I don't want to set the world
We are not merely transferring power from one administration to another or from one
party to another, but we are transferring power from Washington DC and giving it back to you, the people.
What's going on guys?
It's your boy, L. Douglas Hogan.
And currently I'm running solo, so this will just be a monologue.
My sidekick, my associate, my partner in crime, my co-host Ryan Buford is running a little
late.
He might not be able to make it.
He's got some stuff going on at home and that's okay.
If he makes it, he makes it.
I'll just add him into the conversation.
I already texted him, told him to give me a buzz if he's able to join going on at home. That's okay. If he makes it he makes it I'll just add him into the conversation. I already texted him told him to give me a buzz
If he's able to join us and that's all good. Anyway, what a week it has been actually it's been a couple weeks, hasn't it?
I think I might have released a double a double whammy on you guys just
Just last week
Anyway, I might have been a couple weeks before that last drop two on on you anyway I'm sorry about that things been crazy around here has been very
very hectic it's just you guys know how life is it I've been sick I caught the
rhinovirus and you know I was down and out hard for two weeks and I had
literally just gone on full-time police work and I had no benefit time couldn't
take off had a power through and so I did that and then a couple
weeks recovery after that then I caught some kind of other secondary
respiratory and again more of the same. This was more chest than the
original and a lot of heavy coughing and a couple weeks of that and I'm currently
on the downhill. I'm still coughing, still hacking up some stuff, but at least I got my voice back.
Cause there for a while I was coughing so hard,
absolutely no voice whatsoever.
But I'm thankful that is over with.
Anyway, wow, there's just been a lot going on.
I know, hey, Trump won the election, right?
Trump won the election and I was really worried.
You guys listen to this show,
you know I was worried first of all,
first and foremost for January 6th,
are we gonna get past, you know, January 6th, the
confirmations, the votes, and all this that has to go on on January 6th of every
election cycle and then we had to get through January 20th for the formal
inauguration and I'm just thankful that it happened inside. I just had bad
feelings all the way around and I was seriously doubt, doubting the whole way
through the last four years there would even be another Republican president ever again or I
should say even even a conservative president at that it's just something I
was worried about because the state of the affairs has been going in such the
wrong direction and it seemed like we were going in the direction that we
could never come back from and I have to admit I made a mistake I missed my I
miscalculated and underestimated America's resilience.
We came back.
We came back from it.
There's a lot of work to do.
There's still a lot of work to do.
You know, guys know that everybody's listening to this.
I'm not a big fan of executive orders.
Trump has been signing a lot of executive orders.
And executive orders are fine for things
that are not law binding.
Things for the cabinet and the way the government operates for example, those are those that's what executive
orders should be used for. Kind of you know policy and procedure not for law.
The executive branch does not write law. Let me just make that perfectly clear
that's what the legislative branch is for, that's what the House is for, that's
what the Senate is for. Together with their Congress and the Vice President
is the chairperson of the Senate and they vote only when there is a tie in the Senate.
And then, you know, if they approve a bill between if the House writes a bill or approves
and goes to the Senate and vice versa, and then it goes on up to the President and he
can either veto it or sign it into law.
That's how laws are made.
It's not designed for a President to write with a pen, the power of the pen, to write
just a pen stroke or two and make a law. That's not how this country operates.
And unfortunately that's how things have been in the past and we don't want it to
be that way no more. And America has spoken. Anyway, so Trump has signed
several executive orders
which are binding to his administration.
I haven't gone through,
there's been some 200 executive orders.
Again, not a fan of executive orders,
but so far the ones that I've seen,
I'm a big fan of them.
And I just want to play some sound bites,
maybe talk a little bit about some of the executive orders
that I've heard him sign when
I say heard I mean I'm listening to audio I'm watching videos on YouTube of
him signing these executive orders and he has somebody there sometimes telling
him what the executive order is of course he knows what these are before he
signs them but he wants a narrator to let him know so that people understand what is being signed and we can have,
be part of the process.
All that being said, these are just some
of the executive orders that Donald Trump signed on day one.
