You know, there's lots of stuff that, you know, I could have, I had planned on talking about tonight.
But I had a conversation with a friend of mine today. And it just reminded me just how we just need to step back and just be thankful for, you know, the things that we have in our lives.
So I think that's the direction, you know, this podcast, I want this podcast to go.
We'll keep this short so that we're not overloading, we're not overloading you with content.
So let's do a little business first.
Let's see, let's talk about some antibiotics right uh so let's let's hear from jace fish mocks fish docs for the longest time
preppers have been looking for an answer for antibiotics in a disaster or emergency. In 2020, we watched the supply chain fall apart.
When I met the team at Jace Medical, they explained to me how they can put a prescription
of backup antibiotics into your hands. The Jace case is five different types of antibiotics,
unlimited physician follow-up for any questions relating to the use of these antibiotics.
And a written emergency antibiotic guide that is authored by a board-certified physician.
This is the antibiotic solution preppers have been waiting for.
Go to JaceMedical.com and check out the Jace case.
Use the promo code PBN10 and you'll get 10 bucks off your Jace case. All right,
take your medical preparedness to the next level. Go to jacemedical.com and use promo code PBN10
for $10 off. So there you have it, folks. Welcome to episode 93 of The Strange Truth.

for the, uh, the prepper, uh, the homesteader, uh, you know, bookshelf. Um, I also want to send,
uh, you know, send you guys over to, uh, disastercoffee.com, right? Uh, you know, if you want to support a great, uh, conservative coffee company, um, who, you know, of course,
when you support them, they're not, you know, they're not going to be spending your hard-earned
cash, right? You know, in ways that you don't agree with. Going over to disastercoffee.com,
great coffee at a great price. You know, my favorite is, you know, the Pandemic Blend.
They've got Civil Unrest and Supply Drop.
You know, some fabulous blends over there.
They make great holiday, you know, like, you know, what do you call it?
You put them in the socks.
Right?
You know, little gifts, right? You know, if you know someone who, you know, loves their coffee, then get them some coffee from, you know, from disastercoffee.com.
They'll love it. And, you know, great coffee at a great price. So that's disastercoffee.com,
right? Great coffee at a great price. So go support, go support a great conservative coffee company okay um as i said earlier right you know um
there's a lot of things i could have you know i was planning on on discussing on the podcast today
and and we're going to touch on some of them and i just want to say that if you have been following
the news and if you're feeling burnout and if you're overwhelmed, you know, feel free, you can always switch, you can always switch this one off, right?
We try to give you information, you know, news, right, that you can use for your prepping plans.
A lot of times, you know, you will, you know, the stories that I cover here are stories that I, you know, from my own prepping needs, you know, and planning, I think that they're important.
And I just, and I'll pass the information on to you.
You know, one big story this week was the missile that landed in Poland.
And that caused, you know, that caused a lot of consternation all across the world.
You know, even on the back chalice here at PBN, you know, that was something that got everyone's attention.
You know, so, yeah, we're're gonna talk about it a little bit we're
gonna look at an article but i want this podcast to be you know really focused on after we get
through you know some some of the important news to focus on you know just being grateful uh you
know being grateful for the things that we have you know being being grateful for just living in this wonderful country, you know, in the United States of America.
Being grateful that we can practice so far.
Anyway, although it's becoming a lot more problematic, we can practice our religion, whatever that might be.
I am a Christian, so I'm happy that I can, you know, I can read my Bible and, you know, meet in fellowship with other Christians.
And it's not, you know, it's not a forbidden thing, at least not yet, right?
So, you know, I'm grateful for a lot of things, family, you know, my wife, my children, you know, my job, just being able to live the way that I do, I'm very grateful
for. And I have to admit, this is not just because of Thanksgiving why I have these feelings. I've
been having these feelings for a while now. They really came to a head with the pandemic, you know, when we were going through lockdown and everything else.
And it just made me really, you know, thankful for having my family, having my wife, having my children, you know, and just being able to just share their experiences.
And, you know, and just to watch my children grow up, you know.
So there's a lot to be thankful for.
I'm sure you, you know, listeners, right, you know, you have your own reasons why I'm sure that, you know,
you're grateful that you're, you know, you're thankful, you know, today, last week, and into the future.
So let's just get it into, I'm just going to touch on a few important news items,
and then we'll pivot back into just being grateful, why it's important to be grateful, you know, in our lives.
So let's just look at a few items here, right?
Let's see.
Let's take a look at Zero Hedge, and they have an article,
Polish politician blasts Ukraine for missile provocation.
A Polish politician has blamed Ukraine for causing a provocation by falsely claiming its own missile that struck Pardau-Dau had been fired by Russia.
