BPN family, it's time
for the prepper tip of the day.
Hello everyone out there in Internet Radioland.
This is Dave Jones, the NBC guy.
My prepper tip of the day is you must, must, must look into fasting.
You must.
It does so many good things for your body.
it's not as hard as a workout.
It's definitely not as hard as you think it is
because what you're thinking is, you know,
it's all mental.
You're talking yourself out of it.
We have been programmed to believe
that we need to eat three meals a day
and that is simply not true.
Throughout history, you know,
our ancestors ate one meal a day if they could.
You know, maybe three, four times a week, they ate something.
It was not until this overwhelming prosperity hit us.
And I'm pretty sure that that is where a lot of the sicknesses are coming from.
That we just plain consume too much food.
You know, it's like we're in a cage and just being force-fed food.
try fasting so that you know more about your body how it reacts and get the health benefits from it.
So my tip is look into fasting, make it part of your prepper year, okay, as you plan out what you're going to do with your preps, you know, establishing a position and improve upon it daily.
plan that as part of your plan for your prep or year.
That's my prepper tip for the day.