The initial recession of harmful executive orders in action,
so a bunch of the executive orders that Biden wrote,
he basically undid them.
That's how simple it is to get rid of an executive order.
If they're not signed into law,
when there's a law that goes through the legislative process
the way it's supposed to be,
a law could only be changed by the legislative process.
So if you're gonna come in as a president,
think that you're gonna sign into law via executive order,
which isn't the way that it works,
or certainly isn't the way it was designed,
then the next president comes in behind you
can simply write an executive order that gets rid of it.
It's quite simple.
So he did that, he got rid of several executive orders
that Biden wrote, thank God that that happened.
He restored freedom of speech, ending federal censorship.
There was a lot of that going on.
You guys heard me complain about this in the past
with TikTok and Twitter. I've talked about the Twitter files. I've also talked about how Zuckerberg
has communicated and talked about how the Biden administration treated him and talked out of them
and made them censor conservative leaning voices. He also ended the weaponization of the federal
government, which should never have been a problem to begin with. He simply signed executive order,
which, you know, if some, here's the kicker with this.
They were, there's no executive order or no law
saying you can't weaponize the law against the president,
because nobody's ever been that stupid to do such a thing.
Nobody's ever said, let's weaponize the law
against the president, but it happened here, you know,
and we've seen it with all the sham trials
that they put Trump through, okay?
So here's the thing, so he wrote an executive order
citing making illegal via executive order
essentially ends weaponization of the federal government.
Okay, so we can't go after a president,
we can't create law fair, so to speak.
So this is brilliant to me because first of all,
there should not be a law saying you can't do this
because it goes without saying,
you don't misuse and abuse the law.
Unfortunately, there's judges who allow this to happen,
merchant, excuse me, who allow this kind of thing to happen.
So what president who would come behind him,
just out of curiosity, I'm just thinking,
what president would come behind him and say,
you know what, I'm gonna write an executive order
that reengages the weaponization of the federal government
against former presidents.
You see what I'm saying?
Nobody, so him writing this executive order
is kind of brilliant because who's gonna come behind him
and undo that?
Crazy.
So another one is I put the America first
in international environmental agreements.
The application of protecting Americans
from foreign adversary controlled applications,
like on TikTok for example.
I'm gonna try to read this.
Application of protecting Americans
from foreign adversary controlled applications act to TikTok. Let's try to read this. Application of protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act
to TikTok.
You know, TikTok has been kind of a big deal.
And if you had TikTok and they shut it down,
what was it?
I wanna say January 28th, I think.
I might, no, no, I'm sorry, January 19th.
My, it's somewhere around there.
It's around mid, mid, mid, around mid to on the late side of January,
mid side of late January, they shut down TikTok
because of the ban that went into law.
Okay, so it pretty much went down.
They no longer, which means there's no spyware,
it's not attached, you can't go and download it anymore.
Like you cannot download TikTok.
If you currently have TikTok on your devices, you can still access TikTok. It wouldn't wait for like half
a day for like 12 hours and then it came back. So if you already had TikTok and you never
deleted off your phone, guess what? It's still there. You can go log back in and you can
mess around TikTok. You just can't get to updates. Unfortunately, if you deleted TikTok guys, you can't go and download it again
because Play Store and Google Store, Apple Store,
all these places where you go and get these apps
are not gonna have it anymore.
He withdrew, thank God, the United States
for the World Health Organization.
That's a biggie, I'm so thankful for that.
We don't need the World Health Organization
who pushes a lot of global control upon the
confiscation of rights, American rights, bodily autonomy, stripping us of that kind of thing.
We don't need that.
We don't need any kind of outside entity, even inside entities, bad enough.
We don't need no outside entity trying to tell us what we can and can't do with our
bodies, trying to force mandates and all this. It'd basically be the Biden administration on steroids.
He restored accountability to policy influencing positions with the federal workforce.
He's holding formal, he wrote an executive order to hold former government officials
accountable for election interference and improper disclosure of sensitive government information
Everybody see everybody's if Trump was guilty of this. Why were you writing executive order to hold them accountable?