And immediately after news broke off the incident, President Zelensky called on NATO to take action against Russia
accusing Moscow of firing the rocket.
However within hours it became clear that the accident which killed two people
was actually caused by a Ukrainian air defense missile
that didn't stop British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, NATO and other prominent officials
blaming Russia for the incident anyway despite it clearly being Kiev's fault.
Now, the former chairman of the City Council of Lublin, the seat of the region where Parzy Wodo is located,
is calling for Poland to rethink its approach to the war in light of the incident.
in light of the incident.
Having up until now been a staunch supporter of Ukraine,
Jaroslaw Pakula said the missile incident showed Warsaw needed to send a blunt message to Kiev
rather than telling its own citizens fairy tales.
Of course, this is a Ukrainian rocket.
Of course, this is a provocation on the part of Ukrainian authorities.
Pakula posted on his Facebook page.
The rocket could not be fired 100 kilometers in the opposite direction by mistake, he added,
asserting that the incident was an attempt to scare the EU into sending more money to Ukraine.
Despite all the evidence indicating that the missile was fired by Ukraine, Zelensky has doubled down denying that Kiev was involved and asking for his country to be at the forefront of an investigation.
However, after President Biden swiftly said the evidence for Russia's involvement was minimal, CNN reported that Ukrainian military officials told their American and Western allies that they were responsible for the blast.
Kiev had attempted to intercept a Russian missile at the same location and in the same time frame as when the missile strike at the Polish village of Perzywodo occurred, according to the report.
WODO occurred, according to the report.
The Associated Press also had to issue a retraction noting that it had erroneously reported that Russian missiles had killed two people in Poland and that this was based on a claim
by one single anonymous senior U.S. intelligence official.
And Zero Hedge, in this story here, Zero hedge um you know i embedded their uh tweet and you know
they say thank you ap for correcting a story that nearly launched world war three now maybe you can
also name the senior american intelligence official who spoke on condition of anonymity
and who may have had ulterior motives in bringing the world to the edge of nuclear war.
When this occurred, when this went down, two nights ago, one of my first thoughts was, it's that easy.
It's really that easy to start a major conflict.
And that's all it's going to take to start a major conflict. And that's all it's going to take to start a major conflict. And the thing
that gets me all the time, or all the people that are pushing for this war, is that it's not just
going to, it's not just the, you know, NATO countries, you know, running into Russia and
just invading Russia, and then the Russians are just going to capitulate, and the war will be
over, right? That's what they thought about World War II, right?
That the war will be over.
And I think a lot of the folks were thinking the war will be over in like, you know, two months.
You know, it would be over really quickly and it proved it went on for four years and millions of people died.
And the same is true here because, you know, it's good that cooler heads prevailed here.
And, you know, and although, of course, NATO is using this as a propaganda, you know, cudgel to batter Russia, right?
to batter Russia, right?
Despite the fact that, yeah, it really seems like it was one of the Ukrainian missiles that came down in Polish territory.
You know, I'm really happy that Kula has prevailed,
because if it hadn't, it would have been bad.
And it's not, you know, this thing, you know, once it had started, right,
then, you know, people all over the world, you know, are in danger.
They're going to perish.
You're talking, you know, hundreds of millions of people dying, right?
Because, you know, the Russians are, you know, the NATO would try to probably, you know, invade Russian territory.
And then the Russians would fight back.
And if the Russians are losing, then they're going to launch nuclear missiles.
And there goes parts of England, France, a good portion of Europe, as well as Canada
and the United States.
And I'm always amazed at just how naive people are when they talk about what should be done and what should be done about
Russia. Because we have to be very, very careful. They are a nuclear armed superpower.
And we should never forget that. And we don't want nuclear war with these folks it would be bad you
know and you know with and with europe gone and and russia gone and the united states pretty much
uh you know gone uh you know then the rest of the world they're facing famine they're facing
you know it would just be bad millions ofions of, you know, this would be
billions, billions of people across the world would die. And, you know, this, the way this,
this occurred, this incident went down, just made me go, wow, it is that easy to start a world war.
That's all it would have taken, you know, if cooler heads had not prevailed. So I'm really thankful and grateful that,
you know, we're not sitting in the dark right now, you know, reaching for our
rations, right, you know, in our safe, in our bug out locations, because, you know, it could have
easily escalated into something of that nature. And I'm really happy that right now, everyone here listening to my voice in the United States, we're all thinking about Thanksgiving.
And here we are thinking about Thanksgiving instead.
I'd rather be in that space.
