oh my gosh pbn family this is dave jones the nbc guy with another tip i say another because i did
like three tips in a row uh this is assessing your people you need to know the capabilities and limitations of all your equipment, but more importantly, all your people.
What is your single biggest resource in an SHTF situation?
People.
People, people, people.
It's the number one resource.
People lose sight of this.
And to assess your personnel,
you need to assess them on the physical merits,
okay, what they can do and what they can't do physically,
their skills, what skills do they have,
what skills don't they have,
and something I like to call
heart.
Okay.
This is
are they in it to win it?
Are they whiners?
Complainers?
Are they the person that's going to drag everybody else down?
You have to have a PMS, positive mental state when the stress is on.
And if that person doesn't, you rank them.
You rank them in order of these things.
Someone may be super physical, great at doing something, terrible mental state, and have no skills.
You put them out there chopping wood alone.
Alone.
You don't need an infection in your group of PMS.
So those three things you need to assess everybody on. And remember, people are your
number one resource, not equipment. Take care, PBN family, and prep on.