You see I'm saying it's because the Democrats in the past have always
accused
Been the accusers of things that they were actually in fact guilty of. So they would do something insanely like collude with Russians
and then blame Trump for colluding with Russians.
So he did that. He clarified the military's role in protecting the territorial integrity
of the United States. He wrote an executive order unleashing American energy. Drill, baby, drill.
Realigning the United States Refugee Admission Program.
Protecting the meaning and value of American citizenship.
In other words, you guys, when you come into this country,
you ought to be able to speak English,
you ought to be able to take a test of American history.
Do you remember back in the old days
when you see videos of people who went through
the process the correct way,
and people were taking pictures, recording videos,
and they were so proud that they waited
and they went through the process
to become actual American citizens?
That's how it should be.
There should be a test.
Absolutely should know our language.
You should be able to speak English.
You should be able to take a test of American history
and know these kinds of things. You shouldn't be able to go to driver's should be able to take a test of American history and know these kinds of things.
You shouldn't be able to go to driver's license facility
and have less documentation to get a license
than an actual US citizen does.
And that actually happened to me and my son.
I took my son and we went to get his driver's license.
He had more documentation than an illegal immigrant
to my right who was able to get a driver's license
with one sheet of paper, one sheet of paper and got a driver's license with one sheet of paper,
one sheet of paper, and got a driver's license.
And that's not fair.
It's not fair to the American people.
He's securing the borders again, thank God,
restoring the death penalty and protecting public safety,
declaring a national energy emergency,
reevaluating and realigning United States foreign aid,
protecting the American people against invasion,
unleashing Alaska's extraordinary resources resource potential protect the United
States from foreign terrorists and other national security and public safety
threats America first policy directive to the Secretary of State he's
establishing and implementing the president's Department of Government
Efficiency that's the thing that Elon Musk is a part of with Vivek Ramaswamy.
There's a third person in there.
And I think they're going to do a great job.
And they already got rid of something.
Did you guys know this?
I did not know this.
That Biden actually had a museum,
the taxpayer-funded museum for corn pop.
I kid you not.
Corn pop.
Do you guys remember that? Here, let me see if I can pull this up real quick here.
Corn pop.
Corn pop was a bad dude and he ran a bunch of bad boys. And I did, and back in those days, you saw how things had changed.
One of the things you had to use if you used pomade in your hair, you had to wear a bathing cap.
And so he was up on the board with a list of them and I said listening I said hey Esther you off the board or I'll come up and drag
you off well he came off and he said I'll meet you outside my car this was mostly these
were all public housing behind it my car there was a gate out here I parked my car outside
the gate and I he said I'll be waiting you. He was waiting for three guys in straight razors.
There was a guy named Bill Wright, the only white guy.
And he did all the pulls.
He was the mechanic.
And I said, what am I going to do?
He said, come down here in the basement where mechanics,
where all the pull filter is.
You know, there used to be a chain
that went across the deep end.
And he cut off a six foot length of chain. He folded up and said, you walk out with that chain.
And you walk to the car and say, you may cut me man, but I'm going to wrap this chain around
your head. I said, you're kidding me. He said, no, if you don't, don't come back. And he was right.
So I walked out with the chain and I walked up to my car and they had stepped those days
used to remember the straight race you'd bang them on the curb get them rusty put them in
the rain barrel get them rusty and I looked at them but I was smart then I said first
of all I said well I tell you get off the board you get off the board I'll kick you
out again but I shouldn't have called you. Esther Williams, I apologize for that. I apologize but I know that apology is going to work. He said, you
apologize to me? I said, I apologize. Well, I'm not for throwing you out but I apologize
for what I said. He said, okay, close the straight razor and my heart began to beat
again. And by the way, you know, I sit on the stand and it get hot. I got a lot of, I got hairy legs that turned,
that turned blonde in the sun.
And the kids used to come up and reach in the pool
and rub my leg down.
