Hello everyone out there in internet radio land, this is Dave Jones, the NBC guy, coming
to you live from the office.
You heard that squeaky chair.
Listen, today's tip is on water.
Water.
Listen, today's tip is on water.
Water.
So, you need to secure your water.
You need to be able to collect it, treat it, filter it, distill it.
You need to have at least two sources of water, primary and alternate. My contingency is my rain barrels.
And my emergency water is the water that I have in storage.
So that's what we have here at the Jones Homestead. You can easily do a rain catchment with food grade 55 gallon drums.
And then you put a spout collection on it you know they're like
18 bucks at home depot it's a thing that you put in your rain spout and it goes in and then they
also have a valve with a hose connection that you can put in the bottom of the barrel. So you need to have a way to have water
because you can't make water. You have to have it
to be able to filter it and treat it.
Or distill it. Do you have a distiller?
They're pretty inexpensive.
Around $100 you can get a small one
that way if you get any kind of water
you can distill it and make it pure
so you need to secure your water system
that is my prepper tip of the day
primary alternate contingency emergency That is my Prepper Tip of the Day. Primary Alternate Contingency Emergency.
Take care and prep on.