Okay, so that was a really serious story uh that that you know that occurred and
it just shows just how quickly things could escalate and and and just like that we could
find ourselves um you know up against it and and and then you know as as as dave jones would say
uh you know that you know it would have been the last day last day for any kind of prepping.
And then we would have been in it.
So keep preparing, guys. Keep preparing.
Another article that I will read to you is FedEx Freight Unit begins furloughing employees next month due to reduced demand for delivery services.
And this one is on Natural News.
And it says, Transportation giant FedEx Less Than Truckload Delivery Division, FedEx Freight,
has announced that it will start furloughing an unannounced number of drivers starting early December
due to the massive drop in demand for delivery services.
number of drivers starting early December due to the massive drop in demand for delivery services.
According to FedEx, the furloughs for FedEx Freight, which employs approximately 47,000 people, are scheduled to last for around 90 days, during which time the effective workers
will continue to receive health benefits but will not be paid.
Now, they're laying people off during christmas time christmas time is when
traditionally you know they're hiring people to try to deliver stuff so if if you want any
indications of how badly the economy is doing there you have it when fedex is laying people off
um during the holiday season you know it's bad it It means that a lot of Americans are not buying goods,
right? And this is peak holiday season. And traditionally, right, you know, this is when,
you know, UPS, FedEx, right, right? Planning on furloughing people.
So if you want to know if we're in a recession, well, there's your answer, right? It's bad all
around, folks. It's pretty bad all around. So it's just one other thing to keep an eye on,
So it's just one other thing to keep an eye on. Okay.
There is another article on Natural News.
Germany prepares for emergency cash deliveries ahead of anticipated dark winter energy blackout.
And it says here, government officials and banking heads are also investigating possibly energy distribution changes,
such as giving priority access to cash transporters, right?
Let's see.
German financial market regulators planning discussions with Bundesbank
and multiple financial industry associates to lay out these and other measures
as possible interventions to avert disastrous power cuts.
the measures as possible interventions to avert disastrous power cuts.
It says it appears as though the lights will soon go out in Germany, which is bracing for impact by making preparations for emergency cash deliveries.
Bundesbank, the country's central bank bank has begun hoarding extra billions to cope
with a surge in demand according to routers there are also talks of potential withdrawal
limits to prevent a bank run um said someone familiar with the situation
um all across europe right now right all across europe um you know, the really naive, you know, handling of the Russian-Ukraine situation
is coming back to, you know, there's been a lot of blowback with serious disastrous consequences,
you know, all across Europe right now uh if you're listening
in europe right well you you are in a recession your government might not tell you your media
might not tell you but you most likely are experiencing a recession right now just like
we are here in the united states when fedex is laying people off during the winter time
something's something's really rotten in the state of denmark right something's really off so
um you know it's one of those things where once you get red pilled from the mainstream media and
you step back from from you know just swallowing all uh the news that all of these uh you know
they're pretty much just uh government you know, and their intelligence services.
They're just talking heads for the intelligence community of their countries, right?
Once you take a step back from all of that, right, and you really start looking about you in the world, you open your eyes, you realize the truth.
You know, here in New York State, as I said last week, you go into the store and you realize that there's a real contraction in the amount of food that
you're seeing on the shelves. There's no mistaking it. You know, when your grocery store goes from,
you know, six freezers of meat down to, you know, down to three freezers of meat,
down to three freezers of meat,
and you see them rearranging stuff on their shelves,
and you're seeing a lot of not brand-name foods on the shelves anymore. You're seeing all because they're buying whatever they can to stock.
So you're seeing that with your own eyes.
I'm seeing that with my own eyes, right?
Then you have to acknowledge the truth, and it's wise to acknowledge the truth. so you're seeing that with your own eyes i'm seeing that with my own eyes right then then you
you have to acknowledge the truth and it's wise to acknowledge the truth that things you know that
things are pretty tight that uh we're in the middle of an economic a massive economic slowdown
and um you know um it's it's just incredible uh you know um you know on uh incredible you know on
you know if you listen to PBN
and you realize that you know we've been saying
for going on now what almost
two years that we're in a slow rolling
SHTF situation
all across the world
and these politicians
these people are just making it worse
okay so
so all across Europe,
you know, there's going to be massive power cuts, right? And they're really worried because their
economies are tanking. They don't have enough energy to run their economies, and they're finding
that out right now. But, you know, keep buying that electric car, those electric cars, right?
But, you know, keep buying that electric car, those electric cars.
It's just it's just incredible to me.
I'm going to pivot now from the news.
You know, there there's other stuff I think we'll get into the next time I'm on.
I think I might take a break next week because it's Thanksgiving week. And there's going to be a lot of toing and froing and go, you know, like a meeting with family and traveling and everything else. So I don't think that I'm going to be on lot of to-ing and fro-ing and meeting with family and traveling and everything else.