So it was straight and then watch the hair
come back up again.
They look at it.
So I learned about roaches.
I learned about kids jumping on my lap.. I learned about kids jumping on my lap.
And I've loved kids jumping on my lap. Of course, Joe, you love kids jumping on your lap. What a weirdo. So that's corn pop. And so when I talk about Doge, the Department of Government
Efficiency, doing a good job, that's what I'm talking about. Elon Musk, I believe, is the one
who found this. At least the reporting I saw is one that said
Elon Musk got rid of the Corn Pop Museum.
It was like the first thing he did when he took office.
On January 20th, Corn Pop had a taxpayer,
Biden created this, a taxpayer funded museum.
That's my friend is government waste.
I think actually you know this is
just me but I don't think any president should have any kind of museum until
they maybe perhaps deceased you know they've actually become history. I don't
think Trump should be saving stuff and creating his own museum you know.
Clinton did it, Obama did it, all these presidents they're still living they have their own presidential museums I think that's hogwash I think
there should be some number of years past before presidents should have a
museum that's just me speaking I don't let me know those guys would know what
you think about that but that's just me and I'm thankful the Doge got came up
came together and got rid of that thank goodness goodness. Freaking corn pop. I love kids jumping on my lap.
Anyway, he signed an executive order defending women from gender ideology
extremism and restoring biological truth to the federal government. I got another
soundbite I'm gonna play on that one a little bit later. I'm thankful for this
one. I'm a big supporter of this one. I'm so sick of the woke gender ideology
thing and the pronouns it's
ridiculous. He's getting rid of it in the federal government. I know my brother is
a federal employee he's gonna be happy to see it go. I'm you know I was a state
employee if I was still working it would probably start still be seeing it
because we work for JD Pritzker and he's far far from from removing such nonsense.
Ending radical and wasteful government DEI programs and preferencing, that's good.
That's absolutely good because nobody should be hired
based upon who they're having sex with.
What's what DEI is?
Diversity, equity, inclusion.
It's not all about hiring black people.
That's what we've had affirmative action
for all these years, that kind of thing.
DEI is about hiring LGBTQ, LLP, the alphabet folks.
Why does everything have to be sexual related?
If you're gay, just be gay and do it quietly.
Do it professionally, be quiet about it.
Nobody cares what your sexual preference is.
We shouldn't be hiring people based on
who they sleep with at night
or what their sexual preferences are.
That's perversion.
So he's reforming that, thank goodness.
Designating cartels and other organizations
as foreign terrorist organizations
and specifically designated as global terrorists.
I'm not sure what to think about this one
because terrorism has a very specific set of definitions
and you just can't label someone a terrorist.
It has to have specific, everything that,
the cartel for example, they have to be,
have some kind of, I wanna say religious motivation.
As I recall it, there's very strict guidelines
unless they've chipped it away at it through the years, there's very strict guidelines, unless they've chipped away at it through the years,
there's very specifics that you have to meet,
criteria to meet to be labeled a terrorist.
And I'm not sure the cartels will be considered,
it's a criminal organization.
I don't know that it could be identified
as a foreign terrorist organization.
I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. I'm not a politician.
Anyway, let me see here,
restoring names that honor American greatness.
So yeah, those are some, that's just on day one.
So he was very busy on day one.
Here's a sound bite I want to play
on the January 6th mass pardon.
And we'll get back to some of
this other stuff here real quick here but listen this the January 6th mass
pardon. Yes sir first we have a list of pardons and commutations relating to
events that occurred on January 6 2021. Okay and how many people is this? I think
this order will apply to approximately 1,500 people, sir.
So this is January 6th, and these are the hostages.
Approximately 1,500 for a pardon.
Yes.
Full pardon.
Full pardon or commutation?
Full pardon.
We have about six commutations in there where we're doing further research.
Nice to see you again. So this is a big one. Anything you want to explain about this? We hope they come out tonight, frankly.
They're expecting it.
Approximately 1,500 people.
Six commutations.
