forward. We're going to do one for every month. Some general listenership will be included in some of these routines throughout the year, but the members will be included in all of them. You know what I mean? So it is what it is. If you are so inclined, I can tell you one thing. If you do the things that we do each and every day You're going to be a very different person
Starting point is 00:14:28 Come the end of 2024 I am 50 I'll give you an example So I'm 50 squats and pushups in on our 100 squat and 100 pushup day A exercise for today We call it the Rogan 100 because I heard Joe Rogan talking about doing 100 bodyweight squats and 100 push-ups as a warm-up to his workout. And I said, you know what? That seems like a great way to start day A's routine or
Starting point is 00:14:59 included in day A's routine. But it's not just physical fitness stuff. You know, we're doing, we're doing, it is a lot of physical fitness. But we're doing stretching, we're doing cold torture, we're doing, and hippie, I owe you a cold plunge video, don't I, buddy? You want to see me all miserable and blue-lipped. And that's fine. It has its benefits, I'll tell you that. We're also doing dry fire practice on day B. So day B, we're doing dry fire practice. And just to wrap your head around that, just by including dry fire practice in your day-to-day,
Starting point is 00:15:40 half the month, right? That means that our group, to set the tone for January 2024, to set the tone for 24, we've committed to dry fire practice 15 days out of the month. Some of you might say, I do 30 anyway, so whatever. Some of you might say, I've never fired my weapon once, and some of you may be in between. Some of you may be in between. What I know is, what I know is, by the end of this month, I'm going to have a lot more dry fire practice than I would have gotten otherwise. Why is that?
Starting point is 00:16:15 Because it's on a routine. Do you know, the daily tasks for my businesses has now mutated into a routine for all of you out there who are inclined to join us and get involved and do the work. It's not going to be easy, you know. But if you do it, you will be better prepared. You will be in better shape by the end of the year. Well, you'll be in better shape. If you follow our routines, you'll be in better shape in three months probably, like noticeably. Now, next month, we are going to do a routine that's open to all. I don't know how I'm going to set it up just yet, but I know at least half of that routine is going to be mental health driven, spiritually driven, okay?
Starting point is 00:17:08 So that might not be the best month for physical fitness, but I may do a day a day B set up in that routine also for the month of February, where you get the physical fitness aspects and then the spiritual aspects on day B day, a physical day B, you know, whatever. Um, what else? That it be live tonight i am liberty show don't miss it on the prepper broadcasting network come join us in the live chat room if you go to prepper broadcasting.com and go up to the live show up above you can join right into the live chat room our the rest of our chatting functionalities are encrypted and hidden from the world. And if you want to get involved in that, you need to let me know. You need to join the live chat and say, hey, give me access to the rest. Why do we do that? Because the internet is filled with
Starting point is 00:17:57 scoundrels. The internet is filled with haters, man. And I set this network up very weirdly okay i set it up with with i don't have max audience in mind and i don't have max dollars and cents in mind okay i have different motivations motivation probably number one is a cool ass group that participates in the podcast, listening and chatting. That's probably number one. Another huge motivation is not to take any money from any company that would like to silence me, which is why when Instagram says, like to silence me you know which is why when instagram says hey you want to monetize do you want to monetize all those followers of yours i say no i'm good i don't want to monetize all those followers because the moment i monetize all those followers that's when instagram gets to say you said some bad words on your last on your last instagram live and if you keep that up then we're gonna take
Starting point is 00:19:05 your money so we say what the hell we want on pbn and we've set the business up that way okay so some some what that means is that access to some things is a little bit difficult you know it's not as easy as joining our discord you know why because we got thrown off a discord we got thrown off a discord. We got thrown off a discord almost instantly. And I don't even know why. They never even told us why. So, you know, we've built our own little corner of the internet that's safe from crazy people. And it's a good time. I appreciate you all. Again, I'll be live 8pm tonight for a full podcast. I don't know what the hell i'm talking
Starting point is 00:19:45 about yet hopefully inspiration hits me i've got quite a hefty day set before me so i'm sure things will come um yeah thanks for joining me get used to these we might have a little more tethered together uh conversations because they save time. Do they save me time, though? Because I just spent 20 minutes, and usually my daily audio caches are about 10. I don't know. I appreciate you all. Thanks so much. And I'll see you later tonight for the I Am Liberty show.