So I don't think that I'm going to be on next week. And since that's the case, I just want to
pivot now to what I really want to talk about, and that is why we should be really thankful.
And I'm going to approach this from a Christian perspective you know, from a Christian perspective. You know, we see a
lot of thankful quotes, and we see a lot of movies, and there's a lot of stuff out there about being
thankful. But a lot of times, you know, a lot of people, they tend to ignore or they tend to,
you know, they minimize, you know, the Christian perspective on things, right?
of them, minimize, you know, the Christian perspective on things, right? And I just want to read you some quotes here, some Christian quotes on why it is really important to be thankful.
And here's one quote, God has promised to supply all our needs. What we don't have now,
we don't need now. And that is that you know elizabeth elliott
said that here's one from charles spursian very very famous uh pastor it is not how much we have
but how much we enjoy that makes happiness i like that one right here's one from tony evans
god says to give thanks in everything that doesn't mean God says to give thanks in everything.
That doesn't mean you need to give thanks for everything.
You don't need to give thanks for that bad day or for that bad relationship or being passed over at work, financial hardship, whatever it is.
You are not to give thanks for the difficulties, but rather in the difficulties.
That is a very important distinction and one I think we often miss.
Giving thanks in everything shows a heart of faith that God is bigger than the difficulties and that he can use them if you approach him with the right heart and spirit for your good and his glory.
Awesome, awesome, awesome quote.
I'll read two more.
We need to discover all over again that worship is natural to the Christian,
as it was to the godly Israelites who wrote the Psalms, and that the habit of
celebrating the greatness and graciousness of God yields an endless flow of thankfulness, joy,
and zeal. And that's by J.L. Packard. Okay, and here's one more. There are three requisites to
the proper enjoyment of earthly blessings.
A thankful reflection on the goodness of the giver,
a deep sense of our own unworthiness,
and a recollection of the uncertainty of our long possessing them.
The first will make us grateful, the second humble, and the third moderate.
Wait, let's just do two more.
God is in control, and therefore, in everything, I can give thanks.
Not because of the situation, but because of the one who directs and rules over it.
That's by Kay Arthur.
And I'll read one here by John Bunyan.
A sensible thanksgiving for mercies received is a mighty prayer.
In the spirit of God, it prevails with him unspeakably.
And that's by John Bunyan.
Now, here's some really famous prayers that I'm sure that you've heard over the course of your lifetime.
And I'm just going to read three of these prayers to you.
Actually, four of these prayers.
And this is the way I'm going to end the podcast with these four prayers.
Let us give thanks.
Let us give thanks for everything that we have, the lives that we lead.
So here's the serenity prayer by Reinhold Niebler.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time,
accepting hardship as a pathway to peace.
Taking as Jesus did this sinful world as it is,
not as I would have it,
trusting that you will make all things right if I surrender to your will
so that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with you forever in the next. Amen. So that's the serenity prayer.
Here's the Lord's Prayer, Matthew 6, 9 through 13. Our Father, who art in heaven,
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power and and the glory forever. Amen. The 23rd Psalm.
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads
me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in right paths for his name's sake.
restores my soul. He leads me in right paths for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff,
they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head
with oil. My cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
This is the one I will end the podcast with, and it says,
Christ Be With Me by St. Patrick.
Christ with me. Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ in me, Christ beneath me, Christ above me,
Christ on my right, Christ on my left, Christ where I lie, Christ where I sit, Christ where I rise,
Christ where I sit, Christ where I rise,
Christ in the heart of everyone who thinks of me,
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me.
Salvation is of the Lord.
Salvation is of the Christ. May your salvation, Lord, be ever with us. Amen.
Be thankful for all the things you have. Be thankful for your life. Be thankful for this
day that you have shared with other people. Be thankful for that meal that you will have when you sit at the table with your
family, with your friends. Be thankful, you know, for your family, for your wife, for your husband,
for your children, for your grandparents, for your parents. Be thankful for your life.
for your parents.
Be thankful for your life.
Be thankful for the grace that God has given to us freely.
Be thankful for your life.
Be thankful for this day.
May God go with you.
Be safe on your Thanksgiving journeys.
Say a prayer.
Remember,
never take anything for granted because nothing is assured in this life.
Hug your loved ones.
Hug your wife. Hug your spouse. Hug your husband. Hug your loved ones. Hug your wife.
Hug your spouse.
Hug your husband.
Hug your kids.
Let your friends know
just how much
you treasure them.
Let us all just be thankful
for all the things that we have.
Godspeed, ladies and gentlemen.