We're looking at different things, but the
commutations would be the ones that we'll
take a look and maybe it'll stay that way or it'll go to in a full pardon.
And the order does require the Bureau of Prisons to act immediately on receipt of the pardons
and commutation orders.
So that's all good news.
What I don't like about this is that the loony left is already attacking it.
And I guess at some point they was reported and I haven't seen it in the January 6th commission reports, but some of the left and when I talk to the, I'm talking about, you know, the mainstream
media, the legacy media are confronting Trump in their line of questioning and they're asking him
specifically about some J six rider that grabbed a taser and shocked a police officer. I haven't heard such a
thing until recently. That seems, it's crazy that's their focus.
That's their focus when we have Biden who just left office
and he pardoned how many people, some of them were cop killers, rapists, and child killers and
not a single one of them questioned Joe Biden about that stuff but they want to
question this and that's that's the direction they despite the landslide
red wave victory that just happened they They're completely oblivious to that.
And this is why their ratings continue to sink and plunder.
Because they're concerned about this ludicracy.
People are actually asking these dumb questions
when the ex-president who just walked out of office,
pardon me, cop killers, rapists, and child killers killers and that to me is sickening here's
uh one on the gender identity executive order that said we'd talk about but there is a significant
change in these executive orders this is cbs news definitions let me read to you what the
executive orders will say it will be the policy of
the U.S. government to recognize two sexes, male and female. Federal employees will use
sex and not gender in all agency communications. Agencies will reflect sex accurately at the
State Department and the Department of Homeland Security, these executive orders outline,
including on government documents and on passports.
The government will not support gender ideology through any communication forums, these executive
orders will say, including transgender visibility day.
The executive orders will promote privacy in single sex spaces like rape shelters, migrant
shelters and prisons.
These are all parts of not only the way the federal
government is organized but the way it talks to itself and it talks to the
country and on this question of sex or gender these executive orders to come
are quite explicit. But...
Hip hip hooray! Hip hip hooray!
Can I get an applause from somebody, from anybody. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Yes, that is good news.
That's really good news.
I'm thankful for that.
You know, my kids are growing up.
I still have a 15-year-old.
God forbid I ever see a man walking into the restroom behind her.
Just saying.
Let's take a moment real quick here to hear from our sponsor.

Okay, what about Trump also declassified a lot of the JFK stuff.
RFK was on board with it.
He was like, I think it's a good idea. He said, because there needs to be transparency. There was some, I guess a letter that went out
from one of the kids of Robert F. Kennedy
that they were playing that went down
and something about the truth is far worse,
more sorrowful or more sad.
I don't know.
I don't know all of it. There's just a lot of stuff going on. I haven't got my hands on the declassified information. What I
have heard though is that it's been declassified finally and there was some
stuff in there about North, Operation Northwoods. Apparently Operation Northwoods was declassified some time ago in March of 1962.
But there's references to this in this
declassification information that Trump just declassified.
Because apparently the assassination of JFK
was part and partial to that Northwoods,
Operation Northwoods.
And basically, if you haven't looked it up,
go look up Operation Northwoods.
Again, this is 1962 and is declassified in March.
And there's a lot of sinister stuff on there.
And I'm quoting here from the 12 page,
it's like 12 pages,
and it was all signed by the Joint Chiefs.
And it says, it actually says, quote,
commit heinous acts against US citizens
to justify war with Cuba.
And it goes on to talk about other things
like blowing up US ships and saying that Cuba did it.
You see what I'm saying?
So this is how, and this is where the left has been
with their media for a long time.
They literally will believe anything that the government tells them.
So here we have in 1962, it's been declassified all these years, some 60 years it's been declassified.
And from that point on, I mean, the media can literally just be told anything by the
government.
You hear them talking about it.
Ultimately, JFK said, no, I'm not going to do it.
And he was assassinated for it.
And that was part of the information that was released.
But it's just incredible to me that I never heard of North
Woods, Operation North Woods.
But to think that the atrocities, any atrocity
against American citizens, what the government will do
to justify an agenda is appalling to me. They were doing it
back then and I still believe that they're doing it today. I believe they're
doing it in much more heinous ways than blowing up US ships. But atrocities
against US citizens, I still believe we're seeing that. I really, really do. I
think the government's doing it and I believe they're doing it to justify gun
control. You know, you've all heard the conspiracies and the other actors and a lot of these people like they're showing up and after crisis after crisis
As long as you're within a few you know not far apart from each other you can see these people again and again and again
And it's looking up for yourself. You know I don't want to deep dive too deep because I again
I don't know this this show here
I talk about conspiracies every once in a while, and I always tell you to go and look it up for yourself
I can't say yeah or nay for sure but all a while if they don't look like twins
It's a lot of these these people could be crisis actors. They look
From moving from this place this throw boomer they get killed and then they're alive again over here
It's just it seems awful weird or crisis actor talking out how they they went to school there and they saw this
They saw that then all of a sudden they're in the school here
Like how many times is this guy gonna this lady gonna be in?
In an atrocity in a great school atrocity or high school atrocity where there's shooters involved, you know
Like active shooting situations how many times this person is highly highly unlike
I'm very very unlucky and Pam Bondi seems to be doing a really good job.
She's been, I heard Pete Hegseth got confirmed,
but Pam Bondi is still, I guess, in the hot seat,
and there's some kind of delay, thanks to pencil neck Schiff.
I just want to, I would be remiss if I didn't play
a little clip here, just a couple minutes
of Pam Bondi totally owning Adam Schiff because he's a nasty person.
He's a bad, he's in binary, a bad dude.
Let's listen to this.
This is Pam Bondi again and Adam Schiff.
Are you frightened because evidence was destroyed against President Trump that was false?
The president has said Jack Smith should go to jail.
Will you investigate Jack Smith?
Senator, I haven't seen the file.
I haven't seen the investigation.
I haven't looked at anything.
It would be irresponsible of me to make a commitment regarding anything without... you're a long
practicing attorney without looking at a file. So you would need a factual
predicate to open an investigation of Jack Smith, isn't it? Not a
summary by you sitting here, yes sir. And not a summary by the president either,
right? Absolutely. So a summary by the president or his desire to investigate Jack Smith would not be enough
for you to open an investigation of Jack Smith, is that right?
I will look at the facts and evidence in any case.
You know, 72%...
What are they worried about?
If Jack Smith didn't do anything wrong, then why all the pardons?
If Biden's family didn't do anything wrong, then why all the pardons? If Biden's family didn't do anything wrong, then why all the pardons?
And that's another thing Biden actually recently pardoned his family and and oh Anthony Fauci. That's a big one
He pardoned Anthony Fauci for crimes and his family for crimes. They may have committed, you know
That's not going to hold up and it's outside the scope of a pardon. Crimes that he may have committed, really.
And you think that Russia or Sweden
or any of these other countries
that are against a lot of these crimes against humanity
that Anthony Fauci is guilty of,
that a pardon in the United States
is gonna sate their hunger to see him swinging from a tree
They want this man to answer for the crimes and atrocities. He's committed against humanity
And it only makes me think I already know we knew these guilty. I've known this all time of these atrocities
But Biden knows it too that makes him complicit. Otherwise, why would he be pardoning him?
Back to Adam Schiff trying to protect Jack Back to Adam Schiff trying to protect Jack Smith.
Senator, 72% of Americans have lost faith in the Department of Justice.
Sitting here today, sitting here today, are you aware of any factual predicate to investigate
Jack Smith? Sitting here today, yes or no?
Senator, I will look at the facts and the circumstances of anything brought to me. You can't answer that question? You're not a part of the
department yet. There's no worry about divulging law enforcement sensitive
information. So just tell us, are you aware of a factual
predicate to investigate Jack Smith, yes or no? Senator, what I'm hearing on the
news is horrible. Do I know if he committed a crime? I have not looked at it.
You seem reluctant to answer a simple question.
Let me ask you a different simple question.
The president also wants to jail Liz Cheney sitting here today.
Are you aware of any factual basis to investigate Liz Cheney?
Yes or no?
Senator, that's a hypothetical and I'm not going to answer that.
No, no, it's not a hypothetical.
I'm asking you sitting here, whether you are aware of-
Why would she disclose that anyway?
If she had evidence and information,
why would she disclose that information to him?
You see what I'm saying?
It just, you don't do that.
You don't disclose information ahead of an investigation.
You don't disclose what evidence you have to the defense,
which Adam Schiff would be on the defense
because he's neck deep in the left lunacy, why would you
disclose, why would anybody disclose evidence ahead of an investigation or a
trial, a future trial? You would not and she should not answer that question and
she's right in doing so.
A factual predicate to investigate Liz Cheney.
Senator, no one has asked me to investigate Liz Cheney.
That is a hypothetical.
The President has called for it publicly.
You are aware of that, aren't you?
No one has asked me to investigate Liz Cheney.
But the President has called for this.
We're also worried about Liz Cheney, Senator.
You know what we should be worried about?
Ms. Bondi, please answer my questions.
The primary in California right now is to live the roof.
Ms. Bondi, my question is this.
That's what I want to hear.
My question is this. Do you have the power to say no to the President? And what you're
suggesting today by your non-answer is you don't have the independence to say no to the
President. So let me ask you a different question. It also requires you, if you're going to be
a good Attorney General, to be able to tell hard truths to the president so my questions now are can you
tell hard truths to the president so let me start with an easy truth that you
could speak to the president can you tell us can you tell him that Donald
Trump lost the 2020 election can you can you say that do you have the
independence to say that you have the theitas, the stature, the intestinal fortitude to say Donald Trump,
you lost the 2020 election? Can you tell us that here today?
Senator, what I can tell you is...
This light of question right here is coming from a man who was a part of the system that
refused to say that Joe Biden was incapable and mentally inept.
And they said that he was 100%, that he was focused like a laser beam,
that he was intense, that he's absolutely up to the job,
there's nothing wrong with him, on and on and on.
Like they praised him, they rolled out a red carpet,
laid, throwed rose petals out before him when he walked,
until the debate with Trump.
And after that, they freaked out, they got all scared.
And voila, all of a sudden the unclassified documents case that they were investigating
Biden for came back that, well, we can't really do anything. We can't really charge him because
he's, he's kind of senile. They didn't use those words, but you know, he's kind of senile.
And these guys are went in full
panic mode and that's why they went put Kamala Harris up rather unceremoniously
put a crown upon her head and went against the entire election process that
the American people are accustomed to they chose their person they chose the
next puppet they put this meat muppet in there. This is who is making this line of question.
He's saying, do you have the intestinal fortitude
to ask the hard questions to President Trump?
This guy right here, Adam Schiff,
who did not have the intestinal fortitude to say
that Joe Biden was inept and that he was incapable
of being the President of the United States.
I will never play politics. You're trying to engage me in a gotcha.
I want to ask you a simple question. If you can speak truth to power, so let me ask you another...
Like you did leading your colleague, Devin Nunes's memo.
If you can't answer the question, let me ask you a different, what should be a simple truth, not a hard one.
Was there massive fraud affecting the result of the 2020 election?
We all know yes, there was.
Senator, I'm glad you asked that question. If you'll let me answer what I saw in Pennsylvania.
No, I asked a simple question about massive fraud.
I can only tell you what I saw in Pennsylvania.
I know you want to answer a different question, but my question is, can you tell us whether
there was massive fraud affecting the results of the 2020 election? Yes or no? Was there or was there not? I can tell you what I saw when I went as an advocate to the campaign.
That's not my question. So you can't answer that question. You can't speak that even easy truth to us, let alone to the president.
So let me ask you a different question. It will also be important that you give good advice to the President. Are you prepared to advise the President not to pardon people who beat police officers?
Senator, as I said, the pardons are at the direction of the President.
We will look and we will advise.
I will look at every case on a case by case basis.
I abhor violence to police officers.
Follow up with that.
So will it be your advice to the president?
Mr. President, I know you said you want to issue hundreds of pardons on day one.
Will it be your advice to the president?
No, Mr. President, I need to go over them on a case by case basis.
Do not issue blanket pardons.
Will that be your advice to the president?
Where was this guy when the cities were burning down because of BLM? Where was this guy when Portland was burning, when
Minneapolis was burning? Where was this guy? Where was he? Well, they were mostly
peaceful protests. The hypocrisy here, it's absolutely mind-boggling. Senator, I
have not looked at any of those files. If confirmed, I
will look at the files and will you be able to do well you be able to review
hundreds of cases on day one? I will look at every file I am asking. Of course you won't.
So will you advise the president? Can I answer the question? Well my question is... I would have
plenty of staff. You said of course you want. You'll be able to review hundreds of cases on first day? Listen, I'm not going to mislead this body, nor you.
All right, let me ask another question.
You don't want to answer that.
Let me answer another question.
You were censured by Congress, Senator, for comments just like this that are so reckless.
It will also be important for you to be able to preserve the records, the evidence of the
department.
Are you ready to commit that none of the evidence in the January 6th investigation will be destroyed under your watch?
Senator, I will- Holy moly. You do understand, everybody listening
to this, that the Democrats destroyed a lot of January 6 records. They destroyed tons
of them. And that's why a lot of them are freaking out because they're worried
about a commission to investigate the commission because they were there and
they were manipulating video and they were they have exculpatory evidence for
those you don't know what exculpatory evidence is it's evidence that would
have worked out in favorability of the defendant in this case Donald Trump they had exculpatory evidence that would have said Donald Trump is not guilty.
And Liz Cheney and people like him that was working in this January 6 on this commission,
they suppressed that information, they hid it, they concealed it, they destroyed it.
And that's going to be coming out pretty soon.
And these guys are all freaking out about it.
Stand by, I cannot wait for that to come out people need to go to jail for that one
Because we had 1,500 people sitting in jail since January 6
2021
1,500 people that had no fifth amendment rights
Their fifth amendment rights were completely squandered
rights. Their Fifth Amendment rights were completely squandered. Ryan just texted me said he's sorry. He's been splitting wood. It's okay. Anyway, so they
were completely denied their due process. They're completely denied all this stuff.
And there's Sixth Amendment also. Their fair and speedy trial. Their impartial jury.
The ability to confront their witnesses. All that Sixth Amendment. they were denied their constitutional rights and they've been kept in jail in
gulag type cells all this time and they were just now freed by Donald
Trump who pardoned them. Not all of them are completely innocent, some of them broke
things but other people who went to jail were simply on the grounds which they
can be it's the people's property, they were on the grounds and they were
peacefully protesting, not breaking anything, people's property, they were on the grounds and they were peacefully protesting.
Not breaking anything, not hurting anyone, they went to prison for that.
Gulag-style jails.
This guy is questioning her about hiding evidence of January 6th, are you serious?
It's just the other way around.
This is exactly what I'm talking about.
They always flip the script and they accuse what they're actually guilty of
Follow the law. I will consult with ethical officials in the department
You see any ethical basis to destroy evidence in the January 6th investigation?
Then why can't you answer the question? Why can't you say I commit to this committee?
We will never destroy the evidence in the January 6th investigation
Why can't you give this committee and american people that assurance are you frightened because
evidence was destroyed against president trump who wants to tell why i i i i
don't think this is the why don't difficulty answering that question he
can use a question i don't have a cold sea
why do you have difficulty promising to preserve
evidence of the department of justice why is that a difficult question i will
follow the law it shouldn is that a difficult question? I will follow the law. It shouldn't be a difficult question. I wouldn't answer
that hoodlum either. I can't stand him. She literally just said, are you worried
that the evidence that you guys destroyed is going to be discovered? And he
completely ignored that and went right back to his line of questioning. Insanity.
Absolute insanity. Anyway guys, that concludes this episode of the rising Republic
